Today I was in this clinic. This clinic is incredible. The staff is wonderful, friendly and they do their job at the highest level. They treat the patient very kindly. I recommend🤩girls staff special thanks to you for your care🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼👍👍👍
Got my Copper IUD removed here today. I think the staff is very friendly, professional and understanding. I had to advocate for my mother or husband to enter the room with me because witnesses are always good when procedures are invasive incase medical malpractice were to arrive, the nurse was very kind about it and spoke to someone higher up, they then allowed one to come in the room with me and every thing was smooth from there. I cant remember her name unfortunately but the OB and or Doctor was fantastic and I enjoyed her very very much!! Thank you all.
INCOMPLETE D&C, I’ve never been so traumatized in my life I pushed out my baby, not blood clots my actual baby AFTER my procedure 9 hours later at home. I hate to talk badly about a facility that does such good things for women but these doctors aren’t trustworthy, the staff were very sweet and kind but this is unacceptable and it’s something that will haunt me for the rest of my life. I’m not the only one either, do not come here for abortions or any surgeries Doctor Lawerence B Yeager should have his license revoked, my life will never be the same again
Came here to support someone going through a procedure. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and a line of people waiting to be checked in. It wasn’t until the door opened for a patient to leave that a staff noticed there was people needing to be checked in. Her procedure was scheduled for 11 and was not performed until after 2. This caused a lot of added stress for an already stressful and traumatic day. She said the staff was nice, but overall the place seems very disorganized and unprofessional.
Went in with a friend of mine to get a procedure done where she would be sedated. Everything was cool at first. The employees were polite and the facility seemed modern. As we entered the procedure room, I noticed that the garbage was over flowing. I mentioned it to the person that walked us in and she said shell talk to someone. A short young Hispanic lady, she said her name was Mar, came in and told me that since the garbage was non-hazardous that they werent going to change it. I was appalled so I said ok, well Ill change it myself. She raised her voice at me as I was grabbing gloves saying you cant do that you have to leave, you have to leave and I politely ignored her as I changed the garbage. She opens the door to the hall while my friend is partially undressed yelling for assistance. I calmly walked out as about 10 people surrounded me and I explained what was going on. A young black girl apologized and took the garbage from me to put it away. The manager and I went to talk in the waiting room and after explaining to her what happened she also apologized. I went back into the room and the procedure commenced. All in all, Mar was unprofessional and caused a unnecessary scene at a time where people need the most comfort. The facility needs better management and should never have trash from previous patients overflowing in a procedure room when a new patient walks in. I will never allow anyone I care about to go to this facility again.
Feedback 0/10I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. My sister underwent an incomplete abortion, which required her to endure a second surgery. This experience has been extremely painful for her, both mentally and physically. The lack of responsibility and care from the doctors involved is unacceptable, and the trauma she has endured as a result is immeasurable.Given this experience, I do not recommend this place. Immediate improvements in patient care, particularly in the accountability of the medical staff, are necessary to prevent such a distressing situation from happening to anyone else.
Very polite and knowledgeable staff for my gender-affirming care visit. Was in and out in less than an hour. I used to use a different PPIL location but this one is closer. Im glad I swapped!
I completely regret the abortion I had here on 2006. Please there is another way. Don’t be like me and regret this decision.
The staff was kind. The wait time that I were told would be approximately 45 minutes was 2 hours and 20 minutes.I paid almost $500 for the appointment and then got a bill for over $800 saying I didn’t pay anything. That’s always a fun experience. The appointment was an initial consult, but when I was in the back room they asked when I finished the medication I hadn’t even received yet. So I was completely scheduled incorrectly. While the staff was decent, the lack of knowledge was very apparent. There was a lot of confusion at the front desk and multiple delays getting checked out. I were very disappointed and had high hopes since I am a big supporter of PP. Lots of mistakes and incompetencies.
