I went to Evergreen Health back in February to get tested due to a partner I was with having tested positive for something. Due to my financial circumstances and the fact that I was without insurance at the time, I was granted a 60% discount on my bill and the bill for my visit to Evergreen ended up being about $130. My visit was amazing, the doctor and nurse who tested me and checked my results were amazing and very kind and calming which was helpful because I was a panicked mess. The unfortunate thing though (and the reason for only a two star rating) is despite the actual visit being amazing, I was never informed that because they sent the tests out to Quest Diagnostics, that I should be expecting a completely separate bill from them in addition to the bill I paid to Evergreen. About 3 months ago, I received a bill in the mail for about $1500 from Quest. I called them thinking “surely something must be wrong. I paid my bill already!” but as it turns out, they were correct. I was just never informed that they would also bill me. I recently got insurance through work and filed it under that and thankfully, the insurance paid about 500-600 but here I am still stuck with a $900 bill and not in any better circumstances financially as I was back in February. If you come here to get tested, know that if it’s tests that need to be sent out to Quest, you will get a separate bill. Would probably have not gotten tested at the time had I known this would be the case.
This is 1 of the worst places to go, the treatment given by the pharmacy to the patients is unreal. My PA is good but getting anything done with prescriptions is horrific, I went to Ryan White is April in Washington to give all my paperwork on the horrible treatment I have experienced. How can you be an HIV patient and yet I still had to go 5 days without my medication. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, run as fast as you can from Evergreen Health.. Your life my depend on it.
This was the first time in 8 years Ive had the insurance and means to go see a primary care doctor. I have a lot of health issues that I needed to talk about and get some answers on. Right away as soon as I got called back they made it an issue that I wanted my husband to come back with me because I felt more comfortable having him there with me. Finally they let him come back because I told them hes my husband. Thank goodness he was with me to also witness the absolute terrible treatment I received. My husband is just as shocked and upset as I am. Karen Brown was extremely cold and dismissive of anything I had to say. She gave me no time at all. The only thing she seemed concerned about was my teeth that I have not had the insurance until very recently to get taken care of. I was not there to see her for anything teeth related. And I left with no answers on what my next steps are to get the answers I need for my health issues. I feel very judged and uncomfortable with my whole experience with my visit. I will not be going back to Evergreen for anything. Its very concerning this is how they treat their patients trying to get medical help. I also called last month to see if I could possibly move my visit sooner because I was having worsening health issues. Not only did it take a very long time to get a hold of anyone on the phone but then when I finally did they didnt care at all and offered no help. Why did I wait months to be seen just to be spoken over and dismissed and given not even 5 minutes?
Heres an update.CVS gives you 3 months prescription ..they enjoy taking care of their customers they are non-judgmental!!!like the pharmacy at Evergreen!!all I can say is turn and run !and go to CVS.Also many perks!!!!
OMG! I have never in my 60 years experienced issue after issue after issue. Every single month. I told my Dr and she reached out to someone with an higher position. They never called. Issues every month continued! It says they would compile meds every month. No! Did not happen. I the patient had to search my bottles for when med was given last. That was a task because ever since I started seeing them I had been requesting brochure or paper that states drug and date. After approx 6 mths finally it became intermittent. I would call evergreen. No matter what day. What time the phone line was always busy with 6 to 9 people holding. You wait and wait and wait to give drugs that are due cuz they claim to coordinate meds. No! Then when its your turn after waiting for long periods the phone hangs up! I have to start again! They claim their delivery id free. After approx 6 mths I was told only 2 times a month. Never was I ever told that. To try to avoid frustration I went there and completed a form that delivers all meds at once. That was never done. Finally Patrick Hidenbrandt retired my call after leaving a message. I was so elated that I could finally tell someone higher up. Chief pharmacist. He is worse than his employees! Told me shut up or Im going to hang up. He didnt want to hear what I experienced monthly. I listened to him. I wanted him to hear what I experienced. I had 13 meds due! Some pretty important for my heart. He said no you have plenty and there is only 5 meds! I am empty on important meds for days and months. Been using expired medicine cuz its better than nothing. Mr. Hidenbrandt said I will cancel order and you can go somewhere else. I stated you have not let me explain. He stated I call