The staff at Mercy go is professional and pleasant! My first visit went without incident. The nurses were quick to address my needs and Dr. Stephanie was cool and helpful. They tested me for COVID and FLU, both tests were negative; thank God. We were in and out with a script in no time. Should I get sick in the future, I would be comfortable going back to Mercy-Go in Washington, Missouri.
Thoughtful staff acknowledged and meaningfully determining what is my best path forward in my health needs and listening to how I felt. My NP recognized me from a previous visit and supported me in a positive manner. Grateful to be valued and heard as a patient.
The doctors and nurses were great. Did everything they could. They were friendly and quick. I would give then 5 stars if I could. Unfortunately the person at the desk, name tag said Amanda, was wearing a confederate flag. Considering Missouri never left the union, this is clearly racist. A medical professional should be welcoming to all, but that shows that not everyone is welcome here. Id give Amanda zero stars if I could.
I went to Urgent Care during my lunch break during the week. I got in quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was only there an hour and got the prescription for an antibiotic I needed.
If this is a review of my visit on 6/22/24, it was excellent. The NP (Nancy?) was thorough and listened to my symptoms and then did a thorough exam. Diagnosed me with a sinus infection.IF you are referring to my visit on 6/20/24, that visit was not very good. The male NP gave me a covid test and said, “Your test is negative. I think you have a random virus. I can prescribe cough medicine.” Despite my complaints of stuffy nose and drainage, he did not look beyond the covid test. After having a horrible day and night on Friday, 6/21/24, spitting up yellow phlegm, in the middle of the night, I made another appt for urgent care. I am quite irritated that I had to pay for two visits to get a proper diagnosis - sinus infection.
Care at this facility has been great, but beware! They used to bill the encounters as office visits and now they bill as emergency room visits. I have a high deductible plan and my son went for sinus issues. Just got the bill and it was $305. I will be using TAUC in Washington again because the care there is great as well and they bill as an office visit. Plus, they can give you medications on site.
Our first visit to Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care was a great experienceWe did reserve our spot online. Got tthere and they took us right in. My granddaughter had a broken hand that they took care of and got us an appointment with an Orthopedic surgen within a few days. Very friendly and professional.
No other patient was there but I had to wait several minutes to get help from the receptionist, who was on the phone. Three people were gathered at a work staton talking. I was barely able to walk, as I had a broken ankle. Once the receptionist was off the phone, everything went smoothly.
We did the online form to hold our spot. We walked right into a room after checking in. The staff was friendly and very professional. They took get care of our daughter and the xrays were quick too
Went to Total Access in Washington as I thought Id get in quicker....3 to 4 hour wait. Went to Mercy Urgent care and they took me right in. Everyone was very nice and caring, knowledgeable and efficent.
BEWARE!!!! THEY DEDUCTED BILL WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. CLAIMS THEY TOLD ME WHEN SIGNING IN. I WOULD NOT HAVE AGREED TO THOSE TERMS!!!! BEWARE!!!!!Very fast response time, no waiting. Very friendly. Will be my new go to for urgentcare. Thank you 😊
Very easy to sign in and fast to be seen. Super clean facilities. Pleasant experience and good experience. I would recommend to anyone.
They were so friendly, fast, and I highly recommend them! I was very well taken care of, listened to my reasons and concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely go back!! :)
I love love love love how an hour before they close they stop taking walk ins. What’s the point of it being URGENT CARE! When you look at the patient and say oh we only have save spots left ? That’s the point of urgent care to be able to walk in and be seen without appointments. So thank you Doctor Russ for turning us away an hour before you guys closed and you weren’t busy at all is the kicker! You confirmed with your own words weren’t seeing my kids because you were closing soon and didn’t want to!!
Was no wait for us, friendly, very professional. Quick results. What more would you want.
This Urgent Care facility is very good. The check in people and the rest of the staff are excellent. I also like the fact you can use save my spot feature. I helps me and I’m sure it helps you also.
Loved being able to make an appt online and selecting an actual time for my appt instead of just a guesstimate like other clinics. Very minimal wait time and low traffic in the waiting area, despite it being sick season. Very nice especially when youre feeling under the weather. Courteous and efficient staff. Clean clinic. I have already recommended mercy go health to my father who is also now feeling ill. Thanks so much!
I brought my teenage daughter in for an ankle injury. Everyone was courteous and professional. She saw R. Kinsey PA-C who showed compassion and kindness. My daughter felt listened to and appreciated his humor! I didnt get the others names, but they were wonderful as well!! We thank you, as we know that this is a very busy time of year and you all work many hours to help others!
