There are no words to describe how grateful I am with this clinic. From the beginning they treated me really well, every time I sent an email I received a response in a reasonable time, always giving me the precise information. Doctor Tiegs is an Angel, she and her team were there for everything in all my process giving me the best service I have ever had and now after ten years waiting to be parents it is a dream come true, thank you Doctor Tiegs and her entire team and the clinic for making this dream come true.
We had a great experience with ACRM and would highly recommend it. Dr Calhoun and her team were wonderful to work with. We had our baby girl in December after our first round of IVF after trying naturally for several years. We are so thankful for Dr Calhoun for helping us have our miracle baby. ❤️
LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS REGARDING ADMIN/BILLING!Please read and listen to the reviews about the administrative side of this facility bc they are indeed 100% accurate. I tried to focus on the positive reviews so gave the clinic a chance but that was a mistakeI called insurance to verify “in-network” - Dr. Smeltzer was not in network so I sent an email cancelling my appointment. They then called me back and said they could file it under the “corporate NPI” which was indeed “in-network”So I started my journey with them…5 months later, I get a $6,600 bill from where the providers were “out of network” so it’s not a covered service. Mind you, they filed services under providers I have NEVER seen, couldn’t tell you what they looked like. AND, I was NEVER EVER EVER PRESENTED WITH A FINANCIAL BREAKDOWN OF SERVICES/COSTS! I don’t expect anything to be free but there was absolutely NO DISCUSSION.I emailed them allllll the EOB’s from insurance - showing ACRM/CCRM was “in-network” and procedures were covered when filed under the corporate NPI. I asked them to re-file all claims, they told me to give them 5-7 days….here it is a month later and they’re not responding to email or my insurance company ( insurance called and left a vm, they weren’t able to speak to anyone either). Just received more bills in the mail…I’m so glad people have had beautiful experiences with this facility. And the clinicians I’ve seen have been fine - nothing remarkable from me - but it seems like they’ve been able to make a lot of dreams come true which is wonderful. But their administrative side of things is BEYOND TERRIBLE!LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS REGARDING ADMIN/BILLING! They’re awful and made this experience harder than what it already is.
The administrative team at ACRM was a major source of frustration for me. During my time receiving treatments there, I would typically pay my bills immediately after each appointment. On occasions when I didnt have my wallet, the staff assured me they would mail the balance due. However, months after my treatments concluded, I was shocked to receive a large bill that seemed to ignore all the payments I had made directly at the clinic.I tried diligently to resolve this by contacting their billing department. Despite leaving several voicemails and sending emails, my efforts were met with complete silence; no one ever returned my calls or responded to my emails. It was particularly frustrating because I had meticulously kept all my payment receipts and had them ready to present for clarification. The situation escalated when a collection agency contacted me for the same outstanding balance. I explained the entire ordeal to them, including the clinics non-responsiveness. Thankfully, the collection agency was understanding and ruled in my favor, acknowledging the clinics failure to respond to my inquiries. However, the relief was short-lived. Just a few days ago, I discovered a notification from Experian indicating that this collection issue had been added to my credit report. This was particularly disheartening as I have maintained an excellent credit score for over 20 years. The impact on my credit history due to this misunderstanding is deeply concerning.Given these experiences, I strongly advise against using ACRMs services. In contrast, the new clinic weve started with has been incredibly responsive. They are always available to take calls, and its refreshing to be able to speak with real people who are attentive and helpful. This change has significantly improved our experience and peace of mind.
Dr. Calhoun and her team were absolutely great! After our first transfer failed, I felt they were super compassionate and helpful leading into the second transfer. We now have a sweet baby girl and owe it all to ACRM!The facility is clean, well run and organized. I never had to wait long at appointments and the team was very responsive via email when I needed something.
