My experience with Kindbody ended with a pregnancy after one round of IVF. Because of that and the kindness of the staff, I would give five stars. My only reason for four stars is because I think it would be beneficial to patients, particularly those who are going through IVF for the first time, to have a more personalized one on one visit with a nurse or provider to talk about the process from start to finish prior to beginning treatment. The information they provide through the portal and at each appointment during treatment is nice, but it would have relieved a lot of the stress and worry of the whole process to have been able to discuss more of the particulars of my personalized plan from the beginning.
I’ve had a truly awful time with Kindbody over the past year. The worst thing I experienced was the day we found out I was miscarrying and the only person in the office was the sonographer. Our appointment was at 9am and she tried to contact Dr Cain who did not answer her phone. We finally got a call at 5pm from Dr Cain to confirm. Yes, 8 hours later. She said she was busy doing virtual appointments. She couldn’t have taken the 10 minutes she spent on the phone with me earlier in the day to say I was miscarrying? This is just the worst among many other things:-Dr who performed first retrieval said she didn’t get all the eggs available which confused me. Asked Dr Cain about this and she said the other Dr was “probably confused and thought you were doing a duo stim”-still being sent invoices that have already been paid. Victoria Deak as mentioned in the replies to these reviews is no help-given 3 different instructions for the same medication by the same nurse-have been told by the same Dr that I do not have a clotting disorder, then that I do have a clotting disorder, then again that I don’t. How do I know what is true?-my intralipid infusion was not confirmed with the administering nurse until 30 mins before the infusion despite asking them to do this weeks earlier so I almost missed it-appointments are never scheduled by the front desk despite the nurses saying they’ve asked them to do it. There’s never any reason given why it isn’t done except “we’re looking into it”-lost my FMLA paperwork and didn’t tell me until 3 weeks later when I brought it in againI’ve sent my concerns multiple times to the main Kindbody email found on the front page of their website and have never received a reply so PLEASE do not reply to this review telling me to do that because it’s uselessEditing to say: even AFTER speaking with multiple Kindbody representatives I still received two bills for services that were not provided to me. One for embryo storage (I have no embryos) and another for an HCG wash that I’ve never had
When my husband and I first started at Kindbody Atlanta, we were so impressed with the modern and relaxed feel of the clinic. It was different from your traditional medical office setting. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The nurses, sonographers (especially Chrissy), lab techs, embryologist, and doctors (Garvin and Cain) all contributed to our success. We are now a few weeks away from our third trimester. Thank God! We journeyed through Kindbody for a total of 8 months. We had a very positive experience and we have recommended this clinic to others. Helpful IVF tips: If the doctor recommends procedures or exams, just do it!! Sometimes, the medications may have to be adjusted to work for your body (like 2-3 times), trust the process! Be open to suggestions and optimistic, it will happen! Ask all the questions you need to feel comfortable! Good luck on your journey!
My partner and I began our journey to start our family and arrived at the Atlanta Kindbody family. From the beginning of the process, Dr.Cain guided us step by step, making the entire process easy and very pleasant. They was so patient and explained everything from process to medication. Thanks to Dr.Cain and the wonderful team, we are waiting for our babies, my partner is already at 32 weeks and I am at 20 weeks. We are thankful for Atlanta Kindbody team! Best team ever all the personal are really nice and always very helpful during the process.
When my wife and I first visited Kindbody, we didnt really know what to expect. We were cautious due to dealing with a previous fertility clinic. Honestly, as soon as we walked in, we noticed that these negative feelings slowly melted away. Every person in this clinic, from the front desk, to the embryologists behind the scenes, and of course the nurses, ultrasound techs, and even the doctor, radiate positive energy. You actually cant walk into this place in a bad mood, Ive tried (Atlanta traffic). They have become more like friends to us than just our fertility team. It was their consistency of this positive energy and such a welcoming, peaceful environment that made us feel hopeful for the future. We graduated Kindbody and are excited to meet our Kindbaby in January! I cannot thank this team enough for what theyve done for us!
