Fairfax UC did a fabulous job at stitching up my daughter. As soon as we came in, we were greeted and whisked off to a clean, modern, and private room. My daughter needed 4 stitches on her finger. Nancy, the nurse, was compassionate, friendly and efficient in getting my daughter stitched up and out in under an hour. The office staff were helpful and caring to both myself and my daughter. This is our second visit to this facility and we are happy to have them so close to home. If we need any future need, we will be back.
I have never had an issue at this location, but the male doctor working this morning on 9/24 at 9 am , was completely horrible ! He wouldn’t test for the flu , he told me to go take my own Covid test , he told me to go buy stuff over the counter and hope to feel better.
Probably among the best urgent care experiences I have ever had. I was seen EXACTLY at the time I signed up for online. After initial assessment, I waited about 10-15 minutes to see the PA. Everyone was extremely polite and kind and professional. Facility was clean and well-maintained.
I am from PA and this was the first time I was ever in a facility like this. The ladies were so professional, friendly, and helpful. The doctor was very good also. She answered ALL my questions. If in Delaware again and need medical attention, will definitely go here. Thanks ladies.
Dont go here unless you have to. I went there with stomach issues that had persisted for weeks. The nurse practitioner just sat there googling my symptoms. I could have done that, thanks. She was also talking down on me about my marijuana use(questioning why I need it blah blah blah) Asked me what I did for a living and then made a disgusted face when I said what it was. Mind your own business if youre just going to be rude to people when you ask them a question about themselves. Then they charge me $270($200 after insurance) for what? To take my blood pressure, temperature, and talk to me for 5 minutes? Ridiculous. They did absolutely nothing to help me. They didnt even so much as say what they thought it was. Just told me to go to the hospital if my symptoms got worse.Side note: If you think they will prescribe blood work, dont waste your time. They wont do it. Basically theyre only useful if you have the flu, strep, or something like that. Urgent Care is misleading because anything more than a sore throat or sprain they cant help.
I was seen quickly. Nurse and doctor were pleasant and treated my wounds kwowledgeably and carefully, with good follow-up instructions. We were done in less than 30 minutes. If I have a negative, it would be the difficulty to make an appt on line…where I was unable to put in my last name and thus after several tries, I gave up.
The service, the timeliness, the provider;( I think his name was Marco) the medical tech was phenomenal, I cant remember her name because of unclear my head became but she was kind, knowledgeable, supportive, she helped me feel safe despite how was I had become! The facility was clean and well kept. They took excellent care of me!
The atmosphere was very caring and professional. I didnt have to wait a very long time. Once I got seen, they listened to what I said was wrong and what happened and were very down to earth butbstill professional about my treatment.
Their friendly kind and have great bedside manner. Their goal from the moment you walk in is to get you checked in and meeting with a medical provider who is attentive and thorough enough to meet your needs. They talk to you and not at you. Going to the doctor especially when something pops up, is no fun; but it does feel comfortable to know that the people helpingnyou actually do care. Their attitudes and demeanor reflect such.
I LOVE the doctor (forget her name-sorry) she prescribed an ointment for my hand eczema that I have suffered with for over three years. Others have prescribed steroids and steroid creams which have not worked too well. This ointment has reduced the outbreak by 50% overnight! She is my hero and new best friend!
DO NOT go to Chestnut Hill, Newark.We had an appointment and they took two sports physicals before us. I had a sick child.The online system said 5-10 minute wait. 30 minutes later still waiting.Nurse was told to take us first but she would not. Terrible service
I have already responded with my thoughts about the care I received at Christiana Urgent care. To add to the excellent care I received from Dr. Markman, I took my stitches to my plastic surgeon in Washington, DC. She approved highly of the job that was done, put a dissolvable bandaid on it and said it had been cared for expertly.
Great staff! And very quick service , I was in and out in less than a half hour. Maybe that was just a slow day but I had a very comfortable experience .Thank you !
I had a temperature and a sore throat. I had tested myself for COVID twice and it was negative. The doctor was convinced it was COVID and told me to try again. (I did try again and it still was negative.). I asked for them to take a throat culture and the assistant came in and did nose swabs. I told her this was a mistake, so, she asked someone else and they did the throat swab. Got an email from LabCorp saying they had my sample but no directions or Dr.s signature. I went back to the facility and, after 20 minutes or so of trying to figure out what to do, they did 2 swabs, although only one was necessary. The assistant didnt know which was the correct size swab was to use. I ended up getting a letter from Highmark Insurance saying it was not covered, but, this is because it was submitted to the wrong type of Highmark Insurance. After 3 emails and a phone call, it seems to be resolved. The sore throat went away on its own. Not sure which was worse, the sore throat or dealing with GoHealth, Urgent Care
Medical assistant was lovely to talk to; unfortunately, when I called to ask, I was informed this location does not have a provider who is capable of providing care.
The wait was a little long considering I had an appointment. I’ve been to this center many times and have An account with my information but every single time I go I have to input my information again and retake pictures of my ID and insurance card.
When I first walked in the young ladies at the first desk, they were very nice and pleasant and help me out a lot. I really appreciate it and the wait time quit will go there every time I’m in need of urgent care.

