Dr. Yancey is great initially, if your results are normal. If they are abnormal expect a call from an extremely rude nurse Debbie W. who will fear monger you and then you have to pay for a telephone visit to discuss your results with the doctor. I will be transferring my medical results and going to another provider.Nearly $1,000 after insurance, cant be bothered to call for nearly a week, then try to charge for a phone visit to discuss results with the doctor. No wonder the USA is lowest ranked: U.S. ranks last in health care compared with nine other high-income countries, report finds - NBC News
Dr. Bell was INCREDIBLE! I was so nervous for my iud replacement and burst into tears when she came in the room. She was so comforting and patient. She explained everything that she was doing. She made it so that it was the least painful placement I’ve had. I was honestly shocked at how little I could even feel it. I’ve rarely met a medical professional as caring and kind as Dr. Bell, and am incredibly thankful to have had her care.
I personally see Dr. Bell, and man... She is AMAZING! She is very attentive, honest and caring. She makes us feel like her only patients. Going through a pregnancy with her, has been nothing but joy! Additionally, Mrs. Racquel is just as good! She has loved on us since the day we walked in the building. Services are always great.
I had a last minute appointment scheduled here for an ultrasound. It wasnt my normal doctor so I was a bit nervous, but the ultrasound tech was great and I was very impressed by Dr Huang. He explained my issue clearly and was very reassuring. I would go back to this office and the doctor for any issues in the future.
Dr. Laura Pekman is the most calming, caring, kind, and knowledgeable GYN I’ve ever encountered. She is thorough and never leaves any of my questions unanswered and she addresses all of my concerns. And she “gets” me. There is no better physician in the world. I recommend her to everyone.
I came to this location because the midwife I trusted moved to this practice and I wanted her to be on my team for my second baby like she was for my first. For the most part, most of the team is great, but my labor was absolutely awful due to the nurse and midwife who were working while I was in labor.. They were against my birth plan multiple times, I was not asked on many occasions about something being done, I was just told they were doing it while they were doing it (like a membrane sweep and breaking my water). The nurse was not only rude, she continously told me false information and I belive it was due to not wanting to have to do her job. I was made to feel like crap by the overnight team during labor. I never want to experience care like that again. I do have to give crazy praise to the morning team though. The morning nurse came in at 7 and was an angel. She fully understood my concerns, she even told me that the limitations given by the night nurse were unnecessary. She also was wonderful in helping me stand up again the overnight midwife and even trying to hurry the morning midwife a bit because I told her I refused to have my daughter bright into the world by the first midwife (who was trying to rush things in that last hour and made me extremely uncomfortable). The morning midwife came in, and listened to what I wanted, she talked with me about everything before and let me labor how I wanted. My delivery team was phenomenal. After my daughter was born, they took care of me and allowed the golden hour of skin to skin time and the nurse helped me after with the immediate aftercare prior to being moved to recovery. The recovery team was also amazing and did their jobs, but also allowed us our space to spend time bonding. I enjoyed the majority of my teams, however the 12 hours I spent with the bad, has left a huge negative impact on me and I will not be returning to this practice for any future labors.
I love this office! From checking in to checking out it is always a pleasant experience. I’ve been seeing Dr Hansen-Lindner for a few years now and she is awesome! I actually look forward to my yearly visits! Her nurse Raquel is amazing! Can’t say enough great things about CLT women’s obgyn!!
Dr Peckham was kind, understanding and so easy to talk to. I had a bad experience with a female GYN in the past and since have always preferred a man. She’s changed all that for me and I never see myself going anywhere else. She is just fabulous!!!
I have always appreciated Dr. Wicker as my gynecologist. He has always let me know that I have my own autonomy- that my body is my body. He has also always answered my questions and concerns that I have had throughout the years thoroughly and and in a way that I can understand.
I had been going here for almost 10 years for annual check ups and didnt have any particular complaints aside from the typical theyre usually running late and I had to wait over an hour after my appointment once, but just recently I experienced a pregnancy loss and could not recommend this practice less. First, you have to wait until 10 weeks to get an ultrasound, which I guess I understand is their standard procedure. But when I went in for my 8 week confirmation appointment, they did not do anything but check for certain STDs and make me pee in a cup. I could have told them I was pregnant from peeing on a stick and have a single partner so dont have any diseases without paying them. They did not draw my blood or anything. Not to mention the midwife I saw was very cold and robotic when I was beyond excited for my first baby. At my 10 week appointment when we found out about the miscarriage I discovered had they done an ultrasound sooner or tested my HCG levels from blood, this could have been identified sooner - like at the 8 week appointment. Not only that, but at the appointment we werent fully told what was happening or that it was a miscarriage for a full 10 minutes of the doctor being in the room. She had horrible bedside manners, but she did have compassion. At my follow up 2 weeks later everything changed and she seemed rushed and confused why I hadnt taken a medicine we had previously discussed I wouldnt take. Still no blood drawn to confirm progress (or lack thereof). At my follow up 2 weeks after that I was told to take a pregnancy test in 2 weeks to confirm everything was out of my system. When I still tested positive 2 weeks later I messaged them and they were absolutely NO help. All they kept saying was test in 2 more weeks. Again, having not drawn any blood we had no baseline HCG levels to confirm what was going on. When I started bleeding and messaged them they said You may need to come in for a follow up ultrasound What is a PATIENT supposed to do with a MAY NEED TO? Do I need to? Dont I? Should I call to schedule? Are you going to schedule me? I can say that Dr. Caruso was very kind and I liked her but I was passed between doctors, midwives and nurses through the entire process and felt like I was trying to play doctor to understand since they never explained anything that was happening - it was always a wait 2 more weeks with no explanation or confirmation what was happening was normal. The process seemed to last so long and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences to begin with, not made any better by them. So needless to say, I am switching practices.
I saw Max Huang for the second time and my impression of him did not change, he is NOT compassionate and he will NOT listen your concerns as a patient and he will impose his opinion to you. I recommend seeing another physician like Caruso or Pekman.
Dr.Yancey has been who I have seen for 3 years+. He delivered my son and everything went so smooth I knew he was the Dr. I would continue to trust. I feel like he actually cares. When I go to my appointments I feel safe. He asks questions and ask me if I have any questions. I am so glad I found this office. The front desk is also very friendly and easy to book appointments with. Over all a great office!
I have been a patient of Dr. Wicker for over 15 years, he has been a friend as well as my doctor. He is a wonderful person.
Omg, I recently visited this office for basic women’s care… I am disabled and have to visit doctors offices more than I can count…. I have never been to a doctors office with a better culture ( from front desk to doctors).., then this office and will definitely swap to make this my permanent location which is much further away than my current location ….. good job guys!
Dr Lindner is a wonderful OBGYN. She is thorough, so knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. Highly recommend!