My husband and I cant praise Kindbody-ATL enough! We had started our fertility journey 5 years ago after my husband went through chemo. Due to not having the funds or our insurance covering it, we had to put babies on hold. That was until my job, Walmart added the fertility benefits to its insurance and that was how we found Kindbody-ATL. From the start it was fairly easy to get started even with the clinic over 300 miles away. We got connected with them in April of 2023 and had completed our first transfer in December of 2023 .All the staff were great and Dr. Cain was amazing. We were very fortunate enough to only have to do one cycle to get 8 viable embryos and only one transfer of one before we got our miracle baby who arrived on 8-23-24, healthy as can be. So we will be continuing with Kindbody to expand our family whenever that time comes
I started a journey with KindBody this year. Im a girl in Florida and have been working with the wonderful staff at the Atlanta office and I have never felt so protected, so safe, so heard as a woman in my 40s trying to become a mom. Everyone has answered my questions honestly. Told me the facts and the statistics. Kept my mind at ease. Never looked at me like I had two heads. Their support system is amazing. Their videos on how to do the various injections were so indepth I never had a question about what to do. I am grateful to be working with KindBody and cant wait for the next steps in creating my family. Thank you so much!
Because I had a benefit through my employer, I decided to use their services to test my fertility. Kindbody will tell you that you have reproductive issues that you do not have to make more money through testing such as advising you to get biopsies that you do not need. I was told my endometrium lining was extremely thick and this was a risk for endometrial hyperplasia and cancer. Always get a second opinion for any major issue in which I did by an OB-GYN. I found out that everything Kindbody told me they found was not true down to the measurements in the size and thickness of my lining. I found out that they push unnecessary testing to make money. Most importantly, they do not do their billing correctly or take it seriously for their patients. I have been billed an invoice from an April visit, paid for it, and it has still been showing as an unpaid invoice that’s still “processing” on Kindbody’s online portal. However, the payment had been processed for over 2 weeks and finalized on my financial institution’s end. Kindbody specifically says to allow one “business week” for all payments to finalize and I allowed two and still see no change. I have reached out to Kindbody through email and phone countless times to get the issue resolved with no luck. You pay an invoice and the portal will still show your balance as an “unapplied payment”. It is so disgusting how money hungry and predatory this company is. The mind games and stress that I have endured has made me so regretful of even using Kindbody’s services in the first place. Please stay away if you can. They do not take accountability and no one seems to know what they are doing.***Edit- the billing issue was resolved after countless calls and messages shortly after this review was written, however my point still stands with unnecessary testing.
We came to Kindbody because my husbands job has employer fertility benefits with them. I have had quite a complicated and long journey to becoming pregnant. Dr. Cain was so very knowledgeable but most importantly she gave me hope. I had a previous Dr. that wasn’t positive and made a lot of comments that ultimately made me feel like I wouldnt be successful in having a baby. Fertility is such a delicate matter and every single person is different. Dr. Cain worked hard to review my history and find the best auto-immune protocol for me to have a successful transfer! Currently 14w+2d pregnant and we couldn’t be more excited! Thank you to the Kindbody staff in Atlanta, Dr. Cain, Regina, Lou, Imani, Pam, Chrissy and every other staff member that encouraged me!
My experience with Kindbody fell far short of expectations. The care and transparency around my fertility treatment significantly impacted my health.Despite concerning signs and a history of miscarriage, Kindbody proceeded with IVF without a thorough evaluation. This resulted in a failed transfer, an ectopic pregnancy requiring surgery, and ultimately the removal of both fallopian tubes. The clinics focus on additional IVF cycles, without addressing the underlying issues, was disheartening. The lack of a direct contact number for urgent care added to the overall distress. This experience highlights the importance of patient-centered care, which I found lacking at Kindbody. I urge others to thoroughly research clinics that prioritize comprehensive care and informed decision-making.
Oh how thankful we are for Kindbody! But especially the ATL team!!! Without these sweet people we would have given up! But thanks to these amazing people we are currently expecting our sweet little miracle!!! Everyone was so patient and explained everything from process to medication! We got so many answers to questions weve had for years! We LOVE Kindbody and will never use anyone else for our baby journey!!!
