I scheduled a new patient appointment weeks out with Stacie. I got a reminder phone call a couple days before that my appointment was at 2pm. I got there approximately 1:55pm. I realize there is usually new patient paperwork to fill out but I was never told I needed to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment to fill it out so I was told I would need to reschedule. I was told they would ask if she could still see me, in the meantime, I filed out the paperwork. Stacie came to the reception office where i could over hear them talk and she again said she couldnt see me. The paperwork was all filed out already, approximately by 205pm.She said she couldnt see me because it had to be entered into the computer. Honestly, who are you having the appointment with me or the computer?
I had a consulation with Dr. Sutter today and left utterly amazed that I had found a physician with an incredible understanding of menopause and its related symptoms. She spend a great deal of time with me, ensuring I understood all she was explaining, answered each of my questions (and then some), and I left her office feeling empowered and excited about my health journey. I will recommend Dr. Sutter to all my friends! Just fabulous.
Dr. Diane Sutter is a very good Doctor which I’d highly recommend to family or friends . She takes the time to explain everything and answer all of your questions . She does not rush through your consult. With over 25 years of experience in her field , she is a well respected in the medical community.
Having been to different GYN practices over the many years of my life, I can safely say I have never had care like Dr. Sutter’s and Stacie Wier’s. They take so much time to make sure I am prepared and educated properly to make good decisions in my health and will call immediately if there is something that warrants an immediate response. They value explaining things and will make a visit longer just to make sure we change course if it’s necessary. They are really intelligent, kind and professional and are all about the patient. Dr. Sutter has identified things that other physicians hadn’t because she is so comprehensive in her bloodwork and does what she has to check things out. They are two women I am happy to have guide my care. Women are their specialty!!
Well I couldnt see Doctor Sutter due to her being booked out months, so they scheduled me with the NP. Ok great, I call the morning of letting them know that due to my menstrual I wont being able to do the pelvic exam and I would like to reschedule out 1 or 2 weeks. I was advised to still come in and do a check up. They wanted me to come in 30 minutes early because the amount of paperwork, ok then you will need to schedule the appointment 30 minutes early, if I cannot be seen without arriving 30 minutes early. I have read some reviews saying the reception is rude, I have to agree and I expressed how I could not find the place and then I was 3 minutes late, literally, and they told me they needed to reschedule, I am sure just so they can charge insurance. I will never be a patient of this operation. And if you want a good doctor the reviews look good, but you will have to take the good with the bad. For me, I expect professional and reliable care. If there is so much paperwork eat the cost to send it to Patients in the mail prior, then no need to reschedule an appointment and expect people to come 30 minutes prior, you do not have later office hours or weekend hours and most people have jobs. But refusing to see someone who is 3 minutes late because your lunch will be delayed! That is unprecedented, most offices give a 10-15 minute window for delays, especially when I asked the address I was told on Delaware in Kenmore, and had some issues locating it. Horrible service.
I seen Diana J. Sutter MDFor the first time of my 58 years I had Doctor Diana sit with me and explained everything in details. She took her time with me....she made my day ! This is the best Doctor I ever met in my life! She was very pleasant also Professional! The lord is wonderful....I was searching for months and her name popped up in my search and right there I knew she was the one! Thank You Doctor Diane J. Sutter!
I dont often give 5 stars to a doctor but Dr. Sutter earned it in just 1 visit. Yes, she was late for my appointment but it was apparent why: she takes her time and doesnt rush her patients. She was WELL worth the wait!! She was thorough and answered all questions, she wrote everything down and sent me home with everything I needed to feel confident we were starting down the right path. Im a researcher and she pointed me to websites and books so my education didnt end when I walked out the door. It is obvious, between Dr. Sutter and her office staff, that they truly care about their patients and their health. In response to another review, because I was nervous about it, my mom went back with me, no questions asked. Dr. Sutter answered not only my questions but those of my mother.Shes a doctor I look forward to seeing again!
Dr SUTTER is so easy to talk to . She listens and understands what your going thru .Bedside manner is awesome , I’d would refer her to all my family and friends .I feel lucky to have found her !
I only saw Dr. Sutter once thus far, and it was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. She gave me so much useful information (more than any other of my numerous doctors ever have in the years I have been seeing them). She really understands your specific problems and doesnt just shrug them off like they are nothing. She offers any advice and information that would be beneficial for your circumstance. You can tell she is genuine, truly cares about her patients, and just wants to do anything she can to help improve your health. She is actually a GOOD doctor, one that I am so grateful I went to by chance, and I never intend on going elsewhere.
