I was excited and nervous going into this process, but everyone was so sweet and easy to talk to. As someone who doesn’t like doctors office because of the sterile and uncomfortable feel of it, Kindbody has such a calming atmosphere so I immediately felt comfortable. They’re amazing at what they do, and thanks to them we are now expanding our family 🥹 Im still in disbelief by how amazing it this experience has been. I’m so thankful for each and everyone that has been a part of our journey.

Kindbody was a nice and fun experience. We enjoyed coming in for visits. The atmosphere, people, and decor are nice. I loved how everything we needed was on the portal for easy access and we usually received bloodwork information by the end of the day or the following. I really love the response time! I think I would have liked a little more clarity/guidance on the steps to get the process initiated, but it’s not a deal breaker by any means. I kept asking and got the info I needed until I felt comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and especially since we had a successful implantation and saw the baby’s heartbeat today!! If we have complications with our next pregnancy and still live in Austin, we’ll be back.

I am actually quite surprised reading some of the negative reviews here. My experience with Kindbody was a positive one! Their patient portal is really easy to use, and I always got a timely response with my questions. My appointments were quick and easy and all of the nurses and technicians were extremely kind and patient. Recently had my egg retrieval and are waiting on PGT results, but everything up until now has been pretty seamless with what is a complicated process.

My care provider was comprehensive and patient, and I felt listened to. She had an excellent bedside manner. I felt at ease and safe to share my health concerns with her. The administrative staff was lovely. I was greeted with a smile and felt welcome. Also, the ascetics are clean and minimal. I enjoy being in the space. The office has a warm, home-like feeling compared to other sterile medical spaces I have visited. I wish more healthcare providers considered the whole experience for patients like Kind Body does.

The clinics scheduling and backup procedures are inadequate. My wife and I were both scheduled for a 9 a.m. appointment, but upon arrival, we were informed that the appointment had been moved to 11 a.m. due to an error on their part. Unfortunately, there was no backup doctor or escalation plan in place for such situations. It appears that many other patients have encountered similar issues. The clinic is small, with only one doctor for each type of lab work, and they do not accept lab work from other clinics. Scheduling can take months, and when mistakes occur, they handle them as if its none of their concern.Given the lengthy process and time sensitivity, its essential to account for potential months of delays. Best of luck! 🍀

Bad communication. Takes forever for them to actually get started and get appointments. Plenty of rescheduling appointments on their end. Smells like sewage when you go into the office sometimes. They ask for reviews all the time to try to inflate their score. Wasted plenty of time, money, and resources and keep getting bills in the mail from things they misinformed me on. Used their benefits from my husbands job but they dont really cover anything, its useless to be honest. Be weary of this place. Its such a sham.

In January 2023, I had a virtual consultation with the understanding that my employer/insurance would cover the associated costs. To my surprise, 15 months later, I received an an email w/ unanticipated invoice totaling $260. I was not made aware of this outstanding balance prior. Despite my diligent efforts to promptly rectify this matter, I have received no response thus far. As a result, I am having to follow up with them again. Moreover, my initial interaction with the service left much to be desired. They immediately scheduled blood work without my consent, a decision I swiftly sought to have reversed. This aggressive approach highlighted a disregard for the patients’ preferences as at no point did I agree to this and left me with a negative impression.

Recently Graduated from Kindbody and expecting my 1st baby 🎉 Words cannot explain how thankful I am for this office . I’ve been with Kindbody for a little over a year we did Multiple IUIs and 2 IVF cycles and every time I lost hope everyone in the clinic ensured me to not give up . My first IVF cycle ended very traumatic and scary I was in the ER 2 in the morning and Dr. Debo stayed on the line and available the entire time that’s how I knew I was in good hands. It’s bittersweet to leave the family we have grown to love to trust but we will definitely be back to extend our family . Thank you Ally, Amrin,Alycia, Debo , Jacqui , Toyin , Olivia , Darnisha , Sydney and Ms. Yang so much for making every appointment comfortable and enjoyable and informative . See my spouse’s review (CB) for full details, but these people don’t want to help you have a baby. They’ll make you miss several cycles, prescribe you birth control, and then send you a $200 bill several months after you fired them. Our feedback was “very much heard” but we never got an apology. Only more bills and pre auth requests for our insurance.

