I have never left a negative review but I have to at this time . I feel bad because I really like Dr. Karen Bradshaw and I have seen her last 5 years and she is excellent. I don’t think it is her fault either. My name is Tomoko Needle and I went to seasons women’s care on May 10th, 2024 and I saw Dr. Bradshaw . She did a female examination on me and I got pap test done . Since I don’t have an insurance right now, I paid $438 out of my pocket. $288 for an office visit and exam and $150 for pap swear. However , I keep getting invoices from lapcorp by emails and regular mails . Why? I contacted seasons women care and asked “ why I am getting bills from labcorp for $150? I have already paid it by my credit card when I visited the office in May. A front desk lady at seasons women’s care told me not to worry. They said they would take care of the bill. 4 weeks later , I am still getting the same bill from lapcorp. I assume now that the $150 I paid for pap test at season women’s care, they kept the money for their self and they did not pay to lapcorp. If so, Is it some sort of fraud?please call labcorp at 1 800 845 6167 or fax 1 866 227 2839 and take care of this matter asap.
Dr. Clarke was great. The OB coordinator (person you will deal with while pregnant) is HORRENDOUS. I’m currently going through a miscarriage. I had an appointment scheduled that they had to cancel the day of to find out if I was in fact having a miscarriage or not. Mind you I had already been waiting a week to find out. I know things come up and was willing to see any other physician for my results. They said I could come the next morning instead however, I already moved my entire work schedule around for this appointment and needed to cover someone else at my work that was already off that morning. Instead of working with me or allowing me to see another physician they said the next available would be 2 weeks. They wanted me to wait 2 WHOLE WEEKS to find out the results of if my baby was alive or not. I was so upset and in tears. I called the OB coordinator to hopefully help whether it was a telehealth with the doctor or squeeze me in anywhere with anyone for this result. I just needed to know if my baby was okay!! She was absolutely HORRIBLE to me. The worst attitude I have ever dealt with. Completely unwilling to help in anyway, and just shut down any suggestion without hesitation just constantly repeating “unfortunately we can’t do that” as if it was out of spite because she just didn’t want to deal with it. I work in healthcare and would never speak to anyone that way. It’s so disheartening that I work every day to make people feel comfortable in my care and in a time when I need that especially when losing my baby, I get treated so horribly. I ended up going to the ER that day instead and found out that I was in fact having a miscarriage. I followed up with a new physician and office and they were just so pleasant and kind. My new OB couldn’t believe what they did to me. I’m still so sad and upset. Thankfully I went to the ER instead of waiting 2 weeks. Stay away from this place. Like I said Dr. was great but the OB coordinator is an awful human being. I could tell from the first day I interacted with her over the phone when I first found out I was pregnant how rude she was but tried not to think too much into it. I ended up being very right in the end :/. STAY AWAY. You don’t need to interact with people like this while you’re pregnant. Especially when you’re going through a difficult pregnancy.
Dr. Sarah Knowlton is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have been too. I can not express how grateful I am for her as well as her wonderful staff.
If I could, I would give 0 starts. We had an appointment last week for an ultrasound . No heart beat was detected. They scheduled another ultrasound a week later which is today. Dr had an emergency surgery, which I understand, but they told us we had to wait until the 18. Which is more than a week to see if the baby is alive or ****? Which is unbelievable. Put a mother through that stress. Very unprofessional and these people do not care. How dare someone make you week more than a week.
Dr Clark is one of the best providers out there! She is super personable and takes time to listen about your concerns and is knowledgeable about a variety of topics. I’ve been with seasons for almost 4 years now and I wouldn’t change a thing. She is also super honest and looks out for what is best for you as a patient.
If I could give this place a zero I would. The girl at the front desk has a horrible attitude first off. I made the appointment weeks in advance, it was set for 8:30am. I got to my appointment 10 minutes early filled out my paperwork, waited for 40 minutes. I finally approached the front desk, where I confirmed my appointment time and the Front desk lady said 8:30 but Karen had rounds this morning. They didn’t let me know this or even call to see if I should reschedule just let me sit there. I have to work, this was the whole reason for the early appointment. The front desk girl was rude and basically like oh well. Not a place where I want to ever visit again, it’s rude and not only is your time important so is your patients time.
