Beautiful, CLEAN facility with the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the moment you walk in you are treated with respect. I registered on-line and was immediately taken to a room upon arrival with literally no wait time. Thankful they are close to home and I highly recommend this facility.

The staff, especially Carolyn Nickel, the Physician Associate, were absolutely exceptional. They were caring, brilliant, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the serious medical attention I needed. I am grateful.

We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The provider who was working that day advised against an antibiotic for my daughter who was having ear pain, because she thought it would clear on its own. And she was correct, it did. They were very helpful and professional.

I went in to this office with only 5 minutes left to spare, due to them closing soon. I registered on their iPad and they got me into a room, evaluated, and diagnosed within 15 minutes of me arriving. The staff and doctor were top notch, and the facility is spotless. It was my first time there and I can assure you that I will be back, if I should need to go again. Im feeling better already!

I visited this location because the inside of my right eye swelled up out of no where. The young lady at the front desk was great and got me in a room right away. As far as the doctor…..I didn’t get a good vibe from him. He was really dry and didn’t sound confident in what he was telling me. I dont know if thats just his personality or what. But I’m not used to that with the doctors I’ve seen. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, it wasn’t too bad.

The doctor was amazing I give him 5 stars no questions. Only reason my review isnt one star. The front desk was cold and rude. They seemed annoyed I didnt have an appointment and I was checking in at the counter which even tho the sign says to check in there, they told me (not nicely) to use the tablet hidden around the corner from the front door. Not exactly easy to spot.

Very fast visit. Thorough and accurate. Very good and nice staff. Would definitely go back and tell others to use the facility.

Dr Tarsan is amazing, he is so thorough and great with my kids. The PA, Caroline, and assistants are well educated & welcome. The facility is very clean. Highly recommend this for any urgent care visit

Caroline Nickel was very helpful, in my opinion. I had to return for further help twice and was blessed to see her each time. I appreciate that she makes things clear for me and was always patient with this patient. :-)

Facility is nice but the front desk assistant/nurse was rude and cold as ice. Even when taking us in the room super dry asking info no bed side manner but the doc was cool. They helped my daughter and we were out with out much wait.

Wish I could give zero stars! Terrible service. Rude staff. The only provider (Burns NP) was the only person who showed any kindness. I highly recommend going to St Joseph Mercy Urgent Care in Canton verse this place!! They can close this place.

Very impressed! No wait, very friendly staff and extremely clean establishment! Doctor on Duty was very kind and caring . Everything was quick and easy will definitely recommend to even I know! If god forbid an urgent medical issue arises and I need to be seen again I will definitely be on my way here First!

On March 12, 2024 I saw Carolyn Nickel, PA at this facility for a diabetic foot infection. On March 15th, 3 days later, I had surgery on that foot. The surgeon told me that Carolyn Nickel did exactly what needed to be done to prepare my foot for a more successful, quick healing surgery. Im very pleased with my pre-op wound care there. As a Certified Police Chaplain I spend a lot of time on my feet at critical incident scenes. The quick healing of my foot is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Carolyn Nickel.

Impressed with our first experience at this urgent care for my child. We got in and out with minimal wait time even though we did not have an appointment. We used to go to another urgent care in the area and it would take hours to get in and out. The physician was friendly and caring. My son was diagnosed with viral conjunctivitis (pink-eye) . At times, I have had issues with other urgent cares overprescribing antibiotics, but this physician did not recommend antibiotics since it was viral and my son was not in discomfort. I appreciate the conservative use of antibiotics! Planning to switch our future urgent care needs to this clinic.

Doc was on point trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Fast and near home... What another customer said about the front staff being somewhat cool or rude is accurate otherwise it would be 5 stars

I’ve been there twice. Once for me and once for my son. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend!Update (new visit): We were able to schedule our visit ahead of time, which was very convenient. My daughter was seen very quickly. She was apprehensive about getting a COVID & strep test. Dr. Tarsin and his staff were very patient with her, went out of their way to make her comfortable, and were very supportive. This was my third visit and each time has been a very positive experience. I have recommended this facility to others as well. Thank you

Came here because I wanted to know if I had strep throat, flu, of Covid. Had to wait like 10 to 15 minutes because all the exam rooms were occupied. Once I got into an available room, treatment was prompt. I ended up having the a version of the flu, so a lot of fluids and a lot of rest. I will definitely return if I need another prompt visit by a physician.

It smells so good. Never has a place smelt this good before, or looked as clean! Some of the staff were a bit rude when I went for side pain, but working in an ER can be pretty stressful so I don’t blame them. The front desk staff is super nice and the wait is never long.