I have been coming to this practice for 28 years, and I have always felt that I was in the best of care. Dr. Stein has been my physician now for over 15 years. I cant recommend her highly enough! She is an amazing physician. Shes so compassionate, kind, and really takes the time to truly listen to me. I feel very blessed to have her as my gyn!
I like Atriu. Womens health because of their diligence to get me an appointment fast. The wait time is very short and the staff is really professional
Dr. Hanson-Lindner is the best. She focuses on lifestyle and nutrition before throwing medication at you. She takes her time to listen and discuss concerns and never makes you feel rushed but somehow manages to stay on time for her appointments.
Charlotte OBGYN has some of the best physicians. My doctor Dr. Leslie Hansen-Linder is the greatest, I feel so safe and comfortable in her care knowing Im in good hands. If you want to feel known this is the place for you.
Dr. Leslie Hansen-Linder is amazing! I have been seeing her for 10+ years — she’s extremely competent, calm, compassionate and is available for her patents always. I wish there were more doctors like her.
Dr Gourley is #1 in his OBGYN practice and will be greatly missed he put his whole heart in his practice and I love him his honesty and his walk with the Lord very smart & brilliant guy I will forever miss this man of God he took care all that knew him in his practice full of fun laughter always pleasant and smiling his heart is in his work I love my doctor and will miss him but his next colleague will do the same for me when it comes to my healthcare needs be blessed Dr.Gourley u are wearing ur crown well enjoy ur retirement u deserves it & ur more than a conquer u did ur job for Atrium thats for sure be blessed knowing just that
This is my first pregnancy and I could not be happier with the communication, care and concern from these providers. I have emailed in questions countless times because I am concerned over every little thing- and they are very kind and considerate.Editing this review as I am 5 months post partum and I still can’t say enough great things about Dr. Modi, Dr. Makemson and the team. I appreciate everything they do to make sure I’m taken care of- and they make it so easy through the app when I still send in questions and have concerns.
Dr. Monica Nitin Modi and her staff were awesome! This was my first visit and I have finally someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and patient. She took time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and developed changes in my current care that hadnt been offered before. I really appreciate her empathy and valuable time.
Choosing and having Charlotte Obgyn as my provider is one of the best decisions I have made. They treat me as family with every visit. My doctor discusses all my options with me, allows me to be part of the decision making, includes my culture and belief, and other personal preferences that will better my care and health. Interestingly,he explained all my insurance coverages to me. I enjoyed benefit I never knew I had through his care and advice.
Dr Hansen and staff made me feel very comfortable! They were nice and efficient! They all seem very knowledgeable about anything and everything womans health related. This was my first time here and I was overall very glad with the experience.
I’ve always chosen CMC as my go to health care provider for my pregnancies but this last experience was so horrible that the next time I decide to get pregnant I will be choosing Novant. The doctor I had was nice and friendly but she didn’t care about my concerns and didn’t notate any of my issues or concerns I had in regards to my pregnancy to the point that when I needed to take a LOA earlier then expected my Short term disability was denied because she didn’t jot down my ongoing issues. Plus I had to jump through several hoops to get them to fill out my FMLA forms, they said it takes 14-16 days for the forms to be completed only for them to tell me on the 13th day that I need to fill out authorization release form in order for them to complete the forms, why didn’t anybody tell me this in the beginning, I was already stressed about my ongoing issues and that made it worst! Oh but the Icing on the Cake just happened TODAY. Set to be induced for a C-Section on the 24th of January I scheduled my appointment on November 1st with a surgery time at 9am and my arrival time at 6 am. Soon as I get to the hospital at 5:30am I am told that my surgery isn’t until 11am and that I wasn’t supposed to arrive until 8am. I have to confirmation email with my times list but someway someone changed it and didn’t inform me about it, And now i’m really pissed because even with the email they still won’t do my surgery until 11am and mind you I haven’t ate anything since 10pm the prior day and I won’t have any food til probably around 2pm WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
I’ve been a patient of Atrium Health for a little over two years now, and every time I’ve had an appointment things progressively get worse. The most recent physician I met with was as rude, interrupted me on multiple occasions, and instructed me to google the medication she was prescribing me as it may lead to breast cancer after long term use. Instead of educating me herself, she wants me to put my faith in the internet…Our healthcare system is declining as a significant rate, and it worries me for the future generations.
Personally I enjoy this location more than the other few I’ve been to ! They have a great selection of midwives ( shoutout to Kimberly and Erica! Amazing women who take the time to get to know you while giving care) and awesome nurses as well ( Jasmine and Olivia, both knowledgeable and personable.. Jasmine specifically has made each and every appointment memorable because she’s so genuine and caring. I’ve recently started working with Olivia as she’s usually with the doctors but even my spouse and I encounterings with her has been full of knowledge and help.) I don’t have much to say about the staff in the from office at the check in of Charlotte obgyn. They are not rude and will definitely help get you seen but it’s also not a personable experience which is fine because their job isn’t to get to know you it’s to get you seen by the person who should be working to know you . All in all I really do love the nurses and midwives at this location! The entire team deserves a reward and my spouse and I would love to cater a lunch for them of some sort . 10/10 experience especially with the names listed above !
Came for my yearly and was easily able to make an appointment, and they helped and were very understanding when I was unable to make it and rescheduled me. Dr. James was efficient but kind and answered any questions I had without making me feel overwhelmed. All the nursing/ admin staff were kind and patient as well!
Professional privacy the moment you walk in. Terry Blakenship truly listens and make sure you are following your health and care closely. Love I get my reports through my Atrium. I would not go anywhere else.
I just moved here from NY a month agofor 2 weeks I was n extreme pain, I was able to get an appointment same day, I called. Facility is very nice, staff is friendly & professional! Dr Makemson listened and understood my concerns, gave his professional opinions and suggestions, did a small in office procedure and by the time I made it home I was already feeling better! I am definitely staying with this office!
My experience was not so good.I visited doctor Robert Wicker(OB/GYN).I felt like we had a good conversation but to the end of this conversation I had a feeling that I was not heard. I explained a few times what was bothered me and left the appointment with no specific test and treatment. Also I was trying to tell my medical history and show some test from my country, but he was continuing saying that everything is okay with me.He didn’t check my old tests as he should.I don’t think doctors just should believe to everything that patients say. When I came to my profile on the official website I also didn’t see anything. It means it was just the waste of my time and money.
I am currently pregnant for the first time and it has been anything but easy and safe. The staff and doctors at this office have been absolutely amazing through everything. They have made us feel cared for and have been easily accessible every time we needed them. I would highly recommend them and would trust no one else with my wellbeing or the care of our baby.
I love Charlotte Obgyn and Dr. Wicker and his team! They are always professional and sweet and look forward to seeing them every year!