Just reserved my spot in the web page. At our arrival and after some questions the attention was fast and kind. MI child felt comfortable all time. (But during the throat culture :😁
The other day I went there everybody was wonderful and the nurse practitioner had great bedside manners . P.B.R . Meghan SKIEF
We have had positive experiences here both times we have gone. Not long wait times, and the NPs are knowledgeable and respectful.
Real caring people and very patient.I was very comfortable with all of them. Thank you for a really good experience!
Prompt appointment and very nice people-Concern - receptionist kept touching her face/lips while handling my Drivers License and Insurance Cards. Germs - Covid, etc - I think it would be good to have her use hand sanitizer before and after PLUS refrain from touching her face and lips while completing the task…
The staff was so nice and the doctor was great. We got done pretty quickly and got the help that was needed
Worst billings department! Rude people who wont help fix their own mess up because they dont make mistakes. They also told us to shut up. They messed up in billing our insurance as an er visit instead of urgent care visit yet wont look into their billing to fix it and tell me its my issue with insurance. Rude. Go elsewhere. Ive wasted hours getting a run around and rudeness.
Not very professional or kind to patients. We went in recently and they were dismissive to our concerns and in a hurry for us to leave. They told us it was just a respiratory infection and to just use over the counter medication. Her symptoms got worse and we went to a different doctor. Turns out she has bronchitis on the verge of pneumonia. Dont go here. These doctors are not trained for this profession.
Np listened and took time to serve me in my time of pain. Awesome helpful tips. Highly recommend her, think her name is Katie ?Also the radiology tech needs a raise she was doing three peoples jobs! Thumbs up!!
This place is a BIG WASTE OF TIME, is my second time and both experiences has been not pleasant at all, Lach of organization, person in front desk was calling and looking for a manager , waiting room full of people. NEVER AGAIN
Took me masked even though I had Covid. Xrayed sore foot. Broken toe. So far friendly. Kind. Gave boot, but gave no information on it. Wasn’t told there was an air infiltration button to make it tighter. Therefore, I developed lots of bruises. Luckily my podiatrist had cancellation s and took me 5 days I had the boot and lots of bruises.
They refused service to a 18 month old girl who is a premature baby. Stating that they couldnt do anything for her eventhough her ped Dr told me to
I was in and out BEFORE my appointment was even scheduled! :). Fast, competent, friendly!
I don’t like going to the Dr for any reason. However Mercy Urgent Care was very good. Very friendly staff and extremely efficient. They listened to my concerns. Overall a great experience. If the need ever arises again I would definitely go back there. In my opinion they are a 10/10!
They fraudulently billed my visit as Emergency room visit. I am fighting with them now to get this corrected. They gave no notice, and removed funds fraudulently from my primary checking account without even notifying me, this was 2 weeks after my visit. My insurance company told me they billed it as an Emergency room visit. Had I known I would be charged as if I had seen a top rate doctor and a team of excellent nurses, I would have gone to the Emergency room; rather than pay the same to see a nurse practitioner. What a joke this place is quickly becoming, they should be ashamed.
Thank you Doctor Russ for deciding to turn my kids and I away an hour before closing! Other staff is usually awesome! Doctor Russ made it very clear doing his job for the rest of the afternoon wasn’t important because he was worried about closing down and going home at five
I had an allergic reaction on my face and neck. I got in quick by booking a save my spot and the dr gave me a steroid shot. It worked quick and I didnt have to put a cream on or take oral steroids. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable
The moment I walked into urgent care in Washington, MO. I felt very comfortable. The staff, was very nice and the environment was great. They all were very polite and answered all of my questions and not one time did I feel like I was rushed. The staff always had a good attitude and a smile on there face. The staff also has great team work and communication skills. I highly recommend this place to everyone……
The convince of being able to book it and put in my information online was great. And the fact that they were with me at the time of my appointment, instead of making me wait like other doctor offices was really nice. This was definitely one of the best experiences Iv had at any medical office
Everyone was friendly. Though we did not schedule on line ahead of time we were still checked in, in a room, and seen by the doctor in a timely manor... I didnt actually time it- but I would say within an hour. Great experience for a sick 7 year old, as well as, a great experience for a mother dealing with a sick 7 year old.
I was greeted and checked in promptly when I walked in. I had scheduled an appointment. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be examined and tested for strep. The PA, NP, tech were hustling to get everyone seen quickly, yet, I felt like they spent adequate time with me. Keep doing what your doing—your efforts are very much appreciated!!
