Amazing! I had an appointment for labs today at 9:10 and had the pleasure of having Ms. Mary as my phlebotomist. They were on time and gentle but the best part was Ms. Mary, she was super friendly and inviting and spoke softly and explained my labs. She was so gentle i didnt even feel the needle!! I hope she can do all my labs in the future because some places are not as pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend this location.In and out and its nice and clean too!- Dominique R
Been here multiple times now, I always get brought back within a few minutes of my appointment time and the whole blood draw takes probably 10 minutes. I’ve definitely had painful experiences at other places but the times I’ve been here the draw itself is done very well and not painful at all and I’ve had a different phlebotomist every time. There’s nothing bad I can say about this place and I’m mostly writing a review to counteract all the negative ones from people who showed up without an appointment or whatever because it made me nervous to come here the first time with such negative reviews. No need to be nervous apparently.
Horrible horrible place I’m trying to check in but since it didn’t let me bypass the insurance part. Mind you I put my insurance info when I made the appt. So I waited for someone to come to the door as I’m talking this older Asian appearing older lady said I’m late which I wasn’t and shut the door in my face as I’m talking explaining the situation this was the rudest quest I have ever been too. And another worker was saying nope we are not seeing you. Maybe you should get workers who have more empathy and actually enjoy working with people. Absolutely disgusting behavior zero stars from me .
This has to be one of the worst place to get your labs done. no one there can give you good directions or instructions. I gave a urine sample and later that day I get a call from the young guy working there in one of the front rooms telling me to come back the next day because apparently, he didnt have enough urine to fill 9 tubes he stated. smh. he tells me to go back the next day to which I do and when I get there he tells me to wait in the waiting area as if I am a walk in. and expected me to wait hours. This is so damn ridiculous. I hope someone real soon will decide to open a francize of laboratories because Quest definitely can NOT keep up with the demand. Even the workers/tech complain about each other and the shortage of staff. I hate this place. 125 State Rd 7 Quest is the wrong place to go to. Do yourself a favor and find another location. workers/tech here are terrible.
Not so much as a hello! I havent felt less like a human in a long time. At this place you are treated as a number on their schedule. The phlebotomists dont even bother to greet you or say much more than the necessary questions to verify your identity. What a terrible place to visit even for 10 minutes. Makes you feel like the world is really changing for the worse. I saw several people with later appointments get turned away even though phlebotomists were sitting around. Terrible place to visit. Probably a terrible place to work as well.
I see a lot of negative reviews here. But my experience was only positive. It took me 15 minutes to do everything -registration, waiting and blood sampling. Everything is very clean. The specialist was very attentive and helpful. It was very comfortable and fast.
I came in this morning as a walk in. I signed in at the kiosk and sat down. I saw my name on the standby list and knew it could be 40-60 mins wait. About 10 mins later an employee came out and said they would not be taking any walk ins, and I noticed that all the names on standby list were removed…. When I asked they instructed me that they don’t take any walk ins on Saturday, this should be advertised online and furthermore the computer kiosk should allow us to be placed on a standby list. I know appointments should have been made in advance, however many Quest centers allow for walk-ins and should be honored.
There is a particular women who works here who hates dealing with customers, helping out, or really doing anything. She is always there right when they open at 7am. She looks miserable and is very rude. My daughters health condition seems to also be funny to her, as I overheard her talking about it with another coworker. If I treated people like that at my job I would be fired immediately. I am reporting her to the BBB as well as corporate for a second time. She needs to be reprimanded.
I sat there for 40 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be and they were still servicing patients with appointments an hour before mine. The staff also rudely came out to yell at us that we have to be patient with seemingly no provocation. I ended up walking out because I have to work. Go somewhere, anywhere else.
I just left Quest at 125 S. St. Rd. 7 (10-1-2024) This is the second time I had to go there. They come out of their office eventually and yell do you have an appointment? Another lady was there also and she was upset by the treatment. I will not go to Quest again - how dare you let your employees treat us this way.
Do not go to this location the woman missed my vein and my whole arm was black and blue for almost 3 months. I tried covering it up with make up and it looked even worse. My manager asked me one day if my boyfriend beat me up. WHY because it looked very bad on my arm. I was called into the office and was talked to about what happened to me? The staff is very mean and rude to the people that are waiting in the waiting room. Most of the people that are there older and cannot hear and they yell at them. I would suggest going somewhere else not this location. The people here are not happy and with their jobs. So then they take it out on the people waiting for their appointment.
I was very impressed with the staff at this facility. When I walked in, the waiting room was full. I arrived at 3:15 for a 3:20 appointment. I did have to wait about 15 minutes, but I expected that. Felicia was my phlebotomist, and she was excellent! It’s very difficult to draw blood from me, but she was very patient and extremely skilled. She got it on the second place she tried. She was professional and friendly. I’m only going to this location from now on, and asking for Felicia
Theyve always been extremely slow and rude. Also, they dont take walk-ins on Saturday, even though the digital check in screen will let you check in. Go elsewhere...
I had to get blood work done on my 3 months old which is not an easy task. She has such tiny veins, but Felicia got it done in record time and with as minimal tears as possible for doing blood work on a baby. The checkin process was literally just clicking a link on my phone and we were seen within 5 minutes of arriving for our appointment. I cannot recommend quest (Felicia specifically) enough. It can be traumatizing taking blood from an infant for everybody involved, but this was so easy and completely different from my experience of having her blood drawn at the hospital (traumatizing).
Was super nervous about needed to bring my one year old in for bloodwork. Scheduling an appointment and checking was super easy. Barely waited at all with an appointment. All of the information for the bloodwork was ready to go.Felicia was amazing with our one year old. She made it as quick and painless as possible. You can tell she truly cares about people. While I still generally find the company unreasonable and would not choose it if I had any alternative (no human in front anymore to help anyone, had to come back a second day despite having an appointment and following all instructions provided, etc - 1 star for company itself), I would give Earldean who works at this location 5 stars. She was friendly, helpful, gentle, and went above and beyond to make sure all my tests got done my second visit. I am very grateful for her making a difficult and frustrating situation so much better.
The phlebotomist who is on station 9 is very rude also answer personal phone while looking labs order . I think this need to be addressed. Also ,I don’t see the phlebotomist using hand sanitizer prior draw patient’ lab.
I have been here many times Beaufort has an appointment and a walk-in and have always been served this time however when I went in the very rude lady came out told me walk-ins are unacceptable and that I would not be seen until the appointed walk-in time without any possibility of going in early despite the fact that they were not very busy at the time never before have I been engaged by someone who was so rude in the medical industry