My partner had an appointment today in which he logged on and no one let him into the meeting. We both called the office, but it just rings or says number is not available. No one has called him or sent any messages about not seeing him for appointment. I decided to look at reviews to see if anyone else had a similar situation. Glad I read reviews before we got deep into the process with this company. Already left a bad 1st impression and the reviews I have been reading is scary. I would hate to spend thousands to not be treated professionally and handled with seriousness.UPDATE: my partners appointment was rescheduled 2 weeks later due to a mess up on the clinic. He gets on the telemed appointment yesterday just to be told he was scheduled with the wrong person. Someone would call to schedule him today. No call yet and its 3pm. Im over it. Well go elswhere. If I cant trust this facility to handle appointments, I definitely font trust them with either of our bodies, let alone helping us produce a child.

I HIGHLY recommend Kindbody for anyone in need of family-building/planning care!I am now happily 22 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby and couldnt have done it without the medical professionals and front desk staff there! My wife and I were at another local Austin IVF clinic and we chose to switch care to Kindbody because we felt just like another number at the prior IVF clinic. On top of that, my Reproductive Endorcinologist at the other clinic (Texas Fertility Center, TFC) at one point called my wife your husband while she was sitting right next to me and assumed that my wife was just a friend after I had been a patient of his for about a year!I transferred my embryos from TFC to Kindbody and did the rest of my care at Kindbody. The staff all communicated extremely well via the phone and patient portal, gave me indiviualized care, and most importantly I was pregnant after my first embryo transfer. They have an in clinic lab and everything is done on site....most other IVF clinics in Austin are very piecemeal and you have to go all over town to get your labs at one place, your egg retrieval at another place, your ultrasounds at another place, your embryo transfer at another place and they all dont communicate well at all. Kindbody does it all at the same place and their patient portal is better than any other Ive used at any other IVF or other medical clinic.Thank you and I coulndt recommend Kindbody more! Especially if you identify as an LGBTQ patient or couple!Megan

The staff not only were welcoming, attentive to every question asked and provided advice that’s best for you. They have a fast response to the portal and answered any concerns one might have. Today out baby boy is over a month through IVF. We are on cloud 9!!! Hoped for this moment for so long. They have made my long years of waiting come true. Thanks to Dr. Deborah Ikhena-Abel and her amazing staff! We are firm believers of everything happens for a reason. The years of waiting we were supposed to go to Kindbody to make this journey happen. We are completely great full for Kindbody and can’t wait to go back in the future to help this little family grow even more! The only downfall was billing. There was a lot of miscommunication and items unapplied or applied payments and we couldn’t get a straight answer. A lot of back and forward issues. But that’s about it

TLDR: Avoid this clinic at all costsFull version: This place should not be open - something is seriously wrong. My wife and I (cis woman and AFAB nonbinary) selected this place to help us start our family. My wife has PCOS and long but regular cycles. We had our initial consultation with the doctor, who said to call when my wife’s period started. We called - but the weekend made scheduling an appointment difficult. We had no choice but to wait for the next cycle (40 days). We call again. The person on the phone sounded judgmental that it took us so long to call, like we’d decided not to go with them. We found it weird but kept going as planned. They tested my wife for 445 genetic conditions - she is a carrier for ZERO of them. They required us to go to a mental health therapist (even though we both already go to individual counseling and we have a marital counselor) just because we had to use a donor. Then they required us to meet with a genetic counselor to compare our sperm donor’s genes with my wife’s. Then the doctor had to approve the purchase. It felt excessive and a little uncomfortable that we couldn’t waive that, but we proceeded. Finally, we are in agreement on a plan. I have to do my infectious disease testing (even though I’m not carrying, but a policy is a policy, so I relented) and we have to call on the first day of my wife’s next period to get started with IUI. I had to sign up for the patient portal to access my lab order. The portal sign-up asked me multiple questions about MY body and MY cycle (irrelevant, we aren’t using my reproductive system for anything) - NOT trans/non-binary friendly portal setup. But I did it, and I went and got my testing done.Unfortunately, my test results weren’t in by day 3 of my wife’s period, so they refused to see her. Even though we wouldn’t be inseminating for TWO WEEKS and my results would surely be in by then, they sent us away for an entire cycle. Remember, that’s 40 days.So we wait the 40 days. My wife sets up an appointment, which they canceled the day before, but she didn’t see the message. She shows up for her appointment. There, they tell her that the day we are supposed to be inseminating for her natural cycle, they will be closed for renovations, so we will have to miss this cycle as well. Then they prescribed my wife birth control, which was NEVER part of the plan, just to save us 12 days and appease our frustration that they’re forcing us to miss yet ANOTHER cycle. They set an appointment for her to be seen Dec 28th, after she’d stopped the birth control, to start a cycle finally. The day before the appointment, they canceled. Why? Because we hadn’t proven our sperm donor was CMV-. This is pure incompetence on their part. We had not only sent the info to them, it is listed on the donor’s page, which we’d linked them to as well. Additionally, as mentioned before, it had already been approved by the doctor and a genetic counselor. If you are queer or have to use a donor for any reason, avoid this place at all costs. At BEST, Kindbody is too disorganized to function properly.

