I had Dr. Vaughn and he really knows what he’s doing. My first treatment didn’t take but honestly probably stress or user error. My second treatment took and I have a beautiful babygirl who’s extremely smart and active. Also I’m about 19weeks pregnant! People told me it’s not uncommon to get pregnant naturally the second time around (I didn’t believe them, my mistake lol). Now I’m going to have a little brother for baby girl! Highly recommend. I enjoyed working with Dr Propst. I had a medical emergency and he was able to fit me in the next day. The staff always responded to my emails quickly which was helpful. Jaime from his staff was my favorite. She is very caring and sweet.
I graduated at my Week 8 +4. I want to write down this review to sincerely thank Dr. Silverberg and his team (Steffanie and other girls) for the excellent care and service theyve provided. I was on a plan of IUI (if not working, then IVF), but I was very lucky that I got pregnant before we started doing IUI. Thats the magic as Ive been trying to get pregnant for almost two years. I thought I will be referred to a regular OB but surprisingly, they continued to take good care of me, giving me the prescriptions I need and ordering blood tests for me to monitor my status. Dr. Silverberg did the ultrasound on me at my Week 7 and 8. I was almost crying when I heard the baby heart beat. I have visited several other clinics and almost all of them do ultrasound by an ultrasound tech, not by the doctor him or herself. Im sooo impressed that Dr. Silverberg does ultrasound on patient!The clinic is extremely well organized. My waiting time is short (never exceed 30 mins). I got call within 24 hours after my blood work for results. If I have any questions, I can email or leave voice message, and I will get response very quickly. I see that some reviews indicated that this clinic is old school style and does not use App or Patient Portal. I had the same concern before going there. But now I can surely tell you that the communication is never a problem.In the end, I want to thank Dr. Silverberg, Steffanie, and other girls who helped me. I strongly recommend Texas Fertility Center if you are considering fertility treatment, and I will for sure recommend it to my friends who need help in getting pregnant.
Dr. Silverberg is an exceptional healthcare provider. I had the privilege of receiving treatment from him and can confidently say that his professionalism, knowledge, and empathy are outstanding. We had Dr Vaughn and we welcomed Adalynn in march after a successful first transfer! We did the donor program and we were treated with such care and respect. We will be doing another transfer when we can and will be glad to work with Dr Vaughn again!
After having issues with conceiving our 2nd child, we sought the help of TFC and we were assigned to Dr. Schutt. Dr. Schutt was always kind and straightforward with us and kept us informed of our options. She explained things thoroughly and most importantly gave us hope. Through her help, we welcomed our son into the world after our first round of IVF. We are so grateful for the care received at TFC.
Dr. Silverberg and his team helped me successfully conceive our twins after 5 failed IUI cycles. He suggested using an injectable medication with IUI and it worked the first try. He was professional and his team was kind and helpful. I am so glad we made the decision to go here!
I have never been more impressed with a medical facility! TFC is absolutely wonderful. Your questions will never go unanswered. The medical staff, especially Iris, are all absolutely amazing. I chose to work with Dr. Vaughn during my journey and do not have a single complaint. He is extremely knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. I consulted with Dr. Sarah Gavrizi. The entire process for my treatment was really good. The team was always available to answer my queries or calls or emails immediately. I am really happy that I got a positive result on my pregnancy with them. I also never had any billing or any other issues with them. Its an awesome team. Kudos to Dr. Sarah.
Dr. Vaughan and team gave me the two babies I fought so hard to have. They were there for me through it all. I’m a 100% success story! IVF is not easy, but neither is motherhood! 😂Texas Fertility was there for me and now I have the family I wished for!
Struggling with fertility is such a rough journey, often filled with highs and lows. It can be very confusing about which steps to take next and which doctors to seek care from, which clinics to call. We are so very happy we found Dr. Hansard with TFC. Shes been absolutely wonderful. Direct and concise while still being compassionate, she and her incredible nurse team made us feel very confident in the care we received. And even when we met with other doctors at the clinic due to weekend dates or conflicting schedules, they were all great! From front office staff to billing staff, everyone is kind and supportive, aware of the tender journey we are all on. I wouldnt trust our fertility care to anyone besides TFC and Dr. Hansard. Well be back in a year or two for my partner. But for now, we have twins on the way!
I will start off saying that Dr. Vaughn is amazing. Im currently 20 weeks pregnant and chugging along. I went through two egg retrievals and was lucky my first transfer took. I would love to see the practice utilize more of the patient friendly technology that a lot of the medical industry is now using. Having access to a patient portal, dashboard, documentation, and results all in one place, would be a dream. Right now, you either get minimal print outs or information written down on scrap pieces of paper that are easily lost or ruined or a phone call giving you instructions or results with no way to look back and reverify that information. It would be nice to have all of that at your finger tips to reduce mistakes, miscommunication, or easily access your medical record to share with your provider as needed. The bare minimum got sent over to my OB when I transferred which was extremely frustrating when you spend an extortionate amount of money on services. I really struggled with doing 3 or 4 stars as the end goal was achieved, but if youre looking for a more patient-centered approach, TFC probably isnt the right clinic for you and youre better off going to a smaller clinic. The nursing staff I think is over-whelmed with the amount of patients they have which results in steps getting missed, taking frustrations out on patients, or showing up to start a process and not having everything you need because someone missed a step along the way. The authorizations department they revamped before I left, but its impossible to get someone to physically return your call, or a manager to speak with when your struggling to get someone to help you and arent happy with the services or lack-there-of being provided. This place could be amazing if they instilled some fail-safes, a patient portal, and a better escalation process in place for those struggling. In the mean time, be prepared to be treated like a number. They have great success rates and Id love to see them work some of the kinks out for better patient-focused care/education in the future.
Im so deeply grateful for having found TFC after being grossly mishandled by a boutique (laughable) fertility clinic in Austin through 3 egg retrievals. It was a night and day difference in terms of thorough monitoring, quality care, responsiveness, expertise, and - quite importantly - RESULTS.I sought out Dr. Silverberg based on my online research and a recommendation from my fertility acupuncturist and I was not disappointed. His demeanor is a perfect fit to the kind of person I am - straight shooter, doesnt mince words, results driven, gets down to business. I will say if you need extra kid gloves bedside manners or are an extremely fragile and extremely vulnerable person in this process, he might not be the right fit for you - which is a shame because hes great, but other doctors there might be more soft/hand-holding in nature.Sometimes the appointments dont run on time, plan for EXTRA time for your appointments to run late - this HAS improved over the last year dramatically to what others complained about in the past, but stuff comes up. It didnt really affect me because my job is super flexible and I was never in a rush or time crunch, but it was pretty nice when they had to have made some changes that vastly improved their timeliness.Anywho, Im an IVFer over 40 who was told by my last (terrible) clinic I could never give more than 4 eggs at a time, Silverberg got 8 on his first and only cycle, got the only euploid, ran every procedure (fibroid myomectomy, hsg, hysteroscopy) and test (ERA/Alice) to be sure I had the BEST possible chance of that singular embryo taking hold - plus he has 30 years experience - there is something to be said for that level of procedural expertise and muscle memory, instinct, etc.Well, long story short-ish - my euploid has stuck. 14 weeks and counting.Thank you, TFC + Silverberg for making my dreams come true!
I spent 13 months working with Dr. Vaughan at TFC. I now regret that time and wish I had gone to another doctor earlier. First, TFC is very old school and does not use any email or messaging system. This means that all communication must be by phone. But they also dont answer their phone and instead only offer a call back. As someone who works and is meetings all the time, this was very stressful. Further, even though their phone system is just a voicemail service, if you call after hours, the system will not let you leave a VM. So you have to call between 8-12, or 1-3, to leave a VM and then wait for a call back. I didnt realize until I went to another doctor how stressful this process was and that it really may have impacted my results.I did 5 rounds of IVF stimulation. My body did not respond well so I typically had 2-4 follicles, only. Dr. Vaughn preferred not to retrieve with such a small number of follicles, so I never had a retrieval.Dr. Vaughn suggested that I move to an egg donor. Instead I went to another doctor. My first round had 2 follicles, we completed retrieval and 1 of them successfully completed fertilization and genetic testing. I now have 1 embryo!! If Dr. Vaughn had been willing to retrieve with 2+ follicles, I could have several embryos by now and I would have saved so much money and time.I have so much else to say, but Ill stop there. I should note that other doctors at TFC may be different. But since DrVaughn is the founding doctor of this facility, he does set the standards. Also, the lack of a messaging system is for the entire office.Its time for Dr. Vaughn to retire so that the new guard can set new standards and processes.
I can’t begin to say how much we love Dr. Silverberg and Texas Fertility Center. He has been such a blessing in our fertility journey. He takes the time to make sure you understand everything and doesn’t make you feel rushed ever. I love the fact that he is honest and compassionate at the same time. We are now pregnant with our first child and couldn’t be happier. Honestly we wish Dr. Silverberg could be our OBGYN we love him so much. If you’re wondering if Texas Fertility Center is the right place for you, I can’t stress enough that it is.Update: we have successfully had our son in October of 2022. We are now pregnant again thanks to Dr.Silverberg with our daughter. We are currently 10 weeks along and couldn’t be more excited! Thank you so much to all of Texas Fertility Center. Texas Fertility Center is the best place to go to treat infertility issues. Dr. Silverberg, is highly recommended because hes the best of them all. Dr. Silverberg is well knowledgeable and experienced. He will explain every step of the journey to you. He answered all my questions and was never in a rush. The nurses were all professional and willing to assist me when I ran out of medications. I gave birth to my beautiful baby last year in August. Im recommending Dr. Silverberg to everyone! Without Dr. Silverbergs care and immense knowledge, we would not have our daughter. He diagnosed and treated my endometriosis that had been overlooked for many, many years, and he created an IVF plan that worked, even with the slimmest chances (I was 44). Youll wait in the waiting room past your appointment time, and youll be in the office a good while, but when its your time to be worked in, Dr. Silverberg makes it happen. Im so grateful for TFC and Dr. Silverberg!
If I could rate Texas Fertility with more than 5 stars, I would. We absolutely loved working with Dr Silverberg and his team of nurses. You interact with the nurses so much and they are so lovely! Answering all my questions and calming my worries. They are so amazing! Dr Silverberg was always in a good mood and would also listen to my questions about studies I had read and why he thought we should or shouldn’t do something that I had read about. He was always willing to explain things to me and I appreciated his honesty. We came to TF after 2 failed transfers at another clinic in town. We weren’t feeling heard, and it didn’t seem we really mattered. While it was so scary to leave and transfer over our embryos, I am so so thankful we did. We welcomed our sweet baby girl almost 10 months ago and are getting ready to get things going again. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. I have seen some reviews about the long waits, they are busy because they are successful and because they stop to answer all your questions. When you’re the one in there, you will appreciate that!

