I chose RGI after doing research at other clinics in Pittsburgh. Dr. Zolton was our doctor and she helped to provide individualized care for me. She heard my desire to go through this process using my own eggs and continuously evaluated her approach to help us have the best outcome. Her bedside manner was really what helped me through. With IVF you are not guaranteed embryos or a baby at the end, and I really felt like Dr. Zolton was in the process with us and followed up after ever procedure. All the nurses and staff I worked with were so positive and caring and made something that was very emotional feel a little bit better. The personalized care I received definitely affirmed my choice to work with RGI. I highly recommend Dr. Zolton because she takes a personalized, science backed approach to providing medical care.
From the very first meeting with Dr. Maseelall my husband and I felt that RGI was the perfect fit for us. Dr. Maseelall made us feel comfortable and confident in an uncertain journey. She and her team were friendly, caring, and passionate about helping people navigate their individual reasons for needing fertility treatment. That passion was reflected in the kind of care I received from the nurses and coordinators at RGI.I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Maseelall. She explained things so well and she tailored her care program to the needs of my personal situation. In our discussions and appointments, I was made to feel heard and that my views were important, which that meant a lot. More so, her enthusiasm and confidence in my treatment plan gave me peace of mind and a reassurance that I could get through IVF with hope for a positive outcome.Having a personal IVF coordinator was amazing! My coordinator, Ashely, was easily reachable through text, even after hours. She helped me keep everything on schedule, answered questions or concerns that I had, and was a source of support through my journey. I took full advantage of this wonderful benefit of being able to text anytime and get in touch with Ashley. She could also consult Dr. Maseelall if needed before replying to me. The accessible communication was such a big factor throughout this journey.I also had a wonderful experience with the everyone at RGI from the front desk to the care team. Melissa often did my ultrasounds and was excellent at answering questions or reassuring me that everything was looking good. When I had an unexpected scare, I called and notified my coordinator of the situation. They were able to get me in for an ultrasound within 30 minutes. Luckily, everything was fine and Melissa and Emily showed a lot of compassion and care for me in that time.I’m thankful to have had Dr. Maseelall as my doctor and RGI as my clinic. From my own personal experience, I would recommend RGI to my family and friends as well as anyone who may need infertility services.
We worked with Dr Nash who was absolutely amazing. He gave us our miracle baby over two year ago and I’m currently pregnant with our second miracle baby. I will forever be grateful for Dr Nash and his amazing team.My nurse navigator, Michelle, was a true angel. She was there for me every step of the way. When I had any questions or concerns, even after hours, she would always text me back. I truly felt like Michelle cared about me as her patient and was very supportive during the whole process. You can tell she is very passionate what she does. I had two egg retrievals and both times she came to see me before my procedure to wish me good luck. During some of my ultrasounds, she would also come into the room to be by my side and to make sure everything was ok. I hope everyone that goes to RGi is lucky enough to have Michelle. She truly is the best nurse I could have ever asked her. I’m very blessed that she was my navigator throughout my IVF journey. My experience with not only Michelle, but everyone at RGI was wonderful. The ladies at the front desk, all the nurses and Melissa that did almost every ultrasound, each and every one of them are incredible. Nurse Gina that I had over two years ago remembered me when I came back to do IVF again. She would come out to the waiting room to say hello to me and to see how everything was going.I never felt like just a number. I genuinely felt like all the staff at RGI cared about our journey. I would definitely recommend RGI to my family and friends and anyone who is looking for a clinic that specializes in infertility.
Dr. Zolton and her staff (particularly Janie, RMA and Dakota, my patient care navigator) helped me navigate the roller coaster of infertility. On my first round of IUI, I was fortunate enough to have a successful outcome and I am currently pregnant. This would have never happened for us without the wisdom and guidance from Dr. Zolton. I was treated with the utmost respect, kindness and compassion from the establishing visit that began my journey until my very recent graduation!I never felt like “just a number” or made to feel like this is a “money making business”. You can feel it the minute you walk into the office- they want to help you realize your dream of having a family. My care team welcomed me by name, and followed my journey all the way until the end. Each of them were just as excited my treatment worked as I was! It truly feels like they care about me just as much as a person as they cared for me as a patient.I can’t recommend RGI enough! 🤍
Dr. M at RGI makes miracles happen. My husband and I did two separate rounds of IVF at other local clinics in NE Ohio. Both failed and then we decided to try one last time at RGI with Dr. M. I have had several friends who have had success and worked with her. Dr. M was unlike any other Dr we have worked with. She gave us hope when we were told previously by other specialists that our situation was pretty hopeless. Our son was born in February and we are still in awe that he is here and he is ours. We never thought in our wildest dreams that our dream to become parents came true and it is all because of Dr. M. We will be grateful to her and RGI for the rest of our lives. Our son is a true miracle and we are so incredibly blessed! Thank you, Dr. M for making our dream come true!
If I could give more stars, I would! RGI has become my happy place. The place I know I will be welcomed sincerely and truly cared for attentively. We worked with Dr. Maseelall whom is an actual angel on earth. She knew me for me and treated me as a unique individual patient. She was thorough, kind, and passionate. I would recommend ANYONE I love to her. Additionally, the beautiful thing as a patient of RGI, is you’re assigned a nurse navigator who is with you step by step. They are so quickly reached anytime you need them. They are knowledgeable, caring, and so supporting! My Navigator was Courtney and she is absolutely INCREDIBLE. RGI gave us 2 baby miracles and I’ll forever be grateful for their care.
We love Dr. Priya Maseelall. She helped us navigate my wife’s genetic translocation - a genetic condition that made it extremely challenging to have children. We are so fortunate for her unparalleled care and support. Dr. Nash, nurse Michelle Adkins, and the entire team was transparent, respectful, and caring. We are so fortunate to have our son and daughter. That wouldn’t have been possible without RGI.
Went in for sperm analysis and general testing, they wanted a blood sample because It was part of my wifes package cuz she had several appointments and procedures. When I signed out I specifically asked what tests are being done and I only want the sperm analysis into pay for that up front. I signed the bill only for that. Well they send my blood for gene testing and now Im getting $2,000 bills from an outside LabCorp company. I have called and left several messages for them to reach out to me and show me documentation where I signed or okay this. Of course I have not heard back because such documentation does not exist. Four or five voicemails over the last year and I have not got one phone call back. This is very discouraging because my wife is becoming very discouraged and I have absolutely no desire to do business with this office.