I use to live in DE. Visiting now for appointment with my attorney. Feeling ill so made an online appointment. They refused to see me unless I gave a credit or debit card, so they could keep it on file. I have two insurances and never have a copay, but if I do , then bill me.As a retired NP I thought that we see and treat all patients.When I see my attorney this afternoon I’ll be sure to discuss this case.

This was a complete waste of my time stopping into this urgent care. I went in with cold/flu symptoms and requested to be COVID tested. The doctor told me People who have COVID look alot worse than you do right now, you just have a head cold.I ended up going to another urgent care in Newark the next day, where I was tested for COVID and came up positive. I had already been exposing my infant and husband and mother by that point. I will never return here again. Thanks for nothing

I have visited 2-3 times in the last year and have consistently been very happy with their service. Checking in ahead of time via the website is super easy, and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being taken back to a room. Today, I was in and out in 15 mins with a Rx! Everyone is very courteous, and the location is clean. Will continue using this location for my urgent care needs.

Doctor seemed very dismissive and barely asked any questions. Spent less than 5 minutes to say its a viral infection but test for covid myself at home. Pretty sure i have an ear infection or at least fluid built up behind the eardrum.

This place is amazing, I almost prefer them over going to my primary. My daughter was crying in pain saying her ear hurt. We went there right before they closed and they so graciously took her back immediately. They were so helpful and accommodating. They made sure the prescription was sent and received the same day. So thankful for them!

I bumped my head and face, had headache all the day. I went to this urgent care after work. Check in process is easy on a pad in the waiting area. No need to wait for long and the physician nurse checked on me. She is super friendly!

I just want to thank the staff here at Christiana go health for making going to urgent care with your 6 year old who has an ear infection as easy as it could be. We waited maybe 10 minutes after walking in and was out of there in 30 minutes. Dr. Marco was awesome with my sick grumpy little guy and the girls at the front desk were extremely helpful with helping me get my prescription changed to a pharmacy that had what we needed. You guys made it a lot easier on this tired mama.Thank you again!
The provider I saw was fantastic! Shes the one who originally and correctly diagnosed my issue when no one else could. They also went above and beyond to make sure I got the antibiotics I needed.

I was advised by my physician to go to urgent care due to elevated blood pressure and arm pain. I arrived and was checked in immediately. I was taken into a room and explained to the nurse why I was there. Just as the nurse was finishing up the doctor came and and began his assessment. I was in an out in 30 minutes. If I were to go to ER, I would have sat for hours before being taken back to a room. I would definitely use this Urgent Care facility in the future.
I had a very good experience at this urgent care. The staff was nice, and everything was very clean. Check in was very efficient and I barely had a wait time. Dr Pallavi was very kind, and thorough. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Misdiagnosed twice in the span of a couple weeks, prescribed antibiotics that didnt resolve my issue. A month later I get a bill in the mail for almost $400 because they put a typo in my insurance policy number and address, and tried to blame my insurance company and I for not paying. Front staff at this location is friendly and helpful but the doctors I saw here just give hasty misdiagnoses.

