Dr. Calhoun & her entire team have been amazing during my Egg Freezing process & removal of polyps. She is knowledgeable and great at explaining the process. She is compassionate, kind, and thorough. She keeps the safety of the patient first. She always showed up with a smile and positive attitude. Dr Calhoun is an absolute angel on earth. She is a remarkable human and physician. She is very thorough, deeply kind, compassionate and genuinely empathetic. She truly cares about you as a person. The IVF journey is an emotional journey with highs and lows and she was there at every step guiding us with a positive outlook. I am so grateful for her assistance in bringing our beautiful daughter into this world. Dr Calhoun was highly recommended to me and I will say, I highly recommend her without a doubt.

She also listened to our concerns and needs, then gave clarity and resources. Most of our appointments were between 20- 40 minutes (including the wait time and depending on how many things we were doing).This was a great experience for us and we really appreciate it; considering the life changing nature, and with it being our first try. Dr. Patel was amazing to work with!! The entire staff was great to communicate with and I always heard back quickly whenever I reached out with questions or concerns. The entire team turned this difficult time in our lives into the biggest blessing by helping bring our baby boy into this world and I cannot thank them enough.
We love Dr. Fogle and her staff. We went through many rounds of IVF, but it was worth it when our beautiful daughter was born! Dr. Fogle provided good advice and communication but kept our expectations realistic. I highly recommend this practice!
Bonnie Patel and her team were so effective in getting me pregnant. I can’t thank ACRM enough. What I love most is that the Doctors work together if your main Dr has to be away so, Dr Tiegs ended up doing my second transfer, and that’s ok bc when your an anxious ttc girly you’re somewhat impatient and want to make sure the procedure can still happen and that the person taking over for the time being is just as experienced if not more. When my first transfer failed Dr. Patel made sure to come up with a new plan of action quickly. We had to schedule a hysteroscopy but the dates were too far out to my liking and I simply told her if anything comes up sooner to let me know, and guess what? She did. It’s things like that, that make me feel like my Dr is really in my corner. My only wish is that they get a better finance dept but they didn’t hinder the process or the progress. With all that being said I will definitely be going back for my boy as soon as I’m cleared. I’m truly grateful to ACRM. Thanks for making being a mama a reality for me.
I cannot recommend ACRM & Dr. Tiegs enough. The entire IVF process ran so smoothly for us and we always felt so well taken care of. Their communication and response times were amazing. They always answered every single question I had, which trust me was a lot, and made me feel like it was their pleasure to do so. I also had the opportunity of seeing several other doctors within the practice and I don’t have a single negative thing to say about any of them. My husband and I started our journey with Dr. Patel/her team at ACRM just a year ago- and today I write this review while holding my 2 month old daughter! We originally came to ACRM from another fertility clinic where we had been going through treatment for over 6 months with no progress. My husband and I knew something wasn’t right about this, so we found Dr. Patel who reassured us that she would be more proactive. Within 2 months, we were pregnant with our first embryo transfer! My family and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Patel and ACRM. They have given us the greatest joy of our lives.
We had a WONDERFUL experience with Dr. Fogle and her team. After 4 years of trying to get pregnant and 1 endometriosis laparoscopic surgery, we met with Dr. Fogle about next steps. She is kind, but also straight forward which we loved. There is a delicate balance between bedside manner and being realistic. She held both. My husband and I loved working with Dr. Fogle because she took the time to explain the process of IVF and not just pass on getting the next appointment scheduled. She is extremely knowledgeable and we felt so confident in her as our doctor. She never tried to push IVF on us. After our initial testings she did recommend IVF as the best option but when she saw our response to this recommendation on our faces she said, I can see by the looks on your faces, you are not ready for this and thats okay. This meant a lot to us because we were definitely entering into uncharted waters and it was a scary realization. A year later, we went back and were fully on board. We cant thank Dr Fogle and her team enough. We now have a 3.5 month old baby girl and its all weve ever wanted, prayed, hoped and dreamed of. Thank you ACRM!
I have Dr Fogle and ACRM to thank for making my family of four possible. We had Dr Fogle’s help conceiving both our children and I can’t think of a single complaint about the process. I’ve known numerous friends go thru the fertility journey utilizing other practices and I’ve heard so many complaints about poor communication or disorganization leading to mistakes along the way. That was def not the case with ACRM. They communicate effectively and ensure you have a clear understanding of the plan ahead which makes this unclear fertility journey a bit easier to navigate. Furthermore, Dr Fogle is hands down the most compassionate physician I’ve had the opportunity to work with. She’s also incredibly thorough and meticulous in devising her treatment plan and takes time to explain the entire process for you. If you’ve been unsuccessful conceiving, I would not hesitate to recommend ACRM and Dr Fogle. My family is forever indebted to this practice.Oh and to add more credibility to Dr Fogle, when I asked one of my friends who works in the fertility field who he would recommend, he suggested Dr Fogle not realizing that’s who I was already seeing.
Worst Experience with Dr. Calhuns team, Im a returning patient and trying to get a transfer with Dr Patel, they denied first because they claimed I had a balance but was not able to get an appointment, keep emailing to see why I have a balance, as of today they have not to return all my calls and emails, I paid for me to get an appointment, was scheduled today by zoom waiting for the email waiting and waiting email nothing call nothing finally Dr. Calhun team call me and said sorry for the confusion !! what! I missed one work to be on time, I was like okay please reschedule now they claimed I need to put a credit card in the file because I proceeded and they will charge 50. for cancellation,I was returning for IVF finally Im ready and because of all, I have been going through with this Team I have made a decision and go to another Dr.and clinic. My experience with ACRM has been very unpleasant, the last thing you want to be worried about is the mistakes they make and miscommun it cation, they have .this was the reason I wanted the teansfer with Dr patel, I heard dr Patel is very professional and has so much communication with the patients please research before you decide to get your process here, we already going through stress for infertility now having the stress for this .My name is Angeles Jime
Dr. Patel and her team are the absolute best. We had our son in April of 2023 and I couldn’t thank Dr. Patel and her team enough. Dr. Patel is very compassionate, understanding and is quite possibly the best doctor I have worked with. Her and her team were super communicative during every step of the process, answered all our questions and concerns quickly and taught me so much through the process.My husband and I moved states so we recently found a local fertility clinic and they’re not even half of what Dr. Patel and her team are. They don’t give me results of my bloodwork unless something is off, whereas Dr. Patel’s team sent me the results, explained the results and taught me how to read them. At this new clinic, I won’t actually meet the doctor until the day of transfer whereas I had my very first consultation with Dr. Patel and met with her multiple times before the egg retrieval and transfer. I wish we could work Dr. Patel again but unfortunately we are not close by.I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team. I truly felt cared for during this very stressful and exhausting process.
Update #3 (06/2024): Unfortunately since Dr Denis retired, I havent had such a great experience. I keep getting bills that I shouldnt have to pay due to insurance coverage & its impossible to get a response. I was given to Dr Tiegs and she is nice, but its very obvious she discriminates against obese patients. She has refused to do an FET on me, even though my BMI is only two points above their asinine policy - I have tried to lose the last two points and cannot before our FET needs to happen due to personal timing needs. I recently spent all day calling around to different clinics to move to and not one other I spoke to (out of five) had a BMI limit for an FET. They only have BMI limits for egg retrievals, which makes sense and I get that one. My new practice is more than willing to accept me for as I am. My new Dr was completely floored at ACRMs behavior against my weight... Considering Im only this weight due to the pregnancy ACRM helped me achieve. Its mostly just a shame Im having to disturb my embryos to move them to another facility cause of this. Thankfully & gratefully, the lab has been more than helpful and communicative about getting my embryos moved. The lab managers & assistants are a very kind lot and have been more than accommodating to help me move my embryos. HUGE thumbs up on their end! I also wanted to add I still really liked the nurses at ACRM a lot, zero issues with them. However, Dr Tiegs (their “policy”) and billing are a big thumbs down. Im in a FB group with a few thousand ATL IVF members and multiple of them have said they have not had issues with their weight at ACRM, so it seems to be Dr oriented? So I sure do miss Dr Denis.Update #2 (12/2020): I finally had my first transfer with Dr Denis and it was an immediate success. He knew exactly what I needed and it went perfectly. You cant go wrong with ACRM.Original Review (Summer 2020): The bad reviews I have read about ACRM on here genuinely make me sad. I was not planning on leaving a public review until I saw them.. However, I must because I have experienced nothing except top tier care while being a patient here for close to nine months. Dr Denis, my Nurse Meghan, and my financial rep Erica have been phenomenal. They have always responded to me same day, ALWAYS. Even if its a stupid question. They always give me my results same day, early in the day (unless its an overnight sort of test of course)... And I have never waited past my appointment time. In fact, I usually show up 15 minutes early and am out before my real appointment time if its just bloodwork/ultrasound. I have horrendous anxiety and Meghan has always taken the care to respond to me and make me feel better. I made the decision to go through IVF and had retrieval in July and it was a BREEZE. Not many people can say that IVF is a breeze. Not only that - I did this through a pandemic. They did this through a pandemic. They were forced to mostly close from April through May so theyre insanely backed up but even through all that they have been handling the extremes of the COVID pandemic with grace and as much hard work as they possibly can.. Besides the staff having group emails now, I do not feel any sort of changes to my care. Its remained phenomenal. Im gearing up for a frozen transfer within a couple weeks and I received all the info/protocols/meds weeks in advance and all my questions have been answered. Look no further than ACRM. You wont regret it.