My husband and I never thought it would be our turn to post a pregnancy announcement or experience the joy of parenthood until TFC made that dream a reality. From the front desk, to the nurses, to every doctor here, everyone cares about your success and works together seamlessly to ensure a smooth fertility journey. In particular, we worked with Dr. Hansard who we cant recommend enough for anyone struggling to conceive! I will never forget when she held my hand before having uterine surgery before the anesthesia kicked in. Every patient matters to the doctors here and we are forever grateful for our healthy baby boy we welcomed in March 2023. We are already in the process of getting ready for baby #2 and there isnt another place we trust more than TFC and Dr. Hansard.
Dr. Silverberg and all of the TFC team is outstanding. We feel so lucky to have gotten such a life changing referral to them -- while the journey isnt easy or simple no matter what it is... the way he walks the line between direct and comforting is pretty much unparalleled in my experience with any medical arena.When so much is new and unknown, I cant think of a better combination in a doctor. (Im pretty sad we dont get to stay with the team til birth)... Highly highly recommend.
Dr Silverberg and his team were the best! I was referred to Dr Silverberg for a myomectomy for a pretty large fibroid I had. I ended up having a lot of complications leading up to surgery. I was in the ER for a couple of days late at night and Dr Silverberg gladly took phone calls to help the ER doctors figure out what he wanted to them to do. He had given me his direct number because I was having complications. I am forever grateful for how invested he is in his patients. After surgery I was able to get pregnant and stayed with them through the first couple of months. You cannot go wrong with Texas Fertility Center and Dr Silverberg!
I highly recommend Dr. Hansard at TFC! It’s a tough process going through IVF mentally, physically, and financially but I felt very supported by her and her staff through the entire process. Thanks to them, I’m now a mother to a beautiful precious 4 month old baby girl at age 40!
I just want to share my great experience with Dr. Lisa Hansard. She did a myomectomy on me and she was very gentle and I felt so cared for in the entire process. She looks very young but she actually has decades of experience and I will recommend her to anyone anytime. Her team, from the nurses, surgery coordinator, billing and clerks are all very responsive and kind. I am so blessed to have found her.
Dr. Hansard and her team of nurses are great! She came highly recommended from a few people I work with when I first moved to Austin. A lot of reviews state that it is very hard to reach the office but I personally have not had any issues. If you leave a voicemail as instructed, you get a call back. If there is an emergency after hours, there’s a special phone line. As a medical professional myself, I understand why they choose to operate this way. Doctors get pulled to do office visits, surgeries, retrievals, and transfers. Their schedule changes on the regular. As their team of nurses, triaging voicemails and having the time to get an answer from the doctors in between patients is the most efficient way to go. I also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Vaughn when he was covering for Dr. Hansard and he is the loveliest man. He spent time and was very thorough. He held my hand the whole way out of the procedure room to my recovery area when he did my FET. Such small gestures sometimes means the world! We are expecting our first in October!
Dr. Vaughn and his team are wonderful and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fertility journey. I left another practice to be a patient at TFC and it was a significant difference in terms of the individual attention I received. Dr. Vaughn‘s ample experience shows in how he takes care of his patients. I am not local to Austin, but I was able to do IVF as remote as possible (with obvious visits to Austin). The TFC team was very flexible and worked with me and my local OB to make it work. I have a 2 year old and a baby due in July thanks to TFC!
After being diagnosed with breast cancer my husband and I knew we needed to pursue IVF before I began chemotherapy. My family MD would only recommend Dr. Silverberg for my IVF treatment and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Silverberg is not just a wonderful doctor but a kind and realistic man. Every nurse, secretary, embryologist, financial consultant I spoke to was informative, polite and friendly. Once I finished my cancer treatment we transferred an embryo and now have a VERY healthy, happy, beautiful baby boy. Our family is indebted to Dr. Silverberg and his team. We will be returning back to Dr. Silverberg and his expertise care to add another bundle of joy to our family.