This is the 2nd time I came here and they refused me service before 8pm. I came here today, I got off work at 7pm. I work in Aston PA. I specifically came to this one even though there’s one right by my house, OUT OF THE WAY, just so I wouldn’t be here too late to close so they could go home on time. I got here at 7:20pm, and of course the same lady at the front says they aren’t accepting anymore walkins. Last time I came- same time- she was like “Uh we close at 8” SO WHAT? The thing is, I even called this time- because of what happened last time, explained that I get off at 7 and would be there around 7:20 and they told me they “ACCEPT ALL WALK INS UNTIL 8” Hoping to have a better experience after working 10 hours in pain and coming here OUT OF MY WAY to get there as early as possible make sure they can go home on time, but was once again disappointed. My fault, should’ve learned from my first experience but someone needs to tell this grown woman to stop being lazy and do her job. I wouldn’t trust her to treat me anyways with her poor attitude toward helping people. I expected more from Christiana but this lady here is ALWAYS miserable even the one time she has treated me in the past (misdiagnosed go figure) she has been miserable; and is honestly horrible at her job. It’s so sad. I really hope someone gets rid of her, she doesn’t deserve her job at all. It’s the old white lady with the brown/red, ginger about shoulder length hair. Pretty sure she’s the PA. Ridiculous. It’s crazy people can really want to take care of themselves and the health care workers we have working for us are absolutely horrible & will refuse us medical assistance(their JOB). What is the point of even paying for medical insurance If the doctors we have won’t even assist? Why is she even employed???? Christiana should be ashamed to hire these careless, lazy healthcare workers. Almost seems like it’s the patients fault they get paid salary. Maybe you folks should put on your website “We close at 8pm but stop accepting walkins after 6:30pm or earlier depending on our mood”..Im certain you can find someone better to replace her. I could say a lot more about this lady, but I don’t want my review to get deleted and I would actually like a response from management that employed this piece of garbage and put her in charge of anyone’s health. I honestly hope her kids come into a Christiana facility expecting medical treatment And get treated the same way their lazy mother treated me.
My experience at this location was terrible. I took the time to make an appointment was there on time checked in and was not seen for 1.5 hours. There was no remorse or explanation from the desk staff or physician. I proceeded to ask what the point of making an appointment is and he told me that he has no idea what goes on up front and he is the onlyPhysician. I work in healthcare I understand the demands, this however was unacceptable especially considering my session with the physician lasted less than 10mins. The doctor himself (I do know his name I am choosing to not disclose that information out of respect) proceeded to tell me I’m doing a disservice to myself for engaging in telehealth as “I should know better because I work in healthcare” the experience itself was not good and I am a big fan of Christiana so this was disappointing to say the least.
I went to Urgent Care because I have chronic pain and didnt want to spend hours at the ER. I went in, was treated, and was out in less than an hour. Also, I was treated with respect and dignity and thats important to me.

I absolutely love Go Health. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors. I never have to wait. I love that I can make an appointment online and be there an hour later. Its the easiest most convenient place around. I actually go to Go Health before I even call my doctor anymore! Its fantastic!