No amount of words can express my gratitude and incredible thanks to the staff of this facility. During one of the most stressful, terrifying, and nerve wracking moments I quickly felt safety, at ease, and comfort. The doctors and majority of nurses here made me feel like I was around family and not just a patient on a list, they didn’t rush and took their time which made me feel calm and at ease. Looking back I’m blown away on the amount of genuine care I received here. They didn’t just advocate they passionately cared like I’ve never experienced in doctor’s offices, and as a person who never rights reviews they truly deserve it. I highly recommend this facility and thank you so much to all the staff, you guys are amazing at what you do!😌
I can’t express enough how wonderful every single staff member I encountered was. I felt so comfortable and not judged for being there. Everything was thoroughly explained to me start to finish. I traveled 2 hours to this location and traffic was at a standstill, I was so afraid I was going to miss my appointment. Luckily I was able to have my appointment moved down and I made it safely. Highly recommend this location!
The staff at this location are amazing! Every visit I feel safe and well taken care of. The level of education of the providers is unmatched, and they make sure to educate their patients as well! Not only are the appointments easy to make, go smoothly and efficiently, but their online education is the best! If I could give ten stars I would! Keep up the amazing work! The women of Illinois rely on your care and I’m lucky to have incredible access to the top medical care this facility provides!
My experiences with the staff here were phenomenal, everyone from the escorts outside (making you feel safe after the lovely crowd of protesters outside were blocking the entrance and yelling things at me lol) to the nurses and front desk. The girls really made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. I dont have insurance so the free/cheap Healthcare is a must right now. Very happy and fortunate for planned parenthood to help out people in need for whatever resources they require. Thank you again!
DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN ABOORTION!!!! I ended up with a incomplete abortion… many haveThis is one of the biggest facilities Ive seen. The fact that you can get an abortion late in the pregnancy makes this place a winner for me. However, the doctors ( like many in the world) were very impersonal. There were like 7 people in my surgery and I was never prepared for that either. The only staff member I feel really cared for my comfort was the social worker named Susan. I felt heard by her. The medical staff outside of her gave me limited information that caused me to have to go to multiple pharmacies to get the meds I needed after my procedure and more questions.I could even here the medical staff talking about me, while I was sitting in the post op room. very unprofessional. Also like, a curtain is not a wall, I can still hear you lady! LolAll in all I’m glad this place exists just wish staff were more considerate and more aware of what their scared and grieving patience need in their care a little bit more.
I had a procedure done here two weeks ago, and here is my experience:Cons:- poor communication between staff. The nurse who tended to me miscommunicated to the social worker and clinician regarding my wishes for birth control. It was minor, but still confusing to deal with and clarify to those who received her errors.- long wait time in the lobby. I had to wait probably an hour to be called back, and that was with a smaller crowd in the lobby.Pros:- they are big on consent. If you feel nervous about your procedure, they can talk you through those feelings.- they are understanding and work around those who are uninsured- they provide boatloads of information packets and pamphlets. Read the information first, as the nurses may confuse you with conflicting information- the staff was kind overall
The staffs, nurses and receptionist was absolutely phenomenal!!!!I felt SOO much support and love from each and every one of the staff members! I don’t know why there are 1 star rates, because I saw them treating me, along with the rest of the people who were there, with the utmost respect and support.I HIGHLY recommend anyone to come here for any types of questions and procedures!Thank you for everyone’s friendliness, kindness, compassion, and support. I truly and genuinely appreciate every staff members and doctors here.
I had an awesome experience getting an IUD inserted here. I was super nervous before my appointment but all staff were very kind and informative. The nurses and doctors were making jokes with me while getting tools ready and doing the actual procedure. I was in and out in a matter of 30 mins. I highly recommend this location to anyone whos considering visiting PP, and I offer huge thanks to the friendly & hardworking staff during this pandemic!!
