Dr Espindola and Valerie (and all the nurses and check in staff I spoke with) were absolutely amazing during my very stressful appointment. They were patient and the Dr was very thorough in explaining everything that she was about to do and the why behind it. They let my husband come into the room to support me and hold my hand, and were kind to him too.I was very concerned about this visit but their beside manner really put me at ease. Thank you, AWHC!
This has been always been my go to OB Gyn clinic.. This is where I feel my heart at ease and its very comfortable when I go to this clinic. During my 2 pregnancies, Ive always been on best cares❤️ Thank You AWC! Nice meeting Megan on my appointment yesterday too😉 My procedure with her has never been uncomfortable🥰
I choose Anchorage Women’s Clinic due to their location in Eagle River. A week before my appointment, they rescheduled me for the location at Providence and assured me that future appointments could be at the Eagle River location. I went to schedule my third appointment and they stated that the Eagle River location was still closed and they had no idea when it would reopen “hopefully in the Fall”. First red flag. Second red flag was when I couldn’t get through to a human on the phone and waited 4+ hours multiple times to receive a call back. Third red flag: we couldn’t have our son in the room for the anatomy ultrasound. Fourth red flag: my new doctor’s office is still waiting for my medical records. The midwife that I saw wasn’t terrible, but the whole experience was subpar. I found someone better and the difference was night and day.
Dr Meredith was warm and engaging. She addressed each of my concerns and took extra time to provide education regarding my issues. The office staff was friendly and efficient.
Anchorage Women’s was great for gynecological care, but when my practitioner left to work at another clinic and I started using AWC for fertility/obstetric care, I was deeply disappointed with the way I was treated as a patient in a vulnerable situation. After friends shared they had negative experiences there with pregnancy and fertility, I requested a referral to Alaska Women’s; my new provider at Anchorage Women’s called and asked me to reconsider (“give us a shot”), which felt really unprofessional and a little manipulative. Against my gut judgement, and by the advisement of my provider, I agreed to try with their staff. After the better part of a year pursuing fertility treatments, waiting to hear back from the nursing staff phone line for sometimes up-to-3 days, literally last-minute cancellations of time-sensitive procedures, and the clinic declining to contact my insurance for pre-authorization of a procedure I would otherwise pay out-of-pocket for, I transferred my care. I would not recommend this clinic to people experiencing fertility challenges.
My very 1st appointment is on the 15th followed by an in person appointment on the 18th, I have to say I was a bit skeptical on making the call due to reading previous reviews about the clients and their personal experience with the workers/Providers.none the less, here goes. The wait did not take that long, maybe about a good minute before a lady named Silvia picked up. She was polite, down to earth and very professional. She gave me the warmest Congratulations and didnt make me feel out of place. She was able to listen to my concerns and was able to build my chart with ease. That Girl Deserves a raise! Such an awesome person and I can just tell she has an awesome personality as well! Thankyou Silvia for making me feel comfortable.
Everyone is always so friendly, polite and kind. One could not ask for a more caring, kind and compassionate Dr. than Dr. Ward. She takes the time and energy to help figure things out, and leaves me feeling like she will be there to help in the future. A true blessing!
Rosa has been everything I ever could have hoped for my OB care and beyond. She blew my expectations out of the water and is so incredible. Dr. Gibbs was also likewise the same when I delivered. We were so blessed with our care and were so supported.
Everytime I visit AWC I am reminded how much they care for their patients. Its always a personal experience with time taken to listen and diagnose in a caring way. Very grateful I have found AWC.
Been going here for all 4 of my kids even though I moved to the valley for kiddo number 3 and 4, I kept coming here because I love Dr. Espindola. Lately, there’s just no reason to make the trip. Currently 32 weeks pregnant with my 4th. Had an appt today at 10:20. Traffic from the valley sucked. I hauled all 3 kids with me, called at 10:10 to let them know I would be 5-10 min late. Got to the hospital at 10:24 but couldn’t get parking until 10:30. Sprinted inside as fast as you can with kids and checked in at 10:33. They refused to see me because I was 3 min past the cut off. I’ve never once been late, never once missed an appt. I actually had concerns about my pregnancy today and they turned me away. This is literally a 10 min appt. Weigh in, check the baby’s heart rate, check in with the doc, go home. Shame on you AWC. You used to be so much better
I cant think of enough or say enough positive things about this clinic. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist are eager to help you, kind and available for any questions. Our family is deep in the medical side so we appreciate all aspects of medical care from animals to humans. We appreciate the kindness, non judgemental attitude of the work family here. Theyve all been nothing but nice and helpful. Ive had a painful condition that has been ongoing and I was very hesitant to get a second opinion. Ali was an amazing start to getting me settled at the clinic. Answering all of my questions, offering polite and valued medical advice. Dr. Hinkle was incredibly thorough with my case, never rushing me through any appointments, always summarizing our discussions, and truly listening to me. I appreciated that he always had a transcriber (who was also soooo very respectful I never felt uncomfortable with them in the room) to ensure proper documentation of dialog, plans, ect. I think this screams at the level of integrity at this clinic and the highest standard of care available. We proceeded with a heart breaking surgical procedure as it left me unable to bear children at a young age, which was an emotional issue for myself, but from the moment I walked into the clinic, to Dr. Hinkle sitting next to me as I went under anesthesia, to the nurse holding my hand during my biopsy... to my post op recovery--- I could truly never thank everyone enough for the compassion, sensitivity to the situation, and ability to finally end my physical suffering. If I had the ability to have a child I would have fully trusted their life in the hands of this clinical family.Total Laptascopic Hysterectomy - 10/10 would do it again but only with Dr.Hinkle.And they have really cool stickers too.
Dr. Gibbs and the staff at Anchorage Women’s Clinic are top notch. Dr. Gibbs has taken care of me through a pregnancy and beyond. Now more than ever, being heard and respected as a patient is of the utmost importance and Dr. Gibbs exemplifies those very traits. She takes the time to listen, educate and collaboratively make decisions with me that empower me to take control of my health.
These wonderful people treated me like an adult, which was refreshing (Im in my 40s), and were always friendly and kind. The doctor (Gibbs) is knowledgeable and competent, and gives great advice!
