My first appointment was quick, efficient, and personable. Sherry, ultrasound tech, was great. She explained processes and helped calm my nerves. Thank you!
The entire staff is so passionate about what they do, and Dr.Klenov is so absolutely amazing. She is so genuine and finds the best solution tailored to your unique needs. She changed my life with her first round success embryo transfer. If youre looking to make your dreams of starting a family come true, you can rest assured in the hands of Dr.Klenov!
This was my second time working with Kindbody, for my second pregnancy. I once again had the best experience! No complaints whatsoever. Dr. Jeelani, the nurses and rest of staff were so attentive and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my entire IVF journey. If we decide for a third child, we will 100% be working with Kindbody again. I highly recommend Kindbody to those seeking infertility treatment!
Overall a good clinic whose staff cares and roots for the best outcome for you. Things to keep in mind...- You dont get to talk to the doctor that often, I am assuming they are very busy but that might be the nature of the business and you may find that everywhere...- Price is unclear especially when you have insurance. Again that may be the nature of the business like everywhere. Never got a bill until I had a balance on IVF cycle #3 which was 5 months in. The bill was not patient friendly. It took a couple days to decipher it and go through all the claims.Tips in general for the patient: Keep track of your meds ( how much you have left, will it last you through the weekend, what hours does the pharmacy operate, does it deliver on weekends, etc). Let your nurse know if you are getting low on any meds and how many days it will take you through, this will help them as well. This is crucial to keeping your stress low and avoiding any fire drills.I am appreciative of everything Kindbody did for my husband and I, even if it did not work out for us. I gave my feedback not based on my results but our experience and in good nature wanting Kindbody to be the best for their patients because I do feel that the staff did care very much. I also understand the nature of the business is probably very similar at all other fertility clinics but some small few improvements would go a long way.I would have given them 4.5 stars but looks like I can only do whole stars :-)
My husband and I have met a couple different fertility specialists so were nervous to see another one. But within the first minute of our virtual call with Dr. Alvarez, our minds were at ease. He had GREAT bedside manner. He was personable, friendly, down to earth and youthful. Highly recommend
Honestly, every person I have come in contact with has been so amazing to me. The kindness and compassion I have experienced has just been out of this world. I appreciate every, but Gia my nurse has been wonderful! Dr. Jeelani is one of the absolute best, they all are, truly!
Vios was the 2nd facility where I’ve done IVF cycles and the experience was not good compared with the previous clinic. It’s also not what I’d expect from a licensed medical facility. The communication was poor; mistakes were made both with the overall process and with actual medical procedures.1. My saline ultrasound at the Hoffman site, which is supposed to be a simple painless procedure, took an hour. The technician didn’t appear to know what she was doing and I had to rest before leaving the facility because I was in so much pain. The procedure FAILED and I had to have it redone with someone else.2. Communication by the nurses was poor. You have a communication and scheduling portal, but I had to constantly remind nurses to document instructions and notes in the portal vs. just listening to a rambling voicemail. The IVF process can be overwhelming and patients need written documentation for all instructions and schedules. Nobody can just remember everything that’s told over the phone.3. Medications in the portal didn’t always match what was prescribed or shipped. There were also frequent errors in the portal schedule with medication timing (AM vs PM), medications listed that shouldn’t be. I had to call to confirm and change. (This seems like a major thing to not get wrong???). General sloppiness and inaccuracy for instructions.4. I understand that there will be short notice for retrieval, but other facilities have been able to give better general estimates and more notice with Better planning and forecasting. People have jobs and responsibilities and this should be a priority, even considering the nature of retrieval readiness.5. Communication about charges: we got random charges on our credit card with no call, explanation, or receipt. We had to call the Doctor and your finance people to figure out what it was for.6. After our 2nd cycle failed, the nurse noted in a portal message that we still have two frozen embryos. This was incorrect and with how emotional and important this process is for people, this shouldn’t be something that you haphazardly get wrong in telling a patient.
I love my doctor, but otherwise my experience has been extremely stressful (beyond the normal and understandable stresses of infertility). There have been nothing but issues with miscommunications from the start of my experience with VIOS. It appears that nobody documents anything so I’m constantly correcting staff and billing has been an issue where I still have no idea where $139 went but I paid the bill so I could just move on. I’m extremely disappointed and wish there was someone that I could address these issues with who would actually help and not put blame on circumstances or other departments.
