Staff is extremely welcoming & kind! Every question you have is answered throughly. This facility makes getting tested simple & pleasant! So happy I came across them I would highly recommend to anyone! Side note the thrift store is a great addition you can shop around while waiting for your appointment!!!!

I love the new location. Clean, bright and the staff is always nice. + I love that its in the back of the Thrift store (much more relaxed environment).

Came here for PEP, and they got me the medication I needed promptly with good customer service. It’s also free if you ever need them in an emergency can’t recommend them enough.

Most incompetente careless AHF office Ive ever been to they dont care about patiences getting prescriptions on time I have never been late on my meds but now is all the time I miss the Dallas office

Worst front desk service ever whoever makes appointments on the phone does not care about you please train your staff better they promised to call me twice and they have not

Doctor is amazing but all the other staff is not good

The staff who work here provide excellent customer service, cordial, humanitarian, have incredible human quality, good-hearted people who help HIV+ people with their tests and treatments. God Bless You All 🙏🏽👏🏽