Went in for a vasectomy procedure a few months ago, halfway through I had complications which required them to stop the procedure half finished. I was told to wait 6-8 weeks and then to schedule to finish the procedure. I waited. They billed my insurance for the whole procedure. Have called 3 times now with no followup to finish the procedure and have only been told every time that they no longer offer them and that I will be contacted to schedule something.Super unprofessional and quite twisted to charge me fully for a procedure that was only partially completed, and then pretty much refuse to complete it. Partially vasectomized for 3 months. Almost laughable.
This is actually a very long overdue review. I came here when I was 25, now 31, to receive the Essure procedure. Now, 6 years later Ive had no pregnancies and no issues whatsoever. My quality of life has been made better and I will never forget my initial consultation. The doctors there made me feel safe and in control of my reproductive health and told me you are 25, an adult and can make your own decisions about your care. I did however also mention my previous decisions to abort and my frustration with choosing between messing up my moods and relationships by taking birth control to avoid something I never wanted to do. I was never made to feel uncomfortable I felt more safe in their care than any other facility, and they took the best care of me before, during, and after the procedure. I would recommend the staff and services again to anyone here.I do understand this procedure and that when it goes right it goes very well but when it goes wrong it goes very wrong - for me I had the best experience and in the last six years I havent had an unexpected pregnancy or any issues with anything and the peace of mind has been something that you cant put a price tag on. I just want to say thank you to the staff and team and anyone who helped me when I was there and Im most sorry I didnt get to tell them personally when I could have. Thank you so very much. PP Aurora saved my life.
I truly cannot say enough good things about the people at this facility. They were so incredibly kind and attentive. They explained everything and in full detail. I was so anxious about coming and worried because of the protestors outside, but as soon as I walked in, I felt safe and cared for. I am so grateful for the kindness and care that each and every employee showed me. They took my privacy seriously and gave me support through every step. Brittany, the person who administered the drugs before the procedure was so above and beyond that I wish I could go back to hug and tell her how much it meant to me, just that she was there to hold my hand and wipe my tears. I am so, so grateful. Thank you.
If I could give a zero star I would (at least for the front desk people), I drove almost an hour away and was refused service because I was a few minutes late. The front lady had no remorse , I teared up and told her my condition and that this was the only location that I could see an obgyn at the earliest (everywhere else I had to wait until the beginning of next year ) . Yet the receptionists kept looking at me and told me I was late. She constantly kept reminding me repeatedly when my appointment was. I even asked if there’s anyway she can ask the physician if she’s willing to see me if I’m a few minutes late, she rolled her eyes and said no (flat NO). So if you want to come here try to come super early, no one told me that if I was a few minutes late I am not going to be seen. Either way after reading a few reviews on here I realized maybe I was blessed by not getting the opportunity to be seen by them. Who knows what could have happened to me. Women’s care? More like they don’t care about your symptoms, at least not the front desk people. I wasn’t even looking for an argument. My health is ask stake here.
My mother and I have gone here for birth control for 2 years. Each experience was excellent. The staff is always courteous and professional. The wait time is usually 1 hour-- which I do not mind. Planned parenthood offers several services to both men and women, ranging from birth control to STD testing, even colon cancer and prostate testing. Making appointments is easy, you can make them online or over the phone.
My experience at this Planned Parenthood was great. My nurse, Teresa was AWESOME!. She took very good care of me, she was very professional and helpful, and made sure me and my partner was taking care of. If I could give her 6 stars I would. This will forever be my location to come as long as she is here.
The whole staff was really helpful and attentive. Really helped make a bad situation tolerable. Best anesthesiologist Ive ever had. Wait times are long because PP got their funding cut but this is a great institution and honestly a blessing to women.
Hold time is a minimum of 30-40 minutes to make an appointment with this facility (if you can even get through to them in one call). I then arrived for my appointment only to be told that someone at the call center canceled my appointment for some reason. I had never been informed of the cancelation, and when I asked if they could squeeze me in (for a very brief issue) because I had already taken off work for the appointment that I scheduled, they told me they do not accept walk-ins. Would give their front desk staff/scheduling department zero stars if possible.