This is a criminal organization. I was specifically told storage was free for military veterans. I gave a sample, my wife had endless tests etc. however we struggled to even get a call back, and if we did they had no answers, so we decided to go elsewhere. I ask the sample be destroyed. They told me I had to show up and sign a form. ( being out of town I was unable to make it for a good length of time) I then start getting bills for it, even though it was expressed to me that storage was free and IVF sometimes takes years so it didn’t matter how long.Anyways I called the better business bureau and was then told my bill was gone and to forget about it. Several months later I get another bill and they say they now need a notorized form to destroy the sample.. I did that…. They said they will not honor it… RUN RUN horrible place
BE SURE TO TRACK YOUR RECEIPTS**** we ended up having over $2k in surplus and they paid a storage fee without giving a receipt and I had to track down and ask for the payment back.I waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to come from a solid place. I would never go to them again. Out of the wait times where you sit there forever at any location canfield or Akron. At any location you are not given any information what to expect if the worst case scenarios that maybe it wouldn’t have been so traumatizing and demoralizing. For instance they can push back and fully stop a transfer and it way more common than you think so take someone with you. No one will call you to talk to you about mental health even when you tell all the nurses you were struggling with the hormones they will brush you off and say it is normal. The NP at Canfield really was great. No one will call expect an email of them wanting 2k for storage like it is an email of a shoe sale. Oh and prepare yourself after failed transfers they will also email you to join picnics with their success stories so really if you go here. Make sure you have a counselor, make sure someone goes with you to all appointments bc they can be very heartbreaking moments though coordinators will be like oh you’re fine. Or when you tell the blood person you know you lost it you arent feeling symptoms they will still give false hope. I heard other places are much much better and I would rather drive 10 hours for all of this than EVER go back. The 2 star is for the NP in canfield and .5 goes to my doc who was kind of there when she wasnt on leave
We’ve had such great experiences at RGI. Everyone is fantastic! We really felt heard and cared for during both pregnancies. We worked with Dr. Maseelall for both and we just love her. She is so caring and knowledgeable and knew just what we needed to grow our family. We loved our navigator, Jillian who helped us with scheduling and answered any questions we had along the way. We are forever grateful for RGI!
I was a patient here for about a year and a half. Like others, I felt like just a number. If you didnt ask questions you were charged for things that you shouldnt have been charged for. There were multiple times I had credits on my account yet I was never notified of what they were. I do not think all of the initial testing was done right because after 2 failed transfers and a miscarriage, Im seeing a new office to find out I have multiple autoimmune diseases as well as multiple gene mutations that will require some sort of intervention on the FIRST appointment this lab work was done and this would have never have been found had I kept going to RGI. I was never explained anything thoroughly but they were quick to make the follow up appointments as if I had to make them all to be told I dont know so they can collect the $250 for the office visit to check their box. All of the encounters that I had with my physician were pleasant, she was very kind. I feel like this is just how this office operates and its sad. This is a very hard situation to go through and to fill like youre just a money pit is even worse. I was told I had to pay up front for services that my insurance covered but it was the beginning of the year and too busy of a time to call the insurance to verify benefits so they wanted me to pay now and then reimburse me. All in all just a terrible experience. Would not recommend.
Dr. Priya B Maseelall is the best! She figured out why we couldn’t have kids on our own. We have been successful twice with getting pregnant using IVF. We have a beautiful boy and girl. I have two more embryos available to use. I plan on coming back. Love the new system for appointments.
We are SO grateful to Dr. Maseelall and RGI. After two years of infertility, we were finally able to get pregnant with our first embryo transfer. Dr. Maseelall is very kind and patient. She truly does care. We also saw Dr. Bhatt at the Cleveland office and she was also so sweet and amazing. RGI does have a lot of patients and sometimes it can feel like you are just another patient but they try their absolute best and do care. The nurses and doctors are truly wonderful. I loved being able to text my navigator, Melissa for any questions- she was SO helpful. RGI is a great clinic and we will forever be grateful to them for helping us start our family !
Were so thankful to all the doctors and staff at RGI! Dr. Maseelall is amazing and caring and we always felt heard. She remembered us from a consultation 7 years prior to starting treatments. At RGI, I never felt like a number and always safe in their care. Infertility can be a dark journey and they always brought hope and reassurance. Thanks again RGI!!
I have had the absolute best experience with Dr. Maseelall and RGI. If you are looking for a great place to transfer donated embryos look no further! The only reason I ended up at RGI was because they were one of the only clinics near me that would accept and transfer outside donor embryos. I had gone to three other clinics that were slightly closer to me, none of which would accept the donor embryos we had and wanted/needed to use. I count it as the biggest blessing that no others would work with us.From the beginning Dr. Maseelall was open and honest making us feel comfortable about using donor embryos. They had us complete legal paperwork and counseling before we could begin the process of getting the embryos transported to the clinic. Though this was an extra expense that may not be required at other facilities, it ended up being incredibly helpful for us and the donor family, helping build a stronger bond around what we agreed on.At our first transfer I remember Dr. Maseelall asking if I felt positive it was going to work because that makes a big difference. We walked out to people telling us congratulations treating it exactly like we were pregnant. It was a great way to leave on a positive note. Our first transfer worked and we welcomed a beautiful baby boy in 2022. Our second transfer just completed this past summer also worked! We are currently expecting our next little one in 2024.From the first to the second transfer they have done nothing but try to make the process better and more streamlined. The nurse navigator texts right to your phone. In fact I was in Greece when I started my birth control for the second transfer and was able to text Courtney my questions and communicate very easily. I also noticed a change in the medication protocol from first to second and asked about it. They easily explained the new research showed the dose I was on for the first one isn’t necessary. So they are constantly following new guidelines and the most current research to better the results for their patients.I’ve never had a problem with billing but we haven’t done anything through insurance because it wasn’t covered for me. Not sure if that makes a difference because it’s more straight forward for us? Either way any time I have had to talk to anyone from billing through to nursing staff, it’s never been a problem.I can’t say enough positive about my experience here. We just left the first RGI Reunion and it was so sweet! Good food and the ability to visit and take some pictures with Dr. Maseelall. It certainly feels like a caring family and was great to see so many little miracles.
Weve worked with RGI twice now, and have had an excellent experience both times. Dr. Maseelall and her team have been amazing to work with. This time around, we were introduced to the navigators who essentially act as a liason between us and the doctors, which was a change from the last time we were there. We found having access to a dedicated resource - even by text message - was a huge plus.
After trying to conceive for years, my husband and I finally decided to go see a specialist. Dr. Maseellal was very professional and caring. She talked us through the whole process of IVF. I ended up having to get surgery before being able to get the transfer, she recommended an excellent surgent for the job that I was also very satisfied with. This February we were finally able to do the embryo transfer and it took with the first try. Since October, we are proud parents of a beautiful & healthy Babyboy. This would not have been possible without the help of Dr. M. and her amazing Team.
Still a patient here, but I just have to shout out the finance and patient care teams, particularly Camille and Dekota. They helped my husband and me with some complicated insurance issues which resulted in IVF costing much, MUCH less than we initially anticipated. They truly went above and beyond, and we now have much greater peace of mind about what is often a stressful process. Their care has done a lot toward freeing our energy up for what really matters - starting our family.
We had a great experience at RGI. Dr. Maseelall is so knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help us along each step of the way on our IVF journey. We now have a healthy, beautiful 3 month old boy thanks to the care and expertise of everyone there.