Didn’t have t wait very long . Still sore under my ear but better
I believe I was in and out of there within 20 minutes! Staff was very friendly and clinic was very clean.
The care was good. My insurance said they were covered, but apparently the provider wasnt and I got a 277 dollar bill. Which customer service informed me they are a completely seperate entity from mercy themselves and couldnt connect it to my Mercy payment plan.Wild. Why call yourself Mercy, if you arent?
Would definitely visit this place again! Everyone was so nice, didnt have to wait long at all, was 1st time there for me, seen nurse & doctor, in & out in less than an hour! Very satisfied...would highly recommend!
They listen to my problems very friendly and nice Im glad you guys were open 4th of July thank you very much. Thank you
Wonderful staff, all very compassionate. I had a panic attack while being checked in and they helped me through it. I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. The Nurse Practitioner Daniel Skief was right insofar as I was feeling better just hours after my 1st prescription dose. Cannot thank your team enough! I am new to the area and it is comforting to know there is such a great quality Urgent Care nearby.-----Edit (more 5 stars): This is my 2nd visit to this Urgent Care in 8 months. Again I am overwhelmed with appreciation for their whole staff during a tough respiratory issue. Special thanks to FNP Stemmley for her compassion and advice. I am very happy to have a top-notch Urgent Care so close to my house. TY to the whole staff!
I grabbed an on line appt, sent a photo of insurance card and answered questions on line then drove there- arrived on time. Only 1 person was ahead of me. I went in for foot X-rays. They were fast, thorough and read my X-ray there. I had a broken big toe and avulsion fracture on top of my foot and possible 2 others on same foot. Referred to podiatrist who I called next day and will read X-ray to see what needs to be done. Easy and fast!
Had a case of poison ivy that needed attention as I was leaving the next day on a trip preventing me from going to my doctor. Excellent staff throughout, very courteous, friendly, professional. I was in and out in under 30 minutes
I brought my daughter to Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in September. She was 11 months old at the time. She was having labored breathing issues and a low-grade fever that had been lingering on for more than 72 hours. It was Sunday morning when I brought her to Mercy Go-Health. Had it been a week day I would have went to her pediatrician. I believed her to have symptoms of RSV, which is what I had told the Physicians Assistant who saw her. Unfortunately, they are not equipped to see children her age or children suspected of RSV, as they did not have an RSV test, and they tested her oxygen levels 3 times and received numbers between 85 & 93%. After the 93% registered on their device, the PA listened to her breathing and said her lungs sounded clear. He told me I was probably correct that she had RSV as it was going around at the time, but he was not sure since we couldnt test for it, so he prescribed her an antibiotic for pre-pneumonia just in case. It is important to note, at this time he did not look in her nose, throat or ears. I do not work in the medical field, nor do I claim to have any medical background or knowledge - I was only concerned for my child - which is why I did not question the medicine my daughter was prescribed and I trusted the man with the medical background and education. I went to Wal-Mart Pharmacy and was speaking openly with the pharmacist about my daughter and the medication, and was advised that the medicine prescribed was not for children her age, and if she did have RSV it could likely worsen her symptoms. She advised me to take my daughter to her pediatrician the next day, which is what I did. Our pediatrician thoroughly checked my daughter and deemed that she had an ear infection, which is why she had a low grade fever, and said she was likely on the downward slope from RSV. He also told us NOT to give her the antibiotic prescribed, and prescribed us amoxicillin instead. I was understandably upset by the situation, so I reached out to Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care Customer Service and spoke to an incredibly kind and understanding woman whom told me I should not have to pay for an appointment where my daughter was not only misdiagnosed, but also potentially put in harms way. She also asked that I please give Mercy-GoHealth another chance. I thanked her for her time, and told her I was just trying to advocate for my child whom cannot advocate for herself. 7.5 months after my daughters appointment, I received a bill. I reached out to customer service again and told them I thought there was a mistake, and told them about the experience once again, and how I had already spoken to customer service and what I was told. This time I was greeted with, Your daughter was evaluated, and Im sorry she was given the wrong prescription, but she was seen, and that is what you are being billed for. When I tried to explain that she was misevaluated and that she ended up having an ear infection, and the PA did not take the time too look in her ears I was greeted with, Take it up with your insurance. I reached out to my insurance who reached out on my behalf and they were told the Regional Operations Manager told them the charges stand. I am upset about the care my child received, as well as upset about false information given to me by the first customer service representative as well as my treatment by the second customer service representative. I will not be taking my children to Mercy-GoHealth in the future. Everyone in the office was very kind and caring towards my daughter so I felt as if I were in good hands, but now I just feel fortunate about the conversation with the pharmacist.