One star only because the staff was friendly and the facility was clean and minimal wait with an appointment. I had a Covid PCR test here a week ago, and was told results come back in 2-3 days. I called on day 3 and was told it can take up to 5 days. I called the facility this morning (7 days) and was told that my test came back negative. An hour later I got a call from another staff member who informed me that my test could not be located, so I will never have a result, but that it should be okay since it’s been a week. Really unbelievable, irresponsible in so many ways.
Steer clear of anything CCHS Urgent Care:Back in April i was seen by Gloria the PA from the 202 site who did not read my chart prior to coming into the room. She was going to prescribe me a drug that people over 50 should not have. I am 70. Then she discharged me with a BP of 189/90 to the Urgent Care in Newark because their Xray was not working. She told me i would not have to wait. When i got there two hours later i got the xray and was told that that site was the only sight in new castle county with an xray machine that was operational. The Unit clerk there was also the Xray tech because they had staffing problems. The place was standing room only because no other place had a working XRAY.To top it off, they didnt bill correctly and i just got a bill ( 9/29) for the 20% that Medicare didnt cover. The lady from Go Health told me they billed BCBS and was denied so its my problem to pay. I called BCBS and they said they never got the EOB from Go Health.BCBS was helpful in that they called ( 3 way conversation) to try to clear this up. We spent 20 min with a woman named Carina who was either brand new or incompetent because she kept putting us on hold “ to check with her supervisor) At first, She said it was BCBS responsibility to get the EOB from Medicare. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE WORK THERE!!After a long drawn out phone call Go Health finally said theyd send BCBS the EOB.Five months laterFiveSteer clear of all things CCHS Go Health.

Everyone there was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The nurse and Doctor explained everything they were doing and the medication the Doctor was prescribing.
Some of the rudest front desk employees with no manners. We arrived right on time for our appointment and were the only patient. Still it took over half an hour to be seen by someone. The doctor didnt seem detail oriented and gave us some generic diagnosis. Overall, not happy with the experience.Update: These guys charged close to 400 dollars for a 10-15 minute consultation to the insurance company. No procedure or tests were done. Our out of pocket cost was over 150 dollars. When asked for an itemized bill, it just shows the charge for the entire visit in one line. I would let people reading this review decide what kind of a business this facility is.
Received excellent care today for an ear issue. Walked in and was pleasantly greeted, had details taken immediately, and was seen by a wonderful doctor who listened to me. He solved my problem quickly and made sure all was OK before I left. I highly recommend this office.
I made an appointment yesterday to visit this urgent care facility. When I entered this morning I was greeted and my insurance and payment information was processed immediately. There was one person ahead of me so I waited for about 30 minutes. When I did see Dr. Jones he was very patient and kind. He explained my symptoms and condition and gave me suggestions for the future. The facility was state of the art and very clean. I would definitely visit this urgent care again if needed!

Took my two kids to get their ears checked. The provider came in looked at their ears and said there’s wax I can’t see anything and sent us home. Both of them had an ear infection. Paid 100 dollars for them to do nothing.

If you had asked me to write a review after I left, I would have given 4 or 5 stars, even with over an hour of waiting in the office with a scheduled appointment. Fast forward a few hours, I realized my pharmacy still had not notified me that my prescriptions were ready so I called and they said that nothing had been called in. I call the office and they said that there are no notes that the PA would call anything in. I said that she told me she was calling in X, Y and Z. Now it can somehow be seen and I was told that a message would be left for her and I would be called back. Over an hour goes by with no call so I call again. Apparently the PA hasn’t answered the message and now they will see if her scribe can submit them. A few minutes later I receive confirmation from my pharmacy that they were received. 8 hours, no medicine and I’m still ungodly sick. Thanks for being URGENT care.
The Nurse Practitioner was extremely caring and knowledgeable. She took great care of me. Even called me after I left to tell me that she added another prescription to my regimen. I was really sick when I went in to Go Health but thanks to Gloria I’m on the road to recovery!