I originally was referred to RGI in January 2023. Everything seemed great, I read reviews, and saw success rates until I had my first problem with RGI.Originally when I scheduled an appointment, something came up and they had to cancel and reschedule it. I told them I would call to reschedule. I called a month later and they told me I had to pay $150 to schedule. I mentioned to the girl on the phone that the previous month when I talked to somebody in the office, they never required me to put $150 down to even schedule an appointment, she said “oh she must be new, this is what our practice requires”.Fast forward to our first appointment with Dr. Bhatt and it was a telehealth appointment, now I’m all for telehealth because it is easy for the patient and the doctor, but every single appointment we only met on telehealth, so I never got a chance to meet her in person. I think it’s weird if I have to pay $200 to see the doctor I’d like to meet them in person. The original nurse navigator that I had Amanda was amazing. She would answer phone calls and text messages. Every time I would call her or text her and she even told me a story of how her sister was going through the same thing so she could only imagine what I was going through with fertility issues.Randomly one day I get a random text from someone else, stating that my nurse navigator no longer works for the office, and that she would be taking over the process which I was all for. We spoke to Dr Bhatt over telehealth multiple times, and when I would ask questions or ask why we were doing certain things she said “because I want to”.I sincerely felt like I never had to say in anything that was going on with my procedures or with my fertility and I felt like every time I would ask any questions, I would be shut down. I honestly felt just like a number to them and a walking check. My biggest problem was with the financial department because I would ask questions as far as why they are charging me ahead of time and then billing my insurance later and she said “this is the procedure in the office”. Well I ended up finding out that I was paying them out of pocket, and my insurance was paying them too.My first IUI was in July and everything went great and then a week later I had a loss. The new nurse navigator kept texting me asking me if I wanted to do another IUI and I kept telling her my period hasn’t started. I don’t know, I’ll let you know when. The next month I found out that I had gotten pregnant naturally and then a week later started bleeding again. She kept texting me saying “do you wanna do another IUI, when do you wanna come in for another IUI?” and I kept telling her I will let you know I am recouping with everything that’s going on never once did she ask any questions like have you had any symptoms? Have you taken pregnancy test? I’ve told her multiple times my periods were late. I just felt like nobody was listening at the office.I had originally asked for Clomid and they told me no because I have PCOS. I ended up finding out almost a year later at my gyno I didn’t have PCOS. I did ultrasounds, procedures, blood work, HSG, IUI, medications, spent thousands of dollar out of pocket only to end up going back to my gyno.I am so disheartened with the office and felt like I was never listened to. I always felt rushed and all they did for me was take my money. I did not think I would write this big of a review, but I want people to know this is my real life and infertility is depressing. I thankfully have no issues now and I would 100% not recommend RGI. Please advocate for yourself and speak up, you’re not alone.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY MAKE THE FATHER / PARTNER FEEL LIKE A SPERM DONER. THEY EXCLUED THEM FOR ALMOST ALL PROCEDURES. THEY DO NOT EVEN LET THEM GO BACK WITH THE SPOUSE OR PARTNER FOR THE IV PRIOR TO EGG RETRVIAL. THEY ALSO DO NOT LET YOU BACK IN RECOVERY SO YOUR PARTNER WHILE COMING OUT OF ANASTESHIA GETS GOOD OR BAD NEWS FROM THE DOCTOR AND ISNT FULLY AWARE OF WHAT IS GOING ON. WORST PAITENT CARE EXPERIENCE EVER.
Let’s start with Billing. Make sure you review your insurance before you do anything here. They told me my insurance wouldn’t cover something. When I pressed and said it did, I was told they wouldn’t bill my insurance because of auditing. I pretty much have to beg to get the information I need to turn into my insurance independently. The billing department is also awful at returning calls and emails. It was so much added stress to deal with them. The next issue is patient education and communication. When we started our journey last year, I wanted to do the 100% IVF Success program. At the time their website said to call for more information so that’s what I did. I was told you needed to be 37 and older with known issues. I was like, oh that’s not me since I am 34 and no issues. They now spell out their program qualifications on their website. After reviewing them I would have qualified. Either I was lied to or misinformed, but it is really upsetting. There is little to no communication from doctors to patients. When you go in for an appointment you see whomever. It’s a pop in and pop out, so good luck asking questions. It is so rushed. On top of that, patient education is awful. I didn’t get post-op embryo transfer education till my third one. I have more instances, but I am not going to share my medical history on google.I told my doctor back in January/February that I was uncomfortable being a patient there. I feel like I am treated like a number. We chatted and that was it. Nothing changed. After our last unsuccessful transfer this July, I had a another conversation with my doctor. I expressed to them I feel like I am nothing but a paycheck. There is no communication and if I want to talk to someone or get a better understanding of test results and whats going on, I have to pay even more money.I want to add that texting a coordinator is not communication in my book. Its fine for making appointments but when you have legitimate concerns or questions, they should be addressed in person or the phone. We have one more embryo we can use, and we are seriously considering destroying it because we have no confidence in this practice. I am about ready to give up because what we are doing isn’t working and I have no answers. Are there even answers to give me? Is there something else we can do? I don’t know, I tried to talk to be doctor before this last transfer, but it would have cost me $200.00 just to ask those questions. It’s disgusting feeling like I can only get an answer about my treatment if I pay them even more money.
Currently 18 weeks pregnant with my RGI baby💜 Dr. Maseelall, ALL of the nurses, and Jacquelyn especially were all my lifelines throughout what was such an overwhelming time. I could not have gone through this without their support and expertise. I recommend them to everyone, and will go back if we decide to have #2!
You will feel as if you are just money to them. There is no bedside manner especially from the nurses who is pretty much all you see anyway. You will ask questions and get the absolute minimal information back. Its a very cold process for such an emotional time at this clinic. Overall not a positive experience.
Updated: The issue has since been resolved. Thank you, Chris, for calling me and following up the same day to ensure my issue was resolved. I appreciate the quick turnaround. My wife and I used RGI to have our first child. We went through IUI and were successful and now recently had a baby girl (3 weeks ago). During our process with RGI, it was pretty typical in and out, doctor talk, and not much of a bed side manner to talk about but at the end of the day, they did their job, and we have our little one now. They do come off cold and money hungry, but they get the job done so cant complain there.I will say, however, please let them bill you and do not pay at the office. We have spent MONTHS chasing down refunds because they charged us for two appointments post positive pregnancy test (should have been considered OB appointments) and they will not call me back, every time I call they send me to someone else to leave a voicemail that never gets heard or answered, and now I am to the point that I am sending reviews in because they just simply wont respond anymore. Its incredibly frustrating. Anything billing wise with these people is a royal pain and makes this whole already very expensive process that much more painful. I am beside myself. Ive been calling since March about refunds.... almost TWO MONTHS and no one will call me back or correct this. So, billing.... have them send you the bill so if anything is incorrect then at least you can take care of it prior to paying instead of spending months tracking down your money. In this process, every penny counts, we know. So dont throw it at RGI until you are absolutely 100% sure the bill is correct, and services were provided.
Please read this if you are considering going here. If I could give them zero stars, I would. From the beginning this company has been unprofessional, uninvested, and provided me with the worst experience for a doctors office I’ve ever had. I started going here for infertility in 2021. My initial HSG test was done by a intern doctor I never met at a satellite hospital, that should have been my first red flag. For the time sensitive bloodwork needed also for my initial testing I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone to schedule me because they were “switching systems”, which caused me to be delayed a month until my next cycle. To them it doesn’t matter, to us it’s a whole month of our life due to not caring about their patients. When I finally got a consult with my doctor she basically told me anything but IVF is a waste of time and didn’t care to explore any options with me because they probably weren’t expensive enough for her. After that I didn’t even hear from my “doctor” for six months. All my appointments were just different nurses barely skimming over my chart and making me repeat my story every time I went in for an ultrasound. My doctor was never invested in if I got pregnant or not that cycle and I was constantly told that if I wanted to hear her opinion to pay more money and then she was only available by video chat.Typing this all out really solidifies how ridiculous this place is. I wasted a year of ttc and thousands of dollars here that I can never get back. The ONLY thing I can say the did right was I had a nurse assigned to me that I could text with questions, and she was pretty responsive.Don’t waste your time with a business that values money and their agenda over your fertility and values.