I rarely leave reviews but I am really disappointed in the ethics of this practice. I started with the practice for general OB care in 2018 when I first moved here from WA state. I transferred out for my first pregnancy because I had moved to a different area. Moved back to the area and wanted to come for my second pregnancy and they would not allow me to come back. Very unethical practice. I supported the business for years and this is how I am treated? Are these doctors here to help people? Why the discrimination? Will be reporting.
Blatant disregard for FS 1014.04. Refuses to release records of a minor child to the father. What other laws are they willing to completely disregard?
Dr. Clark is the absolute best! She is super knowledgeable and charismatic. The staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome. I get such a wonderful vibe here and I actually enjoy going to the gynecologist, which I know not everyone can say. If you want the best care, I’m telling you, go here!!
Where to begin, Seasons Womens Care is one of the best OB/GYN practices in the area. I would never go anywhere else. Where do you find an amazing, caring staff and then spectacular & phenomenal doctors all in one place? Seasons Women’s Care! I want my little girls to go there when they are older and need gynecology care. Dr. Knowlton, Dr Bayer, Dr. Clark & Dr. Gonzalez are all so special to me in their own way and have made an impact to me in my life that I will always be grateful for. The staff; Yolanda and all the other girls up front and Office manager Cheryl and coordinator Whitney are all just a well oiled machine.
Been a patient here for many years. I send all my friends and coworkers here as well. Love that it is an all female office. The physicians are AMAZING and they took excellent care of me for both of my pregnancies. Special shout out to Dr. Clark who is maybe the most personable doctor on the planet. Bayer, Knowlton, and Clark are just a phenomenal group of female physicians!!!
I been a patient of Dr. Bayer for 15 years. I cannot say enough how wonderful Dr. Bayer is. She is the best. She truly care for all her patients. I had a complication with my implants, she took care of me same day. She referred me to the surgeon and then she personally called me from her cell phone to follow up. I highly recommend this practice specially Dr. Bayer.
It is really sad what has happened to this practice due to such poor staffing. I have been a patients of Karen Bradshaws for 10 years and never has the scheduling team been so bad. Due to the front desk reception, I have decided to find a new provider. They have the worst attitudes, and pick up the phones as if patients are inconveniencing them. Schedule an appointment? Good luck, the front desk reception does nothing of the sort. If you say you need an AM appointment, you will only be offer late afternoon. Karen is really the best, and loves what she does. She is a 5 star NP and it is sad that the front desk team is making their patients feel so unwelcome.
Not sure how I haven’t written a review yet!! Whitney & Dr. Knowlton have helped me through one of the hardest times of my life making my experience so extremely personable & taking the time to research a lot for me that I would not have known how to navigate without them. Dr. Knowlton also called to check on me emotionally multiple times & I was in awe at how much compassion she had for me & the time she always took to check on me. At sometimes it is hard to get through on the phone line, Whitney always gets back to me, leaves a voicemail & email while also always following up. They both have made me so extremely comfortable & I feel I can make the best decisions for my & my baby’s health with their help always. They never force opinions but give me everything I need to make the best decisions for myself. I’ve been to a couple offices & scheduling & reception is always something every office struggles with but you won’t find anywhere like seasons. They truly care about their patients.