My husband and I are so glad we found TFC...we have two of our babies to thank them for! You also get assigned a nurse who stays with you throughout your journey so you always have a point person to contact with all your questions. After being diagnosed with infertility, going through a major surgery and over a dozen IUIs with my OBGYN, I turned to Dr. Vaughn and TFC. My only regret is that I hadn’t gone sooner. From our first appointment, Dr. Vaughn SAW and LISTENED to us, we were treated like PEOPLE, imagine that! He explained why he thought we were having troubles, what our options were, and remained patient and kind during our many, many questions and concerns. The staff were very accommodating for appointment scheduling and billing. I was pleasantly surprised at how much my insurance covered some of the services…before I went I thought it would all be out of pocket. For the bigger bills, they offer financing. Their finance team is also great and super helpful. Anyway, the only reason I left the practice is because I am pregnant and I truly could not be happier or sing Dr. Vaughn’s praises enough. Highly, highly recommend.
We worked with Dr. Propst, and he is absolutely wonderful. Super caring, understanding, and helpful. And the nurses are always willing to answer a call or email if you have any questions. We faced a lot of obstacles and hardships through the process, throughout which, they were always there for us and truly cared. And I’m the end we got our happy ending! Dr. Hansard is an amazing and compassionate doctor. I had her help with my first child via IVF and FET in 2016 at 39 and have started my journey for my second child from the same batch and I am due with a healthy child in July 2023.Maternal Age is just a number!
I can’t believe it’s been a bit over a year since my last embryo transfer and here I am with a beautiful healthy baby and a bright, healthy and kind toddler in my arms.What I learned during this IVF journey is that the greatest miracle is the miracle of having faith and that you will find extraordinary people along the way.In my case, I was very lucky to meet Dr. Hansard and her wonderful team. She made it possible for me to become mom at age 42 and this time around at 45.What is so great about her is that she uses your data and latest proven research, yet she carefully listens to your questions and concerns. In my case I wanted to find a way to mitigate as many risks possible and be able to conceive healthy children.Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Hansard and her wonderful team who are kind, compassionate and ready to help you on your journey.Sending you all the baby dust out there too!
After doing fertility treatments for almost a year with my OBGYN, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Silverberg on the recommendation of several friends. I was impressed by how kind all the staff were and by their get-it-done approach to identifying the underlying cause of infertility in order to recommend the best treatment. My husband and I were both given a lot of blood work and tests to do over my next cycle, none of which my regular OBGYN did. Coincidentally, we actually got pregnant on our own that same cycle and didnt end up needing any fertility! Despite not getting any treatment besides the initial consultation, Dr. Silverberg still monitored the pregnancy for the first 7 weeks, doing blood tests to watch my HCG levels and scheduling 6 and 7 week ultrasounds. This was extremely comforting through the early weeks and helped me to have constant reassurance that everything was OK. The staff celebrated with us for the pregnancy and didnt send us back to my regular OBGYN until they were sure the pregnancy was developing healthily. If I ever struggle with fertility in the future, I will go straight back to this clinic!
We had the most amazing experience with Dr Burger and her team. They were careful in guiding us through every step of the way, had an amazing team available essentially 24/7 for support and questions, and really cared about the process and our outcome. I would recommend them to ANYONE, however, Ive realized that many of my friends or acquaintances have already used them and love them! Thank you again for helping us with our journey and leading us toward a first assisted successful pregnancy!
We used Dr Propst twice and was able to get pregnant both times (IUI) with no issues. The only issue I have is when it comes to payment/billing. Our last ultrasound appointment we asked for the bill so we can pay right then and there and they said it was no payment. 3 months later (today) we get a bill saying we owe from the last appointment which is weird and very inconvenient considering we like to pay the day of the appointment. The last pregnancy we overpaid the whole time and they didnt realize it until after I was pregnant but they made it right paid me back what I overpaid. If they can improve in that area this would be an awesome place to expand your family.
Really appreciate this practice --- not just for helping us get pregnant & discover the wonderful role of being parents, but for the efficiency, professionalism, speed & thoroughness of the process. From step 1, we were given the information we needed, but nothing more. We were not overwhelmed with the what-ifs or variables of options or next steps --- we were provided the information we needed, when we needed it. In a journey through infertility and so many unknowns, that was a blessing to me to not go down many paths and questions that had not yet come across my plate. The place is run like a real business -it was organized, fast, efficient. For as many times as you go, I truly appreciated never having to wait, the nurses or desk staff always had the correct info, booking next appointments was seamless. We saw Dr. Propst who was great --- direct, to the point, on time. We are so thankful to Dr. P & the team at TFC for our baby boy, who is such a delight. Ill be back soon for my next embryo transfer, as we have a couple left from the process.
Were proud parents to a beautiful baby girl thanks to Dr. Silverberg and staff, and I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough. Staff were compassionate and courteous — it really felt like they were pulling for us. And Dr. Silverberg is fantastic — hes reassuring and knowledgeable, compassionate and matter-of-fact, and very easy to trust and to work with. Everyone at TFC was with us for a lot of ups and downs, and we couldnt have asked for a better experience when it came to such a challenging journey.
After considering multiple fertility docs, we are SO glad we decided to go with Dr. Silverberg. He and the entire TFC staff (especially the nurse team) are incredible to work with in every way. They are highly organized, fully supportive and always a joy to work with during an especially challenging time. Dr. Silverberg is not only a fantastic physician due to his knowledge and experience in the field of infertility but also highly personable with consistently good bedside manner. My husband and I started the process with him in January and found out in September that we are expecting a little boy in June 2021. My experience with Dr. Vaughn and Texas Fertility Center has been exceptional. I have received the highest level of personal care that I have ever experienced. Dr. Vaughn does all of the ultrasounds himself and gives us so much of his time at every visit. I always leave feeling understood and cared for. He is quick to listen and always responds with all of the information we need. He is sensitive to the difficulties of infertility and knows when to provide an encouraging word. I will never forget him telling me its okay to be disappointed, dont be discouraged in our first meeting together, it meant a lot to me. As for the complaints about their phone system, know your nurse and call your nurse directly. I have never had any issues getting in contact with the staff or with scheduling. TFC has been a Godsend for our family as well as for friends that we have referred to their practice as well. Dr. Silverberg brought a sense of calm and confidence from our first appointment. Ill never forget him saying Im going to get you pregnant and how confident he was in that statement. He did twice and we couldnt be happier. The staff is also friendly and responsive. I cant recommend them enough and we just graduated with our second daughter. I wish we met him and his staff sooner. Well continue to refer family and friends to Dr. Silverberg as hes the best out there!
Saw Dr.Silverberg for our fertility treatment and he was great! Explained everything really well and always left there feeling good. We had to get a surgery done prior to starting our IUI treatments and he did all of it. It was great! Definitely recommend the clinic and especially Dr.Silverberg!
Im still waiting on my doctor right at moment after 1 hour 3mins they are running late on my appointment . This is not ok and Im in tears...i wish they would have known how stress the patients like me are being going through this journey. And they def dont make it any better . And please dont respond me as we cant find you in our record as you responded to all negative reviews. Omg... God knows I and my husband were waiting over an hour this morning at Texax fertility center on mopac. After I spoke up, they said they didnt see my check-in.
Dr. Vaughn and his team were great. They did all kinds of testing and tried less invasive procedures before moving on to IVF. Pam and the rest of the nurses were so helpful and explained everything to us. We are happy to report we now have a newborn. We intend on going back again for baby #2.
Highly recommend!! If it werent for Dr. Silverberg and TFC Austin, we would not have our beautiful daughter. No other professionals that we consulted with could figure out why I was experiencing recurrent pregnancy loss. After years and nearly half a dozen miscarriages, we were heartbroken and feeling hopeless. Then we found Dr. Silverberg. He is wonderful to work with- knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, honest, caring, professional-- But most importantly, he identified the problem and fixed it. Dr Vaughn and his team were so incredible and made the process simple! They take the time to explain things and genuinely care about their patients. They stayed open during covid when a lot of clinics closed and if it wasn’t for that, we wouldn’t have a 6 month old right now! During our transfer, Dr. Vaughn was so caring, he even went to get my mom out of the waiting room to see if she also wanted to be a part of it. Overall, it was a special experience and I can’t wait to go back for our next baby!
Dr. Vaughn is a true gem. I dont ever write reviews, but I knew I had to write one about Dr. Vaughn because my experience with him has been nothing but remarkable. He truly cares about his patients, which is apparent in each and every interaction with him. His bedside manor is nothing Ive ever experienced. Anyone that is fortunate enough to see him as a patient is very lucky! Hes the best of the best!
Dr Vaughn was fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better REI. He is experienced, knowledgeable, very professional and kind. From our first appointment to the last (we are pregnant!!!) he took time to explain every procedure in detail. He was patient to answer our many questions too. Where do I begin thanking Dr. Silverberg?! Hands down, he is the BEST fertility doctor here in Austin (and probably even in the world according to my current OBGYN). He is a HUGE asset to the fertility world without exaggeration. He is very knowledgeable, confident, very professional and honest (does not sugarcoat your issue and works to find a solution) about his expertise in fertility medicine! I have struggled to conceive since my first miscarriage in 2019 and two of the fertility doctors I had (when I was in my previous state) were very mediocre on their fertility practices/procedures on me personally (not trying to undermine them). I felt that they were doing the bare minimum and havent had confidence with them. Long story short, my husband and I moved to Austin in late 2020 and started our fertility journey with Dr. Silverberg after reading all the good reviews about him. Indeed, he is way more than the reviews describe him, I was blown away on the FIRST day we met him and he was able to successfully suspect the problem I had, without first checking me with the sonogram. He found a huge cyst in fact two, that the other doctors missed (even after doing more other procedures) to find faults in the uterus! I knew right then, that I made the BEST choice coming to him.My case and the issue I had, was very complicated as I was not responding to all the fertility meds and was not producing the needed eggs and my blood estrogen level was shooting up like I was producing 40 something eggs. But he was very flexible and quick in handling my issue and pulled through all that and helped us get pregnant by march 2022 after a successful second transfer. My husband actually jokes and says this doctor can do anything with his eyes blind folded! I am telling you, he is that confident and good.It was a long process but I NEVER had a single doubt like I had with my previous doctors that he would fail/miss key procedures. He was alwaysa step ahead and I had a 200000000% confidence in him and I was always relaxed overall with him as my fertility specialist because, at the end of the day if it had not worked, I knew it wasnt from lack of his expertise but luck! It is amazing to be able to find a good doctor and not have to worry about their work as the fertility world is definitely a hard environment to navigate around!The very same thing goes to his nurses and all the TFC employees, they are always on the top of the game! They NEVER even for once miss any of your calls, paperwork and everything about your situation even though they are very busy!
Thanks to Dr. Silverberg and the amazing TFC team, we are 16 weeks pregnant with a little boy! I never thought we would need fertility treatment, but when it became evident we would not be magically getting pregnant on our own, we came to TFC. Every single person there went out of their way to make our experience as easy as possible, and we always felt loved. From making the first appointment, to getting that call from the nurse congratulating me on my pregnancy, they were all just the sweetest and I couldn’t recommend this place more. 5 stars. Would get pregnant here again :)
I had the greatest experience working with Dr.Silverberg, he made my husband and I feel so comfortable and confident in his service. He was the first doctor to ACTUALLY tell me and diagnose me with endometriosis- which I knew I had my whole life but was never told by any doctor ever. The facility is nice and clean and all the nurses are so nice and helpful. I got pregnant after my 2nd IUI. So happy and thankful for TFC’s amazing service and wonderful staff!
We had such a great experience with Dr. Hansard and the team at Texas Fertility! The office has a fun, positive energy and we actually loved going to our appointments! Anytime I was nervous or needed further explanation Dr. Hansard and the nurses were quick to address our concerns and help us understand all of our options. I really felt cared for. So thankful they helped us get pregnant and we will definitely go back to Dr. Hansard when it is time for baby #2!
I have been dealing with endometriosis for over 15 years. I have gone to 4 different states and 7 different doctors before I had found Dr. Silverberg. While he seemed to be very knowledgeable his staff, however, (excluding missy and his nurse malorie) were VERY unwelcoming and flat out rude. Upon arrival I had asked to speak to someone about a payment arrangement and was told no flat out without letting me speaking with anyone. After I practically begged to be spoken too missy finally came up front and was kind enough to explain everything. I was then taken to the back where I was just basically put in a room no communication or explanation of what was about to take place. Dr. Silverberg’s bedside manner wasn’t really bad it was more so non existent. After my visit with him he told me to speak with his surgery scheduler. I waited in the room for a bit because I thought she was coming in but she never did so I stuck my head out the door. She then proceeded to brush me off as if she didn’t want to speak with me and told me she would call me later. I had spent months planning this visit. She was supposed to sit down with me and help me figure out which insurance is best and when a possible surgery could take place, but instead I felt like more of a PROBLEM to them rather them wanting to actually HELP me. It is because of the treatment from his staff that I am continuing my search for help. While I trust Dr. Silverberg as a surgeon I do NOT trust his staff to properly care for me.
Dr Silverberg is seriously the best! He’s incredibly thorough, patient, and takes time to explain his plan and what he is doing. You never have to worry when you are in his hands! We will be expecting our first baby December 2020 and can’t thank him enough for all he did!In addition to Dr Silverberg, his nursing staff was incredible and SO knowledgeable. They ALWAYS call when they say they will and return messages in a very quick fashion. My partner and I made an appointment with Dr. Silverberg after seeing the positive reviews he and his practice had received and Dr. Silverberg’s fulsome published work on fertility. We were told to allocate approximately 45 minutes for our initial consultation. We arrived on time for our 9:00 a.m. appointment (this the earliest appointment available in the mornings per the scheduler) and were promptly called back by a nurse to go over medical history and preliminary questions. The front desk staff and the nurse we worked with were polite and knowledgeable. After the nurse left, we were instructed to wait for Dr. Silverberg in his office. By 9:30 he had not arrived and my partner and I decided to let the front desk know we would be leaving. We were quoted an approximate $350 charge for the consultation and did not feel it was appropriate to pay that much for what would be a rushed 15-20 minute conversation, assuming Dr. Silverberg would have even showed up immediately after 9:30. I cannot speak for Dr. Silverberg’s skillset as a physician but his professionalism with us left much to be desired. Based on our experience, I recommend working with one of the other highly rated fertility specialists in Austin if you have a hectic work schedule.
Silverberg and the entire TFC crew were A+ in their care and work. My wife is now in her second trimester of pregnancy and we’re extremely excited of the future.TFC is an extremely well oiled machine, there is always someone available 24x 7 to provide assistance.Upon first meeting Silverburg I knew he was the “guy.” He’s extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field. We had been trying for almost 4 years and were doubtful at first that our dream of becoming parents could come true. Dr. Hansard was patient with us while we weighed our options and she answered our many questions which helped decrease our anxiety. She gave it to us straight every step of the way, which helped us trust her when the going went tough. TFCs protocols are evidence-based and effective. It was really difficult to embark on an IVF journey but we trusted in the process and Dr. Hansard and the TFC team delivered results! Our precious baby was born in October and we are eternally grateful to everyone at TFC and Ovation!
My husband and I could not say enough good things about Dr. Propst, his staff and collogues. When we first came to TFC we were still trying to wrap our heads around the idea that we were most likely going to have to rely on IVF if we wanted to have children of our own. Dr. Propst was very clear, straightforward and empathetic. He answered every question we had and was confident in his recommendation to move forward (which included surgery). We left feeling armed with knowledge but still needed to make our final decision on what was right for our family. Flash forward 6 months, we tried a non-surgical solution which proved to be unsuccessful for us and decided to trust Dr. Propst and jump into IVF. To be honest, I was a little nervous of judgement for taking so long to come back but found we were met with nothing but understanding. Everything went so smoothly throughout the entire process and our expectations were appropriately managed the entire time. Each appointment we left feeling confident and heard, every question answered, all calls timely and never rushed. Now here we are almost into our second trimester! It was such an amazing experience and will 100% be team Propst/TFC for our next!
Where to begin, my time at TFC was excellent. From the first consultation with Dr. Silverburg to the overall office vibe. Dr. Silverburg answered all of our questions before I even asked them. He was thorough with his approach and customized a plan for us. His nurse team was incredible I loved working with all of them. I came to TFC after my insurance advised me they were one of the top clinics in the area. I had visited two other clinics in the area prior to coming in and I wasn’t happy with either of them. We visited the main office off of Mopac for all our appointments and loved the office. TFC is extremely busy right now so you may wait 30 minutes for your appointment but it’s worth the wait. I did a full IVF cycle and two transfers with them. The care I received throughout the entire process was incredible the nurse team and staff are very responsive via phone and email when needed. I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and was so sad to leave the comfort of TFC. I’ve moved on to my OB but TFC will always hold a special place in my heart they made our dream of starting a family a reality!
TFC is wonderful! We were with them for a little over 3 years before becoming pregnant via IVF. Dr. Burger is kind, empathetic and helpful. She is smart and stays updated on current research in the ever evolving field of fertility. Dr. Burger never made me feel rushed or like I didnt matter. She always answered my questions and showed compassion throughout the struggles of trying to get pregnant. It’s surely not an easy job! The staff and nurses were organized and efficient. They always returned my calls or emails, even though sometimes I probably seemed a little crazy! They also never made me feel uncomfortable. We did have success with them, but even if we hadn’t, I feel like I received the best medical care and advice that’s out there. Please go see them if youre interested in fertility treatments!
I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Natalie Burger for the first few years of my infertility experience and with Dr. Lisa Hansard for the last few years. Both doctors were very professional and very kind and wonderful. Dr. Burger was with me when I was emotional about wanting a family. She guided me through the different fertility paths and helped me wrap my head around this new possibility. Then Dr. Hansard was with me when I was a seasoned fertility treatment veteran, but was so patient and kind in my questions and needing to be reminded of the steps. She was very personable and I felt like she really knew me and my family. She personally called after a few failed attempts with embryo transfers. That was really amazing to me to have my doctor, who I know is busy and has many other patients, call me and ask how I was doing. She was my biggest cheerleader and Im only sad that I no longer are going in for fertility treatments to see her! Thank you also to the wonderful staff and nurses. I met with many of them and they were all very kind and never rushed me or made me feel awkward or embarrassed, even though we get poked and prodded and are half-naked! Haha. I am very grateful for my time and experience with the Texas Fertility Center! Thank you for helping me get two beautiful children!
This review is well overdue since we had our daughter in 2019 but Id highly recommend Dr Silverberg! He was fantastic overall and very direct in his recommendations which I appreciated. We ended up getting to the outcome we had been wanting much quicker than expected plus a bonus that everyone in his office was kind and very patient with my million questions.
Dr. Propst and his team are the best. He spoke to my husband and I like people and treated us with compassion. The people at TFC made our dreams of being parents come true. 10/10 recommend TFC to anyone struggling with infertility. Love this Dr office