This review is specifically about Max Lin Huang. I moved from Ohio in 2021. I have been trying to find someone that I trust like I did my OBGYN of 14+ years. I have seen at least 5 different doctors and no one has made me feel as comfortable and informed as Dr. Huang. I think I found my new OBGYN! I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Bell is phenomenal and Atrium is lucky to have her. These days it’s very difficult to find doctors who truly care about their patients (in my opinion). Her bedside manner is actually one of the reasons I chose her when I was looking for a new obgyn a few years ago and I will be sticking with her. She is always very sweet, kind, and listens to your concerns. She seeks your input, considers your feedback in order to make treatment recommendations, and she always makes you feel at ease.
Dr. Secrest is amazing, she delivered my first and was amazing during the delivery process. She was also great in pre and post appointments and patient and thorough with any questions. All the staff is very kind and welcoming. Delivered both my babies with this practice and a wonderful experience all around.
Even though Dr Hansen-Lindner was delayed in surgery, I felt that she gave me her full attention when she was with me. I didn’t feel rushed in the appointment and felt that all of my concerns were addressed with compassion and understanding. Love her!!
The professionalism and overall experience of this office is 10 stars. Dr Leslie Hansen- Lindner is absolutely one of the finest doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing.
The appointment time was promptly met. Dr. Gourleys nurse was wonderful and kind and as always Dr. Gourley was great.
Dr. Bell and her staff are wonderful. Everyone is polite, kind and genuinely interested in making you feel welcome, cared for and comfortable. Dr. Bell has a warm bedside manner and is truly interested in how you are doing both physically and mentally. She takes the time to talk with you and not rush. I actually look forward to my appointments with her and would recommend her hands down.
From the time I checked in until I left I was treated by highly professional people who madey visit comfortable. I was valued, respected and appreciated. My questions and concerns regardless of what it concerned...mammogram results or exam procedure were answered in terms I could understand.
Went to the uptown location and absolutely had the most amazing experience. The staff is phenomenal and makes you feel safe and calm. The professionalism is beyond and my doctor was phenomenal as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new ob practice. Defiantly will be coming back you have my business.
Called for an appointment as I had an issue. Shaude answered the call. She was so nice , helpful and accommodating. When I went to my appointment I met Teresa and she immediately made me feel at ease and was so knowledgeable and kind. Monica Horne helped me and made a difficult situation easier. These folks I had never net or worked with. What a positive experience . They all are a credit to your organization which I have going to for over 50 . Thanks for a good visit.
Delivering my second child here was a wonderful experience. I had really great staff, from the janitorial services to my Doctor, everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. I can’t say thank you enough to all of them!
Dr. Stein is fantastic! It’s rare to find a physician who is professional, personable, empathetic, knowledgeable, kind, and on time! I always feel heard and any issue always offered potential solutions. Highly recommend her for your care.
Dr Bell will be my OBGYN till she retires. She is attentive to my needs. Staff always courteous and professional.
Selene, the ultrasound tech was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable while I was with her. She is a wonderful asset to Atrium Health Womens Care office.
I have always really struggled with feeling safe in medical environments, most especially (and unfortunately) in basic office visits with care providers, as a result of many bed experiences.Every touchpoint with Atrium Charlotte’s OBGYN team - in multiple offices and with many different nurses, doctors and front-of-house staff - has blown me away.I feel cared for, supported, and heard by these folks, who asked questions and gave insight to a degree I’d never experienced before. Bedside manner was incredible, too; I never felt shamed or disrespected as a patient, and instead felt lifted up and met with kindness. By literally everyone I’ve worked with here.I will be a patient for life. Thanks!
Dr.Modi is awesome. She listens. She explains everything for you to understand. I’m glad she’s my doctor and would like her to see my teen daughter as well
Dr. Leslie Hansen Lindner is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing her for over 25 years, including two pregnancies and a hysterectomy. She always takes the time to explain things, answer questions and give helpful advice. I feel very fortunate to have such a qualified and caring doctor!
We had our baby girl delivered at CMC main. I believe the nurses and midwives took the best care of both my newborn and me. They were very attentive, regularly checked on me and suggested course of action without imposing any opinions. Overall, I believe I had an amazing experience.
During my time at Atrium Health’s Maternity Center the staff became like family. I felt so cared for, so heard, the staff was SO knowledgeable and attentive, and overall just made me very comfortable even being a hospital resident. I will always hold the APC nurse and OBGYN doctors fondly in memory and close to heart!
I just met with Dr. Wicker for the first time, and OMG he was the NICEST, SWEETEST doctor I’ve had!! I wasn’t sure how I felt about a male doctor doing my appointment but I’ve never felt more comfortable. He answered my questions, acknowledged and reassured my concerns, and gave me a clear path of how we were going to continue. Thank you so much, Dr. Wicker! I hope he/the office manager sees this! :) He deserves all the PTO and raises Atrium can give him!
Had a wonderful experience with Atrium women’s care as my medical provider with my first baby. I primarily met with the midwives for my prenatal care and everyone I met with was incredible. The ladies that helped me deliver my baby were also THE BEST. My midwives Kim and Monica were so great as meeting my birth plan preferences and such a joy to interact with. My nurses, Anni and Liz were incredible encouragers and took excellent care of us. Thanks dream team at Atrium CLT!
Ive been 100% satisfied with Atrium Health. This was my first OBGYN at the start of this year and I have an amazing doctor . This doctors office is very good with communication, comfortable and safe environment.
I saw Dr. Pekman a couple of weeks ago, and she is the best OBGYN I have seen ever. Full stop--EVER. Yes, she is incredibly knowledgeable, which is the bare minimum I want from a health care provider. She is also compassionate, funny, and communicative. She took time to answer my questions--many of which I didnt know I have. She took time to educate me about my options so that I could make the best decision for my family and myself. She is encouraging and the only doctor who hasnt immediately addressed my weight. If youre looking for a fat-friendly doctor, youve found her in Dr. Pekman. If youre looking for a doctor who listens to and believes you, Dr. Pekman is it. If you want to feel involved in your health care decisions and empowered by your medical professionals, go to Dr. Pekman. Five stars isnt enough.
I am so disappointed in this practice. First time mom to be. They are constantly canceling my appointments last minute. There is no chance to build trust with the OB who is supposed to deliver my child since she seems to be too busy to keep her appointments. What’s worse is they just send a text and cancel without any further communication. It is up to you to run around trying to figure something out. The OBs are not to be trusted as they often miss giving you seriously important information that could affect the health of your child and just assume you know. I had to do my first ever ultrasound alone because they canceled on me 4 times. Disrespectful to my work schedule as I was desperately scrambling to take PTO, move meetings, etc. In the end, the experience was ruined and I had to go at it alone. This is terrible patient care.