My story is Long but here goes.I had been trying to conceive for years. But the odds were against me for several reasons. Financially I knew IVF was never an option. I have a closed tube, PCOS, high BMI, Hypertension, Pre Diabetes, lastly advanced maternal age. Oh yes SEVERAL factors. In October 2022 while doing my benefits thru my employer to my surprise they’d be covering IVF thru Kindbody. My heart was filled with so much joy I cried. I started with Kindbody November 2022 with a consult with Dr. Cain. She was so positive with hopes of getting me pregnant by March. I traveled to Atlanta in January 2023 to begin the process for my egg retrieval. My First transfer was in March which resulted in a negative pregnancy test. I cried so hard thinking my journey was over. The devastation was real. Dr. Cain called me within the week going over my protocol to see what may have went wrong. Advised me of some things that I could possibly try before my next transfer in July. I needed a mental break. I had my 2ND transfer with Dr. Sicily Garvin who is unfortunately no longer with Kindbody. I went into that one thinking another negative. A week later I took a test and I couldn’t believe my eyes a faint positive. I was shocked! This was confirmed by a blood test. Without Kindbody my little girl wouldn’t be here. From the virtual nurses from the start Anna Caputo. To the Atlanta team, Dr. Cain, Lu, Crissy the sonographer they were a breath of fresh air and the voices of hope. Yes with the other reviews communication can take time ect but you’ve got to understand they deal with so many patients at a time. I hope my story gives someone hope because for years I was hopeless. Dr. Cain I thank you so much! For your knowledge!-Chaniece R.
The Atlanta team was amazing! They made the process smooth and were always helpful in tough situations! Dr. Cain is very knowledgeable and has great bed side manner! Shout out to Imani, Lou, Pam, Chrissy and all the other staff members who made this journey possible for me and my husband we are forever grateful!
I had a fertility test at Kindbody in November. They scheduled a phone call a week later to give me my results. However, nobody called me. I tried calling them for weeks and they never once answered the phone. I called the emergency on call nurse line and told the person what was going on. They then put me through to the office my appointment was at. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they told me they would reschedule the phone call but then hung up before I gave them a date and time so nothing was scheduled. I once again could not get back in touch with them because they never answer the phone no matter what time of day I call. This is an extremely unprofessional business, it seems all they care about is getting you seen so they can collect the bill and never contact you again. To do an exam, tell me I have signs on PCOS in the exam, and then never give me my actual exam results is beyond ridiculous and careless. Now I have to pay for another exam somewhere else just to get my results for an exam I have already put myself through and paid for.
I went to KindBody last year to get my eggs frozen and had a really great experience with all the staff from the phlebotomist, Pearl, to the x-ray technician who was very gentle to the OBGYN who helped me manage my PCOS without me even asking! I also loved the ambiance and music. I didn’t go through with it because my insurance changed but if I ever get insurance that pays for fertility again, I’m going back to KindBody.
We came to Kindbody after our insurance changed our fertility benefits. It’s been a long journey for us to conceive, but Dr. Cain and team picked up where our other providers left off. They were able to get us situated with our FET and we had a successful transfer! The team was so great in getting us situated and helping coordinate cycles, medications, and the shots. We can’t thank Dr. Cain and the team at Kindbody enough for our amazing IVF experience.
I went here hoping they’d be different than 2 other Ob-gyn’s I had seen, but besides the trendy office, the care seems to be the exact same. They told me they were going to draw blood for one specific test, then I got a bill for multiple test. I only verbally consented to testing the one thing as I had just had multiple of the same tests done at my previous doctor. I messaged them about this and they didn’t do anything about it and sent my bill to collections. So thanks to Kindbody for misleading and overcharging me, now I get a reminder of my stupidity for trying out their trendy clinic about once a month in the mail from the collections agency.
We came to KindBody from out of town a year ago and Dr. Cain was AMAZING! After previous doctors and clinics overlooked important details, Dr. Cain brought a critical eye to my case and ultimately brought us success! The staff were incredible. They helped me coordinate everything for my travels in and out of Atlanta, and treated me with kindness and respect. I had some tricky protocols, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth. I cant thank KindBody enough!!!
My husband and I loved this place. Been there for a year but sadly we had to leave due to how far it’s from us. Dr. Cain and her team made it the best IVF experience we had so far. The clinic is so inviting; makes you feel right at home. I can say this clinic really cares about their patients. Thank yall again.
If you value time and communication, I’d pick a different facility. They barely respond on the patient portal and NEVER answer the phone. I read the not-so-great reviews before becoming a patient, but still decided to give them the benefit of doubt. The first red flag was them rescheduling my new patient appointment with less than 24 hours notice. More mishaps occurred along the way, but most recently it’s frustrating that I sent a message through the patient portal two weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.