We’ve been to 3 different fertility clinics due to moving here from nyc and then again, needing a second opinion. Dr. Silverberg was thorough, never rushed me, gave me the hard facts while having empathy for our circumstances. He is kind, respectful, very attentive and when needed, saw us without question. We highly recommend Dr. Silverberg at TFC. We had a very difficult journey that was discouraging at many times, even while undergoing treatment at TFC. Dr. Silverberg always did a great job of explaining next steps and reassuring us that things would be OK. After finding out we were pregnant, he and his team (especially Nurse Grace!) were wonderful in answering questions and reassuring us. We have now graduated from TFC and I was sad/scared to leave. Overall, it was a great experience. The only downside was the pretty lengthy waits for each appointment. But I know a lot of that is from having to schedule people in last minute due to step by step treatment. So if you go, prepare for some time in the waiting area. :)
We had a wonderful experience at Texas Fertility Center. Dr. Silverberg put us at ease from our first consultation and was confident and clear in our treatment plan. Dr. Silverbergs bedside manner is very straight forward, intelligent, and calm - and I felt well-informed throughout the process. His nurses were patient and friendly - and prompt in responding to our questions. Our first treatment cycle was a success and I cant recommend Dr. Silverberg highly enough!
This is our fifth baby, fourth pregnancy with TFC and Dr. Silverberg. Though we have seen other doctors at the practice, and they were phenomenal, we affectionately refer to Silverberg as our very own mad scientist. (He’s completely sane, I promise.) He is energetic, friendly and listens - we completely trust his judgment and are grateful for his guidance. And we are so grateful for the care Silverberg’s team has taken with us and our babies - they are compassionate, quick to respond and patient when I make them explain the whole process to me each round. We have one more embryo, and we’ll definitely go back.
Dr. Lisa Hansard is incredible. I was previously receiving care from Shady Grove in Washington, DC, and the level of care was terrible, and the doctor had misdiagnosed me and was disrespectful. However, ever since coming to TFC and being under Dr. Hansards care, my TTC experience has completely changed. TFC has excellent customer service, nursing follow-up and Dr. Hansard is excellent. I was properly diagnosed by her, received the appropriate treatment, I felt respected and supported, and now I am 12 weeks pregnant and will definitely come back to Dr. Hansard for #2! Im so thankful for everything!