Dr. Calhoun and her care team are the absolute best. Really, everyone at ACRM is fantastic - top notch communication and support. I switched to ACRM after starting at a different clinic and being at ACRM was like a dream. I was thrilled to find caregivers who deliver honest truth with compassion and plans on ways to move forward toward your goals. I would recommend Dr. Calhoun to anyone. She never made me feel like one of the masses and took her time in speaking to me and explaining everything. Her care team was incredible- so quick to respond and never made me feel that any of my questions/concerns were anything but a priority for them. Simply the best. Thank you!
Dr. Calhoun and the ACRM team has been amazing through this grueling process. They provide you with the best care. We haven’t been successful yet but hope that we will be in the future. Their IVF lab is the best here because we got very good results when we switched clinics, were getting less fertilization rates and embryos at the other clinic. I wish they had a portal for payment so you could see your bills or current balance rather than relying on emails.
We don´t have enough words to thank Dr Patel and her team. They always took good care of us, answering all our questions, suggesting what would be best for us, supporting our decisions, and being available whenever we needed them. They made this tough journey be less painful and very hopeful. I´m glad they were part of our journey and personal growth and helped us build our dream family.
I spent over a year seeing Dr. Kathryn Calhoun at ACRM for my egg freezing journey. Despite the hormonal rollercoaster that accompanies the process, Dr. Calhoun, her care team and her scheduling team made me feel welcomed and comfortable during each visit. Her team responded insanely fast with every single question I had during the process from start to finish and always made me feel seen and heard - all of the things you desperately need during this time of your life. I cannot recommend Dr. Calhoun and her practice enough and will eagerly be reaching out to her again should I ever do another egg retrieval or use my frozen eggs in the future.
We had a very negative experience with this medical office and would not recommend it as an option for IVF needs. It’s next to impossible to speak to anyone from the staff to establish care or book appointments. During the few imaging appointments we had, the PA was unpleasant and rude, and she refused to answer any questions.
Dr. Tiegs and her team have been truly wonderful throughout this process. I have also seen a lot of other team members during my appointments, and they were ALL phenomenal as well. All staff were always timely, compassionate, and professional. I loved the ease of communication, ability to make appointments, and the support that was constantly offered to me. I come into this with an education and background in the medical field, so I have some knowledge, but I could see where this process could be very intimidating and overwhelming to one who may not have the background as I do, and this practice is the perfect group to help put all of those nerves at ease. I am now expecting, we graduated last week, and we cannot wait to meet our new addition to our family. Thank you ACRM! I honestly cant say that enough. - Rachel K
I cannot say enough good things about ACRM. We are so thankful to Dr. Calhoun and her team. They are very thorough, patient with questions, responsive, kind, etc. I spent many months at ACRM and got to know a few of the other doctors as well, who all seem great too. I always felt I would be taken care of and that we were on the right path, no matter how difficult. I am so appreciative and recommend anyone facing infertility to consider ACRM.
ACRM so great with me and my wife. And after 3 failed IUIs, Dr Fogle was careful not to overpromise when we moved on to IVF. We’re expecting our first child in two weeks, and it’s all thanks to Dr Fogle & ACRM!
I did my initial assessment with Dr Fogle, she seemed pleasant and knowledgeable but I stopped treatment after the initial testing due to their terrible admin staff and bills that couldn’t be explained. I was told things were “pre certified” through my insurance only to receive hundreds of dollars in bills. When asked they would blame my insurance and that they changed what they pre certified which I find hard to believe. They told me verbally I would be credited for certain things but then when I asked for a refund they said I never paid at all. I can’t speak for the doctors, but be prepared to write a blank check to these people or maybe hand over your first born to the terrible admin staff.
