Walk In Urgent Care

Oh boy! I should have read the reviews before I went in. However, I read the “services” they have listed. On that list it says “X-ray”. Knowing it’s something i possibly needed done, I went. Thinking it’s better to sit in the ER. Joke was on me. First off, the folks who said it was clean, they lied! The ones who said they have a lady on a computer to check you in, it’s true and a complete unorganized mess. The nurse who called me to the back to get my vitals didn’t even know what a chronic illness was. She said I’m new and I don’t know all my terminology. Should have been a red flag to begin with. I literally googled it for her so hopefully she took note. Smh. Then when the doctor came in the first thing she says is “your in the wrong place”. No introduction no concern. She continues to say “we don’t even do X-rays here”. So of course I’m irritated at this point. I’ll never ever tell anyone to go there. Ever. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience. Horrible staff. Staff is clearly uneducated. First and last visit ever. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating.

Sign in is over a computer screen even though they have 2 employees sitting at the window. It is not very professional or private as I noticed when I was sitting on the far side of the waiting room and could hear the lady who was checking people in virtually and I dont have great hearing. Also feel like I could have received a better checkup from what I guess was a doctor went in for a sinus infection and had to go to my PCP a few days later to find out that I also had an ear infection in both ears and also had streptococcus which if they would have looked and done the test I could have been well on my way to feeling better 😮‍💨🤧

Just as everyone else said the front lady is so stupid its over a screen and she in an entire other country, we checked in and was told an hour for lunch came back sat down and waited then a real person told the computer lady that no patients were checked in and they all needed to recheck in, when she reput in our I surance she said it was invalid and refused to put the number in again when she obviously had to put in a wrong number because I there just a week prior with the same insurance then after waiting for almost four hours she said I would have to pay 90$ even though I had insurance if I wanted seen. Horribly unprofessional place and is a joke

The most unprofessional ran place Ive ever been too!! She cnt speak or read English and we had to talk in the monitor !! She got mad at the receptionist bcuz her own receptionist couldnt understand her!!! 🤬 No AC just a little revolving fan that is supposed to keep ppl cool!! This place is a joke .. best believe Ill be reporting them

The lady at the desk was rude! No hello or how can I help you. Like this is your job maybe you should learn to be more friendly. No wonder I never see anyone in here. They might as well just shut it down

Have been there multiple times with different doctors ,everyone has always been curtious and gotten help every time, no x ray machine if your looking for that ,but other than that its best stat care ive been too

I have been to this location 3 times. Each time they called medicine in to my drug store. Each time I started to feel better within one day.

This place sucks. My daughter could barely walk from pain. They dont do xray, cat scans or prescribe antibioxtics? He suggested we go to ER where according to him the wait would be 4/6 hrs. Then why tf did we need to see you doc? He couldnt give us a lab order, said we have to see her dr for that. Total waste of time, never again!

This place is horrible. they gave me medication they knew i was allergic too, i sat in the waiting room for 2 hours with nobody else there, the “tv receptionist” is ridiculous why can’t the person behind the desk talk to me. overall horrible experience

I went there on 4/14 to get my stitches checked and to see if they were ready to be removed they took me back into a room and then left me and never came back about 30 minutes went by and I had to leave so I open the door and both nurses were in their chairs scrolling on fb

Do my check in the lady tells me to sit down someone will be with me so sit around for a half hour for the lady to ask me if I filled a slip out um no been here before and the lady on the screen told me to have a seat so fill the paper out and then the lady comes out like I cant help u why not because we dont do that here um online it said u take care of broken bones and do xrays I dont have a broken leg but it hurts and I need to make sure Im ok well u have to go somewhere else we dont do that here it really seamed like the lady didnt want to help and just wanted to sit there and be lazy very poor service

I was told by the receptionist they took aultcare..which they dont!! Also she was extremely rude. So instead of having me pay the 80 dollar walk in fee. They charged my insurance and sent me a 200.00 bill! Which I will not pay until they agree to take the walk in cost only. Which I still shouldnt pay bc I was lied to.

The staff doesn’t get out of their vehicles to unlock the place until 10:05 when they see you try to open the door. There was still no point checking in when the doctors not even there yet.. the place also has a realll back alley feel to it . Try somewhere else more professional if you’re sick.

I like the people who work here, and service is usually quick. BUT, they do NOT close at 9. I arrived at 8:10PM, drove quite a bit to get there, and they had already stopped accepting patients (didn’t see any other patients even there) and locked the doors, the worker was getting her jacket on and getting ready to go. They should just change the closing time to 8pm if that’s as long as they want to stay open. Other than that it’s a nice facility

Went Friday 3/24/2023. The receptionist not very pleasant. My first and last time ever going here. They got us me and my daughter right back to a room, that was not very clean looking. The young nurse that came in to take her temp and stuff was very nice. I told her my concern was that my daughter has had a cold for 3 weeks and I was pretty sure she had double pink eye and an earache. She wrote it down on a piece of paper and said the Dr. will be in in a few. Well it took a while for him to get in. He looked at her and asked if she has asthma...I was like NO, then he had her look at his nose and asked if she got wood or dust on her eyes. I said no he was like ok I will get you eye drops for her eyes. Well a day later and they still have not called or sent in the prescription yet. I even tried to call multiple times but they dont pick up the phone. I guess I will be taking her to a real facility today that actually cares and knows what they are doing. I will be fighting whatever bill I get from here. Follow up. Went to our Dr on Monday. Not only did she have double pink eye, double ear infection and strep throat.

They were quick they were thorough but very rude the nurse practitioner I could hear him whispering to the lady up front with me and my disabled adult daughter was checking out that we were there because she had poor hygiene was her issue which was some of the issue but my daughter has a developmentally delayed disease and he acted like it was a problem that I was in there trying to speak on her behalf because she doesnt communicate well he made us feel very dumb and I am her legally appointed guardian and I have paperwork to prove that I dont like being whispered about when Im leaving especially to a clerical person at the front desk. Certain things are confidential and you shouldnt make a patient feel that way. We definitely will not be returning Id rather go sit and wait in the ER for hours and to be treated that way.

I went in 11/21 started feeling sick the day before so I went in to get checked out. 11/23 nothing has changed since the medication they prescribed me and still the same symptoms but worst. So I go to the ER and they dont know why I was prescribed a bacterial prescription when its a virus. No flu no covid just some type of virus that they prescribed me penicillin. Which is why I was still sick nothing was working, penicillin is for bacteria. Smh Im so sick I had to miss THANKSGIVING with family and friends had they gave me the right medication I could have been there.