Friendly staff, short wait time, quick appointments and quick test results. I’m definitely planning on using Quest again. I’m not sure why they have a bunch of negative reviews, maybe it varies per person. But, I had a great experience.
Wish there was an option to give 0 stars!We decided to give this place a chance given all the negative 1 star reviews and we shouldve trusted the reviews!! This place is TERRIBLE and the staff is incredibly RUDE!We got there around 3:30 and signed in at the kiosk. My name was placed on the standby list and I took a seat in the lobby. After sitting there for about 25 minutes I noticed my name was REMOVED off the list, which I thought was odd!About 15 minutes later, this woman comes out yelling at everyone saying they were no longer seeing any walk-ins and that they dont take walk-ins past 2:30pm.When we told her our name was on the list and it had been removed she said we must have left and were outside the last time she came out to say no walk-ins when we never left! Signed in and sat down waiting in the lobby!We asked why they dont put a sign on the door saying they dont take walk-ins past a certain time to avoid wasting peoples time???She rudely responded that its word of mouth and if she puts a sign on the door people are just going to come in anyways.The reality of it is that shes too LAZY to take the time to post a single sign on the door! Had there been a sign we wouldve NOT WALKED IN and WASTED 45 MINUTES out of our day sitting in the lobby. On top of the hour round trip we spent driving there!!Just absolutely ABSURD, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, completely INCONSIDERATE, and flat out RUDE!!!We will NEVER come to a Quest Diagnostics location ever again!Trust the reviews people, they dont lie!! Great experience. I scheduled an appointment online, and came 15 minutes early, was seen right 3 minutes after I checked in. The staff was respectful and kind. I would come back again.
So chastising, obnoxious, unprofessional, and rude. Got there at 3:20 for 4:00 apt and checked in. Waited a few and worker than locked the door and yelled that they werent taking more patients, it wasnt fair we showed up, and everyone has to come back another day. That its too close to closing time and there not doing these late appointments. Conference called my Dr with the staff standing there and no one could believe the tongue lashing we were hearing from staff here.
Staff was extremely rude! Yelling at patients in the waiting room. We are expected to be patient and respectful. But are treated in the exact opposite way. I was trying to explain to one of the employees regarding my husbands orders and she embarrassed me in the waiting room In front of other people waiting. If I was ten years younger I’d end up at the gun club hotel. She should not be working with the public/customer service. People who come to this establishment are sick and just trying to get services done. Not to be treated in such a manner.Believe me, I’m not the type to write reviews, good or bad. This morning I originally took my Autistic son to this Quest Diagnostics to get bloodwork. We did not have an appointment because for over 3 weeks I attempted to go on their website to schedule one and was not capable. I called my sons doctors office and they also experienced the same difficulty I did so they instructed me just to go as a walk-in today being Saturday. We went to this Quest Diagnostic location located on in Wellington on State Road 7 which opened at 7am. We arrived before 8am. We registed and then we were turned away because they said NO WALKINS on Saturdays. I requested to speak to the manager and even though I explained our circumstances she turned us away. I proceeded to ask her for help making an appointment and she said NO. As we were leaving I told the manager that we were going straight to LabCorp.When we arrived at LabCorp I asked the front desk representative if they took walkins and she said YES. Within 5 minutes of waiting, my son was called in and not only were they efficient, they were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional.I will NEVER recommend QUEST DIAGNOSTICS for bloodwork or any type of testing.Will ABSOLUTELY recommend LabCorp.Thanks to all the wonderful staff at LabCorp!Quest should be ashamed of themselves! Treating disabled people with no consideration.
Our phlebotomist Mary was amazing and I wanted to take a second to thank her for her kindness, my mom didn’t have her referral at her appointment but Mary was able to take us right away when we returned the next day with the paperwork. Very kind thing she did for us, very great in handling my elderly mom, very kind person. Thank you again Mary!
This review is specifically for Rashaun or DaShaun I could barely hear his name. He was very patient , very thoughtful and sweet with my 7 year old who has severe anxiety with needles. He was explaining everything he was doing word for word, not yelling. My son’s nose started to bleed and he didn’t lose his patience, he was so helpful and helped clean it up. This is proper bed side manner. Thankyou for being so patient with us.