every month and have a problem. I said why do you think that is? He stated because you are unhappy. We have 100s of people that are happy with us. I stated again you have not given me the opportunity to explain. I need these 13 meds that were due days and months ago. Important meds for my heart! I will figure out where I will go. I didnt expect him to cancel my order. He again stated shut up or I will hang up! Even as simply telling the employees Im disabled. Please do not call my home phone. Call my cell phone. They call my home phone! Hrs to try to reach them again! Frequently different meds were not put in the bag. That means go through hell again! They give approx time and driver shows up hrs later.Drivers dont read instructions on file how to get in building. They call me. Im supposed to dress and go down to lobby to get meds! Disabled! Dont let me forget. I also am looking at a package of insulin. The insulin is the wrong kind. Its in very small bottles where you need a shringe to get the insulin out. I have pen needles! I called and notified evergreen pharmacy. Still I received it next order. I called my Dr. She said she would put in a call to them. Received again. They are charging my insurance for this under my name. I will be sure to call my insurance. Sitting here looking at the package that probably cost a lot of money. Its deplorable that these people do this to others. Its a pharmacy. They are supposed to be professional! Never Patrick Hidenbrandt was not understanding, did not want to hear what I had to say, talked to me as if I were a dog. Shut up or Ill hang up. Cancelled order, needed heart medicine. This is what employees, interns are following. Disgusting! Went to new pharmacy. 9 of 13 meds ready. I have to wait until Thursday when cardiospecialist is in. I thought I had plenty of meds. I thought I only had 5 that were due.
I don’t know what went wrong in healthcare where doctors first thought is to write scripts without testing. It’s like they want things to get worse to keep people sick. I’m starting to believe the conspiracy theories now. Then the audacity to have an attitude because I left, and went to another practice because I was never heard. Doctors don’t listen to patients anymore.I know my body better than anyone. At first, I liked dr. Linda Berkoh, but she don’t listen. That’s why I switched doctors. How are you mad that I left because you wanted to keep me on Ozempic, and it was making me sick. I couldn’t even work anymore. I’m still playing catch up on rent. Not nan one of y’all going to pay my bills, only I can, I did what was best for me.The only reason I’m back is because my new doctor went to a practice further away. I did not want Linda as my primary again anyway. So for her to be so cold on 8/16/2024, and also to not have any labs done, and just write a script without knowing what’s wrong, is what’s wrong with healthcare now. I really wish I could find a doctor that will listen, and order proper testing to make sure I’m good.Y’all let your feelings get in the way of doing the right thing, pick a new profession, because this ain’t it. By the way, new doctor did what he was supposed to do, that ozempic was killing me, I was losing muscle not fat. Evergreen is terrible!!!
Its okay. Better than many of the other clinics Ive been to. Its nice that they give out free condoms and the food pantry is a plus.
Karen Brown is one of the worst providers I have ever had. She is apathetic and has the bedside manner of a wet phonebook. She does not understand risk reduction and is clearly putting in the bare minimum.
Therapist I see is very good I’d just prefer that the office didn’t cancel last minute and reschedule me a month out when I really needed to see them, I feel as a reschedule I should be given some priority
I love my provider but hate the office. Its like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes for someone and as soon as 5 hits they just transfer you to voice mail and never get back to you.
They gave me a same day appointment to see the Doctor they always call me to see how Im doing if they dont hear from me. They are very awesome
Ive been going here for almost ten years and its some of the worst medical care Ive received in my life. Ive had nurses actually shrug at me when discussing a possible cancer scare. Ive had pharmacy delivery drivers leave my life sustaining medicine outside on top of a trash can. Ive had appts dropped for absolutely no reason and with no warning. No one has any sense of accountability whatsoever, like AT ALL, and they will give you attitude and be super rude even when the problem is theirs. I could write a book on the ridiculous stuff Ive had to put up with, and no one I know who goes here has anything different to say. They absolutely do not care about you here.
Amazing experience with the whole staff; receptionists and nurse were very friendly and helpful, and my dr. was hands down the most helpful Ive ever been to. Addressed concerns I had re: chronic health conditions very openly and thoroughly, did not talk down to me or treat me like I couldnt understand my own experiences as well as he could, as some doctors tend to. I was asked my preferred name and my pronouns right away and referred to as such the whole visit with no hiccups, which was a great change of pace from what Ive been used to over the years when seeking healthcare while trans. Would give more stars if I could.