Lazy staff. I am disabled and asked could we sit in the waiting room. They said no because they were going on lunch around 2. It was 12:30. All I asked was could we sit in the waiting room. My car is down and I walked. I told her we had nowhere to go.I only had enough money to get us a ride home. I sat down anyway to collect my thoughts and figure out what to do. My child was in pain and I myself am in a CAM boot awaiting surgery for rheumatoid arthritis and pttd. Not to mention my own pain level was a 10. The receptionist talked trash about me to her coworkers the entire time, the window was open and other patients could hear. She said things like...how did she even get here and she cant sit in here. I just want her to know, Talk to me not them coward. And the Dr had an attitude once we were seen. Told me my child had strep throat and sent me on my way. I asked could I wait for her test results and he was annoyed about that. He said its just going to say she has strep. Come to find out the results came back negative so I asked more questions. Of coarse more attitude. Complete nightmare.On behalf of disabled people I will be filing a complaint with the state

Do not waste your time. Waited 2 hours to be seen when there were only 2 other people there to be seen. The assistant doing the intake was pleasant and helpful, but the provider was in and out, hardly explained anything. Terrible

The wait was long but considering were in Pandemic I was treated quickly. The triage nurse was friendly and efficient.I highly recommend going here. I was treated Professionally, Efficiently and Very caring Nurse practitioner. she gave me a breathing treatment she called me in prescriptions to my pharmacy she was very friendly and understanding about my family situation excellent excellent. My wait was 2.5 hours but the ER would have been way longer. Thanks for being so good and thorough.

Such a kind and accommodating staff. All appointments were booked when I walked in and inquired about being seen, Christina Baker overheard my disappointment and instructed the front desk worker(I didnt catch her name) to squeeze me in anyway. I was so grateful and relieved. Not only did they squeeze me in, but I was in and out in about 7 minutes. On my way to my prescription and relief!I have been here a few times and every single time everyone I have interacted with has been so kind, respectful, helpful, informed, intelligent and honestly just all around awesome. I highly recommend going here to handle your Urgent Care needs!

The Nurse Practitioner is very compassionate and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to provide care. I can tell that she really loves her job. She was very personable, caring, and did everything she could to provide adequate care. I wish we had more in Health Care to provide this level of care, I am very satisfied with the service my loved one received at this office.

I went to the urgent care today and have to say this place is amazing!! I made an appointment on the app… walked in and was greeted with a smile by the girl at the front desk. I was taken right back with no wait time. The nurse and the nurse practitioner that saw me were so kind, empathetic and actually listened to me! The nurse practitioner also sat down and took the time to answer my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I will def go back in the future! THANK YOU LADIES SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO!!

Ive been to this location several times. Ive always had a pleasant visit but this evening was by far my best visit. Both the front desk & the doctor were very nice. Thank you to both Joanne & Valerie for making my visit extremely comfortable! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and they both completely helped me. I got the medicine I needed and should feel better from my sinus infection in no time. I was able to completely be honest about my situation and there was no judgment whatsoever. Its so hard to find this type of customer service in the medical field. I couldnt be happier with my experience. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this neighborhood urgent care.

Hands down the best care you can get from an Urgent Care. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to book an appointment using the app, and quick very helpful visits! Yesterday was my second time at this location and I was so impressed with Adenike. I wish she were our family doctor! Thank you for all your amazing help.

Staff and Doctor are very friendly. Ive been there twice within the past four weeks- doctor was thorough. She took her time to examine me and give me appropriate treatment. They all worked quick and efficiently- I was in and out within 40 minutes (which included them giving me a steroid shot and a breathing treatment). Definitely would recommend!

Unprofessional, literally such a mess and unorganized. They were over all kind to me but they never called me back with results I was supposed to get weeks ago regarding a very important timely manner and when I called they sounded miserable and were unhelpful. Like I said, nice enough but theres no structure in that place and they submitted my test for the wrong culture and I had to drive all the way back for their mishap, staff was rude to others in front of me and arrogant.

This place is a joke. The staff doesn’t care one bit about your health or wellbeing. I sat in there over 45 minutes and was never even called up to check in! Just told when I walked in “you’re gonna have to sit down”. There were 2 people in the waiting room 😒 the girl up front is super rude. Good thing this isn’t listed as a walk in URGENT care…. Oh wait.

I would NEVER go back!First of all you walk in and it smells terrible. When you get to the counter, instead of talking to the person at the desk, there is a virtual person on a monitor that you talk to ( strangest thing).I didnt feel the nurse practitioner had a clue to what was wrong. Purely guesses.

Me and my girl came here & this my first time coming and it was a pleasant experience. Felt very comfortable. My girl likes Adenike. She real cool. She helped us both out. We ll come to this location if we have to come to an urgent care just because of her. Keep her around. She a good one.

Terrible experience. Came in at 12:30 without an appointment. I was informed that they would be going to lunch and to come back at 2:30. The receptionist was kind enough to put me in the system.I was able to make it back in at 4:00 where I was promptly told I could not be seen as I had missed my appointment. I was not aware of the fact I even had an appointment. I was refused service at that point because as the nurse put it they were booked up and not accepting new appointments the rest of the day. The waiting room was empty, the parking lot was scarcely populated, and the patient room doors were open. I will never go back to a place with staff and policies like this. It defeats the whole point of urgent care.

Only person in there and was still seen quickly. The dr. Was very nice understanding and took time to listen to my concerns. Im probably underselling how much I appreciated getting a Dr. that was friendly and professional. Not someone who looks down on you and doesnt listen. I never got his name which is a bummer as I would like to leave in the review so others could have peace of mind when seeing him as well. But youll know its him when he talks to you like what your saying actually matters!

I have never wrote a bad review but Im going to today. The doctor there was literally the rudest doctor Ive ever been to. Ive been to Urgent care a handful of times never had a problem. The doctor reads my chart comes in knows my history and what to do. The doctor they had today was so rude has no empathy and was so arrogant. I dont think Ive ever had a problem with a doctor till today.

Ill start off by saying this is a great Urgent care in my opinion! Im seen in a timely manner, in and out, Im barely ever just sitting in the waiting area. I was just there this week and was there a total of maybe 45 mins for me and my daughter. Staff is always friendly to not only me but my children. They take their time listening to you and your symptoms. They always are sending out any prescriptions they may have prescribed to the pharmacy before we even walk out of the door to go about our day. Ive never once had a problem with anyone or anything there and i think we go there more then we go to our regular doctors. By the time I get off work if one if us is sick, they are still open! So thats super convenient for me. Staff knows us by name by now and i love Joanne and Valerie! Super friendly, quick and clean! Ill continue to go here for as long as needed! Keep up the good work!

This was my 1st experience with a stand alone urgent care that was not directly affiliated with a hospital and I must say I was very impressed! The nurse practitioner that I saw was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The wait time was less than that of my local emergency department. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back if I need urgent care services again!!

My was seen yesterday on November 23 at this location. The staff was nice and took real good care of my son. My son usually dont talk to people but they took real good care of him in a good time manner, was real nice with him and they made him feel so comfortable enough he was talking to them and he never does that. Im really pleased with the staff and everything about the Walk In Urgent Care I will recommend them if anyone needs taking care of to be seen! Thank you for your service.

Can hardly consider this an urgent care or walk-in services. Both times I have tried to use their services, I’ve been met with a locked door even though I had a scheduled appointment through their app. Didn’t even get in the second time with my appointment at 5pm. Website said they were open until 6pm.

