Great experience with all the staff here! All were kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. We worked with a few of the doctors and all were great! Answered all questions and gave me extra ultrasounds when I was anxious about our babys health. Only took us 7 months from start to pregnancy for our IVF baby! Thanks RAD!
RAD has been amazing throughout the entire IVF/Fertility process. They provided support every step of the journey and the staff is just phenomenal. After more than 4 years of trying to extend my family, RAD has helped me and my husband welcome our baby girl who was born on 02/05/22.
My family is forever grateful to RAD for helping to give us our daughter. Experiencing 2ndry infertility was hands down on of the most emotional and challenging obstacles Ive been dealt. When we finally turned to RAD for answers not only were we met with an amazing team of doctors and nurses but a supportive community of people who understood.Thank you for giving my family something no one else could. We feel so complete. I have and I would again recommend your team to anyone in need of fertility assistance.
My husband and I chose RAD to help us on our fertility journey after many years of trying and having no success. The staff at RAD is amazing and treat you like family. Our journey had to involve IVF which was successful and when i messaged RAD to let them know we where contacted by several staff members congratulated us on the birth of our baby boy. We highly recommend RAD to anyone that is in need of fertility help.
My husband and I couldnt be happier with our experience with RAD. Thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses, we are parents to two beautiful children. The staff is friendly and extremely supportive. You truly feel like you are a part of their family while you are a patient there. Choose RAD for your fertility care and you wont be disappointed!
IVF is a rough journey and can be a long one for some, but RAD was there every step of the way. They were able to help build our family with 2 beautiful daughters. They are amazing professionals and will help find solutions to any issue that may arise. RAD was a great experience.
My husband and I have been part of the RAD family since 2017. They have helped us grow our family not once, but twice. We have 2 beautiful girls (1 in heaven, 1 in our home) because of them. When we were ready to build our family again, after losing our first daughter, we were welcomed with open arms and a warm embrace. The entire team celebrated when I conceived our second daughter. That celebration increased 10 fold when we welcomed her earth side, safe and sound, on 6/2/21. RAD is so much more than just a clinic. The people there truly care about you, your family, and your journey. I can’t wait to go back and show off the beautiful baby girl they helped bring into this world. If you are struggling to conceive, I cannot recommend RAD enough. There is a difference in the care they give, and it makes this difficult journey just a bit easier.
My experience with RAD was wonderful! I started out by seeing Dr. Neithardt, but ended up working with and getting to know many different staff members. All were very professional, personal and want you to succeed. Its a warm, family atmosphere - not cold or clinical at all! Because of the exceptional staff and Doctors at RAD, my journey was a success. Highly recommend.
RAD Fertility exceeded my expectations. After struggling to get pregnant, we went through the IVF process. RAD was SO informative and supportive to us throughout the entire journey. Today was my last day visiting their office and I am truthfully sad! I will miss the kind staff, nurses and doctors. Everyone treats you like family! If you are considering fertility medicine/doctors, RAD is a MUST! Sending love to the RAD Fertility Family. Thank you all for giving me the greatest blessing I could have ever asked for.
RAD made our dreams of being parents come true. I was nervous making the initial call, but from the moment we started, we were put at ease. Everyone we worked with was fantastic. Dr. Feinberg informed us on all our options and was willing to support whatever we chose. Ultimately we had a successful IUI, giving us our perfect baby. The journey to being parents was long, but we are forever grateful for the support, communication and dedication of the RAD Team!
I could never thank RAD fertility enough for all that they have done! My husband and I tried for a few years to have a baby and when that didnt work we decided to go to RAD. We didnt know much about IVF or the process and were nervous but after our first appointment we were ready and excited to move forward. The doctors are great and walk you through all parts very thoroughly. Throughout the process you have a coordinator you can contact as much as you need to help answer any questions, concerns, or to get you to someone who can. After your first appointment RAD fertility becomes your family and are there for you every step of the way! Thanks to RAD fertility our dreams of becoming parents came true!!!
RAD goes above and beyond. From the moment you start with them and even after you depart. I started with them back in November and before we started the complete process, I found out I was pregnant, and they transferred me to my OB in December. That was the last time I worked with them. They kept on file that my daughter was due in August, and contacted me in September to check on us. They then sent her a gift in the mail. They were more attentive than my OB after the birth! It was so sweet and thoughtful. They are amazing and I will always recommend.
Our very first appointment at RAD was in the Wilmington Office and I believe part of the reason we felt so comfortable with this team right away was because of this appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful, everyone was on time, actually I believe they took us in early. This office is warm and clean and even though we were starting a difficult journey, the experience in this office reassure us we were in the right place and in the right hands!