I really enjoyed my time at ARCM and with Dr. Fogle. I must admit I was nervous about billing as I had read poor reviews, however I had absolutely no issues at all. In fact I had a credit for attending a seminar before starting my treatment and it was applied quickly. Additionally, cost is very clear with multiple videos and worksheets available. If you go with IVF you meet with a financial advisor who walks you through what your insurance will/wont cover. With COVID -19 impacting fertility offices, I was nervous that my husband would not be able to take part in my appointments. He was able to attend my two ultrasounds and Telehealth appointments to actually meet Dr. Fogle.Dr. Fogle was great and walked us through the process with honest answers and feedback. She was quick to reply to any and all questions via email. She is straight forward but very empathetic, as I expect with something so sensitive. When Dr. Fogle graduated me to my OBGYN I had tears in my eyes and started to cry. The bond and knowledge that this amazing doctor helped form life in you, means the world. I cant thank Dr. Fogle and Dr. Calhoun (who actually performed IUI due to rotating doctors with COVID-19) enough. Also, my ultrasound techs who looked at my follicles mid-cycle were also AMAZING and so warm and kind. The team works together and communication was always clear. Without Dr. Fogles attentive care to the timeline I would not be 10 weeks pregnant!!
We are so thankful for ACRM, Dr Calhoun, and her team for taking such good care of us. We have two beautiful boys and know that God used the wonderful team of doctors at ACRM. They were always very responsive to any and all questions about my care and Dr Calhoun is so kind and empathetic. I so appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond for their patients, they gave us hope throughout the process and made our dreams of growing our family come true.
Dr. Calhoun and her team are wonderful and thanks to her I have 2 beautiful little girls after 2 successful rounds of IVF. The care, compassion and knowledge that she and her team demonstrated throughout my journey were wonderful and my husband and I are eternally grateful to them for helping us create our family.
I am beyond grateful for ACRM!!! I found ACRM after transferring from a clinic where I felt the staff was NOT listening to my needs. I made my appointment and knew as soon as I had my consultation with Dr. Tiegs that this was the practice for me. I felt supported, well informed and cared for at every step in the process. The nurses did an amazing job and checked on me after every appointment and procedure. They were quick to reply anytime I had a question or concern. Graduating (expecting a baby in August) was bitter sweet! I wish I could have kept them with me! My advise to anyone reading this review is to book an appointment immediately!
Our experience with Dr. Fogle at ACRM could not have been more fabulous. The infertility journey can be very overwhelming and exhausting, but we felt guided & taken care throughout the entire process. The staff is knowledgeable and communicative, and really takes the time to make sure you understand what is happening, whats coming next, etc. My husband and I are eternally grateful for their help to start our family!
Had a great experience working with Dr. Fogle and her care team! They were easy to communicate with and were able to work around my schedule when necessary. Very thankful for everyone at ACRM.
We had a wonderful experience at ACRM. Dr. Andre Denis is amazing! From our first visit where we sat down with him to discuss options, to our very last successful visit, everybody was super nice! The wait times to be seen were around 10-20 minutes, which is reasonable. The office staff went out of the way to make sure I had all of the information needed. My assigned nurse Meghan would always return a phone call or email within 24 hours. We got pregnant with our first round of treatment and had a great experience. I would highly recommend ACRM! Disclosure: We have good insurance and we knew that their would be out of pocket expenses up front. Dont assume that your insurance will pay for it all, because it wont. However, the costs are disclosed ahead of each procedure to plan accordingly. Great organization and it got the job (aka pregnancy) done!
This is long overdue but I had a great experience at ACRM with Dr. Calhoun. I had multiple IVFs at 3 other clinics and on my first try at ACRM I brought home my beautiful daughter. I believe their lab sets them apart. I also really like how they have bathrooms in the ultrasound rooms. Its a little thing, but made a difference for me. I will be back to ACRM for baby #2.
My husband and I are so grateful to ACRM! The staff were all very kind and we totally loved our doctor, Dr. Patel. Thanks to you and your team we are pregnant with a healthy baby boy. We could not have gotten pregnant without you all! God bless you all and we look forward to sharing baby pictures in the near future. :)
Two babies later!! Still the best and most qualified doctors. They treat you like family.