Due to some health reason, my wife and I decided to work with ACRM to do the IVF procedure. We worked with Dr. Bonnie Patel, and we really appreciate the help from her and her team. Dr. Patel and her team provided us really detailed and professional information we needed so we could decide what we should do to get the best result. Also, we really appreciate their fast respond during the procedure. If anyone would like to do the IVF or IUI procedure, we would highly recommend ACRM because they are really professional.
My wife and I dreamt of being parents and Dr. Fogle and her team made our dreams come true. We welcomed our son in March after a very healthy IVF pregnancy. My spouse and I are so grateful to ACRM for making us parents-to-be! We worked primarily with Dr. Tiegs, who knows the science of reproductive endocrinology inside and out, and who went above and beyond to maximize our chances of IVF success. She was very patient with my anxiety and quite open-minded about options that made me feel safe and calm. She was available for phone appointments when we had concerns, and personally reached out to give us the good news when our embryo transfer was successful. Her expertise, kindness, and positive attitude got us through this experience as smoothly as possible. Dr. Smeltzer did our embryo transfer and was great to have in the OR because of her calming disposition. The nurses and other staff were so supportive as well, and the entire team is very efficient with getting patients in and out of appointments quickly. I can honestly say well miss the ACRM crew as we move forward!If youre new to fertility treatments, here are a couple things to be aware of that can be tricky; if youre ready for them going in, things will be much easier:1. Scheduling tends to be last-minute, which is understandable because so much is up in the air through fertility treatment. If you have a job with a slower season and can plan to be at ACRM during that time, youll likely feel much less stress than if youre running to frequent appointments during a busy work schedule.2. Billing can be confusing. Expect to have to reach out to billing to find out how much you owe, rather than waiting for a bill to arrive in the mail or online. On one occasion, a bill we didnt know existed was late and delayed our treatment by a few days. If you hear a mention of a bill, its always best to contact the billing department to find out the details. We had no issues with billing beyond this, so as long as youre aware that you may need to be proactive in this department, you shouldnt have problems.Overall, we love ACRM and would recommend them to anyone. Dr Fogle and her staff, especially her awesome Nurse Sarah, were amazing. The communication was like none I had ever experienced, you email them, seconds later there is a response. The attention to detail was impressive and straightforward. So thankful we used ACRM, never thought we could have had another baby, and thanks to Dr. Fogle, I am here snuggled up with my 2 week old baby now. So thankful ❤️
This is definitely the place where you want to go. My husband and I are so blessed to have our baby on our first IVF try and is all thanks to Doctor Bonnie Patel and all the ACRM team. Never saw a medical practice so well organized and they do really care about you. Must doctors/practices once get you in for business, never care to read your chart and you have to repeat the same thing on each visit. Not at ACRM. They know exactly what is going on before they set foot in the room and dont waste your time, making you feel important and that they care every single time. The billing department does need to have a big improvement regarding being responsive and handling refunds which was very frustrating and disappointing. We really struggled with them. Every other department is well managed and on point. We highly recommend ACRM for any fertility needs, you dont need to look anywhere else. ♥️♥️♥️
I started my fertility journey at RBA with one of the best doctors and switched to Dr. Fogle at ACRM and am SO, SO, SO glad I did!!When choosing a fertility clinic, its not just the doctors that matter. Its the nurses (VERY important, as they are who you communicate with most frequently), the scheduling department, the woman who do your Ultrasound, the billing/insurance department, and their systems for communications (like for answering questions) and explaining things (like how to use the drugs).I would recommend ACRM in a heartbeat over RBA. Im so glad I left RBA. I absolutely love ACRM! So much easier to communicate to the staff, the nurses and doctors work with you, and Im pregnant with a baby girl. 10/10 recommend.I also LOVED that Sarah (Dr. Fogles nurse) actually called me when she could tell I was confused or concerned about something, and that the office uses email for communication.
I was referred here by a friend, whose friend had personally done IVF several years ago, and had an amazing experience. This is actually my third attempt at doing procedures for fertility treatment. The reason why I came here was because my previous place had such terrible care where I lost faith in the system. Thankfully, I found Dr. Robin Fogle at ACRM. Her team was amazing from the beginning at the consultation exam, with all the procedures, to the timelines and execution. Communication is great, they respond very quickly by email. I do recommend though that each patient also do their own due diligence as providers are also providing care for other patients. And while everyone attempts to do their best, everyone is also human, so we should treat everyone accordingly with grace and kindness and understanding. This is a fabulous team to work for. I am now blessed with a healthy, beautiful baby girl. I would definitely recommend a CRM. Dr. Fogle is great, but I’ve also had the blessing to have select procedures done with other doctors within the practice. All of the more great in explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns and questions that I would have. I would definitely recommend this place to any future colleagues and friends, who are looking to do fertility procedures, or anything similar in the Atlanta area. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Calhoun and the entire team at ACRM. We felt supported and cared for the entire way. After 3 rounds of IUI and 2 rounds of IVF, we have a precious 5 month old son. Would recommend their care to anyone wanting to expand their family!
I seen pretty much all of the doctors there during my IVF journey and they were all great but i was under Dr.Calhouns team . Her and her team were absolutely great. They were all very professional and great with communication. We were successful after one IVF cycle.

Let me start by saying everything about IVF is HARD. There are a million appointments, emails, shots, costs, and decisions to keep track of that it can feel like a full-time job. Luckily we did it with the team at ACRM. Our main doctor was Dr. Patel and she was wonderful. Always transparent about what was happening and very thorough in her explanations. We really felt her expertise AND support during our journey. During our three rounds of IVF we also got a chance to work with most of the other doctors and staff and we loved all of them. One of the nurses, Ashley, was so wonderful during the ups and downs. She gave me the biggest hug when we finally “graduated” to the OB and I will never forget it. Thank you for helping us get out miracle baby boy!

She walked me through the process from beginning to end keeping me informed of what to do and what to expect. My husband and I highly recommend her and trust her.
The medical staff is great and I had have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Calhoun. However, their billing staff and those responsible for insurance claims leave a lot to be desired. My final bill came back extremely expensive despite having pretty good insurance. After looking in more detail they submitted a claim too late and insurance wouldnt cover it (but they still charged me for it). Additionally they coded another item wrong which the insurance company denied, yet charged me as well. When trying to contact them to resolve I found it to be confusing and very unresponsive. Additionally while trying to resolve these issues that they eventually took responsibility for and are working to resolve, my bill started incurring late fees. I am now almost done with this months long back and forth with them and just got an email saying they are sending my account to collections unless payment is made. For context, my original bill was for $2,400 and the latest is $840 but still has issues. This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience that I would really like to wrap up at this point. Again the medical staff is great but just make sure you double check your bills and stay on them to resolve.
So thankful for ACRM and Dr. Tiegs. I’m 41 years of age and pregnant with my first child. The journey is not easy, so you want to go with a center that puts you first, listens to you, gives you expert advice and cares about you every step of the way. That’s ACRM. The entire nursing staff is fantastic, and Dr. Tiegs is exactly what you want in a fertility specialist. The real kicker, my husband (who was skeptical about the process) raves about Dr. Tiegs and 100% trusts her with helping us build our family. That is the biggest compliment I can give!
The management is the worse.. i was referred by my gynaecologist and even after numerous calls voicemails and emails i am still waiting to hear from them for an appointment.. save yourself from that frustration..

My husband and I had the best experience possible with ACRM.IVF is an extremely emotional and stressful process and each person at ACRM, starting with the receptionists to the financial consultants, helped to make this process as smooth and calm as possible. Also the nurses on Dr. Smeltzers Care Team Ellen and Meera who are both incredibly patient and take the time to listen to you. Every email sent to my Care Team was answered promptly and with care. Even when I felt like I was asking too many questions, my Care Team was patient and understanding and answered each question in detail.I want to call out the ACRM Finance Team in this review. They are phenomenal. Specifically - Desaray Bradley. My company changed insurances two days before a procedure we had pre-scheduled and Desaray handled the scenario with the utmost urgency, keeping me informed every step of the way. I could tell she genuinely had empathy for my situation and was making it a priority to help. In fact, I dont think Ive ever encountered someone that had more of a sense of urgency, while maintaining calm, in a medical office in a long while. Also I want to call out Tiffany Starks, who consulted with us on the finances & cost before beginning IVF. She was very thorough and answered all of our questions in detail. The excellent Financial Staff does not end with Desaray and Tiffany. Every Financial Consultant I emailed or spoke to personally at ACRM acted with this care.To summarize - ACRM understands what an emotionally difficult process this is for families. Not only the doctors and nurses understand this, but ever single staff member does. The experience is positive from check in through check out. You are in GREAT hands by choosing ACRM!!!
Dr. Tiegs and Dr. Calhoun were my care team and they have helped us in our journey of conception in a very patient way. Dr. Patel is amazing but more importantly genuine.She truly feels the lows with you and celebrates the wins. She took the time to really help us understand what was going on and was always reassuring through this tough process. Melissa one of my careteam nurses was always kind and thoughtful even when I was panicked or emotional with hormones. Truly the whole team is amazing and more importantly reachable when you need them. Dr. Patel has helped me get pregnant with my daughter who is now 2 and also my second baby girl who I am currently carrying. ACRM has been a wonderful experience.
Dr. Fogle and her entire care team couldn’t have been more wonderful. I was in the process alone which was scary and stressful but they were in it with me every step of the way. Dr. Fogle spends as much time as you need getting to know you medically and just as a person so that she can set up a plan unique to your situation. I can also not rave enough about the nurses. I have a lot of doctors at this point in life and never have been somewhere where all the staff (literally every single person you’ll interact with) are absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, caring. They have an email that they monitor and respond you quickly, answering all sorts of questions without making you feel silly for asking. The facility is also beautiful and clean and decorated to feel peaceful which made in nice to be in during all the visits.
We’ve been extremely fortunate to have Dr. Patel as our fertility doctor. Thanks to her and the staff at ACRM, we have just welcomed our second happy and healthy baby through IVF. Infertility is not an easy journey, but Dr. Patel and her care team made the experience manageable through every step. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate and made sure we knew what was happening and what to expect. I cannot say enough positive things about ACRM and highly recommend them and especially Dr. Patel if you are looking for help with infertility. Thanks to them we are now a family of 4 and our dreams became a reality.