Honestly dont know why there are so many people complaining about how they dont know customer service and they are rude. Literally everyone that I have interacted and assisted me here was super sweet and even helped me reduce the price of my visit since she asked if I was a student and provided other methods of financial assistance. The people I was being tested by were really funny and make you feel comfortable when they test you. They also are very informative when it comes to delivering information regarding STDs and other subjects. I did wait a bit in between the registration process and different tests, but the wait time wasnt unbearable and my patience is okay. Would highly recommend this location.
They were the 1st to diagnose me with Uterine Fibroids while other doctors couldnt figure it out which led to 2 removal surgeries by a specialist.. Cons: Their opening availability sucks, i couldnt get an appointment till 2 weeks later. so i got an appointment at their Ottawa location in a week instead which is 1.15 hrs away from me. Pros: they offer $200 doctor visit w/ no health insurance & i can qualify for Financial Assistance as long as i bring proof of income.
This was my first time coming here and my first time getting an abortion on 3/13/2020.My appointment was at 11:45 a.m and I got out around 3 or 4 p.m. I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room it seemed like the visit here went by fast which I was happy about. All the doctors/nurses were extremely nice and caring I was even able to get a copy of my baby’s picture before my surgery.I had to be awoke during the surgery and I was a little scared but every doctor that I met was very precise about what to expect and answered all my questions. It was very painful but I took it like a champ. After the 3rd round I had to hold one of the nurses hands because the pain became more intense and I almost wanted to cry.Everyone in the room was so proud of me for staying strong and remaining calm throughout the procedure. My experience here was the best and I want to thank everyone there, the people I’ve met especially the doctors and surgeon that was in the room with me because without their encouraging words I don’t know if I would’ve pulled through with it.Planned Parenthood’s staff is very appreciated❤️
Went there today for an STI screening. The entire staff was kind and helpful, and I was surprised at how much they are willing to work with you financially. The doctor I saw (unfortunately I dont remember her name but she was younger with long blonde, curly hair) was so nice and caring the entire visit. The clinic itself was so warm and clean looking, not what I expected at all.Im very grateful that I had such a wonderful experience here and at how caring everyone was.
My experience was nothing but phenomenal with a procedure I had done here. The level of compassion and warmth the staff show their patients is top notch, especially with someone who suffers from anxiety like I do. If there were any issues, they were resolved within minutes. Thank you!
I waited a month for an appointment. I came in at 9am and left at 4pm, the exact same way I had come in. Service is extremely slow and unprofessional, I waited 3 hours after my scheduled appt. to even see a nurse. Doctors are rude and uncaring, one had even told me to lose my attitude because I had started crying due to their mistake of giving me water before the appointment. I made another appointment in front of them at another clinic for tomorrow morning to show them what professionalism and customer service is. Hopefully, they got the idea.Planned Parenthood as an organization is still a great thing. This specific building and work ethic however is extremely flawed and in need of desperate correction. Access Health Center has already scheduled me an appointment and approved my insurance within an hour, for very next day service! Which something that PP struggled with for a week.
The staff were respectful and helpful. The wait time was absolutely horrible. I had an operation done. I was told 8 weeks of bleeding was normal. I go to a quick care clinic to be told to see the er because I have bled for 3 months straight . I get to the er, the operation performed at this planned parenthood was not complete. I had a horrific infection due to an incomplete surgery and needed immediate surgery at the er! Would not reccomend!!!
I honestly think their phone might be unplugged from the wall. I waited a collective 3 hours just to talk with any staff member who could help me. They never answered. I had to end the call because the clock hit closing time.Ive been going to this clinic for the last 5 years to get my meds, and this year, they cant seem to do anything right. Cant get ahold of them on the phone, they cant send a fax over in a timely fashion, or even seemingly RECIEVE a fax. If I ever get ahold of them( on the phone) and get my meds. Im looking for a new provider.
