Excellent care. No wait time at all. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. PA was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. She explained things clearly and sent me on for X-rays. Got the X-rays again with no wait time (at Maple and Farmington). The PA called me within a half hour after I was home with a diagnosis and treatment. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

My experience at Henry Ford-GoHealth urgent care has been very good and pleasant. The staff and doctors there have been very supportive whenever I went for the visit. The consultation part was also very helpful and without any wait time.

I called on the phone to inquire about my new symptoms after my last, a day ago. They told me to come in right away and the receptionist said she would have my chart ready for the Doctor to see and read before I came in. The Doctor was up to speed about what I was there for, explained that I was having an allergic reaction to the meds and took care of me with new meds . I was very happy with the professionalism and care they showed and the quickness that I was taken care, of, I will continue to come here if needed as I was very satisfied.

Spencer Kovan was an excellent PA. He was kind, attentive and explained aspects of new strain of COVID with me. An asset to your Urgent Care team

This is the worst place to go to. Be aware of many bills that they will send you after your visit, even if you pay in full for the service upfront. This place is all about money and when you try to contact them back to have them fix the mistake they did they keep saying the manager will call you back and they never do.Will never go there or recommend this place to anyone. After reading their reviews now they seem to be doing same thing over and over and billing people different amounts than what they disclosed with them.

Fast service. The friendly staff is very caring. I have found my urgent care, and I am so glad. So many urgent care facilities are HORRIBLE, and the PAs have no clue what they are doing. Not at Henry Ford GoHealth. The PA examined me and prescribed medication that worked very well. By the next day after my visit, I was feeling a lot better than before.Thank you guys. Im really am thankful for the care that I received 😊

Love that I can get an appt time online. Arrived and had a quick check-in and the PA provided a dx and prescription for meds. Highly recommend

Went there and needed a flu test. I was told by both the doctor and the assistant that the test is included in the office visit which was $155. Couple weeks later got billed another $100 for the flu test, went there both said you should not get billed and it was a mistake someone will call you in couple days… no call so I call the customer service and they said there is no such a thing that the flut test is included. Asked for a manger and again no one calls me back. Looking at my bank account today and I see that I was charged $100 without me making the payment. Would not recommend

False collection practices. I received my bill for urgent care services, and promptly paid it using their online bill payment system. I nonetheless received another bill. I called, gave proof of payment, and they said they would take care of it. Instead, I just received notice from a collection agency. If they cant keep track of their bill payments, how can I trust them to give me medical care?

I had an online appointment and I was passed by people who were after me in the list that was displayed. I went there a little early to complete any paperwork but I was not talked to and when I asked a question about paperwork their response was wait for your time. Appoint was at 5:46, and they called me at 6:04 and till that time they didnt do anything. Then they started the registration process. Why? Doesnt even make sense. You could have done this before the appointment time. I was given a registration link where I uploaded my insurance and id, and they basically took id and insurance again for whatever reason. I dont understand the need for appointment when you dont honor it. Go in for a walk in may be but dont go with an appointment, its a waste of time

Very poor collection practice. I got a bill in November and paid it immediately by 17th Nov 2023. However, I still got another bill in the mail in December. I called the urgent care to confirm that this was not a separate bill and he mentioned that my bill was paid but not updated in their system. He mentioned that the matter was escalated and thought that it would be taken care of. Today, I received a message from the nationwide credit and collection agency indicating that I hadnt paid the bill. This was really disappointing. I called henry Ford urgent care again and they said the same thing about the escalation. Very disappointed. I will not be visiting this urgent care again since I was treated as if I hadnt paid even though I paid very promptly.

The hours were good and the facility looked clean. I was taken in immediately (No one else was there.), secondary to a couple of basic questions. The staff were pleasant. The only thing I had a concern about was that it took longer than promised for test results.

