I would like to express my gratitude to the Nurse Manager in the Unity Health Care. Her name is Janaka Shrestna. She is knowledgeable, mindful specialist. She resolved our issue, she was very nice, polite and answered all our questions. We appreciate her very much 🙏
Very rude and musty front desk staff. The doctor was 48 minutes late. Coming in to my appointment. I had an abnormal Pap smear and they sent me my results. Three weeks later. Where was the sense of urgency?
The operators are sending your calls anywhere and to anyone, instead of directing (us, the patients) to the proper ext./or unit, for our healthcare needs, in which is a very serious need indeed!! Not a game.
Homophobic. fatphobic. give out dangerous diet culture advice on first visit without even asking basics about patient history downright ignorant and dont listen to patients during procedures. never going back.
It is impossible to get through to Unity Health, and when one does, the operators cannot fullfill my requests without sending me through their phone tree again.As for the clinic, we went to get standard childhood vaccines for my son, found out later from DCPS that they did not give him all the necessary vaccines, nor did they send him home with correct documentation of what he had been given.Finally, they seem unable to figure out our insurance information, or spell my sons name correctly.I do not understand why this is so hard.
I have been to Unity a total of 4 times and each time I am reminded of why I should never go back. With very little exception Unity has to be one of the worst medical care facilities I have the unfortunate opportunity to visit. The doctors there do not listen, often push their own agendas and do not help. At my most recent visit I was told by Dr Elsie Turner verbatim that they would not help me with the services I requested. Avoid Unity at all cost!
I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. Even when I KNOW somethings not right it will either get brushed off, or they’ll give me some home remedy advice. Second I haven’t been seen in forever and been trying to call them. They hung up on me after being on wait for 2 hours. Waisting people’s time.
This place is insane... it takes 35 minutes past appointment time to get blood pressure/weight measured & another 30 minutes to get examined because there is no exam room available. I am not sure why they make appointments.
Ive said that this place is filled with IGNORANT professionals. Ive had nothing but issues from the Clerical and Doctors as well. I believe with this regentrification, THEY MAY HAVE THOUGHT the clients would be less agitating. MY THOUGHTS... HATE this place... CHANGE THE DOCTORS PLEASEEEEE
This place is trash please please don’t go here I have no idea where these black doctors got their degrees they know absolutely nothing. The girls at the front desk are so ghetto it’s bad they do not send the prescriptions to the pharmacy that you request and they go into your account portal online and change things without your permission.
Had an appt at 1:15p. Nurse took someone that came in 20 minutes after me before me with no appointment. When I told her i had an appt. Looked at me and keep walking.
Unprofessional and never have enough doctors there it’s always one doctor and only two walk I. Slots.. just ghetto and unprofessional

To be the first experience and visit, very good service and willing to help if you do not have a prior appointment, the staff is very friendly and if you do not speak English, they have interpreters. Very good attention.