No follow up from so called clinical team, basically no one tells you what is going on and what is going to happen! No team plan no communication! They leave you lost middle of no where! No proper respond to your messages and concerns. I think if your aged and planning family then they don’t care for you at all! We hoped for the day when wed have a healthy baby in our arms. When choosing a fertility doctor, I believe the staff and the doctor play a crucial role. Dr. Debo at Kindbody knows her stuff, and I felt confident and trusting throughout the IVF process. I had a really weird experience with this company. I wish I read reviews from other patients before putting time and effort to work with them because I can see my experience is not an anomaly. Hopefully I can help someone else with determining if Kindbody is best for them.I provided positive ratings for the clinical center, as it is a calming atmosphere aesthetically, however, the operations advisors at the front desk and management did not support this aesthetic. It seemed there was always a miscommunication and no one knew what the other was talking about. Operations issues would be discussed at the front desk regarding other employees and it was pretty unprofessional.Something as simple as scheduling an appointment may get passed around to 10 different people with different responses.I would also receive multiple different responses such as such as the proper time to schedule my next IUI appointment. For example, my last visit for a pregnancy test (which I was told to come in for even though I had already started my cycle) I was told, You can come back next month. (meaning I would completely skip a cycle just because they didnt know how to respond).Kindbody may work for people with very flexible schedules, but the scheduling was a nightmare. I would receive a message at 4:30 pm to come in at 12pm the following day. When I would call back I would reach a call center that would tell me theyd call me back, but never do so. Its an impossible and incredibly stressful system for someone with a career and clients of their own.In addition, I was very much in the dark about my treatment plan. I do not need incredibly compassionate care, so Im personally okay without that, but I do appreciates evidence-based explanations prior to and following procedures as well as my personalized plan of care. My questions would get passed around to multiple people until I finally settled without explanations. Unfortunately I had some pretty icky experiences with Kindbody.

Very unhappy with this place, and Im so glad I didnt go through with any fertility treatments here. I had a virtual consult with a doctor, without doing any testing, she diagnosed me with early menopause and told me I did not qualify for IUI or IVF, and I could only do egg donation or adoption. She seemed more concerned with putting me on hormones than discussing my fertility options. I see an OB/GYN for that and she knew this. Every concern I had about previous medications I was on and how that could have affected my hormones she blew off. I just dont see how someone can diagnose me with something so extreme with no tests. She prescribed me HRT, and only called in half of my prescription. When I went to pick it up, I called and it went to some call center. That bothered me a lot. They were unable to get a hold of anyone at the Austin clinic. When the doctor finally did call me back, she was full of excuses and just spent the entire time defending herself and blaming the computer instead of making sure everything was right. If I cant trust a doctor to call in a prescription correctly, how can I trust her to handle a donor egg that costs tens of thousands of dollars? Her superior was supposed to call me back and never did. I have since been in contact with two other fertility clinics who want to do testing on myself and my husband and ultrasounds before diagnosing me or recommending a treatment. This place honestly just seems like a scam to make money off of couples who are desperate for a child and its despicable. Theres lots of fertility clinics and doctors out there, shop around and read the reviews. This place has bad reviews for a reason.

I would not recommend Kindbody, specifically the Austin location. Our experience with this clinic over the last 4 months was eye opening. The team is so disconnected and has no care or empathy towards patients. We stopped our treatment midway due to the experience. Its near impossible to get a hold of the front desk, appointments are so different to book/schedule, no calls from the doctor or nurses (just messages left on the patient portal with zero guidance), the doctor did not walk us through our options or evoke confidence in the process, the doctors and nurses are not aligned on treatment. The team just hides behind the patient portal inside of calling to dicuss medication, treatment next steps, etc. My husband felt so disconnected from the entire process, he was not invited to any of my appointments nor were there any couples appointments including the initial visit. Highly recommend looking at other fertiltiy clinics around Austin.