A lot of negative reviews of this place I did not believe. Until my visit the other night. My wife and I came in 30 min before closing time. I was greeted with ..Why did I come this late… I guess the Urgent Care means “urgent “ the two obnoxious overweight ladies at the resection were experiencing difficulty to use computer to log in our information. They were complaining loudly that don’t care about patients that came in late and will go home no mater what. I suggested to fill out information manually so we can see doctor. They were refusing and started to get loud complaining and telling my wife and I to leave.Meanwhile the doctor was doing something on computer and she heard our conversation. She approached receptionist and ask if they can manually get our info so she can see my wife. They did not want or did not know how yo do that. I started talking to the doctor but those two would not stop yelling. I had to ask them to be quiet and the whole hell broke loose… they were telling me to get out. Threatening to call police.So, conclusion: There was no Care at ChristianaCare. They do not care about patients they only care about themselves and your credit card.Those two needs to be fired for such behavior.I do not recommend visiting this place. Again, I am not the first one to write about rude reception women.Management…please read reviews…...The follow up.... Response from the management was received next day with advise to send email directly with my contact information. I did and NO ONE CONTACTED ME BACK. It is a joke... They do not care about patients, they do not care about what is going on at the clinic, they think automatic response will make them look like they care. All they care about is your money and NOT YOUR WELLNESS. AVOID THIS PLACE in general.Actually, CVS Minute Clinic did much better job then losers at the reception of this Urgent Dont Care

I was here last year 2020 to see a doctor. I heard employees discussing my personal medical issues with each other in the lobby while I was in the room. There were 4 other patients in the lobby and the receptionist were just busy disclosing all my information in public.I was very frustrated, embarrassed, anddisappointed I felt disrespected. I reported the incident and I was told that I was going to get a call from one of the managers and I never heard from anyone.It’s very unprofessional and disrespectful to just disclose patients reason’s for visit. And they are so quick to send you out. It’s like they are being bothered. If you don’t like the job then LEAVE!!
Unprofessional. Very rude when I came in initially when telling me to sit. But they where friendly. They also didn’t respect my privacy because I heard them discussing my medical business in the LOBBY from inside the room. I understand how of feels to want to leave work but they were clearly trying to rush out as if this is not an URGENT CARE . I expected better. Nice facility but employees are VERY dismissive. They want you in and out of their face. I dont even usually leave reviews but I had to leave this one . I’m still not even sure what’s wrong with me. No direct answer. Just a assumption I could’ve made myself .
The fact that you can make an appointment, show up and been seen right away is amazing. No more sitting for long hours in the ER or urgent care clinics.
The nurse practitioners that I have seen have been able to provide great care and office visits BUT when it comes to calling in prescriptions, they severely lack the coordination and office staff to get the job done. I was supposed to have an eye ointment for a scratched cornea and it was never called in or called into a pharmacy that was closed despite specifying the preferred pharmacy 3 times and calling the urgent care twice the following morning. Hopefully this will be correct soon so that I can finally get some relief for my eye.
I have an extensive medical history and just moved to DE for work. I visited this urgent care after a night of feeling very ill because my family medicine doctors and specialists are all where I used to live. After a little over an hour wait in the waiting room, I was able to talk to a nurse about my symptoms. I complained of flu, swelling all through my body, vomit, and sweats. I explained that I thought it could possibly have been two things due to my medical history. The nurse did not seem to want to hear it. Unfortunately, the doctor didnt listen to me either.This doctor spent about five minutes with me, told me that both of my possibilities where not happening, ordered a covid test despite my being triple vaccinated, and then quickly left after telling my that my multiple hospitalizations mustve stunk. After waiting for an hour and only being treated for maybe 15 minutes total I left with no answer and an order to take over the counter cold meds and to drink plenty of water. The covid test was negative.Three days later I was still sick and decided to go to another urgent care in Newark. The swelling in my leg was getting worse and it was hurting to walk. The doctor at this other place took one look at my leg (which the doctor at ChristianaCare did not even do) and instantly prescribed me a slew of medications to try to make me better. Turns out that I correctly diagnosed myself before the first visit. I knew what was wrong. Even worse, this same issue had put me in the hospital with sepsis twice in the past. Thank god my immune system was able to keep the infection at bay for those days that I was just resting at home. Sepsis can be deadly condition that in my case can be easily avoided if caught early enough.I have spent over 90 days in the hospital and over 30 in the ICU due to a traumatic accident. I have had over 30 surgeries performed by world class (and rightfully arrogant) surgeons in New York City and I have NEVER been ignored and treated as poorly than at this urgent care.Please, Please, Please, do not trust these people with your health.
Exceptionally nice people and there was minimal wait to be seen. With that, I was very disappointed. I believe your health care needs would be better served elsewhere.