The staff at this location is the absolute best. I have severe social anxiety and they made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Nurse Practitioner Anne is such an angel. She is very sweet, understanding, thoughtful, and helpful. Any question I had she answered to the fullest. Love, love, love, this location!
Absolutely traumatizing staff, refused to let the father of the child in saying it was a covid restriction- even thought when I went in there were multiple guests or patients in the waiting room. They did not tell me anything about their procedures while performing them on me and we’re completely incompetent when I would ask them simple questions about my pregnancy. They make the situation harder than necessary.
I called to find out their services and pricing so that my daughter could be seen today. I told the woman on the phone that she needed to be seen today and not one time did she inform me that appointments needed to to be made and that it had to be before 4:30pm. I didn’t find this out until I came 30 minutes out of my way, just to be turned away. Customer service is slack and obviously someone doesn’t know their job!
Ive been going to the aurora location, & never had a bad experience. Theyve gone out of their way to fit me in even when one of their employees didnt mention I needed to start a new prescription for my depo shot, which is not much longer, just adds in a consultation. I self-pay & have donated cuz they seriously have been a huge help to my life the past 4yrs.
I had the Nexplanon implant inserted at this location almost 4yrs ago, and just had it removed by my new OBGYN. There was MAJOR confusion as my card stated a 4yr gap instead if 3yrs. My OBGYN told me my implant was past due for removal even though the date on my card is 6/2021. I told her that this clinic wrote the 4yr gap, and when I had asked why it wasnt 3yrs, I had been told Oh its basically been proven to last for 4yrs so we wrote that on your card. My OBGYN confirmed that thats not true at all, and I could have a lawsuit on my hands. I support planned parenthood....but what this location did put me at risk for an unwanted pregnancy!
If you make an appointment make sure they send you a text to confirm it otherwise theyll cancel it without letting you know! Horrible service today otherwise this place is pretty good. Now I have to wait longer to get treated when they should’ve took me in anyway because they’re the ones that didn’t send the confirmation test!
This is the best location I have ever been too, the staff really go above and beyond in making sure you are comfortable. The hecklers outside the building are ignorant to the kindness and generosity of the amazing staff at this location. While its an hour away for me, Id love to return here someday!
I used to go to PP in the city and those clinics are excellent and I have given them a 5 star. This clinic needs to step up thier game.My boyfriend and I have been trying to get treated for an STD. I tested positive and he went to get tested and get treatment. The woman that helped him gave him an attitude and jeered at him. He submitted a sample and was given treatment on the same day anyways. We never heard back on the results so 2 months later when it was time to get retested as a follow up we called to see what his original test result were. THEY NEVER SUBMITTED HIS SAMPLE FOR TESTING! 2 months had passed and they dropped that ball and never told us!They told him he could come in and get retested that day, for free. He dropped everything to do so and when he showed up to get retested he was told upon reception that they were too busy to get him tested and that he would have to come back another time. BAIT AND SWITCH! There were only 3 cars in the parking lot too!Im extremely frustrated and disappointed by this PP. When dealing with delicate situations like this, I would expect more professionalism. This is someones health and well being that were dealing with. Its complete bullshit that I, a woman who was the one who spread the STD, gets met with kindness and respect and my boyfriend who is the victim in this, gets treated like a second hand citizen.Go to a different planned parenthood than this one. Avoid the unprofessional sexism.
They were so very supportive and professional. I felt very comfortable and would recommend them to anyone seeking quality healthcare
I went there to get birth control. They were helpful, and seemed friendly. The entrance hallway seems a little shady, but once you get directed to the other room, its much nicer. Overall, staff was friendly and had no problems.
Terrible. I took a day off of work and drove an hour only for them to refuse to honor my appointment because of THEIR error in my prescription. I will never support planned parenthood again. My donations will go elsewhere.
I would highly recommend this place, and if you have any issues related to birth control, I suggest you go to this place. This is not the only Planned Parenthood I have been to, but this is a good place. Despite all the propaganda against Planned Parenthood, they really are not as bad as some make them out to be. This is the place all people should go to, in regards to these issues. Do not delay, call them today.