All of the providers at ACRM are wonderful. The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Tiegs and her care team were knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. She has truly changed our lives and given us a miracle.
My husband and I had fertility testing here and multiple rounds of IUI. Our supervising physician was Dr Smeltzer. I do not recommend utilizing Dr Smeltzer. She was extremely negative in our initial consultation and gave me a horrible prognosis with no actual positive plan of action in that consultation (she did not recommend the IUI I ended up doing).In the course of treatment and tests, all of the NPs I encountered were nice and so were the staff. Everyone was professional but kind. I also had Dr Calhoun for a procedure and she was phenomenal. Very efficient and very kid with great bedside manner.As for all the reviews on billing, they have a delayed billing cycle and due to this it can sometimes seem youre being double charged for things because you do the same labs and procedures over and over and over. I kept all of my invoices and cross referenced them with my insurance claims and kept a spreadsheet. I was never double billed but claims and invoices can definitely be like 1-2 months after the fact, so keep that in mind.
Although I used them 5 years ago to go thru IVF and had a successful pregnancy and delivered a beautiful baby, I came to give them 1 star for their terrible billing department. If you are not a new patient or currently going thru a procedure, you will be treated terribly. You can call, leave voicemails, send emails hell I even showed up at the office and I am still not able to get to speak with anyone from billing. The only thing I haven’t tried was sending a pigeon. There seems to be no way to ask them any questions. If you check their Facebook page you will find many other disgruntled mommas who can not get in touch with or get a response their billing team. It’s sad, inconsiderate and disgusting.
ACRM is amazing!!! We worked with Dr Calhoun and I could not have loved her more! She and her whole care team are so responsive and kind! Long story but we worked with 3 different fertility clinics here in ATL so I have a good comparison, I think. ACRM is so much better than the rest! Dr Calhoun has fantastic bed side manner. This whole process is exhausting, mentally, physically and emotionally. I always felt like I was her only patient and she was just as invested and excited as my husband and I were. I can’t recommend them enough!!!
I recently gave birth to my miracle baby and ACRM helped make it possible. Dr. Patel and her team were patient and supportive every step of the way. From administration to the lab, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel was my personal cheerleader and really helped me especially when things got tough. We had a wonderful experience with ACRM. Dr. Fogle and the entire team were so helpful and supportive during the whole process. It can be scary and overwhelming, and they took the time to educate us on our options, the process, and listened anytime we had questions or concerns. I loved working with them and will definitely be back for baby number 2!
I have had a great experience at ACRM and with Dr Fogle and her team. After trying to get pregnant for 2 years unsuccessfully, my Obgyn referred me to ACRM. I started with some blood work and tests, then moved to 3 rounds of IUI. The IUI did not work so next step was IVF. It can be a lot to take in at first, but everything is broken down for you step by step. I’ve done IVF twice now and BOTH TIMES got pregnant!!! Dr Fogle did both transfers. The staff has been wonderful. They communicate mostly through email but respond quickly and will answer any questions. Because of all the tests and all the steps in the process, I felt confident with my pregnancy and that my baby would turn out perfectly. I would recommend ACRM and Dr Fogle to everyone trying to get pregnant. They made my dream of motherhood come true TWICE!

My husband and I consulted with Dr. Patel and learned more about our fertility issues in one consult than the previous two years.Dr. Patel has a scheduling and care team. As you go through your cycle, you see various doctors and nurses. I found the rotation helpful because menstrual cycles are unpredictable, and it is important to have a rapport with all doctors and nurses. Her scheduling team is very efficient, and her care team are informative and supportive. Do not be afraid to reach out via email with questions throughout the process.IVF takes a great amount of confidence and communication with your partner and doctors. I really can not say enough good things about Dr. Bonnie Patel and her team. She is one of the nicest physicians with excellent knowledge. She always involved us in the decision making and shared her thought process with us. The nurses at ACRM are also wonderful and replied to our emails promptly. Their embryology lab is also top notch. It was all because of the care we received at ACRM that we were successful in our IVF journey
I want to echo other patients sentiment. The lack of organization at this place is just astonishing. The whole experience felt chaotic and unwelcoming. The only glimmer of hope was one lady at the front desk who seemed to be doing her best to navigate the madness (I wish I knew her name so I could commend her). They canceled my appointment without my consent. Its incredibly frustrating to plan for weeks around an appointment only to have it arbitrarily canceled. They dont call you back when you ask and give no guidance as to how things work. And they have the audacity to blame the lack of information on me, which is utterly unacceptable after so many attempts to set things straight on my side.Think twice before setting foot here. If youre already dealing with a stressful situation, the last thing you need is more confusion and frustration.
I have two healthy and beautiful boys thanks to ACRM and Dr. Calhoun. IVF is a difficult process, but I am pleased we chose this practice to invest in. At times the process is grueling, but ACRM is compassionate and most importantly successful!

Getting the appointment was simple. Even though I had previously been a patient, they needed to treat me as a “new patient” since it has been a couple years since my initial visit. My appointment was with Dr. Ashley Tiegs via online Zoom. Prior to my appointment, I took the time to gather all of my recent labs and ultrasounds to send to the doctor prior to my scheduled appointment time. Once we were on the zoom video call she made it clear to me that she had been “too busy to check the email that I sent her”. That was extremely frustrating since this is one of the most intimate and sensitive natured things we have ever been through. How can I expect to be handled with authentic care and compassion when the doctor tells me such a thing? We have since decided to go through another Reproductive Specialists.
I was referred to ACRM by two different friends who were past patients at the facility and they said nothing but great remarks about their journey and their process. From start to finish I must say that everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant and engaging. I was under the care of Dr. Hasty for a very brief time but it was an amazing experience. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable as if we had know each other for years. She was able to quickly diagnose and treat my issue of concern and I was released back to my original doctor as I no longer needed their services. The offices are very nice and quiet... and well decorated too.
My spouse & I are grateful to Dr. Patel & her team for their education and care throughout our IVF journey. We had no idea what we were facing and started with freezing eggs. Dr. Patel was great at explaining our diagnosis and protocol in a soft but direct & understandable way. We eventually did a FET and had success on our first round. The staff was knowledgeable and comforting. The financial part was more difficult to grasp. In the end we were due some money back but had I not stayed on top of things & questioned, I don’t know if I would have automatically gotten the reimbursement. They were very quick about processing it once I did reach out. I would overall recommend ACRM/Dr. Patel to anyone trying to conceive. Thank you !
Dr. Tiegs and her team were a dream to work with. Going through IUI and then IVF was stressful but they made sure I knew what was going on and how things were going to proceed. The nurses I interacted with were always wonderful and informative. And now I am pregnant!
The whole experience with ACRM felt stressful and confusing…The staff was kind, but didn’t provide any information we didn’t already know from our primary care doctors.Our insurance didn’t cover the treatments (which is fine), but I had zero guidance from the staff on the pricing differences about in house vs out of house testing…we found out the hard way that in house was cheaper.I made a pay in full payment during every single appointment, and stopped treatment once the funds ran out. Then I receive a bill for “unpaid” bills for all 4 months of treatment…It’s reached a point where I’m bitter about the experience too because of the confusion, the treatment not working, and finding out the Perimeter office was painful while the Atlanta office was not painful for the exact same IUI care…Anyone going through the infertility journey should check through insurance before selecting, because the lack of organization on their side of what was and wasnt paid is so frustrating.
Please do not hesitate to choose ACRM if you are in need of fertility services. Dr. Patel and her staff are so kind, caring and compassionate through everything. They contact me to check in on me via email, I have access to her team anytime, and they gave me hope when I had none. Dr. Patel even worked with me to ensure that I was able to afford the procedure to salvage my eggs. She was honest with me even when it was hard news to swallow, and helped me work through all of my obstacles to ensure that I can conceive when ready. Hand down the best doctor I have ever seen; cannot begin to recommend them enough.
Dr. Fogle and the team at ACRM were wonderful throughout our entire time with them. Navigating infertility treatments during a pandemic is not easy but the team felt like our family and support team when we werent able to be there together. The nurses, lab staff, physicians, and front staff were all so kind and supportive. I appreciated having a direct contact for Dr. Fogles nursing staff and a separate financial counselor so we had someone to direct our questions to. Their after-hours response is also quick and kind.
I cannot say enough about the quality of Doctors and Nurses at ACRM. The care and attention to detail was the best medical service we have ever received. While navigating infertility is an incredibly private and daunting experience, Dr. Patel and her Care Team truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Our experience with ACRM and Dr Robin Fogle was great. Her team is very caring and responsive to questions and requests. Communication is vital in such thing as fertility treatment, everything is very time sensitive so getting your answers on time is crucial. And Dr Fogle’s team is great in communication. All in all they led us through the process and made it as easy for us as it could be. And now we are expecting for our first baby at the end of November and are very excited about that. If at some point I have to do it again, 100% I will do it through ACRM. Definitely recommend this clinic for fertility treatments.