*UPDATE*Was asked to reach out to Christiana Care via email and havent received a response. Its been 5 days.Dont go here! Extremely incompetent and rude staff will waste your time.Walked in and was told 2 hours 45 mins. Was told to wait in my car in the parking lot until I received a text to come back in (only 1 person allowed in lobby at a time). They texted me the patient form to complete in the car which I did successfully. Then I called in to see if I could wait at home which they said was fine as long as I was back 20 minutes before the scheduled time so that I would be ready when I got the text. Sounds good.Arrived 30 mins before scheduled appt time and proceeded to wait 1 hour 30 mins during which I was periodically leaving my car to check the TV screen with the estimated times on it. All the workers in the lobby area saw me doing this through the windows. They knew people were waiting in their car.Then I saw the front desk person come outside and seemingly lock the door. Okay. No text yet, my estimated time still 15 minutes. After another half hour I went up to the door which was locked. The front desk person signaled they were closed. I signaled and said that I have an appointment. She begrudgingly came to door and said that they were closed. I said I had an appointment to which she said that I missed the appointment?!? I asked why I didnt receive a text to which she said it was a crazy day and that she never told be I would get a text and that I should have been waiting in the lobby?!? So it was my fault? Also that they closed an hour early for a staff meeting?! There was even another person after me, according to the screen, waiting as well.I couldnt be bothered to receive a text that they were ready for me and Im not sure how I should have known they were ready other than calling in every 15 minute or checking in at the front desk. Why would anyone do that? Then closing early for a staff meeting? How is that acceptable when theres two people still waiting.Not sure whos fault this was but Ill say that both the person at the front desk and person that answered the phone told me Id receive a text when they were ready for me. They didnt seem to care at all that I was in pain. I was not treated with any care at all at Christiana Care. I will never return to this urgent care. Please dont waste your time either. 5 hours of my day just gone.Now Im at the ER.

This place is normally great. Went recently called over the phone to see if I can save my spot. Was told they don’t do that and I can just walk right in. So I walked in to be told they don’t really do walk-ins and the next appointment will be available at 5:00pm (I as there at 1:00pm). So I just asked I thought you guys did walk-ins, and was told we do but we tell you what time to walk in…. It was never that way before and on the site it says 30 min wait. I have been to this location many times in the past without issue but we made an appointment today for 12:30 and they delayed it until 1:20 at which time we arrived. We left at 3:00 without being seen. That is 2.5 hours after the original appointment. The doctor on call was not the normal doctors on call, but if doctors cannot see patients efficiently they should not be employed. Making patients wait that long is unacceptable and disrespectful honestly.
Just dont... Worst decision ever to go here and use a card for copay. They will claim that you did not give them an insurance card and double bill your card an enormous amount. Now in dispute and tagged fraud with insurance.
I was stressing that day. The staff was very understanding and helped as much as they were allowed. I appreciate their understanding in dealing with me. The augmentin I was prescribed already seems to be helping with my sinus infection.