Short review: poorly trained team, rude staff and lots of unnecessary testing to increase cost of care. The practices are very poorly managed. The staff at both locations was rude and poorly trained. That is not what you want when you are feeling vulnerable, dealing with uncertainty and spending large amounts of money. Over multiple interactions which included blood draws, the sample analysis, pelvic scans and more invasive testing we had negative experiences. Many communications go unanswered or get a very late response. The phlebotomist at the Sandy Spring location was poorly trained. We could not figure out the logic for many of the tests which were done and how they were submitted for reimbursement. This also led to the insurance company not covering several thousand dollars of testing costs. My wife and I both have experience within the healthcare system and this is not how patients should be treated. I really feel disappointed with our experience with ACRM.
This review is for the administrative side of the operations only. ACRM is very disorganized when it comes to communication and paperwork. For a few examples:- my protocol was never emailed to me until I requested it.- a prescription was left off of my medications list. I had to ask if it was to be included or was listed under another drug name. They then added it.- I had to request any applicable forms to be sent to me for signing.- they told me to fill out my DocuSign forms when I had already sent them in. I emailed a copy of the signed paperwork again.- I was asked for a copy of my receipt of payment. Seems like this is something they should already have access to themselves? I requested confirmation of financial clearance 2 times prior to this.I will write again regarding their medical expertise / experience after we are finished with all of our procedures. However, if you chose to come here, make sure you are willing to be in the “drivers seat” for the majority of the admin side. They certainly did not make it seamless and easy.
Before being a patient at ACRM, I was with another clinic in Atlanta for a year and half. Although the other clinic is shiny and fancy, I never felt like my doctor was invested in my care. I felt like I was the one directing my treatment instead of the doctor. When I came to ACRM, I felt the exact opposite. Dr. Carpenter is fantastic and I felt that she was genuinely looking at my case and what specific actions would give us the most chance for success. Everyone at the office was great from the nurse, to the person taking my blood to person checking people in.
We just completed our second round of IVF with Dr. Hasty and could not be more pleased with the level of care we received and with the level of customer service that we were treated with at ACRM. It just so happens that both rounds of IVF were successful, but we knew that we still would feel happy with our decision to use ACRM even if the outcomes had been different. We were with a different practice for 2 years prior to coming to ACRM and although the doctor was wonderfully competent, we were never treated terribly well. Infertility treatments are stressful. They are complicated and daunting and overwhelming. It makes all the difference in the world when you have an entire team of people who will answer even the smallest email questions within a few hours, who are always easy to reach, who clearly outline your medical protocols so that it makes sense, who always treat you with respect and empathy, and who work with your schedule. Im grateful that I had a brilliant doctor, but Im equally grateful that the staff at ACRM in general worked like a well-oiled machine while also treating me like a human being with unique needs and worries.
We had an incredible experience with Dr. Calhoun! She helped us bring our beautiful daughters into this world. We were blessed with identical triplets and are SO thankful for ACRM and how they helped us get here!
We really enjoyed meeting with Dr Fogle, she was very knowledgeable and kind. However the administration side of the organization is very frustrating to work with. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone and we have emailed them since October with no response. Hoping they improve this area because their physicians are wonderful.
Stay away!! Dr. Calhoun is a scam, she did 4 different IVF procedures on my wife taking our money. Dr. Calhoun fed us lies knowing my wife had over 28 fibroids and there was no way a fetus would survive in her stomach. The last time we saw her she was very rude and it was obvious we needed to take another route.
ACRM is amazing! The staff is flexible, competent, and easy to work with; they were all very caring and helpful throughout our journey. The locations were very convenient for us as well. We now have 2 beautiful miracles, and we owe it all to Dr. Carpenter and her staff. We thank you from the bottom our hearts!-Kyle and Deirdre Counts
10 years ago I had my IVF with ACRM. I am very thankful for my twin boys. They will turn 10 in January and I can only be happy that I called ACRM 10 years and found the courage for this last procedure before giving up.