Valerie is hands down one of the best nurses I’ve met in my life!! My family dr recently switched offices and her new practice doesn’t accept my current insurance so when I needed some tests done I panicked I called and spoke with Valerie on my lunch break asked her if they did the testing I needed she was so sweet told me she’d have everything ready for me when I got off work! As soon as I walked in the door I told her that I called and she knew who I was right away, she gave me my paperwork to fill out and took me back almost immediately!! She made me feel so comfortable and was very caring!!! Dr. Reid was great too!! I definitely would recommend them to anyone

Awesome experience! I was referred by one of the physician assistance christina baker when i couldnt get into my daughter’s pediatrician. The app to schedule an appointment was super easy to use and got us in relatively fast! We got in and the nurse and the physician we seen were so nice and amazing with my daughter and got her the care we so desperately needed after failed attempts at the hospital.

Nurses are very rude. I understand they’re very busy, but they could be a little nicer. The check in process is extremely confusing as well. You have to download an app called CallIn Urgent Care, register on there, and then sign in in the office when you get there.The line was insanely long. I waited 2 hours to be seen. I know that wasn’t their fault, but I feel like if the check in process was a little more streamlined, it would be an easier wait.Practitioner named Nike was extremely nice and I would come back solely for her. She was very friendly and personable.

My son had been dealing with ear pain. We ran to this urgent clinic to be seen in what I thought would take hours from experience that is how it has always been, however the staff there was very quick and knowledgeable! Adenike and Maria were Absolutely two of the best healthcare workers I have encountered! They were kind, happy and smiling! I could not believe the customer service that we were given. Not only were we treated amazing, Adenike did not hesitate on her treatment plan for him! I was so impressed! We need more people like them in the healthcare business! Thank you for your kind, happy and compassionate work! I appreciate you! A job well done!

This place is great for urgent care. They are quick and efficient. I saw Adenike and she was very good at her job. She listened well and explained everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable. Joy at the front desk was a big help too! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Came in an hour before close and they were Soo nice and professional. Gave me an air cast and crutches and requested that I get an x-ray in the morning to be on the safe side. Also, let me know that if I wanted to come back to their location for the X-ray it would be considered one visit, so no extra charges. The staff working the next morning were just as friendly and caring. Great place.

Had a wonderful experience with this facility . We were seen immediately. The Medical Personnel was very attentive, fun and down to earth. The Nurse Practioner, Deanna, went above and beyond the call of duty in regards for the well being of my daughter. The gentleman at the front desk reached out to us with a follow-up courtesy phone call inquiring about the recovery status of my daughter. I truly appreciate them. They get my vote!!!

I took my son in the other night and the staff was so patient and kind. He hates going to the doctor/urgent cares and it is very difficult to get him to feel comfortable. They waited until he felt at ease to perform any checks on him and tried to make the testing fun. We will definitely be back!

Service here was fantastic! This was the first time I have needed to go to an urgent care and I had no idea what to do, but all of the staff was able to help me through getting set up.I needed blood drawn as well as a shot and they were very gentle.More specifically Jennifer the PA was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I needed a specific medicine and she was able to call around find what I needed as well as helping me through with my insurance.I would recommend this place and Jennifer!

My doctor office referred me to this clinic for my son , who was having a rough time fever, puking and needed looked at . Doctor understood why we didnt want a emergency room during this pandemic time. There office was closed after hours so they referred me to this place . Walked in to this building the other night needing assistance , and they shut us out because we didnt sign him in hours earlier! First thing its a WALK IN URGENT CARE they proceed to tell me we cant help you until tomorrow morning! Its urgent care now not tomorrow. My question is why have these places if your turning down a 8 year old who needed looked at ?? These women were extremely rude and uncaring . I will not be back and will definitely not give a good word to this clinic to anyone. Worst place

The lady at the front desk, Crystal, was extremely rude. Never in my life have I met someone so unprofessional. Upon entering the building, she told me I needed to re-register through the app because it clears out from the night before. When I told her the app wasn’t working, she told me to wait in my car and she’d call when it was my turn. During my wait, the insurance company called me with instructions to fix my personal information, which required me to go back into the office to let her know. Crystal dismissed my concerns and responded in a belittling tone, “I wish they would stop telling people to come into the building a million times”. At that point, I had only been into the building twice, and thought I was following the protocol that the company told me to do?? I finally received a phone call from their office, walked back into the building, and she asked me to wait in my car again because she assumed she did not call me. I showed her that I received a call from her, and she mumbled under her breathe in disbelief. I’m not sure what I did to offend her, as I maintained social distance, had a mask on, and spoke to her in a friendly manner, but her attitude towards me was uncalled for. The sweet nurse apologized on her behalf as she also felt her tension. Terrible experience.

One of my favorite stat care locations. I recently was in & had Adenike. She was very knowledgeable & personable. I wish she could be my primary, I just loved her. Last time I was in about a year ago I had a male, I forget his name but was awesome as well. Definitely recommend.

Adenike was my provider and she was AMAZING. I could tell it was busy morning with people lined up outside and was informed the system was down as well. All that and I was still treated with great care! She sat and listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything thoroughly before I left. She made me feel a lot better just talking to her.

Receptionist, NiceYoung Nurse , NiceNurse Practitioner, extremely rude, unprofessional & unorganized. left her patients files in my room while she wandered off somewhere, nurse came into my room looking for her! Argued with me at the end of my visit , didn’t try to give me my discharge papers & proceeded to be condescending. I Sat in the room for a hour for one basic thing, felt as if they didn’t want anymore patients ? Needs some work.

Went in for hand injury. Receptionist was not personable at all, quite snobby. Was taken right into exam room, nurse was very pleasant. The PA was absolutely amazing.. new instantly what was going on with my hand and diagnosed it and took time to answer my questions., he gets an A++ . My issue 8s with cleanliness the sink in the exam room was absolutely disgusting for a medical setting.I even took pictures of it

Actually the name is Jeri Kaufman.I have been to this Urgent Care several times.The speed at which I am attended to is always quick. The Drs are compassionate and patient and always do their best to address my problems.The staff is friendly, respectful and helpful.Coming here is definitely a better experience than going to the Emergency Room.If you are not having a heart attack, or have a severed limb, this is a great alternative to waiting a month for your Dr.!!

Very clean building and super nice staff. They really listened to my concerns and helped me every way possible. I had to bring my son with me because of lack of a baby sitter and they didn’t even mind. While I was leaving they gave my son a bunch of stickers and he was happy! Will definitely come back here if I catch a cold or anything!

I absolutely love this stat care everyone is so kind and professional. They listened very well to my daughter and had her smiling even though she was there for being sick. Her doctor is akron getting an appointment takes a month going there we have never once been there more then 45 minutes. I highly recommended this walk-in service. Thank you everyone there truly you always get us feeling better quick.

I had a wonderful and fast visit. I came in to get a covid test and was shocked at how gentle Chrystal was while administering the test. I have had the test done 3 other times. Once at Mercy, once and Akron general and once at the Cleveland clinic and all 3 times it was the most violent test I have had done to my nose. Thank you for not making me miserable. I will also be informing my husband that your clinic works with the VA patients/vets.

I went here for Covid testing. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both very friendly and accommodating. The test was gentle and I was in and out in no time, make sure you arrive 2 hours before they open to get a time slot for testing. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Even though they are exhausted and busy as hell they treat everyone with respect

The staff here is amazing! I came in with alot of issues and they took the time to diagnose them all and get me set up on a treatment plan. Ashley and Valerie were amazing! Will definitely be using this as our primary urgent care spot!