Updating: a kind body rep reached out to me and facilitated a well women’s appointment for me. I appreciate the customer service and responsiveness.Had a great experience the first time with an annual exam. The second time was slightly less wonderful as I had to wait over a month for my Pap smear results. This year I went to make my appt and was informed they are no longer doing well woman’s exams at this location. That’s the sort of thing that they should notify patients of beforehand. It’s careless and clear that they don’t truly care about the patients.
Communication within this organization is an absolute joke. Beyond ridiculous. I am watching my best friend go to HELL AND BACK due to the lack of communication. Not only do I work in healthcare and can recognize the poor communication, I have also went through a fertility clinic to get pregnant. Fertility requires clear and precise communication and this clinic is lacking. Every single step of the way I have had to watch someone I love so much deal with the disgrace and neglect of this clinic. Do better Kindbody.
Kindbody was everything I could have ever wanted in a fertility clinic and so much more. I felt welcome and heard, understood and supported. They went above and beyond to ensure my process was as successful as possible. Dr. Garvin is simply amazing, and everyone from reception to phlebotomyis incredibly kind and encouraging. I highly recommend Kindbody to anyone on their fertility journey.
Regina promptly called me, and listened to the details of the issues I experoenced and formulated a corrective action plan to correct the issues. She followed up the next day to confirm the corrective action plans were currently underway and that other measures were taking place. I am honestly shocked with how quick she turned this situation around and how eager she was to listen, hear me out and apologize. That is a rare quality that will take her far.Old review: Wildly different experiences, lost results twice, they do not return phone calls/voicemails. They don’t take accountability or responsibility. Do not go here.
Kindbody (Atlanta) has been the worst decision I ever made in regards to my fertility treatment. You are not a person through this program; you are a number and easily forgotten. To begin, my treatment with Kindbody was dictated by my insurance provider therefore I had no other options aside from full self pay. Fertility treatment is a very delicate and sensitive process that requires kind, ORGANIZED, quality communication, and professional staff. Kindbody is not that place. I currently live 300 miles from Kindbody facility therefore I have to travel for appointments. (The things one will do to have a child, which is supposed to be a beautiful experience). Kindbody did not inform us that they were required by our insurance to obtain remote options, that were local to us for routine scans, therefore we traveled over 4,000 miles to obtain services over a 6 month period. Once the revelation was obtained (after 2 unsuccessful FETs) they scheduled me with a local provider. The day of my time sensitive scan we found out they could not complete the cycle scan at the facility Kindbody located. Unfortunately, Kindbody did not confirm this prior to my referral. Everything with fertility is time sensitive therefore this was discouraging. Last minute I was able to obtain scan through my OBGYN - one would think that is it. I sat at my OBGYN and witnessed the fax be sent to Kindbody and confirmed it was successful prior to my departure. Following my appointment at 10:30 I messaged Kindbody to notify them my scan was complete and I will be expecting a call with directions regarding my medications (that I should begin that night). Typically, Kindbody request they have till 7:00 PM to contact patients with medications instructions. I did not hear anything. By 7:30 I reached out to Kindbody to follow up. (contacting someone is impossible BTW - I had to call the emergency line). They reportedly never received the ultrasound therefore just didnt contact me at all. Again, were talking a delicate time line. They did not attempt to contact facility to obtain scan they just did absolutely nothing. Why? because I genuinely believe that patient care is non-existent at this facility. I am a paycheck. This is one of many instances where I have been forgotten or not contacted regarding important time sensitive fertility needs. Previously, I had to complete a pregnancy test following FET - it took almost 2 weeks for them to call with results. I called them multiple times with no response. Apparently, they suspected the results were misplaced and instead of calling me they just avoided me. YOU CAN NEVER GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE OR TO CALL YOU BACK. It took two months of leaving messages before anyone called me back to schedule an appointment. They rarely respond to direct messages through their portal. Not only do they not communicate with the patient, they don’t communicate with each other. No one is ever on the same page. I have requested a meeting with my insurance representative and their office manager and have not even received a courtesy call. Again, Fertility journeys are stressful enough. Do yourself a favor - find someone that does the job because they are passionate about providing fertility care. I do not recommend them. If I had a do over I would gladly self pay to prevent the stress and heartache this place has caused me and my family.