I had a great experience with Dr.Sutter, her bedside manner was wonderful and everything about my first visit was really good including the reception desk.👏👏👏
Dr. Sutter reigns supreme over any other gyno I have ever seen. She is always informative on ways to take care of my health. She has made me feel at ease every visit, and while very professional, she also feels like a friend. I love her.
I would highly recommend Doctor Sutter to anyone! She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about womens health. I would give her 20 stars if I could. I am a Registered Nurse who has worked with many Doctors over multiple decades and finding a Doctor with Knowledge, Compassion, Experience and Empathy alllll in one is a rare commodity... Thank you Dr Sutter...ps she also takes he time to listen and talk to her parents!!
I call to ask if accepting new patients! First question WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE do u have! Evidently money is more important than anything to this place! Disgusting
Dr. Sutter is absolutely what other doctors should be in patient care. She takes her time and shows true caring. She is reassuring and patient. She is knowledgeable and is current with the latest research. I have never had a better doctor. I wish she could be my primary physician.
Dr. Sutter is interested in your overall health, not just gynecologist issues. She has been able to treat several of my conditions that my primary and other specialists couldn’t properly diagnose and treat, including exhaustion, thyroid, nausea, and migraines, in addition to my gynecology issues. She reads up on current medicine in other areas beyond her specialty, which allows her to treat the patient as a whole. And she spends time reviewing records and listening. I don’t find the waits long, but even if I did, I would wait because I know the quality of the care. Love, love, love her.
Dr Sutter is a wonderful person , I could talk to her for hours … She is professional and efficient and takes all the time you need . Her office is clean and her girls are always friendly and very welcoming ❤️ she’s a rare find !
I have been going here for years, I would recommend these ladies to anyone and everyone. They are kind, caring, and super considerate of you, your health and your needs. They will call you to confirm your appointments, and leave a vm if you have your vm set up. If youre looking for consistency in a provider and their services go see Stacie weir! All the staff is friendly truly but Stacie is one of the best doctors Ive ever had, Im truly blessed. Never a bad experience!
Amazing Doctor- she is genuinely compassionate, empathetic and caring. Instead of most physician these days who just push people in and out, only caring about the numbers and the coding of diagnosis, Dr Sutter actually takes the time to talk with you and educate you on your conditions. Shes extremely intelligent, personable and well versed in her field. I really feel so fortunate to have found a doctor like this- theres not many who exist anymore with this standard of care.
Dr Sutter is truly a🌟*🌟*20*🌟*🌟Her Knowledge, her Compassion and her Genuineness is .. Over the Top , I havent seen this kind of care in years...I traveled better than 60 miles to her office today and yes I wait an hour to see her, however once she was with me, I KNEW that I was her ONLY focus !!As a Registered Nurse I knew that she researches GYN problems and I knew that she was truly concerned with my health and wellbeing...
All I can say is WOW! I have never had such a wonderful experience at a doctors office. She didnt just care about my womens parts but as me as an entire person and all of my health. She covered issues that my primary care basically shrugged off. I would 100% without hesitation recommend her to anyone. She spent a good 30 minutes or more with me and I was only in for a yearly and pap smear! So lucky to have stumbled into her on Google.
Absolutely love her! Great bedside manner. Never feel like my appointments are rushed. Very easy to talk to. Highly recommend.
Ive seen both providers. Adequate for average gyno issues, Im sure. But, if you have more complex issues such as endometriosis esp post hysterectomy, I suggest passing. Lack of compassion or understanding of the disease.
