Unfortunately Ive had very few good experiences with Metro. The first doctor I saw there incorrectly scheduled me for an invasive procedure, only to laugh while he was telling me his mistake during the appointment. When I filed a formal complaint, their medical director never read my complaint; I had to get in touch with his personal phone. If you get transferred past the front desk, you will undoubtedly reach a voicemail box. Although all their recordings say theyll respond within 24 hours, they never do. I have also been told by their front desk when checking in for an appointment that I would not owe anything, only to be told during my NEXT appointment that I still owed them money for the previous appointment which they had told me I didnt have to pay for at the time. Metro has been so much trouble to deal with over the years that I find it is easier to go untreated than to go through Metro.
When it comes to services as far as seeing my provider, its a really fast and professional place to go but I just recently went to get a gas card because I needed it for work and the way I was handled by Maria was just awful. I waited almost an hour for a $10 gas card. Treated as if I was on drugs because those are the people that they deal with. The communication amongst the staff is poor and they expect you to know what one person told the other. Also they are nosey as heck. If they do communicate amongst each other its about your personal life so be careful who you get close to. Im thinking about changing providers
Ive been a patient at several different Metro offices for almost 10 years, this one is the most recent for me. The level of care and attention from all of the staff is unmatched. I would not be here today if not for their expertise and compassion!