A friend recommended this place after I couldnt get in to see my family doctor. They were able to see me the very same day I called. The nurse practitioner Adenike was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was extremely nervous because I had never been to an urgent care before but the staff was excellent and I would go back for sure.10/10 would recommend

Excellent experience here. Went to Mercy the other day. Waited 3 hrs and was misdiagnosed and sent home with 0 treatment. Not even an hr here and I had an accurate diagnosis; and was given proper prescriptions. The nurse/receptionist, Asia, was super polite and friendly; and processed my intake quickly. Dr. Joy was professional, thourogh, and very kind . She explained everything in easy to understand terms. She provided me with all my options and allowed me to be a part of my treatment decision. I will no longer waste me time any where else. I recommend this place to everyone.

This place is so weird, takes forever & these people are not very nice. no reason i should be the only person in the building & takes an hour to be seen. will never be back, do not recommend coming within 10 feet of this place.

Took my husband here (insurance said was in network urgent care no others were open) went in saw a NP who maybe has been licensed for 4 seconds. Found the pain and proceeded to push on it too many times to prove a point. Spoke down to me (just there for support). Threw pills at the problem rather than actually practice medicine. Took child here several days later on a Sunday turned away was 1:30 couldnt be seen until 3pm. Ridiculous it is an URGENT CARE. Sorry excuse for an urgent care just go elsewhere.Look at the reviews the responses from the place they keep saying the horrible service is the uncommon thing looks to me that is common and the good reviews are few and far between. Maybe send someone who will fix the problems rather than say its unusual for bad service.

I was having a sore throat. The virtual registertion system I vey quick and also the medical representative here was very nice and professional. I recommend this urgent care to everyone.

I stopped in today at 2:15pm and the computer receptionist informed me that everyone was on break and to come back at 3 pm. I laughed in disbelief and went elsewhere. My advice is dont waste your time time. They might be on break!

The medical assistant Jessica and the Physician assistant were very professional and friendly. Positive experience. Would return.

This place used to be awesome.. the pastc2 times I went I was sent away and given an attitude because I didnt check in on line.. which wont allow me too because my daughters pharmacy is not listed so I cant complete the check in. So yesterday my 8 year daughters fever spiked and cough got horrible.. we went at 3pm. We were given an appointment to come back at 6pm.. my daughter has severe asthma and had to get a breathing treatment and steroids. We were both tested and came back positive for influenza A. Here I am at 5pm calling since 230pm with no answer all day... because they never sent our prescriptions to the pharmacy...I would NEVER send anyone there that needed actual care!!!

Done soo many reviews here on Google and this is my #1 top-worst experience place. First Walk-In urgent care. I walk in with my son in need to be seen and they tell me I need to make an appointment and there 2 people ahead of me but the lobby is empty. I waited and waited and 30 minutes later I see no-one coming in or out. Then 30 minutes later after waiting an hour they tell me I need my son school I.D card. I dont have it with me and they tell they need it and cant help me. This is ridiculous is just another regular clinic in a hole of Canton getho plaza with an fake name advertising. I just end up walking away and taking my son to a real hospital to get him seen by a real doctor that cares. Definitely my worst experience ever and giving this place the award of the year for the worst place I ever visited.

Went in there because I presume there medical professionals, just so they could tell me if the spot on my arm was ring worm or not, She proceeded to tell me I needed to wait and set up and appointment, because they won’t know till they have my insurance? When they literally could’ve just looked at my arm and told me.

Ive been there quite a few times with my son and for myself. Every time has been quick and helpful. No doctors trying to rush you out or nurses being rude. Theyve even gone above and beyond to help my son feel comfortable while being examined. Hes only 7 months old . Today he was sick with a virus but the staff had him smiling and relaxed. They even had to swob his throat and he didnt even cry or fuss. Though its not a pediatrician office, I trust the doctors there just as much as my sons doctor. Ive had horrible experiences in emergency rooms and other stat cares. So glad the people here have big hearts to help❤️

I WENT FOR A PHYSICAL, but got much more. I went last week and I loved it.... the wait was very short, the guy at the front desk was very personable with my young child while waiting. The doctor also allowed my child to help her with my check up.... I recommend everyone to go to this Urgent Care!!!Keep up the great job!!!

Came here for my husband who ended up having two ear infections and a sinus infection. Ashley and Valerie were absolutely amazing! Such amazing and kind people that knew how to make my husband feel comfortable, and helped us find the best price for the medication. We will definitely come back for those two!

The waiting process is unclear.People were coming up to the door and had no idea what to do.You must first download an app. to be seen.(fill out name, address, DOB,phone, and insurance info.)After you fill out required information on the app., you go inside to check in.After that, you sit in your car for hours until they call you.No way for you to see what place you are in line.After an hour and a half I went inside to see if they had any information.The receptionist said she will call me shortly.After they turned the open sign off, I went to check again.(I figured I might be the last patient)The receptionist said to me I called your number, no one answered. We are open again tomorrow. Sorry.She walked away shaking her head like I was an idiot.All I did was follow instructions.I wasted 2 hours for nothing.I get what these health workers are up against. I feel for them.But I was just trying to get a COVID test.I wasnt being pushy and waited very patiently.I wasnt treated right.

There are so many phenomenal things about this place. Thankfully I read previous reviews that let me know its best to get there before they open so you can get an early spot in line and appt. But soon as they opened they were outside giving everyone appt times. We used the very easy user friendly app to check in and add our information. We came back at our time and was checked in fast an easy. Extremely, extremely friendly and professional staff. One person was even singing to the radio and was really good! Once it came time to get a Covid test, the nurse who gave it to my 11yr old son and I was able to calm our nerves by talking to us and was very gentle and made it a very easy experience. It was not painful at all not even in the slightest and was a barely noticeable, less invasive rapid response test. Nurse Practitioner/Dr. Adenike was knowledgeable, charismatic, friendly and patient to answer any questions. We were in and out fast and efficiently without feeling rushed or forgotten. I seriously wish this could be my new Primary Care Physician or childrens Pediatrician. Such a great experience. 10 stars ⭐

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I tend to be a high anxiety person (especially about my health) and Valerie was so comforting and kind, she cut my anxiety in half, and that’s very hard to do. The doctor was so kind and knowledgeable. These people (especially Valerie) genuinely care about their patients. I will absolutely come here in the future.

I was there on four different occasions, I have 5 kids! Each time I was there, the office staff were friendly and professional and the doctors & nurses were Amazing!!!! I was in and out! I had a 15 minute wait time and the doctors and nurses all listened and took the time needed to care for my children! It was everything a medical facility should be! And it was very clean! 😊👍🏻

Went today for my daughter and was seen right away! They took great care of her and was in and out! They remembered her from being here before and greated her right away.Love this place! They always take great care of my girls and they are so nice and friendly. They know when you swab for strep it hurts and give a popsicle. They just love it. I highly recommend this place and wont go to any other urgent care or stat care

BEST URGENT CARE YOU WILL EVER GO TO! The staff is amazing! They were all so nice to my son. There was like no wait time. My son was having trouble breathing so last thing I wanted to do was wait in the waiting room. The doctor even called to check on my son the next day. Thank you Dr. Joy

My son cried walking in because he’s very nervous about doctors. He did so well, something about the nurse put him at such ease. I loved the way they spoke to him and appreciate the care they provided. This is my usual urgent care and though this day we had to wait an hour and a half to be seen I typically get in and out pretty quickly.