I cant thank the Doctors and staff at ACRM enough. I switched Doctors after a recommendation from my acupuncturist when I mentioned I wasnt thrilled at my current Doctor. From the very beginning Dr. Fogle was straight-forward but caring with our journey and what to expect. Our first cycle was canceled but Dr. Fogle knew just what to do for our second cycle to be successful. She made a game day decision on embryo transfer day and we are now 8 weeks pregnant! The staff there is amazing as well. Always timely and kind.
Success! We worked with Bonnie Patel and her care team. Bonnie took the time to educate us and shareour options at each step. We started in January and was pregnant with twins in March. We traveled from outside of the state and she found us a trusted doctor close by for monitoring.The team in Atlanta was diverse, warm, empathetic and we had a great experience with everyone.HiI found the Bonnie and the team culturally responsive, accessible, flexible, warm, and extremely competent. Bonnie is conservative and does her best to make sure we got the best outcome with as little disappointments as possible. I was the one pushing for risk. Our eggs were good but could be better and I decided to go for it while Bonnie would have had us get the highest quality eggs possible. My risk paid off but it was great knowing that Bonnie was protecting us from potential heartache and was committed to getting the best from us so that we could minimize the number of cycles.
I was very apprehensive about my visit not fully aware of the actual process. But once I arrived at ACRM, I felt instantly at ease. Dr. Calhoun and her team including the nurses and front desk are kind and very knowledgeable. They communicate promptly and run a very efficient clinic. Dr. Calhoun is absolutely wonderful!! She is an incredible listener which is sometimes hard to find in a doctor. I trusted her experience and knowledge to guide me through the entire process. I strongly recommend ACRM for your IVF needs!
We could not recommend ACRM enough to our friends who are on the same path to have children. Although Dr. Calhoun was our primary physician, we interacted and had different procedures by most of the physicians at the clinic. They were all equally nice and professional. The nurses, administrative staff, CRNA, and embryologists were wonderful. The path of fertility is very personal and not a guarantee. While we also kept a practical outlook, the ACRM team was very supportive. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that is in search to grow their family. They helped us successfully have our little boy, who was just born 12/21. We are forever grateful to Dr. Calhoun and her team!

I can’t recommend ACRM, Dr. Calhoun, and her entire team highly enough. Dr. Calhoun is a very empathetic doctor who really cares, is a great listener, and made sure myself and my husband were informed and comfortable every step of the way.Every person we encountered at the practice was so kind and made me feel so well taken care of. I was seen several times by other doctors due to scheduling and they were all incredible. It was easy to schedule appointments and I never had to wait long upon arrival. I never felt rushed and always had all of my questions answered.We followed all of Dr. Calhoun’s advice and I’m excited to say that we are nine weeks pregnant after a frozen embryo transfer and have graduated to OB care! Our family has nothing but amazing and wonderful things to say about everyone at ACRM!!!! For the past year we have been on our IVF journey and Dr. Fogle and her team have been there every step of the way. They have answered every question and email and never let us feel like we didn’t know what was going on. Each step of the process was explained and done so in a way where it wasn’t overwhelming. My husband and I are both anxious people and we were feeling so helpless before we started IVF. Each plan is catered to the couple and you really do get a sense of of this when you see the small details. On our last day, graduation day I had tears in my eyes hugging Dr. Fogle goodbye. It’s bittersweet because graduating meant things have worked out but it also meant our time there is done. We look forward to keeping them all posted as we continue on this amazing journey into parenthood and we can’t wait to reconnect when it’s time for our next transfer. Having PCOS I knew it would be a long road, but Dr. Patel listened to my husband and my concerns. She understood the path we wanted to take and created a plan to get me there. I had a wonderful experience with ACRM. Dr.Patel had been amazing since day 1 before we got any testing done. She went over all options in detail, answered all of our questions and was super friendly and caring and still made sure we understood everything, even if the news wasn’t always what we wanted to hear. Dr.Patel kept us informed throughout the whole process, and always answered all my questions (and I had a lot). The nurses and other doctors here were so amazing nice to see when I would go in.
Dr. Patel is easily one of the most kind, friendly people I have ever met. She has phenomenal bedside manner - always a smiling face. She is extremely knowledgeable and will explain things as simple or medically complex as you’re able to understand. Dr. Patel truly goes above and beyond what I ever would have expected from her as a physician with MANY more patients than just myself. I will forever recommend her to everyone I know! Thank you for making this difficult journey feel lighter ❤️*For those on these reviews complaining about cost/charges - unfortunately fertility treatments are expensive. Do your own research before you jump in. ACRM has a wonderful financial counselor that you can meet with to explain costs and what you’re responsible for. Utilize this if you don’t understand where charges are coming from instead of running to write a bad review.
My partner and I used ACRM to conceive and could not have been more pleased! We saw Dr. Patel mostly (sometimes we had to see others due to ease of scheduling) and she was amazing. The process was explained easily and we felt they had our best interests at heart. We now have our son and couldn’t have done it without their help and support!
The doctors and nurses are phenomenal. We worked with Dr. Robin Fogle and I cant say enough good things about her. She was professional, comforting and brilliant. We could tell she was invested in our success.We did 2 rounds with another provider who has since left the practice. We became pregnant with the 2nd transfer on our 3rd round, 1st round with Dr. Fogle. I was on a protocol for a couple months to prep for that transfer, and although the treatments were intense, they worked! Im over 36 weeks pregnant and looking forward to delivering our beautiful baby soon!As most practices do, this one does have some room for improvement with the office staff. Financing and billing can be a confusing maze with insurance, while their staff does their best to explain, it isnt always easy to get in contact when you need it.We took breaks between IVF rounds to process all that infertility comes with. But we are so glad that we wanted to try one more time, even if it was during a pandemic. We are very grateful to ACRM and Dr. Fogle.
ACRM is top notch! Our IVF journey took over two years and yes, it was expensive and also 100% worth it. We now have a happy and healthy 4 month old baby boy. After failed IUI attempts we moved onto egg retrieval and IVF with PGS testing based on doctor recommendations for our age and timeline. I was assigned to Dr. Patel when my original doctor left the practice. She reviewed our situation and had thorough and frank discussions with my husband and I to determine the optimal next steps. When we encountered additional unforeseen obstacles Dr. Patel provided additional research and options to offer the best solutions. She is thorough in her explanations of procedures and candid about the risks and success rates. I knew my care was in the best hands possible with her. I also saw Dr. Keenan for many appointments and he performed several procedures for me. His quiet, calm demeanor always made me feel safe and secure. I also cannot say enough about the nursing staff- friendly, competent and compassionate. I felt like a human at ACRM and knew that even though they see hundreds of people that they truly cared about me and my family.
I cannot recommend ACRM enough! Dr. Fogle, Sarah, and team are truly incredible. Not only are they the best in their practice (success rates, approaches, protocols, etc.), they are also compassionate, empathetic, and kind. I always felt like I had an advocate, an ear, and a hand when I needed it. They tailored everything to my individual needs and took the time to always explain the process, my options, and their recommendations. They were incredibly responsive and amazing to interact with. ACRM is the best fertility clinic in Atlanta. Thanks to Dr. Fogle and team who made our dream to be the parents of a baby possible. All Staff members are super friendly and they make you feel important and not just the another patient. Waiting time is hardly 5 mins. They only thing which troubled us was initial call to fix appointment as a new patient but after our first appointment the team was super fast in fixing appointments and send results via email and calls. Infertility is a stressful journey and I am glad that after my bad obgyn experience I found ACRM to make my path stress free. Advice to all coming in infertility clinic is to have a infertility insurance plan so that you wont have tension of bills too as infertility treatments anywhere is expensive.

The best family you can have on your journey to conceive. The staff are amazing and the doctors are brilliant. While going through IVF during the COVID-19 pandemic, I never felt alone with having to attend visits without my spouse because of the safety measures. From the beginning, we felt like she took time to listen to us, explained next steps thoroughly, and we never felt like we were just being rushed through a process, or just another infertile patient. I’m leaving this review because fertility is a very personal journey and it’s going to be long one, you want to be comfortable and feel like your doctors and team care about you, that you matter! ACRM did not fulfill that for me, I felt alone in my first IUI process I didn’t feel important I felt like a number, I didn’t feel like my story mattered I was just another patient! Listen to your gut I knew it wasn’t the right fit for me, changing clinic’s was the best decision I ever made! I found a team who cares about me, makes me feel comfortable, listens to me, wants to get to know me! Your journey is something that should matter to your doctor and your team! My second IUI was so much smoother at my new clinic, I had so much less anxiety and I felt support for everyone! Very encouraging and positive, asked if I had questions, asked how I was feeling throughout my IUI process! Looking back I realized ACRM never asked me once if I had a question because they didn’t care, it was just in and out at every appointment, they were to busy rushing me to even give me a chance to ask a question! So listen to your gut, leaving ACRM was the best decision I ever made! Be an advocate for yourself don’t let doctors take advantage of you and not get the care you deserve!