I absolutely LOVE all of the providers at this clinic, every single one of them has always been so fantastic! However, I am a former employee who continued my GYN care there as a patient after I left, and I unfortunately will now be transferring my care to a different womens clinic. I have come in multiple times to either speak with a provider, a nurse, or to pick up paperwork, and each time that I have been there, the manager comes out and loudly questions the front desk as to why I am there. She asks very intrusive questions about my health and the reasons I am there, as Im sitting in the lobby waiting to be seen. It is a huge violation of HIPAA, and makes me very uncomfortable to have someone be so flippant with what should be my own protected health information. If you ever come across someone named Nona Wilson, you might want to rethink your care.
I waited to write this review until after my whole birthing experience from beginning to end with AWC. I saw Dr. Mcreary throughout and cannot say enough wonderful things about her care. She is the grounded, empathetic, and the best listener. She addresses concerns quickly and is sure to give all the resources and information. She cares for the whole person and addresses the wide variety of needs for a pregnant woman. The day of birth and several days after she continued to provide dedicated and compassionate care. The staff was professional, helpful and supportive. Really convenient having ultrasound and lab in office. I highly recommend.
I have been a patient with the Anchorage Womens Clinic for over 20 years. I have always received such tender and accommodating care whether regarding medical issues or billing. My confidence in them is so strong that when my daughter came of age, I offered AWC as an option for her. I knew they would take good care of her.Thank you AWC for all these years helping me and my daughter stay well and for comforting me in answering all my questions.Sincerely,Tina Simpson
I came in for a first-time gynecology screening at AWC. The desk staff was lovely and welcoming. The assistant or nurse (her name was Nona) who started my appointment off was not. She was cold, rude, and made me feel downright stupid for asking basic questions. After she was clearly irritated with me simply for asking her questions, she proceeded to take my vitals and finish her medical questionnaire with an extremely nasty attitude and made underhanded comments about my weight and lack of previous gynecologic care. That wasnt even the worst part of my visit. Once she had finished, she left the room and continued to make disgusting comments about me to who I would assume to be a coworker. I left the appointment in tears and will absolutely never be returning here.
Hi Ive been a patient at the anchorage womens clinic and have always loved this place, however on feb 9 I came in for a visit and one of the supervisors was loudly yelling at her staff in front of another patient and doctor. I understand workplace reprimands happen but it made me uncomfortable. If the supervisor is okay with yelling at her staff this blatantly in front of other people I cant imagine what happens behind closed doors *updated post i wasnt sure about sharing but think it needs to be said*
Everyone in the clinic was so nice and happy!I could not recommend Dr. Megan enough! She was so sweet and listened to all of my questions and concerns intentionally and seriously. I felt very heard, and Megan was so easy to talk to through the whole checkup. The clinic really went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and respected as a patient, from check in to check out!
I saw Megan Volkov today for my first appt at this clinic and she was amazing. I was slightly discouraged after moving to Alaska a few years ago and not finding a provider I liked but I’m so glad to have gone here. The receptionist and assistant were both very kind as well.
Love AWC! Front desk staff is wonderful, always polite and friendly.NP Tanya is amazing - I saw her my entire pregnancy, from my very first appointment, to my last - labor and delivery. She did a great job of keeping informed and having a healthy pregnancy. I recommend 10/10!
Rosa Morrissett was very good at explaining everything and talking through the process. So helpful in setting health care goals and will be seeing her again😁
I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Meredith and the staff at Anchorage Women’s Clinic. I came from a horrible experience at another clinic that left me in a bad situation. Dr Meredith was absolutely amazing and able to help me through a difficult situation. She listened to me, was thorough, provided me information, ensured I fully understood every part, and followed up herself. Dr Meredith, the medical assistants, nurses and front office staff were nothing but amazing with everything from medical records, to scheduling appointments/ re-scheduling (thank you for working with me and being so patient) or even just answering my questions. Everyone I encountered was very timely with responses and results. For a procedure I had done Dr Meredith and her team made me feel at ease as possible during the process. The procedure was far less painful, more thorough and I have had faster healing so far than previous experience elsewhere. They gave me printed information and answered all my questions. I travel hours just to go here, and won’t go anywhere else now. Dr Meredith and all the staff at Anchorage Women’s Clinic are truly heaven sent.
My wife and I are very happy here. The doctors, nurses and staff are lovely. Feel like we are in good hands with our first kid on the way
Well i was look for a someone to help me im going through menopause.. and having a hard time .. i found out that it going to be a process…. But maybe in a few weeks i can see at the end of the tunnel .
Wonderful staff, very clean facility. This was the best experience I’ve had at an outpatient facility. Highly recommend!
This was my first appointment at this clinic and i have to say it’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had in any medical clinic. My appointment was actually at the appointment time, everyone was super personable and kind . I loved the doctor that i worked with she was hilarious and made it a very comfortable atmosphere. I’d 110% recommend any women to go to this clinics.
The nurse practitioners and OBs that I have seen here have all been wonderful. They really seem to listen and want to help with any issues. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The front desk staff is also very friendly have helpful.
I have been a patient of AWC for nearly 8 yrs now. I’ve been pleased with the care I received here from all the providers in the clinic. The Nurses and Medical Assistants are great!I adore my primary provider Dr. Espindola, she is very compassionate, a great listener, has excellent bedside manner, and puts you at ease. She is incredibly smart and doesn’t dismiss or discount any concerns you have, she takes everything seriously and investigates them if need be. She has seen me through it all from pre-conception, to multiple miscarriages, two high risk pregnancies, and delivered both of my sweet rainbow babies. My only constructive criticism is the timeliness of communication. The practice would benefit from a patient portal so that it’s easier to connect with your provider’s care team. I believe this would eliminate many of the concerns regarding the timeliness of communication.
No matter who I see here, its always best service possible and I always leave feeling seen, heard and satisfied with my care.
The provider was amazing. (Espindola) She made me feel super comfortable, answered questions clearly, explained everything well. Very friendly and nice. Wonderful experience!
I felt like my appointment was scripted, routine, and like I was just another patient. No one was rude, everything went fine. But it just felt subpar. There are other offices that make you feel amazing and take their time to really see you, and that’s the kind of care I look for.
I had been seeing Dr. Dana Espindola for several months. In the beginning I gave all my contact information like one does when they go to the doctor. I kept every appointment I did everything necessary to be ready for my myomectomy surgery on Feb 17th. She said I would be out for 6 to 8 weeks and so I notified my job that I would need to take sick leave. The day before my surgery Im notified that my surgery was cancelled. That was the end of her communication with me. I would NOT recommend dr. espindola, Anchorage Womens Clinic, or her staff due to their unprofessionalism.
