There are not enough words for how grateful I am for Dr. Holley and her team they always treat everyone as if they were family. Dr. Holley always goes above and beyond as far as if I need info she always provides, she always very responsive when it comes to messages I appreciate all the hard work she does for her team and omega!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Holley and her Nurse Practitioner Tonnette!!!!
I am redoing this review for clarification and more details to my first and only time visiting this practice almost a month ago. I will keep this HIPPA compliant and as general as possible. After waiting 3 months for this appointment, I only got a 5-minute consultation with Dr. Reese-Holley. First let’s start with the overall office. You can tell it is one of these “patient mills” where everyone is run through like cattle. You have to keep you receipt with you the whole time like a ticket through crazy town to show that you are supposed to be there. What happens if you lose your ticket? Who knows. I kept feeling like “show your papers” was coming at all times. Not at all really welcoming. The rudeness with Dr. Reese-Holley was before I even got into the exam room and comes from doctors’ today’s overall lack of social skills, lack of manners, dismissiveness and narcissism. Dr. Reese-Holley talked over me to the triage nurse about another patient. This shows that you don’t have manners enough to say “Excuse me, can I ask a question” to show respect for the person you don’t know. I should not have to teach manners in a review. Dr. Reese-Holley only said sorry love when I looked up at her. I am sorry because I am not your love. When you call someone “love, babe, honey” or any other term other than “Mrs.” or “Mr.” you are dismissing the person in front of you. Not even trying to see you. I am not your family. I am a new patient. I would “love” for you to learn some manners and save the words of endearment for your actual family. Keep it professional in the office. Then in the exam room Dr. Reese-Holley fired questions at me as though what I was telling her about myself was crazy somehow. She was not even trying to get to know me as a patient. Trying to discount symptoms I was telling her without even really listening to the whole story. Acting as though yes, they may be normal for others but not normal for ME! Again, not listening. Yes, doctor ask questions but wait and listen to what is being presented first. Being listened to is the first part of healing. Being heard. Perimenopause is already a shock to the system but what is worse is a closed-minded doctor. I did the labs but will not be going back for my follow up as I feel that it will be a constant fight to be heard. Crazy thing was I even brought other medical records to back up my story. It seemed as though when I did that she clammed up and started firing out more question to quickly end the consultation. What is the point of making a problem appointment and not really getting your whole problem heard. I still had other concerns that were not heard. I did not know it was legal to charge my insurance for a 15-minute session at least that only lasted 5 minutes. Yes, I spent 30 or more minutes in the overall office but only 5 minutes with Dr. Reese-Holley in the exam room. I timed it. Fraud. Look up older reviews on this doctor and others have said the said thing. She may have patients that she has helped but if you actually come up there with a true issue and want to be heard help is not what I feel you are going to get. At the end of your appointment, she just breezes out of the room leaving the door wide open before you can ask anything else. Nope. Not returning. You can take this review as criticism or constructive feedback and learn from it. The choice is yours. As for me healing, I sure will just with another doctor who hopefully will listen!
Dr. Holley and Tonnette are amazing all around! I have been a patient at the practice for almost 10 years and cannot thank them both enough for taking care of me. They are true advocates for women. Ive always felt encouraged to ask questions and voice my concerns at any time. I always recommend both of them to anybody I know!
I had an appointment at 1:30pm today 8/19 with Alexis. She refused to take me because on my paper work it checked in at 1:50pm. When I was standing in a long line to check in period. I walked in the office at 1:36 to be exact. They do have a 15min grace period. They proceeded to tell me that she would still not see me, even though one of the nurses had already confirmed that I was here within that 15 minute grace period. Then proceeded to try to reschedule me after already waiting a month for the visit today.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gordons for 17 years. He delivered both of my boys. He is an amazing physician and truly makes his patients feel like family. Alexis, WHNP is a shining light on his team. Her personality and sense of humor make an appointment feel like hanging out with a friend. I 10 out of 10 recommend them both for pregnancy or gynecology care.
I would recommend any of the Drs here for your gynecology & OB needs. I personally see Alexis, NP & she has been fabulous helping through this awful menopause journey. She really listens & always offers great advice. Shes very responsive to all my questions & challenges. Jessica & Izzy are just as amazing! I would recommend them to any of my friends & family!
I really do love this place. I’m 25 weeks pregnant and having been seeing Brooke my entire pregnancy. She has made both my husband and I feel super comfortable. Our concerns are always answered with zero judgement. They ask you to arrive 30 minutes early and in our experience we never wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Everyone always remembers us and details about my pregnancy and that makes me feel super comfortable. My only “complaint” is that Brooke can’t deliver our daughter but that’s just because we love having her as our doctor!!
I have been going to this clinic for years now , I go annually for my annual check ups . I love Dr Gordon he is amazing ! However throughout the years here things have sadly changed for the worst , to book an appointment or to reschedule it’s a month out ! I don’t understand how an OBGYN practice would make patients wait more than a month to get seen ? What if I was actually pregnant would this be the case ? This situation has Definitely made me re-consider looking for another OBGYN office! I have also seen the value in appreciation for the patients decreased year over year ! I know this office is always busy but customer service and appreciation should always be there ! As we do have the option to pick anywhere else but decided to pick this office ! A patient should NOT feel like we are just another number/transaction ? This is not WAlMART!! If I feel like this now I could only imagine how it would be like if I was actually pregnant? Sadly it’s time for me to seek elsewhere!
From the moment, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Holley throughout my surgery and still for my regular annual check ups, I have consistently received the best care!!!! She is by far the best physician I have had!!! From the front office staff, to all the medical assistants and NP. I appreciate them all! Any questions I have, they respond so quickly via phone or the portal. I have referred Dr. Holley to family and friends and she continues to exemplify all the greatest qualities in a physician that anyone could ask for. I just want to say a huge thank you, she has changed my life forever, and I’m so grateful and blessed to have found her and that she listened to me and helped me through my journey!!
Dr.Morgan and April have been my providers for 2 pregnancies and have provided me with excellent care. The medical assistants and front desk have always helped me with everything I need. Highly recommended!!!
I have had a wonder experience as a patient at omega ob . My provider are Dr. Morgan and April. They have address concern and question in visit and on phone calls. Very pleased with the care given to me and enjoy their company.
I am a patient of Dr. Oladell and Jasma. I have been seeing them for over 15 years. I love her staff and her office. Always very attentive to any issues I may be having and always sends my scripts to the pharmacy when requested. I won’t go anywhere else for my care. S. Bennett
Horrible bedside care and processes.I called to make an appointment on a recurring issue. I emphasized to the front desk that I did not want to see the Nurse Practitioner that I had seen a few times before and did not care for the outcomes and results and how much I was rushed. When I arrived for my appointment was at 10:15. I spent more time talking to the Medical Assistants than the NP. I was done and back in my car by 10:28.I explained my issues and they dismissed saying that is not the reason and then did not give any thoughts of what it could be. When you go to the doctor’s office the patient should not be the one offering and give the doctor ideas of what the diagnosis is.I called and spoke to the office manager as to why I saw the NP when I asked not to and she informed me that if the OBGYN is pulled away due to a delivery at the hospital the NP would step in. Completely understandable, however I wish someone would have informed me who I would be seeing then I would have rescheduled. I understand that the front desk and back office duties are separate and was not trying to blame the front office, the manager then continued to repeat herself and give me an attitude.I have had similar experiences like this for over two years and tried to empathize with the overwhelming environment of healthcare and the amount of patients. But to speak to the NP for a ongoing issues for all of 3 minutes is ridiculous.
EDIT: I’m writing to express my disappointment with the recent cancellations of my appointments at Omega, which has been my healthcare provider for over a decade. The short notice and repeated cancellations have caused significant inconvenience and demonstrate a lack of respect for patients time. While I have previously been satisfied with the quality of care, this experience has led me to explore alternative options. I hope that Omega will take steps to address these issues and prioritize patient scheduling and communication. Until then, I would caution others to be aware of these potential issues.
Patient here at OMEGA at the Grand Prarie location, let me just start off with saying front staff are always so welcoming. If you are looking for a new provider who actually cares about not just their line of work but you as well this is the place to be. I was diagnosed the beginning of last year 2023 by my pcp for anxiety, depression, along with other stuff when NO labs were drawn to detect this and was prescribed medication that come to find out was not even needed. I decided to get a second opinion and thats when i transferred my care with Brooke Hillard whos one of the nurse practioners here within Omega. Come to find out all that was needed was B12 monthly injections, and vitamins that my body was needing. By the following week i felt so much better! Went from feeling depressed for months and loosing so much weight to finally feeling like myself again. I highly recommend this place when putting your hands in a provider who actually cares about you and your wellbeing.
Today is 6/21/24!! I checked in at 10:20am. The incompetent staff overbook patients and expect you to wait over 40 mins to be seen. Then Deborah decided she wanted to get smart when I asked her why I have been sitting there for over 35 mins. I just canceled my appointment altogether & I’m finding a different provider! They are ghetto & tasteless office. DO NOT GO HERE! Find another provider!!!!!!!
Dr. Gordon & Alexis W. are AMAZING !!! Always so kind and attentive. They take care of me so well and always make me supper comfortable. (: Totally recommend them !
They canceled my appointment because I left them a bad review. Maybe if your staff was more kind and helpful you all would not receive bad reviews. This is hilarious! In this saturated field , you cannot afford for bad word of mouth to get around the community s there are 10 more offices to choose from . Good luck to this team of doctors. Youll need it.
Dr. Gordon and his staff were absolutely wonderful throughout all 4 of my pregnancies. I felt cared for and listened to. They are the best.
I am extremely disappointed with the location in Mansfield. It was my daughter’s very first time at the gyno and she had the most traumatic experience of her life. First of all we were scheduled to see Dr. Pickle and had scheduled the appt four months prior to make sure we saw Dr. Pickle, but on the day of my daughter’s appt. The nurse practitioner walks in and my daughter is already nervous and in tears and she barely has a conversation with her and literally goes right into the exam. Which went horribly my daughter all but flew off the table and was in so much pain because she had no time to relax, or do anything but be scared to death! Then the nurse didn’t even address the issue my daughter was having at all. I am infuriated. To make matters worse I called the office twice to tell the office manager what happened and that we didn’t even see the Dr. and was not even offered an explaination as to why, but I called twice left messages spoke to the receptionist about how horrible the whole experience was, and now 2 days later I still have not received a phone call back from office manager! I am appalled at the lack of concern they have for a young girl that had the most traumatic experience of her life at their office.