We worked with Dr. Calhoun at ACRM and loved her!! She was the most positive upbeat person, which was really helpful given how frustrated we were with failing to get pregnant on our own. At her recommendation, I had a myomectomy to remove fibroid cysts and then we got pregnant on our second IUI cycle!! We are now 14 weeks pregnant and all signs look good for our baby girl!! We are so happy to finally be starting our family and know that we would not be here without Dr. Calhoun and ACRM!!
ACRM helped my husband and I navigate through our journey with infertility. They truly provide sincere, caring support, while also ensuring you have a medical plan that fits you and your family. I am most impressed by their customer service. They are extremely consistent in keeping you, as the patient, updated after each appointment with follow-up. I also used their 24-hour hotline on July 4th and was welcomed with an understanding and tentative nurse who helped me through my situation. I could not be more supportive of this group and the support they provide to their patients.
Was referred by my OB. Called a zillion times and left messages only to not get my phone calls returned. Finally made it in to the beautiful office, just wish the staff matched the aesthetics. The front desk lady was rude and I waited in the lobby for over 45 minutes and I was the only person in the lobby!
There are not enough words to express how happy I am with the services that I received at ACRM. It has been a long journey but I’m happy we chose this center. Dr. Denís is now considered our miracle babies fairy Godfather! The staff was always kind and attentive and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Soooo appreciative to ACRM team! 4/8/21 ❤️ Thank y’all- love y’all!
I would give them a 5 but their billing department is a mess. In terms of doctors and medical staff, I love ACRM. I was successful and am using them again. The team is straight forward and gives you realistic goals and best outcomes. I trust their advice and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Now the billing….the first time I used them it was pretty seamless but this second round has been one giant headache. I haven’t received a call back in 2 months. Warning to those who have a round cancelled. Ask them to cut you a check for the refund and then just pay in full again for the next round. I let them keep my unused portion, in my account and I’ve still gotten bills for every piece of the process. It’s very unclear about what I owe and what was left. I’ve been calling for 2months and have never received a call back. If it wasn’t for Covid I would just go into their offices myself bc this is ridiculous. So yes I recommend them for their success rate just make sure you pay attention to their billing. It’s not like other practices where if you over pay they sort it out and send you a refund (my OB literally did this) they will just keep your money. We’re talking thousands of dollars so it’s definitely a problem.
I contacted ACRM when looking for out of town monitoring. They assured me that they do out of town monitoring and I was told to contact them closer to the time my treatment would start. I contacted them again to set up the monitoring and was told they were full.I relied on their assurances and have spent thousands on medication to start treatment. They left me scrambling to find another practice to be able to keep my treatment schedule.DO NOT RECOMMEND!
ACRM is only after you money. I highly recommend you visit a different clinic!During the very first visit (!) we were told to get IVF without any check-ups or questions. To make matters even worse, their administrative work is subpar and the staff is unorganized and unprofessional.
My daughter has just driven 2 hours for an appointment to see dr hasty and when she gets there they tell her she needs to call the new patient coordinator this is not her first time going there it is her third time. She is so very upset by the treatment given to her today and so am I she loved Dr Hasty. When someone is given an appointment takes off work and drives to hours to be treated like this it is wrong. The front office staff that makes an appointment needs to be reviewed it is not right to give an appointment then no follow up call to say they made a mistaken and need to reschedule they wait till you drive two hours and inform you you don’t have an appointment. On your site it’s says call the customer service manager and speak to Ariel you call and they say she longer works there. I am sure if Dr Hasty was aware how she was treated today she would not be happy.
Dr Calhoun and team were wonderful to work with! They kept us updated throughout the entire process and answered all our questions. We are now blessed with a beautiful healthy baby boy!
After years of trying to conceive, Dr. Fogle at ACRM helped us bring our baby girl into the world. I cant fully express my gratitude to Dr. Fogle and her team. They guided my husband and I through what was a stressful and challenging time with kindness and understanding. Thank you so much for making my dream of growing our family a reality.