Hard to believe a few patients had such hard experiences with this office. Yes, they may be busy and have a tough time scheduling, but look at the state of the world right now? They always end up reaching out after a few days.I have had trouble hearing back, but Dr Jeelani diligently always replies when she can, and if not I do hear back via email from the Vios portal. I recommend using that to reach directly, they respond a bit more easily.Otherwise, I give this office a 5 star based on kindness, efficiency, and the obvious care and concern they have for struggling mothers to be.Lets all show a little patience, especially during these times.Thank you, Vios Aurora.
It is impossible and INFURIATING to schedule anything at this office. It has been a full SEVEN MONTHS since I first contacted them and I do not have the basic testing done yet, much less any sort of plan or treatment, because they do not have any times or people in on the one day you need testing done and the Doctor herself is booked at least 1-2 months out for any sort of appointment. In the over twenty times I have called their office to schedule all of three appointments I have gotten through to a person exactly twice. Three times now I have had an appointment time changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice when I have literally waited MONTHS for these appointments; this last one I still have the voicemail verbally confirming the time only to get the automated reminder email the day before telling me it is a completely different time. Assuming I have a good five years left to try for children, I have now wasted 12% of it leaving voicemails. The Doctor and nurses have been very kind and knowledgeable the three times I have seen them, but with how little has been done this has ultimately been a waste of precious time.
I’ve had the worst experience with this place I do not recommend at all! communication is awful!.I had most of my blood work done in October I waited two weeks for a call to know what the next step will be they NEVER DID I called the office several times they never answer left a voicemail and never heard from them until the next day, the person that I talk to had to review my file while I was on the phone with her to see what had been done and just to end up telling me “will talk to the doctor to see what will be the next step and will be in contact” I had several zoom consults it seems that we talked about the same thing we had discussed already. After several months of going in circles in February we finally schedule an appointment for my husband‘s surgery March 15, the week before the surgery I received a call from the office letting me know that we had to reschedule for the next MONTH because the authorization from the insurance had expired. The surgery was scheduled again for April 9 and on April 8 we received a call from the hospital where the procedure was going to be done just verifying his information, during that time they mention that a Covid test had to be done and it had to be a PCR Covid test not a rapid test! not once was that mentioned by Vios all they said was that a Covid test was needed 72 hours prior to the surgery they also said I needed to pick up “film” from vios lab on the 8th before 1pm on the email but forgot to mention that it was from a different Vios location that I have never been to! Again we had to cancel the surgery! This is our second fertility treatment so I have an idea of what to expect so I kept calling and pushing to have the test, to have the results and to schedule the following appointment! The first treatment was done with Dr.Binor (he retired😞) it was an easy smooth process in three months I was already pregnant with my son.Very very frustrating!
I struggled with infertility for five years. I tried going to four different reproductive endocrinologists and we poured a lot of time and money into four failed ivf transfers. Everything changed when I met Dr. Jeelani. She took the time to get to know me as a patient and she identified my cause of infertility- PCOS. With the correct diagnosis in place, my meds were changed and my first ivf transfer at Vios was a success. I welcomed my daughter last Spring and I look forward to working with the Vios team again in the future.
Dr. Jeelani was incredible throughout our experience at Vios. She truly cares about her patients and is available! We’re so thankful to have met her. We are expecting our second baby boy in September!
The doctors and staff are always cheerful and kind. Response time to inquiries is speedy. Most of all - they coach me step by step through the process and I never feel silly asking questions. They truly feel like my TEAM.
VIOS has been kind and informative during my process. Fertility treatments are tough and the whole process is so hard, they are profesional and compassionate during a difficult time.
I just started my journey couple months ago. And so far haven’t had any issues. The nurses at the Aurora location are so nice. And I love my dr!
Everyone in the office was very nice and professional. they explained everything really well and answered all my questions.
I feel safe and like all my drs and nurses listen to me and help with my individual needs
Would give 0 stars if possiblecompletely lack communication and everyone gives different answers
The absolute kindest staff. I would recommend the aurora office over and over again!
Poor communication. Takes for ever to get a call/email back.
Everyone is so polite and helpful, it made the process so much easier.