My first time visiting Urgent Care. I took my sister in and the staff were great. She received excellent care and they showed a lot of concern about her conditions. Great Job!

Great staff here! They are friendly, courteous, quick to service you and most of all pleasant! I am a single mother with no help with my kids, and they never make me feel uncomfortable about having to bring the whole family! Valerie you are the best! Thank you all for your services!

I wish I could give zero stars. Do not waste your time coming to this place. They are ANYTHING but urgent. Online check in is a joke when they tell you they can not see you for eight hours. Why does an Urgent Care set appointments? It is supposed to be a walk in facility. False advertising, rude front desk clerk, and while I was waiting in line I watched a kid who was clearly very sick touch multiple things in the lobby including chairs, a fan and a box of tissues just sitting out on the table for anyone to use. Absolutely the worst place to go for an emergency.

Walked in after work for an X-ray as a new patient. Joanne Foith took great care of me and had me out fast! She was friendly and attentive. Everyone was pleasant and got my info handled expertly.Thank you

I just left this location after completing my first covid test ever. The front desk staff and the nurse who completed my test were wonderful. Very kind, verbal and to the point. However, the nurse practitioner man was rude and had a bad tone from the start. He never greeted me. I was sitting in the room for 15 minutes so I pulled my mask down to breathe a lot. So very rudely when he walks in, he tells me to pull my mask back up. He then had me move to the bed. He then apparently pointed to my coat, so I pulled down my mask and he very rudely says “put your mask back on” in a tone that made me uncomfortable. I didn’t know he pointed to my coat because why would he right? He didn’t even use his words. He just expected me to know what to do. This was my first test and I didn’t know what to expect. He was not comforting, pleasant or kind. I told him he had a tone issue and he began arguing with me about it saying “people have told me that my whole life” Well to me, that’s an issue you need to correct no matter who you are and what profession you work in. I work with children. Use your words and be kind! Thanks!

Absolute worst place you could possibly go to. My husband has been sick for 3 days with a fever and went here. Rude and unprofessional. The doctor came in angry and was trying start an argument. The doctor was acting like a psychopath and Im not exaggerating. Complete nightmare.

This is great place to go to get a rapid COVID test! I did not have an appointment and they squeezed me in really quick which I thought was very nice considering they are very busy right now with COVID testing. Crystal was my nurse she was very nice and very thoughtful and very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable! Would recommend to anyone needing to get tested!

I was there on two different days one of my days was absolutely terrific and the other one with Valerie and Joanne was not pleasant whatsoeverOverall I had a great experience there was a few ladies that were running the front window that I felt were very rude unprofessional and snarky . I do believe their names were Valerie and Joanne .Very unprofessional .On a sidenote there was a gal named Chrystal and Ashley which were very helpful very informal .Which made my visit to this urgent care facility that much nicer .There was a lady named Brenda and Marissa I believe which were also very helpful very professional. But the other two gals were very under par !Thank you ladies for your patience and your professionalism !

Walk In Urgent Care on Tusc in Canton. Very rude staff, I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist yelling at me that I have to wear a mask, when l asked for one , the reply was rude we dont have any you can go to the dollar store and purchase one. It is inexcusable for a health facility to not provide masks for patients at this point in time. Dr was no t thorough with my exam, I waited forever in a room and I was the only patient in the building. Rude staff and untimely waiting that wasnt necessary. I will never go back! With as many bad reviews this place has I cant believe it is still open.!Should be closed down Immediately!!!!!

A good clinic to receive a quick COVID-19 test and result. I appreciated Crystals (the medical technician) quick and responsive support of the long line of patients. She answered questions thoughtfully and efficiently. The time the Physician gave me to give me an additional check was kind and quick. They are in need of additional support in the office given the demand for quick testing and to get the email result out as quickly as the phone result.

Went here for a covid test.. Easy process and awesome staff! They worked so hard to get me in and out fast which I very much appreciated. Nike was outstanding! She was very informative and so kind. Highly recommend!

I went to the mercy medical emergency room a couple nights ago because of severe chest pain and difficulty breathing and moving, after I checked in, I sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours before my vitals were taken and i was sent back out to the waiting room like everyone else in front of me.I sat for another 2 hours waiting, still in pain with troubled breathing.No one in front of me was ever actually seen in that two hours, no one moved. I eventually just got up and left.Today, I went to walk in urgent care & job care services, and was in and out of there in an hour. I wasnt in pain at the time, but I still wanted to be checked out! The friendliest people Ive ever met, very helpful. Usually chest pain is technically something they cant see into because they dont have certainty equipment. Chest pain and anything else major is sent straight to the emergency room anyways. Even though they didnt have an EKG machine, they did everything they could to test what was going on. My nurse came to a conclusion and figured out what was going on in less than 20 minutes!. I totally recommend them and everything they do. Valerie was amazing ❤

The nicest people ever. With COVID, they are constantly busy and in a high-stress work environment, but they are still extremely sweet and helpful. I have had multiple experience with Valerie in particular, and she is always polite, helpful, and caring. Really appreciate their work in the pandemic!

This is by far the best urgent care. Val is the best with kids! My kids are so comfortable here, they prefer coming here over the doctors office. They love her! We always get in and out within an hour.

My understanding is this is an urgent care. Upon entering 2hrs prior to their closing time I was told I would have to come back tomorrow they are busy. There is one person sitting in waiting room, so is this a doctors office where you make an appointment or Walk In Urgent Care as advertised?

Horrible service, came in was charged a 25$ copay upfront, went to the back, boyfriend had a UTI, he has had them before and knew what it was and wanted a prescription for anti-biotics. Docter gave him a unwarranted spiel about God, how God loves him he is. Provided 0 help what so ever. Took a pee test, didnt hear back for 3 days. Just to be told it came negative even though he went to his family doctor the next day and got a positive test that same day and was given medication immediately. Do not reccomene this place at all.

I came to Urgent care with severe cough and cold symptoms. Over the course of a couple of weeks I was well on my way to recovery. Rebecca was always kind and pleasant and the doctors and PAs were great. Facilities were always clean and tidy. I never had to wait long and always treated with respect and dignity. Just moved here and this was a good experience.

Went tonight to be seen for a sore throat . The nurse was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse practitioner was extremely nice & understanding , suggesting different things for me to do to ease my sore throat at home . Short wait time . Overall , great experience.

Came in to have an ankle checked and get an xray around 5pm. Was told I needed an appointment for an urgent care at 7pm. Came back to hear she scheduled 7 other people at the same time for Covid tests. What kind of emergency care is this? Do not recommend at all. Will not return for any services.

Been here a few times and although the staff always seem to be preoccupied, they are courteous and do their jobs. The doctor was helpful, explained options and listened to our concerns and questions. Its way better than any e.r. for wait time and its always been quiet when we go there. Facility is clean and never has any problems.