Dr. Cain, I am assuming you pick and choose who you give the utmost priority and care to because you failed me. I came to you hoping that you would deliver ALL the information to make our process successful, but you dropped the ball, and sadly, ownership is something you will not own up to. This whole clinic is a money scheme, and I am assuming they have to get three or four IVFs out of you to see a profit for them (Kindbody). You made this process emotionally draining and has contributed to my mental health, which this clinic caused with the poor service I received. If you are a woman seeking to become a mother and need IVF treatment, dont hesitate to get in touch with another clinic other than this one. Before coming here, I read the bad reviews but still wanted to give Kindbody a chance (shame on me) but I wasted precious time and money coming here. You know they always say don’t say you HATE something or someone, but I am sorry what you got me going through. I can verify that HATE is what I feel for this clinic. I have already reached out to the care team, so please don’t respond and say contact all of you (Kindbody) because the company has not rectified the problem; you are just trying to make it look good for the public, it’s all for image.
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Caine and her team at the Atlanta clinic! Throughout the entire process, we felt supported and heard. We are so thankful for the collaboration of Kindbody and WalMart. We were blessed with our sweet Theo in October after undergoing IVF with Kindbody’s Atlanta clinic!
I hate to write a bad review, but when you’re dealing with something so personal and life changing, it’s important to have a place that is truly there for you. Kindbody is not that place. They don’t even have a phone number for you to call, they take forever to respond in the portal, they’re extremely inconsiderate (this was the case for both me and even more so for my husband) and they immediately jump to IVF before even trying to help you figure out what all is going on. I hate that we wasted so much time here, but I also congratulate those that have had good experiences with Kindbody. Just be careful and know that you deserve the best care possible when going through infertility
I had an amazing experience at Kindbody Atlanta from start to finish. Everyone has encouraging and positive energy and are a pleasure to work with. Luyanda, Chrissy, Pam, Dr. Cain, Dr. Garvin and Vishalee all went above and beyond to ensure I had a successful and enjoyable experience. I will always be grateful for my time at this clinic!
Stay away from this place. I’ve been telling all my friends the same thing. They failed at almost every aspect of my attempt to get care, and they made me feel unwelcome.Whatever you guys changed between summer 2022 and now - terrible choices. I had the BEST experience with Laura in 2022 (she’s unfortunately gone now), and this year was the complete worst healthcare experience in my life (Vishalee and the entire staff, even the front desk).I was told not to come back again because “as you know, we are moving away from gyno services and focusing more on fertility”. No, I didn’t know that. If I would have known that, I would have happily gone elsewhere. Based on the other reviews I don’t think they are even focusing on fertility because it seems like they’ve messed that up for others too. Before this, I was planning on using KindBody for family planning. But clearly I will never set foot in your clinic again. And before you guys respond to my review and say you want the opportunity to turn my frown upside down - I gave you many months worth of opportunities. In fact there are still unanswered questions in my portal. I give up.You guys have actually caused me emotional and physical distress. For anyone brave enough to try this place, I am truly wishing you good luck.
The worst. You can never get in touch with anyone. Even after you’ve paid a bill they send you the same bill for months even though you don’t owe them anything.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Kindbody fertility clinic that I cannot in good conscience recommend. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong measurement of medication during my treatment which led to a lot of complications and stress. Despite all the issues, we were able to proceed with one embryo for transfer. On the day of the transfer, however, things went from bad to worse. The clinic staff were unable to identify which embryo was ours because they had some unlabeled embryos in their storage. This was extremely frustrating and concerning, and left us feeling very uncertain about the entire process.Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by this clinic. The mistakes they made during my treatment caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and their inability to properly label and identify the embryos only added to our frustration. I strongly advise others to consider other options before entrusting their fertility treatments to this clinic.
Been waiting for several weeks for a response from the financial coordinator. I have called every day, messaged on the portal. I ain’t getting younger.I don’t know what happened because last year when I started they were pretty responsive. But a month of silence? They don’t even respond to say “hey we’re backed up for X reason” they just ignore you. Rude and unprofessional. My question is not that hard. They finally verified that I have no insurance coverage so it would be self-pay. I asked for the self-pay cost of appointments, bloodwork, medication. They have to know what their own rates are…they have plenty of self-pay customers. Can I please get this list so I can move forward???Hopefully I hear back and can update my review.