Ive been seeing Dr. Allison Bell since I found out I was pregnant in February and I have had a wonderful visit each time! Dr. Bell has a wonderful demeanor and her bedside manner makes me wish that she was a friend! Whenever I have a question and send a message through the portal, I get a very timely response back which is much appreciated!
Ive been going here for my care at least the past 6 years. Through my first pregnancy and now a 2nd. The staff and doctors have always been pleasant and even when running a little behind from patient to patient apologetic and efficient with discussions and treatment. Pekman is one of my favorite OB-GYNs Ive ever had the pleasure of spending time with.
This practice came highly recommended, but the more I went, the more disappointed I felt. I truly felt like I was on an assembly line throughout my pregnancy. Yes, they ordered the right labs and technically did what they were supposed to, but it was a struggle to get my questions answered and I always felt rushed out the door after about 5 minutes. If I did have more than 1 or 2 questions, my Dr. was clearly annoyed. Also, at one point the nurse phlebotomist mixed me up with a different patient. Then, a few months later, I saw that same nurse and even after what happened she still didn’t ask for my name and DOB before drawing my blood! For my previous pregnancy (out of state), the Drs were all so kind and I never felt rushed. If I had a question in between appts, one of the Drs would just give me a call later that day. So good patient care is possible!! The few times I had questions between appts at Charlotte OB, I would only hear from a nurse and sometimes it would be days later. The last time, I never heard back from them at all. Eventually I gave up and just tried to Google. My guess is that the practice takes on WAY too many patients to make $, so the Drs get overbooked and overwhelmed. I will say that Dr. Hansen-Lindner was amazing and provided the level of care I expected from my previous experience, but I only was able to get an appt with her once.
Charlotte OBGYN is the best! The receptionist are very polite! I have not had a bad experience since I have been going there! Dr. Gourley is one of the Best doctors in that office!!! I have been seeing him over 30 years and that says a lot! Dr. GourleysNurse that he has now is Awesome!!
I am a healthy post menopausal woman. My gynecologist has been Dr Leslie Hansen Lindner for 25 years. I am grateful for her care. Yes I’ve have a surgery or two and was so pleased to have positive outcomes. Having an annual check up at the Morehead women’s center is super easy. As our country has endured so much medical upheaval since ‘19, having good relationships for care is a huge blessing.
I really like Dr. Hansen, who I saw during my pregnancy, and Dr. Yancey who delivered my baby. However, the practice itself is pretty disappointing. They overbook patients so you wait a long time and then get rushed out the door. They once charged me twice for the same ultrasound and tried to blame it on my prior miscarriage when I called to resolve the issue (saying they billed me twice because of my history). It took several calls to get the duplicate charge dropped. They then turned me away at a postpartum appointment because I brought my baby. I said I guess I can never get help then and walked away crying, and havent heard from them since. I will definitely be getting a new caregiver for my next pregnancy. I realize were in a pandemic, but 1) they delivered the child they sent away and 2) of ALL people, youd think your OBs office would understand how difficult it is to be a new mother. Not to mention the fact that I wouldnt have been able to leave my breastfed daughter because she nurses every 2 hours (and theres NO chance I would have been in and out and back home in time). In conclusion, I like the doctors themselves but I wish I wasnt just a number to this practice (especially given how incredibly personal the service is).
I would never ever recommend this practice to anyone for pregnancy. My ob that I see for yearly stuff is great but the pregnancy side of the practice needs great improvement. My first appt was cancelled and rescheduled three times. When I got upset about it (hello pregnancy hormones) the scheduler got mad at me. I told them I preferred to see only female and was told I’m a difficult patient to deal with. Then at 28 weeks when they forced the glucose test on me (I’ve had bariatric surgery) I thought my heart was going to explode and I was sick with dumping syndrome for three days. Was misdiagnosed with gestational diabetes because of the glucose test. Then forced to see a specialist. That cost me an arm and a leg. Then at 36 weeks the midwife told me because my baby was measuring small that my placenta may be giving out and she was contacting high risk and made this big huge deal of it. High risk recommended inducing at 39 weeks. No one scheduled the induction (ftm and I didn’t know the process) and now I’m 40 weeks still pregnant and the induction that did get scheduled got cancelled because they “are just so busy”. So if you want the most stressful possible office to see you through your pregnancy this is the winner for you! As an employee of Atrium if we go to outside providers we pay out of pocket so there weren’t many options there.
I went through my third pregnancy with Charlotte OB and it was overall great care. Staff is friendly and the providers are not too invasive (I used the midwives) and easy-going and respected my choices. The wait times *are* sometimes a bit long. My birth was wonderful with these midwives. They were actually more patient than the midwives at the birth center I tried before and let me do things my way. I find that with most anyone in this office, as long as you are respectful and direct in your communication, you get positive results.
I went to this doctor office twice the second time i returned I told him (Dr.Termin) something was different and I think I maybe pregnant…. He completely dismissed me and told me I wasn’t because my fibroids were not going to allow me to get pregnant I needed surgery…. I asked him to test me and he told me no because I have fibroids. The next day I went to the store purchased my own pregnancy test and found out I was pregnant completely switched doctors because they definitely did not make me feel comfortable as a woman as a black woman being completely dismissed when you tell someone your body is different. Make sure you find a doctor that’s going to advocate for you and your baby because I did not feel valued as a patient here. The sonographer at the time told me to take a pregnancy test I’m sure she was shocked he dismissed me as well.
I just called in to schedule my yearly check-up and spoke with Victoria. She offered the most incredible service, was so helpful and kind! She provided me with information about what to do if I ran out of medication prior to my appointment, reviewed where to go and who I would be seeing. In a world of computer-generated messages, it was delightful to speak to someone with such a pleasant demeanor and I hope to see her when I come in for my appointment to thank her in person!
Rude receptionist was extremely unhelpful, unfeeling and wouldn’t let me transfer to her facility, even though I’m moving outside Charlotte and cannot drive over an hour to Atrium Eastover University anymore. This facility would have only been 30 minutes from my new house but apparently I’m “too far into my pregnancy” to be allowed to transfer.
Ive been going to Atrium Health Womens Care since before it became Atrium. My doctor is Aviva Stein and I absolutely love her! Shes engaging, is willing to listen and always has great suggestions. Her staff are efficient and friendly. I strongly recommend!
The front desk staff can be unprofessional and unpleasant. The nursing staff is knowledgeable. The doctors are robotically efficient, almost with no compassion towards patients.
Dr. Hansen-Lindner is a very caring, compassionate, and competent physician. She always takes the time to answer any questions I have and she and her staff are very responsive.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received. I’m in the last month of pregnancy and my most recent appointment the doctor was an hour late & when I finally had the chance to see her she barely gave me the time of day. I had many questions I was trying to ask and she was walking out the door rushing me out as I was trying to talk to her. All she did was check the baby’s heartbeat and leave. I didn’t make a big deal about it because I figured I’d be back in 2 weeks and could ask these questions and talk more about how I was feeling. Fast forward to two weeks and they’ve now canceled my appointment and I have to wait yet another week. I’ve been in pain and it’s too late for me to switch providers. I feel so helpless. After I have this baby I will NEVER return to this provider.