We truly couldnt have done it without Dr Propst! Him and his team helped us successfully conceive with IUI and the entire process went smoothly. They always worked with us on appointment times and locations, never had to wait long to be seen, and were so supportive when my first IUI pregnancy ended up being non-viable. If we choose to conceive again well definitely return.
As I began my journey as a Single Mother by Choice, I knew I had many options for fertility clinics in town and around the country. The whole process was overwhelming, so I asked my OBGYN for a referral and he sent me to Dr. Thomas Vaughn at TFC. I am super type A and had already done a lot of research and had a ton of questions at my first consultation with Dr. Vaughn. He sat with me for what seemed like forever and patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions and provided me with additional valuable information so that I could make the best choice. I knew he had been doing this since before I was alive and his knowledge and wisdom were evident. I also appreciated his no nonsense, give it to me straight approach. Along the way, when things did not go as planned and all the big decisions one has to make began to be emotionally taxing (IVF can be hard! Id recommend a therapist while you are on this journey), Dr. Vaughn was there with supportive and kind words. I always felt encouraged and cared for every step of the way. I would also be remiss if I did not praise his lovely and knowledgeable nurses! Laura and Kathy are fabulous humans. They timely answered my many emails and phone calls and patiently walked me through injections, which were scary at first. From the temperature checker at the front, to the front desk, to the clinical staff, I was treated with respect and provided with exceptional service every time I interacted with them. If you are looking for simply the best of the best, I highly recommend Dr. Vaughn and his wonderful team at TFC!