Gave me excellent care with quick visit. Greatly appreciated!
My wife went and received such awful care she had to go to another urgent care across the street. Unfortunately they billed us for an emergency room visit and not an urgent care visit. After multiple attempts to rectify, they still refuse to fix it. This is FRAUD! They pretend to fix it, but then multiple weeks go by, and we get another bill reminder. We really shouldn’t have to pay anything since the service was super incompetent but the emergency room code charge is just plain fraud.I rarely leave negative reviews. But when a company tries to fraudulently charge me and give complete incompetent care in return, then I have to do something.
Went to MGH Monday and been on meds since but may need a few more days
Nurse practitioner Kris is great, my daughter was in for an ear infection and she was so good with her. She started to have issues with her antibiotic and I called to see if we could do anything for her. She immediately called in a new antibiotic. All of the staff is great and friendly. We will keep coming back
Short wait time. Quick diagnosis. Staff was polite.
I had absolutely no issues about anything. The receptionist was awesomeThe nurse was great and the dr practionor was great. All of them were nice and helpful didnt make me feel like I was a bother. And yes it has happened other places.
(UPDATE) Changing to a 5-star: We went back this year (2023) and everyone was very kind and competent. We had a very pleasant experience in Washington branch. We appreciate having a great medical service like this nearby. Keep up the good work! For Washington MO branch-- Last year, we had the best experience at Washington branch. Very kind and top-notch customer service. But today morning (9:56AM), I called to ask about something and the person who received the phone said she did not know answers and I will just have to come in and see. When I told her that last year, they were able to provide all the info I needed over the phone before I went in, she said then it will be the same as the last year when I come in. I understand things can be hectic there but can you at least have someone who is courteous and compassionate when answering the phone? And someone who makes an effort to ask a co-worker/manager to get the answers for customers? Extremely disappointed with this experience over the phone. Just based on this experience alone, my family and I will be very hesitant to visit Washington branch in the future. ((UPDATE)) I called other Mercy Urgent Care branches in the area (Eureka, Creve Coeur) and people who answered the phone were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable and they were able to provide answers to my Qs. Relieved to know that only Washington branch has bad customer service. We will just visit other branches who provide better customer service.
Everyone that worked here was really nice - from the lady at the front desk, to the person that took vitals, to the doctor! The wait wasnt long, and the doctor was quick and efficient.
The wait in the lobby was a little long but my husband, 2 boys and I came in to get tested for COVID-19 since we had been exposed prior by 2 individuals who tested positive. We were a little freaked out and the nurse took all 4 of us in together, she was very efficient and quick. The nurse practitioner was very good as well, both ladies were very friendly, we were in and out very quickly after the initial wait in the lobby. We came in on Friday afternoon and by 8:30am Monday morning I had my results and the rest of my family were called within a few hours. I still lost out on a few days wages but it was well worth it! Thank you Mercy team for taking such good care of me and my family!
I made an appointment today, and when I showed up and described what was going on, I was told by the young blonde-haired lady at the front desk (who was abrupt with me from the beginning) said that there was no X-ray tech in today and that I would need to go to the Eureka Go-Health for an X-ray if need be. I wondered if they could send me to Mercy Hospital for that, the lady said no and then told me “you can go into that room and be seen or not, it’s your call” and that was the end of that. Other than her, the rest of the staff and the nurse practitioner who took care of me were super friendly.
Went there for weird symptoms that i was having turns out it was just a weird sickness that was going around nothing can be explained but i didn’t find out about that there. The doctor told me it was stress and did not pee test me or take me seriously. I miss the old urgent care!!!!! BRING IT BACK. FYI i had doctor russ.
Online scheduling was convenient. No waiting, soon as we walked in the door they sent us to an exam room. Nurse and assistant waited on us promptly. Great experience!
This place has too expensive of a copay just for them to misdiagnose you and push you out the door.. I have had enough of this place.
They are so amazing and kind and ask if you need anything at else at all before you leave. I would 100% come back if I need anything else they explained everything to me so well and got me in and out in a decent time!