My last 2 visits are the only reason Im giving 5 stars & that I will continue to come back!!! Adenike helped me both times. She is AMAZING! As many years as Ive been coming here, I didnt have good experiences because there were rude unprofessional women. Adenike is the most helpful educational genuine caring person EVER! Makes me feel so comfortable! I was praying she was there today & she was & she even squeezed me in even though she was super busy! Please keep her there so I can continue to come back. 😃

Everyone was very friendly and got me in and out in manner of 10 minutes for my covid screening. Nike was extremely kind and thorough about any questions I had. If you need a covid test done quickly I recommend going here, and requesting Nike if she’s available!

I walked into Urgent care today. I told them I was experiencing back spasm and they refused to see me, telling me that they werent a pill farm . They didnt even access my situation they only made rude remarks insinuating that I was a pill seeker. I tried telling the receptionist that I couldnt take opioids because of my allergies and then she remarked that I didnt need to be seen .All while there was a waiting room full of people.

I was seen a couple weeks ago at urgent care for a sinus infection and COVID swab. Nike was amazing, educational and gave me information for follow up care . She was even kind enough to send in scripts since I was diagnosed with a sinus infection. 10/10 Would recommend her to others!

The location is very high tech. The lady on the TV was very quick to register me and I was done with my medical check up in no time.

I was there Sunday. They were very busy. I had trouble getting their app to work on my phone but they were very helpful trying to get myself and my mothers information registered as their system was giving them issues. The practitioner was very nice and explained everything very well. Overall good experience. Thank you to the staff there!!!

Followed instructions given by the corporate website in order to get a rapid covid test. Downloaded the app and pre-registered for an appointment for a walk in service an hour before coming. It said it was scheduled just for me to show up and be told that they have a list and it is full and the app doesnt mean a thing. What is the point of having the service and appointment set up over the app if it doesnt mean a thing when it comes to how the location does the testing? Receptionist said they cant change it and have been trying but corporate wont post or change anything about it.

I just paid a visit to the urgent care and I was seen by Joanne and she was wonderful and so was her staff... They went above and beyond to make sure that I was feeling better!! greatly appreciate all the time she spent trying to take care of everything for me and also recommendations for follow up care!! Best visit to urgent care!!!!

Took my son to the Walk In Urgent Care on W. Tusc in the Country Fair Plaza & they are so awesome there!! The staff were all so nice, they were so patient and understanding with him, took their time to explain everything to him and made sure he was comfortable with everything they did as hes autistic and drs visits are scary for him sometimes. Joanne the Nurse Practitioner there was even singing songs from The Backyardigans with him! We were in and out in less than an hour total AND the care we received is far better than any care Ive gotten at a Mercy or Aultman statcare. Highly recommend this place!!

I had nurse practitioner Paul. I was seen fast and felt like a person. Prescribed me meds to help prevent my situation from getting worse and listened to me. I love coming to this urgent care vs. others because I also feel like I’m being heard when telling them my symptoms. Ty

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I arrived at 8:25 and the doors were already locked with a sign on the door saying “Will be taking our last patient at 8:30.” When talking to the medical assistant at the door , saying there was still 5 minutes left, medical assistant at the front desk said “We go by our clock” then held her hand up to her ear as if she could all of a sudden not understand me. Never had an issue before but won’t be returning .

I wasnt able to get an appointment for a walk in urgent care! But the big white girl at the desk was very friendly. I will be returning soon for my appointment. dont like that you have to download apps to get in.

Worst urgent care experience EVER! I was there 3 hours for a simple thing and they weren’t even busy. Place was super dirty, no soap at the sinks, clogged sink in my exam room so she came in with a plunger splashing gross sink water all over the exam gloves they use and just leaving it like that, they were blasting music very loudly outside the exam rooms and on top of it all, the “doctor” wanted me to swab myself. She also had dried salsa all over her stethoscope around her neck. So gross dirty and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER go back there. Nor recommend it to anyone. Surprised I didn’t get a disease from being there.

I am writing because of the treatment I recieved at one of your locations at 4135 tuscarawas st w in Canton, Ohio. I came to the door at 8:25pm thinking they close at 9pm like the website states. The door was locked and there were 2 ladies sitting down, I mouthed to them it says they close at 9pm. The one lady Christa opened the door and stated they take their last patient at 8:30. I said Oh good I just made it! (no where does it state on website or door or anywhere that they take their last patient at 8:30) Christa was very upset she would have to do anything else tonight such as get me registered ect. She sighed several times and rolled her eyes. She then went to the lady behind her on a computer (pregnant) (Ashley) and whispered something. The lady at the computer (Ashley) stated that they take their last patient at 8:30pm indicating that I was to late. I said I was here by 8:30. She said Well what is your problem? I said I believe I have the flu and would like to be tested I have never had to shout over the check in counter to a provider as she identified herself as why I was wanting to be seen. She then stated it can wait until morning we open at 9. I just wondered how she was able to determine this without getting any facts of the matter? I also wonder if this is a standard practice for employees to handle things in this manner or to act like this? My mother died on Thursday from Flu A and I was thinking that if maybe she had been seen after 2 days of symptoms like I had been trying to, she may of not gotten so ill.

The nurse practitioner, Nike, was amazing!! I can’t say enough about her! She was quick, efficient, very attentive to my needs especially at a time I was feeling so terrible. Would recommend highly!

Went to this urgent care for a rapid covid test I showed up when it opened and got put on the schedule for the day. I was able to get in and out with my test results in 30minutes. The staff was friendly and professional especially considering how many people walked in to get a covid test. I would recommend this place to anyone my only advice is to show up early cause it’s so many people trying to get covid testing right now. I’m so thankful for the staff that was put at risk working on the frontlines during a pandemic so we can get a covid test

I will never come back to this place, rude and unprofessional providers. I got yelled at over the phone from one of the providers regarding my daughter’s prescription.

Its never been bad going there but usually they dont have the proper equipment like they should have when saying they are an urgent care center.It also isnt a walk in urgent care anymore you have to use their app and make an appointment. Highly disappointed that it isnt walk-in anymore despite it being named and advertised as that.

Absolute joke for an urgent care facility. I went in with my husband and they denied him medical care because he only had his insurance paper stating he had coverage. Yet my sister can go in with the same credentials and be seen. Rude homophobic office. I highly suggest Stat Care In Massillon, as no patient is turned away. We are being seen now and quickly by them.

Crystal administered my covid test and she was an absolute great person! Quick and easy and she was so nice!! I would 100% recommend going to see her! No Corona here! Stay safe and go see Crystal!

My daughter and I went and got a Covid-19 test here a couple days ago. Hers came back positive. I checked mine as soon as I got home and it was positive, looked back at it the next day and it was negative. I Repeated called them (with no answer) to figure out what happened. I went in there today and the girl at the desk says “oh it was entered in wrong. Your test was Negative”. They could have Called to let me know they screwed up. She didn’t even apologize. I wouldn’t ever go back here as they are clueless.