My friend had a bad experience from Natalie Burger, MD, and from all TFC staff.They failed to transfer embryos to my friends womb. I saw them doing IVF from beginning till they lost everything. They did all tests prior to making embryos. They said everything is fine. My friend spent 24k+ on IVF. She borrowed from green sky loaner to have baby. So sad story. Never ever recommend TFC to anyone.
We had a great experience with Dr. Propstand the TFC team. My nurses were so good, especially Ashley. Every question or concern I had was addressed immediately, professionally, and with the upmost respect. We initially chose Dr. Prospt because of his military background as my husband is a veteran. However after meeting and working with Dr. Propst, he is so caring, answered all my questions, told me not to worry b/c Im a worrier, and I truly felt like he cared. We did 2 rounds of IVF which is expensive but he was able to work with us and now we have a baby on the way! Thank you TFC as all the staff we worked with was very helpful and kind. 5 stars from the Johnsons!
I dont even know where to begin! Dr. Hansard and her team are just the best! She takes the time to get to know you and builds a treatment plan specific to your situation. Although we werent successful with our procedures she was there for us every step of the way. Dr. Hansard truly cares for her patients and their outcomes, she has the best heart! We were recently blessed with a miracle pregnancy and she was the first call we made. Her excitement for us was so genuine! She got us in right away and made sure that this pregnancy was healthy before releasing us to our regular ob/gyn. I cannot say enough, I am thankful for Dr. Hansard and highly recommend her and her team!