Had a D&c done due to having an empty sac not developing a baby or anything inside it for a while. I will NEVER be back to you guys. I ended up in the ER last night almost septic from an infection. I called all during the week to try to be seen and they just pushed it off. This place is horrible, dirty and very rude staff.
The front desk people do NOT know what customer service is. Really bad experience if i could specifically give them a rating i would
Ive been going to PP almost 2 years now and Ive always had good experiences but today was absolutely the best! I recently got switched (not my choosing) to a different insurance plan with Catholic physicians that wouldnt allow me to use my insurance at PP and wouldnt allow me to get contraceptives with their own doctors if it wasnt for health related reasons only. So I figured I would have to pay out of pocket for my depo shot which is pretty pricey for me since I only work weekends because I focus my time in my schooling so I can have a career as a biomedical engineer. PP has this amazing thing called Title X that helps reduce the cost of contraceptives for women like me whose health providers deny the coverage of contraceptives offered at PP or for women who dont have insurance in general. Thanks to Title X Im covered 100% but also thanks to Teresa, an amazing employee who was so welcoming and caring, for informing me that I was financially covered if I wanted to switch to the IUD which I have always wanted to but had always been much too expensive to afford before. Teresa doubled checked everything and set an immediate appointment for me so I can switch contraceptives while I still can before the Trump administration tries to defund Planned Parenthood. Its sad how some religious people believe that government money funds abortion which is an absolute lie. Government funding helps PP solely on things like STD testing, preventative care, and Title X that has helped so many women like me who cant afford birth control on their own. And if the Trump administration succeeds in defunding PP it would just take away the help Planned Parenthood offers to its patients. Thank you Teresa!!! I am so grateful for you and all the employees at Planned Parenthood that helps empower women to take control of their own reproductive system at an affordable price because of Title X.
Very kind & helpful customer service over the phone and in clinic, as well as caring and knowledgeable nurses/physicians. I feel blessed to have access to this kind of healthcare. Thank you PP! keep up the good work!!
Im a long time customer of PP for annual check ups. Dr. Meg and the staff here do a phenominal job of making a rather unpleasant dr. Visit comfotable to say the least. They are informative, compasionate, and listen to any and all concerns as if you were a friend in their living room. I always leave feeling informed and healthy. I would reccomend this facility, dr. Meg and all staff highly!!
Never returning to this location again. Absolutely worthless. I have been turned away for any number of reasons, from being a few minutes late (after calling to let them know) to not using their garbage scheduling program the way they want. They will refuse you service and tell you to go home. They are rigid and unwilling to help.
Had 2 prescriptions in a row not written properly, even after confirming with the doctor how it has to be written for me to pick up the correct amount every 3 months. If youre coming here for testosterone, go to Howard Brown downtown instead.edit: theyve been playing phone tag with me and are refusing to fix the problem.
Came from out of state 7 hours away and seen people go in and out every 45 min waited 6 hours for an appointment 🙃 they need to get more employees
This place has damaged the life of so many women and ended the life of too many children. They are an awful place to go for resources. Waterleaf, the pregnancy resource center across the street, provides real, cheap, confidential care for women in need. Don’t go to planned parenthood if you want to receive real health care.
Very professional, kind, and understanding. For going in as nervous as I was I walked out confident and greatful that there was no judgement or religious beliefs shoved down my throat in order to alter what was best for me and my future.
Its a fantastic organization! Just to let everyone know, there is a man that wrote a review named Jon Sudlow, who claims that HIS aborted fetus was sold for 400k. Hmmm?! First of all, I think he may be sexually confused. Second, nothing is ever sold, but donated, by the parents!!!! What a moron!!!