Charlotte OBGYN-MMP location made my annual appointment a pleasant experience. Dr Christine Secrest listened to my concerns and included me in the decision making. I would highly recommend this practice.
I love my normal practitioner she is great Ashley B however when i went to get my ultra sound I found that I had PCOS. I was seen by Kathy S. She diagnosed me with PCOS. And the experience I had with her with awful. I was extremely upset abt my diagnosis because I didn’t know exactly how this would effectMe. she reassured me which was nice but made me feel like I was over reacting and wasn’t very sympathetic. She told me I shouldn’t be crying because it wasn’t cancer. She also gave me no pamphlet about my diagnosis instead she gave me a sticky note that had the name of birth control and PCOS. I was very torn about my visit
Dr. Wicker was so awesome. I never felt more comfortable at a Doctor’s office ever. The nurses were really friendly and made sure all my questions were answered
I was under the care of Charlotte Women’s Care (Morehead location). I was 9 weeks pregnant when I was diagnosed with a Subchorionic hematoma (at a different hospital unrelated to atrium health). My doctor at Charlotte Women’s care did not request the hospital records or do his own imaging to see the severity of the hematoma. I was told verbatim “I don’t know when you will stop bleeding it will just bleed until it’s gone”. Fast forward to thanksgiving day I lost my baby at 12 weeks. The doctors at Charlotte Women’s care never checked to make sure I did not retain any products of conception. I was dismissed as a patient after confirming my HCG has dropped significantly. Fast forward again to New Year’s Eve I go to the hospital with heavy bleeding only to find out I have retained products of conception. I was administered cytotec at the hospital and now following up with my local OB to make sure the cytotec did it’s job.I say all that to basically conclude Charlotte Womens’a care clearly has too many patients and cannot thoroughly take care of each one.I can’t help but think of my doctor took seriously the hemtoma my baby would still be in my belly. However I was not put on any restrictions (NONE) and after a day of being on my feet shopping and cooking for thanksgiving my baby is gone and still over 6 weeks after the miscarriage I am dealing with the retained products of conception. This has greatly affected my grieving process and SHOULD have been caught earlier.
Dr Gourley is amazing! He listens, he is compassionate, kind, caring, never in a hurry…all the qualities most doctors lack today!
IF YOU ARE A FLIGHT ATTENDANT OR HAVE BCBS INSURANCE DO NOT GO HERE! (My insurance wants me to report them as fraud)First, my insurance with BCBS should cover 100% of my prenatal care, but this office charged me as diagnostic (meaning I have something majorly wrong like gestational diabetes) which only covers 80% of the cost. My insurance was so confused as to why they have done this as I am extremely healthy and fit. EVERY TIME I call to ask them why they coded my visits in such a way, I was always told by a nurse that they have no idea but someone will call me back to explain it to me. Months and months of calling and nothing but a short letter saying they see nothing wrong with their coding. then threatening letter to pay or its going to collections when its still not sorted out. My new doctor sees NO reason that they would code me for that. My insurance even suggested that I report them for fraud which I will be doing shortly.Second, they seem to think it is perfectly safe to be working in the extreme conditions of a flight attendant while pregnant. that the lifting of heavy equipment and pushing carts and turbulence plus the crazy passengers lately is completely safe for pregnancy as the doctor refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork saying they see no reason I cant work. I immediately called and spoke to a nurse and she told me the doctor said just get a desk job????? thats not how this works. we arent offered desk jobs if we cant fly. when I explained how crazy this is they said they would fill it out no problem. Days go by then they call and say they wont fill out the paperwork and change the reason as I havent been seen by them in a few months (was out of the country) but that wasnt a problem when they filled out my maternity leave shortly before my FMLA paperwork. It seems they just really didnt want to allow me to not work. Their are thousands of Flight attendants based out of Charlotte and I will be writing this warning in every pregnancy group we have.
The check in staff was rude and not friendly at all. I choose a midwife because they are supposed to have a better bedside manner. I was extremely disappointed the midwife Lisa didn’t even spend 2 mins with me and never even did a physical or touch me. Nobody in the entire office seem like they enjoy the job they have. They just do the bare minimum communication. I will not return.
I would absolutely never recommend this office to anyone else. Being a patient in this office has been one of the worst experiences in my adult life.Ive never had such a terrible experience at a doctors appointment. There are several doctors in this office that I think legitimately care about the patients they are serving, but the system put in place by Atrium has made it practically impossible to have good patient service. If youre looking for a positive OBGYN experience - keep looking.
I have enjoyed my experience at Charlotte OBGYN Morehead location. I saw multiple doctors during my pregnancy and even after and have always been treated kindly and with respect. They answered any question I had and gave me same day appointments when I was having clogged milk duct issues, postpartum. I will miss this place!
I arrived when I was asked to be there. After the initial check with the assistant. I was told the PA would be in shortly. I waited 30 minutes for her. No one told me Th red PA was running late. The PA just happed to walk in as I was getting off the table to put my cloths back on to leave.
Was nervous after reading the reviews but have to say I loved my first visit! The lady at check in was very friendly, wait time was awesome, nurse and doctor were so down to earth! Couldn’t be happier! The only thing I would say is come 15 early - the parking deck takes a few minutes to get in and get to the actual office. 👍
Does not provide womans healthcare. After waiting two months for appointment, while sitting in exam room they read the note I had put in when I made the appointment I had already had a PAP at PP, then asked me why I was there. I said for womens healthcare, had a lump on my ribcage, wanted basic blood work and was made to feel embarrassed and stupid to be there by their physician. She refused any healthcare and told me they would refer me. Refused to take blood and provide basic lab work, as requested. Didnt even discuss my Mammograph results with me, which were sent to her. Was not interested in my current mental health, physical health, womans health, the lump I said I had, just wanted to refer me elsewhere. Assume they could not bill, since Dr. Stein brought business manger into the exam room. Seems their womens healthcare is only my Vjj and nothing else on their bills. Then she told me I had not been there since 2013 as if to tell me I had lost rights to her as my physician I guess,. She did not care why I had not had any healthcare for so long.. just wanted it to continue I guess! Take your lump elsewhere we dont care! Then sends me a text they are sorry I canceled appointment, after they refused to see me and asked me to leave because I did not need a PAP. Humiliating and Disappointing.
I am very pleased with the friendly, professional staff, who provide great service.
