When we arrived mom had two long lacerations on her arm from a fall. They were already quite a few people ahead of us, and we did the short check-in at the kiosk. As soon as we sat down Tamika walked over to us and asked us how we were doing and listen to what we was there for and we continued to check in. And almost no time she came back and let us know that even though there were several ahead of us that she had spoken to the PA and he was going to come take a look to make sure that it was something that he could do there. So we werent just waiting a long time and then needing to go somewhere else. It did not take long before we were moved to a room and the PA, Dylan, came in to look at it all and let us know that he would be able to do it and gave us an idea that we might have to wait just a little bit but he would come. All through the process we could not have asked for a kinder group of people to help us. Even the it was later in the day and they were tired. Were sure. The X-ray technician, Isaac was wonderful. He was very patient and compassionate. After 18 stitches we were bandaged up and everyone was very kind as we left. We were very impressed with everyone.
I received very excellent service, and I especially want to acknowledge Richard Worth, FNP for his excellent care and attention to my issue. The Quail Corners Urgent Care is very lucky to have him - I would give Richard 10 stars if I could.
The PA and person at the front desk were extremely friendly and empathetic. The space was clean and bright and the couch was comfortable. I got seen quickly - best urgent care experience I’ve had in awhile!
So I did a walk in because I was so sick and out of it, the lady at the front desk was so helpful and so nice, has a great sense of humor and I needed all of it, the dr is very professional I was in and out with results in like 15 minutes. They made me feel comfortable like a big kid again but took good care of me thank you
I had accidentally made my appointment at the wrong Urgent Care on the same street and they very kindly switched me over to their location. They were very attentive and caring at Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care. Knowing I was in a lot of pain, they helped me quickly to help relieve some pain. They were very knowledgeable and really helped me feel better. Thank you!!
Appointment easy to schedule online and they operated on time, upon arrival. A satisfactory prescription was written following their listening to my symptoms.
If I could give this zero stars I would. I hurt my hand, made an appointment online and showed up at my allotted time. They got me into the exam room pretty quick and then I waited almost 45 minutes to see someone. The person in charge didn’t even have the courtesy of coming in and talking with me. Instead he or she sent in the receptionist to tell me that they can’t do X-rays. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic so I really couldn’t get mad at her since it isn’t her fault, but I do have to wonder what kind of system has urgent cares that do not do x rays. At a minimum they should tell people before having them wait 45 minutes.
I tried calling to see if they treated children and I could not get a hold of someone. My daughter had a nasty fall and we had to go to the ER instead. Please just answer your phones to avoid situations like this. There are too many prompts to go through. Now, instead of a small copayment, we will have a an astronomical payment.
Very, very convenient. Excellent technicians, very clean space, always on time for appointments. I occasionally get UTIs. When I feel symptoms I go to internet, make a very convenient appointment that day. They can check my specimen, tell me if it has bacteria, gives me prescription for antibiotic right there! They send specimen to lab, in couple days, call me back with results. If a change of antibiotics is necessary, they fill it right then. My urologist is looped into all notes from Urgent Care on my UTI. I couldn’t ask for better quality & service!
I love how nice the staff always is and how thorough the exams are. i really feel like im being taken care of. 10/10 experience everytime. i love novant health💖
The online sign in was easy to navigate and I was able to get in and out in an efficient timely manner.Everyone was professional and courteous. My doctor made me feel validated and comfortable despite my discomfort with my acute illness . A welcome experience nowadays .
NP Brent and his staff are remarkable. Both my husband and I were suffering with bronchitis and his caring demeanor and skill were much appreciated! We were seen promptly and well cared for. Thank you!
Our PA was awesome, Chip. He got me stitched up and has ER experience too. He knew exactly what to do and I got in and out fast. I will be coming back to this Urgent Care next time.!
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a great attitude and quickly diagnosed my sons illness. Very little wait.