I stopped by to get looked at for an ear infection and ended up leaving before I was seen. There were no notices about wearing a mask. None of the employees were wearing masks. The chairs were only spaced slightly apart. I felt very uncomfortable with how causally a healthcare facility was treating CDC guidelines during a pandemic. Just for comparison I went to another walk-in clinic and was greeted by someone wearing a mask, my temperature was checked on arrival, and I had to answer a COVID-19 questionnaire. I know that this location is not a testing sight, but since there is a large number of asymptomatic carriers, I thought it was strange that they didn’t seem to have any updated practices to prevent the spread of the virus. Although I didn’t receive care here, I didn’t have a good feeling about the professionalism of the clinic based on how they are handling the current pandemic.

Went in at 2:05 and was told they were about to eat lunch. They said they close for an hour each day for administration purposes and that I needed to come back at 3:30. I just drove 25 minutes to get there. Woulda been nice to know the lunch hours.

I took my kid and heard the receptionist being very disrespectful! Talking about other patient problems in front of the patients in the lobby. Very rude, not professional at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, already made a call and was not pleased. NEVER HAVE I EVER had these problems before. Very disappointed

We had a great experience with Urgent Care! Our nurse practioner, Adenike, was extremely helpful! My kids both had covid symptoms and could not return to school without a negative test result. Adenike explained everything so well and made my kids feel comfortable including my dtr who has special needs! We got our test results that same day and my kids do not need to miss anymore school. Adenike is awsome and will definitely return there for future needs!

If you want to get tested for COVID, your are more likely to develop antibodies before youre ever get tested if you go here.Extremely poor service. Waited for 5 hours in parking lot after being told there was a 5-hour wait for COVID testing. Then got the same BS app excuse that others are reporting in the reviews, so I re-registered through the app this time. and apparently the app takes 45 minutes to get to their system (must be on dial up). Another 2 hours later, I finally got tested.Its wild to think that this place would be out of business if it wasnt for COVID. They should enjoy their employment now because once this pandemic is over, they will likely be out of business.

This establishment is the worst “Urgent” Care I’ve ever been to. First, there’s nothing ‘urgent’ about this place. We were the only ones in the place, and we still had to wait a half an hour to be seen.The Doct...er, Nurse Practioner, was a very aloof, know-it-all. She listened to what my symptoms were and told me what I had was viral. She never ran tests (flu test, strep test, etc), and when I asked her if they could give me a steroid shot (to help with some of my symptoms), she said they don’t carry those types of shots. Okay, then, and you’re an Urgent Care?!I left with 102 degree fever, and no antibiotics. All of this ‘nothing’ cost $90, out of pocket. Your best bet is going to a real Emergency Room, because these people are a joke. I know I’m probably going to an ER tomorrow to get properly cared for. These people will just take your money, pass it off as a virus, and send you on your way.

Everyone was very kind very helpful and informative the receptionist at the window whom I 1st met was very helpful and filled out the pre application for me because I was so sick upon doing so I was guided into an office were young lady by the name of Valerie made all efforts in order to make my visit more comfortable she was very nice very understanding and then finallymeeting the doctor who I think has nobody in comparison she is one of a kind came in and made every effort to make me whole again. I was having some pains and dreaded going to stat care or the ER. Mt friend suggested Urgent Care ... I was in and our in no more than a half hour to forty five min ... the service was EXCELLENT!!! The staff and doctor was very professional and extremely nice. Now I know where to go. Keep up the work you provide to this community I know i greatly appreciate it.

I went there a couple of months ago to have a COVID test done , I was so happy with all the staff everyone was very friendly and very professional. I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen , and I got my results back within 20 minutes. I loved going there I highly recommend everyone to go there . ❤️

I went to this location on December 3,2019. I was having a severe asthma attack. Val & Ashley saved my life! Like literally it felt as if something was standing on my chest and I couldnt catch my breath, they took me right back and knew exactly what to do. Im feeling so much better and back to myself. I Thank God For Those Two Wonderful Ladies Because They Did Something That The Hospital ( After Sitting 5 Hours At One And 2 At Another SMH) Didnt Do But Supposed To Be Equipped To Do. I had a great experience the other day with an NP named Adenike. She was kind and listened to my concerns. She paid attention to me and didn’t seem like she was in a rush. I’m very thankful for her care.

What a great experience! Went in for a physical and was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the fast and caring service. The staff was very friendly! I would definitely use this urgent care over others in the area next time.

This is the most awful place Ive been to. I had an abscess the size of a golf ball. I went in and sat for an hour bc the dentist was closed. She refused service to me bc i didnt have the hard copy of my A #1 insurance and woukdnt take my case number with my id. And my abscess is so bad that its actually going into my head and down my neck. Would give 0 stars but it wasnt an option. I def dont recommend this place to anyone. Theyre not concerned with any patient. Only money. Ive directed at least 15 people there. I will make sure i keep them all away next time.

Simply put these Nurses and a doctors aren’t paid enough too be on the frontline and endure so much grief!! Hands down the nicest people ever and would highly recommend!! Thank you for your duties!!

Website posts Wed hours 9am-9pm. At 2pm the sign on the door said you had seen your last patient for the day. Really ?? If you are not going to go by the hours you have posted, please change them or at least put a notice that they can be changed on a whim when the staff wants to get off early. Horrible customer service.

The worst experience my child and I have ever had. They were extremely rude and and talking about my child and I like I couldnt hear what they were saying. I will NOT go here ever again.

Horrible. Called ahead about insurance they said yes, no one else was on the lobby... 3 ladies behind the glass and just laughed and discussed dinner plans until I went back up and they still ignored me until it was uncomfortable. Then when I said, just to double check you are in network correct?. She said no we are not .. seriously!? Thats why I called ahead.

Service and staff was great! They really take the time out to see to your needs! I have already recommended this place to someone else when they needed a doctors assistant and they were very pleased as well.

Husband was seen in Urgent Care. Stated he pre-registered on their app. Walked-in and was seen immediately. Stated staff was friendly. Went there for a rapid Covid test was was also seen by a nurse practiced. Stated it was a good experience for him.

Terrible service you can never in urgent care. Waited 10 mins for them to open even tho they were in there just waited to unlock the doors. Tried to go there when they stated they were open until 9pm got there at 8:05 and there were closed. Rude staff. I wouldn’t recommend.

Other than a long wait time, the staff was very kind and considerate. I hurt my back bad but the amazing thing was he was more concerned with the fact that I was severely enimick. I was astonished that he looked at the whole instead of having tunnel vision. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWARE.

Best place Ive been seen. I went simply for a work physical. The price was very reasonable and I was in and out within a hour. The staff was very friendly and professional. Thanks Urgent Care for your services.

It was smooth and simple! Adenike was such an amazing help and very nice. Shayla did an amazing job checking my vitals, and Mariah did excellent getting my information on the computer and mopping the floor

Hi I am here to fill out a complaint about Dr. Hammond. She was very rude and impatient. She is very filthy and she did not wash her hands when she came in the room right after she ate her lunch . She looks like the floor of Denny’s . And she stinks like a cow .She stuck the stick for the compressor way down the patients throat and did not try to control his head so he could be comfortable and he would not move when she was working . She looks like three months old Mayo from Burger King that was in her nails . She is very unprofessional . And she needs to get fired because I don’t even know why you guys hired her in the first place .Shes dirty filthy very impatient and she is not a good Doctor.The patient was a baby and he’s only seven months old . This is my brother that I am talking about I would highly appreciate you guys doing something about this. i has to give a star but I would have gave 0 if I had the chance

Very friendly and caring. They go out of their way to make sure you get to feeling better. Great with kiddos and so compassionate 😊. Always recommend them for the quickest times and friendly treatment.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The wait wasnt too long and I found out by the time I left that I was negative. The only thing I did not like was they make you fill out an app which was NO FUN. Technology is great, but it is also very frustrating.