Technician was very flustered, couldnt figure our what code was needed or something. A simple appointment took almost 45 minutes.I hope the people who process the samples are more competent than those who draw the blood.Quest has adopted a business model that excludes customer service; they no longer have a receptionist. Technicians seem unhappy in their job and are often short or outright rude.They are convenient but generally not pleasant.
I see a ton of negative reviews here and I am not even sure why. I had a 1:15pm appt. Checked it at 1:05 and was seen by 1:07. The person that drew my blood was friendly and trying to make small talk to make sure i was comfortable. I don’t like needles and she was quick. I will say, she didn’t find a vein in the first try but that is common with me, I have a full sleeve of tattoos. Still, office was clean, mobile check in was allowed so you didn’t have to even touch the screens and it was super fast.
I showed up to my daughter’s scheduled appointment on Saturday a few minutes late. When we checked in the monitor said they would take us as a walk-in. We sat in an empty lobby for 10 minutes before a technician called her name only to tell us that we can’t be seen. They don’t take walk-ins. The sign under the monitor says no walk-ins after 2pm. She refused to take us. Then closed the door on me. I went to the other door hoping to speak with a different technician that was more rational but she refused us as well. Again there was no one waiting to be seen. This place is ridiculous. I had one great experience the first time I came to this location but I don’t think that technician was working today. She had experience in pediatric and did so well with my daughter the first time that’s why I rescheduled at this place. I wish I would have gotten her name, then maybe I would consider coming back to this location but never again after my experience this morning.
If it was possible to give a zero I would. The staff was extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional. I waited in the lobby for a long time and was then made aware in a disrespectful loud manner that I would not be seen because I didnot have an appointment. My name was placed on the board so I assumed I would be seen. All this was done in front of other clients. Not only was the staff rude to me but to a couple of the other clients. I requested to speak to the manager and the staff stated that she was the manager. This place is a disgrace!! I will never enter this building again. This Company need to train the staff on Professionalism. This should not be tolerated.

My wife and I had scheduled an appointment at Quest in Royal Palm Beach for a blood test. When we arrive at the office it was fairly crowded but the Office Manager, Felicia was able to keep, everything running smoothly and relatively on time. Felicia also let those waiting know whats going and to expect.I was fortunate to have Felicia draw my blood; she was amazing and painless -Kudos to Felicia for managing the office in such a professional manner and exhibiting a high level of patience to those that were waiting to be taken.
Beyond exceptional!!! Nek took me in and got my sample immediately which Ive never experienced before. Everyone always tells me I have difficult veins. She is very sweet and accommodating. Place was very clean and I was in and out in no time.
Nasty customer service !! They refuse to attend my pregnant wife, even where there was no one waiting, and place was absolutely empty, just cause we didn’t have appointment even we check-in at 7:00am in the kiosk, nasty people.
Wow what a horrible experience. I don’t ever write bad reviews. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and see there is a 15 min wait time. I step outside for 2 minutes to take a work call and go back in to see my name is no longer on the waiting list. I ask the nurse what happened and she said my appointment was canceled and I’d have to reschedule (minimum 2 weeks to get another appointment). I asked to speak to the manager to explain what happened and the manager came out and said I was “ridiculous” for leaving the waiting room and if I still wanted to wait they would be with me shortly. The Wellington location is amazing, the staff is great, and usually where I go but this Royal palm location had a sooner appointment available. I’d stay away from this location as the staff is extremely rude. Also, they changed locations and google maps does not recognize their new address.
Which phlebotomist you get, is a hit or miss. Ive had wonderful ladies do my bloodwork, and I also had a bunch of friends, running between rooms, loud, talking about whos pregnant and who should get busy, and watching parking lot brawls on their phones. Unfortunately the latter seems to be happening more often lately. You can clearly feel the disinterest from many staff members. I was treated like a practice dummy more than not, with the phlebotomist playing with the needle inside my arm, turning it sideways and hitting nerves. I asked her to stop doing that, but she had to try one more time. My arm was sore for several days afterward.But the reason why I decided to leave this review was my latest visit to that location. The phlebotomist came out and called a number instead of a name. When we asked for the name, she walked back in and slammed the door. I ended up having her as my technician. She pushed the needle in at a 90° angle and started turning it sideways inside my arms. 2 of the vials she collected almost fell to the floor because she was piling them against my arm on 3 inches of armrest, no basket in sight. On the floor, in a PUBLIX SHOPPING BASKET, piled on top of each other, dozens of full vials and others test. The cherry on the cake was the bathroom. I have NEVER ever seen a lab bathroom, where people are supposed to collect samples, as filthy. The toilet seat was smeared with #2 inside and out, the toilet hasnt been flushed for what seems to be a long while. Liquid on the seat and all around the toilet. Trash overflowing and paper all around. Bathrooms on highways are better maintained!! When I asked if there was another bathroom, the technician got clearly annoyed with my question.It was a quite surreal experience!
This has been the best experience I’ve ever encountered at a diagnostic center. I went on a Saturday and both ladies were very helpful. They were patient and kind. They made my son feel very comfortable to ease his fear. Thank you!