This facility needs to be shut down. I cant believe that youre there to help people in time of need dealing with whatever type of health issues and you talk and treat patients like you do. Im not surprised and then again I am. But this facility needs to be shut down. I asked about my insurance I was told to go online or call my provider that they have too many cards didnt even bother to ask me what insurance card I had. Told me there is a patient in front of her and she does not have the time. This is really sad this facility needs to be shut down
The desk lady was very unprofessional the way she spoke to people. The doctor asked me the same 2 questions like 3 times and said um alot. Made me very uncomfortable and not confident with his diagnosis. The trash was overflowing and there was gloves on the floor in the room I was in. Oh and there was some type of conflict at the front while I was in the room waiting. You could here the desk lady and the mean customer yelling at each other. Desk lady just spent the rest of the time complaining about her job very loudly. I want money back. This was not a good experience.
This is an Updated….from first complaint….Wow calling to this location and calling billing number was a nightmare when I finally called location at the concord Pike Wilmington DE. I got someone I guess with a bad day I guess somewhat rude she didn’t helped me at all sound mad for not reason just because I told her billing number beep and get disconnected. She called supervisor got back to me and me told me that billing number works in which it doesn’t worked at all. I mentioned that number on the bill was a bad number then she transferred me to a nice Spanish lady very nice understood me and send the request to billing to call me back you see that they are people that just didn’t feel like helping customer at all I’m disappointed with her but very satisfied w the one that speak Spanish I do not mentioned her name even though I know so sad but I’m very happy with the second one that helps me was very polite and understood and she even told me that number on the billing statements was not really working I just don’t know why I was having so much running around. Thank you plus I even getting charge for something they didn’t even treated me for. I’m not going back……….UPDATED 2nd review number didn’t work and I didn’t get my problem resolved please send me an updated billing number and how can I resolved my issues I need someone i can talk too.
I visited this center several days ago and called today asking about lab results as I am still experiencing some symptoms. They first claimed I did not have blood drawn for a specific test. I told them I can still see the spot on my arm where it was taken twice. They then claimed I must be confusing them with another center which is not the case as this was the only place I visited. Why not just own up to a mistake and suggest coming back in for the test? It would be nice to know if it is indeed something like Lyme disease to start treatment instead of wasting an entire week of time.
Horrible! Just horrible. A nightmare. Went there on a Friday to get treatment for an ear infection. The doctor prescribes some ear drops and I asked for some oral antibiotic in addition. She, Anne Marie, cops this attitude and says, “Well I think you need ear drops.” I was asking for the antibiotic in addition to ear drops the way every other doctor has treated this in past. She was very demeaning. I will never go there again. There’s more! The ears drops after three days were not working. I go back on Monday, because now I’m in great pain like somebody sticking a coat hanger in my ear, and they tell me they are not taking walk ins! I’m not a walk in, I’m your damn patient! Never go there! Doctors with attitudes and an uncaring hostile staff.
It is a useless place. The nurse practitioner does not have any clue how to assess. No x ray or another order to figure out. She would look at you , listen to your breath sound to assess toothache . God forbid for people who may really have serious problems.
Was seen right away. Very professional and friendly staff. Doctor listened to my symptoms and knew immediately what the problem was. Doctor made a treatment plan and now Im feeling better.

The people at the front desk failed us. I went with my wife who was treated well and professionally by the doctor. But the front desk sent the prescription to a pharmacy that was closed after we asked them and then told them the specific place to send it to . After being unable to find where it went i called. Welp They turned their phones off 10 mins before they closed. Because they were not picking up when I was calling at the pharmacy trying to figure out where the prescription was.
Friendly, prompt, and professional service. Doctor put me at ease, listened and provided solid feedback and care recommendations. Would love someone of her nature as my primary care doctor.
Amazing experience! Me and my kids went for COVID testing! They we’re beyond patient and so nice! We were in and out so quickly. We were so taken care of, I’d recommend and go back for any reason! Receptionist was very condescending and rude when I giving my information at the registration desk. She continued to be rude throughout the whole visit. Elaine and the other staff member was very nice but the receptionist left a lasting unpleasant impression.
Went for a cold which ended evolving into an upper respiratory infection. I explained to (lets call her) Nurse Karen that this was not a normal cold (had for several days, coughing up the green stuff, sinuses were starting to hurt) and that none of the otc medications were working. Nurse Karen proceeded to downplay my concerns and said it hasnt been long enough to prescribe antibiotics/steroids (per her textbooks I guess??). She asked if I wanted prescription otc meds to which I desperately accepted.As expected they did not work, and my infection became worse with my entire head pounding. I was only getting 2 hours of sleep as a result.I decided to go to Mainline where they were far more empathetic and prescribed me the meds I needed to fight the infection which Nurse Karen did not believe I had (felt relief in literal hours).ChristianaCare-Go was very punctual in getting me seen, but with Nurse Karen at the helm I would recommend you look elsewhere.
I was treated very well here. Im an anxious patient and needed stitches, and they were very kind with great bedside manner. The facility was also very nice, clean, and felt very safe during COVID times.
Everyone was kind and helpful although I was very sick , I received the treatment I actually needed when I went to the ER they just brushed me off like another patient. Thank you urgent care !