This place is a joke!! Took my daughter there today and it was the worst experience Ive ever had at a urgent care. Didnt even have specimen containers she had to give her urine sample in a paper cup.And the the so called DOCTOR still couldnt tell me whats going on with her. Everytime I asked her a question she had to try to google her symptoms to try to find out. WHAT A JOKE!!! NEVER AGAIN

Crystal, Ashley, Marissa and Brenda were the greatest eye candy in the world. They were also great at their job, went in at 10:37 and was back by 10:45. Amazing service.

Wait times are quick! I brought my son in tonight with worries and the staff were so accommodating and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with services and that he was comfortable! I will recommend them to anyone

This place is awesome!! I have taken two of my three children here multipul times for minor things, like strep and ear infections, always in and out with the right medicines!! unlike other post on here i know that stomach flus must run their course and there isnt a medicine for it rest and lots of fluids!!

I went into this office today feeling bad ,but after being seen I felt better due to the receptionist Val And the Doctor Jennifer. They were both friendly and was concerned about my well being.After my visit was over I mentioned going to get something to eat and they offered me a slice of pizza.( I was hungry LoL) Now where can you get treated for being sick and get fed Thats Great Service!!!! ☺️

Valerie is one of the absolute kindest and compassionate MAs I have ever encountered. Everything she does is for the patients. Anyone would be lucky to have her care for them, or work with her ❤️

Claimed they was open and my daughter sat there from 1-5 and noone was there and lunch 2-3 very poor service

I always use Urgent care, because it is always a short wait and great staff. The facility is very welcoming and clean. Never had a bad experience here. I refer a lot of friends and family here!

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had in any medical facility. Ive been treated with more respect in a 7-11. The most inept, rude, unprofessional employees Ive ever had the displeasure of coming in contact. Dont waste your time or your money......go to a hospital ER or a Stat Care or First Care affiliated with a major hospital. This dump and its employees will be reported to the AMA and the BBB.

It was a very long wait which is to be expected. The staff is amazing. They were so kind and sweet. They gave me such a gentle test. Really, the best place to get tested. 100%

First of of got here 10 minutes after office opened. The Dr decided it was cool to eat lunch after only being there for an hr, with 6 people waiting in the office. Downright terrible service.im calling corporate as soon as possible this makes absolutely no sense.

Amazing care from the moment we stepped in the door. The receptionists were kind and helpful. We were in and out very fast! Adenike and Mariah were awesome!

My experience today at Urgent Care was so good the nurse practitioner Amy was so professional so caring and so attentive I really appreciate that kind of care and the nurse that was her assistant was wonderful as well and so was the radiologist I cant say anything bad it was a great experience and I so appreciate them

Staff seemed confused and lethargic. No repsect for patient privacy. The head physician in charge was too busy having speaker phone conversations with other employees about being rude and unprofessional. Staff also remained on speaker phone while talking with other medical providers about patiens personal information. I was also the only patient in the waiting room and it still took a hour to be seen. USE ONLY AS LAST RESORT FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.

Went in today about an hour ago and was more than satisfied with the service/outcome. Chrystal and Ashley exceeded my expectations and the wait wasn’t long at all! I’ve been to the location in the past, and I’ll definitely go in the future. 10000/10

This place is a joke. I waited 40 minutes after 9 o’clock (they supposedly open at 9) just got the doors to be open, as the practitioner wasn’t in yet. And after 2 phone calls a man answers the phone to tell me they’ve been open since 9 and seeing people. Outrageous

Great service and staff. Recently had to get tested for Covid and Adenike was extremely helpful in making the process easy and quick as well as just an overall friendly and knowledgeable person. Very thankful!

Pathetic. Why even bother to see patients. Iḿ assuming, from the quality of the experience, the NP must have went out of the room to consult a Weegie Board for an answer to the complexity of my situation. Needing an anti-biotic, being told one was electronically sent in to my pharmacy only to show up at said pharmacy and the Rx I got was a ventolin inhaler which I already have and use regularly and a bottle of little pills that look like vitamin D pills to help cough. Pay $50 for visit and another $40 at pharmacy for bottle of worthless pills not covered in formulary to have infection get significantly worse. Thanks.....for nothing!

My husband needs a heart transplant, has an LVAD. The transplant team required him to be tested for Covid 19 because I was positive. Their NP, Adenike, came to his vehicle to test him, in order to limit unnecessary exposure to other people and diseases. God bless her! A truly compassionate person! Thank you!

Would recommend this place to anyone local. The nurse practitioner is fantastic! Shes listens and makes she to help the best she can. I come here when I cant get to my primary Dr .

Google listings all state appointments are not required for Covid testing but yeah this is the third location stating appointments only. They falsely advertise their company as a walk-in but yet appointments are required. A call will be placed on this matter.

I left very impressed with my experience at this location. I got a breathing treatment a very thorough check up/questions and the satf was was incredibly professional and very caring. I will be back and definitely recommend.

Saw my son last week and refused to see his twin brother this week for a simple swab. Don’t waste your time with this place. Rude staff and incompetent physicians.

Hours state open till 9p however when I arrived at 7p the lights were off and there was a sign on the door that said we have seen our last patient for the day

Instead of seeing actual patients they would rather do covid tests all day long at a rate of $175 a test. CVS is giving free Covid tests under the CARES act. Don’t waste your money.

Very busy place...but hey what do you expect only place to get a rapid result...as long as you download app...register very early in morning..I registered at 6am...got there at 7am....stand in line till they open at 9am..you should have no problem...I was in and out in 20 minutes.....they are extremely nice and organized.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND:)

Went to office at 5:12 and they locked the Fords when they saw me coming. Asked her aren’t you open until six? She said yes t we take our last patient at 5:15-5:30 (not On website) and said Libby was full. Only 2 people. Called for corporate number we’ll see they gave me the right one

I am a truck driver and passed through the Canton, Ohio area. I recently had compartment syndrome surgery and was having nerve pain in my leg. Since I am away from home and my follow up appt isn’t until next month, I needed to seek some medical advise. My wait was short and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Very rude staff. They tell you to use the app to sign in then when you get there they tell you thats not your appointment and they wont see you because they close in 3 hours and dont have an appointment. When asked what the point of the app is, when it literally says its your appointment time, they cant explain it to you because they literally say they dont know.

This place is a joke! It says walk in but when u do they tell you u have to make an apt with there app I tried tht they had no Apts open for walk ins! I wish things worked diff cause ppl need this place the owners should try using there own rules and see how happy they are being treated like a customer dont come here if u need seen !

The Staff is amazing! Very clean environment! They get you in and out and still takes their time with patients. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice crew of people. I already knew what was going on with myself. Doctor took no time to come up with a plan! Very affordable for those with NO healthcare.
