RUDE and condescending..if I could do zero stars I would, my vet has a better bed side manner....
I waited 3 months to get in to see Dr.Luck and I only wish I had gone somewhere else.I had been told by 3 diff Drs as well as a pelvic floor therapist that I had a bladder prolapse.Within the first 10 minutes of the visit I felt like Dr Luck was not actually listening to me.I feel like as soon as she saw that I have dealt with chronic pain and take narcotic pain meds she wrote me off as a drug seeker.I expressed I have done pelvic floor therapy twice and it is just too painful. After doing a exam she proceeded to tell me my bladder is not prolapsed(I agree with the other 4 Drs….it certainly is as I can feel it)and tried sending me to pelvic floor therapy AND basically just gave me 6 pages about opioid usage.A complete waste of 3 months and my time.I left extremely frustrated. The main reason I went to Dr Luck was that she a little closer to my home, but I learned my lesson.I will go back to Troy to the Dr that will listen to me and help fix the problem.
I sat in Dr lucks exam room for over an hour until I had to walk out. I am so tired of these physicians over booking themselves.
She has made a wonderful difference in my life. I adore her and will tell all women to see her.