Definitely 10 The building was very clean and new, staff was very friendly, doctor was great and helpful! If I need a help again I would go back there no problem. The wait time was awesome. I expected to be there for hours but was in and out in about 35 mins!
Went in for a sinus infection. The intake nurse when she asked if I was vaccinated (yes and boosted) told me she wasnt and would quit if they made her. So I moved further away from her. The nurse practitioner, not a doctor BTW, then told me that according to CDC guidelines she could not give me a subscription for antibiotics for the sinus infection until day 10. I was in pain, had called in sick, was up most of the night trying to sleep in a chair because of the pressure from the infection and she is quoting CDC GUIDELINES - not rules - and provided a nasal spray. I will note that the CDC guidelines also say all healthcare workers should be vaccinated, but apparently for this place the guidelines only apply to patients. So basically they got to charge my insurance company and did absolutely nothing. The time with the nurse took all of 10 minutes. Awful.

BE AWARE - be your own informed advocate. We just had the very worst experience here, the nurse practitioner was HORRIBLE, she was insulting and physically rough, and gave a prescription for surgery as the only treatment which it turns out we didnt need.

I needed prompt treatment and got it at the Go Health in the Fairfax shopping center. The PA who treated me was knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to stop the bleeding and se nd me on my way!

Came in today to be seen for an earache n one lady with blonde haie yelled from middle of hallway if i had an app I said no she walks up to her comp on the left to tell me someone else is coming up, girl comes up out the room saying omg and gets on the phone still standing waiting to check in ask if i had an app I said no she says hold on 5 min pass than she says i cant be seen till tomorrow Whatttt.... it is 330 n only one person there n one in the back. I wasnt there for covid testing i wanted to get seen for an earache. She said ok and I leave i have never been to an UC n been turned away for just being open in this location should really have bettrr care to ur patients n friendlier people working at the front desk. People go to UC to avoid the ER n to be turned away for a simple earache is beyond me. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Very unhappy experience

Couple came in after me and woman took her mask off to say they need Covid test. Front staff conversed with her like that and didn’t tell her to keep her mask on. I was placed in a room with no wall, and since slider doors only cover half the alcoves was open to other patients. Man there for Covid test was coughing, and I asked to sit in my car or in a room with a door because I’m high risk (have multiple 1a issues), woman told me “everyone is high risk” and she didn’t have a room with a door. One woman at front desk didn’t have her nose covered by her mask. I left before seeing doctor and will never go back.

I was pleasantly surprised to have been in and out within 30 minutes. Although I ultimately had to go to Wilmington Hospital for treatment, the experience I had at Christina Care - Go Health was exactly what I wished it was like for all walk-in clinics.
Told me they sent my prescription to Walgreens, and sent to the CVS instead. Then i called back and they said they’d reprocessed it and never did so I waited for over an hour and when I went back they said they closed and they couldn’t help me

So rude!!! Concord Pike Location. Even though I’m not feeling well, I had to take a moment to review. I’ve never been there but the receptionist that answered the phone this morning rudely told me “everything thing I need to know is on their website and hung up. She was very unprofessional and rude and makes me not want to go there even though they are near me.
All 3 individuals, check in, nurse and doctor were pleasant and knowledgeable. Completely appreciated the doctor, his advice and recommendations. Will come back in the future.