I have absolutely love everyone at this clinic. The front desk staff have been extremely helpful and tentative. The doctors are all super sweet along with their medical assistants/nurses, and I feel confident that whoever I get during delivery will be great. My only hiccup is that I unfortunately received one of the worst customer service experiences from the billing department manager. She was extremely unhelpful and condescending during our call. I don’t fault the office or the doctors for her but she’s definitely a sour apple in the mix. Will continue to recommend and keep coming here otherwise!
Anchorage Women’s Clinic is wonderful, from the front desk to all the providers. It is particularly nice to receive good care at an OB/GYN clinic that is not just focused on childbearing Women. My new nurse practitioner. Pamela Davis has been a rockstar, navigating the system to get me the right treatment. She is anwesome and a true advocate for women’s health.
Living 250 air miles from Anchorage and making 2 to 4 appointments in two days is a challenge. Alaska Womens Clinic had to cancel my appointment at the last minute but changed me to an available doctor within my time line so I could be seen on this last trip. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Thank you.
Dr Tina Thompson took her time to give me, what I consider, top notch care. Detailed thorough explanation at each of my appointment(s) she shared with me AND her nurse assistant. Imparting her years of knowledge to her staff and patients is just one of the ways she shares her vast experience and enthusiasm of her profession. I appreciate these teaching moments as a patient, I’m sure her staff does as well, one can see this clearly in the environment of the office. I’ve received competent, friendly service from every aspect of my visit; billing, reception intake, follow up care. This is a large clinic but I did not feel like a number. Overall, I can not overstate my pleasure in the care I received at Anchorage Woman’s Clinic.
Dr. Gibbs and her team were simply fantastic — very personable, kind and caring. I also thought the front desk staff was great. I appreciate kindness and it was exhibited towards me by everyone I interacted with. My experience at AWC was excellent and better than I anticipated. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone seeking professional and compassionate care.
I have been with Anchorage Women’s clinic for more then 25 years. The service and care that they give is far the best I have ever seen. In the past 8years or so I have had the privilege of being under Dr McCreary’s care. She gives you more then just a doctors care. She sits with you and explains till you fully understand. She hears you and is so genuine and honest. She never rushed anything. She makes you feel like you are her only patient for the day. Thank you Dr McCreary. Thank you everyone for all that you do and the love you give to your parents. 💕
I have loved seeing the providers here. Appointments are easy to schedule its great I can get in as early as 7 to avoid missing work and with them accepting Medicaid along with my primary billing has never been an issue. I have had one baby here and was happy with my experience, annuals are informative and Ive been given a wide variety of birth control to meet my needs. currently expecting my second child and have been happy with my care once again. Would recommend to any women looking for an OB or Midwife.
The Anchorage Women’s Clinic is very welcoming and understanding. The staff is kind and helpful and my doctor was kind, thorough, and patient with me. The team cared about me and my needs where past experiences with health care providers was how fast can they get me out the door. The team at this clinic listened to me and took their time to help me. Thank you so much for a great experience!
I had a great and positive experience here all through my first pregnancy and through my postpartum period. The midwives and doctors I saw were so understanding and always took the time to answer my endless questions. My delivery was smooth and easy, and I felt like my midwife really had my back when I needed her. They also offer some FREE classes which were so informative.
Im a transman. Leslie Cayco-Travis and Dana Espindola, surgeons at AWC, performed surgery on me back in September 2022 to treat my endometriosis. My endometriosis is at least Stage III. Not long after my surgery, I began experiencing severe pain in my ovaries that radiated to my hips and lower back. My cervix and uterus also started to feel sore starting this past winter. I reported this to the Leslie and Dana, but I never got a response from either of them. They ignored my calls and ignored my messages. The pain in my pelvis became severe enough to warrant ER visits starting in December 2022. I again reported this to Anchorage Womens Clinic. Again, I was ignored- no testing was ordered. I asked again and again to have an ultrasound and/or MRI scan done to find out what was causing this new pain. No scan was ever ordered- I was told it wasnt medically necessary. I was told that if my pain was that bad, to just go to the ER.The only time I got a new pap smear done at AWC was by Karen McCreary, who was rough to the point of causing me to bleed for days afterwards. When I reported this to her, she gaslighted me about it and blamed me for having tight muscles. The nurses felt sorry for me, but the doctors just ignored or gaslighted me.I finally complained to the manager at Anchorage Womens Clinic about being gaslighted by the doctors about my post-surgery recovery (or lack of). I explained how I was ignored over the pain and nausea that has only gotten worse.Just this week (February 20 2023), instead of ordering me an ultrasound or an MRI, Dana Espindola mailed me an envelope of my medical records, telling me that I was no longer a patient there since I was dissatisfied with their care (their words, not mine). Again, instead of helping me, they chose to gaslight me and frame it as if my dissatisfaction was the cause of the end of our relationship (it wasnt my choice at all; no one asked me if I wanted to end my relationship with ANC; they made this decision without asking me first; and they provided no referrals). It seems the doctors at AWC who performed my surgery were happy to take my medicaid/medicare money for it, but now they dont have any further use of me- so theyve decided to toss me away.I believe Leslie Cayco-Travis and Dana Espindola injured me during my laparoscopy surgery (the surgery that was done by Leslie and Dana on me in September 2022). I believe they know they injured me and they have been trying to cover it up. Instead of getting me the medical help I need to recover, they chose to gaslight me and ignore me instead. Why else wouldnt they order me a new ultrasound, a scan Ive had a dozen times before? Why wouldnt they order me an MRI, a scan that is usually routine procedure for women and transmen with endometriosis and could have easily been paid for by health insurance?Im currently pursuing legal action against Anchorage Womens Clinic.
Staff are so friendly-Check in process was very easy and everyone was so helpful and in a great mood.Very thankful to everyone who helped calm my nerves, and helped me with my appointment professionally and with care. Very glad I chose Anchorage Womens Clinic for my pregnancy journey!
As always, the environment was clean and soothing and the staff was warm and welcoming! It’s always cheery dispositions and kindness when visiting.I’ve only had a conflict with one provider who was quite judgemental at my initial ultrasound and insinuated that I didn’t know my cycle (I’ve been tracking for over 10 years), clearly assumed it was an accidental pregnancy (it was absolutely planned and my IUD removal at the same clinic four months prior would’ve been an easy way to screen that out), acted surprised that I was as far along as I stated I was (again... I track my cycle activity) and she completely ruined my first ever ultrasound with her negative and judgemental attitude. I have spoken to my current provider about her and advised that I would NOT like to see her again. She was more than accommodating.Otherwise, 5 stars!!(You can’t judge a place for one grumpy person. I’m sure she’s a stellar doctor, but won’t be mine! You only get one first ultrasound of your first pregnancy. At 34, this was something I planned very carefully and it was sad to be treated so rudely when it should’ve been a tender moment.)