I feel before chest X-rays were ordered, it would have been a good idea to use the stethoscope and listen to my lungs first. This facility ran up my bill needlessly besides exposing me to potentially unnecessary radiation. Once the X-rays came back negative, the NP then listened to my lungs and said they were perfectly clear. I did receive appropriate medications for the illness but since I felt tests were run without even listening to my lungs beforehand, I will not return. Poor business practice and more in line with a facility trying to get all they can from each patient.
Needed a PCR to confirm my negative Covid result on a home antigen test. Chose Mercy-GoHealth bec of prev good experience. Staff took me quickly, gave good info, made sure I didnt need anything else. Relieved to hv neg Covid confirmed. In & out in under 30 mins.
Our visit went well the Staff was courteous, and efficient. Our Nurse Practitioner Ms. Charity Huff, was very helpful and informative! The staff was attentive and efficient. We made an appointment and were in and out in a few minutes.
Katie was amazing! The nice blonde nurse who took my blood pressure ect was also very friendly. The lady that checks people in at front counter not very warm/friendly and little stressed out looking. She look like would have like to have been anywhere else but there. She might have thing going in her home life that maybe the Mercy family should help her throught it or give support. Anyway Everyone including her help me and I greatful!
The receptionist was very rude to me. Gave each and everyone an estimated time frame. But couldn’t do that for me. I find that extremely odd. I obviously was there Bc I couldn’t get an appointment with my dr. And didn’t want to go to the emergency room. I’m very disappointed with my attempted visit. The lady wore glasses and had curly hair. If anyone needs to know.
Easy to find, very close parking, friendly staff, efficient and simple check-in process, short wait time to be seen by nurse, very fast diagnosis and recommendations and immediate call in prescriptions to Walgreens which was exactly across the street from this facility. I highly recommend thisMercy GoHealth urgent care.
The receptionist had an attitude from the time we entered the building. I walk in with my daughter. She has to speak for me right now since I have no voice and Im sick. The PA was yawning and told me, oh I could throw you in the river and you would go splat (along those lines but not verbatim). It was awkward and he was looking at my daughter, a teenager. He made her feel very uncomfortable.
Mercy Go Health or is it Mercy Go somewhere else. Katie the nurse practitioner, she was knowledgeable and wanted to provide great care. She gets 5 stars. Chris gets the 1 star and that is being generous. From the moment she spoke, she treated myself and the other patients like we were an inconvenience to her. Chris was rude and clearly did not care about the patients.
I went to Mercy Urgent Care in Washington Missouri later in the evening, because I had went to my Mercy Family Dr appointment and took all my medicine and was still sick so it was pretty late and I went to Mercy Hospital to the Er. Took the medicine that the Er Dr put me on and then I couldnt get back into my Mercy Family Drs Office because they were booked up. So I went to the Mercy Urgent Care in Washington Missouri over around Walgreens area and got taken right in without a wait, which was really nice. By this time I had severe pain shooting from what I thought was my gland all the way up into my ear. Im pretty prone to getting ear infections and have quite a bit of trouble with my allergies, but the medicines that I had been put on didnt seem to be working for some reason. The lady I saw was absolutely wonderful. She is the one that figured out that my throat was swollen and my ear was hurting so bad because I had a infected tooth. I wasnt even having any trouble with it. I would highly recommend Mercy Urgent Care in Washington Missouri to anyone. Thank you Mary
The PA we visited with was so kind! He made my 4 year olds experience easy and enjoyable! It always worries me taking a kiddo to a non-pediatric clinic, but this experience was top notch!
Took my 2 year old son in and the nurse was horrific. Of course he was scared, tired, and sick and did not want to sit still to get his heart rate checked. She proceeded to then tape something on his foot and restrained his leg as he was fighting her and did not understand. I asked if this was necessarily as his heart rate was obviously high as he didnt want here holding him down and she said we have to have it. She did not stop until I took it off myself and told her that was enough. The nurse must not have any training in regards to children which is terrifying knowing this clinic see toddlers and infants daily. I asked for the nurses first and last name and the doctor said we dont go by a last name bases here. If you have infants or a toddler do not be afraid to advocate as this particular nurse now made the doctor a traumatizing experience.
The nurse practitioner we saw (Katie) was great with my daughter and she took the time to do some research to make sure she knew exactly what antibiotic to prescribe for her infection. I was extremely impressed with her!
The front desk employees dont greet you nor explain what you have to do to check in. They let you sit down in the waiting area without saying a word to you for long periods of time. Just to lose a spot to be seen all because the front desk employees cant be vocal with what you have to do to check in. Sad bunch!
