Had a wonderful encounter with Dr.Gates. He gave me his full attention. Most doctors dont listened to you. I have repeatedly complained to a specialist about the same medical problem, but nothing has changed. When I brought it up to Dr.Gates, he took immediate action. After discussing it with my specialist, we are now in agreement. My diagnosis was accurate, thanks to Dr. Gates, and I am now at last feeling some comfort.
I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING THEREHes not professional, dont let his appearance fool you. At 1st he appeared to be calm and a good listener, taking notes etc... but hes not a good physician, Im wondering if he is really one. Ive worked on the medical field before, this is the 1st timw on my entire life Ive seen a physician that BAD ( Im not exaggerating)1- he wanted to explain to me the mechanism of my condition, but he was using the wrong medical terms2- as far as I know, when a Dr propose a treatment plan, you should also give the patient some alternate treatments. And the patient as the right to refuse. This guy didnt wanna give any alternatives. You have to do what he says, thats it. Once I refused his treatment plan, he was mad, he said he cannot do anything for me and asked me to go see another physician3- I was the one who told him what drug he should prescribe,( it is a well-known drug) , he had to look it up on google because he didnt know the drug4- he doesnt seem mentally stable, he went to the front desk and told his wife that I said something I didnt say ( like a kid). Thats very unprofessionalHer wife is the receptionist, she is so sweet, she was the one trying to understand why I came to the clinic for. I sincerely feel bad for herPLEASE, AVOID DR Gates AT ALL COST
Dr. Gates recently performed an autopsy on my sister, after his diagnosis he had concerns about our family genetics he stressed concerns and took action my other sister and I visited his practice to have a physical done. He is very caring, patient, knowledgeable, offers great advice and thorough with his exams. I highly recommend him. His wife was very welcoming and professional.
On March 22 , 2024 I Contacted Dr.Gate .Explaining about a Health concern . He explained somethings to me that should happen with my treatments before this concern . I Thanked him for his honesty and now I know what questions to ask the next treating physician. This man is a God sent to everyone who come in contact with him . May God keep blessing and keep you safe . Mrs.PVB
Dr. Gates, in my opinion, is a nut job. Please do not go to him. I had an appointment (my 2nd) and we were just standing next to the counter where you sign in. First of all, his wife is his secretary, and she is very kind. I feel for her living with him. He made a mistake in his memory, and I said something that brought it to his attention, and he started waving his arms around and yelling at me. He told me to quit talking over him, and I just stood there flabbergasted. I bet I hadn’t even spoken five sentences and he started screaming at me and I am not exaggerating, it was like he just lost control and he told me to get out of his office or he would call the police. I just stood there in tears came to my eyes, because I couldn’t believe what was happening. I beg you, do not go to him. I think you will be very disappointed. My first appointment with him didn’t go quite as badly. Quite the God complex.
Dr. Gates treated my mother today. We were really impressed with his bedside manner and his genuine concern for how she was feeling and what he could do to help. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, exceptionally kind, funny and a breath of fresh air. Once he diagnosed the issue, He involved her in the discussion regarding her options. He explained what he was prescribing and why. He asked that we follow up with him and let him know how she’s feeling in the next day or so. We would highly recommend Dr. Gates to anyone needing great medical care or searching for a primary care provider! Thank you so much Dr. Gates for going above and beyond for my mother!!
Dr. Jackson is exceptional and extremely knowledgeable healthcare professional! He takes his time with his patients and practices compassionate quality care with his geriatric patient. Dr. Jackson explained his diagnoses in detail and as a caregiver, I was ensured that my mother was provided the best standard of care by Dr. Jackson himself. If I could give more stars I would, he has awesome customer service and wants the best for his patients.
After being seen by many doctors I found Dr. Gates. He treats me for everything from hypertension to pain management. I have been seeing him for 5 years and he gave me my quality of life back. He always takes time to listen to me, cares about you and your medical issues. I never have a problem getting an appointment. he doesnt over book so you dont have to wait for hours. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Gates. I dont plan on ever having to go to another doctor. all of my medical needs are met. hes a kind and caring doctor!
I called to schedule one of our patients to see Dr. Gates. Dr. Gates answered the phone which was a little odd. Where is your staff? He was extremely rude, barely gave me a chance to speak and demanded to talk to our doctor, stating he doesnt want to talk to me. I kindly told him never mind. We will not be referring patients here. I hope he has better bed side manners with his patients.
This guy is a strange one to say the least. I went in saying I had back pain and to establish a primary care physician. He said he could do primary and I’d need to get an MRI and pay $350 and then $200 each additional month to treat back. I said okay. I set up an MRI and called him back to see what I should get the MRI technician to focus in on. Rudely, the ‘doctor’ asked who ordered the MRI and I said I thought he had. He then said that I had come in for primary care and I said I did but also back pain which he said he could help. Abruptly he said that I need to get another doctor. It was crazy, but I will gladly do that after seeing his complaints and history. His office is a joke. He is his receptionist and nurse. The office is strewn with random pieces of equipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It’s a joke of a place and water has found its level. One is too high of a rating. Dr. Gates, you might want to visit a psychiatrist and hire a cleaning person
Dr. Gates really helped me. I have been going to many doctors for health issues complaining about the same symptoms for years. Most doctors stay in the room less than 5 mins and never really listen to the concerns of patients. Dr Gates, thoroughly listened to my concerns and decided to do something about it that no other doctor cared to do. He expressed his concerns, did some lab work and referred me to the right specialist where i was eventually diagnosed. After years of complaining about my symptoms to other Physicians FINALLY a doctor cared enough to listen to me. Glad to know there are still good doctors out here like Dr. Gates. THANK YOU DR GATES
Dr Gates is awesome. He listens to your concerns and issues encourages patients to maintain a active role in their healthcare holding themselves and physician accountable. His knowledge in medicine is amazing.I am truely blessed to have such a caring Doctor.Thank you for giving me back my quality of life.

The internet has become a platform to slander!! Please note many of those seekers have been victimized by pill mills and it is now difficult to place them in a low risk management cycle !!! Visit my practice website for Dr Gates to review policy regarding appropriate chronic opiate therapy! No pill mill here; no combination of Benzodiazepines (Xanax, klonopin) ,barbiturates, opiates, soma, morphine, fentanyl etc-- that routinely cause the death of patients due to overdose. It has to stop and it starts with stopping rogue doctors who routinely accept patients who abuse or misuse opiates. Dont forget, DR GATES practices primary care medicine And Pathology, with emphasis on preventative care and early detection of disease before advanced stages!! Not a HIGH RISK OPIATE PRACTICE
I was so excited when I met this precious doctor.Had been going to him over three years.Well last month month he let me go.He saysmy other doctor does not keep i touch with him.Hog wash.My daughter also has seen him for years. There are a lot of things I could say about him that would rock his world.but I choose not to.Just want him to know I will not tell anything. And i want my records from you
Needed a walk in legitimate pain management physician and found Dr. Gates. He helped me out and Im so glad I called him.
He should be reported to the board for sharing false “educational” videos with the public. That’s assuming he’s an actual licensed medical doctor.
Great Dr. Ive seen him a few times and hes the best and will see you fast
He wouldnt even see me and i have documented chronic pain. What a joke
Does not care about the welfare of patients