I am pregnant with my first child and am 39 weeks pregnant. I saw the midwives instead of the MD. All of them were very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and compassionate! Maybe once in 9 months I waited longer than 15 minutes for an appointment. About twenty weeks there was an issue and they were quick to get an appointment with a specialist within a few days for more in depth ultrasound. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Dr. Aviva Stein is very knowledgeable about the whole body, modern medicine and alternative medicine. She listens and cares for the whole person. I highly recommend her.
I love going to this office. The nurses and assistant are very professional and welcoming, no one is judgmental. I like having a male Doctor, they are gentle and understanding and they listen.
Went for a pre pregnancy consult. I am transferring from Novant for insurance purposes. After reading the reviews here I was terrified to switch but my appointment was great. They took me back at my scheduled time. Dr.wicker was great, he took the time to listen to my history and create a plan for my next pregnancy. I am high risk so it’s important I am cared for properly (incompetent cervix, failed transvaginal cerclage, 3 second trimester losses, getting ready to try my transabdominal cerclage).I will update my post after I receive more care from them.*UPDATE*I love being a patient here, the care and sense of urgency is great. Doctor Wicker has been so patient and thorough with me. I had an ectopic and early miscarriage here and they are so quick to get you in for labs and ultrasounds to see what going on. So glad I ignored all the bad reviews and chose this office.
The doctors here don’t care at all. My wife was having health issues starting at 32 weeks and couldn’t get an answer to what was going on. After numerous tests still nothing they just keep saying drink more water like that’s going to help. You can only drink so much water and it still didn’t help anything. They kept trying to tell us it was just pregnancy symptoms but I don’t think pregnancy symptoms are so dizzy you can’t walk straight, cannot catch your breath, extremely high blood pressure/ heart rate, and vision gets so blurry you can’t see. They just didn’t take her seriously and didn’t come up with a plan with what we should do. All they said is drink more water and sent us on our way. How is she supposed to work as a veterinarian technician? How is she supposed to drive ANYWHERE?! The doctors were absolutely no help and it makes me sick that they don’t care because this is our first pregnancy. We found another doctor that would take her and supports her and says she will come up with a plan for what to do if she can’t find any serious issues.
I Love my Doctor, but he definitely needs more like him in the Arboretum Office. Theres always a long wait even if you have an appointment. Staff is Rude with the exception of 2 at the desk.
When becoming pregnant I imagined being seen by an OB/GYN team that was competent, caring, and overall there to help me through this stage of life. I have seen multiple midwives and doctors within this practice and that has not been the case. Every time I leave an appointment I feel overwhelmed or that it was a complete waste of time. Things are rushed, not fully explained, it’s hard to get a hold of your midwife/doctor, you’re constantly put in contact with nurses who aren’t able to answer your questions, half the time no one knows what’s going on with your care as if everything isn’t documented in your chart, I have to make sure I stay on top of everything if not things would be repeated/missed/etc. I would NOT recommend this practice and feel they need to slow down, get to know their patients, and READ their charts before even walking in a room to see them. This place has just been an added stressor to my pregnancy.
Friendly professional environment. I was immediately comfortable with the Dr I met for the first time. She was open, honest and direct, but also very empathetic
I have been a patient at Charlotte OB/GYN for 23 years. Dr Hansen performed my surgery and is outstanding! She is so kind and professional! Excellent physician. I have my annual GYN exams with Erica Pegg or Hallie Lyon. They are part of the nurse- midwife team and are also excellent. Great teaching and education and both are very knowledgeable!!! Plan to continue my care here forever!
Most of the providers here are very non chalant and obviously dont enjoy their jobs. I am 28 weeks pregnant with twins and just now learning that they should have been scheduling me with ultrasound specialist upstairs atleast once a month (I never had one visit thus far). After being diagnosed with covid my provider told me schedule an appointment 14 days later just for them to deny the appointment and tell me I had to wait 24 days. Has anyone else experienced this?
Great service since I arrived the facility. Also, Dra. Modi was amazing, so nice and patient. I Really recommend her!
Year ago I switched to this office because I got double billed at another practice due to asking a question during my yearly exam. Dr. Buerskins was my doctor here and she was absolutely wonderful. Now that she has retired, I see Dr. Elizabeth Sutton who was equally as good. I wont go anywhere else.
After the ordeal Ive had, Ive tried to forget about the experience, but truly cant because of how they have treated me both here and other practices based on what this practice claims. To begin with, I never had a single visit where things went smoothly. I either got the wrong labs drawn, got told I needed an ultrasound for one of the labs only to then be told they shouldnt have scheduled that and sent me and my husband home after driving over an hour to get there in rush hour traffic, was then told that I supposedly requested the labs and ultrasound when I definitely didnt, was scheduled with a midwife every time when a note was placed in my chart stating I was only to ever see doctors due to a condition I have, finally got scheduled with a doctor, and thats where things took a bigger turn for me. This doctor stated she knew all about my condition, but I didnt feel comfortable with that given some things she had said, she continued to bring up my weight multiple times that whole visit while making assumptions as to what Id eaten- IE You probably had a cookie and chips with your sandwich for lunch., suggested counseling for my weight, and then claimed she couldnt find the babys heartbeat due to my weight despite me having used a doppler on my own just the night before, and found it lower than where she was looking. EVERY single thing revolved around my weight to her, and I left in tears feeling so hurt and upset with how she treated me. I tried to seek advice from another OB about pregnancy and my condition as I was told they were a specialist in that, but ultimately cancelled that visit upon finding out they werent with Atrium. When I called to discuss my upcoming appointment, I was then informed I was blocked from the system and had been let go from the practice because I was seeking treatment elsewhere since the office I cancelled my appointment with reached out to request medical records. I wrote a review about my poor experience with that doctor, and then received a call from the nurse coordinator saying Id be allowed to return if I deleted my review and then met with and apologized to the doctor because I had hurt her feelings with my wild accusations, and if I had a problem with one of their doctors, that obviously means I have a problem with them ALL, even though I had loved everyone else I had seen at various times. Because [they] are a family. To be treated this way with no respect nor care and to have had a negative experience with literally every visit made me realize I absolutely did not want to be with them for the remainder of my pregnancy, especially when I discovered there were a few things my baby had issues with. I then reached out to another practice, but apparently they saw a note placed on my account from this practice, and refused me. I have no clue what the note said, and ended up having to have MFM get me into a different one altogether. This is NOT what Atrium stands for.
My experience at Atrium Womens health care was okay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this center to other women. Just choose the right doctor. My doctor was okay Im going to switch.
I have no complaints about Atrium Womens health.. been with my Dr over 5 yrs .. I feel very comfortable with him hes very thorough in wat he does.. I would definitely recommend Atrium Womens health..