I have been seeing Dr. Espindola for years now and i absolutely LOVE HER. She always is attentive to my questions and needs and she never makes me feel as if im another patient. She makes me feel that she genuinely cares about me and her actions show it i am blessed to have her as my provider.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Ward. If I could strictly deal with her I would give the clinic 5 stars. It’s the clinic staff that has been terrible. In December I had a miscarriage and showed up to an appointment 7 minutes late. There was someone in front of me in line and when I checked in I was ten minutes late they turned me away. I started crying and left. Mind you, I work at Providence which is why I was 7 minutes late. They called me back and begged me to come back so I gave them a second chance. After this a midwife called me who never saw me and refused to sign my paperwork for being out of work because she couldn’t “render me incapacitated” well yeah...you never saw me. You didn’t know the severity of my miscarriage. Why are YOU calling me and how do you have access to my information!?When I physically brought the paperwork over to the medical assistant she took care of it.Now here we are 7 months later and I’m dealing with severe pelvic pain. I have a complicated history and called for an appointment after an ER visit. They called and moved it because they wanted more time with me which I appreciated.I called back because my pain was increasing, I started my cycle and wondered if Dr. Ward would want Day 3 lab work considering the recent events. The person on the phone seriously didn’t understand what I was talking about. My appointment was for the 23rd and she was trying to reschedule me for after that date. They wouldn’t draw labs without seeing me but explaining to her I had already started my cycle and day three would be two days from now was like explaining rocket science. After five minutes I gave up and said “I’ll call another office” and she was totally ok with it. I was very considerate and kind through this whole process.I called Alaska Women’s Health and was on and off the phone within 60 seconds and had an appointment within a couple days with an appropriate provider with the right amount of time. Shocking.
Dr Espindola and all staff here are professional and knowledgeable. Very good experience. Way above and beyond. Thank you.
I never ended up making an appointment based on my interactions with the front desk staff.I was trying to make an appointment regarding infertility. I had to often remind the staff that I was not pregnant. Some staff would ask again about pregnancy in the same interaction after only minutes ago telling them I was not pregnant and that was the reason for my visit.I finally got a call over a week after submitting my records to make an appointment and the person on the phone asked me about my pregnancy. This office advertises that they offer services about infertility. You would think that the staff would be more empathetic.I am seeking help for a very emotional and heartbreaking reason. Yet I am met with absolutely no empathy and staff that will not listen to me or the reason for my visit.Even when they called me back after obtaining all of my records they cannot remember that I am having difficulty with fertility.Perhaps the providers are amazing and could have helped me. I will never know because of these humiliating interactions with the front desk staff.
I went to AWC for 2 years of our I fertility journey. While all the providers I saw were pleasant it was more than frustrating to see a new provider at near EVERY visit. I was having to call the clinic and go to multiple appointments every month for different testing. Everytime I was seen and or spoke to a provider it was like starting over and discussing my entire medical history over and over. There is NO consistency or follow up. When you are going through infertility it would be nice to have someone take ownership of your care. I chose not to use them for my pregnancy care due to the lack of personal care. I will not return if we have another child.
Everyone at AWC was great start to finish. It took a bit to schedule my surgery, but there’s a lot of coordination with that process. Dr Ward was amazing. She is kind and professional and answers all questions.
Started the process of transferring over from a different hospital due to me moving cities. Receptionist had me go through the process of sending my records over & waiting days of hearing back from them, just to tell me that they are no longer accepting new patients. I’m 31 weeks pregnant & it would’ve been nice to have been told this information BEFORE giving them all of my medical records. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.
I love Anchorage Women’s Clinic. My first time there was very good. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Dr. Espindola is great!
I delivered my first baby with AWC in 2019 and was really happy with my prenatal experience then. Since my second pregnancy in 2021, quality of care at AWC has plummeted. All of the issues I’ve experienced are somewhat small, but taken together make me concerned about the functionality and overall reliability of this clinic. I’ll list just a few:1. The professionalism of front desk staff is pretty below average (as evidenced by their use of language, compounded mistakes and misunderstandings regarding scheduling, inability to relay information, general communication, etc). It’s my personal opinion that front desk staff at a medical clinic should have just a small hint of medical knowledge. This does not seem to be the case at AWC.2. I had to wait an extra hour to start my GTT (while fasting for 12 hours) because no one knew where the tech was that was supposed to do my bloodwork.3. I’ve gone to the pharmacy twice now in the last two days to find that the AWC doctor has TWO TIMES written the wrong prescription for a very common drug. This has not been resolved even after the second instance; I am still waiting for my prescription issuance to come from AWC.4. I’ve waited days to hear back about pretty urgent (but simple) questions and requests. This is fairly typical and definitely not how it used to be.Despite all of this, I would like to give a huge shoutout to the following three amazing stars of AWC: Sherrill Collins (nutritionist) - absolutely fantastic care and communication. Roy (the ultrasound guy) - great ultrasound work, he’s patient, kind, and low key. And last but certainly not least, Annette Burdette(sp?)- she has explained procedures, test results, and complicated information in ways my doctors could not (and did not). Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable- please give this woman a raise.
So glad I have them. Their team made a stressful and often overwhelming experience much smoother and easier. I feel listened to. The quality of care is great.
I have seen two doctors here and had a great experience with one and a poor experience with the other. Dr. Gibbs has been wonderful. I have no complaints whatsoever with her. Dr. Wang on the other hand did not know why I was there and did not actively take time to speak with me. I was scheduled for an IUD removal and he entered the room ready to put one in and afterward when he tried leave the room, I asked him what I should be doing now that I was trying to get pregnant and he seemed confused. He had no idea why I was taking the IUD out and spent as little time as possible with me discussing my goals to get pregnant. Since I have changed doctors to Dr. Gibbs, I am very happy. But I would not recommend Dr. Wang.
I actually enjoy going to my appointments, from my annual exam to the 2 pregnancies they helped me through. All my providers (Dr McCreary, Ericka Mulder, Dr Espindola) make me feel like Im just catching up with old friends. Any questions Ive had they answer with as much knowledge and evidence as I could hope for and leave me feeling well taken cared of. Great place!