I am a patient here trying to do better and I love it. Its a BEAUTIFUL place the way its built and I love it. I urge people to check it out.
Very caring and friendly across the board. Doctors, nurses, most staff members. Theyve also usually been able to get me in really fast for a sick visit. The pediatric center is also great.
Not HAPPY!!! The mental health offices on Elmwood. They need to have people who work there including staff need to be over 35. Try getting something done with no one that understands your problems, when all they need to do is push buttons on a laptop.
This place is an example of what healthcare should look like. Ive been a PA working in Healthcare since 1988, and Ive never been happier with my personal care team. Ive been in the Cedars system in LA, Texas Med Center in Houston where there is world class care. Evergreen provides just as good care, and has better wellness offerings usually not found elsewhere. Im not employed by Evergreen to be clear, and have no affiliation. Im just a patient here. Karen Brown is my primary care provider and I could not be happier. She takes time with you, cares and offers fantastic guidance. The pharmacy is absolutely amazing. My scripts are delivered, and I never need to remember - they are always a step ahead. There are massages and acupuncture available for free - nobody else does this. It truly is a wonderful place to take care of yourself. Kudos to Evergreen for all they do.
For the past two and a half months Ive been calling nearly every Monday at 8AM like clockwork and still havent been able to get an appointment, so frustrating to need help and not get it
I love Evergreen. My PCP Eliud is amazing. He is so smart, kind, and understanding. I never feel as if I am rushed and always think it was a through appointment. All questions addressed. Additionally, I use Evergreen’s counselling services and Alison and Ricky are the best. I have never been happier with my medical care.
Such nonjudgemental wonderful people.Great medical staff and.they have and use commonsense
A lovely Black nurse here, who is extremely intelligent found an infection in my breast just in time before it took my right breast. Otherwise, my experience was deeply traumatic, I was lied to by White nurses, two of whom were appallingly rude which caused me, for the past two years, a debilitating phobia. Not to mention Evergreen hosts the pride parade and let’s an adoption agency be in it that doesn’t care in the least about lgbt adopted people and their lack of equality nor suicide crisis
I have severe PTSD and it’s so hard for me to even call places however whenever I call Evergreen Health the front desk operators are all so extremely helpful and kind! Dr. Meghan Magavaro is only the 2nd doctor I’ve trusted in over 12 years!!! I absolutely love this place!!
The Brand new Dentists office is horrible. The secretary there does not know how to handle clients, does not enforce the mask rule and does not enforce the no cell phone rule in the waiting room. There was another patient in the waiting room not wearing a mask and screaming on her cell phone. If you want a hack job on your teeth go here.I got a second opinion and it was totally different than this place. The hygienist thinks she is the Doctor, and the Doctor doesnt even spend any time with you. AVOID at ALL costs. The staff is not wearing n95 masks! Stay away from DENTAL!The Primary care staff are excellent. The dentist and the mental health clinic are horrible!I have been a patient here for 11 years. It is not a safe feeling space due to the substance abuse patients threatening other patients. So sad. I wish the Dental Secretary apologized to me. She did not. Very unprofessional!UPDATE:10/29/21I went to another dentist several months later this past Thursday, and I Dont need to lose any teeth! Evergreen Dental was gonna pull ten of my teeth. The Dr. Kraft should be sued for medical malpractice.ZERO stars for the person who hired this loser. Im with John C about the service and the harassment I get from the drug patients.
The medical group is useless. You have to stay on top of everything you ask for. Be prepared for delays, checking in on all requests, and learning the medical system for yourself. For example Ive learned about prior authorizations because I’ve needed them and evergreen had not sent them. I’ve gone months without doses of medications because of their disorganization. I’ve been with this group for years and made countless excuses. They’ve done nothing but make my life harder and lose trust in doctors that I now work with a therapist on.If you are transgender and need a doctor please look elsewhere. They aren’t knowledgeable, don’t keep you well informed, and will require significant effort on your part to make sure you get all of the care you need. I see they’re goal to help, but I and friends of mine have had nothing but problems. However, everyone there is friendly. The menthol health department, needle exchange, and community outreach departments are amazing! If you are looking for a doctor’s office to take care of you and make you feel comfortable and at ease about your medical care, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Great staff and care for appointments. As for follow up care, being able to contact them, or working with other medical facilities about your care they are the absolute worst. It seems their main objective is to book as many appointments in their office as possible, afterwards doesnt really matter.