I had a run in the practice off E W.T Harris and ended up not seeing a gyn there. I called another location and was given an appointment for this office fairly quick! Every where else said it would be weeks if not a month over before I can see a doctor as a new patient. Went in, expressed my concerns, got my annual done (which was painless and the first time it never hurt or was uncomfortable), Dr. Wicker listened to my concerns and even said he would do everything he can to help because some of the things that may need to get tested (for future pregnancies) can be really expensive. Going to see him again in two weeks and work from there.
If you can get passed the fact that you may encounter a rouge medical office assistant who has no professionalism what so ever when escorting you back to see your provider, then I would recommend seeing Terri Blankenship or Dr. James both of whom are caring and professional. Rude behavior has been exhibited to me not once, but twice at this practice by two different individuals who have escorted me back to be seen. It’s disturbing to someone who has worked in a professional environment, not to mention disturbing to say the very least to be barked at like a dog in front of a row of patients from an office staff member who obviously has not one polite bone in her when escorting a patient back to an examining room. I’m not accustomed to being treated as if I was in the military or better yet incarcerated. It certainly sets a bad precedent for those individuals (Doctors, Nurses, etc.) in this practice who care and enjoy their jobs and want to maintain their clientele and in turn receive referrals.
Have been with this practice for years and still have a great experience each time. Lauren Crosslin is one of the best clinicians I’ve experienced- she is kind, caring and joyful!
My experience with Charlotte OB has been nothing short of amazing! I have seen Dr. Beurskens, Dr. Makemson, Dr. Wicker, and Dr. Yancey. They are all wonderful along with the ultrasound technicians and front office staff. After we had our baby, staff was wanting to meet her because after so many appointments throughout my pregnancy, they became like family!
Does not matter to them how much pain you’re in, why you came in, or what it is you want or need. Dr. Blankenship is nothing more than a salesperson pushing IUDs no matter what the patient wants.I had not been in contact with my insurance, and had no idea if they’d pay. I did not want one.She responded by asking when I wanted to schedule getting one and which doctor did I want to do it?Don’t waste your time.No one here cares about you.
Let me start by saying I LOVE Brookes Vaughan. She is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She is very understanding and always makes me feel comfortable. However, Charlotte OBGYN’s admin staff is HORRIBLE. I have experienced several instances where my calls go unreturned for weeks. I currently have a pharmacy trying to fill a prescription for me, and have been trying to contact the office for a full week now. The admin STILL has not responded despite multiple voicemails and THREE faxes. This is a prescription that I consider myself highly dependent on at the moment, and Charlotte OBGYN’s administrative staff is putting my well being at risk.
I have been a patient at Charlotte OBGYN since 2008 and I absolutely love my doc. Dr. Scott Mackemson. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and have great bedside manners. There has never been a time that I have visited the office and had a bad experience; except with another doctor that clearly needed to be in another profession. Dr Mackemson will ask about your family and remembers everything. Love Charlotte OBGYN!!!!
On Monday I went to an appointment for stomach pains. From the moment j walked in, every person I encountered was sensitive to the situation, calm and made me feel like I was the only patient. The ultrasound tech, Dr. Pekman, nurses, and surgeon all went above and beyond.
I had a horrible experience with the staff here. I arrived 5 minutes late because of the construction detour - it was my first time and no one at the office told me about the construction or how far the office was from the parking garage. After waiting in thier line over ten minutes I was told she would have to ask the doctor, then waited another 15 minutes. Then was asked to reschedule for later that day. Absurd. If they had let a new patient know about the situation at thier office, I wouldnt have been late. Ill find a new doctor thank you....
Dr. Stein offers a level of care that enables the patient to feel confident that their needs will be met. She is an empathetic, highly-skilled doctor and I trust her 100 percent.
The staff at the front desk extremely rude, condescending and dismissive. The doctors specifically Stein, wicker Jr and Huang manners were less than desirable, in my notes, they indicated that my pregnancy was undesired, that I was stoic, and kept pushing an abortion on me. As a black woman, I would not refer any woman to this facility! Especially any women of color looking for OB/ prenatal care!!! Stay away!!!
I have gone to this practice for almost 15 years and love the providers! Great care, lots of locations and part of the hospital group I know and trust.
Dr. Leslie Hansen Lindner with Charlotte OB/GYN is truly exceptional and definitely one the doctors in Charlotte!! She consistently makes you feel special being extremely knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy!!
Dr. Wicker is by far the best OBGYN I have ever seen! All of the doctors here are amazing though. They are all friendly and caring.
I recently moved the Charlotte and was recommended by a friend. It was such a wonderful experience, everyone was so kind and helpful. They will be stuck with me for the foreseeable future!
This is a wonderful practice. Dr. Seacrest is attentive and takes her time and makes you feel comfortable. The appt and follow up is easy to deal with.
Worst place ever!!!!!! I dont understand how all of these obgyn places are linked up together. I called eastover obgyn in uptown, somehow ended up here and the nurse, I dont remember her name but I think it was Amy.. she was the rudest nurse ever! How are you telling people that you are accepting new patients with pregnancy medicaid but also picky on who you accept? Nurse said they couldnt take transfer medicaid. What does that mean? She never even cared to explain anything to me about why they couldnt see me. Finally got a call back from her and her voice just sounded so annoyed to have called me. I asked her why they were considering me as a transfer medicaid when I havent even had a doctor yet and she said that since I went to a resource center to confirm my pregnancy, its consider as an established relationship and they cant care for me. None of that makes sense because first of all, they wouldnt even see me without any insurance so how was it suppose to go to them first to confirm it? She was just so mean with attitude. I can tell she didnt want to talk to meI was asking her questions to understand why they determined me to be a transfer medicaid when I havent even used it and I dont even have an ob to go to to, she just got frustrated and hung up on me. Me as a pregnancy women, Im 12 weeks already almost 13, this is really disappointing. She told me I can seek other resources and that they cant give me the care I need. But she said that if I was out of state coming into NC, then that would be a different story. Its just sad how you would think a place is suppose to be there to help support the people in need, in the end turn them down just like that. They say they are accepting new patients and booking appointments but then wont accept me. This practice is so judgemental. So unprofessional. So rude. Never again Charlotte Obgyn. You guys are definitely off my list. With a nurse working for ya being rude that like on the phone. Im not surprised to see what its like in person in your facility.
This office has absolutely RUINED the early experience of my first pregnancy. First, come to this office if you want to wait at least 45 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. Second, be prepared to fill out paperwork over and over again because someone doesnt update your file. After 3 visits, you will still be asking them to correct your address. Next, be sure to speak with Dr. Pixley if you would like for him to make offensive comments about your alma mater. Next, clearly ask when you will receive an ultrasound, and allow staff and Doctors alike to inform you that it would be your next appointment (but it wont be). Then, on the fetal doppler, allow a minimum of 7-10 minutes for the doctor to locate the fetal heartbeat, especially if youre already 12 weeks pregnant. Overwhelmed yet? Now, ask again about an ultrasound, and when they tell you its not covered by insurance until 18 weeks, ask about the option to pay for it out-of-pocket, which they wont allow. I called after-the-fact and confirmed with my insurance company only to find that the early ultrasound is in FACT covered. Lastly, go have your blood drawn for routine work, and dont be concerned when you leave in pain and have a MASSIVE BRUISE on your arm when this is all over. I will not be returning. And, lets not forget to mention that the women at your front desk are RUDE.