UPDATE- They had my care advocate call and cancel my appointment due to the bad review i left. I didn’t plan to go anyway, but the fact they didn’t call makes me wonder what other retaliation efforts that will make with my medical records. Time to call the better business bureau. This office is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The staff is unresponsive and not helpful at all. Do not go here
I absolutely love ALEXIS WINCHESTER, NP. I saw Dr. Seligaman for 10 years and then Dr.Boccaccio for 5 years befaore he left. I was assigned with Alexis when my annual came up and I instantly loved her. When it was time to re‐place my I.U.D. I was dreading it. I have had 3 I.U.D.s placed with both of Seligman and boccaccio and it was painful and I assumed that was just part of the insertion process. Boy was I wrong. This time Alexis said I could use nitrous with my insertion and let me tell you the difference is night and day. Last time I had my I.U.D. placed I had to go home take ibprophen and lay down. This time I fell like I could go back to work (not that Im going to 😉). If you are looking for someone who really listens to you I 100% recommend ALEXIS WINCHESTER, NP. Take it from some one who is back in bed watching movies pain free at 12:30 p.m. on a Friday 🤣
This review is for April, she has been my Gynecologist for a few years now and she has always been so caring and sweet. Every appointment I’ve had she’s always been considerate of everything. She even makes sure that I’m doing good in my personal life as well. She listens to me and cares for me as if I were her sister or some kind of kin. I’ve never had an issue with her, she’s the sweetest, most considerate and professional Dr. I could ever ask for.
Love this place and all the doctors and nurse practitioners are great. I have had the opportunity to receive care from most of them since I have been going here since 1997 and highly recommend them.
Absolutely appalling! This clinic is a complete scam! They assured me my insurance was accepted, yet after the appointment, I was slapped with a hefty bill, revealing the bitter truth that my insurance wasnt covered at all. They operate with a shady third-party lab that couldnt care less about proper insurance verification. Its a disgraceful sham! The staff pretends to be professional, only to trap you in their deceitful web, leaving you to foot an outrageous bill. This isnt just negligence; its outright fraud. They should be held accountable for duping patients into paying out of pocket under false pretenses. Do not be fooled by their charade; youre nothing but a dollar sign to them. Steer clear of this fraudulent pitfall unless youre willing to be their next financial prey! Utterly despicable!
If youre a big girl with weight issues or thyroid issues that causes weight dont bother theyll refuse you as a patient because of BMI. (Body weight index) never felt more ashamed of myself because of them. Wouldnt even see me in person.
The worse, the old ladies that work the front desk literally slamming the clipboards and giving my teenager ugly looks of disgust. First visit for her periods and they are assuming I guess other things. Absolutely trash, my daughter was screened with the door open as people are walking by she’s answering personal questions about her periods. Please if possible find another facility this ain’t it.
I have been going with Omega for 3+ years and the attention to details and great customer service they have makes me never want to go anywhere else.
This PA Mandy Horne in Mansfield, TX was not experienced when doing a womenly sonogram and with a procedure where numbing the area was critical!! The pain I experienced was unbearable and Im sure all there heard me. The nurse who assisted with that procedure was apologizing and Mandy just left the room never apologizing. This experience scarred me. She should never be allowed to do any type of biopsy again.
Can’t get better than this place!!!! The staff is so amazing and sweet, and Mrs. Tonnette Black???? Such an incredibly sweet woman! Will never stop coming here
I been to the Arlington and Mansfield office. Every visit the office is clean and staff is friendly. Its never a long wait. I see Dr. Oladell and Jasma, NP. They both are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Thanks ladies
From start to finish this organization is 5-stars! As a new patient it can be scary & hard to find good care with a kind heart. Dr. Oladell and Jasmine give me full respect, answer questions and treat me with kindness at every appointment. The entire staff is wonderful! If you are looking to feel like a person and not a patient - look no further than Omega Ob-gyn.
Forewarning. Slight TMI post but things you should know. So I held off on writing a review to see if I still felt this way after a few days. I do. Invalidated, pained, ignored, and miffed. To preface, I have nothing against seeing a nurse practitioner. I have seen them instead of an OB for the last 3 years. However, the experience I had at this office was different. My concerns about a certain birth control were ignored and she basically didnt believe me. Then proceeded to praise it. Clearly Im uncomfortable. Read the room. Then we get to the wellness/PAP. She goes straight for it. No warning and I swear not enough lubricant. It was extremely painful. I mean you could see it on my face and bless the nurse behind her was cringing. On a positive note, the RN nursing staff that I met and did my intake was fantastic.
I had Dr.Mindy and Dr.Mandy for my first birth and I can honestly say they was there for me and If I was able to give them 100 stars I can say I would because they always had smiles on their faces and the environment was always so pleasant .if you want to choose any doctor choose them.
Trying to get an appointment before my insurance goes out in November so I called (back in August) to make an apt. They scheduled me for October. Now it’s September and they’ve just called me to let me know that there was a mistake so I have to reschedule, they made my new apt a month later in November. My last appointment left me with more questions than answers, Ive been rather anxious for this appointment, unfortunate that they pushed me back a month. I’ve been going to this office for 20 years, mostly bc this is where my mother took me when I was a young woman, but I will find a new dr. The care is subpar and the wait was already insane but being pushed back is just too much for me.
WORST PLACE EVER!!!! My whole experience with this place was a complete nightmare. It is important to read the bad reviews. This place gave me the run around just to book an appointment. One, they never answer the phone.. They kept denying me services because they said my old insurance kept showing up as my primary insurance when I even had letters from both companies stating I have a new primary insurance. They finally set me an appointment 2 weeks later. And on my first appointment I met with Dr. Holley I let her know that at 10.5 weeks I began to experience some spotting 2 days prior to my appointment. She used a device to find the baby’s heartbeat but never found one and told me not to be alarmed. She then goes on to say from fetal Doppler (which is only used to determine the baby’s heartbeat) she could see 2 sacs one that was empty and one that looked like I was super early. She kept insisting that I was much early in my pregnancy when I kept telling her the exact date my husband and I conceived.. she wasn’t hearing me. She kept telling me to not worry and to come back for another appointment where they would do a sonogram. That office just completely ignored my concerns for what I felt I was experiencing.. I decided to go to Medical City of Arlington where they ran tests and done an sonogram and determined that I has 3 sacs 2 were empty which they Called blighted ovum sacs, and one that was deteriorating meaning I was having a miscarriage. My sac that was miscarrying was measuring at 7 weeks even though I was actually 10.5 weeks. They ran my hormone levels to see if they were dropping or still remaining the same, and kept me under observation. Where omega just completely didn’t care what was going on with me. I called in to complain and still no one got back to me about how they overlooked I was having a miscarriage. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I pray no other mother gets treated the way this place treated me. Dr. Holley was a complete disappointment my baby and I deserved more than a fetal Doppler appointment when I was actually miscarrying. While she misdiagnosed me and told me not to worry.
The staff told me my insurance was accepted at their facility and went ahead and made an appointment. Once I was seen, I got a surprising bill and message that my service was not covered by my insurance and now I’m stuck having to pay out of pocket . Patients shouldn’t go through this after the fact. The insurance verification should be taken care of before you are seen. You think you are talking to trained professionals, but you need to be careful or else you will fall into their tricks .
I love April, Dr Morgan & Dr walker but the other staff members are rude. they cancelled and rescheduled my appointments to times i couldn’t come in. mind you today im 30 weeks with twins and theyre telling me im high risk and they kept threatening to terminate me and im supposed to have a c section at 36 weeks. So guess what i did!!! got me another doctor. you dont have to tell me twice that basically you dont care if me or my childrens lives are in jeopardy and you wont accommodate to my schedule. life happens . GAS ISNT CHEAP !!! & transportation isnt always reliable. I’m just going to sit this here!! and let yall debate. cause how youre going to try to reschedule my appt but keep talking over me when im trying to let you know when i can come in. you cancelled it on a thursday and i asked for a friday appt but yall have none available 🤣. but get mad at me because i have 2 other children to take care of and also 2 jobs to work. my new doctor’s scheduled me whenever I can come in and they will make sure me and my twins health is great.!!updates post!!Jan 18th,24 my twins are 2 months going on 3 and they are doing great. i had to go in at 37 weeks to have them. we were in hospital for 5 days including their nicu stay!!
Good service and staff but the waits times are long and occur every visit. Be prepared for a 45+ minute wait after arriving on time.
At this point if I could give this place no stars, I would. While I was being seen Dr. Holley, her nurse practitioner and nurses were great. But the front desk staff is rude, especially the older blonde at checkin (you’d think they would be a little kinder considering their clientele) and everything else involving this facility has been a nightmare. So many things I could say but I’ll leave it to the last few days.I’m moving cities in a few weeks and sent a message on the patient portal asking how I could go about getting my labs/test results as they’re not available on the portal (I wasn’t yet established with a new facility and was told at a previous appointment I could have them printed for myself prior to moving). The next thing I know, I’m receiving a message back with a 30 day letter from the doctor saying they received my “transfer of care request” and they would only be seeing me on an emergency basis for the next 30 days. When did I ask to officially transfer care?! There’s a test I haven’t even received my results on yet! The letter said they attached a record request for my “convenience”, nothing was attached. I sent another message asking if someone could please forward it to me. I received a message back saying someone else handles records and to find their info on the website. Within minutes of getting that message, my patient portal is completely shut down and I no longer have access to ANYTHING! Finally, as if that all wasn’t stressful enough (GREAT for a pregnant woman), I go to fill out the record release only to be charged $45 DOLLARS for them to FAX my records for my whopping TWO VISITS to my new doctor!!! RIDICULOUS!This place clearly only seems to be worried about money and not actually making sure their patients are taken care of. No one is on the same page as you’ll get a different answer, depending on who you ask, the time you ask, what the weather is outside.. if they even bother to answer you. Just save yourself the stress, find a different facility.
I had been a patient at Omega Ob-Gyn for several years and mainly had appointments for well women checks. A surprise pregnancy resulted in me needing to come more frequently and spiraled into poor care and horrible (borderline fraudulent) billing practices. Despite already meeting my insurance deductible, I was made to pay $1,900 in charges because I was told my insurance does not get billed until after my delivery. I knew my pregnancy care was 100% covered but the office reiterated that they would not see me unless I paid. Also, despite having a planned c-section, I had to do several labs that really only vaginal deliveries should do. Several labs were drawn twice, within a week apart that should not have been drawn. After my delivery, one of the sutures in my c-section scar was stuck in the incision, Dr. Gordon began digging in the incision without any warning, despite me asking for an explanation. I also had an extended stay in the recovery area due to excessive vaginal bleeding. Not once, during my entire hospital stay did Dr. Gordon check me for bleeding, only the nurses. I recently called the office to ask for a billing statement and learned that I was owed the $1,900 that I was forced to pay prior to delivery. My child is now over a year old. I had visited the office several times within this year timeframe and not once did the office inform me that I had a credit. I was told it was a HIPPA violation to tell me and then I was told that it is my responsibility to ask for my refund. This is ridiculous, especially since no one at the front desk has a problem telling patients what they owe.