We joined Aspire Healthcare Center after my son aged out of his pediatrician a year ago. Ive recently made an annual appointment for him. Its been a terrible frustrating experience since they merged with Evergreen. It takes way too long on hold to get a person and the music on the phone is loud and terribly stressful. Transitioning to new Dr with a handicapped child is stressful enough without these added frustrations. There were three calls ahead of me and after 15 minutes I had to hang up.
Overall pretty good. I usually dont have to wait very long to get an appointment. Doctors are nice. Thrive is a great program. However, the primary care support staff(receptionists) tend to be rude. Getting follow up appointments is a hassle. And they are under staffed in the counseling department.
Harm Reduction drug treatment and mental health counseling and much more done very well. Very clean and modern and not associated with any courts so its not just a tox test factory like other drug treatment places in Buffalo. Scrapping the abstinence model is huge for realistic (& non-punitive) drug treatment... By far the best place you can go in the Buffalo area. They have a ton of other services as well.
I had a hard time in the summer getting a hold of anyone and trying to make appointments, but this October has been totally different. Everyone I have spoke to has been kind and courteous. The pharmacy staff was phenomenal!
How often do you take the time to write a great experience for health related services? The staff here is Amazing and helpful beyond anything I have encountered. Friendly, knowledgeable beyond words and easy to talk too! From the start I was made welcome and the process was so good that they earned my business as my primary care facility going forward. Highly recommended!
Happy to have the staff at evergreen help me with my struggles with transitioning. My personal struggles affect my mood so drastically, and I commend the healthcare field for helping.Overcoming dysphoria is difficult it takes time, but I feel like Im finding some peace now. Feels great. Thanks to my Dr.Cathy for helping me get my HRT correct. One thing I say I like about evergreen with HRT is they let you choose between injections and pills to find what you feel comfortable with. I never felt any resentment towards why you want to do either or. My emotional state feels correct because of them helping overall feeling comfortable. Also its been nice getting taught how to self inject estrogen giving some more confidence helps with my next surgery to since I will be bedridden I wanted to know how to do it.Also Gino in mental health has been awesome looking out for my well being.Allison helping in Mental health thank you as wellThe pharmacy at evergreen has been more than helpful they work very hard for suk in appointments are very friendly always happy to see theThanks to people to help with the food pantry that helped me lately, with getting laid off again.
Ive been a client of the medical clinic for 12 years, and the pharmacy for about 3: the clinic staff is superb, and the pharmacy does their best (meaning they occasionally are a bit off). Dr. G. is absolutely marvelous, and the new facility considerably raises the bar for similar medical practices in the area!Case management - in my experience - is TOTALLY INEPT. I turned out to be a far better case manager for myself, once I empowered myself to be, and spent considerable time and travel obtaining knowledge and resources elsewhere. I gave them the boot, saving myself copious amounts of stress and frustration.
In this world today many medical Facilites are not given positive reviews. patients. There is a Medical Ficiality called Evergreen which stands above many. The Staff including the front desk are not perfect but sincerely caring for their patients. All the doctors makes you feel well cared for. The pharmacy staff are pleasant. Dr Fatai Gbadamosi top the list. He is personable, dignified, caring make you feel well cared for by him and his staff. I cannot say enough about him. Only that he has saved my life Thank you all at Evergreen 😊 Pearlene
Dr Sarah Fagyas, saved me from disease and death, she is a gift to her patients. God bless her and the staff that works with her. Some people are the stars in the whole institution and make the place shine without them it wouldnt. She reached out to me. Follow up was phenomenal.