Came here for a sinus infection. The 2 girls that check you in were ok. They werent rude but not super friendly either. The PA was very nice and welcoming. She listened to my concerns and explained everything with details to make sure I understood. Would definitely recommend this urgent care if all the PAs are like her.

We took our 5 year old daughter here for stomach pains. The doctor and nurse were both very nice and had good bedside manner. The place was clean and organized. The doctor did not push unnecessary tests and concluded she was constipated (which she was). All turned out well after some prunes and prune juice.

Do NOT go here. The people who work here are either incompetent or just dont care about diagnosing your issue correctly. I came in with a sore throat and swollen tonsils and the person who swabbed my throat for a strep test barely touched the back of my throat. The Dr. said I tested negative and recommended gargling with salt water. A day later, I could barely breathe from the swelling and went to Doctors Urgent Care Canton down the street..where I tested positive for strep and was told I need to go to the ER for an abscess under my tonsil. Thank god I decided to get a second opinion and go to an Urgent care that actually took the proper steps to diagnose me. Unfortunately this place delayed my treatment by 48 hours and I spent the night in the ER because of the abscess. Please take your business to Doctors Urgent Care Canton instead of this lackadaisical place.

The PA went above and beyond. A routine visit and procedure revealed a very serious condition and he was able to support me as the patient and encourage me in every way possible to seek necessary higher levels of care immediately despite my initial reluctance and push-back. Now I will get the treatment I need to address the issue and hopefully ultimately improve my quality of life.

Ears were plugged. Dr.was Good and Assistant nice and cleaned my ears clear.

I didn’t give 5 stars because the girl at the front desk that greets you was not pleasant to deal with. Bad attitude. However, the PA I had, Carolyn was pleasant, kind, listened well, did not rush…..she was awesome!!!!!

The doctor was absolutely wonderful. Explained everything and made me feel like I wasnt going crazy. The staff supporting her was also wonderful. Thank you.

I was really excited that there was a Henry Ford urgent care in the area as the other urgent cares are not the best. I even go to all Henry Ford doctors so I thought it would be so easy and they would have all my records, but they do not accept the same insurance as the Henry Ford offices so unless I wanted to pay a crazy out of pocket I couldnt use this place. Very disappointed

BY FAR, THE ABSOLUTE BEST URGENT CARE IVE EVER VISITED! I WAS TREATED WITH THE UPMOST THE RESPECT AND SO MUCH KINDNESS! I WAS NOT ONLY LISTENED TOO, BUT HEARD, AND ANY EVERY SINGLE QUESTION, CONCERN, OR COMPLAINT I HAD IN REGARDS TO MY HEALTH, MY NEEDS, AND EVEN ANY REQUEST I HAD, WERE ALL ADDRESSED AND MET. I FELT LIKE I REALLY MATTERED AND WAS CARED ABOUT. THE ENTIRE STAFF WERE MORE THAN NICE, PATIENT AND VERY HELPFUL. THE FACILITY WAS BY FAR THE CLEANEST MEDICAL FACILITY IVE PERSONALLY EVER BEEN TREATED AT. THE DR. HERSELF EVEN MADE IT A POINT TO LET ME KNOW TWO DIFFERENT TIMES THAT SHE WILL BE COMING WITHIN A WEEK TO CHECK ON ME AND HOW IM DOING ON THE MEDICATION THAT SHE PRESCRIBED TO ME. IVE NEVER ONCE IN MY 36 YEARS OF LIFE HAVE HAD A DOCTOR (NOT EVEN MY OWN PCP, OR ANY OTHER DOCTOR OF MINE, THAT I WOULD SEE ON A REGULAR BASIS, AND ACTUALLY KNOW, AND HAVE A DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH HAS EVER EVEN OFFERED TO CALL AND CHECK ON ME) SO, FOR A CLINIC AND A DR THAT IVE NEVER MET, AND NEVER BEEN TO THE CLINIC, PRIOR TO MY FIRST VISIT, YESTERDAY (11/10/2023) SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE DOCTOR, THE STAFF AND THE ENTIRE CLINIC, ALL THE WAY AROUND. IVE HONESTLY NEVER BEEN SO IMPRESSED, HAPPY, AND FELT PERSONAL CARED ABOUT SO MUCH. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER URGENT CARE FROM THIS DAY FORWARD. I WILL ALSO BE REFERRING ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS WELL.

Waste of my Time and Money. Took forever to be seen, only one other Customer there!

Doctor did not prescribe any medications, did not help us one bit. I think he might be a narcissist.