First time visiting this particular location.Unfortunately healthcare and everything else just isn’t the same anymore. And now that I’ve adjusted my expectation to meet reality it makes it a little bit easier to sit through the wait times however, this team did their best.My son was in a lot of pain. The receptionist could see my frustration and see his pain. She tried to assist me with scheduling quickly. She also did her best to get us back as did the doctor. For it to be a Saturday I really appreciate the effort. I believe her name was Rafael and of course the doctor April. It was clean. The staff was pleasant so they get a 10 in my book.
We have always had a good experience here. The staff takes their time with you, they are very personable and we have always left feeling that we received a high level of care.
This location billed my insurance and associated MY Novant account as the guarantor for a patient with a similar name. 5 months later, they still havent corrected their error not to mention my private health information is associated with someone elses visit.
I was seen quickly with concern for my comfort. Staff was friendly, a little goofy but very professional once treatment was started.
We live in the neighborhood and really wanted this place to be a viable option but it’s just not. We’ve been 4 times now and 3 out of 4 times they have told us we need to go to the emergency room (for things that were definitely not emergencies). One time they told us they didn’t have any appointments available and wouldn’t for the rest of the afternoon/evening (even though they were open for 4 more hours). One time they told us they didn’t take our insurance which was just false. And the third time they were just so rude we decided to leave. The woman who works the front desk is just about the most angry person you’ve ever met and acts like a night club bouncer. She’s just one of those people that relishes the opportunity to kick people when they are down. No empathy. I’ve seen her turn more people way than she accepts and she gets excited and cocky at the opportunity. If you speak English as a second language she acts super annoyed by you, pretends she can’t understand what you’re saying and shouts at you like you’re deaf rather than bilingual. It thrills her to be a jerk. Sometime her other rude coworkers think it’s funny and other times you can tell her coworkers are embarrassed by her behavior. She’s so bad that when I told my neighborhood mom friends about our experience there they all knew exactly who I was talking about.
Extremely slow and inexperienced. Took my 15 month old son in with an earache. He was crying and being very difficult from the minute we arrived. It took over 45 minutes for someone to see us even though we had an appointment. It took an additional 45 minutes for them to check his ear and tell us he had an earache….which we’d already said we thought was the issue from the start but they did a variety of tests first. Throughout the tests the RN who was helping kept having to go ask questions and ask for help from the provider as she’d never facilitated these tests to an infant.Disappointed in the lack of urgency and experience that we received. Hoping I don’t have to ever go back to this place.
The attention and genuine care I received was incredible. The attending PA was super knowledgeable, and from check in to check out the care was superb.
Dr Becnal and his nurse were quick, competent and also hilarious. Great atmosphere and sense of humor.
Repeated poor service at this location. Will not return. Failed to provide a referral as agreed for a 6 year old in pain. Rude service today by several staff members. Didnt even use my name to get called to the waiting room - just yelled to come back here. PA provided No discussion whatsoever of the appropriate medicine to treat symptoms. Worst medical treatment Ive experienced. I paid in full and did not get the appropriate level of service.
It was fast and professional I was satisfied and I now have a primary doctor I can follow up with thanks..
This was my second time here, and both times were positive. The on site check in was easy, and providers listen to me describe my symptoms and were very thorough
Excellent facility and nurses and the doctor who treated me were friendly and competent. Doctor was excellent.Thank you
Everything was so pleasant and thorough! The nurses, doctors and PAs were amazing and so caring! I felt like they really took their time and cared about me and my daughter! I so appreciated their heartfelt concern!
Dr. Brent and team are great. I’ve had to come in a few times due to pneumonia and they’ve always treated me promptly, showed empathy, listened to my concerns, and ensured I had a strong treatment plan to not need a follow up (a common issue with respiratory illnesses). Dr. Brent has even taken the extra step of calling me to check in the day after, I’ve never had a doctor do this before. The little things mean a lot to me, I love this urgent care and am appreciative of the treatment I receive. I recommend checking in online to save you time in case of longer wait times!!