This office is seriously really cute, unfortunately I will not being coming back to this practice, because I do not feel like I get the care that I need, every time I come here, I feel like I have to pretty much demand to get basic care. My health concerns are usually met with a shrug and a there is nothing to really worry about my doctor gives me the vibe that she doesnt really care - I have literally spent max 15 minutes in this office every time I come. Im often told to seek guidance from another doctor - what is the point of going to a gyno, if Im going to be told to go another doctor. Im pretty much wasting money to get a shoulder shrug. On top of the care, the front staff is really not the friendliest, they often times act annoyed by patients presence and they never listen to anything I say. When attempting to reschedule an appointment, I am often scheduled for times I told them I was NOT available.Overall the office is cute but the its not enough to keep me as patient.

Please, save yourself the heartache and AVOID THIS PLACE. Since day 1 of going into that office I’ve had a bad experience. No one ever really explained the whole process to me, thankfully I have a friend that has done IVF so she was able to answer a lot of questions I had, but the few times I asked nurses questions, they were so rude and looked at me like I was crazy. For example, no one told me if I was doing a fresh or frozen embryo transfer, so when I asked the nurse which one we were doing she gave me a weird look and said “why are you asking?” I said “I’m just curious. No one has told me and this is my first time doing IVF, I don’t know much about the process.” I am also using my insurance to pay for most of it, but no one in billing knows what they’re doing. I was overcharged for my procedures from the 2022 year, so I’m still waiting for the refund and they’re asking me to pay for the 2023 procedures. When I brought up the fact that they owe me money and we need to get that figured out before I pay anything else, they said they would get back to me. I reached out to them through the patient portal multiple times and no one was getting back to me. But you cant call their office, you have to go through a main phone line for the whole U.S. chain, then deal with the automated system, only to hope someone actually answers and they dont send you to voicemail. If you do get a real human, they basically play monkey in the middle with the clinic, you tell this person on the phone whats happening, then they put you on hold while they talk to the clinic, then they put the clinic on hold while relaying everything back to you, and on and on. Not sure why they wont just transfer you to the clinic. After my egg retrieval I was in so much pain. I called the clinic multiple times to tell them that “I know it’s normal to have spotting and cramping and some pain, but this pain is really bad and doesn’t feel normal.” The nurse blew me off and said it was normal. A day later I woke up at 2am in such severe pain, I called the after hours emergency line that Kindbody has. No one answered. I called multiple times and left multiple messages but never heard from anyone. After about an hour I went to the emergency room. Thankfully the doc on call was also a woman who had gone through IVF so she knew what was normal and what was not. She said the kind of pain I was experiencing was NOT normal, so they ran a bunch of tests and it turned out I was bleeding internally into my abdomen. The doctor said there’s like a 1% chance of this happening after an egg retrieval, but it does happen. She told me to call my doctor as soon as they opened in the morning and see if it was serious enough for me to be admitted into the hospital or not. So I called the clinic at 7am, the nurse said she would talked to the doctor and get back to me. My husband and I called them probably 3 or 4 times throughout the day, because all we knew was that I was bleeding internally and I might need to go to the hospital. Every time we called, we just got the main customer service line. Again with the horrible phone system and no way to contact anyone in case of an emergency. Finally by 4pm that day, I heard from the nurse and she said I was okay to wait at home and they had me come in the next morning to check everything out. Then the nurse asked how I was feeling, so I told her I was fine when I was sitting upright, but when I laid down the pain was unbearable. Her response was “oh it’s probably because you’re laying down to rest so you’re thinking about it more.” So even after I had to go to the emergency room she still didn’t believe me and completely dismissed my situation. Now I find out that one of my embryos they froze, didnt look good on day 5, so they waited till day 7 and still froze it, and then had the audacity to tell me it was a perfectly good Day 5 embryo with no issues. ARE YOU KIDDING??? Please dont go here. This place is awful and only cares about how much money they can make by falsely billing you and putting you through procedures that will fail.