What is the point is an Urgent care with walk ins. When you walk in at 5:30 and they tell you, you need an appt. They can get you in tomorrow!! Well I can’t breathe today!! But, thanks!!!!
Great staff! Arrived about 15 min early and got in straight away!!! Almost unheard of!:) The Dr. met me in the room shortly after I arrived! Again, pretty much unheard of! All in all the staff was great had an easy smooth visit! Thank you!
I went into this facility to see if I could get looked at for abdominal pain that I was having. The blonde lady at the front (maybe around 40) was extremely rude in the way she was talking to me and what she said. I understood that there may have not been anything they could have done, but the disrespect in her voice and her comments were unprofessional and unnecessary. As a hopeful patient in pain, I thought it was highly inappropriate and concerning. I did not appreciate being asked about my medical condition openly in front of other patients there as well, especially in that manner. Very very rude.
Because of the team there in Washington, I have surmounted significant heart issues and continued my flying career well into my 70s. Dr. Mohart, Dr. Wood, and especially Nurse Sandra know my FAA requirements in detail.
***adjusted rating from 5 to 2 after learning that walk-ins are actually not welcome?I guess? I walked in after day 9 of Covid and still no relief. First question was if I had an appt? Ummm, no I thought you weren’t required. They were booked solid for two days! You couldn’t even walk-in unless you wanted to come and wait and hope nobody showed up. 🤦🏻♀️I thought that was why Urgent Care was ‘invented’. Not enough medical staff there to take walk-ins. I asked what I was supposed to do, she said I could go to the ER, or try the other Urgent Care in town, but if they were booked, Total Access Urgent Care would be booked too. I went to TAUC and asked if they had an available walk-ins. She said, “ohhhhh, we will fit you in, I’m not letting you leave feeling like you do!” THAT is what I needed, not the other. Definitely recommend going to Total Access Urgent Care simply because they staff better for life’s emergencies….which is the point of Urgent Care!I normally won’t leave a negative review, but felt this was warranted…just start out at TAUC. I feel SO much better!Very kind staff! I went in while I’ll, and they were very patient with my half luster self. Very patient!! Clean and the doc was super patient as he explained Covid.
I went to them because I have spasms in my arm where I have nerve damage. It was cramping real bad the nurse practitioner came in didn’t touch my arm wrapped it way too tight I had the worst spasm I couldn’t even use my arm and she didn’t even take time to look at it and over wrapped it, it was pathetic. Not to mention before she even seeing me she came in with a wrap and just she wrapped it so tight it turned purple setting off the worst attack EVER. Maybe it would help if they had Doctors not practitioners. Are at least one Doctor. I never want to have such terrible care! She made it worse.
About a week ago waited for about 4 hours for someone to tell me that my kid didnt need antibiotics when hes been sick for over a month or longer.
We were in and out with excellent care!!
Quickest in and out visit. There was an insurance issue and the front desk lady fixed it for me before I even left. The Dr. Was kind and made me feel important and heard. I was happy the service was available on a Sunday. Thank you!
The nurse was super friendly to my 5 year old son. It took an hour to get out but thats because they had an emergency. Overall it was a great experience.
Went for upper respiratory symptoms. The medical assistant did flu and strep test. Np walked in looked at the 2 tests (before time) stated were negative then left room without examining, when returned gave me a note stating I was there. How can you properly treat without examining your patient.
Called ahead of time to ask if they could put my daughter’s dislocated elbow back in place and if i needed to make an appt over the phone to get a place in line as i live 25 minutes away. Whoever answered assured me it was just walk in and they could handle it. I walked my screaming 2 year old in and the receptionist looks me in the eye and goes “do you have an appt.? There’s an hour wait.” I explained my daughters elbow was out of socket and i was told by the person i called they could handle it and i just needed to walk in. The receptionist goes “uhm you’re going to have to take her to the ER we don’t do that here”.Called total access urgent care and they took me in right away. Would not recommend this new urgent care. Receptionist was rude and wasn’t at all empathetic that my 2 year old was in pain.
I got in quickly. Staff was so kind and I did not need to wait at all to get in to see the doctor.
My doc is in Crestwood. I had a very minor issue and I was really happy to have it addressed more locally. Expert consult, friendly staff, clean facility, and very, very fast.
Easy to schedule an appointment on line and Physician Assistant R. Kinsey explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and I didnt feel rushed.
I taken care of very well and with the discovery that I possibly had (which did) diverticulitis and sent me to the hospital for further testing. Many thanks for the care I received.