This office is horrible and to be honest after reading the reviews I truly am dodging a bullet. This office did not want me as a patient from my initial phone call to schedule my first appointment. They told me I would have to see my previous OBGYN since I switched care which was not true. I haven’t seen my previous OBGYN since 2016 and I was with Seasons in 2020. I come in on Monday for my appt. It went well for the most part. I met with Dr. Katherine Gonzalez, I am a high risk patient and had some concerns about my care, health and delivery. Dr. Gonzalez said she will staff my concerns with the team of doctors. Okay, great! I get a call from Cheryl and Dr. Gonzalez, basically in a nutshell this office is NOT for black females who have sickle cell anemia which is sad and shocking since they were highly recommended by the BESTDr. Brown-Graham. I appreciate honestly and transparency and not beating around the bush. changing your reasoning as to why you can’t treat me. At the end of it all, Season’s feels I am a liability and does not want to take the risk… so just say that! This is discrimination at its finest. Being discriminated for my race and a condition I was born with. However; they are going to say “it’s in the best interest of my care.” Lovely! Please stay away from this practice.
Dr. Clark gets 5 stars!I have never met a provider like Dr. Clark and I believe I never will. Dr. Clark’s aura is one of a kind. She understands you, does not rush you, listens to your concerns and does not see you as a number but as patient/friend. I am extremely happy she was able to deliver my son. As soon as I was ready to push she did not leave my side. After 4 hours of her encouraging me, guiding me and having faith in me, I gave birth to my son who was 8lb 15oz. I am thankful for her patience and not having to go through a cesarean delivery. I wish Dr. Clark had her own office. Unfortunately, I relocated and won’t be seeing her. I am truly heartbroken.
I delivered my daughter in May after seeing Dr. Clark at Seasons throughout my pregnancy. I have nothing but positives to say about Dr. Clark and all the staff at Seasons. She was so kind and supportive throughout my pregnancy delivery and post partum. The staff always quickly responded to any questions or messages that I left. Dr. Clark is truly one of the most compassionate, caring doctors I have ever encountered and I am so thankful that she delivered by daughter!
I was planning my annual visit with Dr Bayer when I received paperwork before my visit. One paper said my insurance would only cover my pap screen every 3 years which was incorrect. I called my insurance and had them call this office manager Sheryl to let them know of the correct information. Sheryl told me unless I signed this paper I would not be seen by my Doctor. She was so rude!!! This paper had a price that I would be charged if I had the screening. On another sheet there was another pricing for every 2 years and that price was almost double for the screening. How can they have 2 different price list for the same procedure? I asked to speak to the doctor but I never heard from her. I am sure she never got my message! In my opinion, Stay away from this unethical place!
The actual picture of this practice is an electrical socket, this is a good illustration of how you will be treated there as a patient or customerThe wife and I came to an on 7/8/2019 and was told we could not have a dedicated doctor for all appointments. Per their policy they rotate through 3 doctors. We waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes with no update, while we asked how much longer will it take as we are going to be late to pickup our kid. 1 hr 15 minutes later still waiting we asked the staff and there was no care or need to find out. After 1 hour and 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment, the wife was taken in for a check up for the 1st trimester which just moved used to another room to wait longer. This is our second visit and never have I felt disregarded, discounted, and disappointed in the service. Not to mention we were not told what specific lab was needed per the normal prenatal care required. This office does not care about their patients, nor is there any communication or respect for others time. Every single person who came into the office after us, saw someone before us. Trust me, give someone else your hard earned money[Update After Submitted This Review]: Ive been meaning to update this review to reflect the business practices held at this facility. I provide accurate feedback verbally and then digitally here so the practice could improve. However, after posting this review my pregnant wife was sent a letter that they did not want us as patients at Seasons Womens Care. This was unprofessional as I was the one to post my negative experience and not my wife, but the way this company handles consumer feedback and instead of improving the experience, they try to kick you to the curb. While 1 doctor there we know is excellent, the others at the facility are not and the unprofessional office managers and staff there are not worth the hassle. After my wife was shocked and we spoke to the doctor they did ask for her to come back, however too little, too late. We found an alternative facility that wanted to care for our baby at the time. This update is proof that you should go to another office, there are many deserving companies out there. Good luck with your newborn baby!
I love them. Dr. Clark, Dr. Bayer, and Dr. Knowlton are amazing. They delivered my 2 children and trust with my life. I hate that I moved out of state because I fear I wont find doctors like them anywhere.