The millennial friendly-decor can’t cover up how incompetent their billing department is. My wife and I were billed thousands of dollars from the labs they partner with, so I had to spend hours getting them to bill my insurance correctly. My insurance company was baffled how bad they screwed up. Plus their staff assured me since they’re in my insurance network, a fertility test will definitely be covered, and it wasn’t at all. Such a bad way to treat patients, assure them a bunch of elective tests are covered so they can bill you. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I too wish i had read more reviews prior to choosing Kindbody. I am 39 and went through the egg freezing process last December. I chose kindbody partly bc of their location, 3 blocks from my house, making appointments easy. I have to say that first experience went smoothly. I always knew my insurance wouldnt cover any of this, so i didnt have potential of experiencing the issues some others describe around insurance. round 1 I froze my eggs. In March my partner and i decided we would go through embryo banking. i went through the whole process again, this time a step further creating embryos, and then having them tested for genetic abnormalities. Several times throughout the process i was chasing up on pricing, timing, etc. mind you i run operations for a busy company, and am extremely organized, and even so, reading everything carefully, rarely did anything make sense. Before i go into detail on what i thought went wrong, ill note what we did after the first round of embryo banking. Since they had my frozen eggs from my first cycle, we decided to thaw those a few weeks ago and fertilize them and am currently awaiting results of pgt testing and how many we will keep frozen until ready to attempt a pregnancy/transfer. A few things that were unsettling: 1. There is not one person assigned to a patient, so really when you inquire about something, everyone seems to just punt you to another person or department. This is a flaw in their business. My partner and i have spent nearly 50K if not more at this point, and for me to be given the run around and to be ignored is unacceptable 2. We were both sent incorrect pricing, incorrect consents via docusign, and incorrect plans several times, making it chaotic and confusing. 3. They are inconsistent. Last time we went through this process and got pgt testing on our embryos, we paid them 3600$ for the testing, and nothing directly to any lab. This time, as i await results, which is already stressful, i am being told that the 3600$ i paid to them is separate from the 200$/per embryo i need to pay for each to be tested. and that my results wont be released to me until that payment is made. plus $300 for shipping. SO HOLD ON. If i had just done embryo freezing without testing, i wouldnt have to pay you $3600, but since you held them for a day and then had them tested, you want to charge me $3600 for holding them?! Are these people insane? They arent even shipping them, or testing them, but their fee is $3600 for pgt testing. This is just the beginning of the issues we have had. At one point, my partner went in to give a sample, and was billed wrong amount onsite, he was turned away once as well. Literally 50K and we both feel that my option for children is being held hostage until we pay whatever number they feel like throwing out today. So where we stand is, its been 6 days since i told them i didnt pay a lab directly last time, i just paid them 3600$, they told me i would understand billing by yesterday, its today end of day and still nothing, and i feel like i wont get the results of the testing bc i havent paid, bc they cant tell me what to pay, bc they have NO CLUE THEMSELVES. I previously considered going through whole process one more time in case i dont get enough usable embyros from this round, but im emotionally done. this has worn me down more emotionally /mentally than the hormones, the egg retrieval, or the monetary cost. I dread using kindbody for the transfer of an embryo into me eventually, since we already paid for it, and am strongly considering eating that cost.the one positive, i had great nurses and ultrasound techs in the Austin location. i went into egg retrievals feeling supported by them and like i was in good hands. Dr Debo did my egg retrieval and i felt i was in good hands. i also had another nurse, Shawna, who has bene trying to help get me answers, and follows up with me often, understanding my frustration. there are some great people that work there, but unfortunately its overshadowed by the lack of organization, ownership, communication.

I can not say enough positive things about KindBody! I have had such an amazing experience over the last several months as I go through my fertility journey. All of my neurotic questions were answered with loads of patience, and I have felt so supported through each step of the process.I love the emphasis the organization places on finding practitioners that are diverse, either by gender or ethnicity. This process can be really stressful and isolating, and this is one more thing the organization does to make it more tolerable :)If you are looking into starting any fertility treatments, this is where you want to go! Theyre the best!

The office is beautiful, calming, and comfortable. All of the staff- front desk, nurses, and Dr. Mushtaler are kind, friendly, and listen thoroughly and thoughtfully. They offered me lots of options for out-of-pocket resources. Ive never had an OBGYN or doctors office experience in general that was this high caliber. I cant wait to send all of my friends here!