The lady at the far end of the office at the front desk knocked on the window for my daughter, she is very unprofessional and rude. She comes out looking at my family everytime we come in the office she is so rude its very very irritating, to feel uncomfortable in a place you suppose to feel comfortable with having a baby. DR LUCK AND RACHEL AMAZINGTHE NURSES ARE AMAZING
Patient at Omega, great doctors and staff highly recommended for Prenatal Care or any gyn problems :)
I love having Dr. Oladell as my doctor! She made my entire pregnancy such a fun experience! I appreciate how whenever I was concerned about something, she was really good at validating my fears while always remaining calm and confident. She always comes across as understanding, but not anxious. I love her personality. I also really appreciate how she is thorough in giving information about my options. She’s great at anticipating my questions and concerns even before I ask them. Im so happy that she was the one to deliver our baby!
I can’t speak for everyone but I LOVE LOVE LOVE DR. Oladell & Jasma!!! I had a lot of issues with my pregnancy - including a blood clot at 7 months - and they took care of me every single step of the way. Even when I was admitted for the clot, they came in to check on me even though I wasn’t in their direct care. The thought and process of being pregnant always kinda freaked me out, but I’m so grateful I had them to walk me through it. They truly, genuinely care for their patients, and it shows in their actions and their work. I will continue to go to them as long as they’re practicing.
The Arlington location doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The office staff that work here are so rude and stuck up. Very judgmental. I would NOT EVER EVER recommend the Arlington location to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. The Mansfield location is the absolute best place. The office staff there are just the sweetest. They take the time to answer any and all questions and address any concerns that you may have.
I want to make it known that I did not enjoy my experience today at this place and this is saying a lot because I usually do. Apparently, my doctor felt some kind of way because unbeknownst to me he brings another woman into my appointment. That was absolutely unwarranted and quite unprofessional as my consent was not given prior to this happening. This person was not a medical provider nor privy to my personal health information. I did not want to discuss my health situation with her there but of course I did and now I regret it. One of three things should have happened. One, cancel appointment. Two, ask another doctor to carry out appointment or three, simply acquire consent. I was highly upset and handled it quite well. In my younger years this would not have been the case. On the outside, I was a calm 98.5 degrees but on the inside I was a seething 104. All in all, based on this one moment in time I do not recommend this place.
This office needs some serious attention to their front staff because absolutely no one knows what they’re doing. Called about a million times about a billing issue and there’s notes in the chart about it and every time my mother has gone in there is some sort of issue. The front desk can’t seem to comprehend what we tell them and they are extremely rude. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a peace of mind
I started coming here in 2018 and have almost always seen Dr. Holly. However, Dr. Holly would make me feel like appointments are rushed, unimportant, and would frequently speak in a condescending tone, which felt very insulting and unprofessional. The day I got my nexplanon arm implant I was alone as a quiet 19 year old, and while the insertion is a very simple procedure I was nervous since it was the most invasive procedure I’d ever experienced. As Dr. Holly was telling me the steps, my nervousness was met with, “you know I’m not forcing you to do this. You chose to get this done.” All I will say is that she is lucky I was the reserved and respectful young adult I was at the time because if it would have happened today rather than 3 years ago I would have had some *spicy* words for her. That appointment was fall of 2019 and left me very reluctant to come back at the expense of my own wellbeing. Trying to schedule an appointment after that was near impossible with my schedule because earliest availability was always at least 4 months away. Fast forward to 2022, I kept getting sick and by summer decided to change my entire routine and put my wellbeing first. This included trying to book my 3 year replacement for my birth control with a DIFFERENT doctor. Along with having to deal with rude staff on the phone, I was told in August 2022 that the earliest appointment for any doctor wasn’t until January 2023. My birth control was due to be replaced November 2022 and after playing phone tag for a couple weeks I was magically able to somehow secure an appointment in September, only because I said I had concerns I wanted addressed immediately. I was unable to get a new doctor so soon, so I agreed to see the nurse under Dr. Holly and was able to schedule my BC replacement for early October. My family and I ended up having to switch insurance on short notice, leaving me unable to make my appointment and upon trying to reschedule, I was told I’m not able to come in until January. Again. I have plenty more bones to pick with the office but will be sparing the details since I’ve already written a short novel but to sum it up, my experience with this company and their staff have been awful. Definitely will not be returning.
Dr. Morgan was my Dr. for 2 of my children born 5/31/16 and 4/11/19 I love this Dr. And the staff at all the locations make you feel welcome almost as much as a second family, I mean you do spend a lot of time getting to know each other throughout your pregnancy. Any questions or concerns I felt as though they cared and went out of their way to help me. Id recommend this office anytime! Very peaceful and stress free experiences both times. Theyre very appreciated.
This is my second pregnancy and I am so happy to share the experience with Dr. Oladell and Jasma! The nurses call back and respond quickly to my questions, no matter how many times I’ve done this having a baby thing I still have questions or concerns they all make me feel at ease! Thank you all for your amazing patient care!
The staff are always pleasant and polite and it doesnt take long to be seen. My questions are always answered and properly explained if I dont understand. I feel comfortable arriving for my appointment and feel even better when I leave. The staff know who I am, Im not just another nameless patient. They also know the name of my daughter whom they helped bring into the world. My family and I are very grateful to this facility in the people that work there!
This clinic is amazing! They reply fast, don’t ignore you, and nurses are amazinggg. It’s always busy, but that’s because everyone wants to go to them. When I message through the portal I find a reply! I always find trouble at other clinics because of that. Defiantly recommend.I’m messaging Jessica and she’s amazing for always giving me my results quickly. Cant express how much they are awesome.
This clinic is an absolute joke! How are you going to confirm someones appointment and then two minutes later send another message saying appointment is canceled! This is ridiculous! I already had to wait a month to get an appointment and they canceled my appointment a few hours before I was scheduled to come in! Of course if you call theres no one for you to speak with about an appointment, you have to leave a voicemail and they dont have the courtesy to call you back to reschedule they just call and leave a recording stating to call in and reschedule! I saw the other bad reviews but I wanted to give them a try to see if my experience would be different! I should have listened! Lesson learned for sure!!
The weight was a tad bit long, but once you are back there. The staff is very caring and understanding. My doctor retired and had to get another doctor. Dr Jeffrey Morgan was very nice and understanding to my needs. I needed surgery right away and he made a way for me which was awesome... thank you so much for getting me in and taken care of last minute . Happy holidays staff and Doctor
Dr.Storts was the best! He was my doctor during my pregnancy with son which was very high risked. Every since he has been gone they have completely went down hill. Speaking with someone in regards to scheduling an appointment is nerve wrecking and needs to be resolved.
Dr Gordon and his nurses are amazing. Ive been seeing him for years. While I may not always get in right on time, I know he is taking his time with his patients and hes going to give me the same consideration. He never makes me feel as though Im asking a dumb question. He is compassionate. When we lost our daughter, he sat with us and gave us the attention we needed, as did his nurses when I continually called with questions. He wasnt available for her delivery, but Dr Holley was and we couldnt have asked for someone to be more kind and compassionate. She reminded us that it wasnt just the day we lost our daughter, but it was her birthday. She recognized her as the real little human she was, and I needed that. I appreciate their no child policy as I have undergone years of infertility, and after experiencing a loss, sitting in a waiting room full of pregnant women when you should be pregnant is hard enough. A waiting room of pregnant women and children would have been more than I could bare in the weeks following our loss. The front desk staff have always been kind and professional. Nurse Debbie (infertility nurse) follows up on her patients even when shes on vacation. Who does that? Its just the best staff with their patients best interest at heart.
Had my first appointment at this facility today. I must say, so far I’m impressed. Especially when I compare it to where I came from. It was very tidy and the staff was very pleasant. I liked the consult with my doctor. I felt listened to and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Would recommend based on my experience “so far”. Hope nothing will change for the bad in the future.
I really love April and Dr. Morgan but the front office omg. I’m actually thinking about finding a different Doctors office. They are so unprofessional and unorganized. I literally called to reschedule my appointment and spoke with someone. She told me that the appointment would be canceled and that it would be rescheduled. I literally spoke to a nurse as well. I literally got a no show call today regarding the same appointment. This is not the fi time that this has happened. When I spoke with the supervisor about this issue she had the nerve to ask me who I spoke with. Like what’s offensive is I worked in front office and the front office is literally supposed to document every time they speak with a patient. The manager was very combative and lacked no accountability. I most definitely will be looking for another dr.
I absolutely ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️this place!!!!! The staff are so friendly and warm from beginning to end! Each one is engaging, attentive, and compassionate. Dr.Gordon is the best of the best he’s the G.O.A.T he explains anything I ask and I never feel rushed or like he’s in a hurry. He gives me all the time and attention to details which make me feel at ease about whatever I’m hyped about Thank you so much for showing me love because that’s what u feel from the appointment set until the appointment has ended! Great job everyone may Gods best be yours!!!!
Dr. Oladell was my doctor and she was super nice and helpful. She helped my through out my pregnancy and even after I lost the baby. She had compassion for me and my boyfriend during the hospital stay. She understood and was always there to talk to even though she had other patients. As far as the front desk staff they werent as caring or understanding.
We love Dr. Gordon and his nurses. He has delivered all 3 of my kids. He is very knowledgeable and very quick on his toes. He has always made me feel comfortable and at ease. His nurse practitioner and nurses truly care for you and love their jobs. I highly recommend him to anyone!
After leaving the ER I was told to follow up with this Dr office to see Dr Gordon since I didnt have a OB. I went in person to set up an appointment and I was supposed to have a follow up with Dr Gordon but the lady at the from desk schedule me with another Dr and I specifically told her I needed a follow up with Dr Gordon. When I arrived for my appointment I was told by the same lady that set up my appointment I couldnt have my child with me in the office. What I dont understand is why she didnt mention that when she set up my appointment that NO KIDS ARE ALLOWED and I told her she should have told me that when she set up the appointment. She just looked at me with this dumb look on her face. I told her to cancel my appointment and she ask if I wanted to reschedule. I was like Hell no Im done with this place. I was a new patient so I knew nothing about not having kids in that DR office. That was a failure to communicate on her part. It was a Hispanic lady with short black hair. I will never return to this place again. That was a waste of my time and gas.
Scheduling is a nuisance, no callbacks. Eventually scheduled for months out, then they cancelled stating I need to reschedule due to their discrepancy. Only to again not reach anyone to reschedule. Ive delivered 3 of my 3 kids w them oldest is 18. Kind of sad I now have to go elsewhere. Now that Nan retired as well. They dont care. Where are the dedicated schedulers to schedule my dedicated appointment?