Went in to get blood draw with noon appointment but Drs.office didn’t FAX, order. First Phlebotomist was extremely rude, (not first time dealing with her). Had to obtain a copy of order from dr, went back had to sign back In now under walk-in. Waited 20 minutes, had a different phlebotomist Jamiel, very nice awesome girl, she needs a big raise!!! If more people were like her the place would get better ratings.
This is a really good place if you have appointment they will take you within 15 minutes waiting. And a lot of walker also waited only for like half an hour. I really like the woman who took my blood. She was really friendly. Don’t believe on the bad reviews because most of the time it depends on peoples attitudes.
As a Provider, this has to be the worst service, or lack of, that I have had in 40 years. Not only was I just dropping off a patients samples, but they closed the doors before 4pm. Not one of them were sympathetic or helpful. The attitude they displayed was clearly unprofessional. Sarah (If thats her real name) was the worse of all. The manager should be ashamed of this team and Quest should take extreme measure to ensure that clients are treated with respect. I will be making that call.
I made an appointment for bloodwork for my seventy-something year old mom weeks ago for today. She goes to this location several times a year for the same bloodwork. She received the QR code for check in AND her confirmation code prior to her appointment. She arrived at the QD in Royal Palm Beach, FL off of State Road 7 and was given an attitude by the staff. They claimed that they needed a different confirmation number than the one she was given when she confirmed her appointment. The place was packed and they were obviously overwhelmed and overbooked so apparently giving an attitude to a client is the appropriate way to deal with their inability to multitask. They made her wait for over an hour and when my dad brought it to their attention they told him that she was a walk-in and they had to wait. SHE HAD AN APPOINTMENT, I made it for her. I always make her appointments. After my dad spoke to someone, a woman stormed out of the back and put signs up in the waiting room saying they would not be taking walk-ins. This staff is always rude and unprofessional but today, they crossed a line - your staff should NOT be disrespected to a person that is prepared and that has done what is needed in order to have a quick and seamless appointment. Please up your standards on those that you hire to represent your company.
I recently saw the bad reviews and I was confused so I decided to write a review myself. I’ve been going to this place for a while now and I can say it is wonderful. The ladies here have great skill, along with great attitude. Even though I’m always a little nervous of needles, they always make it quick and painless. One of the best places.
I have been going here numerous times per year for 5 years (starting when they were in Loxahatchee) and I have had a great experience every time. I always make an appointment and I’m usually in and out. I have difficult veins but Felicia very nice and patient and is able to draw me every time.
I have been to several Quest locations and never had a bad experience until coming here. The absolute rudest staff you will encounter anywhere. Incredibly miserable people here. It was actually quite shocking how rude they are when being treated very politely in return. You can tell there is a staffing crisis when folks like this are able to keep their jobs. Avoid this location at all costs.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, I had a really good experience today. I’m 29 weeks pregnant and had to go in for my one hour glucose test. I had an appointment and only had to wait about 10 minutes in the lobby. The woman who helped me was nice and even gave me a comfortable chair to sit in in the back for the hour I had to wait. Thank you!
Rude staff. I checked in at the kiosk just to ask a question. My name showed up on the screen and was then removed, buy nobody came out to assist me. There was nobody in the waiting room nor hallways. Eventually another customer came in and I had to wait until they were called back, to then ask for help regarding my lab orders. The woman was not friendly and she was rude...just like many people have mentioned in their reviews. It is terrible that so many people have complained and nothing gets done! I would not recommend this lab to anyone!! I am going to reach out to corporate and I encourage others to do the same! On the website (under Contact Us) you can submit a survey about this location, report an issue or concern, contact the corporate office, & contact customer service - I am doing all 4!
They have move and never updated their google information this cause me to delay 10 minutes so I lost my appointment although it was their fault for not updating their maps. Note I am coming back to a second appointment because quest already mess up my doctors order just about a month ago. This place has zero compassion for patients a zoo keeper takes better care of their animals than this facility. The woman attending the front today 10/26 around 10 am is very arrogant and does not deserve the job and position she have is not because they could not see me but the way she communicates is very unacceptable again any vets around town has way more compassion . Schedule your blood work in any other facility to save your day is my recommendation.
I have visited this quest office in Royal Palm Beach for three years. I always have a good experience as in any other lab in the past. I always make an appointment and the most I have waited to be call is five minutes.Today I have an appointment and I went to the old location, but when I check my papers, the new address was written next to my appointment time. So I was ten minutes late. For my surprise I was called one minute after check- in.The new office has a huge waiting room and is very modern.
If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I arrived on schedule for my appointment and the lady said there’s no appointment scheduled on my name and closed the door on my face. No greeting, no nothing. SUPER RUDE Asian lady with an awful hair perm. She should be fired. I wouldn’t let people like that come near me. A blessing in disguise.
Draw was quick and painless. Mrs. Keisha was awesome! Thank you for speaking with me about how to best advise my students towards employment as Phlebotomy. Yes, I am a phlebotomy teacher and Keisha gave me great information to pass on to my students. She is willing to even come speak with my students!! How cool is that! I cant wait to connect again. Sadly to say, but you go to get service and want to así a question and these people ignore you. They dont accept walk ins on a Saturday. But I was unable to make an appointment by phone nor the website. I have a paper from my employer that says I can walk in. Whatbothers me is the rude attitude and the lack of respect. The way they ignore you is insane. I guess my employer needs a new vendor for these services.
Checked in with no problem (there is no office desk or person to speak to). Received a text shortly after saying to come back: “please return to the patient center for your blood draw”. Waited an additional 40 minutes for someone to tell me they don’t see my name on the list and turned me away. They say they don’t accept walk ins after a certain time, however that is not posted anywhere and I had checked in fine and waited over an hour until someone decided to tell me that I wouldn’t be seen. Very rude staff.
I had read bad reviews, but I made an appointment anyway. Today, was my second great experience at this location. I saw Tamika, and she was so kind and put me and my nervous son, at ease. She had a gentle technique and I could not have ask for a better experience. I will definitely be back, and I’m so glad I didn’t go by the previous reviews.
I am looking at all these reviews about how rude this staff is, and I 100% agree. So, why hasnt anything been done about it? I had an appointment at8:15 am this morning. I had a text message from Quest reminding me. I got there and I wasnt on their list. I showed them the text, I have an email reminder and they STILL turned me away - quite rudely. Isnt it time something be done about how awful this staff is?
Good reviews are hard to find regarding this facility so Im here to let you know dont hesitate to come here! Treat people how you yourself would like to be treated and there wont be any issues. Staff is welcoming, and the place is very clean. My phlebotomist, Felicia was attentive, caring and funny! I am a hard stick and within seconds she says got it! and continued to crack jokes and make me laugh. What a relief! I was in and out within 10 minutes. Remember, the world is full of negativity - be a light in someones day and just be positive, caring and understanding. Youll feel a lot better about yourself.