I cannot say enough how wonderful Seasons is. Dr. Clarke is the absolute best! She helped me through 2 very painful and heartbreaking ectopic pregnancies. Even gave me her personal cell number to use in case I needed her during that time. She also performed my c section when I finally did get pregnant and every doctor that has looked at my scar since has said how perfect a job she did. She has the sweetest demeanor and best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever had!
I came here after my GYN retired. What a mistake. Test results were never entered or read, my history on portal is still incorrect after speaking with staff, and there is absolutely no follow-up done. Dr Gonzalez was not concerned about my past history of irregular Pap smears and breast cysts.
I have nothing to say , but the best about the doctors and the office! I just delivered my baby with Dr. Clarks, she’s just amazing .. the whole team is wonderful ! I understand that sometime there is a waiting time, but now days most clinics have more than 10 providers where you dont even know who will be you doctor at the end of the journey! The ladies at the front desk are very nice ... Comparing with other clinics and other experiences I’ve had, I truly recommend seasons women’s care in every aspect!
Dr. Knowlton has been my OBGYN for more than 7 years and is the most caring and professional doctor. She delivered my baby and has performed my tubal ligation surgery perfectly.
Played telephone tag with the OB Coordinator (Whitney) for weeks….no one ever answered the phone during office hours, and every call that I missed was during after office hours. Receptionists were not able to book OB appointments. I finally decided to stop by, and try to navigate scheduling an appointment. Receptionist looked at my insurance card (BCBS PPO), and asked me to wait a minute. The OB coordinator came to the front (same person I had been playing phone tag with) , and and was told they weren’t accepting new/transfer patients within the same due date I had (6 months out). Keep in mind, I made the first call when I was 8 weeks pregnant, got tired of phone tag, and went into the office at 16 weeks.Complete waste of time and effort. On a bright side, they seemed fully staffed.
10/25/22: Ive been going to Seasons Womens Car for about 4 years now and my most recently experience has left me for a loss of words. I called in May to make an appointment and to fill a prescription. My insurance no longer took my prescription so I have been calling the office to give them other names to similar brands that my insurance covered. Ive left numerous voicemails, emails, and messages through my portal that a receptionist taken note and seen all my messages but no one thought to call or leave a voicemail back to call me after many calls within the last 5 months. I am still not on any birth control due to no one getting in touch with me. The only availability they had in May was October 25th (today). I put a time that works best for me but it was changed without asking me if it was okay 2 weeks ago. I just reviewed a text to remind me about my appointment today that I cancelled the week I was notified about the change and yesterday as it was not cancelled by the front desk staff. I am very frustrated and very disappointed with the way front desk and this company has handled their patients. If you cant help loyal patients, then why bring in more?Update 10/26/22: They didn’t cancel my appointment after I called 3 times and are asking me to pay $35 of a no show fee. I tried to caked and I was sent to another voicemail box. This is ridiculous.
I love my OGBYN who is dr.Clark she very sweet and helpful and makes me feel comfortable. She’s amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. HOWEVER, the customer service to get to her is terrible. They operators are inexcusably rude for no reason, leave you on hold and never comes back, hangs up on you, and never lets you finish what you need to say. Making it very difficult to book an appointment that will be already one-two months from that date since they are always booked and busy and has short hours.
They are the best team of doctors! Dr.Clark is my favorite but they are all truly great. They genuinely care and do not rush you out of the door. Dr.Knowlton even remembered what my husband and I do for work which was only mentioned once in our initial appointment with her. Great group of doctors I would hands down recommend them to everyone.
Dr. Clark is literally the best, Dr. Knowlton was okay and thats it. Im not sure who to blame for the terrible service its either Dr. Bayer or the OB coordinator.Story time: I was having serous side effects 2 days after taking the vaccine that scared me. I was going blind on the left side and losing feeling in my left arm. This lasted for appx 15mins. I called the OB coordinator and it took her 2hrs to get to me stating she will speak with Dr. Bayer and see what she says. 2hrs later she finally calls back and claimed she spoke with Dr. Bayer and Dr. Bayer said it was just anxiety and to take a nap. If it happens again to go to the hospital. Ive had panic attacks before and have never once gone blind or numb. Not to mention I wasnt stressed or anxious before the symptoms. Ive never felt so unheard in my life. That experience made me so uncomfortable that I switched providers at 6mos pregnant.