I highly recommend Dr. Fogle at ACRM. We started our infertility journey in 2016. She and her team have been so honest, compassionate, and very detail-oriented as went through our IVF journey. We now have 3 children, 2 were conceived by IVF with Dr. Fogle. We could not thank her and the entire ACRM team enough for helping us complete our family. I cannot imagine life without them.
ACRM is an awesome facility with caring/professional staff who are focused on the patients. Dr. Calhoun and her entire nursing staff comforted and supported us through what was undoubtedly the scariest and most stressful experiences of our lives. From the very first phone call I made to set-up my appointment with ACRM I was in good hands. The incredible care that I received throughout my entire time with ACRM started with that first phone call.I was coming to ACRM incredibly grieved after a recent miscarriage and having just turned 40-years old. I was not in an optimistic place and was becoming scared I might never experience the joy of becoming a natural mother. The scheduling nurse carefully listened to my story as I alternatively rambled and cried and said Im going to make you an appointment with Dr. Patel, shes just the right doctor for you. Truer words have never been spoken.My first appointment with Dr. Patel felt like coming up for fresh air for the first time in a long time. She broke down my upcoming journey in a way that was relatable and made perfect sense. I hung up feeling like I couldnt believe that a doctor cared so much and took so much time to make me feel like a human being. That was true of Dr. Patel through every step of my fertility journey. There were some days of joy and excitement and many days of tears and through every single one of them Dr. Patel put my humanity first and helped me to be courageous in the difficult times and optimistic in times of doubt.The nursing team was just as incredible. Every time I went to ACRM they greeted me like a long lost friend and made me feel so comfortable, seen and heard, no matter what the procedure was. In the time period before I started IVF but after I had received my first protocol and medications, I sent Nurse Melissa an e-mail asking if she was able to jump on the phone at any time that week and walk me through some questions I had. She replied immediately and said Ill call you in an hour. And she did. It was always like this and I have never felt so taken care of as a patient but also as a person.On 11/11/2021, we transferred my last embryo and on 11/27/2021, a positive pregnancy test came back! On 12/22/2021, I graduated out of ACRM and with a tearful goodbye to both Dr. Patel and Nurse Melissa, I am beginning my motherhood journey. I couldnt see the rainbow at the end of the storm but Dr. Patel and my Care Team kept their eye on it the whole time and guided me toward having all my dreams come true.
The staff at ACRM are so professional and caring. It is because of Dr. Patel’s patience and expertise that we decided to pursue in vitro. She understands all the stress that comes with this process and made sure we got the attention we needed and answered all our questions. Didnt have to wait too long to get an initial IVF appointment in 2021 despite the pandemic. had several procedures done here to give my uterus the best possible chance for success. had a successful egg retrieval and my first embryo transfer worked, which i did not anticipate at all!!! genetic testing was absolutely worth it.dr. tiegs and the entire staff at ACRM made the horrible experience of infertility more navigable. they are knowledgeable, compassionate, and gave me back hope. my little sci-fi baby arrived in oct 2022 perfectly healthy and I couldnt ask for anything more. i will gladly use them again when it comes time to grow our family!
ACRM is amazing! They have the best customer service Ive experienced at a doctors office. The nurses are incredibly responsive for appointments, questions, etc. Dr. Fogle was great! She was very balanced and honest with her approach and recommendation and created a protocol based on my personal situation. You could tell she cared and wanted the best outcome possible. We are so grateful for ACRM! Dr. Fogle and her team are absolutely amazing! Dr. Fogle is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and straight forward. We struggled with infertility and tried to conceive over a decade with no results. Dr. Fogle was extremely confident that she could help us get our baby and she was absolutely right. ACRM and Dr Bonnie Patel are very professional and simply the best fertility clinic. Success as we have a sweet baby boy. They truly were a huge part of our fertility journey.
The doctors are great, the nursing staff members are also great. They made me very comfortable during my care. Everyone is thoughtful and kind. And if youre a current and paying patient they have everything in order and take good care of you. Some very sweet folks work there.I have however had issues with their administrative staff. Ever since they started making the move to a new building as they expand I cant seem to get someone do to something as simple as fax over a corrected test order to the hospital so it can be correctly billed against my insurance. Patient Accounts never answer the phone, they require you to leave a message and they get back to you...eventually. Thats after driving down to the office and standing there asking for help I couldnt get over the phone. They are always kind on the phone, they just dont have it together and it may end up costing me $1800 that insurance is supposed to cover. And thats on top of all of the money we spent with ACRM for treatment. I understand that I am not getting treatment at this very moment, but that doesnt mean that their excellence for current patients should disappear when admin is handling the after treatment process. No ill will here, just frustration and a desire to warn others about making sure everything is in order and your required diligence if it isnt. This issue has taken way to long to resolve...and it isnt even resolved yet.
This past Monday I graduated from ACRM to start seeing my OBGYN for my first pregnancy. I saw the wonderful Dr. Fogle and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. Through the entire process, she was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always had a way of putting me at ease. With that said, every doctor I saw during my process was wonderful, always willing to answer my many questions. ACRM truly is the best in the country. Dr Fogle was amazing during my entire experience at ACRM and I could not recommend her more! I thought I would never have a baby, and now I have 3 beautiful biological children. I love the team of physicians and the staff at ACRM. Everyone treats you with compassion and respect. I never felt like I was encouraged to take any particular path with growing our family, but was given the freedom to decide when and what happened with my treatment. I began diagnosis and treatment in 2011 and am still going there to hopefully get pregnant with baby number three. My family wouldnt be the way it is without these wonderful people. I am grateful for all that they do.
ACRM is absolutely wonderful. From their front office people, financial teams, to the techs, nurses, NPs, surgical teams and doctors they all care a great deal. As well as they make someone available to help you 24/7 if needed. They work with your schedule and financial needs better than most doctors offices. I found this especially true about my Dr., Dr. Calhoun and her team. They constantly checked in on me, answered all my questions and emails (on the same day) and kept me posted about my schedule and procedures. Dr. Calhoun was amazing. She listened, answered questions in way we would understand and was so kind and sweet during this whole process of finally getting pregnant. I am so thankful we found her. Excellent services from doctors, nurses and most of the staffs (The reason I said this because I did not have good experiences with the front desk ladies at the Perimeter office). Anyway, I received treatments from dr. Fogle and she was an excellent doctor. She walked me through the plan and explained it to me in a detailed manner. I also love how positive and professional she was. Oh and the nurses were also caring and great. As a result of my treatments, I am now a mother of two beautiful babies. It was a long journey but it was well worth it.
I had an incredible experience at ACRM. Appointments were quick - never waited long. Nursing staff and lab staff is incredible. Dr. Patel had an incredible bedside manner and was more then willing to schedule calls to guide us through the process, answer any questions, etc. Could not recommend them enough.
Where should I start? Right when I decided to start treatments with ACRM I was broken and in total dismay because I thought that this was going to be a long and drawn out journey, and still wondering if the treatments at ACRM was going to work. However, when I had my first consultation with Dr. Stephanie Smeltzer all that worry and anxiety went away. Dr. Smeltzer assured me that even with my condition of having PCOS that I will get pregnant! (The positivity from her was amazing) Dr. Smeltzer and the Smeltzer Careteam which also includes Lindsey, Brinq and Jordyn were all phenomenal doing the entire journey and they are all so patient. I will email the Smeltzer Careteam everyday and they will respond in a timely manner with the answer to my question and they were not rude. They honestly made me feel like I was apart of their team. With all that said, I am happy to announce that with the recommended treatments that were given to me from Dr. Smeltzer, my husband and I are expecting our first child this spring (spring 2022). I will like to first thank Jesus Christ for Dr. Smeltzer and the Smeltzer Careteam for all they did for my husband and I. We are still in total shock and off the roof happy! I recommend ACRM for any and all infertility needs and I highly recommend Dr. Stephanie Smeltzer for anyone who is looking for a great fertility specialist, I promise you will not be disappointed!!

My wife and I had gone through 3 transfers at another top notch facility and had no success( not blaming anyone). So, we decided to change venues and came to ACRM and were seen by Dr. Robin Fogle.Dr. Fogle seemed to have a grasp of our situation from the beginning. She listened ( important) to our worries and concerns and we felt at ease immediately.IVF was pretty much the best option for us and Dr. Fogle recommended a course of treatment and now wife is now 4 months pregnant with our first baby and we could not be any happier.There were other doctors that we saw, or spoke with during the course of our treatment such as: Dr. Sue Carpenter, Doctor Bonnie Patel, the doctor in charge of the lab( sorry, cant remember the name) and they were all wonderful.The nurses that assisted throughout, from answering questions on the phone, in person or in the operating room were impressive.Our thanks and gratitude goes to everyone at ACRM that was a part of our journey.