This location was so wonderful! They didnt have any appointments left this week so I made sure they accepted walk-ins by calling first. Once I arrived, I simply checked in at the kiosk and it gave me an estimated wait time. I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called back. The phlebotomist was also very nice and extremely efficient.
OH MY GOSH. here’s my rant. When you go check in at the kiosk, why give an option to wait outside and be notified via text when it’s your turn? Apparently they called my name in the waiting room but I wasn’t in so they moved on. I was waiting outside! I had to go back and sign back in and then when my husband asked why my name wasn’t called they said they called my name. He told them I’m deaf and that’s why I chose the option to be notified via text. You could tell they messed up.And the attitude the lady gave us. No matter what quest you go to, it’s the same negative experience.
On Friday, JAN 15, 2021, I was appalled by the lack of customer service. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment & checked in at the kiosk. While I waited well past my appointment time, I saw an elderly lady (who spoke very little English) try to get the attention of a staff member. She finally caught the attention of a technician, who berrated and raised her voice in front of the entire waiting room, “You have to check in at the kiosk. You’re late. We don’t know you’re here unless you check in. You’re over an hour late. Go sit down and we will try to get to you.” Luckily, the elderly lady WAS the next to be called, as I was prepared to offer my position in line. Then at 1234pm, a young lady checked in the kiosk for her 1230pm appointment. The monitor showed her wait to be over 30 minutes. She stopped a staff person who was returning from lunch, and the staff person argued with her, “You’re late, and now you have to wait.” I then had to speak up and to advise them that being on-time (or even early in my case), does not mean that you won’t have to wait. I advised the tech that she shouldn’t blame the customer’s wait on being late, because I was early and still had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time, & that apparently everyone has to wait whether you are on-time or not. When I was called for my turn, I asked the tech to ensure that my doctor receives my lab results (my doctor claimed that he never received the results from my October Quest lab visit). The tech’s reply was, “I’ma do my job just like I always do. They always say they don’t get the results.” I usually go to the Okeechobee Blvd location with no issues, but their appointments were booking farther out, so I thought I’d give this location a try. I found that this location was clean, modern, and had a larger waiting area, but it is not worth the lack of respect and rudeness of the staff.
I arrived 15 mins. late to my appointment due to heavy traffic. A lady came out and loudly announced my name. When I identified myself, she said that I do not have an appointment and cannot be seen. I said I did have an appointment but was 15 mins. late due to traffic. She said Well, you are late and need to reschedule. I asked if I could just wait and be seen last to which she replied, Im the only one here and I have things to do. You literally cannot make this stuff up. Never again.
My daughter needs blood work monthly and this location is great! The techs are skilled and professional. They are friendly (making her feel comfortable) and are on time (within 5 minutes) of our appointment time. I would highly recommend them.