I was referred here by my gynecologist for a medical issue and wish I wouldve listened to the bad reviews. Please please please think twice about going here. When I scheduled my appointment initially, they required a $50 deposit to secure the appt, which was no big deal. They REQUIRE a telehealth appt for your first appt and turns out my insurance will not cover telehealth visits. So I called and they tried telling me it is against their policy to do a first visit in person. After arguing with them they reluctantly gave me an in person appt for a couple weeks later. My appt was scheduled for today (Sept 1) at 230 pm in their Akron office, but they changed it without telling me to 1pm VIRTUALLY. Only reason I found out is because I logged into their app to check if they sent me a bill breakdown. They dont want to tell you what they are billing for and demand you pay them before your appt or they wont see you. If you cancel your appt, they keep the $50 deposit. Please do your research and follow your gut before going here. I have wasted countless hours trying to sort this out just to end up having to cancel my appt because they wont provide me with a breakdown of what Im paying for or stick to my scheduled appt.Edited to add: this is NOT a Summa owned practice.
I’m not one to usually leave reviews but this one is necessary. I cannot say enough great things about RGI, specifically Dr. Maseelall. It was not always fun and easy but one thing for sure is Dr. Maseelall and the whole staff was always kind and supportive. They were right there with us throughout our journey from the consultation to our graduation day and we could not be more grateful. We just welcomed our healthy baby boy into this world and we will be forever grateful for Dr. Maseelall and RGI.
I’ve waited to post this for well over a year, but it needs to be said. I had to see a specialist at this office for reason I won’t disclose. After multiple visits and given little information about what’s happening in your body you start to get frustrated. After every visit my prescription at the pharmacy was always wrong, 100% of the time. I had to call every year to make them fix it after my yearly exam. Once they found out I was getting married they voluntarily scheduled a consult appointment about getting pregnant. I didn’t even ask for it or bring up wanting kids. I cancelled that, I’m not paying $ to come in and talk about getting pregnant for no reason. After this I tried calling to schedule my yearly because I need my medication refill and a “check up” that I get no information from. Not only did I call every single day with no call back, but it went on for three weeks until I contacted a family member who worked in a different office to find out what the heck was happening. When they called me back they said “our phones weren’t working” !? I guess for three weeks of business they didn’t have a single call? Interesting. I was never informed of the long term affects of a medication I was put on by my doctor for years, when this SHOULD NOT be happening. I didn’t know and never was explained the risks. Never choose a doctor who comes in and leaves, with absolutely no communication. No wonder I had such bad anxiety every time I went in there,
We switched to RGI Ohio after our first clinic in our home town and RE failed to provide the care, communication, or timing we expected while undergoing IVF. We chose RGI as our next clinic for another round of IVF based on our friends’ personal experience there. They also traveled out of state.RGI got us scheduled immediately, where as our home clinic was a +6 month wait to even do a round of IVF as an already established patient. We met with Dr. Maseelall and immediately felt like we were in good hands. We started our first RGI IVF round 1 month later and continue to do 3 more back to back rounds to follow. Every single receptionist, nurse, doctor, embryologist, anesthesiologist, etc was thoughtful and caring throughout. I did not have one appointment in my year of IVF with RGI when I didn’t feel cared for. Communication is quick and my doctor was at every single appointment. If she couldn’t be, I was told ahead of time so it wasn’t a surprise. Time was made to answer questions and further testing was perused go get answers. Dr. Maseelall did not dismiss any of my thoughts or suggestions. She’s was so knowledgeable In everything including aggressive protocols which gave us our embryos and now a baby. Go here if you’re looking. They changed our lives and gave us top care in the process.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Maseelall and RGI! She was there for us and supported us through some tough days. The staff at RGI always spent the time I needed to answer my questions. Navigating infertility and IVF during a pandemic brought its own challenges, but the staff did their best to support us during these tough times. I enjoyed using the new platform, Klara, to communicate with the staff and felt it really streamlined communication and increased response times. I had great experiences with everyone from the front desk, the nurses, phlebotomists, the embryology lab., and etc. I would definitely recommend RGI!
Had I known how difficult they are to work with I’d have gone elsewhere. Dr Maseelall is very kind and knows her stuff, but every other individual I’ve come into contact with is less than easy to work with. The road if infertility isn’t an easy thing to walk through and the lack of compassion and understanding is very difficult to get past. Not to mention the horrific billing department that I have to call several times a month to correct errors they make. I have to go through statements with a fine tooth comb (statements that I have to ask for because the portal doesn’t break things down and once you pay there is no evidence in the portal - so when they lose a payment or apply it incorrectly, you’re screwed). And they’re never nice about it or apologetic. I’ve worked in billing - if we made a mistake we ate the amount because it was the right thing to do - especially if it was our fault. Their last mistake cost me almost $300 and that was after they lost a $400 payment I made and then tried to tell me I didn’t pay it (I had proof of payment). Absolute nightmare. I would unfortunately advise anybody to go elsewhere.
I was with RGI Akron with Dr. Maseelall for over 2 years. Dr. Maseelall is so passionate, truly cares about her patients, and wants you to succeed in creating a family. My favorite feature of RGI is seeing your specific dr for every visit (besides weekends/emergencies). During my IVF journey, i had a lot of ups and downs, but i 100% trusted Dr. Maseelall, and im so happy i found her.
We have had an amazing experience with RGI and Dr Maseelall is the best. I had many complications along the way but she always had a positive and hopeful attitude, which truly made a huge difference for me to not give up. She always took the time to consider my specific circumstances. We trusted she always had our best interest and the chance for the best outcome in mind. Before we started IVF she also performed two surgeries to remove fibroids that were affecting my quality of life and preventing any chance of pregnancy. We are now pregnant with our little miracle because of her and her wonderful team. The nurses at RGI are all also amazing. I met many of them along the way and always felt they truly cared about our outcome and were always willing to help when we had any questions. The receptionists are kind and friendly as well. I would recommend Dr Masseellal and RGI to anyone struggling with infertility.
I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at RGI Akron and Dr. Maseellal. My life changed when I started going to this fertility clinic. After an unsuccessful outcome from our first cycle, Dr. Maseellal fought for us and changed our protocol for our next cycle. Thanks to her and her teams positivity and persistence, my husband and I are expecting our little miracle in 7 weeks! I am so grateful to the entire team and can honestly say I miss it there!! I am looking forward to the day I can go back and start trying for miracle #2!! Thank you again so much to the entire staff at RGI Akron! They really do make miracles happen every single day!!