Everyone is very nice, but entirely not respectful of your time. If you are a busy professional, this is not your place. While Zoom does enable more convenience, the doctors really don’t know how to use it and end up wasting a ton of time fumbling around to switch screens, etc. They are frequently late and I’ve waited upwards of 20 min for a 30 min call, for it to end up as 10 mins of “active” counsel, though still charged for the 30.In the clinic itself, everyone here seems to ALWAYS be late. As I write this, I have now waited 1h 15min over when I was told to arrive for my procedure, with no visibility into when it will begin. The scheduling process to get this scheduled in the first place was a disaster - they expect you can just take off work ~24-48h in advance, and for me that just isn’t possible.Kindbody can do a lot of good for a lot of people, but they have got to fix their operations.
We had a great experience for our first ivf session but after that it became a horrible experience for the second. Too many miscommunications, and it just felt very unorganized and frustrating.
No response for a month. I was supposed to start my cycle this week. When I call it goes to voicemail. When I message on the portal, no response for days and weeks. The few responses I have received are we are working on it. Unprofessional and disorganized. Now second guessing doing another cycle with them. If they cant run their business how do I trust them to store my eggs?
I am giving two stars for the potential and high hopes I had. I was referred to this clinic by my OBGYN. I made an appointment to be seen by a certain doctor, whom my doctor recommended, two months in advanced. A week before my appointment time, they called me to let me know that they needed to reschedule my appointment (another month out) because the doctor I requested wasnt available that day. I thought that was very unprofessional, but they worked something out where I can still come in, but it will be with a different doctor. I didnt want to waste anymore time, so I went with the different doctor. I felt like my experience was already tarnish based on them dropping the ball with my initial appointment.I give it two stars because the office was amazing. Beautiful décor and the ladies at the front were very nice. It wasnt too many people in the waiting room. It felt spa liked and nothing like the typical doctors office. Each time I went into the office for testing, the wait time to be seen was no longer than 5 minutes. Everyone there was friendly.I wasnt impressed with the doctor I had. She was very textbook. She was quick to sell IVF from the jump. She didnt really give any other options. I was disappointed because I really wanted to like KindBody.I decided to get a second opinion and when I asked for my medical records to be sent somewhere else, it wasnt done in the 7-10 business days timeframe.Again, there is potential, but I was disappointed in my overall experience.
Not much of a reviewer but I thought I would leave a note after my experience today. The office space is modernized and trendy which was fresh for a lady parts office. Everyone was welcoming and all of the staff were so nice. Ive had a lot of issues which were all addressed directly with solutions and easy to understand explanations. When doing my labs I felt comfortable and safe. I usually even get a little nervous/faint and I was not at all this time. Parking was validated. I even really enjoyed not having to wear a paper robe. Its the little things that make whats usually an uncomfortable visit so pleasant. I will definitely be a regular here.
I am currently doing outside monitoring and they still havent sent my results to my doctor. Im disappointed because you can never reach the facility directly, then I requested not just at the appointment but twice after to fax the results as soon as they are available because I cant proceed without them. I am now waiting again for them to call me back to tell them fax my results. I am supposed to take my trigger shot tomorrow but cant even get it prescribed until they send my results.
Impossible to get the doctor to call you back on important topics and concerns. You’re just a number to them. Barely seemed to care when I was in excruciating pain after egg retrieval. Got results needed but at what price? Frustration, worry, concern, and unanswered questions.
I recently had an assessment at Kind Body Atl. While the staff was very warm and helpful during my initial visit. I cannot say the same thing when it comes to follow up. During my follow up call with the nurse I was advised I would be contacted by the office to schedule an appointment with a Dr. Who would go over my options as far as IVF and surrogacy. After a week of not hearing from anyone I called back and the representative over the phone seemed confused about what was supposed to happen next for me and I was told I would get a call back. I still haven’t heard anything back. I am already in a vulnerable state being an older woman trying to add on to my family.. the inconsistency really added to insecurity and anxiety. Maybe not intentional but it was my experience.
From the receptionist to the nurses, to the doctors, every one was very kind and helpful. I could tell that each person cared about my comfort and treated me as quickly and efficiently as they could. Im very happy I switched to Kindbody.
There are not enough things that I can say about how amazing everyone has been at this office. From the front desk, phlebotomist, nurses, ultrasound tech - everyone operates with so much care and love for their work. Couldnt imagine going through this journey with anyone else.
We are truly thankful for Kind body and their staff. They were very professional and answer every question or concerns that we might’ve had. Special shout out to Anndrea for making this experience easy for us. Again we are thankful for you’ll.