Ive been coming to evergreen for years and I used to receive excellent quality healthcare. That is no longer the case. The pharmacy I am still very pleased with, however ever since Evergreen expanded, the quality of care has noticeably diminished. My primary doctor is great, its all the support staff that Im referring to, the people at the desk seen unmotivated to do their jobs, or worse seem annoyed when you ask whats going on after being made to wait over an hour and a half for a nurse visit. The nurses were as helpful could be, but all the middle people involved just dont seem to care.Evergreen needs to refocus on the core values they were founded on, and hire better suport staff.
Honestly, they are the worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Above and beyond the fact that they are rude, they are constantly out of medication, or have the wrong script. I was made to pay out of pocket for seven months when they refused to contact my insurance, and on top of that, they cant be bothered to send out a script to a pharmacy that does have what I need. They are also barely accessible and have hours worse than banks. If I could give this pharmacy a lower rating I would.
This doctors office is the worst place Ive ever visited in this city. I went there to get a physical for work, and I had to call them over 10 times to get the forms filled out. After all that I still had to go to a different doctor and redo all the paperwork and blood work. If incompetent had a mascot Evergreen would be the face of it. I do not recommend this place for every day working people at all. Two thumbs down.
So I had a appt today. I was so scared and stressed. Soon as I checked in with Reception I was greeted by a handsome young man. Very nice.. and he treated me with respect. That made my appt. less stressful. Then I was called and that young lady made me comfortable as well.I was then examined by Nurse practitioner. Who did my exam with dignity and explained each step. Again made me comfortable. So overall all the staff was so nice and very informative. So this will now be my dr for everything. Gyn included.I would of given a 10 star but they didn’t allow me. So Overall. Thank you staff @ Evergreen.
I am looking into other trans healthcare. My prior authorization has been mishandled for two months now. First I had to wait a month after being prescribed testosterone to actually recieve it, due to evergreens negligence. My insurance company sent over multiple requests for proper documents which were all ignored until I had to spam call evergreen (it only ever goes to voicemail and they have only ever called me back after I called them 5+ times). Finally my testosterone was approved, only to find out it is not approved again this coming month (with only two days until out of this months supply) because my insurance requested additional documents from them THIRTY DAYS AGO and evergreen has not replied. My prior authorization agent and I have called them over 5 times and left voicemails with no reply yet. This will more than likely cause me to miss significant amount of time between testosterone doses.Edit 9 months later: evergreen rectified this for me after this review. I wanted to wait a while to edit this review to make sure the higher quality of care was consistent, but they have fixed what I previously had issues with and have been perfectly pleasant and efficient moving forward. Do I wish it didnt take me playing telephone between them and my insurance company for three months when it was solved in an hour once I got them to talk to each other without me which also only happened because I wrote a bad review? Yes lol. but overall Im very glad and impressed with their response. Thanks to the team involved
Malpractice, negligence towards their own position that they were provided and towards the customers who were willing to seek help and Evergreen failed to deliver. A petition has to be signed to see this location never to prosper and never to be mentioned or recommended again to anyone. Unless they change their whole outlook, they will end up just like government, meaning us paying a chunk of our money to them to only see very little effort has been done. Disgusting
The drop in at Evergreen is incredible. It helped me out while I was homeless more than any other service in Buffalo. Anna is so incredible and goes above and beyond for every person who walks in the door. I am so grateful to have found evergreen
The Primary care, the nurses and the counseling services are great. But my counselor sent a referral for me to talk to the financial counseling services because I just got medicare on Feb. 1st. We thought that they can help me with what to do about having medicaid/medicare. They send the referral to the financial counseling services in mid-January and I still have not heard from them yet, even though they told my counselor in mid February they would get in touch with me (which they didnt)Im also angry at how the pharmacy/my primary care is handling my testosterone injections, 3 times I had to call the pharmacy or go to the pharmacy only to be informed they dont have a script and my primary care doctor wrote the script. They are in the same building and a floor away from each other, plus the scripts are send by computer. I dont understand the miscommunication between the pharmacy and the primary care, Ive gotten close to missing a dose of testosterone because of the lack of communication. I hope when I go see my endocrinologist on April 23rd, he could put pallets under my skin so I could get testosterone that way and dont have to handle the pharmacy/primary care miscommunication. IT IS SO INFURIATING THAT THIS IS HAPPENING.