I love Dr. Maseelall and her nurses, she is so kind and empathetic which is much needed during fertility struggles. However, the billing department is HORRENDOUS. I have been billed incorrectly so many times that I have to go line by line on every bill I receive. I have been in HR - Employee Benefits for almost 10 years so I know how insurance works better than most people. If someone who didn’t have this background had a similar experience, they may not know what to look for and be paying bills they don’t owe (that their insurance covers). I’m torn about whether I want to return to RGI due to this, it’s very stressful. The front desk also lost a document I filled out with all of my insurance info, DOB, and SSN and didn’t seem concerned.
Super thankful for everyone at rgi. Dr Maseelall is absolutely wonderful, she listens to you concerns and answers all your questions. Shes super down to earth and easy to talk to. Kim the blood draw nurse is absolutely wonderful as well! 5 stars isnt enough to give them. I recommend everyone to her who is struggling with infertility
We couldn’t love Dr. Maseelall more and are so grateful to RGI. Everyone at the office is professional, compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable. After struggling to conceive and then going through pregnancy losses we now have our baby girl and owe it all to Dr. Maseelall.
March 11th had an appointment to go over current medical history and get labs done.I received a VM on March 18th regarding my AMH results around 3:30pm. I called back immediately within 5 minutes of the VM. I left a VM in return. I waited an hour then called again. Then I sent a Klara message asking if I can be emailed my AMH results. The same person Joyce Owens who left the initial VM responded promptly stating they will send via Klara. If she could respond to Klara why didnt she just return my call?I was sent a bum link that was not accessible. I immediately called and had to leave VM and I sent another Klara message. No return response at all. They didnt care. They wanted to wrap up their day and go home. I had been awaiting my results. I was very upset with the lack of patient care. They dont care that patients lives are affected by what those results hold. They dont care about the emotional toll all of this takes on the patient. This is not a primary care office regarding a cold. This is life altering. It was very unprofessional to give half information and then ignore my messages. I left another VM expressing how I felt about being dismissed.I received a message the next day asking for my email so it could be sent via email. It was sent sloppy and upside-down. These nurses just blatantly did not care. That whole experience was very upsetting.March 26 I sent a message inquiring about the rest of my results. 15 DAYS after my labs were drawn. The nurse had the nerve to tell me my labs were in and asked if there was something in particular I was looking for? How unprofessional.I did not receive notification my labs were in. The nurse said they dont call unless something was wrong. How the hell would I know if my labs were in if no one notified me? Unprofessional.I stated I still have Mychart and was told the office does not utilize Mychart. I received all my results via Mychart prior. All of a sudden its not used anymore. How convenient.Anyway, They called me regarding my AMH, why would they not call me regarding the rest of my results? Then the nurse had the nerve to ask if I wanted to make and appointment to get my results. No, I just want to wonder about them. Duh.She tried to give me an in office appointment 2 weeks later. By that time it would have been well over a month just for lab results. I called the office manager. I forgot his name off the top of my head. I did leave a detailed VM and I stated I expected a call back. He never returned my call. Unprofessional.I did end up getting a Telehealth appointment for April 6th after becoming indignant. I had 5 minute Telehealth appointment with Dr Maseelall. It was a joke. She didnt tell me anything the nurse couldnt have told me or that I could have read myself. But I know this little office just wanted to be able to charge my insurance again.I inquired about getting my records. I have to pay for MY labs I expect access to MY results. She stated to send a message via Klara. I did send that message and was sent a Release form to fill out.I returned the release of records form on April 11th via fax. I received confirmation the fax went through. I did not hear anything so I sent a message April 24th inquiring. 13 days later. I received a message my records would be sent that very day. 13 DAYS LATER!I got a message the next day stating I had to pay $38.40 for my records. So the person LIED to me and did not do a thing with my records the previous day. I offered my other Drs fax to be sent directly at $0 charge. I am still awaiting confirmation as to if that was actually done or not.So two whole weeks before my records release request was acknowledged. Unprofessional. This is why they dont utilize Mychart. They want to nickel and dime the patients. Absolutely UnprofessionalJust found out Friday they have been holding 2 tubes of my husbands sperm sample from an IUI a year ago for ransom. Didnt know that until the bill came. I could have had a 3 month old baby now had they used the entire sample. Negligent AF!
Great office with wonderful staff. I absolutely love Dr. Maseelall. She is very friendly. She shows understanding, concern, and patience. She acknowledges your thoughts, opinions, and viewpoints and does not push you into doing anything. She takes her time with you and doesnt make you feel rushed. Dr. Maseelall takes the time to address any concerns you may have. I would recommend her to anyone and have. I truely believe I have my rainbow baby because of her.
My husband and I have both been exceptionally happy with RGI and Dr. Maseelall. I was recommended by a friend and have since met many women -from the pharmacist to a school teacher - who also saw Dr. Maseelall and are excited to tell of their positive experiences! From the desk to the nurses to the Drs to Kim who draws blood, every person made your journey feel unique and special! I love the honest and compassionate approach Dr. Maseelall takes with each step of the process. I had a lot of questions that were always answered with care and patience. I would refer anyone to them and if I decide to try for a 2nd little miracle, I’ll be right back at RGI in Akron! Thank you to the amazing team!
RGI is an absolute waste of money and time! They are rude, inconsiderate, and the most greedy/selfish, in it for your money group of doctors/staff I have ever encountered. My husband and I sought treatment in September 2019. To begin, you will NEVER get ahold of anyone, as you must leave a message and they will call you on their own time, at their own convenience. We saw Dr. Nash who is extremely short and rude, and he makes you feel like you are wasting his time. About 3 months into treatment, he began pushing IVF heavily. Although the pandemic prohibited us from seeking treatment for about 3 months, after a year and a half of no success with RGI we decided to get a second opinion from another fertility doctor regarding IVF. After our second round of treatment with the new doctor (literally 2 months into switching) we successfully became pregnant WITHOUT having to go through IVF and couldnt be more happier with the patience, compassion, and care we receive there! The funny thing - I got pregnant on what Dr. Nash told me was a waste of time/money, and again, should pursue IVF. RGI is a complete waste of time and money, and the staff is awful. I wish we had never stepped foot into RGI ever!