I went to this facility on Saturday December 12 2021 and the staff was so rude to me. The short lady came out and said who has an appointment?!I did not because they said they were full however they welcomed walk ins on the website. She rudely said no walk ins on Saturday and slammed the door in my face , btw nobody was even in there My husband questioned the other woman who came out she also extremely rude and slammed the door in our face. Disgusting that you even have employees like that even working for you If I were the owner they would be fired on the spot I see similar reviews like mine what’s the problem just fix it Do you know what that feels like when you aren’t feeling well?? I would like to hear from the owner on this situation and corporate. I am a healthcare professional also. Do not go to that facility!
My elderly mother had an appointment today at 11:30 she as well as many others has described, was turned away, she was told by staff she didn’t have an appointment or maybe at the wrong place, when I was told by my mother I went inside and showed them on my phone her appointment confirmation number and Their address one of the lady rolled her eyes and still insisted she didn’t have an appointment, Then the lab technician the same lady others have described , came out and asked what was going on I tried to explain and showed her my mothers app. on my phone and she refused to look at my phone I told her I was contacting Corporate she asked why would I do that I told her because they were all so rude . it’s unbelievable how ownership has done nothing and gives everyone the same response.These people need to be fired and give the job to others that would be happy to even have a job . by the way I did contact Corporate.
My husband and I just had the worst experience at this location. My husbands appointment was at 10:15 am and was 15 minutes late. It was 10:50 am on a Saturday when we walked in. The kiosk let us check in, so we thought everything was ok. There is no person to greet you, just a kiosk to check in at. Suddenly after about 5 minutes sitting in the lobby, a lady in blue scrubs comes to the lobby from the back and starts yelling at my husband about being late and tells him he wont be seentoday. My husband said ok, and she continued to yell at him and tell him that the location was now closed and that he was late. Hes not even arguing with her at this point. He already said ok. This was our first encounter with her. It was not necessary for her to walk out into the lobby yelling like that and continue to speak to us like that. I was embarrassed for us and her. Im not sure who she thought she was talking to. I wish I had gotten her name so that I could share it here. We are a very chill couple. We totally understood what she was saying. Being rude was unnecessary. I will never come back to this location again. My husband and I are new to West Palm Beach and this was a very disappointing experience.
Great experience! FELICIA! WAS wonderful. I am the absolute worst with needles and she was so fast and so good! Ive given blood a dozen plus times and hands down FELICIA was the best! Also make an appointment. Really helps expedite the process. Thank you FELICIA!
This place would be much better if they didn’t have this rude employee by the name “Jennifer”. I don’t know if she gave me her real name. She is Asian , but she is the most unprofessional and rude person that I have ever seen.Something needs to be done !She talks to patients like she doesn’t care about her job and invites the patients to write complaints like she is sure nothing will happen to her.It’s very sad that the owner of this place or the person in charge doesn’t fix this problem. She doesn’t deserves to work or represent the name of your business.
Was in today and it is so much better than it has been during Covid… Mary was so helpful and patient with me. I am guessing that they were especially crazy busy and that makes everybody stressed and tense. Glad to see my closest Quest is back to the friendly place it was in past.
There is a Chinese phlebotomist who is not experienced like the other ladies there.She blames the needle for all the bruises my husband got today and I got a few months back.I have been an RN for 39 yrs and you don’t blame the needle if you are not good at your job. Can we request for a different phlebotomist the next time we have to have a blood drawn.There are some very good ones at that center.
I walked in at 12:00 pm was only one person in the waiting room and they had a sign saying that they were not taking walk in because some circumstances, from now I am going to use Lab Corp , I went to Lab Corp at 3:05 and they tucked me in 5 minutes they were very nice an professional. I think your facilities are the worst . I went to other Quest and they had the same sign, no walk in. Terrible
Omg the lady who took my blood here was so Rude!She had a nasty attitude with me, and when she asked me who my doctor was she kept repeating it back to back when I had told her I forgot her name. I tried to explain I recently had gotten a new doctor but she cut me off and told me my info was already on the computer. The way she spoke to me was extremely rude. I’m a bubbly happy person, I had to pretend I wasn’t happy to get some kind of respect. To top it off when I came out of the bathroom to give her my urine on a cup she’s like I don’t need you here anymore.I definitely won’t be coming to this quest diagnostics anymore. I’m going to stick to the one I usually go to even though it’s farther.
I had a very good experience here today. I had a 7:15 appointment and arrived a few minutes early. I only waited a minute and was taken in. My tech was excellent. I wish I could request her every time.
Nicole greeted us with a eye roll after waiting for 20 min she informed us she had to leave and couldn’t take my daughter as a walk-in. They should have not let me sign her in and wait if they was the case. Rude.
The address on google maps and Waze are incorrect..the address is 125 south state road 7 suite 102. Next to publix liquors and the ups store.
Bad customer service and unprofessional staff!I was there for 2 hrs waited for my blood work!
I had an appointment today for 1:30 at 123-127 S State Rd 7 Royal Palm Beach and my confirmation # YTHZBP.I am in customer service and I must say the lady that drew my blood was an absolute rude and nasty individual. First I arrived at 1:31pm and checkin on the text I received and it state I was all checked in. At 1:45pm when I had a feeling something was wrong I went to the kiosk and checkin again. Then this individual first argued me down while i was standing in the lobby that I was late and I did not have any appointment. I responded by saying i am not late here is my appointment and here is the confirmation that I checkin and her is the text. She proceeded to take me back and continue with I didnt have an appointment and she did not have my labs in the system. I stopped and asked her are you always this rude, mean and nasty to all of your clients? After that I just didnt say anything else-until she started to draw my blood. I asked her not to remove the needle with tube still in and she replied I never do that and then she did it.Worst Quest I have been to. And if you dont like your job you need to re think your career choice.
I visited Quest Diagnostics today to get blood work done. Tanika was so kind and generous. She did her job professionally. She made me feel comfortable, I will visit this Quest Diagnosis location again because I like the customer service. Good to feel welcomed. Thanks 😊
The staff at the Wellington locations are some of the most unprofessional staff I have come across in my 25 years in healthcare. I rather drive the extra miles to the Lake Worth location. Char is excellent. I prefer Labcorp but it is out of network for me.
Very poor experience. They are understaffed and the techs/nurses arent very kind or even polite. There was a gentleman there when I arrived at around 10-am whom had been there since 8am. He was having trouble with his forms and had asked for help but the ladies kept dismissing him. He needed to draw blood for a new job and they just left him sitting in the wait area for 2 hours. While they kept telling him you can do it, u dont need our help. I ended up having to help this poor man complete the needed paper work. I understand things are tough with covid but when did ppl lose all humanity? They were so rude and dismissive. Sad to see.
No type of friendliness from the employees, not even a good afternoon from the lady that did my blood work when I greeted her. You get poked and dont care about anything else. Quest Lab people used to be so friendly I wonder why this place had so many mean looking faces.
My 5 year old needed blood drawn and we were both very nervous, but the staff was gentle and good with him. Got the blood quickly and efficiently, even with some difficulty finding a vein. I recommend this location.