As a former employee of this organization as well as patient, I have received the worst possible service and was subject to the most unprofessional of workplace environments. As a testament, I have currently been nearly eight months without healthcare, since they switched my doctor and didnt alert me or ask for my consent. No access to my medications, and the Pharmacy was no better. Worst experiences of my short life. They say they are competent, especially in the realm of transgender care; that is a farce and a downright lie. They should be reported for medical misconduct and gross negligence.
I am both a primary care patient and a staff member at Evergreen. I can say with complete honesty that I have never received better primary care anywhere else. They are inclusive and everyone is friendly. I love supporting an organization that helps so many people who are in need.
Was looking for a service like this for years & was told nothing like this existed by many people including numerous caseworkers at Erie County Social Services. It took a caseworker at ECMC after a breakdown who made me an appointment with them and was shocked that nobody else had told me about them considering they have been around quite a few years. I deal with multi-diagnoses mental health issues and have needed services like this for a long time and Im very grateful to finally have the help Ive needed for so long. The caseworkers are great & I love having their services!
I have nothing but good things to say. I been with them only for general care since 2010 but moved way for 8 years than came back last year. A lot changed but not the care and love they put into their work. I just dont really care for where the doors are to go in the building its self
Im getting ready to take them to court for neglect, after over a year of being ignored and stuffed full of pills. I have become sicker and sicker since going to Evergreen. Ive tried all of their patient services. Ive spoken to their medical directors. They do not care about you as a patient. This facility should be shut down...
Pharmacy utilizes a courier to deliver your rx, a great asset to have for client who have no or little transportation. Same day service. TY Charles & staff for being efficient & eases one mind.
Very clean and comfortable, and the staff have always been friendly and quick with their jobs. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes for anything here.
This is the best organization in the country. The staff is always courteous, kind, professional. They treat everyone with dignity and care deeply. If there were awards for service they should win hands down. Highly recommend.
Thanks to Rite-Aid Pharmacy.Evergreen service is worst ever.Doctor send prescription for my mom a week ago. 3 days I wait, I never got a call nor they deliver. After 3 days when I went to Evergreen (206 S Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY). they said,Your mom has no insurance, Oh NO, she has something like medicaid or something other medicaid, OK, we will call her PCP office. and find out her insurance information and deliver to your home. Then I went to my work. It was 5:00. I didnt get any call or deliver.Next day I went to evergreen again, with my moms insurance card. they keep my card and said we are calling insurance. I was in rush to go to my work, I said, call me and let me know what you did, and please try your best to deliver it to my home today. And it was 6:00. They didnt do anything. Then I went to my moms PCP and tell her the situation, then I requested her to remove those medicine from evergreen and send those to Rite-aid.Then doctor send only the important one to Rite-Aid, And few minutes ago I received it from Rite-Aid and they didnt ask about my moms insurance. they said insurance is OK.Thanks to Rite-Aid
I always wait AT LEAST a half an hour in the waiting room, then quite a bit longer after I am called. First appointment of the day does not avoid this. I usually have to diagnose myself and tell them to test for it, and I always have to call more than once for my refills. Phone service is rude and terrible too. They are the only game in town and they treat you like they know it.
Have been dealing with Vee in the billing department for 6 months to get bill correctly coded. Getting nowhere. Never get called back. Always passing it off as someone else supposed to call etc. Went in for medical concern & being billed as routine which it wasnt routine so it was denied! Absolutely awful customer service from billing dept. Never would I recommend anyone if this is what you have to deal with! Very unprofessional!
Love the primary care clinic and I overall love the services they offer and the food pantry is awesome. Primary care providers are excellent and very knowledgeable and caring. I wouldnt trade evergreen for any other pcp.
The primary doctors (especially Megan Mogavero) & pharmacy are amazing! The staff are super helpful & friendly too....They offer prescription delivery- EDIT: In all eight counties (as noted below)!
Been dealing with Dee from the billing department for them to fix my bill for 6 months now and now my bills might get sent to collections because of her incompetence. She keeps saying they are going to fix it and never do. I will probably sue this place because the horrendous medical billing fraud that goes on here.
Theres absolutely no other place Id rather be. Theres someone and something to suite every from the family practitioners, nurses, mental health, care coordinator, etc.. im so very glad I stumbled into this facility by accident. Also Id like to point out that no one is ever turned away so Id highly recommend this organization to anyone.