I will never have enough words to describe how awesome Dr Maseelall and her staff are! I never once felt like a number, they always made me feel important! Even the ladies at the front desk Lisa and Deon have always been welcoming ..... we have spent around 2 years with this clinic and it was the best decision we ever made leaving cleveland clinic. Thank you for all u do, u all truly make miracles happen. -Danielle
Update 10/11/22:I called in again this morning and was connected to someone (either named Terri or Sherri, I can’t quite recall) who was very kind and helpful, and escalated the situation up the chain of command. She looked further into the notes on my account and discovered that whomever I spoke with back around Labor Day had not only provided wrong information about the refund processing time, but had never even processed the refund to begin with. She did said they are processing the refund now, and it should return to my account within 2 days. Hopefully this headache is now over.Original:Unfortunately there is no option to give zero stars. I have been given the run around by the billing department for the past month and a half trying to get a simple debit card refund processed. My doctor referred me to this office, and I was schedule to have an initial telehealth call during the week of Labor Day. They asked for an up front deposit of $150 before ever even receiving a service from them. I thought it was odd, but obliged, and paid this on September 1st. That should have been my first hunch that I should run, and not walk from this place, but I didn’t, and here we are. After discovering that this office was out of my network, I called to cancel my appointment on September 6th or 7th, and was assured I would be refunded my deposit within 5 business days. Okay, great, no worries. So, about 3 weeks goes by with no refund in sight. I called again on September 28th, and am then informed that the first person either lied to me, or just gave outright wrong information. The refund actually takes 30, yes 30, days to process. Very bizarre, not to mention frustrating, but okay. We’re almost 30 days in, so I’m sure it’s almost processed.Wrong. It is now October 10th, and I still have not received my money. We are well past the 30 day window. So I called. Again. Spoke to someone who was somewhat apologetic, and told me I would be transferred to the “head of billing” who could help me. No answer, so I left a message around 1:05pm on October 10th, and am still waiting for a call back.I have no idea what sort of decades-old technology they use if it truly takes 30 days to process a refund paid by DEBIT CARD (if the 30 days window is even correct, who even knows at this point), but this is beyond ridiculous, and as I’m sure you can imagine, I am done being patient with these people.I can’t even imagine how established patients are treated at this practice if the billing department is ran with this level of incompetency. I guess if there’s a silver lining, it’s that this place ended up being out of network and I never became a patient here. And, don’t you think it’s stressful and frustrating enough to be in a situation of infertility/reproductive issues without adding this disaster on top of it all? Like I should have done before, RUN from this place, do not let your doctor refer you here!
Dr. Maseelall and the whole staff at RGI are amazing! Even the ladies at the front desk were wonderful and always smiling! Always fast to respond to any questions or concerns. Would take the time to explain things as the process can be very overwhelming. She made me feel comfortable through the whole process and made sure everything was perfect!
I am not one to take to google with my complaints but after being a patient of this practice for 5 years with a very complex medical history that put me into menopause at the age of 25 I have no other way to let them know of my disappointment. I called 5 times to try to schedule my yearly appt and finally after voicing my frustration in voicemail received a call back letting me know they are no longer doing gyn services. Which is fine, however I would’ve appreciated some sort of notice to find a new practice or at least a call back the first time I called. I understand this is not the nurses or doctors fault, but the new administration and I’m very sad to have been kicked to the curb like this. With my medical trauma, some decency and care would’ve been much appreciated.
It’s thanks to RGI and Dr. Maseellal that my husband and I have our daughter. Dr. Maseellal can be clinical and to the point, but she’s also kind and knows what she’s doing, which is what you want since infertility and its causes are unique to each person. She had the idea to test for things that I didn’t even know existed, and I’m glad she did, because the IVF process had to be altered due to the results. This office is busy, but thankfully they implemented a Klara text messaging system that makes communicating with the staff so much easier. If you’re thinking about starting a family, you’re in the best hands with RGI. I know of two other people who have had success here. Time is of the essence with infertility, and the IVF process can be a long one, so don’t wait - and give RGI a chance.
My husband and I just finished our treatment there. We went to Dr. Priya Maseelall, and while we are excited to have been successful, we are sad to go! Dr. Maseelall and her staff are absolutely wonderful! It is a very difficult situation right out of the gate to need intervention from a fertility doctor; however, everyone at that clinic is so understanding and kind. They give you answers and options while still keeping in mind how sensitive the matter can be. I felt in control of a pretty uncontrollable situation just by having all the options up front, and knowing that Dr. Maseelall and her staff were there to support my husband and I both physically and emotionally.I would highly recommend this clinic if you are having any difficulties at all conceiving!
Lately RGI has been an absolute nightmare! Our transfer 2 years ago was flawless but now this clinic isn’t the same! Service has DEFINITELY went way down hill very quickly! Communication from this clinic is TERRIBLE!!! I’d advise people to now stay away from this clinic. Nobody seems to care there anymore about anything or anybody. RGI should consider their very low ratings on here which are all recent, if it’s not broke don’t fix it. Shame on RGI!!
After losing my first child, my husband and I struggled over a year to conceive. I was recommended to Dr. Maseelall. When I met her I was already overwhelmed an she was an open door. She walked me through everything an explained were we start an every step along the way. After all my testing an basics were done,, we started the first round with her I got pregnant, unfortunately I had a miscarriage. She was just as overwhelmed an upset as I was. She was determined to figure out what happened. In the meantime while running bloodwork an trying to figure my next path, we had a miracle. I had gotten pregnant on my own very fast after my miscarriage. She was just as shocked as I was. She saw me every step untill I reached 12 weeks.Im forever greatful for Dr Maseelall. I know everyones journey is different and we all have different struggles. She was so kind, so caring, I felt like she knew my stuggles an always gave me hope. The ladies at the front desk were always amazing an welcoming. Most the nurses were great, I only had one nurse I didnt care for the way she spoke to me but I never let it get me down or judge the rest of them. This is all during Covid as well, I highly recommend Dr Maseelall shes amazing.
Dr. Maseelall and her team were absolutely amazing! We knew from the moment we met her, she was our answer. Her knowledge and compassion made it an easy decision to move forward. There was always a game plan and we never felt defeated. She kept us going and we are so thankful for her and her team!
Very unprofessional service from the RGI Billing and Accounting Department. According to the Billing Department, Accounting incorrectly processed my spouse’s refund by disbursing the amount to one card, after they told my wife the refund would be paid to two separate credit cards. As a result, we’ve had multiple interactions with Teresa in billing who always transfers us to accounting, yet accounting has NEVER answered the phone or even bothered to call us back. The physicians and staff have been tremendous, but this mistake of several thousand dollars has been a major pain, and the Accounting department won’t even give us the courtesy of calling us to explain what happened or working with us to find a resolution. This has resulted in one card being refunded an amount that was actually more than the outstanding balance. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and very disappointing.
Frustrated right now because this was the only clinic that my insurance was supposed to cover. The mandatory basic bloodwork (not including genetic testing) is now costing me over $700 because Labcorp is out of network for my insurance. I was told by the clinic that my insurance would give me roughly $10k to allocate how I wished towards testing and treatment. Sadly, that was not the case. Please, please, PLEASE call your insurance FIRST and speak with them! Im a Summa employee and did not realize that this clinic isnt a part of Summa, they just rent space there.
Please run from this place. No one answers the phone. Dr. Maseellal Is a rude, smug and cold doctor. All these people on here saying that she’s kind and compassionate, I felt like we’re seeing 2 different people. From the moment I’ve stepped in this office I’ve been made to feel belittled and very uncomfortable by dr. Maseellal. Save your money and please go somewhere else. Also unorganized. If you don’t want them to loose something you better keep on it. My obgyn sent records over to them and they claimed they never received them…I had to call my ob office to send them over again. Just run.
There are no words for the amount of appreciation I have for RGI. Dr. Maseelall and the team at RGI gave my husband and I hope and success when knowone else could. I started treatment at a large, well renowned clinic in the Cleveland area. After many failed fertility treatments, IUIs, and multiple unsuccessful embryo transfers through IVF, I felt lost with nowhere to turn. I knew something was missing and needed to find a new clinic, one where the doctors would listen and take the time to investigate further. A friend recommended Dr. Maseelall and RGI. From the moment I walked in, I knew the process would be different. Every visit I saw the doctor, she discussed strategy and refused to repeat the same processes that failed me before. She took her time, looked into my case. She was particular and patient when making decisions. I ended up going through IVF again, but this time with much more success. More embryos and a positive for pregnancy after the first transfer! There are no words to describe my gratitude for Dr. Maseelall’s work, she truly is the baby - making whisperer. She is the reason I will finally get my baby, due in April.