I changed from OB GYN of the Palm Beaches because they don’t respect appointment times. I ended up at Seasons Women’s Care and Dr.Clark to handle having my 2nd child. Dr.Clark is amazing. She has great demeanor, professional, personable, and most of all caring. She made my delivery an absolute breeze! I’ve seen her for my follow ups and she’s always smiling. She always makes sure she answers any of my questions.I’ve had no issues with billing. The front staff is courteous. I’m seen with minimal wait. The office is clean. I made the right choice in making them my OB GYN.
Beware of this place. I would not recommend this office to any of my family and friends. I wonder what is the point of having an OB coordinator, when coordinating doesn’t seem to be part of the job. Horrible experience!
If you want great consistent patient care DO NOT go here. I just made an appointment elsewhere and I’m sad to be leaving Dr.Clarke who is a great Dr but I’m happy I don’t have to wait MONTHS just to see her or when I get to the office they say she had to leave due to an emergency or had to go to the hospital and they don’t know when she’ll be back. I haven’t been able to see her since 2019 since she’s always having to leave or because her schedule is months out. I had to see the np since 2019 who was just OK. Customer service from the office staff can definetly use some help as well
I highly recommend this practice of highly professional and warm group of women!! Although my wife had a rough pregnancy and delivery they eased our worries each step of the way and provided nothing but support and encouragement. I am so thankful that we had Drs. Clark, Knowlton and Bayer to help us through it. The OBG coordinator, Lissette was also a godsend and provided support throughout my wife’s entire pregnancy. They were always able to leave us feeling good and confident no matter what was going on. They all take their time and never made us feel rushed with our millions of questions. My wife ended up needing a C section and Dr. Clark made us so comfortable going in. Futhermore Dr. Knowlton came in to assist. Knowing we were in the care of 2 outstanding Doctors only eased our minds more. The surgery went great and my wife and baby are amazing. My wife was out of bed and walking by early morning and only 10 days out you can barely see her incision site. Thank you Seasons Womens Care team also special thanks to the staff and Nurse Practioner Karen who came to see my wife post surgery and again provided warmth and support for my wife and I.
Doctor Clark is the best and I was truly sad to leave her when I moved. She always made me feel so comfortable. Karen is amazing too. She answered all my questions. Everyone who works here is great!
The staff always goes above and beyond. I see Dr Clark and Dr Knowlton. They are both amazing. I am so lucky to have found them. Dr Clark held my hands while I received my spinal for my C section. She knows I am petrified of needles and helped to keep me calm. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
The OB coordinator SUCKSSSS! They do not hear your concerns or really care about how your feeling. I am in my first trimester, and started to spot so I called my regular doctor which was told by her that my OB becomes my primary physician because I am pregnant. So I called seasons womens care and they told me to go to the ER- that my “symptoms” aren’t pregnancy related. HUH!?! They said I might have covid or the flu. So I got covid tested and it came back negative. And I certainly do not have the flu or any symptoms of the flu. And they still did not want to take me in, knowing that I was spotting and it can be signs of a miscarriage they did not care! Instead they proceeded to say we told you to go to the ER. I honestly think they just don’t want to do their job and if that’s that case they should not be there. Women go there already feeling scared, with so many questions and concerns, the last thing we need is them turning us away. I would not recommend going there. Find another practice that will hear you and your concerns.Best of luck mommas.
A heart full thank you to season’s womans care for excellent services specially to my 3 loving doctors..dr Knowlton,Dr Bayer and dr Clark..they are the best of the best..from.mrs.Irvin
Terrible customer service experience. The waiting is terrible, and nobody explain you that the doctor us covering other appointments. Personal is not professional, they were talking about a customer in front of me, bad attitude and lacking of charisma. This is my last time here!My first time, I felt the same and I should feel my intuition. The service is important regarding how good your doctor is!