Arrived at the Park Rd location as a walk-in at 6:23pm. There were no patients in the waiting room. This location advertises that they are open until 8pm and take walk ins. I was told that the provider can decide when to stop taking walk ins and has done so for the night. I suggest you just close the doors at that point because being open until 8pm is misleading. I had my very sick child with me and the lack of compassion from the front desk was overwhelming. As a former RN I would never turn away a patient, especially one that is a child and visibly ill.
The first walk-in clinic that I have ever had such great service from all employees. They were very professional, extremely caring and cared for me like I was family. I would highly recommend all involved.
The nursing staff and PA-C DR Gabrielle Peters was a great to deal with. It is nice to know they are there for all of US. Thank you
Excellent service and seen very quickly. The staff was extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend them if you are in need of an Urgent Care. I certainly will be back if I ever have the need to return. I wish all urgent cares and ERs were as efficient as this one. Healthcare in the past few years has certainly changed and not for the good, but this group was very different from the norm. Thanks again for outstanding care.
PA Britney had no clue on what to do with illness if it was not a positive covid, strep or flu test. A fever, racing heart rate, sore throat , chills, body aches… says something is wrong. The PA had no clue. I suggested maybe it’s viral… She stated if I do not feel well in 2 days go to emergency. She had not a clue what to do to help symptoms.I definitely will not return to this urgent care for health concerns.
I set up an appointment online. I was seen upon arrival. The doctor resolved my problem.
Hayley Lesuer PA was the best part of my visit. I am allergic to bee stings. She treated me with concern and compassion. Earlier this month I was stung 6 times and went to Atrium ED at SouthPark since I was a retired RN with Atrium. They had no other patient there but took a long time to come get me and treated me very coldly, almost Robot like. The doctor seemed amused as if I didnt know what a yellow jacket is and asked if it could have been mosquitoes!! I had just told him my husband scraped the stingers out! This experience made me appreciate Hayleys professional approach with warmth and concern. She even provided phone numbers for me to reach her at different clinics she would be.I will definitely return or recommend this Urgent Care! Tell her thank you!!
My recent visit to Novant Health Urgent Care was great. The young woman who answered the phone was polite and very helpful answering insurance questions I asked and I was given an appointment right away for a rapid Covid test within 30 minutes as I was given a prescription for antibiotics by my physician for symptoms of a Sinus infection per phone visit the day prior until I could come into the office and wanted to make sure I wasnt exposing my husband as I felt so horrible. The young women at the front desk were polite and greeted me when I checked in and my wait was less than 5 minutes!! Wow The Woman who was my physician was wonderful and eased my concerns. I received my Negative test results quickly in my Novant MyChart quickly! It was a great visit . I would gladly return to see this doctor if necessary.
Very displeased with my visit. Had symptoms, they did tests and gave me an over the counter medication. Symptoms kept getting worse and when I told them they stated they couldn’t do anything and I would need to go to my general practitioner. All I needed was an antibiotic prescription and they could not provide that. When I forwarded my results to the pcp they told me that urgent care had misdiagnosed my test results. Do not recommend.
The PA was knowledgeable and helped me with the best medication to help me feel better.
Had wonderful experience and service. The doctor and nurses are very professional.
Tested Pos for Covid about 8amTried for appointment at Novant Sr Care that day. Made appt at GoHealth for 4p to give time for mu Dr to reply. Still no callback from my Dr at 4p. Went to GoHealth appt at 4p.My info easily captured thru MyChart.Saw PA. He sent Paxlovid Rx to my pharmacy. It was soon ready for pickup. Overall good experience.May do it again if my Dr can’t respond in timely manner.