Fertility is a very personal journey and soI’m writing this to give women a very honest perspective not to bash the professionals. The setting is beautiful, the experience, especially from a Board Certified fertility doctor left a really unpleasant taste in both me and my husband’s mouth. The doctor, and I won’t name which one, while she was knowledgeable you couldn’t help but feel like she was in a constant state of “upselling.” Because KB is a for-profit clinic that’s not apart of the traditional health system there is a clear economic component that comes into play almost immediately in the conversations. It’s quite uncomfortable and rather disappointing considering the nature of the topic. The incessant need to push IVF conversations, testing, medications, screenings etc. BEFORE understanding the actual needs, concerns etc. of the patients was pervasive and for us, an instant turnoff. Needless to say, we decided
Great staff and extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Garvin was very knowledgeable and passionate about her specialty.Lowered my rating because they are EXTREMELY hard to get ahold off I have been trying to reach the clinic for about a week to revive a rx for my upcoming appointment that was never sent in but I cannot seem to ever reach anyone
I had a positive experience at KindBody Atlanta. Dr. Cain and her medical personnel chose a course of action that yielded the pregnancy results I wanted quickly without huge financial costs. Dr. Cain is a straightforward and ethical practitioner that cares about her clients.
I have nothing but great things to say about Kindbody. As a woman trying to get pregnant, we feel very intimidated, scared and so insecure but these ladies made me feel so welcomed. My husband and I have done the fertility assessments and most of the exams they requested, both of our experiences have been great. I had to do a FEMVUE exam to see if everything was ok with my tubes, it was a painful test but they were holding my hand, giving me a heated hot pack for cramps and were very encouraging the entire time. Dr. Caine is very knowledgeable. Do nort hesitate, just go and they will take good care of you! Ana Tozzo.
Enjoyed my time with Kindbody. They treated me with the upmost respect. They were professional from day one to the end. They dont have you sitting around just waiting to be seen either. Atmosphere there is also very comfortable. The whole team was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend this place. Goal accomplished 😍
Last six month they not refund our loan back to futur family very bad customer service we requested too many time to refund but they didn’t
Highly anticipated visiting Kindbody and they did not disappoint! The studio is gorgeous, ambiance on point and staff so warm and friendly. I usually hate going to the doctor but can see myself looking forward to my appointments here!
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Everyone was polite and professional. I loved the decor. Whoever decorated the offices did an exquisite job! I would definitely recommend Kindbody.
I felt like Dr. Cain took my concerns seriously and spent appropriate time with me. My baby was born this November and Kindbody played a big role!
Very hard to speak with anyone and get appointments. Everytime I call the agent says she will talk to the clinical team and get back with me in an hour. This NEVER happens. This is no way to treat patients trying to get service.
Dr Cain & nurse Lu are amazing. I love the staff here.
The Kindbody in Buckhead in Atlanta is the really nice place, with the soft, cozy atmosphere and the staff nice, helpful and really professional. I recommend it to all women
Incredible providers, quality care, and supportive environment. Will always recommend Kindbody!
Communication is TRASH and docs are cold. You’re dealing with someone’s possible future, and this kind of mess is going on. Do better Kindbody!
Horrible experience with the overall process. RUN RUN… save yourself the trouble because this clinic will only cause you heartache and pain.
Worst experience ever , they took my loan money and now it’s more then 1month won’t return my refund . They keep telling me we talk to account that holds everything but nothing, they toke the money in a day but refund takes for forever
The most place was very nice, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the entire visit
Kindbody took such good care of us through the process leading to the birth of our baby girl. Thank you!
I remember seeing them about a year ago and I remember how the Dr. Made me feel so stupid.....and yet I keep getting emails about coming back noooooooo
The staff is professional. The office environment is inviting and relaxing. Communication was excellent!
Response on call back or even reaching front desk is extremely bad.
THEY ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & CONSIDERATE WITH A WARM ATMOSPHERE, I ENJOY EVERY APPOINTMENT!
Stay way ,worst place ever
Grateful to Kindbody ATL, it was a long road of 7 months full of tests and medications that are worth it in the end.I have PCOS, thyroid, pre-diabetes, at 40 years old, all of that was achieved.Thank God, Dr Cain and Imani (my little speaking Spanish girl) today I have my little 5 month old baby boy.My advice to Kindbody is to answer the phone more frequently 🙂🙂 as a patient you become desperateMy advice to patients: trust in God and trust in the process.
