Giving 2 stars because they do deserve some credit. The ease of going in and getting tested counts for something, and the people doing the testing are always extremely nice. However, they never call or email you with results. You have to call them and sometimes they act as if it’s an inconvenience to them, except it’s very well their job to do so.

A couple months ago (January) I had some testing done. I was told that it will be covered by my insurance (Medicaid), And it will be free of charge. On top of that, I was told said it’ll take up to four days for the results to return, since insurance was covering everything. Obviously, those were lies, Because now I have dues on my tab from the same company that told me it will be free. Second, the results took almost 2 1/2 weeks to get back to me, even though I live a five minute drive from the location. I was told that I will have pay out-of-pocket fees for the medication, even though I was clear when I told him I won’t be able to pick up set medication because I’ll be back at school by then. So I asked if they cannot send the medication at all and I told them I’ll just get it on my own. Instead of listening to the customer, they decided to charge me, even though I specifically told them not to (Yes, they asked by the way). Third, The company didn’t even bother to call me nor notify me that I had these dues on my tab and I had to figure out the through Mail. There’s absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I called the front office, instead of even BOTHERING to help, I was immediately transferred, And after I got on the transfer line, it went straight to immediate voicemail. Honestly, I will give zero stars if I could. Highly unprofessional, do not recommend.

Great experience with the woman who did my testing . I promise I wasn’t in there no more than 6 mins. Definitely will be back in 4 months for another STD/HIV Check up.

I went in for testing and everyone was super nice. The employee Darrell was really friendly and helpful. I was in and our within 30 minutes.

I can describe all the staff at A Vision 4 Hope as AMAZING! Special shout out to Redd he always goes the extra mile.

My family and I went in for covid testing and the service was amazing ! Initially we didn’t know what we were going to do until we discovered a vision 4 hope . The staff was so nice and friendly and very concerned about the well being of my family and I . There was no wait at all . We got tested and went home . The staff was amazing. Ask for Dewayne guys and Thank you Dewayne for your excellent customer service because of you and your staff my family is healthy, safe ,and clean . I highly recommend A Vision 4 Hope !

The staff at A Vision 4 Hope went above and beyond to help our family get our COVID test completed in time to travel. They were friendly, professional, and very swift. Thanks to their service, we did not have to change our travel plans as we originally feared we would. I would highly recommend them to any travelers!

I was getting ready to board my flight and apparently I took the COVID test a day early. They sent me this facility to do a PCR (rapid) test. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport. It took 45 minutes since they have their own in house lab. I was greeted by Courtney and seen immediately. Not sure if the lady’s name of did my test but she was extremely quick and distracted me from the couple seconds of discomfort. I was in and out and able to catch my flight.

My family of 4 and I went here for last minute covid testing because our results from CVS had not come in yet. They were super friendly, efficient and helpful. If you need testing with a quick turn around time - this is the place to go. Its about a 7 minute ride from ATL airport and you can call ahead with any questions.

I’ve been calling them to get my results for days, both receptionist were very rude to my family and I. Hung up the phone without properly ended the call. Then told me multiple times the will send me a copy via email and haven’t received anything. Update : Two weeks later still haven’t received my results so I called again and was able to speak with a women by the name of Ms.Qintha. She was very nice professional and has very great customer service. She immediately located my test results and emailed them over to me while I was on the phone. Thank you so much Qintha !

I came here for blood work and COVID testing … they are all kind and so efficient. Dewayne made sure I was taken care of with all my documents & Courtney was gentle and very informative. Highly recommended facility.

Horrible experience... Went in for testing and was not given all the details of the process, so what could have been a quick turn around turned into a two week process. Once my results came in no one called me and Im glad I take my health seriously, so I called them. Then they gave me incorrect info about my results. Long story short, I went to the health department to finalize my situation and get better/ correct service.

BEST SERVICE!!!!My family came here to take PCR Test for travel and they took a great care of us. Q is so friendly and easy to talk with, she’s very gently too.10/10 Recommend!!!

This organization is a fraud. I specifically requested to file a claim with my insurance company for a covid test and they would not assist with the claim becuase I opted to pay for same day results. Dwayne was the employee Ive spoken with whom is very rude and unprofessional. They over charge for covid test becuase they are the nearest location to the airport. DO NOT USE THIS TESTING CENTER.

I work at the Westin Atlanta and I called Dewayne the other day for a guest who has dementia and needed his Covid test done within 24 hours and couldnt drive. He didnt even hesitate and came to the guests room personally to give him the test and went to the lab to send in results right after. He called me late to follow up and let us know. WOW Dewayne really went above and beyond and showed his dedication to his company and his guests. Thank you Dewayne!!! I will be recommending you to all of our guests!!

A Delta agent at ATL recommended here when my Walgreens test hadn’t come back yet. SO friendly, explained everything along the process, clean and bright inside. Among other tests available, the rapid PCR (for Canada) was $150 and ready in 45 minutes. Wish I knew about this sooner! Note they are NOT approved for Hawaii.

My family of 5 had to take retest for Covid so we could travel to Egypt because we took the wrong test. Not only did they test us when they were technically closed. We got the results so quick and made her flight in time with 30 mins to spare. I will be using them again for any of my travel related Covid needs.

Sent here for a Covid test when the airline wouldn’t accept the one I had. The clinic was CLOSED and Courtney and Jennifer had pity on me and tested me super quick since my flight was so early!!!!! Great service for your customers!!!! You girls rock!!!! Coming from an ED nurse to you! Thank you so much!!!!

First of all, I appreciate the officers for the efficient test and the shuttle service. I really do(150 dollar for PCR test, 10 dollar for shuttle)However, as a person who speaks English as a second language, it felt like somewhat I was treated as someone stupid just because I dont speak English as well as they do.Hopefully, the officers, especially the lady at the desk, will remember that any visitor who does not speak English as well as she does is not someone who deserves being giggled at or being treated as a person who has to be educated instead of being informed politely

I had a fantastic experience here while needing a very quick Covid test. They got me in within minutes of calling at the very end of the day and were extremely helpful and easy to work with while doing so. I highly recommend using them if you need a Covid test. Thank you!!

They were fantastic. They were very busy and dealing with stressed customers but still were super friendly and efficient. In spite of being so busy the test total was only about 45 minutes. Hats off to the employees, definitely 5 stars

Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Called to get an appointment scheduled was told the department that schedules appts would get back to me... A month ago. What type of service is this?Update: They NEVER called me back to schedule my appointment. I was trying to get on PrEP and this company made me feel like I was insignificant for even trying.

I had to come here last minute for a rapid covid test so that I could fly overseas and they were able to get me in with no wait. Courtney at the front desk was very professional and helpful!

They were very fast and friendly. I called prior to going in and someone answered the phone and gave all the answers I needed prior to my visit. Q was very professional and helpful. I would come again and I do recommend this business. I was in and out as a walk-in.

Went in for a covid test left with list of things to do in Atlanta. People were very nice not your typical covid testing center. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I received excellent service. The staff is very friendly and professional. They were really busy, but they handled everyone with the same courtesy and respect.