Kindbody’s austin office made my recent egg retrieval journey so much easier and more comfortable than I thought was possible. All of the employees were personable and kind beyond my expectations. Between the friendly atmosphere and gorgeous interiors I felt like I was visiting with friends at a trendy hotspot instead of waiting in a doctors office. The doctors and nurses were more than happy to answer any and all questions and made me feel safe and heard. The website and portal made the process straightforward and simple so I never felt lost or unsure of what to do. Even if you are just curious about your options I highly recommend them as they do a great job of making things more affordable and accessible to everyone. Thank you kindbody!

The facility was very chic - think cute rugs, indoor plants, and lots of pink, gold and light walnut decor. Like another review said, it certainly doesn’t feel like you’re walking into a doctor’s office. The location is nice, very central in the middle of downtown. Parking could’ve been tricky but a day or 2 in advance they sent me several text messages with instructions on where to park, where to walk, and how to ensure the parking ticket was validated. The staff were all really welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. I saw Dr Mushtaler who was incredibly thorough with the exam and then really patient with me when explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I’ve felt rushed and shortchanged leaving OBGYN appointments before and this was a completely different experience in that regard. Specifically, I’ve got some pretty debilitating symptoms from some uterine fibroids, so I came with A LOT to say and ask. Dr Mushtaler made time and space for all of it. She seems really informed about the issues impacting my body, and fortunately she’s experienced enough to have seen this before. I really appreciate the fact that she wasn’t quick to suggest a path forward without collecting more information as well, so I’m able to make a more informed decisionIve been looking for a good OBGYN for a looong time, and Dr Mushtaler at Kindbody might be the one!

Love Dr Jen Mushtaler. When she was in obstetrics she delivered two of my children. Now that she is at Kindbody its worth the 45 minute drive to see her. She makes what is likely uncomfortable for any woman just about as comfortable as things can be. Totally laid back and feels like you are talking to a girl friend who has your best interests in mind. Also love how the office doesnt feel clinical. Super cute and laid back vibe.

Everytime we go per appointment at kinda body which I mind you its 700 bucks PER APPOINTMENT for follow up and simple lab work for out of state services for IVF... my wife and I get the run around with them everytime as they simple cant fax paper work/results within the frame which I mind you we are paying extra for. Now we had to re-schedule services for the next following day because they dont have a person in office to do the procedures needed. Appointment was at 10 A.M. and they open at 7:30 am. YET AGAIN DISSAPOINTED...

Horrible place for business The staff was very friendly but my wife went here to get quick check up for her needs to get the IVF process done. We were suppose to get results the same day and here it is 3 days later and my IVF place which is out of state is reaching out to them to get medical records. Still unable to get ahold of them... I would NOT recommend anyone to come here. There procedures are 17-20 grand for a baby procedure where every other place out of state is 10grand max I encourage you all to look else where.

1 star for effort. This review is for Houston Virtual Services peovided to me. Houston office hasnt opened, so this is all I have to state my review. The first virtual meeting was great and thats where it ends. I found myself discouraged by the after appointment instructions process. I was approached by Maggie part of my care coordinating team with very general instructions. Then Mackenzie with answering my follow up questions. It seemed like they werent up to date on my care needs discussed and informed in my appointment.I do believe in Kindbody and how it truly seeks to make it easy and effortlessly for women to conceive, WHEN LOCAL. However, please, I would recommend to NOT PROVIDE VIRTUAL CARE TO HOUSTON AREA patients just yet, until the clinic is open. I understand its a business and it is in its best interest financially to open early via virtual channel, but IT ISNT IN THE PATIENTS BEST INTEREST unless clearer after care instructions are provided. It is hard enough as it is to conceive, to add another level of diffilcultiy, just sucks.

Clinic was clean and easy to walk to, relatively quick service. However, my insurance covers IVF and because it was outside monitoring they refused to cover it. It felt like a policy that mean to punish patients who go there for outside monitoring (even if they don’t necessarily have other options). Paid out of pocket. My reply to the Response from the Owner: That is simply not true. My insurance (and many others) do not require authorization for a blood draw for hormone detection for IVF. Moreover, when I have gone to other IVF clinics for outside monitoring, they have billed my insurance and received payment without issue. Owners response is convenient for them, not the patient. No effort was made to make the distinction and actually run my insurance.