I cant recommend Dr. Patel enough! I was referred to her to freeze my eggs prior to treatment for breast cancer. Dr. Patel heads up an oncofertility program at ACRM specifically for cancer patients. Shes not figuring it out as she goes, she knows what shes doing and is ready to get started Day 1 knowing that timing is so important. Shes compassionate, knowledgeable, available and does everything she can to try to preserve fertility. Additionally, her staff was very easy to work with and make the process not only tolerable, but joyful. Im so glad I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Patel.
Dr. Patel and her team are awesome! I felt so fortunate to be under their care as my husband and I went through our (successful) IVF procedure. Be sure to thoroughly review what your insurance will cover!
I could not speak more positive words with my experience with ACRM and Dr. Calhoun. Every step of the way was informative and well planned out and I never left her office with any questions. She was an absolute treasure and I recommend her and ACRM to anyone I ever come in contact with that would need these services. My two beautiful girls are sitting here with me as I write this and I am oh, so thankful!
After so many tests and failed IUIs we moved on to IVF. I paid upfront nearly $15,000 for a freeze all cycle. Twice now when I’ve decided to move forward with the cycle I have already paid for, the response has been that my account balance has fallen another $3000 when I’ve had no appointments.To move forward now I will have paid them $21000 for One freeze all Cycle!!Take your money somewhere else, because it is NOT SAFE here!You are a number here. Your appointments will rarely, and only by coincidence, be with your doctor. They give you the highest doses of medicines for IVF because otherwise they’d have to actually pay close attention to each of you and see how you are responding and adjust accordingly. These higher doses costs more and leave you more vulnerable to negative side effects.
We are so thankful for Dr. Fogle and ACRM! Our first child was through IUI and the second IVF and in both experiences we received excellent care.
I wish I could go back in time and tell myself the family we always dreamed of comes true! That we created two perfect embryos and one split into identical twin girls. That the twins were born in December 2021 and are as healthy as can be! That they are now one month old and laying on my chest as I’m typing this. That everything is going to work out thanks to Dr. Fogle.We chose to work with her based on a recommendation from my OB and I am so thankful we did! She was always caring and had a vested interest in a positive outcome for us. She was also real and honest as we hit bumps along the way, and I appreciated that the most. We put our family’s trust in her and she brilliantly delivered.I am giving Dr. Fogle the 5 star review. Like many have said, we did have communication trouble with the front desk and miscommunication issues with her staff. Once I stuck to email and stopped trying to call everything went much smoother. If I emailed Dr. Fogle directly she always got back to me the same or next day. Just keep that in mind before you start the process and it will save you some headaches. I highly recommend her if you are looking to start your fertility journey!
After about 4 years of trying to conceive we decided to give ACRM a shot. Dr. Fogle was very warm, caring and understood my individual medical restrictions and how to work with them. The process of IVF is known to expensive and time consuming but the clinic helped make it as stress free as possible. Most appointments didn’t take longer than 30 minutes, many even less. What we appreciated the most during our time at ACRM are good communication, thorough tests, and ultimately a successful pregnancy.Thank you again for helping couples and families!
A work colleague told me about her experience with Dr Fogle when I confided in her we were struggling to get pregnant after a miscarriage. We started seeing her in March 2019.From the start, I absolutely loved Dr Fogle. It was important to me that I not feel like my fertility specialist was sugar-coating our prospects. The roller coaster of hope then disappointment as we had tried to get pregnant on our own had left me emotionally drained. Dr Fogle always laid out our options clearly, and perfectly balanced empathy and honesty. When I felt there was no hope waiting for us around the corner, she emotionally kept us going. She really put in *work* (both of heart and mind) to help us grow our family.We went through many procedures—IUIs, egg retrievals, surgeries, and embryo transfers. The staff were always available to answer our questions (clinical, billing, scheduling) and we always felt well cared for. We never felt like we were on our own.Looking back, struggling with fertility was so difficult. But I am so,so thankful for my experience with Dr Fogle & everyone at ACRM.
I’m writing this review on the first anniversary of our very successful IUI treatment. Our chance of conceiving naturally equaled 1 percent each month (I wasn’t ovulating) - our daughter has just turned 3 months. Our experience with ACRM was very positive. From the first interview with Dr. Fogle, we felt well taken care of. The staff members were very professional - clear, concise, to the point. I would definitely recommend ACRM to anyone with difficulties having a baby.
We worked with Dr.Fogle and with Dr.Patel . Both are fantastic and very knowledgeable. We are happy with the whole ACRM team. We visited the perimeter center location. Plan your financial budget / Insurance well in advance and track all the bills. sometimes you need follow up with the accounts team to verify the bills.Overall believe the doctors team, follow the protocols correctly and be patience. you are in good hands.
The two most important things to me in my search for the right fertility clinic were superior labs and an experienced doctor. I got both those things in choosing ACRM. Dr. Fogle delivered information clearly and was always realistic and open with the plan. The ACRM perimeter office staff are welcoming, the facility is very clean/nice, and the OR experience with nurses, pre op, and post op was always excellent. The only area of opportunity for ACRM to improve is with proactive communication. At first I expected more hand holding through RX ordering, refills, post retrieval side effects, etc. Make sure you reach out as much as you need, and they will be responsive!
Hello I can’t be as excited as I am right now. I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant and still pushing. I started this process with Dr. Denis for a short period of time but ended with my girl Dr. Ashley Tiggs(The Best). I love the fact that they not just after the money. The team was so loving and caring about my situation and was determined to get the job done. I’m a hard stick when it comes down to giving blood but there was one nurse that took my blood every visit by my hand. I would like to say thank you to the whole team for making my dream of having my first baby at the age of 36 possible💜💜💜

Success! Mine took a bit long started journey in Feb 2021 and pregnant with my baby in March 2022 but that was because i did two egg retrievals and a travel break. Dr Bonnie Patel helped us through every step, not only explained the details on why and how every procedure is done but also her team is very very proactive in responding every question. We could not have asked for a better experience and team to work with through our infertility struggles. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, they were always just a phone call or email away. We were always provided with realistic ideas of the entire process and each individual procedure. It is nice finally having a medical provider that you feel like you can trust entirely with your pregnancy journey because they really are that well versed in your case and struggles. Dr. Fogle and the rest of the ACRM team were the perfect fit for us to finally get pregnant after years of not even having one positive pregnancy test. We look forward to seeing the team again for our second pregnancy journey.
I recently completed egg freezing with Dr Patel, the clinical side of ACRM is great, they are responsive and personal, I had a good experience with them. On the contrary, the office and billing staff are a mess, which makes the experience frustrating and confusing. A lady at the checkout desk (I think her name is Karen at the Perimeter location) has a bad attitude and is confused about what she needs to do. Their billing department is impossible to reach, I can never get thru over the phone and my email is left unanswered for over 2 weeks, someone said shed call me and never called. The list goes on....
Dr. Calhoun is the best doctor! She understands what you need and she will give you all options. I would recommend her to anyone that is trying to navigate the parent journey and are having trouble conceiving.

