They are very slow , will just have you sitting there have to make an appointment but they say walk ins are welcomed even has it on the building, last place anyone should go .
I never go here again because they won’t let my husband be with me and The people are very rude… especially the older one!
I went in there thinking the best and they told me i wasn’t pregnant.i took a pregnancy test that same morning too which came back positive. i went to 2 EMERGENCY ROOMS!! the day before the appointment and the same day after the appointment. spent $800 and all were confirmed positive pregnancy the same day. ! 2 DOCTORS! 2 BAGS OF BLOOD DRAWN !!! both said i was pregnant and that i was okay and gave me an ultrasound. they lady that told me that i wasn’t pregnant wasn’t even a nurse. she knew nothing nor helped me when i had questions. she saw i was distraught and sad and she just said if i needed to call anyone like i didn’t have my boyfriend out there. unprofessional and so un accurate. i was worried i had a miscarriage and they couldn’t even provide me with help or counseling. they gave me a voucher for testing that was valid for 2 days ? like be for real.
Love this place and what they do for women but sadly the ultrasound tech was a rude
My first appointment was amazing. Cindy was wonderful after that the receptionist Marianne seem to be the only person helping the front desk. Last time I went in they were having a meeting about how no matter what it has to be one or two appointments and then they need to turn them over to healthcare… then why provide “free coupons” if all we are is a number to your “non profit organization”When they set me up with a “case manager “ my appointment was canceled and no one bothered to call me about the cancellation, then when I finally got back in I waited 30 mins past my appointment for the “case manager “ who no longer works for carenet to scan one document (or attempt to) she never actually got my application filed properly, I ended up having to go into the State benefits department anyways to redo the whole process.. please don’t waste your time.Every time I have tried to reach out for help or patient care, she’s the one who answers & is always rude, unprofessional and doesn’t seem to want to help, always seems like she’s being put out when you ask questions or need assistance. Today when I went in I received nothing but disrespect over the fact that I had to fill out the same exact forms that I’ve already filled out twice before, and have advised that there were no changes to the previous information. She proceeded to give me attitude and then proceeded to talk about me to other staff. I could hear every word and I’m pretty sure they knew I could too.. I’m very very disappointed at the fact this is done by a church group who doesn’t seem to actually care about the patients when they are in need, and because of the lack of respect and kindness and level of service that I received today by them I will not be returning.. how many more patients are you going to run off by allowing these disgusting reception personnel to run the front of the office.
Called last week to schedule appointment to check in baby because we won’t be able to visit Ob until February.Strictly told the carenet who told the nurse the issue. all there services are free and they schedule for us to come in.Show up day of appointment waited 40 minutes to be told by Siara CordnadoThat she will not do the ultra sound because we needed to establish care which we have! But will not be seen till almost feb. we have not seen baby since November 9th.Will not be returning to care-net due to her bad attitude and lack of compassion in her job. Very unprofessional to call someone the day of supposedly and will no regard the tempuras outside or the time my husband took off to come to this appointment. Her attitude was ruthless and acted as if she could care less.Again services are free but it would of taken nothing but her time. Sick and unprofessional. Waco family medicine should put a different doctor/nurse at carenet.
This is an Average Score of 35 stars for Services for those of any faith that are seeking solutions to keep their babies or place them with adoption parents, Also other services with STD vouchers etc. Along with some dedicated personnel to caring for those they can relate to.2 star as an Organization Culture. This a unapologetically faith based organization, they could stand to heed the following advice from scripture to make sure their Organization Culture and Doctrine ( Mission and Values) match up (1Tim 4:16)***Should not use tricky marketing ( SEO) schemes to gain access to pregnant women. 1 Thessalonians 2: 3-5 For the appeal we make does not spring from error or impure motives, nor are we trying to trick you. On the contrary, we speak as those approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel. We are not trying to please people but God, who tests our hearts. You know we never used flattery, nor did we put on a mask to cover up greed—God is our witness.***Should not require that their employees practice abstinence unless they the company is willing to enforce all sin including lying, deceit, gossip and prejudice to name a few.as 1 Peter 4:17 says For it is time for judgment to begin with God’s household ( The Church) and 1 Tim 4: 16 says Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.
I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to Care Net! I am between insurances right now and just found out I am pregnant. They were completely understanding, they made sure I knew all of my options without judgement. We do plan to keep, and they offer so many free parenting classes. They really do care about your health throughout pregnancy as well, we were given prenatal vitamins and information books. I could go on forever, but I 100% recommend Care Net!
It is great that there are free services like this BUT the receptionist seems VERY overwhelmed and is very loud about it. She is sweet but does not seem to be able to handle the pressure in a professional manner. She has openly complained about me and others being early, Was upset about having to answer the phone and has to have the nurses tell her who is next. I did not get back until 45 mins past my appointment time.
We called so my friend could get a pregnancy test. They had no appointments soon enough so we asked for recommendations. The lady told us we could go as a walk in, but it would be a wait because the appointments would be seen first. We went and the staff were awful. We waited forever and they spoke loud enough for us to hear that appointments didnt show, they just werent going to see my friend and make her wait. Completely rude and they couldve just told us they couldnt see her.
I love this place they helped me out a lot with my first and second pregnancy. They are always nice and kind to people who come through their doors.