My husband and I found ourselves at a crossroads. After two losses and a year of doing everything we could do to try and expand our family, we had to come to grips with the fact that we were facing a fertility issue. It felt like failure. Getting pregnant with our first child came so quickly and easily, we were certain that our second baby would enter our hearts in the same way. So what to do? Continue blind? Give up? Seek help? That is when we found RAD. Our neighbors were walking the same path we were on and mentioned they would be meeting doctors for a consultation. The very next morning, I was on the phone making an appointment. From the very first phone call to our final appointment, the entire team at RAD were who we needed. Medically, emotionally, and sometimes even spiritually. They fought for us and our little family and made it feel like we were the only patients they were providing care for.My husband and I opted for the timed cycles. When the first two did not work, we were going to move on to IUI. Luckily for us, our double rainbow baby was conceived on that third cycle. The care team at RAD was excited and full of hope for our little fetal pole and took the time to reassure us that we were allowed to feel cautious but needed to celebrate each milestone of our pregnancy. They made us see that it was POSSIBLE.We owe our family to RAD and their team of amazing people. We thank them for giving us our son and celebrating him as though he were their own family.
I used the RAD team to assist with both of my children. The doctors and support staff members are amazing. They are there for you every step of the way. The Wilmington office is smaller than their main Newark site, but that made me feel like it was a more personal experience whenever I was there.
Infertility and making a baby- what a daunting and scary process, with so many components, but Dr. Schillings and the RAD team were there each step of the way guiding and explaining. From the minute we set foot inside that office we felt more than taken care of. Everyone from the receptionists to the finance coordinator, to the patient coordinator, to the geneticists to the phlebotomists were wonderful. The nurses and PA’s, especially Rhonda and Ashley made every invasive procedure, every ultrasound so much more comfortable and bearable. When we became pregnant and “graduated” from the clinic to my OBGYN, I was so sad because I truly felt my baby and I were already getting the best care.RAD is the most a magical place, where our dreams came true. Our RAD baby boy just arrived in April and we couldn’t be more thankful.
I have had nothing but amazing experiences with all of the staff at RAD. They really take the time to make sure you know how much they care about you and the quality of the care you’re receiving. I felt like everyone treated me like family. I would a thousand times recommend RADfertility 💕
We absolutely loved working with RAD. We met with 2 different doctors, worked with PAs and nurses. Everyone makes you feel at home. Youre never treated like a number, but always with compassion and respect. Highly recommend!
We have been going to Reproductive Associates of Delaware since 2012. We left a similar practice to go to the RAD office and the experience was night and day. There professional but also make you feel like there in your corner. All we wanted was a family and have been successful with Reproductive Associates of Delaware 3 times! It’s been a journey and they have been with us the entire time. If your looking for a place that you can trust, looking for help with fertility, getting good care and feeling like the entire staff has the same agenda, success for you and your family then you have found your place.
I first came to RAD in my mid-twenties, scared and not really knowing what to expect. Before my first visit I had been experiencing months of ongoing pain and missed periods. My regular OB/GYN didn’t give me much help and said, go see a reproductive endocrinologist. I was annoyed w them because they gave little insight and now I had to see another doctor? I had just started a new teaching job and making the drive to Christiana wasn’t an option. Luckily, they had this awesome little office on Silverside road and it was perfect! The office staff was so amazingly friendly and right away, put me at ease. Dr. Neithardt never took my issues or concerns lightly and always had discussions that educated and enlightened me. Going to RAD has been a life changing decision and I was so glad to have the little Silverside office to help make appointments easier in my hectic world. We now have two children thanks to this amazing practice! RAD...you rock!
My husband and I worked with RADfertility in our journey to becoming parents. The team there made the process easy to understand and took a lot of the unknowns out of the equation for us. Their team was with us at every step of the process, even when we graduated and our journey moved into the OBGYNs realm. Everything came full circle after our son was born and they reached out to see how he was. We will definitely work with them again for our sibling journey in the future!
We had an amazing experience at RAD Fertility and have our sweet daughter here now thanks to them! Navigating infertility or fertility issues can be extremely overwhelming and every single person we interacted with at RAD treated us with compassion and so much support.
The Wilmington office is one of 3 locations RAD fertility has. I liked going to that office for so many reasons. One, it was much closer for me, its a smaller office so there are less appointments which means less wait. Its not part of a hospital so for me it felt safer during the peak of Covid (less people). The monitoring care is the same as the other locations, they just dont do the IUI, retrivals and transfer there. The only drawback for me is that this location is not opened every day of the week and its by appointment only, they dont have the First come first served hour they had at the Newark office. As far as the level of care from RAD... I dont even know where to start... They are simply the BEST!!! I used to drive 45mins to an hour one way to get to my appoitments... Yes there are fertility clinics much closer to me, but they dont come anywhere near the quality of care that RAD provides! They never drop the ball on communicating protocols, sending prescriptions, getting approvals from insurance... I have heard from so many people going to other clinics and frankly their experience is disastrous!!! Every single individual that works there is efficient, professional, expert in their field, but also compassionate, caring and willing to listen. They are simply the best!