Called on 3/19 for a appt. Got an appt. for 4/1 but Julie got me in 3/25. Wish I knew of this place years ago. But what matters I found you, Evergreen. I am now in the road to recovery. Evergreen is the place to go, staff go beyond 5 stars, customer service 5+, compassionate 5+, knowledge 5+, human beings 5++++. I feel & know I will accomplish my goal, knowing you are with me on this journey.
The people are usually friendly. They have an awful system for getting medications through your own pharmacy and you usually have to chase them down to get them to respond. Their phone system is also pretty bad. Numbers won’t work and menu options won’t always work.
I have tried 2 months set up appointment. they never call back or call when you tell them your not available. i found employees to be short and just push you to another person. this place is supposed to understanding of your needs.
Over all good place but when it comes to refilling your meds its a nightmare. Always call rite aid 1 week before i run out to give them time to order the meds but every month i come there a few days later and they told me they havent heard back from the doctor. Getting a little po about this.
Used to be 10 star plus now I believe theyve gotten too big or not elder with many co morb dont matter..unless Trans. sry not sry
Healthcare is extremely excellent. The care coordinators are incompetent however. The nurses and doctors are very kind and very sensitive to my needs.
The staff really cares. They are so nice and non-judgmental. No need to feel embarassed nor that your concerns wont be addressed. You will feel heard here. They just want you to be healthy.
Truly the best health services. People really care about your medical conditions and keep following to make sure everything is smooth. All the services provided are amazing. Best experience!
I havent had a doctors office be this great in10 years. I am thoroughly happy with my doctor, and am more than satisfied with the level of service I am given. I always recommend this place to family and friends.
Continuing improvements more room and more offices and more staff has helped cut down on the wait time in the waiting room have Josh as a primary care provider, and he went out of his way to take care of an issue everyone is very friendly it has more time to talk and listen to what you have going on I didnt like this place a few years back but they have definitely gotten a lot better thumbs up!!
So...I never experienced such terrible service in my life...I am coming to get my regular check up as if that isnt uncomfortable enough to walk in a place like that but to get completely ignored by the receptionist for a good couple of minutes I HAD TO SAY HELLO and get acknowledge by the woman for her to help me and then the staff member completely walked by me avoiding eye to eye contact or any form of contact as if I was some tainted garbage of human the only thing person that was pleasant was the LPN that actually shook my hand, conversed with me and educated me..needless to say I am disgusted especially being a part of the medical field myself....
I have visited this facility on three different occasions over a span of two years , the STD testing was free and the service was Great until a year ago . However , now it is not free anymore and confusingly the service has deteriorated, the staff doesn’t look accommodating or genuine at all !
Such a lovely office. I dont enjoy the location, but everyone who works here is so kind and supporting. Especially to LGBT+ people.
Highly recommend! They treated me with Compassion and Respect
I cant say enough about this place and the amazing people that work there... I know they can be overwhelmed at times but they have literally saved my life ..... And the pharmacy folks are some of the best people in the world.....
I have been helped by evergreen for over a month i think showing the great trans care, I feel better knowing I can be safe with respectful staff thank you so much to everyone at Evergreen - Tay
I followed my primary here , the past couple years have been great , staff grew, harm reduction became a thing and honestly its like Cheers lol.
They clearly do not understand mental health and slam stops you off meds that are dangerous to stop just like that
What a wonderful place. The people that work here genuinely want to help every person that walks in there. It is amazing to have such a sincere group of people working so hard to help.
I have been a primary care patient here for more than a year and am very pleased with their bedside manner and overall service.
Super caring staff, from front desk to nurses, to the nurse practitioners. Listened! It’s a low bar in healthcare but that counts for a lot.
Stay away from this health care clinic, they wont call you back no matter how sever your symptoms are. Its a clown facility!
Love the staff nothing like other clinics or facilities wish i would have came here years ago.
No other health care facility makes people feel more “cared for”. It counts for a lot.
I cant rate this place lower. Me and my partner forced to detranistion. The appointments were useless.

Have to edit. I have a new worker that seems genuine. Even showed up at hospital right after my surgery
