I worked at this location as a Special Police Officer. The staff was kind and friendly, clients didnt have to wait very long to be seen and it was a quiet place. I would highly recommend this location if you need medical assistance or mental health.

Its a business center. hopefully I dont have to keep traveling back and forth to this location to get the results needed.

Security officer Ms. L. Jordan is kind when the situation calls for it, also she is firm if necessary. I love to see her smile and hear her laughter when I visit the MLK AVE location.Thanks Ms. L. Jordan

After years of service due to unfortunate circumstances, I needed medical services. Dr. Veronica Jenkins who is no longer there gave me the best medical care, after her departure things have been OK, the property has gone through some major upgrades that were terribly needed and I now feel very comfortable in attending the facility. Things have progressively gotten better, and there are government funds being allocated for major care needs based on qualifications

Violated me and they are quite ghetto. One thing I was able to do with permission is record. Get prepared. Dr. Vivian is not certified but was ok with me recording sessions every time. Get ready, Kyla Flanagan. You shouldnt lie. Not cool, not ethical.

Sometimes your appointments get switched and your waiting time is to long as clients are waiting to be seen by staff. Front desk service is ok but can use a little more help. Confidentiality needs to be highly considered.

Horrible place Rita aidoo and her staff are rude they lie to you poor customer service skills, they lose records of your personal health records, I am referring to the Maryland location more,doctors just leave without giving patients a heads up to look for another provider, they give you the run around on medication refills. I would not recommend going to the Maryland location, but most of the staff at the dc location are great

I went in and the receptionist had cocaine at her computer. Think she said her name was Ambyr, looked high on drugs smh i was only upset because the appointment was late!

Doctor Army is great will definitely miss her!They need to improve with there Behavioral Heath/Mental Health Programs ❤. The eye doctor Dr. Anderson is great too he has hours over at WHC. Get an updated vaccination booster also M,W and F.

I have been going to this location for over five years. Surprise its still open.Worst service ever. Lot of staff behind the desk doing nothing. Only have a male RN no females. Will never go back if you are looking for better care go to Unity. If I could give no stars I would

Its amazing, I go there for doctor visit and a annual doctor check ups and Receive my COVID Vaccine shots too and Bring family to their done as well, #WeGotOurShots