I cant even schedule a pregnancy appt. Whitney was very rude on the phone and was not even concern of anything I was saying. Doctor Clark may be amazing but staff is also important.
I called to make an appointment as a new patient with an extremely painful bartholin cyst. The woman who answered the phone was rude and curt. She told me I couldnt be seen until April, then hung up on me. Maybe I dodged a bullet.
Absolute trash office. Wouldn’t send my worst enemies wife to this place. The most absurdly rude office staff, it blows my mind they are still in business.
Customer service is horrible. Their OB coordinator will never call you back, and if you do speak with her, she’s rude. They rescheduled me last minute, then I called in to ask questions about my insurance, they said “look at your card.” Do not recommend.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I’ve been coming here since I was 16 and and had never had an issue. Until today when I was running late for an appointment this afternoon and CALLED the office to let them know. They told me it wasn’t a problem, when I arrived I was then told I had to either wait a hour and a half until their lunch break was over or reschedule. Meanwhile the doctor standing behind the counter was looking directly at me. I drove from east boca to Wellington in traffic to see a doctor for something I needed to be taken care of ASAP out of extreme discomfort. Very disappointed.
Be warned -- Dr. Bayer recommended an expensive procedure be done on me while on bioidentical hormones. I received two other opinions that the procedure was not warranted, and cancelled the procedure. She charged me a $200 cancellation fee! She does not return phone calls, and is not interested in coordinating care with other doctors. If you are in menopause, find another doctor.
These doctors in the practice truly care. They are there for the patients and unfortunately sometimes that means appointments need to be rescheduled. My family has gone here for years. Best patient care
Dr Knowlton and her entire staff are amazing. I had surgery a few months ago and Dr Knowlton made me feel comfortable and went over everything and really made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend this office/Dr to anyone!
Dr. Clarke is the best Gynocologist I’ve ever had! She is so down to earth, with such a great spirit.
The worst place ever. they have old machines. the place looks dark and unwelcoming. but most important there is a woman with glasses and highlights that is either at the front when you walk in or on your way out. she is by far the rudest and uncompassionate person I have ever met. I lost my baby girl and she kept on pushing some issue that was irrelevant to why I was there and when I told her I dont know what you are referring to I just lost my daughter and i have been really depress, she had no heart. can you believe her answer was I understand but...blah blah blah I mean when you are going to the worst moments in your life and you have to return back to a place you dont wish to be in the least you can say is I am sorry to hear that or something to that matter, but I just told her to give me back my insurance card and my dl and left. it is not worth it to deal with these type of people who cant find it in their hearts to be friendly or make someone feel worth it. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN...
Dr. Bayer is incredible! She is a true professional, kind, informative and has a great personality. She doesnt mind taking time to really explain information or answer questions. Thank you Dr. Bayer!
I use Dr.Clark and I couldnt love her more. She really takes her time to understand my concerns. I just started mentapause and I feel absolutely crazy. Reassured what I was feeling is completely normal. I feel like Im gonna get through this . THANK YOU!!!!!!
Dr clark is such a breath of fresh air . Coming from a larger doctors office who just treated me like a number I’m so glad I’ve found seasons women care
Dr. Knowlton does a great job every time explaining things to me. She is also wonderful at following up and not forgetting about me.
Dr. Knowlton is so compassionate. She advocates for the woman and I trust her.
I delivered with this practice and go for routine care. I have always had good experiences and highly recommend.
Recommend by co worker and I loved it. No long wait times and staff and Dr are all friendly and very professional!
The staff is rude, first experience, worst experience, too long wait, better find another place.
Love the staff and Dr Clark is amazing!
Love Jessica Clark! Very professional
We highly recommend Seasons Women’s Care.
Professional staff and remarkable doctor Bayer
Just runs late sometimes.