My husband and I are extremely happy and thankful for Dr. Patel and her team at ACRM. They did an amazing job helping us go through this difficult time. Dr. Patel made me feel comfortable, and at ease. I recommend ACRM to every woman that needs.
We had nothing but a hugely positive experience at ACRM. I cannot recommend Dr. Fogle enough. She was professional, straight-forward, and provided the support we were looking for through a difficult process. We tried a couple other places in town first but nothing compares to our experience at ACRM.
I will try to summarize here my experience with them and this because I wish I knew these things before I lost my time (and sanity) with them.1. They treated me as dollars not a human person with needs and feelings. They are really poor in that field, theres no empathy at all.2. They dont have an online portal, where you can see all exams / results / appointments etc. They sent you the results / diagnoses etc in hundreds of different emails in a very disorganized way. After my first bloodwork, they wrote in one of these emails that one value is out of the normal range and that I should have an MRI. When I asked why, they said i might have a tumor in the brain (!). I asked to talk to someone for more details, and they scheduled a strictly 15 minutes call when they repeated the above things and all other results with no empathy AT ALL. They went through everything so quickly I couldnt take notes or something. And they said, well, you might not have the tumor, come to repeat the bloodwork. I went once again, and then they asked me to go again. I was fed up with this whole thing and asked why do I have to come again, and they said oh no, our fault, all good, you dont have to come. I realized they were asking me to go for the bloodwork again and again obviously because they were getting paid multiple times. I cant explain my frustration due to the tumor brain email diagnosis. They should be ashamed of their behavior and lack of empathy. Needless to say I double checked this with two other doctors (not of this group) and theres no tumor.3. During all this period, I saw the dr they assigned to me only once and this by video call. Once they accept you as a patient, they ask you to do exams again and again and again in a never ending process. They also ask you to repeat the exams you just did as I explained above. They play with your feelings and emotions.4. The worst thing has been that after the 4th time that they asked me to repeat the same bloodwork and I told them Im not coming again for the same thing, they COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED. I never heard from them again. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and empathy in my entire life. Of course they did me a huge favor, but still; Im shocked by how they just disappeared.5. During the 1,5 months I was dealing with them, I really lost my sanity, as this process has been super stressful. After I stopped talking to them (or they stopped talking to me) , I decided i will read the online reviews very well before choosing the next doctor. Thats what I did. I found a remarkable human and professional, who made me feel calm and think positively again. Im now in the first trimester of my natural pregnancy.6. Do yourself a favor and dont lose your time/money/sanity with them.
Professional staff, but very difficult to get ahold of anyone over the phone. Also, the lab tech at the Buckhead location was VERY RUDE, NASTY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL towards my husband and I. Not coming back to that location EVER AGAIN. That is not how you treat patients. She was not ready to answer most of our questions, and would cut us off every time we tried to speak. Wasnt interested in hearing us out , and overall just rude. Not nice at all.
I absolutely love Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine. We only went for about 2 months, but it was an awesome experience. We had been struggling for about 3.5 years to conceive baby number 2, but after one round of IUI, we are pregnant with our second child. The staff is extremely helpful and discreet. They were there to help answer my questions or speak to me about my concerns. I would highly recommend going to Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine if you are thinking of seeking help trying to conceive. I am so happy we were referred to them.
I would highly recommend ACRM and Dr. Calhoun! Everyone at the clinic is caring and compassionate, and Dr. Calhoun couldn’t be nicer! I’m so grateful for her and the staff there; because of them I am now a mama to two wonderful children!
This place has the most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered at a for-profit business. Wouldnt even schedule our procedures until EVERYTHING was paid in advance. As this review is limited on space Ill summarize. They want the money, but dont want to return calls, emails, provide detailed billing information, respect you as a paying client, respect you as a human being or give you the ability to talk directly to a doctor about the poor service and staff experience. Basically - they just want your money. Doctors have the bedside manners of pit vipers and lack any sense of tact or actual caring - all during a process that is very personal, intimate and emotional. Did I mention they do everything they can to get their $$$? Save your dignity as a human being and go elsewhere.