Extremely professional and kind staff members across the board. Just finished our first IUI cycle with them and they were amazing at explaining the entire process as well as patient and understanding as we navigated through the process for the first time. They were always available to answer any questions and concerns that we had and made sure that we were well taken care of for the duration of our care.So glad we chose AWC and would definitely recommend them in the future.
Dr Cayco was fabulous at the appts. Very informative and great bedside manner. The follow up calls and test results lack greatly. Had procedure done and at 14 days, still no follow up call. Should have had a call at 5 days. Follow up on blood work is still pending after 3 business days after I received the email from the lab. Very frustrating when you are in need of relief and resolve. The receptionists could be more helpful when answering phones. Ill return for only the confidence I have in my Dr during appts and procedures but communication is in need of improvement!!
Dr Espindola was wonderful. She was very thorough beyond just what I came in for at my first appointment. She also took time to make referrals for other specialists I’m needing to see, this was helpful as I’m new to the area and still trying to get my care established everywhere.
Ive been a patient with AWC for just over three years. I switched to them after becoming pregnant with my son. I had a few issues during the pregnancy and delivery but always received great care from all the doctors and midwives I saw. I would recommend to any of my family or friends!
I have been with AWC for 2 of my babies now...past and recent pregnancies, and the nurses, doctors and staff are awesome. I have never had any problems or complaints about any of my visits or even scheduling my appointments and they are very helpful in scheduling your appointments that works for you. I would recommend AWC to new and expecting mothers anytime.
I needed to get seen and was able to get in that day. My issue wasnt minimized and dismissed as Ive experienced in other offices. Dr was very informative and listened to my concerns. I would recommend anyone in is office! My two favorites are Dr Ward and Espindola both are caring and respectful.
I see Dr. Espindola for my overall check-ups and on-going treatment. She is extremely kind, compassionate and skilled in her field. When I see her to discuss my condition I leave feeling listened to and feel that we have a plan to treat my heath.
This office is beautiful and the staff are so kind and accommodating. We were on vacation from out of state and they took over my care, helping with prescriptions, helping me get a breast pump, and everything that I otherwise wouldn’t have had access to. Dr.Ward is so patient and an excellent physician!
I’ve been with Anchorage Women’s Clinic for over 5 years. I recommend them to everyone! I had two pregnancies considered higher risk and my doctors were very informative and calming with the risks associated and a plan of action to keep me and babies healthy. They also have a wonderful nutritionist who helped immensely with education for gestational diabetes. I love AWC!
I have not had a good experience here. I am now 36 weeks pregnant and have my last straw with this place, but can not switch care due to being so far along. There support staff (nurses and staff behind the counter) are wonderful but as far as some of their Doctors go, I am super unhappy. The Doctors dont seem engaged in any of my questions or concerns. I have learned more from research online then from any answers I have received from them. I regret picking this place, and encourage you to look else where before coming here.
Would not recommend at all, this place does not charge your right insurance and try to blame you for there mistakes, then they won’t see you if you don’t pay the money that they charge you and not the insurancethere place is always money hungry
Definitely do NOT recommend unless you want subpar care that treats you like a number. I had one OB prescribe me medication that was not breastfeeding friendly even though I specifically mentioned my youngest nurses. Then, months later I caught covid and tried to reach their on call nurses to seek advice as my symptoms were worsening. I tried to reach them 4 days in a row and received nothing back but a voicemail asking to call back the next business day because the time they reached out to me was close to their closing hours. What a joke! Will not be recommending this place to any friends or family. Glad I didnt have urgent or high risk needs because this is not the clinic to take patients seriously. Super disappointing and worse yet, nobody apologized in the slightest bit.
I recently was referred to the AWC by my primary care provider for some work. The work that I was getting done there was a little worrisome for me, as the results could have serious impacts on my life. The staff at the AWC made me feel safe and respected right off the bat. Their professional and compassionate approach to patient care put my fears at ease. I felt that regardless of my results, I would be in good hands. The doctor explained the procedure thoroughly before starting and continued to explain things throughout her investigation. I got the results quickly, which were positive, thankfully.I very much appreciate the AWC and would recommend them to others.
Every one kind, make me comfortable. And gave me important information too.
My wife waited TWO weeks to get a call back on an infection and had to solve it her own. Before Covid children were allowed in with patient since then they are not and this had made it very difficult to find proper care for my wife.Wish doctors and midwives were more knowledgeable about herbal/ holistic meds. Not pushing all of the western medicine with terrible side effects for prenatal care.Have been talked to about the Covid vaccine 4 times now after declining each time, even after being very specific as to why with a midwife it apparently isn’t noted if you say no.You don’t get to see the same doctor/midwife and It’s gets very overwhelming to have to reexplain every time all of your history and why your here or what been going on previously .Also midwife refused to prescribe different birth control due to side effects and take it for another 6 months even though I had painful cystic acne from it.So while none of these seem huge , all together it becomes a lot.
This clinic is more about the business than caring about patience as human beings (who are not robots). Appointments doesnt tell you about their 5 minute late policy. Left for the appointment in plenty of time got backtracked by road construction, and finding the office in Providence called to tell them I was on the way, was 5 minutes late (not 6).....was told I lost my appointment when I arrived. Have not received annual reminders for check-ups, assumed it was a 3-year recurrence, it is not. The staff is robotically polite but completely inflexible and . Ill be looking for a new clinic.
I’ve been coming here for 7 years, I have a nurse practitioner that I see regularly. Though when she’s not available I’ll see whoever happens to be and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is so professional and have always made me feel so comfortable. I am so grateful to have found a practice like this. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a regular women’s clinic.
I have been very grateful for the efficient, genuine, kind, and thorough care I’ve received from check-in to check-out at Anchorage Women’s Clinic. I came in looking for a second opinion and don’t plan to leave now that I’ve found Dr. Cayco. I have met a number of staff through the various services offered in clinic (lab, ultrasound, etc) and everyone has been great. I highly recommend AWC!
Ive been receiving care at AWC for over five years. Ive never felt rushed at my annual exams with Janet. Ive received excellent counseling from Rebecca (when she was there) and Paula (highly recommended). I was allowed a lengthy trial of labor with my firstborn before an emergency c-section. That was very stressful and emotional at the time, but I appreciate the clinics staff support of vaginal birth. Dr. Kim did two beautiful C-sections for me, one emergency and one scheduled. The ultrasound technician can be gruff, but also has a supportive side. Ive never had any difficulty with making appointments or getting seen. I appreciate the welcoming attitude here and that the staff seem pleased to be working there. I expect to continue to use AWCs services into the future for as much of my healthcare as possible.