My daughter arrived right after you opened waited three hours in the waiting area and was never seen. She finally left, after watching many come in after her and be treated and leave while she still waited. She was told it would be a short wait. Three hours is not short.
**SCAM** Ask all the questions you want prior to your visit. You will still not receive accurate information. Clarify your costs. You will still have fees billed to you or insurance that are never mentioned. I was billed 533% higher than I was quoted. Now billing tells me I have to speak to the clinic. The clinic tells me I have to speak to billing. The regional manager won’t speak to me directly, having someone else call on his behalf with no logical explanations, again telling me to call billing.FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Never EVER will my family go here again. First of all, they may have the mercy name but they are the farthest thing from a Mercy. I would sit in the ED before going here again. Their staff is RUDE, uncaring, and acts like you are an inconvenience for anything. Wait times are 1-2 hours yet you can see doctors and nurses SITTING IN THE OPEN CONSTANTLY. Weve had better service at the ED and I would suggest everyone go there if you actually want help.
Worst. Visit. Ever.Im currently here in my home, contemplating why these medical professionals sent me out the door yesterday with a PIECE OF STYROFOAM WITHOUT A NON-ADHESIVE GAUZE PAD stuck my lacerated finger. And not only that, the head medical woman there (whos name escapes me) said that theyd be putting a prescription down to the Union Walgreens...NEVER WENT THROUGH, and now Im here in my own bathroom, doing makeshift Triage on my fingers.$125.00 for a piece of STYROFOAM and wrapping....are you SERIOUS? Thanks...never going back there again.
Showed up with intense abdominal pain and was turned away because I didnt have a save a spot reservation, whatever that is. It was more than 2 hours to close.
The chech-in process was a breeze. The nurse-practitioner was amazing when working with/around our 2 1/4 year old granddaughter. Toddlers can be tremendously cranky and uncooperative when sick. Yet, Charity was a dream to work with.
This facility is full of apparently unhappy staff. The only pleasant person was the receptionist and theNurse Practitioner. Perhaps a morale boost is in order
My husband took my son here to be seen for a possible allergic reaction on Friday 8-20-2021 around 3:30 pm. They were told they had no more appointments for the evening. They are open until 8pm...worst decision Mercy ever made was to turn over the urgent care services to Go Health!!! True Mercy urgent care would never have turned away a patient needing to be seen.
This facility refuses to forward my sons records and testing to another clinic where my son goes to college . They won’t even discuss or assist in options on how to get them to this clinic, other then my son can come pick them up (I’m well aware they can’t just give them to me since he is an adult). Coming to pick them up might be an option if it wasn’t a several hour trip!!!! Their system also is not recognizing his information to set up mymercy.net to access the records either. Beyond frustrated and will be even more frustrated when insurance won’t cover repeat testing!!!
Very prompt with the time of my visit. Everyone was friendly & professional. I appreciated the follow up call today about my lab work.
This is NOT Mercy Make sure you check with your insurance before you make an appointment or better yet just go to Mercy . It will end up saving you money since “Go Health “ does not participate or bill your insurance company the way Mercy does. A little bit of false advertising/ information going on. The other Urgent Care in Washington much better! Buyer beware!
Everyone was kind and compassionate. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time.
I came here with a piercing injury in my nose. I was bleeding and visibly hurting. The lady with blonde hair maybe 40 or 50 yrs old at the front basically told me that they “don’t deal with piercings” even though I was injured then told me to go else where and figure it out. So rude
The staff was very helpful and friendly. And the APRN Daniel Skief was very nice and was very professional. And it was nice to see that the rooms were cleaned and sanitized before l went in to it .
I know we are all short staffed but this location definitely makes up for the quantity with quality! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I hope you can get more amazing staff members so you can cut down your wait times.
Their service was superb the staff was friendly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of couldnt ask for more I give them five stars plus one
I was a walk in & got lucky, it wasn’t super busy ! The Nurse Practitioner, Kathleen was awesome & cordial! I was out of there in 40mins. A-1 service
Very friendly staff. I waited maybe two minutes to be seen. Will definitely use this Urgent Care going foward. Thank you!
Very disappointed with this Urgent Care Clinic. To be clear this Clinic has Mercys name/Staff although is operated by the organization GoHealth. My Family and I utilize Mercy for most all Healthcare needs although definitely no satisfied that they have associated with this group to provide Urgent Care Services. There is nothing wrong with the services rendered although the billing practices are managed by GoHealth. Beware that their billing practices are very unethical and even after explaining the situation to 2 billing supervisors and the Regional Operations Manager the GoHealth policies will not allow them to to retract a billing claim and for me to self-pay (which would be more cost effective). Needless to say will not be utilizing GoHealth or Mercy for Urgent Care needs in the future.