The most caring staff you will find around! I always received quick email responses and return calls when I had questions or concerns. Dr. Hasty is especially wonderful. I wished we could have stayed with her throughout the entire pregnancy!
The worst healthcare treatment weve ever experienced. We arrived at 8:50 for a 9:15 appointment and already spent the half hour requisite to fill out the paperwork. Yet by 10 AM, we we still sat in the waiting room. We are working professionals who dont have hours to waste. When we book a 9:15 appointment, we expect the respect to be granted our time. This place does not do that. Avoid if you value your time.
I was referred here by any OB’s NP. We live in Rome. When I called to schedule the appointment I was told the Marietta office would not have any appointments available for 2 months, so I reluctantly scheduled the Peach Tree Dunwoody location. Our experience there was fine. Then my husband wanted to schedule his analysis at the Marietta office. We were told it was closed for a week. So he had to schedule the Dunwoody facility again. Does this Marietta office even exsist? Anyway, then I got labs drawn and was told I would hear back Monday. I never heard back. We both have tried to call and email with no response from Olivia. Not a good look! I am very unhappy I can’t even get simple lab results! 👿 poor customer service for someone that has to pay cash for a service!
Excellent clinic. Dr. Fogle thoroughly read through our rather lengthy file prior to our first visit. She was very proactive; answering my questions in detail before I was able to ask them and applying specific protocols to my special case. We highly recommend!
I have nothing but great things to say about this entire practice. The nurses and doctors were wonderful. They were sensitive, but honest and I always felt I was getting the best care possible. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Was referred to this office by my primary care physician on June 8th. Called every week to set up an appt to visit doctor. Stated that they will call me back in a few days. Never received a call back until July 27th. Extremely Unprofessional! Don’t waste your time! Go to Shady Grove Fertility!!
Dr. Calhoun and her team are the best!! I cannot recommend them enough and I am so thankful I chose them during this process; could not have asked for a more attentive and caring team - so responsive and patient with any question/concern I had, thank you!!
Dr. Hasty and the whole team are amazing. I couldn’t thank them enough for making my dream came true. (My little angle is now 1 year old). This is a very difficult time due to COVID-19, please hang in there, we want to come back for an IUI soon.
The whole staff and I mean the whole staff is friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. Dr. Tiegs and he team were the best. The appointments were easy and quick. Loved my experience
The staff will not let you use the restroom! I had an appointment and was finished and walked out of the treatment area. I returned and asked to go use the restroom and the person at the front will not let me use it. I had to go outside to use the restroom. Terrribale experience. This is the peachtree downwoody location.
This place is as good as the reviews show, spot on. Good luck getting an appointment as by the time someone responds to emails there are no appointments left. Absolutely sad professional service with regards to communicating.
Dr. Patel made our dream come true. She was very informative and patient with my wife and I.Very happy with this facility!
Impossible to make an appointment since they use a call center who then supposedly passes your info on to the office. Rude and abrasive lab tech (Not sure her name but you will know who she is if you have to deal with her) who wouldn’t answer any questions and acted like it was my problem when I wasn’t told certain things before arriving for my appointment.
No customer service at all. Every person we encountered were as dead as they looked!! I felt like we were at a funeral home. Theres no life in this place. I wished we would have gone somewhere else.
Loved ACRM! The office staff, nurses, and doctors are all wonderful. I would highly recommend them.
Professional and friendly staff that TRULY care about their patients. I will recommend everyone to ACRM!
Very clean establishment. Friendly staff and also very helpful. Dr Patel is a good doctor
A little hard to get someone on the phone, but overall great place!
They charge you a lot without telling you. Cost a lot unnecessary money with no use. Don’t recommend.
Refuses to provide services to those over an arbitrary BMI limit.
Very good Staff.
Hello, yes, I want more information, please can I provide it?