Terrible. wasn’t made aware that my medicaid had changed until the appt AFTER! when i was denied to see a doctor unless i had payment for my prior appt. i was confused on why they would even see me if my medicaid didn’t cover the visit or why i wasn’t notified before the visit. i tried to do the 90-day retro pay that medicaid provides to pay the bill and they don’t except that either. i went 3 months without seeing a doctor trying to come up with the payment. i attempted to set up a payment plan, but billing department never answered the phone and it was just a constant game of phone-tag. i kept in touch all 3 months explaining that i just needed to know a minimum amount to start a plan and kept getting sent to billing that never answered. i also explained my financial situation and it was made clear that i had to pay in order to get a doctor visit. 39 weeks pregnant i paid it in full only to be told that i had to find a new doctor that i was released as a patient due to not showing up to appointments. mind you when i did show up i was denied due to not having payment. they released me the month i was due in. there is no other OB that’s going to accept a 39 week patient, so i am stuck without a doctor for the rest of my pregnancy without checkups for the past 3 months. paid for a 5 minute checkup that was rushed, just to be told that i would no longer have a doctor. it’s always something with omega the nurses were kind, but front desk reception lacks and the drs are pretty lousy and you’re better off taking a measuring tape to your own belly and googling if your the right size. worst experience.
**I made an appointment to take my IUD out do to complications**I showed up at 9am for my 9:30am appointment. I paid for the appointment fee and while waiting I was told that I could not be signed in until my nieces (2month old 14month old and 3yr old) were out of the building! They insisted that I was told that kids were not allowed when I made the appointment which I wasnt cause if I had been told I wouldnt have had them there !! So they had to wait outside with their mother until i finished my appointment!I was the last person to be called when I was one of the first people in the clinic to get there.. the receptionists were very rude!!At 10:30 when I was finally called back the lady to take my information was more worried about me having another kid then just taking my information! It made me upset because who was she to say anything about how many children I had and could have!!I was seen by Dr.Pickle I felt soo uncomfortable! He had asked me when the IUD was removed if there were any other birth control i was interested in (normal question) well I said no I wasnt sure on which one and he said I wouldnt get the shot , because itll just make you fatter and you dont need to be fatter than what you already are!! And he laughed well I usually dont let things bother me but I just didnt like his remark . You are supposed to feel comfortable around a doctor and be able to have any questions you have answered to the best of their knowledge!! I really felt like they just didnt care about what they were doing and how they made people feel!! I will never return to this clinic and do not recommend it to Anyone!!!!
I have always had a good experience. There are a lot of people who come through the door and the staff still seems to be able to put on a smile and treat you well. Dr. Gordon always takes his time with you and is willing to answer any and all questions. He is a pleasant person and he cares about people.
My first appointment here was great: short wait, friendly staff, plenty of one-on-one time with the doctor, who answered all my questions and gave me his complete attention. I was excited to come back for my IUD insertion a couple weeks later. My follow-up appointment was not the same. Maybe I caught them on a busy day or something. But I had a longer (but still tolerable) wait. My doctors PA was impersonal and almost cold, then she left me alone to wait for the doctor and his nurse. I waited literally cold and naked on the exam table for 45 minutes, with nothing to be kept warm with except a flimsy paper sheet. Then he breezed in and started going to town. I was so surprised and caught off guard that he didnt pause to explain what was going to happen or what I would be feeling. I usually feel better with procedures if the doctors explain what theyre doing as theyre going, but I feel like I didnt even have time to ask him to do so before he dove right in. The pain and discomfort caught me completely off guard. Then he breezed right on out. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, but I left the office on the verge of tears. Ill be back for one more follow-up, and then Ill make my decision to stay with Omega or go elsewhere, because that last visit was intolerable.
I had not been in a few years to omega, so there were a lot of new faces. I have very high anxiety. My new nurse was so very kind! I met with my new doctor, and again he was very kind and understanding of my anxiety. He answered all my questions and left feeling like we had a good game plan for the next step! It means the world to me, when people especially doctor’s can calm anxiety.
Dr. Morgan was my DR for my first child back in 2013 and he was amazing!! He never pushed me off on anyone else and I only seen him throughout my pregnancy. The only problem was, when i went into labor, he wasnt on call so i had to settle for another DR :( I was extremely sad but I understand that they also have a life outside of work. He came to see me and the baby early that next morning to see how i was doing and to check on me and my recovery. He is great! I recommend him to all first time mommies that are searching for a good DR in this area. He will not disappoint you!
I had my daughter with them during Covid. Which was tough. I loved my provider and nurse practitioner to pieces but their staff is a huge no. Calling and communicating with them is a total nightmare. I’m pregnant again and I was undecided on keeping the baby or going through with the abortion. After begging for medicine already in my chart, I’m going through with the abortion because I’m not bout to keep feelings like I’m being a bother because the nurses and medical assistants don’t wanna do their job. I thought it was only me receiving poor treatment but they do this to a lot of people. Smh.
I love Dr. Gordon and his nurses. Dr. Gordon is knowledgeable and very friendly. Hell answer any question and you never feel dumb. I always feel encouraged anytime Ive interacted with the staff. The nurses are so nice. They listen. All in all, best care team!I had to give 4 instead of 5 stars because I can never get ahold of someone the first time I call. Maybe they need more receptionists? Also, I had my blood drawn by Terra (sp?) and it was the worst blood draw ever! I was asking her to stick me again. Instead she just fished around. My arm was so sore and pain shot down to my fingers. Told the lady at checkout who seemed indifferent.
Ive given this clinic too many chances and too much of my money. Ive had an ongoing problem and they charge me ridiculously amount of money every single visit because they all cant seem to figure out what the problem is. After prescribing a medication, they schedule me for a follow up, charge me for a regular visit just to prescribe another medication. I have taken a urine sample twice at this clinic- the first time I never even got my results, the second time I had to call 2 weeks later to ask. They never even sent my sample to the lab. Furthermore, never have I been to a doctors office where you have to PAY before getting seen and treated. Id rather go to another place and pay without insurance coverage than go back to this one. The only reason they have two stars is because the two different doctors I have seen are relatively nice.
Dr Kevin Gordon, with him weve been through the bad times (miscarriage), and now the good times (beautiful baby boy). There wasnt a day we saw him where he didnt ask us if we had any other questions, it was like he was a family friend he made you feel heard, and cared for! He is a very knowledgeable down to earth man whom is confident in every medical decision he makes, he made sure to check in on us everyday when we were at the hospital prepping for delivery. Highly recommended him and his team, (Jessica, and Dr. Boccaciao) over any OBGYN hands down, you WILL be in very good hands!
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The nurses were so kind and attentive! The surgery coordinator was nothing short of amazing! Her thoroughness and attention to detail were vital to a successful experience and surgery. When you’re facing a surgery- peace of mind from that knowledge and information goes a long way!!! I can’t say enough good things about this practice!
Dr Seligman and his staff are all wonderful! Everyone seems to really care about your health and well being. They are professional and prompt as well as friendly and well informed. They don’t hurry you through in assembly line style. They take the time to make sure you understand everything to the best of their ability. It is for these reasons that I drive from Austin for my appointments.
I LOVE my doctor but the front staff needs a serious attitude adjustment. Always rude a I always feel like I am waisting their time. There is ONE front desk who is super nice not sure her name but she has short dark hair. I would give a lower raiting than this because of the staff.... But most o the nnurse and doctors are fantastic! Dr. Gordon and his nurses and practitioners are Amazing! Thank.you.
I specifically made an appointment to check my thyroid issue. When arrived they took my insurance info and payment only to be seen for less than a minute and be told by the doctor that he doesnt specialize in thyroid issues and he doesnt know why the receptionist even bothered to schedule the appointment. Literally less than a minute. No refund, nothing. This was so inconvenient. They made sure they got paid for that minute!
The NP, April, is an excellent practitioner. She is gentle, understanding, and is a great listener while I expressed my concerns. Terri, the phlebotomist, gave me the quickest & easiest stick Ive ever experienced. Overall, the experience was fantastic, which is a lot to be said about a well-woman visit. The offices are clean and welcoming. The staff are efficient and very polite.
Dr Pickles is the worst Doctor I have ever seen in my life. His nurse is also included in that and the staff at the Mansfield location were just as bad. Bad customer service, horrible atttitudes, professionalism is not there. They dont care about the well being of the patient. Doctor has no compassion. Its all about money or just another number to them. Unethical as well. Its sad because people come to the doctor to be cared for properly not mistreated. There is definitely a reason why OMEGA gets so many bad reviews. PLEASE if I can help someone else by this review my job is done. I ignored the reviews I read as well and I ended up having the worse experience of my life. I dont recommend them to nobody. Surgery was performed wrong!!
I have been coming here to get my annuals done for years now. I usually haven’t had any issues but now I’m expecting a baby and was looking forward to having my same OBGYN through this process but I called in and the front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude. I was telling her my schedule and what would and wouldn’t work best for me and she was completely disregarding me and telling me “well you’re going to have to take off of work then..” as if that was an option because if it was, I OBVIOUSLY would have done that. So now I’ll be searching for a completely new office.
Went to their new office yesterday and the lady at the front desk with short blonde hair sitting closest to the entrance is Unprofessional. She knocked loudly on the glass to get my attention and motioned her finger to have me go there..... Not only that, she didnt even get the name right. She had me check paper that they make you sign and it was another Asian ladies name that was in the waiting room with me. Racist much? You should never just assume..... always call out the patients name for them to go up there. Anyway, everyone else that Ive seen here is cool.
Dr. Gordon is one of the best understanding easy going doctors i have been to. He delivered my moms last 5 babys. And all of my sisters kids. So I Decided to give him a try and i havent been disappointed. The overall staff at Omega are nice and very welcoming. Highly recommend Omega because u can go to any location that is convenient for u.
Dr.Gordon and staff are always professional, helpful, and polite. They are doing a great job seeing patients while maintaining a safe environment/social distancing. Dr.Gordon always takes his time to listen and address my concerns, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Ob-Gyn care.
From the moment I walked in the door, my appointment was handled professionally, yet with compassion. The wait was within normal time limits. My Doctor, Dr. Morgan was courtesy, professional & very nice & sincere. Over all it was a good experience.
I went to this ob-gyn(Arlington office)when I was pregnant with both of my children and Dr.Gordon is the best, he is very friendly and is very open to answering any questions that you have. The staff and his nurses are also very welcoming and kind and make you feel like you are being well cared for, they also make sure that you are comfortable and happy. The only downside to this office is it takes a while to get an appointment as it is very busy, but other than that this place is really great, I would highly recommend it anyone who is looking for a ob-gyn.
RUDE . Horrible service. Called to schedule an appointment and the lady refused because she didnt wanna do her job. First she said that I need to know which md I want to schedule with because it took her too long to find one available and then she said that since I will get a new insurance soon I can’t schedule an appointment until then (even though I checked and they’re both contracted! And I told her this) she kept telling me to call back next week. Definitely WONT be calling EVER . If this is how y’all treat patients I do not want it. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I have never met with a doctor who has taken the time to sit and listen to his patients. Not in an exam room. I am talking, step into my office and let me get to know you first setting. I cannot stress enough how comforting this is. Dr. Seligman was thorough and did not rush to find a temporary solution. Instead, he spent time gathering data and looking for a permanent fix. Super happy I found this office.