During our visit to the United States, specifically Detroit, our son unexpectedly fell ill with a stomach bug. Fortunately, a helpful passerby at a pharmacy recommended taking him to an urgent care facility. Despite it being a holiday in the US on that particular day, we followed the advice and arrived at the suggested place. The doctor we encountered was incredibly kind and displayed exceptional care towards our son. They administered necessary tests and prescribed appropriate medication after conducting a thorough examination. We were truly impressed by the level of professionalism and compassion displayed by the doctor. It is worth mentioning that, as Canadians without insurance coverage in the US, the quality of care we received at this facility remained outstanding, surpassing any financial concerns.

Very thorough appointment. Easy scheduling same day or beyond. No wait time. Doc on site. Felt like a full visit to my primary care physician. Great experience and my records are accessible on my age Henry ford chart; the Orchard Lake Road location was very clean and professional; the Bloomfield location was beautiful and clean but the personnel was arguing and about to full out fight during our appointment! Shocking! The doc handled it well.

I wasn’t able to make an appointment with my doctor and wanted to have a professional eval for my cold symptoms. I was impressed with the cleanliness and design of the facility and the ability to get an appointment on the spot. Both Nikki and Jane were thorough in getting me “processed” and taken to have my vitals and the doctor, Kim, was clear and precise about my diagnosis. I will continue to return to this location for further treatment as needed. Thanks, staff!

Staff is professional, kind, and caring. I didn’t feel rushed. Facility is modern and clean. Each room has an actual door for maximum privacy. I have already suggested this facility to my family.

The NP was outstanding. She was friendly, she came down to the level of my child and spoke to him in a non-threatening way. She was professional, personable and extremely thorough.The person who checked us in was like a clerk, MA and X-ray technician all rolled into one! She was also outstanding. We felt very fortunate to have walked in that day.

The entire staff was welcoming, helpful, and professional. The clinic was very clean. It was helpful to be able to schedule a “save my spot” appointment online. Overall, the entire process, facility, and staff were great and I would definitely go back if I ever need urgent care again.

I was hesitant to come at first but was so relieved I did. Will be coming here for all my future urgent care needs!

I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care! Both the technician/ medical assistant and the provider Zena made me feel extremely comfortable! I was especially blown away with Zena’s thoroughness and kindness. She helped me get to the root of my issue instead of just giving me a blanket drug to maybe fix my problem. She answered all my questions and didn’t rush me either. I would recommend her to anyone in need of urgent care.

The location is clean and bright, Zina was wonderful and so compassionate and helpful! The Receptionist (sadly I forgot her name) was lovely and friendly! X-rays were done immediately and results were given promptly!Best urgent care experience our family has ever had!Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience here. Fast service and everyone was very friendly. The doctor I saw explained everything well and made sure I didnt have any questions. My prescription was called into the pharmacy immediately as well.

Took my mom in to be examined, for a cough. Registration was done online. The staff was very helpful and friendly and prompt. They were not many people there. Wait time was 10 minutes or less. Office is very clean and neat. I like the fact that this is a Henry Ford facility and all patient records are updated Direct.

I went in on new years eve. I was ambivalent about going in on a holiday; fearing the wait would be long, but it wasnt!! I was immediately greeted and saw a PA-C within 10-12 minutes. I was seen by Zena Sagginario PA-C. She was so personable, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I left feeling better within about 20 minutes, also with the confidence I would be much better in the coming days.

The provider and staff were very thoughtful and kind. I felt well taken care of and not rushed. Very efficient too.