Unfortunately I can only provide a review of the scheduling process and not the care they provide because I will not be seeing a provider at AWC based on the mistake they made with scheduling my appt. I am a healthcare worker at Providence and wanted to receive care here based on proximity to my workplace. In the beginning of May I scheduled an appt for the end of June. My job doesn’t allow me to go to appointments during the workweek so I scheduled an appt during my only week of vacation. The person scheduling the appt had to place me on hold multiple times to ask her co worker questions. She apologized and stated she was new. When I arrived to my appt on the date and time I was told it was scheduled for, the front desk stated the appt was schedule for July. Huge mistake on their part and instead of admitting they made the appt for the wrong month they blamed the mistake on me. Unfortunately this one experience will prevent me from ever seeking care there. Hopefully others have had a positive experience but I did not.
By far one of the best clinics I have ever been to, Dr Gibbs was very professional and welcoming, everyone made me feel right at home and safe to talk about my medical condition and did not make me feel awkward what so ever. I highly recommend them.
Very friendly staff. Prompt courteous and very helpful. Physician took time to complete a thorough exam and answered my questions. I did not feel rushed like I have at other places. I strongly encourage use of this office/group.
Im 53. Well today is my Birthday and so Im 54 today but Im suppose to have surgery tomorrow morning with Dr. Ward and Im really scared and have panic attacks but Dr. Ward called me earlier and i feel a little better. Dr. Ward makes me feel safe and she really understand. Shes so compasionate. Also Bella is awesome and a gentle men that did the ultra sound. I was still bleeding very heavy every hour overnight always pad. They found alot of problems and now i hope that everything will b ok and recover I just wanted to thank all three of them.
Dr. Gibbs was super accommodating and helpful. I am beginning my journey through menopause and she is Good a listening to my concerns and my understanding my POV. She recommended a variety of types of therapeutic treatments.
Dr. Ward is the best surgeon I have ever had. She helped me realize i desperately needed medical attention and referred me accordingly to the places i would get help. I am forever thankful that God put her in my life and I believe she has the ability to help endless numbers of women like me who experienced DV and postpartum depression. Thanks for reading,Christina
I was referred to the AWC regarding polyps that could possibly be cancer. When I arrived at the AWC and went into the room, the doctor was caring and professional which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Samples were taken and sent to pathology. Once the results were back, the doctor called me personally and told me the results. I’d certainly recommend AWC as they are caring, compassionate and professional from the reception employees to the doctors.
Best clinic - especially for women who are trying to conceive! You will feel that you are well taken care of. Excellent at explaining processes, consistent with follow ups and they provide action plans to help you obtain the result that you are trying to achieve. Monique from Fertility department is the best!!!
I did not receive a reminder call for my appointment which was supposed to be a month from the day I was seen!!!the provider i saw that day really seemed like he had better things to do. And i feel could have done more to find the cause of the pain i have been having for months. Front desk staff (with the exception of the Asian lady who helped me the first time I was over there to fill out the new patient paperwork) had an attitude. Felt like I was being punished for being few minutes late. you guys seem to be on top of it for the way u chew people up for being few minutes late... But u wont do ur part?
I have been a patient for over 9 years. I have had 2 kids with them and think everyone there is great! I normally saw Dr McCreary and she always made me feel important, she remebered the little things like our vacations, or when my husband got hurt at work. She wanted to make sure he was still doing ok. The front desk was always helpful they gave me the option of scheduling out my appointments to make sure i got in when i needed to. It was very convient They took the time for me and didnt try to ruch me. The on-site lab was very convient, and their extra services such as massage were amazing! Juliana works wonders!
I have been going to the anchorage woman’s clinic for the last 4 years. In the last 4 years I have had 3 visits and have had good experiences at all of them. A very professional and positive group of individuals at AWC.
My therapist is great, and a busy superwoman, that calls me herself! Paula is very professional, and empathetic. Her care and concern is genuine, and pleasingly beneficial for moving forward!
Its been a few years since my my last annual exam and I was a little nervous because the last place I went in Anchorage was a horrible experience. So bad that I put off getting an exam for a few years! ANC Womens Clinic was awesome. Friendly, competent staff, right on schedule, fast exam and any and all of my questions answered. 5 of 5, will go back next time!
Big, impersonal business. Some doctors, midwives and other staff are plain rude! (Before having children, I went to one GYN nuse and she was great, but is no longer there). Most OB doctors are too much in a hurry and have bad bed side manners. But I ultimately left this place because they refused to see me in the beginning of January 2017, instead of December 2016, for my new pregnancy appointment. Having been through another pregnancy before, at AWC, I knew that first appointment is very costly (around $1k). I requested that they push my first appointment into Jan of 2017, so that the cost would fall into the new insurance year. I explained that I had a high deductible plan, so the entire cost of first appointment, if done in 2016, would be of pocket, as we had barely had to use our health insurance that year. It made most financial sense to wait until Jan 2017, when I would have a low deductible plan, when other appointments and delivery costs will all fall into new insurance year, but they could care less - they had some cut-off figure to use (no more than xx weeks pregnant for first appointment). They absolutely refused to work with me, even after about 15 years of history with them. They also wanted me to do this orientation (forgot what they call it) when an office manager type person talks about pregnancy, in general terms. I said I dont need it, Ive had a baby before. They insisted I have to do it, even if Ive gone through this before. Waste of clients time. But just an easy way for them to collect exorbitant fees. So I left themRecently, I found out that some of the doctors from AWC perform abortions (at other locations, incl. Planned Parenthood). This affirmed that I made a right decision by leaving AWC. I am against killing babies, especially after having seen my two grow in the womb. Had nost wonderful pregnancy and delivery experince at another place! Will never go back to AWC.