I have been seeing Dr. Maseelall since January 2017. I have PCOS and had been to many Drs. Prior to her while trying to conceive. She 2as the only one that did all the necessary testing prior to finding out that IVF was our only option. After finding out I had no insurance coverage we had decided to find a cheaper IVF clinic and give it a try. After 2 appts I decided I didnt care about the money and returned to RGI! The staff is amazing and so are the physicians! I am now 9 weeks pregnant and could not thank Dr. Maseelall enenough for this wonderful gift!
I felt like just a number here. After seeing 2 different doctors at this practice, I decided to go elsewhere. My first consult was a nightmare because they charge you $150 and didnt have my medical records even though numerous phone calls where made prior to ensure they had my operative reports from my GYN. I was so frustrated, I made a second appointment with a different doctor and was told they would take care of getting my records to ensure it wouldnt happen again. At my second consult, parts of my records were still never received and therefore the second consult was, again, a waste of time. Because of the past problem with the transfer of medical records, I decided to pick them up for myself (lab work and genetic testing done at RGI) to go to another doctor and I was charged $35.00. While this was communicated to me, which I was fine with, other doctors never charged a penny. Seems like another way for them to get money from you.
After a below average experience at the Cleveland Clinic we decide to try RGI out and chose Dr Bhatt as our preferred physician. We had a fantastic experience with Dr Bhatt and she is an exceptional doctor who is extremely caring and supportive. She surpassed all our expectations. A great role model for every doctor to aspire to. The support staff were also wonderful to us and we thank them all for their sincere efforts. I would recommend RGI and Dr Bhatt to anyone who has not had success elsewhere, has not been happy or are looking for an exceptional doctor.
My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences at this office. You cant blame an office for your medical problems. They are there to help you but cant guarantee anything. Dr. Maseelall is absolutely wonderful, as are the receptionists and IVF consultants. We have recommended RGI to many people and will continue to do so.
Dr. Maseelall is the most amazing doctor! She has always made us feel comfortable and kept us informed during our 2 rounds of IVF. We look forward to seeing her at our appointments and know she will be able to answer any questions we have! Thank you doctor Maseelall for always taking the time and being such a wonderful person!
Let me start this review off by saying that I absolutely love Dr. Maseelall. She is helpful, kind, patient, and actually makes me feel like my fertility struggles matter. I would give her 10 stars if I could! However, I have been coming to the Akron office for a number of years, and the biggest problem I have is how long it takes for my phone calls to be returned. Unless you are a first time patient or need to schedule something simple like an annual exam, you have to schedule or talk to a nurse. Good luck getting ahold of anyone. No one is ever at the nurses desk so I always have to leave a message. Which is inconvenient because I am calling when I have a break at work. Then they call me back, often it doesnt even sound like they listened to my message. Usually, again because I am at work, they have to leave me a message. And the game of phone tag commences, usually resulting in me having to step away from my desk to take the call. Its not uncommon for it to be 5+ hours before I hear back the first time.Lately, however, my calls are not even being initially returned until the next day. I understand that the nurses are busy, but this is ridiculous. I should not have to wait an entire day just to schedule an appointment. Give the front desk receptionists the ability to schedule a simple beginning cycle ultrasound. Or the last hour of the day have a nurse specifically returning phone calls, even if its just to say we will talk to the doctor first thing in the morning and call you back. At least I know my message was received. Heck hire an extra person whose job is to sit at the desk and take all of these calls and return them.I dont really care what you do, but something needs to change. I feel like Dr. Maseelall is invested in helping me and the rest of her patients, but not the rest of the office. I am spending a *lot* of money at this office, I would appreciate at least if my phone calls were answered and returned. My rating is solely for the office itself, again Dr. Maseelall is wonderful.
I am a current patient of RGI and have felt compelled to leave a review for other couples looking to go through IVF. RGI has great statistics and a great track record, but it’s very evident they are overloaded with patients. They try and standardize care when the fact is that most couples going through IVF are having difficulties and need care to be extremely individualized. Time is of the essence when going through IVF and I am consistently made to feel like an afterthought..consistently am not written or called back when I’m supposed to be etc. My partner and I were so eager to start this journey, and so taken with the whole staff initially that we did not interview other doctors and now I really wish we had. I am in between cycles and I just wish I could go somewhere else where I’m supported and cared about, but I can’t since we’ve already paid and are out of money to take our business elsewhere. This should be an exciting time and I’m constantly filled with so much anxiety.
Dr. Maseelall Is an absolute earth angel. She was always willing to answer questions and is open to treatment options. The only issue I had was billing is a pain and they’re very hard to get ahold of. But as far as doctors go, she is the best!
Updated: 6.2.22 A nice lady called to explain that the awful policy that leaves women in uncomfortable situations without a support person is Summas fault, and because Covid. +0.5 star.Original:My wife and I literally just left the Akron Campus today. It was our first non-video experience. My wife was having a trans-vaginal ultrasound and I, being a nurse, have always been there to hold her hand and explain things to her. They waited up until the moment she was called back to tell her that I would not be allowed in the room due to Covid protocols. Mind you we have had numerous interactions at other facilities and have been allowed to be there for each other. So, my wife with some verbal complaints complied and went back alone, where none of the staff explained anything. They performed the test and instead of calling me in for the results, gave them to her without my presence. There were questions I had due to the nature of my wifes medical history, but they went unasked and unanswered because I was not there. My wife was crying because she was nervous and emotional and alone, and no one saw fit to provide support. And to top it all off, after telling her that her husband couldnt be in the room due to covid, the doctor brought in a 4 person entourage to tell my wife what the results of the test were. 2 of which stood there and did nothing but spectate. I already have a call in with UH to see if they will take us as a transfer because we have no desire to go back.
Our experience with RGI, at the time, was great. After trying for 6 months we didn’t have any luck and ran out of funds. Long story short we are now trying at the Cleveland Clinic. We were talking about our experience with RGI and what they were trying and our new doctor at the clinic was blown away by how wrong everything they did for us was.Trying to get your medical records transferred to another doctor/office? IMPOSSIBLE. The phone is never answered at the records department and they will NEVER return your call. We called daily for 3 weeks to get ahold of our medical records and not a single person has ever called back.We are so over RGI. Thank you for taking thousands of our dollars, doing everything wrong, refusing to release our medical records, and wasting our hopes and dreams.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Good luck getting through to ANYONE in this office. You can call the nurse coordinator (Michelle Adkins), send an email, call the regular nurse line, but nobody will pick up or ever bother to call you back. They really do not care about you here at all.