This location closes doors fifteen minutes before closing. They do not let you in even with an appointment. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend this location or the rude workers.
No one ever answers the phone and the app is terrible !! Stop using Covid as an excuse!! Thats two years ago. Now, the one who supposedly greets patients in the waiting room...Nasty, nasty, nasty!!! Don’t go here the lady who spoke to me was extremely rude I was sent here they told me this was the only quest in my area that was taking walking on their website it says nothing about not taking Walkins a past a certain time they close at 4 i got there at maybe 2:50 and she said they stopped taking walkins at 2:30 even for just a UA i asked her well what do I do she said make an appointment I asked well who can I speak to to make an appointment she said I don’t know turned around and closed the door. I’m a health care profesional myself Im pretty sure we answer our patients questions and refer them to the right direction not just “IDK”
So as you can see from all reviews, the overwhelming amount are 1 star for a reason. Ill let that stand for itself. What I would recommend to anyone who requires service and has to go to Quest, to find a location that has a reception area. Speaking to a person helps a lot and as you can see from the other reviews, unfortunately this location just doesnt have those resources.
I have been to at least 3 other locations and this one was fine. Very professional and friendly. We had no issue and my friend always has a problem when they do her blood. Not here painlessly and quickly done.
Felicia gets all the stars. She spent so much time calling my doctor and her boss to try to find me the information I needed. She was very gracious with her time and its appreciated!

Rude employees who obviously dont want to help people. I walked in,checked in then nasty lady came out and said we dont take walk INS after 230 I went to ask her a couple questions and she abruptly cut me off and returned into the facili6. Ill never go back here again!!!
The website is horribly difficult, the phone service hang on you saying that they have hard time helping you and the machine tell you to go on line and the people at the clinique look like they dont want to work. Third year having a horrible experience trying to get my annual blood work done for my physical.
This is the worst experience I have had with Quest in several years. The automated system which goes into extreme detail to get an appointment just when you are ready to confirm the appointment the system says they are having trouble and hangs up. This is horrible! What is going on? I have been using Quest on Okeechobee Blvd in WPB for at least 10 years and have never experienced such incompetence. I CANNOT GET AN APPOINTMENT!!!!!
I previously posted a bad review about the attitude of one of the Techs from this location and her lack of responsibility at handling my specimen. As I also escalated the issue to their Corporate Office, a Supervisor contacted me over the phone, and she managed to address all issues. Thank you, Aaron.
This place is awful , I am very disappointed , my mom is diabetic and she was fasting the whole day we got there a little late because we got lost , I was talking to quest over the phone with Kesha who guided me to find the place for 30 minutes, she was recording our call while me my mom and my 2 children were just simply trying to get the assistants attention but she shut the door on us. the assistant came into the room again and *yelled* at us saying your late im not taking you bye then when I was trying to explain our situation on how we count find the location she handled it by saying Im calling the cops right now if you dont leave ( just to keep in mind theyre was 40 minutes until closing) so we peacefully left and we were very baffled on how we just got treated. My mom felt like she was going to vomit, faint, and had a migraine all because of that assistant raising her voice at us. The assistants name is Jennifer, cant be sure if thats here real name she is Asian and has her Eyebrows tattooed and a perm. Thats why I cant be sure if thats her name or thats just a name she threw out to me. DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU OR YPUR BELOVED MOTHER
Appointment set for 1:20pm now it’s 1:40 and there are loads of people ahead of me, person working said they are short of staff, will make sure my doctors never recommend this place again.

Zero stars if I could.The rudest staff member!I asked for help because even though I checked in 6 times, it did not register. I was yelled at, given attitude, and the the lady just turned and walked away when I was trying to explain that did what she asked me to do.
They used to run on time but over the past year, they are consistently 45 minutes late or more past appointment times.
Awful- says walk-in available. They come out and say no walk-ins on Saturday. People need bloodwork for there appointments. They are so booked they cannot accommodate the working class. Super disappointing
Just left this quest location and all is well. They were kind, considerate, and prompt. Just like anywhere else it all depends on the intangibles. Maybe next time wont be as pleasurable but, businesses are at the mercy of their employees.
DONT GO HERE! I am a local physician who typically refers patients to Quest. My wife scheduled an appointment for me and I went and after waiting 30 minutes they said I didnt have an appointment. Extremely rude staff, the waiting room was empty. I will never send another person here.
Hour before closing, empty waiting room, I was told after waiting 10 mins that they stop taking walk ins at 1:30pm and to come back tomorrow. No patients are here, I work tomorrow, thanks for wasting my time.
Appointment map showed Loxahatchee Grives, between Publix and Tractor Supply. No such office. Made appointment at 121 SR 7. Text message reminder had a directions map, sent me across Okeechobee, down Crestwood, up Okeechobee a sin on Royal Palm beach Blvd, announced “ you are here” at the intersection. Nothing nearby. Found it in spite of direction map but almost late.
Im so happy I came here they were fast Tamika was great and to add on she drew blood for lab test. DIDNT EVEN fill a pinch pain free I HATE NEEDLES she for sure knew what she was doing. Rate 10/10
Went right in with no appt. Signed up on machine got in within 5 mins and had Mary. She was super helpful and a real pleasure .
I came to my appointment for blood work, was waiting in a line for 1hr, when the called me, they said they can’t do my test because they don’t have a personal to do so, that I have to come back the other day in walk in line, or make an appointment again…I would never ever come back to this location, worst experience ever