I reserved an appointment time through their website, I was seen quickly, staff was friendly, and I was prescribed what I needed to get my poison ivy reaction knocked out quickly. What more could I ask for? Thank you!
Made an appointment, they had me in the exam room quickly, easy to understand and nice.
As many other reviewers have said, Mercy GoHealth is not part of the Mercy system so documents are not available to your Mercy provider. Additionally Mercy GoHealth does not bill your insurance, at least not in my case. Ive made numerous calls and spent numerous hours on hold (and been hung up on after being on hold for hours) trying to get this submitted to my insurance. Why did they even require I present my insurance card if they are not going to submit this to my insurance? I thought it would be convenient as it was a Mercy facility and all our primary care physicians are all Mercy doctors but it has proven to be a bigger headache than I could have ever imagined. Now my only recourse is to go to the facility in person to try and get this resolved, which is exactly not what I want to do in the middle of a pandemic. I went to Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC) in Washington, MO for the same exact procedure and it went smoothly with no issues at all. My family will never use a Mercy GoHealth facility again.
Easy appointment, Friendly staff, Clean environment,
Brought my husband in for poison ivy in his eyes and they took us back immediately and treated him quickly!! I cannot express how great the staff was here and very professional as well!! Highly recommended this place too!!
NP was friendlyFront desk worker rude like always
Nurse practitioner was overly rude. When asking for something and requesting a certain thing she explained it as if I was the stupidest person on earth and she was infuriated I would even think to ask for something. Condescending is an understatement. Horrible experience.
Staff was very nice but I was in for 5 minutes and got a bill for $327. When this was Mercy it was $90 . Upset at the over 300% increase. Called and was told.this was the fee for an office visit. I wont be going back because of this.😕
Ive been to Mercy GoHealth twice in the last 3 months and both times Ive had a wonderful experience. Both nurse practioners were really amazing and thorough with my medical concerns. Thank you.
Quick, efficient, friendly, on the mend in 24 hours
I was seen quickly, staff and care team were very pleasant. I felt well cared for.
They got me in rather quickly, I did register online though. Doctor was very nice as well as nurses.
Staff was very friendly and courteous even late in the day. They took good care of me answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.
Just went in for covid test today. The staff is cheerful and I really liked Dr. Keefe he was genuinely nice and took his time speaking with me about my results.
The staff was kind. The care I received was very thorough and gave alot of aftercare information. I will go back again if I am ever in need of their services.
Great care everytime. The staff are all gentle and kind and do a great job to make sure all my needs are taken care of. Felt very well taken care of especially for an urgent care.
You save a spot you dont schedule an appointment your saved spot is only guaranteed youll be seen youll wait for a very very long time youre better off going to the emergency room

Came in for a covid test. Got it. They said the doctor would be right in. Well ok, I dont really want to see a doctor but ok. Waited for an hour for the doc to come in. Extremely unprofessional. Lack of compassion for sick people. Dont come here.
I made an appointment and they took us right in. The nurse was amazing with my son that has autism.
Everyone was really nice and professional. Very timely service, too. We will definitely be back!
I was a walk in and my wait was probably only twenty minutes and my total time there was under an hour. Everyone I talked were friendly and did their job efficiently.

The staff here is very friendly and they’re very efficient at what they do. That made me feel very comfortable and that was a big deal for me because I was so uncomfortable and in pain! Thanks again guys!
Everyone was so friendly and nice and took care of me,no waiting, and clean, I would tell everyone to go there.
They no longer take walk ins. Everything is online booking apparently. I was told at 10am they were already at capacity for the entire day.
Id give them a negative if I could for the rudeness that we experienced.
Ease of making an appointment, on time delivery, expert knowledge for my situation, friendly and professional staff.
Went to see them for an ear problem. Put me on an antibiotic. In reality it was an ear wax build-up. Thanks for nothing. And out $75 co -pay.
They were absolutely rude and disrespectful they laughed about me a whispered about me the staff.
Everyone was very helpful, kind, and thorough during my visit. They took great care of me!
30 seconds and him telling me on a Friday night to go see my primary care doctor next week, when there is something in the bottom of my foot and $125 later. Nothing done for me what do ever😩DONT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR $$$$
Nurse practitioner Katherine Jasper was informative, concerned and caring. She did a great job.
