It was very difficult to find the place. There are no signs or any indication that NJ Primary Care even exists on these premises. Somehow I managed to find the place and was asked to fill up some very unprofessional looking paper forms (you could make out that these were just photo copies of another form.) I told the front desk that they should have all my information from ZocDoc, but the doctor said at the end of my visit that they do not have access to that information which sounds strange to me. I have never had this issue anywhere else. There were no other patients so there was no wait. The doctor was pleasant but it was a very short visit and there was no clear communication about her treatment plan. The medicines prescribed did not work and actually aggravated my illness so I had to go to urgent care. Safe to say I will not be going back.