My wife (and I) are patients of ACRM and Dr. Robin Fogle. We struggled for several years with fertility issues, some luck and some anatomy, but struggled is the key word. Fast forward to the end, we are expecting a baby next year and we are so excited. This may seem obvious, but do not make a decision fertility treatments or clinics lightly or with rose colored glasses. This was/is an incredibly difficult, and yes, expensive, process. I cannot recommend enough that you research and talk to as many people who have first hand experience/knowledge as possible. Everyone’s experience is different and I do not know what yours will hold, but if you’re reading this it’s safe to say you feel your missing something and are looking for help. Because it’s difficult, because it’s science and medicine, because it’s expensive, because it is emotional, and for a myriad of different reasons, it’s paramount that you trust and respect your doctor. Dr. Fogle absolutely fit the bill for us. She is smart, professional, interested, energetic, and available...that last part is very important! (she even called us while she was on vacation with an update and to check on us - not typical). You are going to have ups and downs, successes and failures, even questions and disagreements, so it is critical that you are with a doctor and a team you feel totally comfortable with. Dr. Fogle, her team, fellow doctors, and Mikesha (the best fertility nurse in the world), worked very hard, even when things didn’t always go well, to listen to my wife and me, to make sure we understood as much as possible. They were there to address issues as they came up...and it’s life and medicine, they come up. I thought having a baby may not be in the cards for us, especially after COVID messed up our first transfer, so the fact that we are expecting is amazing, numinous even. I don’t know if that would have happened without ACRM and Dr. Fogle. She’s great, her team is great, their facilities are clean and comfortable and they are attentive. I can, and do, sincerely recommend ACRM and Dr. Fogle to people who ask and do it without hesitation. Lastly, I would discourage you from picking a doctor because you think they will get you pregnant, pick one because you believe they will care about you and your family and treat you properly. They truly care about you and helping you through this tough and unknown journey. I had such a pleasant experience and never felt that I was just another patient. Thank you Dr. Calhoun and ACRM! I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Fogle and I am glad that I was able to get an appointment with her since I didnt know any of the doctors. Shes very caring, patient and straightforward at the same time. She left no stone unturned and got a whole picture about my health and my chances of conceived naturally. At the end we decided for IVF due to may age (41) and I was very happy that I was able to conceive on the first try. This all happened during pandemic so there was a slight delay but overall it still happened pretty fast. I went to the clinic in February 2020 and I got pregnant in August and 2020.I was so happy she recommended the genetic testing of the embryos that can rule out any embryos that have any sort of genetic issue and therefore would most likely end in a miscarriage . Im currently 26 weeks pregnant and Im so very grateful for going to this clinic and meeting Dr. Fogle. I would recommend her to any of my friends who have trouble to conceive naturally.
If youre looking for timely, conscientious service for a matter as sensitive and emotionally charged as fertility testing and interventions, ACRM is NOT the place for you. The only satisfying interaction I had was with Dr. Smeltzer. The office people or nurses or whomever are just the most unresponsive. Half the emails they share on their prerecorded voice-mail are defunct. And you can NEVER get anyone on phone, ever!!! Its always voice-mail, and good luck getting a call back despite the countless voice notes you leave. For an issue as sensitive as fertility, the lack of responsiveness has an uncanny ability to make a person feel SMALL and INSIGNIFICANT. Its a horrible feeling. I absolutely do not recommend ACRM. 1 star for the physician.
My initial consultation with Dr. Fogle went well and I had confidence in her. I also liked the nurses and patient care coordinator I worked with.However, this practice is absolutely TERRIBLE with communication, especially the billing department! To this day, I have been unsuccessful at getting a call back and actually talking to someone from billing. They do not care to answer questions but have no problems charging your credit card for bills! Until now I have never had issues with a hospital or private practice not returning calls on time. ARCM is the first and last!The fact that there isnt a patient portal and all communication is conducted via email is the main reason why I chose to leave and go to another provider. There isnt one place where patients can go to and see all their test results and drs notes. Everything is sent via email so if you want to share with your primary care physician or ObGyn, you have to fish through email chains. It is extremely inefficient and frustrating especially since most practices have patient portals. The last straw for me was when I was trying to get in touch with someone from billing to discuss how much I still owed, no one bothered to call me back. I called twice and left messages. I even waited weeks to hear back. Its unacceptable for patients to receive bills in the mail and have no one to ask questions and get answers from. It is unacceptable for billing to not call back and talk to patients!!!This process is already very emotionally and physically draining, and not having a secure and reliable portal really doesnt help our situations. The practice needs to invest in their patients and the practice by providing better patient care and workflow!
Best medical service I have seen so far!! Dr. Carpenter is phenomenal. She is very smart, caring and positive person. Excellent service from all doctors and staff. Result oriented medical service. First doctors office I have seen with seven days a week appointments so that you wont miss even a day in your cycle. Doctors and nurses are very responsive, generally answer within 10 hours. I would recommend this place to all who are trying to conceive.
Dr. Calhoun used her compassion and knowledge to make what was a scary and unknown journey to start, turned into a structured and pleasant one. All the staff at ACRM including the other doctors were so pleasant to encounter and really worked together a cohesive team. I always felt I had an entire care team which was critical when navigating uncharted waters. Thank you Dr. Calhoun and ACRM!
Money Hungry Incompetent Practice with No ResultsI have been waiting to write this review but can’t wait any longer, for women with fertility issues (like me) they should think before going to ACRM if they want to get a baby out of it. I started my fertility journey with a very low AMH blood test score at my OB/GYN. The fertility practice my OB/GYN recommended had a 6 month waiting list so I called around and ACRM had someone in a month. Should have realized then the lack of demand may be a bad thing. ACRM started with some tests (but I found out later they left many important tests off that should have been done). Multiple times they did the AMH blood test (all while I was still on birth control), every time I asked if birth control affected the results. Every time they would say no. Well ladies it does – if you want to get pregnant in the future, BC will affect you blood results! After getting pregnant on my own (unfortunately it was not a viable pregnancy), ACRM recommended to go straight to IVF. Took their advice and it was an utter failure and should never have gone as far as it did. Now I will go into comparison mode of ACRM vs my current fertility practice (will call CP). Results with CP = a viable pregnancy where I am in my 2nd trimester! OK IVF protocol differences…Days of injections leading up to extraction = ACRM - 14 vs CP - 11Dr visits with blood and ultrasound = ACRM – 8 vs CP - 3Had double the growth of # follicles and blood count on comparable days at CP vs at ACRMNumber of injections = ACRM – 3 nightly vs CP 1-2 injections (split morning and night)ACRM said injections could be given from 6-10pm at night vs CP had set time every morning and night (example 7am, 7pm with a 30 min range from that time). This keeps you from doing one injection at 6pm one day, and waiting 28 hours and doing a 10pm injection the next evening – ACRM said that was ok).When I was pregnant (on my own) and treated at ACRM (before doing IVF with them), they gave only progesterone - reactively vs CP gave estrogen and progesterone - proactively (with my viable pregnancy). For a practice that is looking to over medicate you, why not give the other important medication that is part of a viable pregnancy?ACRM had complete incompetent when it came to billing. With initial consultation to discuss pricing of IVF, the billing representative had not even called my insurance company to see what was covered. She was completely lazy and kept saying that certain things were not covered under insurance without knowing for sure. I had special fertility insurance and yes it was covered. I had to call myself after waiting a long time for all codes that would be filed under IVF treatment. It was a mess – that I finally fixed after hours on the phone with insurance. That should not have been my job.To give you an idea of how much ACRM cost, I hit my total out of pocket with my HSA in 2 months (Jan/Feb). That was starting the fertility extraction portion start of the year – never got past extraction as there were not viable embryos. I did the exact same extraction process the start of this year with my new practice and it is June and I am still thousands away from hitting my max out of pocket. That included extraction, implantation and 3 months of prenatal OB Dr visits. The amounts of visits and unnecessary fertility medications (one medication/very painful shot, that has not even been clinically proven to help). ACRM is ultimately ok with putting patients through more pain that is unnecessary and don’t give results. Know ACRM is able to get some patients pregnant there, but how many don’t? This is just my personal experience, but every time I tell my fertility story (and it is years longer than it should have been due to ACRM) and mention ACRM as a past practice, I hear nothing but horror vs success stories. Just needed to let others know in their fertility battle, so they can make that baby sooner with less pain and less money spent! Power to future mamas out there!
When I found Doctor Fogle I was at my absolute lowest in life. I had just miscarried my fourth pregnancy and mentally and physically I was a train wreck. You see, I had no trouble at all getting pregnant prior to meeting Doctor Fogle.. In fact, I got pregnant four times in thirteen months. But I lost every single one of them, with only one resulting in a “why”. We found out through a D&C that our third baby girl had Trisomy 22. When my husband and I sat down with Doctor Fogle for our consultation in March of 2018 I instantly felt relieved and knew I was in great hands. She is warm. She is extremely knowledgeable. And she genuinely cares about you as a person. Every encounter with her felt like a visit with an old friend. It also helps in this type of situation that she is not at all dry (like most OB-GYN or RE fertility docs) and has a sense of humor in the most appropriate way. By June of 2018 she had ruled out anything that could have caused all of our miscarriages. Testing mine and my husbands genetics for one, among many many blood draws (mostly for me), a saline sonogram procedure, and a semen analysis for him. In July 2018 I had my egg retrieval which produced eleven (YES! ELEVEN!!) healthy embryos. My husband and I were blown away with our results..but you see...unlike the other big name fertility docs down the street...ACRM and Doctor Fogle use Omnitropin (better known as human growth hormone) as a stim medication for women, such as myself, who are suffering recurrent miscarriage. It is also beneficial for those desiring to be a mother later in life. Research has shown that Omnitropin improves egg quality. I have no doubt in my mind that Doctor Fogle’s decision to use Omnitropin produced my two beautiful children. In May of 2019 my daughter was born and March of this year (2021) my son was born. I am eternally grateful to Doctor Fogle for making my dreams a reality.
We had an incredible experience with Dr Patel. Her and her careteam truly cared about us and were our biggest cheerleaders. Without them, our sweet Leo would not be here. We are forever grateful.
At first, I loved ACRM. They were helpful, attentive, and responsive...when I was paying north of 15k for IVF in 2016. I had remaining embryos and eggs stored there after my retrieval, which I always paid on-time through bills received from their office. A few years later, I ended up changing insurance companies upon beginning employment for an employer who offered fertility coverage. So, I received a standard storage billl from ACRM and contacted my insurance company to find out more about submitting it to them. I was told to have it submitted directly to them, so in turn I began leaving them messsages with ACRM in light of this instruction from my insurance carrier. I left 7 detailed messages over the course of 3 months. Not a single call back from ACRM. I did eventually receive a call, however, from a collections agency. Fast forward to several weeks later and additional messages to the only available number on any website or phone menu option (same dead end voicemail box I had been calling), and I finally receive a return call to tell me that I didnt actually call, and nothing will be done. Had I known the night and day difference of patient experience once the large sum was attained by ACRM, I would have just transported my embryos and eggs to an entirely different storage facility who actually responds to an obscene amount of voicemails and follow up on the patients end.
I really wish ACRM was accurate in what they tell patients. Their was an additional procedure we were told would occur at the same time as one but when we called to schedule it they decided needed done in front ( by a month) which then with insurance changes means I lose a lot that would be covered through insurance. Tell your doctors what they say matters in peoples planning. Otherwise process has been fine but as expensive as they are having their miscommunication cost me another 3k is very frustrating.
Dr. Patel and her team are very nice and patient.She responded my emails promptly, explained all the procedures and answered all my questions. They’re very supportive and care.I’m glad that I have chosen ACRM. Everything went well. I highly recommend Dr.Patel!
I have tried to get pregnant for some time, then I moved to Atlanta. I searched and found ACRM and the very amazing Dr. Smeltzer and her team.They really helped me out after my first ivf failed. They kept me in good spirits and I tried again which I was very discouraged and it was their encouragement And kind words.The very next ivf was positive and had me jumping with joy!!!! Thanks Dr Smeltzer and your team p.s outside of the doctors make sure you stay on top of fees bc we had big issues with secret and surprising fees they cleared it up but make sure you stay aware!!!!!
Dr Fogle and team are amazing. They made the whole IVF process easy. Now we have a beautiful, healthy baby boy!
They never talk to you face to face. Everything is an email exchange. Dr Fogle is insensitive and detached from her clients. She is judgemental and money oriented. The staff is not nurturing to the fact that women with fertility issues are dealing with frustration. They are extremely stoic. God bless you Dr. Fogle. May God bless this staff to remember their why because right now it is all about money. Heed my advice. If you are a single woman, do not get your iui here!
Dr. Tiegs is one of the most caring and capable physicians I have ever encountered. She has amazing bedside manner and made me feel at ease when previously I was completely scared of the whole process. Dr. Tiegs, RNs, CRNAs and all the staff are amazing. They were wonderful and caring. The staff was always quick to respond to my questions via email and would even call to offer more information and in depth explanations. This is one of the most personal and emotional journeys a woman (and partner) can undertake and Dr. Tiegs was there for me every step of the way. In her extremely capable hands I had the best outcome one could hope for. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She even called multiple times to make sure I was feeling ok and understood the whole process. This is above and beyond what I would expect from a physicians office. I am so happy I went to ACRM. Thank you Dr. Tiegs!
Pros: ACRM is a quality facility with research and seasoned doctors to back their practice. They are an offshoot of the parent company Centers for Reproductive Medicine which have different offices around the country. The doctors and staff are nice and the staff is responsive, at least through email.Cons: Since this is a good facility, they seem to want to squeeze as many patients as possible. It feels like youre a number and rushed through each appointment. Youre generally waiting at least 15-30 min each time you come in, even just for ultrasounds because theyre almost always behind. Our doctor is very nice however she seems to always be behind, which is frustrating because we come in from making time from work. Last time we came in for an IVF consult we were told she was running 20 minutes behind and when did get in, we had barely 20-25 minutes before we were pushed out (almost literally) because the doctor needed to see another patient. We were told to make a phone consult or email her with questions. This was frustrating for us because we came in with a lot of questions and IVF is a huge financial and emotional investment. After waiting a month we wanted to feel comforted about undergoing the process but we left more uneasy than when we came. After this last experience and several others where we have had to wait long periods of time, we are unsure if we want to have IVF done here.Overall, the customer service in certain areas has definite room for improvement.
ACRM gave me both my babies! Parenthood wouldnt have been possible for my husband and I if it werent for the medical expertise of ACRM. In addition to successfully getting me pregnant with my son and now Baby #2, during the process they were so comforting and supportive of me during my fertility struggles that they became almost like family.They answered my numerous emails very quick and were always willing to provide me with advice and a hug when needed.It was hard to graduate from ACRM knowing that I dont have a reason to return to see the staff but its also great news because it means that my family is complete and my current pregnancy is a success!
I had a positive experience in 2015, but last year not so much. I had a different doctor that made me feel unimportant and like a check. my husband and I were told we needed to come in to have some test results given to us. I mentioned we have had these same results given to us over the phone several times and asked could that be done again. I was told we could do phone consult and set up a day and time. Dr. Patel was over an hour late, did not apologize, and had not read our chart as she had many details incorrect. she wanted me to come in for additional testing from a test I took in 2015. I asked why now, as it was not a concern in 2015 and I had a healthy baby in 2016. she said my numbers were kind of low but still in the correct range. so why do I need to come in? I asked for the results she called to give me and was told everything was fine. from wanting me to come in for no reason and wanting us come in for results we could get over the phone, it was beginning to seem like a money grab situation. I found out that was true when I got a bill in the mail less than a week later for almost 300 dollars that was not submitted to my insurance company. I was told this was out of pocket, which was never mentioned, let alone that a fee would apply. when i complained, she knocked off 50 bucks, never called and had her billing department deal with it. I guess since I wasnt going to be a top dollar chart she had no time for me. like others have said, run. this doctor just wants your money.
Great overall experience with ACRM and its staff. Dr. Fogle demonstrated a genuine level of care and understanding in addition to an impressive level of preparation and skill throughout our journey with ACRM. We feel very fortunate to have been in such great hands.
Amazing experience and fantastic team! We worked with Dr. Fogle and her care team and couldnt be happier. The entire group - Michelle, Meagan, Sherri, Ja Nell, Abelina, Tymeka - have been so attentive to our needs during this pandemic. The process was an emotional roller coaster, but they guided us through it and made us feel comfortable.
I got a referral from my ob and had a consultation with Dr. Carpenter everything went well until checkout. The referral from my OB was completely complementary so I wasn’t supposed to pay anything or have anything filed to my insurance but they still filed it to my insurance. I feel if my OB is referring patients to them COMPLEMENTARY should really mean COMPLEMENTARY. I feel it was a scam and idk if I would be returning or refer others to this practice because it’s all about money.
We have had a great experience with the nurses and doctors (shout out to both Dr. Calhoun and Dr. Patel, the ones we saw the most). We cannot thank the whole team enough for giving us a chance at our dreams and a little one on the way.
I really like this place a lot. Everyone is professional and kind. I am only giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 for 2 reasons. First, I chose the Marietta location for my services. Of course there are some services that are only available at the main office in Atlanta and that is understandable. However, my issue was that I found that there were also MANY MANY times on weekdays when the Marietta office (which just happens to be 15-20 minutes from my home-super convenient) was not even available for routine blood work or ultrasounds. So I either had to make the long early morning drive to Atlanta or when it was acceptable to do so, I would have to postpone these tests to a later date. I will say that staff were never unkind or short on patience with my frustration about having to reschedule.Secondly, when I had my initial consultation with the doctor it was explained to me in detail that my chances of achieving pregnancy and a live birth at the age of 44 with my own eggs was very low even with IVF and nearly impossible without fertility assistance. I appreciated the doctors candidness with what statistics were for my age range but I never could come to grips with the fact that it really never seemed to make a difference in those statistics that my blood work revealed much better odds including good hormone levels, egg reserve, etc. Because of those odds we opted to not waste our money on the IVF (we were told that even with IVF odds were only 3% in our favor and we didnt have $50-$100k to spend on multiple attempts to increase our odds when things failed after the 1st attempt). We already have one son and one of our reasons for inquiring about IVF because of frequent miscarriages in the past but we were also hoping to have the option to choose gender and as most people we hoped for a daughter to go with our son. The first we chose the inexpensive medication Femera and some blood test monitoring with ultrasounds and nothing happened, actually I ovulated earlier than what I was told to start monitoring so even though we made a last ditch effort, it was a failure. The second month we did nothing special with drugs or treatment and I got pregnant immediately, and did not miscarry. We did chromosome testing and the baby is healthy. Apparently the odds of conception and live birth arent so impossible for everyone in my age group. I wish there was a better balance between statistics and an individuals personal factors based on diagnostic results where those that were as healthy as my own are taken into consideration. Because all I heard sitting in that office and still ringing in my ears when I left the consultation with the doctor was that I might as well give up on ever having another child (unless I wanted to use donor eggs) but thankfully that was not my experience. The only treatment that they suggested that was different and may have made the difference and may have been the reason that I did not miscarry this time was that I was advised to start taking CoQ10 because it improves egg quality. I do believe that with all of my other labs being better than the average that the one supplement was all it took to make the difference.If there is anything I would say to someone in their 40s and hoping to have another child naturally is to be real about your own personal situation but do not let statistics discourage you and make you feel that no one has babies, or that if they do, that they arent healthy babies when they are my age without the help of advanced fertility treatments because obviously that is only a statistic based on the known factor of the number of people in our age range who seek fertility assistance and not a solidly known fact. We dont really know how many people in their 40s attempt and succeed or fail at having a baby without medical assistance because of several factors. Many people finished having families in their 20s and 30s and consider their families complete and arent trying to have more children and still many others who do want children choose not to seek assistance.