Whatever you do DONT get seen here! They did nothing but try to force me to do things I wasnt comfortable with. And when I refused to do what they wanted they told me I wouldnt be welcome there (as if I wanted to continue to be seen by a bunch of psychos). They told me I dont have a choice but to do whatever they told me to do. I simply stopped showing up. Anna Boz was the only decent person here and I did thank her for that
This is the BEST place to get OBGYN care! They also help with mental health. Everyone there is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable! 🩷
I was happy with my experience here before I started to see all the charges to my insurance for a procedure. I liked Dr. Espindola and would recommend her but not the clinic. I have gotten a procedure done 1-2x per year across the states and this is the most I have ever spent. The office never sent me an estimate prior like I requested but I was in a time crunch and needed it done. The office itself charged over double then any place I have ever gotten it not including the labs. The 2 outside charge say the office did not pass along my insurance to them which they are suppose to do and caused me issues which Im still dealing with months later. of course, i recieved bills from the office and lab and then I later saw I got charged another lab fee but it was a charge from providence themselves for processing my lab but they did not do my lab. They could not clearly tell me what processing means to them if they didnt run it. They then called it a facility fee. They charged me almost the same amount as the lab testing itself , >$1000, for the (real) lab to use their facility and equipment. Is that not why the lab pays rent to the hospital? My procedure which on average costs out of pocket $600-800 every other place Ive been has cost me $1500 min but its probably going to be $2500 bc they did not get my insurance info within the window of time.
We been with Dr. Gibbs and her team since 2004. Always a wonderful experience with their clinic. Overall care of clinic and service is a 5+… Thank you AWC Team!!!
Im not a person who ever writes a review. I thought it was appropriate at this time. Ive been a patient with AWC for close to a year. I came to the office to find the guidance and help from professionals with my fertility. Fertility is a very hard thing to handle. I want the support from the specialist and staff to guide me in the best direction. I have hypothyroidism and I need guidance and help from a team to get pregnant. My husband put it best, you go to a tire place to replace your tires, you go to a dealership to buy a new car. You go to a medical office to seek medical care. Even though medicine is a practice we still go to a medical professional for guidance. Even if its news we dont want to hear, but we know its a short term loss for a long term gain. With my thyroid, my medication and levels changing A LOT, I went in for a TSH check in August and had an ultrasound done a few days later and I was verbally told my hypo went to hyper and for fertility we want your TSH levels at or between 1.00-2.00. I was told my eggs were a great size and to trigger and perform IUI treatment the very next day. So again WE go to a medical office for care/guidance. I had the procedure performed and my hopes and prayers were high. Not knowing that the levels of my thyroid were now hyper and not hypo were as low as 0.267. FROM my knowledge I was not even close to what Ive been told 1.00-2.00. I find this information after performing a SELF PAY procedure of $500.00. This goes back to the short term loss for a possible for a long term gain. Why didnt the doctor in the room tell me my thyroid went to hyper and sit down and tell me that she doesnt feel its the best time to pursue treatment of IUI. Why didnt see tell me or ask me my thoughts on skipping a month so we can figure out my thyroid. Mind you I went through IUI treatment twice when printing off my labs myself and doing my own research. Both times my thyroid levels were not at the right levels of fertility treatment. At the end of the day its NOT about the money. Its about support, the pain, and the sadness this creates. I DONT feel safe continuing my care with this office. As you see when you have hypo you need your thyroid checked if not weekly biweekly as my condition could harm my on born child. With brain delay, heart problems and more. I spoke to a nurse three weeks ago via phone and she informed me we would check my thyroid in 3 months? Why??? Why when someone is dealing with fertility treatment? My husband has called and left two messages for the manager who I will NOT name and we have not received a phone call back.
Worst doctors office ever. Didnt find out I had gestational diabetes until TWO MONTHS after my blood work came in. I assumed everything was clear because they said theyd call me if it wasnt. Staff is rude and extremely difficult to work with. Doctors and midwives cant remember your face because they like to switch it up. Its an assembly line and all they want is your money. I wont be returning and wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy...
My appointment was professional, easy to get in and very little waiting time in the lobby. It was not crowded so I felt safe and socially distanced. My doctor is easy to talk to.
When I saw Dr Gibbs for the first time she was so understanding and treated me like I was the most important person in the room. She also showed emotional support even though we had just met and that meant a lot to me.
Dr. Espindola is absolutely amazing but that seems to be the only thing good about this place. Front desk needs serious improvement. Unfortunately we have to deal with the incompetence and laziness in order to see the doctor. Seriously it’s been almost three years dealing with this and nothing has changed. Their communication sucks and they are very unhelpful.
Dr. Woodruff is an incredibly smart and caring physician. My previous OB would not do any bloodwork for infertility because I didn’t have issues getting pregnant with my first child. She took the time to listen to my concerns and sure enough I needed help to get pregnant. Now we are finally expecting our 2nd after trying for over 3 years. If you need someone that will truly take the time to help you with your gynecolocal needs she is the right doctor! Thank you, Modern Gynocology for caring.
Literally the worst obgyn clinic Ive ever been to or could imagine. Dont go here!! From ignoring severe issues to issuing wrong prescriptions to calling you to reschedule every appointment you have when youve already taken time off work for appointments to being downright rude to patients after they make mistakes to confusing me with another patient my entire appointment. Not doing proper checkups or any checkup at all even with severe symptoms such as preterm labor, anemia, severe pain, etc. Just send you on your way. I would never recommend Dr Cuyco or ANY of their Drs to ANYONE. Pretty much if I stayed with AWC, I firmly believe my child or myself would not have survived. Please go anywhere but here for you and your babys safety. They seem more interested in your personal life. When I picked up my records it was all a bunch of patient brought daughter to appointment again. And patient was nervous again. Um why is that in MY medical records. Save yourself and go elsewhere. AWC is a very bad place.
Every staff person Ive met here has been kind, caring, and genuinely seems to want to engage in conversation and make sure I am feeling my best. Ive also never had to wait to be seen, which is a plus!
Very poor experience here and will never use this clinic for anything related to womens care. I transfered here when I was 24 weeks pregnant from out of state. It took 3 weeks to review my chart and accept me (should have took this as a warning). Late policy is rediculous. Uncaring and unknowledgeable staff/doctors. Very poor experience with my maternity care, very rude and pushy midwives. Was put down because Im choosing NFP and refused birth control. And when I FINALLY went to my post partum appointmentioned (roughly 11 weeks pp) it was clear that I had PPD. NP brushed it off as thyroid. Had lab draw sample for thyroid horemone. I WAS NEVER CALLED BACK, NO FOLLOW UP. They sent me a letter in the mail saying it was normal. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
I had a terrible experience with my provider. From the very first time we met our whole conversation was weird until we got about 3/4 of the way done and she admitted she had me confused with another patient! I ended up having surgery with her because I am from out of town and its very costly for me to fly back and forth and I didnt have time to find someone else. Very very frustrating. I ended up having to have another surgery a few months later (even though I told my doctor I was 1,000% sure what she wanted to do wasnt going to be enough). I will never go to them again.