Regarding Dr. Stephanie Pickle obgyn: Okay to make a long story short, my daughter was born b4 Pickle made it. She enters to a room full of people moving around checking me and my daughter my husband is standing in awe looking at our creation, this woman walks over takes one look at our newborn and says, she looks like a white baby... yes we are both black, that moment every thing stopped my husband looked at me and I looked at him, just as soon as she said it she exits the room. Nobody could believe what she said, i am blessed to have a husband who is very secure with himself but it changed the whole experience. It left that perfect moment with stain. No Stephanie that is NOT a compliment can you imagine had she told a white family their child looked black. My daughter is 5 months now and I still cannot get over this. It has taken a while to post this. It was a horrible experience. Needless to say I never saw that woman again. So yeah, if youre a minority you may wanna choose another Dr.
No complaints on Dr Gordon . Front office can’t say the same. They will sit there and lie to your face. Tell you the dr is not here when you know he is. They will not honor your appointment even if you have a confirmation text or email. After they realized that they messed up they will call you last not caring that you were here first. So done with this clinic they do not know how to treat the patients nor how to fix their mistakes .
I used this office because they had an office in my area but I always had to drive 25 min to Arlington. the staff is kind but they take way too long to be seen between the waiting room and actually being seen is like an 1 and half. because they do not deliver in Mansfield the nurse was rude about me not wanting to deliver in Arlington. if they were nicer and offered better service I would have switched but Im glad I left . if you want to wait hours and hours only to be seen for 10 min this is your office.
I dont like it here. Ive been trying to call sense Thursday to set an emergency apt and im 9 months pregnant. My call hasnt been answered. Theyll have you in the waiting room for the maximum time allowed and when you think your finally starting your apt, they just bring you into a second waiting room full of more people in the back for 30 minutes. Then they bring you to a tiny room in the back and you wait in there another 30 minutes so you can see your doc for a 2 minute appointment. Ive gone there on and off for 3 years because theres a obgyn(Dr Steph Pickle) that I really enjoy! Shes fantastic. But honestly I just cant figure out what all of these other people are doing at work that you have to wait for hours for a 3 minute apt. And none of your locations can pick up their phones? Ive sat in these waiting rooms for hours and watched you guys put people on hold and ignore calls coming in constantly..
This place is terrible! So many rude people. First appointment, I was explaining to the nurse why I was there and that I was referred from the ER to get screened for cancer and HPV. Well her response was oh there nothing wrong with you, you dont have cancer. Everything I told her she really didnt care to listen to. Then second appointment I drive across town only to get there and be told my visit wouldnt be covered by insurance even though they have many front desk associates who should have verified the insurance before my appointment. They wouldnt even let me see the Dr to get my pap smear results which is covered!! They just handed me a printout. Then when I spoke with the office manager about it, she was unapologetic. She told me that I should have known what my insurance covers, like I know what codes they were using for the appointment. All I can say is this office is full of rude and unprofessional people!
Since day one Omega OBGYN has been amazing with me and my journey through becoming a parent. They are your one stop OB for just about everything, yearly check ups, infertility, and of course becoming a new mommy. My husband and I absolutely love it, and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to set roots. Everyone there is kind, shoes expertise in their field and cares about your journey, no matter what it is. Check this place out, you won’t regret it!
Have been seeing Dr. Seligman for several years now, with the most recent being this morning. Since the very first appointment I’ve felt comfortable with him and have completely trusted my care in his hands. His kindness and caring nature are not always found in our medical community which make me appreciate him all the more. While going through the various life cycles it’s important to have a doctor who understands these complexities and Dr. Seligman has never not had an answer or a plan to address my specific concerns. His support staff is knowledgeable as well as friendly and I appreciate each one of them, individually. I think Dr. Seligman has a great team in place and I am happy to come from out of state to be part of this practice. In those times when patients may have to wait for him, I believe it’s important to note that this means others have needed something more than perhaps the allotted time allowed for a visit and he has taken the time to give it to them. The front office is always willing to take the time to leave the correct message for a nurse or to answer any question they are able. I can’t say enough Omega and feel truly blessed to have found them long ago.
I have been with Dr. Morgan since my second child. He was so great and I returned to him. I had a stillborn son in 2017 and he was so nice and caring. I am now preg with another boy and he makes sure I am ok and very supportive of my needs. I love my nurse Faye. They are both supportive and I am so Blessed I made the decision to go to them.
This was my first visit and I had a positive experience. The check in process was simple and my overall exam was quick and comfortable. The only reason for the four star rating is the location. Parking was cramped being right next to a hospital on a busy street. Definitely will be a returning patient.
I was seeing Dr Gordon for my first pregnancy 2 years ago. Dr Gordon was friendly during appointments and so was his staff. He never really took the time to get to know his patients, but I always just assumed he was a busy since he is a doctor and I was just happy he was informative. During my pregnancy I was experiencing excessive swelling, headaches, high blood pressure, and at one point I remember the nurses telling Dr Gordon I had protein in my urine but Dr Gordon brushed it off. I was very vocal about all my symptoms and I was basically told it was normal and to get some type of back strap for my posture. On my due date I was induced because Dr Gordon finally decided I had preeclampsia. Im almost positive I had it long before and probably should have been put on bed rest given that I was a full time student and working. He knew all of this but probably did not remember or take it into account. Anyway, I was at the hospital for 6 days! I understand doctors are busy but he literally disappeared for most of the time. Dr Storts delivered my baby via c section (he was wonderful). My baby went home before I did because when the day to finally get discharged came Gordon was MIA. He was not answering calls or emails or anything, so I was stuck at the hospital until the next morning when Dr Morgan came in and discharged me (Gordon was still MIA). I had to go in and see Gordon again 2 days later and could not get an appointment (because !!!again!!! he apparently was not in yet!) until I finally broke down crying to the staff bc of all the stress and probably hormones and they finally scheduled me in. When I got to the clinic Dr Gordon and his nurse were there to explain everything away. They told me they never received any emails or calls. Which, frankly, I dont believe because other Drs were answering and giving me medication when no one could get a hold of him. I switched doctors as soon as I could and I now see Dr Morgan. Hes a breath of fresh air! However, I will probably never go back to Omega for a pregnancy because I do not want to see Gordon ever again and God forbid hes on call at MCA when Im in labor. He probably wouldnt show up anyway. I hope for his patients sake that Dr Gordon is more attentive. Again, I understand doctors are busy people but pregnancy is one of the most vulnerable times in a womans life and he really just seemed detached from the entire situation.
Had to stop using this office after being a patient for 15 years. The people are rude, communication is terrible, and the wait times are extremely long. They don’t try to work with you if you want to change doctors and they give you the run around. Happy to cut ties and I would recommend taking your care somewhere else
The staff is very professional. They each seem efficient in their assigned duties. We trust our doctor greatly and feel very at ease. Omega overall is (and has been) a great place for our Ob-Gyn needs.
I use to work here & they do not treat the patients the same as they use to. Ownership has changed & now it’s all about money. Believe me the employees do talk about you behind your back, I’ve been included in on these conversations. Do your homework on some of the Dr’s as well. I will say some experiences are great, but it’s a 50/50% also there are a couple (2 or 3) employees that are amazing. I just recommend doing your research and that goes for any Obgyn you choose.
This is the most loving, caring, EDUCATED group of doctors, nurse practitioners and support staff Ive ever known. Ive been going to them for over 20 years. Theyve held my hand in down times and rejoiced with me in good. They are Godly people who genuinely care about their patients.I am a registered nurse. I would not trust my daughters care or mine to any other group. If you have had a bad experience, speak to the MD, and allow them to rectify the problem, rather than post a negative. Chances are, it was a misunderstanding or fluke. Id be willing to bet, you and your baby are healthy because of their care.
Dr. Seilgman is absolutely terrific. From day one being his patient he has showed extreme professionalism asked questions to get to know me and was eager to response to every concern I had. His staff is also top notch. I recently had surgery and he could have had me do my follow up with another doctor on staff, but he came in the day of his trip to ensure I was doing good. I dont know any doctor that would have done that.I highly recommend Dr. S
Worst medical experience of my life! My appointment was at 10:45....was finally taken back to a room around 12pm. Sat it the room until 1pm, ....until I had enough, & walked out! & to top it off I was there earlier in the week for my appointment & was told the doc was at the hospital, so I rescheduled....! I Drove almost an hr away only to be told the doctor wasn’t even there! No text, courtesy call....nothing to make me aware of the situation! So not once, but twice I drove there & never received any medical attention!
This is the WORST OBGYN office I have ever dealt with! The staff is horrible at all locations. I cant speak on all doctors but dr Holley was rude and just because shes the doctor means I dont know my body and she knows more than me about my body and pregnancy. I set up an appointment with them under the impression that THEY gave me that they accepted my insurance and two months into care after telling me Im high risk and could possibly have a stillborn baby and what felt like a million tests ran on me, they tell me they in fact do NOT accept my insurance and I now owe them thousands. Ridiculous. Then some lady from the Arlington office calls me to collect debts and as soon as I say OMEGA screwed me over she coped an attitude and was laughing at me telling me that I should have known my insurance isnt accepted there (they told me it was). As soon as she got in her attitude she said she was sending my bill into collections immediately. I asked her what her name was and she wouldnt tell me. My husband took over the phone and she had an attitude with him as well as laughing and hung up. Im so glad they fired me as a patient and I moved on to a way better doctor and facility.
Dr Gordon and the staff are amazing. They are very kind and patient. Myself and two ther family members use this practice. No need to worry if your particular Ob-gyn is not available or in duty, as which ever physician takes care of you at the time, treats you as if you are their patient. Great place!
Best womens doctor visits Ive ever experienced. They helped me figure out what was going on with my body AND helped us conceive our son after trying for a few years. The Doctors Ive worked with (Charmaine Oladell & Stephanie Pickle) were great, some of the office staff could use some training in customer service. I highly recommended this office to my friends who also struggled with fertility. Im Greatful that I found this facility. Dr. Oladell is the sweetest, most personable doctor you could meet. I truly feel like she cares about me; not that Im just another patient.
You should not have to call an OBGYN office 10-20 times a day to try and book an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. Your patients are pregnant and something bad could have happened or they could be worried about something. To not be able to schedule an appointment for multiple days after you’ve called more than 10 times sometimes 20 every day is absolutely unacceptable. Then once you do finally get an appointment it’s at least a 30 minute wait. I love my doctor but you all have to do better.
The staff is always friendly and I have never had a bad experience here! My doctor has delivered my first 2 babies and hopefully i will have my 3rd when she is on call! Dr. Oladell and all the doctors here are very good at what they do! Dr. Oladell calms nerves just by walking into the room. She will make sure you are confident in any decisions you make and that you feel safe and have no worries! I would recommend Omega to everyone who needs an Ob-Gyn!