Rude and nasty lady that came to the door. The other quest closed and there is no sign. When I explained the rude nasty lady tells me that “obviously I didn’t go to the door”. I went from quest to quest to to this place. That lady should be fired. No sense of customer service, montuoso of understanding and rude.

The location is not displayed correctly on waze or google maps it took me 30 minutes to find this location. no customer service, i read all the comments on the review page and it just feels like i’m copying and pasting all the bass comments and putting it in one but this is really what it is. the employees are the WORST.
The absolute worst place in the world to get tests done. Stuff does not care to the point where they dont even read the paperwork properly. It costs us another week of a painful health problem. Forget friendly service. They talk to you just shy of yelling at you.

Absolutely the worst service. I’ve gone to quest for years for the same exact test, but somehow now it’s a completely unknown lab request and I’m basically called a lair by the staff. Extremely unprofessional.
Automated appointment system was unable to schedule an appoint and I stead of referring me to an actual person, told me to go on the website. Website isn’t connected to GMB listing. So now I have to go through yet another step just to make an appointment.
I have to go once a month and it sounds weird to say but I enjoy going here. All the staff are great, very friendly, and fun to talk to.
I had a great experience there earlier this month with my two teenagers having lab work done, I checked in from my car and they texted me when it was time to go in. The phlebotomist was super nice and gentle.

They tell you on line and on the phone that they welcome walk-ins on Saturday mornings; you drive there sign in and wait 20 minutes in the lobby and then the attendant tells you they don’t take walk-ins on Saturday. Why don’t they update their phone system or website. No respect for patients time
We went here today and they said they don’t do walk-ins of Saturdays, only Mondays-Fridays. They should have put this on their website. We waited hours there for nothing.
The old, short, curly hair, white woman (Im describing her looks because I dont know her name) in the front was extremely rude to my husband the location we made the appointment for is closed and on the door it told us to go to this location we tried to tell her his name and his appointment code and she wouldnt let us talk she said there was no appointment for him in the system whats going on with your systems I personally made this appointment are we all liars or is she a liar and refusing to service people for whatever reason whats going on here she also stated that whoever told us to come to this location lied to us with a very rude attitude very smug she barely let us talk and was very rude ultimately she refused service to my husband which is a huge problem for some one that is sick and needs to have his blood taken every month this is a serious issue I will be writing an email to the proper authorities about this location for neglect and poor customer service and after reading all the other reviews it seems like this is not an isolated case so its been happening and whoever is in charge knows about the complaints and hasnt done anything to fix this problem.

Shoot. Well, I dont agree with most of the reviews here. The techs were super, super nice and most professional. And it was quick too. Virtually no waiting time.
I called and went online to see if I could come on Saturday and when I did I got signed in on the computer because they have no front desk waited almost an hour just for someone to come out not even look at me and say they dont do walk-ins.

Me and my wife had appointments for blood work and when we arrive at the place it was close temporarily, we were on schedule because of work, and lost our appointments after waiting three weeks, completely irresponsible, now we have to make new appointments and wait a couple of weeks, and have to change our doctors appointments until we get tested, they should have a notice on their website about the change.
Everyone here is polite, friendly, and professional. Who knew that getting your blood drawn would be a nice experience.

Terrible service, all the phlebotomists are too rude to people to serve them, they dont want to serve people. I had my appointment at 12:15 p.m. and I arrived at 6:45 a.m. so they could serve me. They opened at 7 a.m. When I entered, I passed my documents through the registration machine and told one of the people who work there about my situation. for which I had arrived earlier, he told me that I had to wait for my turn, 5 hours! Incredible. Then another person came out and I asked him for the favor again because you had another appointment and he responded that what the other person had told me was what I should make me wait for my turn. There were only three people and they didnt want to attend to me. They are inhumane to be working with the public. I do not recommend 441 and Southerns Quest for taking your exams.
Horrible customer service, I am a pregnant woman, I arrived on time for my appointment and I spent 35 minutes going around in circles trying to find the location that is actually on the other side next to the Publix. When I arrived they didnt want to see me and I explained why, they told me to reschedule an appointment which I couldnt because they put me on other days that I couldnt take, I spent two hours trying to get someone to understand that it wasnt my negligence but the GPSs. I wasnt the only one in that situation, other people were complaining about the same thing. But thank God there are people like Yasmina who when I explained to her understood and helped me, a very kind, helpful lady, you should be proud to have her there as an employee because she was the only one who understood, Yasmina gave me excellent treatment very different from the treatment they gave me the other employees. You should be more considerate in serving the customer because the GPS does not recognize that establishment well and you know that you should not treat the customer like that, you should serve them. I just have to thank Mrs. Yasmina who helped me take my sample.
They dont want to treat me without an appointment even though there are no patients. They mistreat the elderly, very bad place.