Dont even think about going there. Employees who work there dont know what Customer Service is.Abortion is already sensitive enough for the patient and they patients like prisoners.I wish I could take some legal action against them
It sucks drove all the way from peoria ill for a 9am appt and didnt leave til after 5 pm they rude the bathroom nasty amd smell the staff is very unprofessional and the sad music they play os horrible. They racist against certain people.i would never send anyone their
Had an appointment on the 25th of March, went there to get a prescription and am STILL waiting for them to put it through. My pharmacy has not gotten anything from them.
They were always very helpful and personable everytime i have had an appointment there, id rather go there for my birth control than anywhere else.
Mr. Bilkus, I think youve missed the point of Google Reviews. Also, the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of services provided by this institution have nothing to do with abortion, rather they are for the health and wellness of both women and men.Your message on this site does absolutely nothing to help others.
I went here in January.. my appt was at 8 in the morning, didnt leave that place till 4 in the afternoon. Staff was friendly but it took FOREVER to do what you had to do.
If I could give this place a zero I would, got hung up on bc they want to take care of out of state people instead of people who actually live here. This is ridiculous
I got seen here and took a test. I never got a call back with those results. So hard to get connected to the office because of the stupid automated voicemail. Do not go to this place.
The staff here is unbelievably ignorant & useless to say the least. If you want assistance in actually planning for parenthood, dont go here. They should change the name to Abortion Clinic and call it a day.
Came in to discuss birth control options, staff wasn’t very welcoming and they seemed judgemental for my option.
NURSE TOLD ME I WAS TAKING THE EASY WAY OUT WHEN I DECIDED ON A MEDICAL ABORTION. I OPTED NOT TO TELL HER I WAS FINISHING MY BACHELORS IN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, RAISING MY 9MNTH OLD, AND WORKING 40HRS A WEEK. AS IF THE CHOICE WASNT HARD ENOUGH, THE STAFF IS INSENSITIVE AND SHOWS NO COMMON COURTESY. FOR MY FOLLOW UP VISIT. THEY BRIEFLY GAVE ME A ULTRA SOUND AND TOLD ME I WAS FREE TO GO WITHOUT EVER ASKING HOW I FELT AFTERWARDS. THE ABORTION WAS DONE IN THE PRIVACY OF MY OWN HOME AND THE DOCTOR DIDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO ASK HOW DO YOU FEEL? MONEY HUNGRY ROBOTS.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’m sorry YOUR customer service team gave me the wrong location, that doesn’t mean you need to be RUDE and interrupt me by putting me on HOLD. Absolutely pathetic.
Love this location. Was in and out at a reasonable time and the environment was very nice.
Feel free to make an appointment and wait for six hours while walks ins are given priority
Friendly and professional service. Cant recommend this center enough.
Staff are so friendly and helpful…They talk very nicely and very helpful staff.
Excellent service! Polite, informative, helpful, and gentle.
Wouldnt recommend itReally behind with there schedule
Waited three hours to be seen.
Thank you for everything that you do!
Thanks a million
It is my personal experience. This is my fifth year going and I have never been happy with how things work. There are very few appointments available. I had an appointment on September 18 (which I couldnt make the appointment online and I had to go in person) and they didnt do my prescription correctly and to make another appointment to resolve it, the next free one was October 18. They had to have prescribed me something that my insurance covered 100%, which I said during the appointment, and when I called the insurance to verify they told me that they have access to the list of medications that they cover and which ones they dont. I went to the pharmacy and had to pay for the medication which I refused. I called by phone and supposedly the nurse changed it and it was going to take three days to get to the pharmacy. On Saturday I received an email saying that it had been delayed and when I went today, Tuesday to get the prescription, it turned out that they had not sent anything new. Now I have to call again to see what solution they give me. When you go to an appointment they serve you late, or at least me. Once the nurse helps you, you are waiting another half hour for the doctor to come. The last time it was less time but the rest of the times I have been waiting half an hour or more. . The staff is very friendly and pleasant. They seem interested in what happens to you.
UNTIL THIS MOMENT I CAN SAY THAT IT HAS HELPED ME A LOT. - AND THE ATTENTION IS GREAT.