This office is old and quite frankly very unsanitary. I went for an OB appt hoping to find a new doctor, however after the many unpleasant findings I know for sure this is not the place for me. The urine sample they ask you to provide is in a dixie paper cup (what?) with no lid of any sort- odd. When I went to put my cup in the collection door, there were 3 other cups just sitting there! Not only is this gross, but how would you know some twisted person isnt swapping the content in others cups?? Then, after waiting 30 mins to actually get into a room to see the doctor I had plenty of time to scan the exam room and there was a vile of blood just hanging out on the counter! Fast forward another 30 mins plus, Im sitting there waiting on the doctor to come in... she never comes. I grab my things and proceed to leave, a nurse asks me if I have to leave and I say yes. She states it will be 5 mins if I can hang on, I go back in and the nurse practitioner comes in. Im more than turned off at this point because I came to meet the potential doctor who will deliver my baby and this NP strolls in with a note pad (literally) and is taking notes on everything Im saying. I spend 5 mins with her and she asks if I can give blood work... even though I got there at 3pm, it was now 4:54pm and all I had successfully completed was paperwork. My answer was no and I checked out. All in all the office is more than antiquated, extremely unsanitary and unorganized. Definitely do not recommend. And P.S. no, I never met the Dr.
Dr Storts and his Nurses are always very pleasant to come in and have your personal space invaded. They make everything very comfortable and not awkward at all. He and the staff have had my vote for the last 15 years!!!!! Thanks keep up the GREAT WORK!☺
Due to a change in my insurance, I was left reluctantly searching for a new doctor for my second pregnancy. However, upon meeting Dr. Melodi Reese-Holley all concerns were gone. There are several locations, which makes it convenient. The wait time is very short, so I was never sitting in the doctors office all day. Dr. Reese-Holleys bedside manner is second to none; she is professional and caring. Finding her in-network is the only good thing about my insurance.
Dr. Seligman and his nurse Susan and his staff are angels. The take care of me like their own family. Doctor Seligman ensures my issues are resolved. He makes sure are my concerns are addressed. His after hour nurse are prompted in returning phone calls. The front staff are warmth and welcome. Highly recommended. Worth the wait to see the doctor.
I was checked in and brought back fairly quick, and had all my questions answered. The staff was so nice and I loved how they conversed with me as if I was a friend to them and honestly for a second forgot I was in for a check up. My doctor was patient and made sure he checked on my concerns I noted to my nurse. Everything went smoothly. Thank you everyone for everything!
Dr. Storts is an amazing doctor. This will be my 3rd pregnancy with him. Waiting times can be brutal but he is worth the wait. My first two pregnancies had complications and he kept a close eye on both my babies. I hope this review helps someone in choosing him😊
I love Dr. Storts but I hate coming to this office. If you have an appointment at 12:30 you can guarantee you wont be out of there before 3pm!!! I ALWAYS sit for at least 1 hour in the waiting room and another 30-45 minutes in the exam room. Funny how you have to wait so long for a check up that takes under 2 minutes! Whats the point of even making an appointment!??
Dr. Seligman is definitely an all time favorite of mine! I was referred to him for a complicated surgery and not only did he perform it flawlessly but he gained a new full time patient in the process. I’ll gladly travel over 2 hours to have him as my doctor!
This is an amazing office! I just started going here and already feel, I made the best decision in choosing their healthcare support for my new baby and I. The staff is prompt and very tending to concerns and questions you may have. Every one makes u feel welcomed!
Dr Gordon is amazing! I’ve been seeing him for the last 16 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. He’s extremely helpful and patient and always listens to my concerns. Very personable and down to earth. I highly recommend Omega!
I usually have to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour to be called back to see a nurse. But this time was different. I was called back within 10 minutes of arriving and was leaving 10 minutes later! This was the best visit ever! I just hope they can continue to respect their patients time when we arrive on time for our appointments.
I love Dr. Morgan and his nurses, he was my doctor through both of my pregnancies. I dont have one complaint about the staff in the back, they are always very nice. However the reviews about the front desk are true, the lady with the tall black hair disregarded me after asking why it was taking so long (I was in the waiting room for over 1 1/2 hours) she told me they were backed up, which isnt surprising because sometimes the doctors are delivering babies across the street, but they came out and called me to the back much later saying, no they werent backed up infact she never called the back saying I was waiting or to let them know I was asking why it was taking so long. I came out from my appointment and she was gone (assuming to lunch or gone for the day). So she most likely just didnt want to mess with the situation. Now from what Ive read on the reveiws this isnt the first time shes been rude or disregarded a paitent. Ive never had a bad experience here before yesterday, so I hate leaving a bad review, but she couldve handled the situation differently.
Dr. Seligman is the BEST doc around as far as im concerned!! He has great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I also love his nursing staff - they are efficient in their service also. Front reception is ok - not as knowledgeable as Id like, but not bad- they are nice and try to provide accurate information as its given to them. Their billing manager - Dickey - is clueless and extremely rude. If I hadnt had such a terrible encounter with her Id give 5 stars. She is terrible for business and would benefit from some basic customer service pointers or possibly a class.
Dr Seligman is wonderful!!! I have been with him for 23 years and he has delivered both of my children. He has also effectively treated my endometriosis when no other doctor would diagnose me!! He is amazing! I love how he will tell you just how it is with no sugar coating!! I am a patient for life!! 🤩
I freaking love my doctor Stephanie Pickel! Shes the best doctor I couldve asked for. Special shout out to Dr. Holley as well for the safe delivery of my son on 10/11/18 I could write a book about you ladies. Keep up the good work ladies!
I have been going to this location for over 7 years. It’s clean, and the staff are great. I like that all the locations are close. My first doctor retired, and I now deal with Dr. Holly. She made sure I knew the risk of the BC, made sure I didn’t have any more questions and was very thorough when giving the information.
My doctor (Dr.Luck and her staff) are all extremely friendly and I’ve nver had an issue getting in contact with them. I just feel as though they may over book sometimes . I’ll have an appointment scheduled for 2 pm and not see the doctor for another hour. It’s inconvenient especially when you plan your day around the appointment.
Omega is actually where my mom went 22 years ago when she was pregnant with me. I had a poor experience with another OBGYN when I got my IUD in and the doctor was extremely rude about the entire process and failed to inform me of some important things before the procedure. I knew I did not want to go back to hat doctor so I searched for another OB and my mom chose Omega. I had Dr. Morgan for my first pap and he was extremely kind, helped me calm my nerves since my last visit to my OB wasn’t ideal. He was very quick, kind, and my exam was done in about 45 seconds. Every staff member from the receptionists to the medical assistants were extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Morgan and Omega will be my permanent OBGYN.
I had the best experience in this office, Dr Gordon was very informative he made me feel very comfortable, he wasnt one of those doctors that are just in and out, he explained everything and answered all my questions. The staff was amazing and very prompt. I made the best choice choosing him as my ob/gyn.
Very rude. Impatient. Not friendly or welcoming at all.We were sent from another doctor but they couldnt find (barely looked for) the person we talked to on the phone briefly so they didnt believe that our doctor spoke to their doctor and must have assumed we were just trying to but in a late afternoon appointment. Our doctor we were sent from talked directly to their doctor on the phone in front of us and told us they could probably fit us in for an afternoon appointment but when we called they put us on hold long enough for us to drive from our doctor to their office building.Did not treat us like they wanted our business or cared about customers.
The staff here is always so amazing. They are always so sweet and helpful. I’m with dr Seligman and he is just great. As a dr and a person he is always giving detailed information about anything going on with you. I can tell he truly cares for what he does in his work place. Been with this office for about 4 or 5 years.
My PCP, Dr. Amber Hyde whom I love, recommended Dr. Seligman to me several years ago, and Im glad that she did. The office workers are efficient and courteous. The nurses are kind, and Dr. Seligman is respectful, competent, and caring. The website is great for scheduling, but because all of this is true, it takes quite a while to get an appointment, so plan well in advance.
Dr Gordon, Alexis,NP and team are awesome!
Absolutely love Dr. Seligman & his staff, Ive been coming over 14yrs now & he is the only Dr. I trust,he saved my life not once but twice w, ectopic pregnancies I had, the first one was bk in 03 where I was literally dying in the ER w, a ruptured tube frm an ectopic pregnancy,I was on my death bed Dr.Seligman saved me! Everyone there are very professional, courteous , & sympathetic!
I was extremely pleased with my last visit. My wait to be seen was very short and Dr. Gordon took the time necessary to answer my questions and address my concerns.
Went to check in and was told I had to reschedule because I had my son with me. My WELL BEHAVED 3 year old son...UNLESS THIS IS YOUR FIRST BORN OR YOU DONT WANT YOUR OTHER CHILDREN INVOLVED. GO ELSEWHERE. Front desk is so rude like all other reviews. I get this is their policy, but they should have notified me when I called to schedule and I would have immediately went with someone else. (UPDATE: Check out Matlock OBGyn! I love Dr. Cornwell!)
Ive been coming here for the last six years and it has progressively gotten worse. I dont know what it is. The staff , once nice and friendly, have become rude and impatient. The wait time has gone from fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. This is my first pregnancy and although Dr. Storts has been helpful, his nurse, Renee, has turned into a rude woman and will either not answer my questions or blow off my concerns like they arent a big deal. If I ever get pregnant again, I wont be coming back here for prenatal care.
Dr Brad Boccaccio, D.O., M.S. is very patient and understanding with his patient care and concerns. His nurse is also sweet, a very good listener and make sure your pleased with your outcome. They both know how to turn the frown upside down into a smile. I highly recommend him as a awesome ob-gyn.
I began seeing Dr. Keith Storts for prenatal care at 28 weeks. I did not realize I was expecting until I was roughly 26 weeks. Once I confirmed that I was pregnant, I did find it extremely difficult to get a doctor to see me because I was so far along. The staff at Omega Ob-Gyn Associates welcomed me with open arms. The 2 ladies at the front desk are friendly and efficient. Jordan, the coordinator acts with compassion and professionalism. Dr. Storts’ nurse is extremely competent and friendly. Dr. Storts does move quickly as this is a thriving practice but he makes sure to answer any questions I have and he is completely transparent with me. He puts me at ease even while dealing with the possibility ofpre-term labor due to preeclampsia. I truly believe that both me and my baby are in the best hands.
The services here are horrible! I’ve been with this doctors office for 5 years, and in the beginning, it seemed as if they were very helpful. Now it seems as if all Dr. Storts does is rush. For the past year or so, every time that I come in, I wait for at least an hour from the time that I’m scheduled to see my doctor. Not only that, but ive been rescheduled 3 or 4 times, and so feel as if they put my health on the back burner. When I do see Dr.Storts , I feel like he rushes to evaluate and help me just to get my out of the office. He has a nonchalant attitude as if you need him and he doesn’t need you. Not only this but the receptionists are horrible. They are very rude and act like you’re bothering them if you call about a question, etc. I’m always the person that’s last to be seen in the office, and I’ve been rescheduled too many times as if my health doesn’t matter or take priority also. Dr. Storts is always way too overbooked, and there isn’t even a liaison who can help or take over when he’s suddenly “called out of the office.” Overall I’m just tired of everyone from Dr.Storts on down I’m this doctors office. I’m getting a new gynecologist.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They upset me so. I just wanted them to do their due diligence and confirm my benefits with my insurance company and they wouldnt. They have me paying for a delivery but when I said you can file the entire I was speaking gibberish! The front office staff or the pregnant one rather was so rude. Even my fiancé said he noticed her rolling her eyes. Paying for my visits wasnt or would be a problem, but if my insurance company is telling me to ask the office to do something on their part and they refuse to hear me out well you just lost a paying customer. Plus, I wasnt feeling the love. I called two other clinics after leaving omega they both seemed enthused about having me as a potential patient and didnt mention anything about a deposit. My gyn told me how the medical billing process works and this place is greedy, not patient friendly!