ACRM is very very bad when its comes to payment, they send patients to collection without receiving any insurance companie payment, this is a true story guys, I will never ever go there nor refer them to anyone I know. They are very very bad; also the billing department never answer or return calls as they said on their voice mail, they do that only to put patients in collection. I dont advise anyone to go to this place trust me guys they are horrible...I did not get the result a was expecting nothing at all, I was never asked what day was my period started or ended, they kept saying that my eggs are small but did nothing to help the situation, they are only focusing on how to make money not to see how they can resolve patient problems.

Great experience with ACRM, the doctors, nurses, and office support staff. Always responded promptly whenever I had a question or concern, walked my husband and I through each step of the process thoroughly, felt individual care and attention that this emotional and physical situation warrants.
Do not spend your money here. Get a second opinion! We went almost two years ago and we were told we only had a 2% chance of getting pregnant. Dr. Patal offered all of her recommendations (which were thousands of dollars). We spent nearly $2000 here and didn’t need too. We are now pregnant with our second child (naturally) within a year and half. Don’t listen to them. All they want is your money!!!

I was excited for transfer only to be told No.... they want u to spend more money on things that u don’t need !!! They are not honest beforehand . However I emailed the nurse Megan and can’t even get a response but they got my money and that’s all they care about !! Please shop before fooling with ACRM!!
Dr. Fogle is everything you would want in a doctor. She’s patient, thorough and extremely intelligent, all while being sensitive and respectful of your plan. I sincerely appreciate all of her help and would recommend her to anyone!
I cant recommend Dr Fogle and her staff enough! I am so thankful for all of their knowledge, professionalism, and for answering all my questions so promptly. And most important, walking me through a very tough process with heart and patience. It has taken me 4 years to write this. Please do not waste your time or money! The day I was scheduled for my procedure, Dr. Denis was 2 hours late! He came in, NEVER apologize, rushed my procedure, then was gone. I have given this company almost all my savings! You are just dollar signs to them. Dont do it, go elsewhere!!!

I cannot believe that I went there and took the afternoon off try doing something about my lady not getting pregnant paid $145 I was told that I only had 20 mns to provide my sperm however when I got there they made me wait an hour and a half before collecting it from me did not get a callback never heard back from anyone this place thrives on peoples miss fortune it is unethical and disgraceful to use such methods to make money never even spoke to an actual doctor

They are ALWAYS running late, so be prepared to exceed your appointment time. Especially on the weekend. Staff is polite, but not very friendly. I guess if it gets the job done, than its worth it though.
Sadly, it seems to be a good practice because I am just starting with them but I am highly disappointed that the reviews I read here are just the exact of my experience with bad customer service. Calls are not returned in a timely fashion and even when I and my spouse call for a simple result we’re told to call back multiple times, asked to call back after hours, and not to mention the rudeness and unprofessional response. Bad customer service!
They work very inefficiently. They charge a lot and don’t refund you even you ended the service much earlier. I requested my medical records and it took them almost 2 months to finally find my records and I sent numerous emails to inquire. Not recommend at all. Bad service and very high charge.
It took us a lot of effort to get there but ACRM was great. grateful to all the staff that helped us achieve a little one.
They continue to bill me for bills that have been paid and now attempting to send to collections despite proofs of payment. Cant get anyone to answer the phone, call me back, or respond to emails to resolve