A fertility journey has ups and downs and for me required a significant amount of patience. Overall, I felt very supported and cared for at TFC. I feel very fortunate to have been under the care of Dr. Silverberg who helped me through the process. I recently worked with Texas Fertility Center in North Austin for Fibroid Removal Surgery. Dr. Silverberg was our specialist and microsurgeon. He was very thorough through each step of the process and made us feel like we were in good hands. Not only did we have a great surgical experience, but we also enjoyed working with his friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were always so quick to assist us, provided answers within a timely manner and did whatever they could to make sure we were taken care of. They even called a few days after surgery to check in to ensure everything went well.I would highly recommend Dr. Silverberg and the Texas Fertility Center; great, genuine people who care.
Having had just moved to Austin from West Texas, I was desperate in finding a fertility clinic where I didn’t have to wait half a year just to be seen.Just days after calling the office, during the heat of the pandemic, I had my first consultation with Dr. Propst, the nurse and financial advisor. It was a hit.I started treatment for IVF a month in after being given very specific instructions on how to order my drugs, the importance of timeframe and literally two months later I had a success story.I am so appreciative of Jaimie and Dr. Propst of course as well as other staff that was always kind and accommodating when I had questions or concerns.During the ice storm I was experiencing frightening symptoms and was booked right away on short notice. 10 weeks into my pregnancy I graduated and was dismissed to my regular OB, a bittersweet moment.I just want to say thank you for your life changing help and in being part of starting my little family.
I was under the care of Dr Burger, and it was a pleasure to be her patient. She was compassionate and caring while also being meticulous with the process and giving us confidence in the outcome. We sought TFC services after learning our odds of conceiving - without scientific intervention - were worse than one in a million, as a result of my husband’s status as a cancer survivor. The process is overwhelming, but TFC did a great job of guiding us through it, one step at a time. Both 38, we were fortunate to get pregnant with just one IVF cycle, and we felt immensely positive and grateful regarding our experience.
I highly recommend Dr. Hansard. Being an older woman struggling with having children, I had a consult with Dr. Hansard on the best route to take. Three years later my husband and I have two beautiful children, a two and a half year old boy and a newborn baby girl. Several friends who have had success at TFC referred my husband and I there after we were unable to conceive on our own.From the moment we started working with Dr. Silverberg and his staff, we knew we were in good hands. Dr. Silverberg has a contagious optimism that helped us fight through any hurdle we came across. I had several issues including polyps, cysts and endometriosis that were expertly removed with a combination of surgery and medication. I was also morbidly obese and Dr. Silverberg recommended a medically supervised weightloss program that helped my husband and I lose more than 100lbs each.After taking a year off to lose the weight so I could be in the best shape possible to carry, we immediately got pregnant. Unfortunately, we suffered a missed miscarriage due to a chromosomal issue and I had a D&C. Dr. Siverberg and the entire TFC staff was extremely caring and took great care of not only me, but my husband as well.As soon as we were able, we tried again and I am now 20 weeks along with boy/girl twins.None of this would have been possible without Dr. Silverberg and the team at TFC. We spent almost four years getting here and despite our losses, every step has been worth it.All the doctors and staff at TFC care about your well being. I felt that they celebrated and mourned right alongside us. We received lots of encouragement and everyone took time to answer our questions. We never felt like we were wasting their time, even if we knew they were running late for the next appointment.The have insurance experts on staff who helped us navigate through our coverage. They fought for us when we ran into problems and never once made us feel like we were dumb because we didnt understand something.The worst part of TFC is that they release you to your OB once youve been blessed with a viable pregnancy. I wish we could be with them all the way through delivery.I am extremely thankful to TFC for the hard work they do and for bringing me my two sweet children who I will get to meet in a few months.
SO WONDERFUL! The staff at the TFC was so accommodating, helpful, and caring. They got me in for an appointment right away and moved forward with making arrangements for the procedure I needed to have done. Dr. Hansard was so knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions along with making me feel 100% comfortable! Also, the Surgery Coordinator, Cindy Suarez was phenomenal! She sat down with me and discussed my procedure, provided me all the information I needed, along with calling my insurance company and mapping out all my out of pocket costs! WOW! I have never been so impressed by an office and their staff! I highly recommend TFC!!!
Dr. Hansard and her team were amazing when we worked with them back in 2020. We just had our daughter in 2021 and are so extremely grateful for the work they did. All of this was new to us and they held our hand and walked us through everything. Dr. Hansard knew that I would get overwhelmed with too much information so she would just tell us the next thing that needed to happen. Her team was always there to help us out when we called. And Dr. Hansard really listened to our concerns. I truly felt like this was a team effort.
Dr. Kaylen Silverberg was phenomenal! He was realistic but encouraging. He was professional and knowledgeable. We always felt like we were treated as an individual and not just another case. We will always be indebted to him and his staff for helping us conceive our beautiful baby girl!
Dr. Silverberg is hands down the best physician I have ever seen for any specialty. After having a very bad experience with another Reproductive Endocrinologist in Central Texas I was referred by a friend to Dr. Silverberg at Texas Fertility Center. Dr. Silverberg will intently listen to your history and concerns, yet keep it straight with you by offering his honest opinion in a professional way. This is something I greatly respect about him. Within less than six months of being treated by Dr. Silverberg my husband and I were able to naturally conceive our first child after he diagnosed me with Stage 1 Endometriosis and uterine polyps. He removed all of the disease and carried me through my first eight weeks of pre-natal care. If you want a doctor you can fully trust with your fertility issues, go see Dr. Silverberg. He will help ensure your dream of having a family will come true. The nurses and the rest of the staff at TFC are also great. They will answer calls and emails same day and never get frustrated by how many questions you ask. I could not more highly recommend Texas Fertility Center!
Travis and I are so thankful we were referred to Dr. Silverberg. The best doctor (and nurses on staff) we could ask for! Dr. Hansard and her team were amazing throughout our entire fertility journey. From testing to figure out the cause of our infertility, to confirming endometriosis (which just in itself was a big deal for me), to IUI, and finally through IVF, they were thorough, informative, and incredibly caring. The process itself was stressful and anxiety inducing but Dr. Hansard and her nurses always had the time to answer questions (no matter how trivial they seemed), make sure we understood everything going on, and ensure we knew exactly what came next. We had both good news and bad news while under the care of Dr. Hansard and I cannot say enough about how incredibly compassionate she and her team were no matter what the outcome. If you need help with fertility - even if you aren’t sure and just want to check in and see what the process is all about - Dr. Hansard and Texas Fertility is hands down the best decision you will make.
We liked our doctor but did not care for the clinic or how they managed patients. We were with them for a few years and several mistakes were made. We felt we constantly had to tell them (or remind them) of what meds we should be taking, when we should be starting them, what happened in previous cycles, etc. Initially we kept telling ourselves -theyre human, mistakes happen. But the mistakes continued to happen and eventually we decided that staying with them was too risky, especially for the price we were paying. They also ignored our prescription coverage and advised us to have meds filled through an affiliate of our covered pharmacy. Our claims for the meds were denied and we were stuck paying over $5,000 for meds that would have been fully covered by our benefits plan. TFC did nothing to help compensate us for this mistake. Truly upsetting given the amount of money we spent on them over the course of 3+ years including 8 egg retrievals and 5 embryo transfers. I was left with no choice but to file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board.I also think its odd that their embryology lab and surgical center are separate entities even though they appear to be owned by the same physicians. It feels like a giant money grab. The doctors might be talented, but I also started to feel like they might be greedy too.
Dr. Anthony Propst is Awesome, He let you decide what you wanna do, and help you understand whats the best option for you, I’m 4months 1 week pregnant with a baby girl for the first time embryo transfer and it works. I highly appreciated for Dr, Nurses, and staff for helping us became parents.. I would recommend Austin TFC they are Great. I would do it again next time around.
TFC was absolutely amazing throughout my entire fertility journey. I started with Dr. Hansard in October and was pregnant with a healthy baby boy by January! I couldn’t recommend a doctor or clinic more. Through what is a stressful and emotional time, I felt like I was in the best hands and everyone truly cared about my outcome and me. You may encounter a very frustrating voice mail system when trying to communicate with someone. Typically, youll need to leave a message and wait for them to return your call. If you miss their call, youll need to leave another message to get the information you need. This process can be time-consuming and lead to missed opportunities. That is their system. Never directly connected to the assistant.Unfortunately, I havent had any luck following up on a meeting since my initial visit. Despite this, I cant make excuses for the lack of communication. Regardless of the situation, you will always have to leave a message to make an appointment, receive results, or schedule a follow-up
We were helped by Dr. Vaughn, an experienced and thorough doctor who patiently went over every detail with us. However, what gave us the most comfort was his compassion and empathy for the emotions and challenges we would face. With few words he could convey a level of confidence and understanding you dont often see in most physicians. Thank you Dr. Vaughn.
Dr. Propst and his team at TFC Austin made our dreams a reality. My wife had a successful IUI in 2019 to our beautiful baby girl and I had a successful IUI in 2021 to our sweet baby boy. Our little family will forever be thankful for Dr. Propst and the TFC team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
My husband and I have been through IVF once (it was a failed first FET) but I STILL love this place. Customer service is amazing, communication is fluid, and the whole atmosphere is positive! My husband and I have no complaints on this front. Dr Vaughn has been our physician and he is so gentle and sincere ... flat out amazing. We have toured and been patients of two other fertility clinics and this place is top notch!
Texas Family Center (TFC) helped my husband and I to achieve our dream of growing our family. We began our journey in 2017 when tried to conceive naturally only to be unsuccessful. My gynecologist referred us to TFC and in 2018 we met with Dr. Anthony Propst. We quickly felt very comfortable with his experience and empathy. He gave us options and thoroughly examined us through tests and lab work. We did IVF in January 2019. It was not an easy journey or process, but it was a beautiful experience with the most precious reward. Thank you, Dr. Propst! We’ll be back for another soon!

We cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Silverberg, nurse Megan Kavanaugh, and the rest of the Texas Fertility Center staff. Dr. Silverbergs knowledge, bedside manner, and quality of care are unparalleled. He provided a step-by-step course of action, explanation, and great attitude throughout my infertility journey. He reminded me that it wasnt a matter of if Id get pregnant but when which was quite reassuring. During my first office visit after I got pregnant, he was so excited as if we were part of his family! We love that this office is open 365 days/year and that there is an on-call nurse available. You will not get better medical care than at TFC!
My husband and I had been trying to concieve for 2 years. I was then diagnosed with a large fibroid that needed to be removed. Unfortunately, I had the surgery done before I met Dr.Silverberg. After my surgery, I found Dr.Silverberg. BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO US. I have been a RN for over 13 years and never ever have I met a doctor more dedicated to his patients. He spent almost an entire year trying to repair my badly damaged uterus. Unfortunately, my poor uterus couldnt be helped and I ended up having a hysterectomy. As sad as we were, Dr.Silverberg never let us give up hope. He instantly got us on track for a gestational carrier. My ovaries and eggs were still in great shape. My hysterectomy was 12/2013. I found my carrier through an agency and we were going down the path of surrogacy. By May 15th, 2014, our carrier was pregnant with fraternal twins! We are now almost 15 weeks along! None of this would have been possible without Dr.Silverberg. He always took his time with us, being 100% committed to our journey. He never for one second let us feel hopeless. He was our rock. Such an amazing man, doctor, giver of live, and creator of families. I would recommend him with highest of highest regard.His office staff, nurses, and fertility lab staff are full of caring experts that held our hand throughout. I went with Dr. Silverberg after having 2 lost pregnancies. One ectopic and one miscarriage. I had gone to regular OB’s and they never found anything. He was able to help me get pregnant. He is super honest and candid and I really appreciated that. I’m beyond blessed that I was referred to him by 3 of my friends.

Dr. Thomas Vaughn is a true angel. After a heartbreaking fertility rollercoaster and unanswered questions, we started IUI treatments with Dr. Vaughn.After our fourth IUI cycle, we are now expecting boy girl twins! Dr. Vaughn just exudes confidence, knowledge, patience and compassion. We could not have imagined a better soul to assist us on this journey.He offered jokes at just the right times. He offered reassurance that we were on the right track when we needed it. He allowed us the freedom to choose our path, like trying IUI with injections before moving on to IVF. He even personally performed our laparoscopy. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Dr. Vaughn.Our nurse Lisa never made me feel silly for asking questions and confirming treatment details.The after hours nurse was always quick to return our call and reassure us that we can call her whenever we needed her. I will always remember when she gave us our positive HCG result!My only critique would be the front desk check in. On our very first visit, we were very put off by the demeanor of the front desk women. It was our first visit, so we were already anxious that we chose the right clinic. She was cold and impersonal for being a new patient. Did not offer even standard pleasantries (such as, Good Morning, how are you? Etc.). This did not offer a good first impression. It even sparked me to ask my husband if we should leave and find another clinic. A warm and reassuring greeting would really build confidence that a new patient has come to the right place.
We went to TFC because they were the highest rated. Dr Lisa Hansard is no nonsense and to the point. If you want results, Dr Hansard is the doctor to see. She was able to help us conceive our beautiful baby daughter. Thanks Dr. Hansard and TFC!

I have been a patient of Dr Vaughns for about 6-7 months. My husband and I could not have asked for better care. What dr excuses his nurses and does the ultrasounds himself? Dr Vaughn always made us feel extremely comfortable and kept things lighthearted with his jokes when going through something so heavy (also, when appropriate). When we were at a crossroads of whether to stick with IUI for the 4th time or jump into IVF, he was extremely honest with the chances and outcome, which was so appreciated. I will say that you have to ask questions if you are wanting to know something. When we asked what we were needing answers to, the answers were honest, professional, and full of the information that we needed. I cannot give his nurses, Meghan & Ashley, enough accolades. They were always there if we needed them. Their response rate was extremely quick. Ashley also recently called me after hours when I emailed her panicking about something. (At this point, I was even released to my OB but felt so comfortable with her, I called her first). When we did get released to the OB (1st IVF was successful!!), it was a bittersweet moment for us. I would recommend ANYONE to TFC!
Dr Hansard is an incredible and amazing genius. We went to her after she managed to get my best friend pregnant. Ive had two surgeries with her which went smoothly and stress free with a speedy recovery. Were about to start our first IUI today. Fingers crossed.

I had a scheduled myomectamy for April 2017, but complications with the tumors arose and I ended up in an emergency surgery with Dr. Propst. He was very intuitive to my sensitivity related to surgery in general. The surgery went excellent, my incision was so perfect the incision site could barely be identified once it healed. My life changed after the 21 tumors were removed. 5 years later I am still grateful!!!
Dr. Silverberg is amazing, as is the entire TFC staff. They helped us conceive even though I only have one fallopian tube and a history of ectopic pregnancy. We now have a beautiful baby girl thanks to them. If you are struggling with infertility, please go see someone... and if you are anywhere near Austin (we are in Waco), go see Dr. Silverberg! There is hope. :)

My daughter went in for a procedure; it turned out to be a incompetent one by Dr burger . My daughter was in extreme pain after the procedure and the Dr had left right after the procedure; her family was in town; she never even came back in to check on her patient. My daughter was still in extreme pain to the point of admitting her into the hospital. As a mother I couldn’t do a thing to help my daughter; all I could do is plead for help to the nurse; and repeat to call the doctor. Her professionalism and inhumane for a person in her care and in extreme pain is inexcusable
Dr. Silverberg is the one to see! The care was phenomenal and with great result. Our baby journey was Dr. Silverberg’s journey. Could not ask for better care. At age 41 we needed only one cycle. Thank you for our wonderful baby girl.

I have uterine fibroid surgery a week ago. And I was very nervous about it. I was told I “may” have nausea, bloating and pain. Dr Silverberg and his team took such great care of me and the procedure was very very easy. I had NONE of the symptoms they said I “may” have. I had a little discomfort but the pain was not even what I could constitute as “pain”. The first 24 hrs I just slept on and off. And I was even hungry! Once the hospital drugs left my system I was bored laying around. I went back to work 2 days later. Yes there is some discomfort and yes I was tired. But it was the easiest thing I have ever done and the easiest recover ever. Two week later I am back to my normal energy level and exercise routine. Thank you Dr. Silverberg!
My husband and I found each other later in life and we needed assistance to start a family. Dr. Propst provided the stats and options in a direct, compassionate manner. We went against the odds and with Dr. Propsts expertise, Gods grace and the full support of Team Propst...we are expecting a baby girl at the age of 45. We miss seeing their smiling and supportive faces and cant wait for the day we can introduce Team Propst to our little girl. We cant thank Dr. Propst enough for his support and going all in to dial in our treatment and fight with us against the odds!

If the woman at the check in desk is any indication of how inattentive and unprofessional the rest of the staff at this facility are, I will absolutely be having my sterility retested elsewhere. In my experience, when employees leave someone in a waiting area for over an hour because they had been “forgotten about”, that doesn’t often indicate a high level of care in other areas of the business.

I had a traumatic experience. After 2 years of therapy and self forgiveness I understood it wasn’t my fault, and Dr Burger should have done better. Even delivering the news… don’t recommend her to any woman.

Very unprofessional clinic. Scheduled two appointments, first was one cancelled a few days prior with a blunt statement saying it was cancelled. No reason why. Second appointment was made, paid for promptly but no one called as scheduled. Very poor communication.

The mopac location is absolutely horrible! The south location is great and dr burger is great. But when I have to wait 45 min in the room after my scheduled time.
No explanation, no help, big money making scheme.They never suggest or investigate after many failed attempts. All recommendations/suggestions we have had to make after researching things on our own.