So impressed with how well they take care of their patients here. I’ve been seeing doctors for years but this place has been the most proactive in improving my health by far. I love that they have both a lab and nutritionist on site for complete health (and they have therapists there for mental health, too).
I love anchorage women’s clinic and Providence!! Had our baby girl and went through our pregnancy here. Sierra and the rest of the ladies at the front desk are awesome. We’re pregnant with baby # 2 and so excited to be going through this process again at AWC 😁
Care was what you would expect from an OBGYN. When I decided to change over to a birthing center they basically ignored all requests to send my records ( I am due this week and still have yet to receive them after 2 fax requests, a phone call and an email) every appt was seeing a new person going over all of the same questions. I think the care would have been just fine but I decided I wanted to go with somewhere more personal and where I would know the person delivering my baby. I will say if you are choosing to use a hospital/OBGYN Dr. Espindola was my personal favorite here.
Doctors and nurses ignored every concern of mine and were constantly condescending whenever I called because I had very heavy bleeding during my pregnancy (sounds like something to be concerned about right?) they werent concerned at all and even hid the fact that there was a blood clot which eventually led to an abruption and the stillbirth of my son. Never go here. Oh ya and before I was pregnant with my son I had a miscarriage and the gyn I saw told me I was lucky. Just awful
Not impressed.....was new to the area and was able to find this place to give it a shot. Didnt have a great experience. Thought Id try again, thinking a new provider might make that difference. Nope! Ive had 2 appointments with them recently, and have paid over $2000 already, and I didnt even see a doctor the first visit....The second time, I saw a midwife and had an unexpected pap smear, as I thought I was going in for one thing, and come to find out they figured it was no big deal to just add an extra service in. Nobody informed me about the pap or told me I was due for one at my previous appointment, or anything! Nothing about this place is accommodating Currently searching for a new provider....
I’ve been a patient at AWC for 18 years and my care has always been compassionate, thorough and prompt. These people are top notch!
Dr. Dana Espindola is a very good gyne provider. She will thoroughly explain treatment options and will listen to your concerns. Labs drawn here too and nurses made calls for results few days later.
The LNP I saw was a very good listener and figured out the medical issue I was having with discussion and then a blood test. She also ordered some tests to rule out some worrying symptoms and got back to me immediately to put my mind at ease. Very impressed with the expertise and compassion.
The women at this clinic are like no other. These women go out of their way to make sure that your concerns are met smoothly. The actually care anout your well-being. I sincerely recommend their clinic for your services. Anything from a general annual check up to a U.T.I. Highly recommended.
Nurse Davis was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was so thorough and explained everything so well!
Always have great experience. The staff is very helpful, the doctors are friendly and everyone is trying to help out! Highly recommend them! Many of the staff worked there for years and their level of service shows it!
Rosa was absolutely incredible and extremely helpful
I was very pleased with the experience that I had at the AWC.
I was able to get an appointment for a minor issue within a weeks time, and the staff were so kind. The doctor actually spent time chatting with me about things unrelated to my visit, so I didn’t feel rushed at all.
Anchorage Womens Clinic has highly professional team and is very patient with any questions that come up. They have given me and my husband great information and treated us with kindness.
Excellent care! Dr. Espindola took her time with me, explained everything and answered all of my questions. All the staff was friendly and helpful.
Have been here a few times and have had some awesome experiences. Front desk ladies are super nice, the medical assistants are fantastic and the docs there are knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely recommend this awesome place!
They were very kind when I went through my miscarriage last year and have been super supportive and reassuring to me as I am going throught my pregnancy this year.
This is such a wonderful office--all the staff are so kind and helpful, the space is beautiful and clean, and the doctors, ANPs, and RNs are all awesome! I definitely recommend them if you are looking for great health care!
I felt listened to and taken care of. The staff is very understanding and kind. Definitely happy I made the switch to AWC
Everyone was so kind and helpful and my doctor was so helpful and I will definitely keep coming back! No waiting months for an appointment!! Thank you 🙏 all!!
Lisa Weston is amazing!! She explains everything, reassures me and puts to rest my concerns. I enjoy her calming personality. The experience from check in to check out was top notch.
Love AWC especially Dr McCreary, shes so personable and remembers little details and genuinely shows care, Ill never have another ob/gyn unless she retires before Im done having babies :)
I absolutely loved my doctor who was very supportive of my needs and understood my goals and is willing to help me. She assets every detail and was very informative. I wont be changing doctors
Ive seen nurse midwife Christine Gundel for 2 prenatal appointments and have really enjoyed being in her care so far.
A very true to words ,sympathetic, thorough explanation of disease and surgery procedure. Anyone can trust on Dr Mcceary. K MD for her expertise and moral support
I do recommend the Womens Clinic be best service for any pregnant woman every doctor, nurses and employees there are really nice and very respectful.

ANP Bella Barrows was very thorough and easy to communicate with during my visit, the nurse who helped me was great too!
Had an amazing experience here! The staff was kind and compassionate throughout the whole experience. They were thorough, clean, and professional. Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic clinic! I have seen multiple providers, the nutritionist and the massage therapist. The staff is positive and helpful. I will be going back for years to come.
I have a wonderful experience with DR.Victoria nurse and Jackeline Gavarrete thank you so much for take care my concerns 🤗
My experience was better than expected. Even during a pandemic. Ericka was great and took her time with me. The staff was helpful and professional.
The midwife brought in the wrong chart and didn’t realize it for a good minute,, they forgot to send my blood for an important test causing me to make an extra trip and get my labs done twice and dismissed any issue I brought up as ‘normal’.
Dr. Tina Tomsen it the best.. Appointment wait time was less than 5min. She is always very thorough and explains in detail any concerns you might have.
I see Bella Barrows, Nurse Practitioner every year for my well women annual exam and she is awesome!! Highly recommend!
Attentive medical assistant, helpful front desk, friendly, informative, and kind doctor.I had a great experience.😊

Very informative and open about my options for birth control, easy and comfortable environment I felt respected in
Very quick and efficient at getting in to see Dr. Hardest thing was finding parking as construction is currently going on.
Always professional and every doctor I have seen has been wonderful to me.

Staff is great!!!!
Excellent doctors! Dr Ward explained the surgery she was going to perform in a straightforward and caring way. She was also clear about potential outcomes. I appreciated this and was just very impressed with her in general. She is a very caring, empathetic doctor but also tells you the truth. I felt very safe in her hands for my surgical procedure. She was also great at explaining what she found. I would recommend Dr Ward for any woman needing surgical care!!