Omega Obgyn is a awesome clinic, with great doctors. I love this clinic so much, what I love so much is that they just don’t care about you as a patient, they also care about you as an individual. Nurses, front desk receptionist, and surgery coordinator always reach out to make sure your ok, Espanol after surgery. My doctor, which is Dr. Boccaccio is awesome & so down to earth. I’ve been with this clinic since 2014 & will continue to stay.
If I could rate this office anything less I would! This by far is the WORST OB/GYN office in the DFW. There has never been a time where I have been pleased with the service of the staff front or back office. I had a 345 pm appointment today and it is now an hour later I am still waiting to be seen for a well woman visit. In fact, I was called back after waiting 25 minutes just to get my vitals then told to have a seat in the lobby as they are trying to get some rooms to free up. I come back out in the lobby just see people who checked in long after me to be called back and not return back to the lobby to wait for a free room. I suspect the lady knows she has made a mistake because now she can’t even look me in the face. Ladies please don’t waste your time with this office. Even the doctor I have seen isn’t up to par. Everytime I see him he talks to me as if it’s our first time visiting and keeps diagnosing me as if he didn’t diagnose me last visit. It’s so unprofessional and crazy in this office. I can’t even get them to release my medical records so I can find me A GOOD OB/GYN. I regret the day I ever stepped foot in this office. The entire staff is incompetent.
I have no idea why Dr.Pickel has so many negative reviews around the internet because when I had my appointment with him he was the most adorable chatty Cathy! I had gone in just for a birth control consultation but right when he walked in he started a conversation with me about when birth control was invented and we chatted up a storm for like 30 minutes! I really enjoyed Dr.Pickels company and the vaginal/pelvic exam was quick and easy and we went right back to talking about every aspect of history and life. In conclusion, I was pleasantly surprised by his great personality despite the negative reviews.
Great Customer service starting from front desk, nurses, ultrasonographer, and phlebotomist. Not to mention Dr. Gordon, His the best! Great bed side manner, polite, and always tries to help in anyway he can. He always answers all your questions, give you advices, and hives you time in the room. I will recommend Dr. Kevin Gordon 100% to anyone.
Very friendly and capable staff. I am a difficult blood draw, and they always make it look (and feel!) so easy. As a first time mama-to-be. I feel unsure about most things, but certain that Omega has me well taken care of with my best interests at heart.
$ IS ONLY WHAT THEY CARE.They insisted a payment of $2,600 at week 24 per their policy. I told them that I still have 1k in my HSA, so I will pay all Dec expenses with HSA. In Jan, my better insurance and $2,850 FSA will be available, so I would like to use FSA to pay $2,600 easily. The billing department said that, so Just dont visit until Jan, and you deal with your HSA or FSA by yourself. $2,600 payment now before visiting. Unbelievable.
Thank God I picked Dr. Morgan to be my Ob-Gyn he has great bed side manners, compassionate and soft spoken. The staff from the front desk to the exam room and lab all make you feel comfortable.
First time at Omega, the wait was no more than 10 minutes. My experience was great and I felt very comfortable and all the nurses were sweet and friendly! Will definitely be back!!
My experience at omega Obygn was awesome I loved it everyone was really nice and treated me really good and dr. Morgan he was amazing he really listens and pays attention to what your telling him and he anwers all your questions on any doubts you may have. They don’t make you wait at all they are pretty fast I totally recommend this clinic they care of you. Also they make you feel really comfortable.
Ive been going to Omega Arlington for a couple of years now. I absolutely love Dr. Gordon. He is thorough, down to earth and easy to talk to and ask questions. Ive never had issues with front desk or other staff members.
Dr Gordon and his staff are the best. He makes us feel comfortable and well cared for. He and his staff go out of their way to help. Best Obgyn I’ve ever had!
You should keep a close eye on your wallet when you visit this practice. They have a tendency to schedule multiple separate appointments that could easily be one single appointment; in turn I then had to pay the co-pay out of pocket for each visit. I also noticed that during each visit, I had to pay a balance due for my co-pay from a previous visit that I had already paid for. I actually had to pull up my bank statements on my phone during one visit to prove to the that I had in fact paid for the previous visit. I had a pap done and the results came back abnormal but the rude nurse on the phone could not explain what exactly was abnormal. They demanded that I come back for a second test but something in my gut told me not to go. Lo and behold it was a $350 test that my insurance doesnt cover; convenient much? I visited my local planned Parenthood and had another pap that came back completely normal. What a shocker. Since then Ive received multiple phone calls and letters in the mail basically trying to fearmonger me into coming back for that second test, it could be cancer, this is very serious, etc. I also wanted to have my mirena removed and Dr. Storts flat out refused, saying that it lasts up to 10 years and that if I really wanted it out, we could schedule another appointment to talk about it that was literally the reason I was there in the first place?? Lastly, the receptionist with the large hair is ridiculously rude, I honestly dont understand how she does any paperwork with her nose that high up in the air.
I been going to omega on my 2 last pregnancies && dr. Gordon is the best. This last pregnancy was a loss, but he was very supportive. Also his assistant, she was extremely nice && very supportive. Both of them will answer every single question you have.!!
We used Omega for both pregnancies, but this 2nd time around has been the worst expierence by far. Were grateful for what Dr. Storts has done, but the staff and the long waits are just ridiculous. It all began on 7/28, we had waited almost 45 mins after our sonogram for Dr. Storts. Only thing was hed gone to deliver. No one told us anything or gave us the heads up about his departure. BIG LACK OF COMMUNICATION! I had to be at work already, and so they had my wife come in once more friday evening. Once more my wife waited 1 hour more just to speak with Dr. Storts about the results of the sonogram, and after all that she still had to have her blood drawn. So she was told that she would need to return on monday 8/1. After being told that there would be no wait, and that theyd draw her blood and shed be in and out. Well that wasnt the case. An additional 30 mins, and not to mention friday wasnt a very busy day. We have a 1 year old daughter and children arent allowed there. So weve had to setup a babysitter for these past 3 days, and just not happy with how the service has become at Omega. We wont be returning for our third child, and well gladly share our experience with everyone else.
Im a first time mom and I chose Dr. Morgan as my doctor and that was the best decision Ive ever made even tho when I gave birth he wasnt available and Dr. Storts delivered my baby. Theyre very good, caring and loving doctors and the staff here is also great. Ill keep going to the clinic for my future pregnancies 💖💖
Im not sure if they have new staff or what. Ive been going to see Dr.Morgan since 2017 and this year I went back for my 2nd pregnancy and this time around has been DIFFICULT. This past Tuesday I mixed up the times for my appointment (which I take full responsibility for) so they rescheduled for that following Friday, only thing was they scheduled me under another patients name, but it doesnt stop there. Luckily I noticed when I called that Wednesday to reschedule for Thursday instead of Friday. The lady I spoke with told me they had a 2pm on Thursday I picked that time. Here I am today checking in at 2pm and they tell me I was scheduled for Wednesday at 2pm(the day I called to reschedule) which made NO sense especially because I called that Wednesday after 3pm , so how could I have possibly been scheduled for a 2pm appointment that same day. They fixed it by scheduling me for 330 today and now I will be a hour late for work because of they mistake. PLEASE do better.
I wont be going back to this place not after hearing Dr. Stephanie A. Pickel gossip about me with the nurses ! She ask why I kept going back to get checked up and i told her the reason why and as soon as she left the room i could hear her telling her assistantses what i had just told her ! When I left the nurses just kept looking at me that was embarrassing never again
Had to call more then 10x and wait and get on a wait list then when I did receive my call back and finally spoke with a real person to schedule an appointment they didn’t have any till 2 wks from now. The patients that are coming here are pregnant and this shouldn’t be how they are suppose to be treated. I work in the medical find and I know how a clinic works and flows. They have to work on their front desk staff.
New to the area, was looking for an established OBGYN and a co worked recommended this place, I missed my first appointment due to work they were very polite when I called to reschedule, led me to believe they were a professional establishment.Boy was I surprised to walk in to a Packed Lobby, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. What made the experience worse was they called a patient name wrong, she still stood up and the shut the door on her! She lnowvkes and no one answered, the front desk said she will be right back no one came, she then asked the next PCA who knows the door for her assistance and she abruptly said, I can’t help you, I don’t know who you’re talking about.. She was very friendly. I sat for 30 minutes watching people get talked to and treated like second claaa citizens.I have employers paid insurance but most of the patients checking in were on some sort of affordable Care act Medicaid. Had I known this place treated the less fortunate as such I would’ve NEVER made an appointment..I walked out! Found a new Dr and will be seeing her on Tuesday
Very rude, I was giving a appt then tried to correct my insurance, the lady refuse to give me her name then hung up in my face, but they wonder why so many companies have very bad reviews, or get pulled up on
I loved it there I used dr.morgan he always made sure everything was fine with me and my son during my pregnancy and after! everyone there is so nice and on point about everything! if I have another child while hes still there I will defiantly use him as my obgyn again! I couldnt of asked for a better Doctor than him! also ladies. I most say I have never liked a male doctor! because I never felt comfortable around them enough to talk about female shall we say problems, but with him I felt like I was just talking to a good friend I felt so much better when I found out he has raised 5 daughters. so I didnt feel like I would be judged on anything I did or said! I love him hes truly an amazing doctor!
This is my first pregnancy and Im beyond pleased with Omega ObGyn! Im also diabetic theyve been a huge help and always reassure me when I need it! All of the staff is beyond amazing and very friendly! I would highly recommend them to everyone!
Dr. Gordon is amazing. It was my 20 year old nieces first Gynecologist appointment. He explained everything in detail and answered all her questions and made her feel very comfortable. Thank you so much.
This was my first visit with Omega and I had an enjoyable experience. The staff was nice including the nurses, medical assistants, and phlebotomist. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the parking at this location is impossible and I did wait awhile in the room before seeing someone. I will say they are very informative and nice so it’s worth the wait
Had an appointment scheduled over a month in advance, only for them to cancel two days before my appointment, they were not apologetic in the slightest and they offered me another appointment ANOTHER FIVE WEEKS OUT. I cancelled my appointment altogether and will not be coming here.
I dont even want to give a one star. The two receptionist in the front black big hair and skinny short hair white lady are so rude, everytime. This policy of no kids is ridiculous I have a 2 month old and a 14 month old and they kicked us out in the heat! She said she could not see me because of my kids and my kids were not doing nothing wrong , well behaved.