Ive been a patient of Henry ford for about 10 years, and I go to the hospital every monday for blood tests, all the new hospitals big and small Ive been to, from the nurses to the doctors, theyre great and professional . and especially my surgeon makes me feel confident and extremely securebut the place itself is probably new or just opened so its extremely uncomfortable and the feeling is reversed from the places Ive been to in the past 10 years when entering and finishing. before entering i gave the documents they asked for and i did , then i paid $85 and i am not sure how much insurance i would pay , and after that the person sitting in front of the cashier was wearing a The dark blue uniform is usually worn by the nurses. She asked me if I was sick or injured, and I said I was injured.and I waited at the front for about 10-15 minutes, then she brought me into the room and I explained about my injury and feeling unwell, she replied to me with displeasure saying, why dont you tell me all the details of what youre having in front of the counter? which I just raised with her in the room. I dont know if she is a nurse or just a person sitting in front of the counter responsible for collecting the money, she is very rude and she leaves, I dont understand what I did wrong? , I see many comments like me , I dont know if they are the same person or not ? I think its a private matter that doesnt need to stand in front of the counter with many people to tell every detail about whats wrong with my body. because she just asked if I was sick or injured, I replied I was injured . she didnt seem happy and let me wait in the room and then walked out without any further instructions or words.I waited for about 15-20 minutes in the room, then another woman wearing the same dark blue uniform came in, I thought it was a nurse because the doctor would wear a white shirt outside and have a name tag.then I explained from the beginning that what was wrong with my body, she checked my mouth and ears for about 2 minutes and then she came out, I waited for about 5 more minutes, then the girl at first stood in front of The counter also came in to give me a prescription and didnt tell me how to take it, I asked a few questions about the medicine to make it clear because I just had surgery, she was silent, so I went home. we are the patient and the hospital and the ultimate trust and hope in all human beings as well as animals, all patients need is a warm and trusting medical doctor.but today I am unwell again booked an appointment at 1961 S Telegraph… same day care . co-pay is only $20 . what i dont care about is how much i pay , i just need them to respect the patient , understand and sympathize they worked very professionally , they did the right procedures that a patient needed help and the doctor pulled my legs , arms , shoulders , back , where I hurt the most and they let me know Is it a muscle or a nerve…. And what should be done to help? they guide me in extremely detail I dont need to ask any more questions, after I follow their instructions 1 day later my body is completely healthy, the pain and … has stopped. I have to drive further than where I live just to see ethical doctors. I love Henry Fordand this place Henry Ford GoHealth Urgent Care 2905 UNION LAKE RD, is closer to my house but sorry for free i wont come back a second time either.sorry I wrote a bit long maybe many words will be misspelled my phone is logged out many times .

The front desk receptionist named Nikki has a heart of gold. When I came in I was in a lot of pain completely in tears. She rushed over with kleenex, hugs and encouraging words. Ive never had a stranger console me in my time of need like that. Nikki really lifted my spirits at one of my lowest points. I really appreciate her so much. The doctor was also very kind. Thank you again Nikki! You guys rock!

I came in without an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes by a very friendly staff. The meds the prescribed for my sinuses fixed my issue right away, like, immediately. Great experience.

I cut my knee cap area with a chainsaw and I went to a nearby hospital emergency room. I was told there would be a 5 hour waiting period so I went to Henry Ford-Go Health urgent care. They processed and treated me within 45 minutes. Two days later now and I feel like in full recovery mode. Thank you for the great service

Very dishonest staff.I called ahead to ask if they are able to administer stitches inside the mouth. Placed on hold. Girl comes back “ yes we do”. We show up. Hour later, PA walks in. “Sorry we don’t do these stitches, you’ll need to go to the ER”. But I just called…”we’re sorry, don’t worry we won’t charge you”Files claim, sends me a bill anyways. Wasted time and money for literally absolutely nothing. Why lie about services you don’t provide just to get people in the door ?Cue the meaningless corporate apology. Go.

Pre-scheduling is a benefit. The PA and the nurse were very knowledgeable and considerate. Modern and clean. I continue to get excellent care and Henry Ford health.

Great Place - second time I’ve been there. Their newest testing gives you the results of 4 possible diagnoses in one test ! Fourty min results for COVID - 2 kinds of Flu and RSV all in one swab ! Nice - professional - Place looks new and very clean ! Highly recommended !

I feel and was unsure if I should go get my foot checked because I thought it was probably nothing. I also did not want to go to the hospital where I could catch somthing and potentially wait for a very long time. I was able to make an apt and walk right in where Brionna and Deya were so helpful and didnt make me feel bad at all. They took great care of me and ended up being able to take xrays right there where I found out my toe was broken in multiple locations. Great location, great service, and great experience for a bad situation.

Would not recommend the doctor that was on staff didn’t listen and the infection I had got worse.

I visited the facility in the early evening. It was very clean and attractive. The nurse and the aide at reception were welcoming and competent.