Doctor Priya Maseelall is truly amazing. Not only is she a very skilled doctor, but she is also genuinely cares about her patients and their families. She spends time with you, goes through the ups and downs with you, and works tirelessly to develop custom solutions that work for YOU. Thanks to Priya, my husband and I have a beautiful, healthy 2.5 year old daughter and a little baby boy on the way!Another factor that sets Priya apart is her office staff. All the receptionists and nurses are really on their game - always cheerful, thorough and very efficient. In my 50+ office visits, I dont think I ever waited more than 15-20 minutes (and keep in mind the waiting room is often full of more than 10-15 couples at a time).I would highly recommend Priya and her staff to my closest family and friends, and encourage anyone seeking advice and treatment for fertility to give her office a call.
I love Dr. Nash I do but the finance department is Very unprofessional. My husband and I are on a payment plan due to some financial set backs and about a month ago thefinancial lady embarrassed me in front of the entire waiting room. I wanted to go somewhere else but like I said I love Dr. Nash. I am glad that I did not go anywhere else because we are pregnant! I gave them 4 stars because the financial lady.
Im a registered nurse and Dr. Nash treats his staff horrible. We traveled 2 hours and our GPS took us the wrong way. We were punished like children and had to sit in a room for 2 1/2 hours. He was beyond rude and unprofessional considering our sensitivity due to our situation, a little compassion goes a long way. Big money grab and scam playing on peoples emotions.
The entire staff is made up of caring people. The nurses are amazing. Dr. Maseelall is both an expert in the field and a personable, caring person. I’ve never come across a physician who listens to their patients concerns and addresses them all in such a logical and considerate fashion.
It was Michelle who I spoke to earlier. She was so rude. I dont understand where her compassion is. Like you work at a Fertility clinic for christ sake. Have some compassion for the journey everyones going through.Theres nothing we can do at five weeks meanwhile Im sobbing and begging saying please let me come in and see someone and she goes theyre not going to do an ultrasound I dont want an ultrasound.. I want peace of mind that baby is OK! I was five weeks and was bleeding. She said there’s nothing they could do while I was five weeks.“Well go ahead and drive an hour for a beta.” said she. I WILL. And I want a doctor to check me to make sure Im still closed.Youd think since were paying for these treatments theyd want to do everything they can to prevent any losses...
They do seem busy, but I have always felt very well cared for. My experience with Dr Maselal was probably the best Ive ever had with a physician. Though maybe Im biased since we were successful with her. Id recommend them/her highly!
I highly recommend this place! Dr Maseelall is wonderful. She takes time to explain things and makes sure you feel comfortable. She is so down to earth which makes it easy to talk to her! My husband and I tried for over two years before getting pregnant with the help of Dr. Maseelall. We are both truly grateful !
We are so happy we chose Dr Nash at reproductive GYN. Dr Nash is wonderful and a special thanks to Emily for all her help and guidance. They both are amazing. We are proud to announce that we welcomed our miracle baby Louis Edward Champney on December 23 2017. We recommend them to everyone and were treated fantastic at all our visits. The precision and care are the best. We had a small chance to be able to have a little miracle baby, but Dr Nash made sure he did everything perfect to give us the best chance. Thanks so much and God bless.
I gave this place a 5 star review because I absolutely loved it there. I had Dr. Maseelall and she was just amazing. She saw that I had very big fibroids and took action right away to get me into sugery and remove them. Then after that she helped me and my husband conceive our son all within a little over a year! There are long wait times sometimes but I think it’s because of the time they spend with each patient. I would recommend going there.
Dr. Maseellal was fantastic!! She listened to all my concerns and expectations and exceeded them time and time again! She helped me get pregnant via IUI and meds! She knew exactly what to try and was so friendly all the time! The staff at Youngstown and Akron knew me by my name and were so welcoming
I’ve had such a great experience with RGI. Dr.Bhatt is the doctor I have seen for my IVF journey. She’s not only a perfectionist when it comes to your IVF journey but she super passionate about each patient. Dr.Bhatt has been a true blessing to my husband and I. I highly recommend going to see RGI and especially Dr.Bhatt. She’s so knowledgeable, passionate and takes her time with you.
Thank you Dr. Maseelall and the RGI team for bringing us our greatest blessing. Cameron David Ondik born 6/11/2021.This team of fertility specialists is wonderful, and we highly recommend them. They helped us finally realize our dream of becoming parents, and are so thankful we found you all the way from Pittsburgh!
The staff, care, and service is beyond exceptional. Dr. Nash is efficient, thorough, and compassionate. When no other doctors could help, Dr. Nash was able to create a plan that resulted in our beautiful son. I highly recommend Reproductive Gynecology.
My wife and I have had nothing but great experiences here with Dr Maseelall and her team. Everyone is very nice and professional as they genuinely care for their patients! We would strongly recommend this doctor and her team for any and all fertility needs.
My doctor referred me here. I spent $200 for a semen test. Due to stress, my semen collection was small and not normal. Two different nurses told me the collection was enough. Now they are saying it is not enough and they want me to come pay another $200 for another test. The supervisor, Matt, was very much not pleasant to deal with. Avoid this lab if at all possible!!!
I will never refer anyone to this office! I felt like I was treated as a statistic and ALL the physicians were very cold.. especially when I was told that my eggs werent viable. I am not providing these poor ratings because of my inability to conceive through this process, I just dont want others to experience how I felt in this situation. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!!!
I had such a positive experience with RGI! From front office to clinical staff….as well as my personal Mac and dr!!! I will 100% recommend to all
The entire RGI staff is wonderful! They truly perform miracles here! They answer all your questions and make sure you understand the process from start to finish...my fiance and I are only 24 & 28 years old, dont wait another year!
I’ve been a patient for over a year and have been to 3 of 4 locations. I’m very happy with my care and my experience has been great! The staff are friendly and the Drs are the best! I would highly recommend!
I would have to agree with many of the other reviews here. The doctors are great, but getting a returned phone call is next to impossible. Unless I am physically standing in front of someone, I find it nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone. Its very frustrating.
I have been coming here for many years. The staff is amazing and dr.maseelall is the best doctor ever. She is so positive and reassuring! I couldnt have chosen a better place. You will not be disappointed coming here!!
Giving 4 stars as of right now because I just made the switch from Dr. Nash to Dr. Maseelall. She has done more to help me in one week than Nash has in a year or more. Fingers crossed she’s the answer we’ve been looking for.
We had such a great experience here and would highly recommend them to anyone struggling to start their own family.
My wife and I spend over $7,000 and nothing, my wife gets a lot of hair in her face because what they gives her, staff r very rued and cheap, oh by the way watch the billing lady and her boss BIG time, any way please dont wast ur time and money by going to RGI, thank u
Is this place open. I’ve been leaving messages on the same voicemail damn near every other day 2 times a week for a month and still no answer, or call back. I’ve even filled out the contact me info on the page and still no response. This is so unprofessional I was excited to be able to visit a office so close to me.
Very satisfied with my experience. Staff was caring and professional. I was in from out of town and on a time crunch. They were very accommodating.
Dr. Maseelall and her ENTIRE team are so positive, helpful, and have been amazing! Highly recommend!
Does nobody ever answer the phone here?? Ive called 30 times within the past two days and left voice-mails. I cant call before three because I work thirds.
Dr Maseelall is wonderful!!! We have two beautiful children thanks to her!
I can’t say enough about Dr. Nash and the entire staff at RGI. They are absolutely wonderful!