RAD has an amazing team of compassionate staff. Everyone who was involved in my intake was so kind, and I had been through a lot before deciding to try again with RAD. In particular, Dr. Emelia Bachman listened to me and my husband and actually TRULY cared! She shared information and presented options so we could make our best choices. She was the team leader for my treatment, and the person that gave me the confidence to try again- therefore I give her a lot of credit. On the other hand, there are so many people involved in IVF- with countless check ups, an on-site bloodwork team (no separate lab trip!), med update calls, and comprehensive first trimester ultrasounds, wed have to thank all of RAD. Dr. Feinberg performed my retrieval and transfer, and Dr. Neidhart did lots of the ultrasounds. Rhonda gave us confidence in the injection schedule, saying, You got this! The genetic counselor Stephanie is also on site and perfectly kind! Even embryology sent me the video of my sons first hours when I asked. Another special feature is the weekly team meetings- they actually use a collaborative approach in medical practice! You can email your coordinators or other staff! They help you figure out your insurance. When I brought my son to see Dr. Bachman, she cried- thats how much she cared! We will never thank RAD enough. Their practice stands out in every way. I only wish other doctors offices were as comprehensive and compassionate--RAD is medicine as it SHOULD be! Thank you for our beautiful boy! (oh, I visited the Wilmington office as often as possible, including my very first consult- it made a big difference distance-wise- they are great there!)
The care and attention I received was everything I hoped and prayed for leading to the birth of my healthy baby boy! I dont mean to over state this, but truly there was a level of professionalism, sensitivity and knowledge I had never experienced with any healthcare provider. I feel very blessed and I am grateful for Wilmington RAD!
Great experience! Dr. Neithardt, the PA’s, nurses, and other staff are the BEST. Struggling to make a family is so hard but RAD makes the process much easier and gave us our incredible little boy. We will be back in the future to try for baby #2!
The RAD Team has been awesome. Everyone I have worked with has been very kind and patient. My husband and I are deeply thankful to the RAD family!
Can’t think of one negative thing to say! Appt times are convenient, the patient portal is amazing, and the staff is there for you every step of the way! The office(s) is comfortable and everyone there actually LISTENS to you. After years of pain and infertility I was found to have endometriosis and able to have surgery to remove it; staff was there the entire way and still here today to see how I am. I was lucky enough to have my IVF be successful and had my miracle rainbow baby in 2017. I wouldn’t be where I am today without RAD. Highly recommend!!!!
*3 stars ONLY because of all the good experiences this particular situation would get zero starsMy experience at RAD had been pretty great up until a call I received to let me know that my pregnancy was no longer viable. Senior clinican Melissa should not be in this line of work or at the very least be the one in charge to give such devastating news. She had no empathy at all. It almost sounded like a happy call by her tone of voice. No Im sorry or I know this is difficult, absolutely nothing. Then proceeded to give me no information as I had to ask what to even expect next. My husband listened in on the call and the first thing he said when we hung up was how ignorant she was and apologized to me for having to hear such hard news from someone like that. Unfortunately every great experience I had from everyone else was completely tarnished by Melissa. I truly hope no other woman has to be told any news by her.
I had a very disappointing experience through RAD. I was a high risk for OHSS and when I expressed my concern to the doctor, I was dismissed and told that the risk was the same as getting into a car crash. Four days into medication, my IVF cycle was cancelled because I was overstimulated. The doctor cancelled via portal message. When I tried to reach an on-call doctor, my phone call wasn’t returned for over three hours. Earlier in the process, my medication training was completely missed after taking time off work and it had to be rescheduled. Their success rates appear high, but not when you factor in their extremely low retrieval start report rates. SART’s website specifically states that this number is important to ensuring all cycles are reported regardless of outcome. When asking for my medical records to be transferred to my new clinic, multiple items were missed. This is a fertility machine not, not a place for honest and compassionate health care.
Absolutely love the staff at RAD. Everyone is so caring and helpful. We have used them twice to now to conceive and the care they offer is excellent!
This place has been permanently closed.. I wish they did not.. it will be much easier for us living up north!
I’ve going to RAD for the past 5 years. More recently I’ve been going to the Wilmington location and it’s worth it! I drive over an hour to go there and it’s so comfortable and doesn’t feel like a dr office. It’s just so homey.
From the patient navigator who just cant be bothered, to the doctor with a horrible attitude and chronic lateness, to the abomination of a billing department, pursing infertility treatment at RAD has been a colossal waste of time.
Absolutely amazing place and people. Couldn’t have better things to say about them. Helped us tremendously. I have my baby boy thanks to them.
Ty for giving us our girl!Great staff. No complaints!GREAT experience!
Lauren Latina, CMA unprofessional … It’s all in the wording and how you say things …She lacks empathy and compassion … Will take my business somewhere else …. No thank you
The staff are amazing and so supportive! The team is with the patient every step of the way.
Worst patient navigator...they cancelled my appointment 3 days before the appointment and reason they said that one of the form I didnt fill up..what the hell..what kind of service you are providing ..not worth not reliable...now decided to not to go with such service who does not take care of patients .
They dont get back to u in a timely fashion. They r losing doctors. Please stay away ir u will regret.
This place is amazing!!! They helped me follow my dreams and become a mother ❤️
What can you even say about the group of people who helped you get your little miracle ❤️❤️
Very convenient location for those in North Wilmington!
Wonderful Place!