Terrible experience thus far. As soon as we have this child we are high tailing it over to Novant and never looking back. Its like they found all the idiots they knew and let them run the office. We cant get stuff scheduled, no one ever calls you back, and we have tried to pay them 10 times and cant even give them our money! The saddest part of it all is when they refer you to other drs for different things and then you call to schedule appointments (bc hell will freeze over before they call you to do anything) and the other dr offices cant find the referrals, then ask where they came from and when you say Charlotte OB ... they laugh! Even other offices within their own system think they are a joke!If you are pregnant and need a dr - ANYWHERE but here is a good choice.
Staff was very nice, office was clean & most of all Dr. Lucas had great bedside manner, was on time & patient. He took his time and listen to me. Happy to have a great Doctor.
I’ve been going here for years and I’m always treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Scott Makemson is super sweet and engaging. I love how he takes the time to listen.
Please add (more) signage for patients heading from the garage, very confusing if it’s your first time there.
Dont see any male Drs here they have no compassion or concern for womans pregnancy. Dr Wicker lied stating my wife had declined her cerclage knowing he prescribed her something else causing our loss. Only Dr good here is Leslie Hansen
Charlotte OB/GYN is a wonderful practice. They have their act together, and provide excellent, compassionate care.
Allison is great! I feel like she listens to my concerns and always has good advice for me. Thank you
Dr. Stein is a wonderful physician. Very caring and thorough. I highly recommend her and this practice to anyone looking for a provider.
I wanted to give my opinion of dr. Monicas attention and that of the entire team was excellent, very happy with the attention received, I recommend it excellent !!! my appointment was 10 days ago
If you are disabled like a Quadriplegic, Walking Issues etc, they make an appointment for you then days later turn around & cancel it! Smh! Its so sad that they are so unaccomadating to the disabled who only want to check on their health too.
This clinic was great, i was soooo nervous and they all made me feel so much better
Dr. Modi and staff was awsome! They were welcoming and caring to meet my needs! Thank you for all that you do! ❤
Dr Stein is the best. Always very thorough and takes her time going over things. The office staff is amazing too
Kathy Shields was amazing. She listened to my concerns. I highly recommend Charlotte OBGYN.
Would’ve been a 5 but sending a letter prior to appointment telling me if I ask any questions not related to my appointment that I will be charged for another visit. Real professional and shows how much you care about the health of your patients.
Dr. Gourley is very thorough; he listens and communicates well. The staff is very professional and courteous.
I love the care and attention I receive during my appointments. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my physicians
Great experience ! Had a procedure in office that was performed with caring, concern and professional expertise ! Dr. Hansen Linder is a wonderful physician!
I felt comfortable and well cared for...The nurses we very cordial and caring. They explained every procedure they performed where I could understand
The doctor i saw here today jada farmbrough was awful she very moody i came in emotional and upset already for my reason for the visit she got upset because i couldnt remember the dates and exact number of surgical procedures ive completely ignored why i came and addressed an issue another doctor was already handling she told me i was talking all over the place and said some offensive things and was immediately inpatient from the start
Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients. I will continue to come here. I was very well taken care of.
All about making the money. They did not care about the patient’s health in general, in all my appointments if I have any questions they answer it with one or two word, if they want you to leave so they can get the next patient. Not recommended
My sugar has been high since the early stage of my pregnancy just for my midwife to ignore my results. I was not given a list of iron rich foods what so ever although at my glucose test it was said it was given.
Scheduling was easy, my wait to see the doctor was short, my nurse was awesome and my doctor is very kind, gentle and fabulous!
Everyone was very professional and working on scheduling you on time, very polite and helpful, Doctor Terri Blankship was awesome, Thanks for caring
Dr.Bell was amazing, she made my first appointment there quick and easy! Also her assistant was amazing as well she was so helpful and informative! 🙂🧡

Everybody so nice very comfortable with the people there and I had my first visit the other day
I have been a patient for 20yrs. This practice brought me through a ectopic pregnancy, 3 full term births and breast cancer. I trust no one else with my healthcare needs.
Great experience. Dr. Modi was very kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend.
Dr. Aviva Stein is the best of the best!
Communication throughout was smooth and professional from Scheduling, check-in, appt, staff, parking.
Dr. Pekman and her nurse are absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend her!
Dr. Stein is a wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Modi is awesome! She really does care about how her patients are feeling.
Went in for sever bleeding that has been going on for four years now . Went in the nurse told me to get undressed waist down so im thinking he’s about to find out what the problem is but the doctor didn’t even touch me when he came in ! I told him my problem and it’s like he automatically knew the solution and just prescribe me pills that didn’t work
Always prompt and great service. Dr. Wicker does a great job of explaining everything and making sure I have everything I need.
I have seen Dr. Wicker with CLT OBGYN for over 20 years and wouldnt change a thing
Great service and great care!!! Dr. James spent time with me and asked me questions about my health.
Great docs and staff. Ive had over 30 years with them.
I love Dr Wicker! he is very kind and took great care of me in my pregnancy
Everything went smoothly from the time that I arrived to the time that I left. I didn’t have to wait a long time. Everyone was professional and nice.
Went today for visit. Loved the staffs energy and Dr. Mankins. He was so kind. Everyone was helpful and very nice
Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I missed so many hours of work and not because of appointments but because they cant figure out how to function as a medical office.
I’ve seen Dr. Yancey for about 10 years and he’s amazing!
Very nice office definitely recommended to women who need a new OB office!
The office and staff has always treated me with respect! The doctor always listens and is very personable.
Kim was fantastic and listened to all of my concerns.
Huge thanks to the doctor James and the girl who did my USD for figuring out my issue and helped me out with the best possible in that condition way.
Called them to get an appointment for my pregnant wife and got informed that they are beyond their capacity and are unable to take any new patients.
WONDERFULL!! The staff are very knowledgeable starting with check in and moving through my visit the staff was nice and the assistant made me feel like my safety was important.
Great docs, efficient service, bright and warm atmosphere!
Really great for prenatal care. The midwives at this location are all super nice, knowledgeable, and caring.
Dr. Wicker is very professional, informative and considerate!
Terri Blankenship, NP forgot to send out a lab test in order to properly diagnose me. Complete incompetence. Never going back.
Such an amazing practice- always a great experience!
Dr. Hansen-Linder is the best! The staff are also great!
Dr. Pekman and staff are wonderful. Such fun and caring team!!