Please read! If you need anything other than an annual exam, go someplace else. I saw Dr. Sutters nurse practitioner Staice. I was referred to them 2 years ago by my primary doctor due to heavy menstrual bleeding, a thick lining, a large fibroid, and anemia. Her initial recommendation was to take Lupron to shrink the fibroid and put me into a temporary menopause. Due to an issue with insurance I was unable to get the Lupron, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I found out later from another doctor that while Lupron is a good short term solution; after it wears off the fibroids can grow back even bigger and faster causing more problems. I ended up at the time taking birth control to help with my periods.Fast forward 2 years, and due to my own stubborness and emotional issues, I did not make an annual checkup in that time period. The day before Thanksgiving 2020 I went to the emergency room for anemia related symptoms, because their office refused to write me a script for anything because I hadnt been seen. The emergency room discharged me to home with Dr. Sutters instructions of taking Ibuprofen and Iron supplements until my appointment the following Monday. (I had already been doing those things). At that appointment it was recommended that I meet with a surgeon to discuss a partial hysterectomy. Stacie gave me another script for birth control and Lysteda. I shared with her my concerns over the way the birth control made me feel and how often I had my period on it the last time. She ignored my concern and said this was my only option. I experienced my period every 10 days while on it, and I was told this was due to my fibroids. I also found out that the particular birth control I was on had a dairy by product in it. I am sensitive to dairy products, but because Im not allergic they refused to change prescriptions. When I met with the surgeon in January 2021, I was informed that there was another procedure I could have in place of a hysterectomy, called a uterine fibroid embolization. Every time I called the office to discuss this procedure or the results of my MRI, I was told dont bother making an appointment they wont talk about it. They also refused to fill out FMLA paperwork for my husband to accompany me to these appointments and/or stay home to care for my 4 children. After a long discussion with the surgeon and Windsong radiology, I did end up having a partial hysterectomy in April 2021. During this time the only phone call I received from them was to let me know that there would be no more prescriptions written unless I scheduled a pap smear. When I informed them of my date of surgery, it didnt matter to them. I have not to date received any post op phone calls checking in.
Dr. Sutter helped me to change my life! She got me on the right medications and even a form of folate that I can process. I feel great and can enjoy life again!
As a new patient, my first visit was wonderful. I didnt know what to expect; I found this practice on Google and decided to try it. Everyone was very welcoming! I was called into the back promptly at my appointment time. Stacey the NP was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!
She is exceptional. What you would want and expect in a doctor. She is relaxed and doesnt make you feel foolish. I have referred many people to her including my 4 daughters. If your looking for an exceptional doctor, go no further. You found it in her.
Twice now I’ve gone to see the dr and have waited either in the waiting room or in the room for at least 40 minutes! She came in, didn’t introduce herself, inserted speculum without warning, and was all around unwarm and rude. Receptionists are cold, rude and are also the nursing staff. Stacie the NP is incredible but MAN this office is a mess.
Its not a bad place to go, but their policies are odd. Even though I signed my husband onto the HIPA privacy sheet, they still didnt allow him in with me, which I have bad anxiety to begin with. I brought this up to the doctor, and she insisted that its due to the HIPA privacy he cant come in (even though I signed his name onto it.....), so screw my mental health I guess.Ive discussed this issue with other doctors and other places, and was told that my doctor shouldnt have kept him away, especially if I signed him in on my HIPA privacy sheet. Hes been in the same room with me everywhere else. Guess I cant tell my husband about my health issues, so much for in sickness and in health lol
They let me go as a patient knowing I have chronic vitamin deficiency, during COVID-19 because they kept trying to schedule PAPs during my menses and then I called saying I had a sore throat and asked if I should come in, they said no and that theyd call the next week to reschedule. Instead, they sent a letter saying I wasnt a patient anymore. Really negligent.
“Dr. Sutter is an extremely thorough and concerned physician, her consistent good care is very notable. she belongs in an elite group of great physicians.”
Rude receptionist as the comments prior state as well. Also, though I showed up on time for my appointment, they would not see me because I was not 20 minutes early. She claimed paperwork was sent to me, which I never received, and that a voicemail was left, which I also never received.
Unprofessional they wouldn’t send you appointments reminders but will send you a letter saying they won’t see you any longer lol and would be happy to send your records else where I BET after their staff completely drops the ball !! What a joke
She is always willing to talk with me and offers great advice when Im worried about my health.
She listened and tried different approaches until she solved my health emergency. I had seen a different gynecologist who had no idea how to help. She’s caring and gives you all the time that you need.
Dr. Sutter was wonderful, she was kind and caring and very knowledgable. I am glad to have found her !
Absolutely love Dr. Sutter, she really goes above and beyond with her patients.
I never write reviews, but I felt like they thoroughly made a options for every question I had and I left there knowing I would get answers to things I havent in years
I agree with some of the comments, about the receptionist being cold & rude. Also, I wish they’d call to remind people of their up coming appointments.
Listens to you. She doesnt rush. She is very knowledgeable. Caring THE BEST
I love the doctor. I love the staff. And everyone there. Kind, quick, knowledgeable!!! Thank you
Long wait times, but I’m willing to wait for a doctor who listens to my concerns.
Great practice that actually cares about your health and you as a person.
She is amazing! Really takes her time to listen to you!
Dr Sutter is AMAZING am so grateful to her
Love this office. Stacey Weir is great!
Great doctor, takes her time
The best
Very rude and unacomodating