I really really love this practice. Dr. Morgan is the best and I’m not making this up!!!! I love April, they really care about their patients. They took care of me and I really appreciate them!!! Please choose them as your obgyn, you won’t regret it ❤️❤️❤️
They treat you like a nobody sometimes. Waited for phone calls about blood work no calls for weeks !!! This is insane! All their locations. The one in Arlington only one front desk lady was nice. The lady who took didnt know how to . She poked me 3times . Im just not happy at all with this people. Also the one Mansfield its like they are doing everything to get you out of that office!!! Customer service really bad!!! If you want a better experience just go to a better place dont choose omega obygn. Im never using them !!
I am slightly baffled by some of these comments. Dr. Storts AND renee are great! I have been going to omega since 2010, they have delivered my first 2 children, and honestly I couldnt choose a better doctor. They are both competent and honest, and will tell you whats necessary and best for your baby. Would refer them to anyone. The only con is the long wait time, but thats expected for a busy doctors office!
Ive used dr gordon for 3 years and love him! His nurse jessica is the sweetest! My family has recently moved to northwest fort worth but will continue to use dr gordon for as long as hes around! Everyone in the office has been extremely helpful and more like family or friends to us than a stuffy business!Ive never had a single issue with anyone there, dr gordon has delivered both of my children and has been amazing throughout the whole experience!! I reccomend him to everyone who will listen!
I have been a patient here for over 8 years. Dr.Storts and Renee are wonderful. Sometimes the wait times are a bit much, but its worth it for me. I wouldnt go anywhere else unless I absolutely had to. Never had any one on the staff be rude to me in all the years Ive been going here.
Love Dr. Gordon! Staff is friendly and the office runs very efficiently. Totally recommend to anyone looking for an OBGYN. I’ve been a patient for years and won’t even think about going to anyone else.
Wife loves her Doctor! She sees Dr. Oladell and she has great bed side manners. She is very confident has an excellent team. She can often be seen running across the street to the women center when on call- She really cares about her patients. It is a busy practice and has two office locations and due to the on call nature next to the hospital, delays can be expected on occasion. The pros definitely outweigh any cons in choosing Dr. Oladell to be your doctor.
Always double and triple check with these guys, as they are unwillig to work with you on any billing issues. I called and spoke with Terry of the billing department to explain what happened on the day of my appointment and from the very beginning she was on the defensive. I feel all should be properly informed no matter the insurance, but I was not given this courtousy. Omega do better to treat your customers as such and not someone seeking something for nothing.
I waited an hour for a nerve racking procedure, because they only have one procedure room, so they booked up the one room. So they let me sit nervously for an hour. So I left. Reminds me of icing the kicker....no thanks. Got new doctor. The new one says we do not do that!
Absolute Nightmare! Before seeing Dr Storts Id never been to an obgyn before. My first visit seemed like it might go well at first, the wait was a bit lengthy but I remained as optimistic as I could. About 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was led to a room and introduced to a nurse named Renee. Id thought that may be a positive sign, as my middle name is Renee as well but, boy was I wrong. This woman, Renee proceeded to antagonize me relentlessly about my sex life when I told her I was not yet active, asking the question repeatedly forward and backward as if I was being interrogated. She then told me Id need a physical exam since I was an adult (only 3 days after my 18th birthday might I add) telling me a had no choice and as a woman it had to be done. She was very persistent and disrespectful saying I needed to handle it like an adult, calling it no big deal. I tried to stay composed but by the time the doctor came in for the exam I was in TEARS. The aspect itself terrified me beside feeling degraded and asked as a virgin to strip in front of 6+ people. I absolutely regret this visit and will be seeing a new obgyn very soon.
Great experience. The wait time was minimal and friendly staff. Dr. Gordon was really thorough in explaining everything about the medications he prescribed. Definitely will recommend to others.
Dr.Storts is an awesome Dr. Sometimes wait is a little longer than expected. But overall, nice caring people. Ive never had a problem with this office. Been going for 8 years
Amazing team and super caring knowledgeable doctors!! The two front desk ladies are super professional and welcoming. So disappointed when I learned the billing department in the office in Arlington lacks of knowledge.
Will never recommend this office, or Mansfield. Called to schedule an appointment 2 TIMES & they still MESS UP MY appointment. THEY COMPLAIN to me about my ID, i then ask to use my grandmas BC SHES MY LEGAL GUARDIAN! Then tell the lady I’m srsly needing help i’m dying i had a mc and she “ Well we want see u without an Id “ HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! FRONT STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIR MANAGER AS WELL ! how can u not care about someone’s health
I love Dr Stouts hes the best and his staff is so carING and sweet. However this morning as I entered the office I noticed an African American family there with an infant and a 2 year old and they seemed frustrated so after checking in I hear the front desk lady say They have to go sit in the car so by he lady came to the window and asked her why she replied that NO ONE UNDER 12 months can be in the office....quickly changing it to Anyone over 12 months could not be in the office. Now this concerned me because first of all its SUMMER and its got as hell in Tx. And secondly because I dont see any signs anywhere in this office that states that. I just simply did not think that was the right thing to do. Maybe they should inform patients of this before they make it into the office.
Ive been going to Omega Ob-Gyn in Arlington for 22 years. My doctor is Seligman. Hes the best. I moved 6 years ago to Denton Co. and refuse to see anyone else for my gynecological needs. Ive also run into Dr Seligman outside the office and he instantly knows who I am. Reading some of the negative reviews on here baffles me. If youre a nice person and you give off positive vibes, Im sure youll get a pleasant experience. This Latina will be a loyal patient until my doctor retires.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Jordan is the most disrespectful woman I’ve met in my entire life. Why work in the medical field if this is not something you want to do. Don’t come here! They waste your time and reschedule you if they can’t find your insurance information. They’ve lost my information and are extremely disrespectful. Will not be returning.
The review below is right. The doctor is so impersonal. They treat you like another customer. My doctor talked as he was leaving out the door. Its a zoo here. When I did my urine test they told me to put it in a closet-type door...when I opened it there were 3 cups of other peoples urine in there! I would not recommend this place.
I had a visit with dr Seligman for the first time yesterday an i am highly satisfied with how the visit went! Considering my first visit (with Dr Pickle) did not go so well, an i over all felt uncomfortable, i was relieved to have a Doctor who made me feel completely comfortable as soon as he walked in. Very informative, and helpful!
Omega OB/GYN Clinic for Women is a great resource for the issues that have occurred with my health. The Doctor that I selected is Dr. Seligman and I think a lot of him. He is very attentive to his patients and listens to my concerns and then address them as needed. If you are looking for an OB/GYN I would strongly consider giving them a visit.
Staff and nurses were soo nice and helpful. Doctor Charmaine K. Oladell was very sweet. They made me feel very comfortable and made my appointments go very smoothly.
Every single time I go to the dr here its more than an hour wait befor I even get back to a room. Then the dr is so impersonal. He spends 5 minutes in my rrom and he tells me the rest of what I need to know over his shoulder as hes walking out the door. Not only that but the concerns I had about my pregnancy the dr blew off and even argued with me like I had no right to ask questions.
Was not happy with the results of the visit.. I felt the Dr Pickle rushed the visit and he didnt give me any paperwork as for the reason I was in and what he found. I had to write down what he found and Im still unsure of this. There is no patient privacy when asked questions and that is HIPPA Violation and I knowing this because I work in the medical field! Also the office stinks and even the exam rooms are out of date! To have a two office practice and a big group of doctors, shows minimum care of office.. BAD EXPERIANCE! Plus they had the nerve to ask me y I didnt make my appt during the time that I had problems and I had to tell them because ur staff schedule me when they felt like it! 😡
Horrible service. Dr. Storts is very far from helpful and has no sense of urgency what-so-ever. His attitude is you need me I dont need you. Failed to release very vital information to my wife ultimately leading to a miscarriage
Been seeing Dr. S for almost 30 years. wouldnt dream of seeing any other doctor. Hes helped me through my infertility, pregnancies, birth of my children and my hysterectomy. Hes the best.
Lead doctor John Pickel is a racist ***! Apparently, if you are not a white native Texan, he would not care about your well being. I took my wife there for a certain check up and the first question Dr.John Pickel asked was Where are you guys from like that makes any difference while my wife had a heavy vaginal bleeding. Once I told him of our national origin, Dr.John Pickel changed in face and I knew that we were not going to receive quality medical assesssment. Next question that Dr.John Pickel asked while my wife was in pain and bleeidng vaginally was How did you guys manage to come to the United States? while my wife and I have been US citizens for many years before coming to this clinic. Why do this even matter when patient comes in with almost ER like condition??? I guess that Dr.John Pickel does not know such thing as Hippocratic Oath, even though his biography states that he has been in practice for almost 40 years. I do not know how he makes it with Arlington being such a diverse community with people of all kinds of races and national origins. That being said, if you are NOT a white native Texan, do not go this clinic. You have been warned!
Its nice and all, but no family moments here. No school during our sonogram appt. So kids and I had to wait Ive an hour in the car while the wife was inside... Also theyre open past 5... And be careful parking out front a preggo woman literally fell in a hole
Prompt service and happy so far..
I had my first visit just recently was rushed thru it all, not only that they were more worried about payment than the health of us pregnant mommys.. We were told we were having twins but when we went in the lady did not bother to listen to any of my concerns or questions.. She did a vaginal ultrasound and told us we couldnt hear the babys heartbeat until 12 weeks not only that I never seen or spoke to my OBGYN the whole time I was there.. After reading the reviews I told myself I was not gonna go back and I would find a new location, I am glad I made that decision, come to find out omega didnt even do any tests or anything upon my appointment and were supposed to, Im glad I switched at my new location they are very hands-on and will be doing the works omega was supposed to do and didnt. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANY NEW MOMMYS! Dont waste your time they dont care. If I could rate this below 1 star I would but it doesnt give me the option to.
Stephanie Pickel is awesome!!! I have been coming to Omega OBGYN since I was a teenager, Im 38 now. Even though I live 1 hour away now. I will never change my OBGYN.
This was the most horrible experience EVER!! Dr. Pickle is a racist ass white man!! My mom and I felt we were treated different and stared at the whole time. He was very irritated by us being there because were black. I went to get birth control pills and he was giving us false information! Dumb ass!! I give them a thumbs down👎🏾
The worst customer service ever... They wouldnt even let me make an appointment without my insurance info... I ensured the lady I had insurance but not at hand because I was at work, and can I just make an appointment and call back or bring it in on the appointment date. She stated it dont work that way and they need insurance info up front to even make an appointment..
They are very rude and wouldn’t offer us a translator even it’s getting paid and if I could change I would,They have no respect And are very rude, it’s very unprofessional. I would not recommend met to anyone, my wife is 9 months pregnant and she’s only seen the doctor 1 time the whole time we’ve went. If I could put 0 stars I would.