Friendly staff, close to my house house. Easy to make appointment
I was a walk in and I wanted to know the price to be seen if I didn’t have insurance. The receptionist was dry, short and seemed like she was bothered that we was asking anything. I left because for one I’m not feeling well and attitude is the last thing I needed. If she didn’t feel like working she shouldn’t have came in to work! She’s the first person SICK patients see. Not a good look
Ive been to this location three times and each time the attending staff has been so kind. They truly seem to care about me and listen and address all concerns. This time I was tended to by Jessica Del Vecchio. On the way out, I did mention to her how their level of service there is awesome and to pass that on to the staff. In addition, when I went to pick up my prescriptions, the pharmacy said it wasn’t showing in their system. I called Novant Health-GoHealth and explained. She gladly resent it and stayed on the line. It still wasn’t showing the second time so they gave it over the phone to the pharmacist. I am truly grateful for how they handled everything from start to finish. Makes all the difference when you aren’t feeling great!
I havent needed urgent care for my 4 year old until today. I called to find out how to see a doctor as soon as possible. I spoke with Hailey who was so friendly and helpful...and was able to get my daughter an appointment for less than 2 hours later. The entire staff was so friendly to my little one. Hailey ended up being the physician assistant to see my daughter. Amazing service. This place is saved in my contacts in case we need urgent care again.
I was well taken care of. The staff were helpful and professional and efficient while still being personable. My lab test was rapidly processed and my diagnosis, based on the lab work, was quickly diagnosed. An Rx was sent to my pharmacy and I was able to start it right away.
The staff were wonderful- the nurse and dr were both amazing with my daughter. They were kind and respectful. I was also deeply grateful that they saw us after a scheduling mix-up not their fault; they just squeezed us in instead of having us wait another few hours. They were magnificent and Im very glad we went there when we did!
10!!! The front desk intake staff was phenomenal as was the attending nurse/physician Nicole. Friendly, Efficient, Concerned, Knowledgeable and issue Resolved! Thank you for making sure I was able to enjoy my birthday weekend feeling much better than when I came in!
My (male) partner went to the same physician with the same issues as me (if not mine being worse) and he got prescriptions while I got none. Feels a bit sexist. The physician noted I have a lot of fluid build up in my ears and literal mucus coming out of my eyes but that didnt warrant antibiotics for some reason. I have been in intense pain for 5 days now. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Edit 8/5/19: We have spoken with the Novant billing department 4 times and have verbally requested that the bill be put on our insurance multiple times. Just as I requested in person on the day of my visit. Today I received my third bill in the mail for the full balance. This has been a mess ever since I first walked into the Novant Urgent Care at Quail Corners. If I had known this I would have cleaned and dressed my own hand and gone elsewhere. I would never recommend this establishment.I recently cut my hand very badly and had to stop by this establishment for help. The staff was very friendly at first. They took all of my information as well as my insurance details. They called my name and took my back to a room. Once in the room they began taking vitals and more information. The front desk attendant walks back into the room and begins to ask how I would like to file. I begin to tell her that I have blue cross blue shield and would like to file if under that insurance plan. The lady taking my information over years this and immediately speaks up. She begins telling me that I cannot use my insurance and that I must file it under workers comp. She does not care that I have insurance and instructs everyone to get up, stop helping me and to leave the room. The only reason they left an ice pack with me was due to the fact that it already had my blood all over it. At this point I ask them to call my employer and give them two direct numbers to contact my employers. My employer again instructs then to use the blue cross blue shield plan that we have in place. The employees at the urgent care disregard this and finally continue to work on my hand. I ended up needing 9 stitches and two other wounds glued shut. Upon leaving I am not provided with any paperwork other than a basic summary of my visit which details my vitals and weight for the most part. No info detailing stitches or wounds tended to. Finally, the following week we have gotten this straightened out and are able to file it under our insurance plan. $30 co pay.Still. What gets me is the employee making everyone leave to demand paperwork while my hand is dripping blood. Second, I was told that I was lucky that I was being helped out. They could have told me no and asked me to go to the closest emergency room or another urgent care a town away.
When we walked in a worker immediately greeted us with “we’re not taking anymore walk-ins” in a very rude tone. All my mom needed to do was have her blood pressure checked since it’s been high…it was my first time there and don’t think I’ll ever been returning considering how they treat people.
Good evening I want to start off by saying I would like to make a complaint about the service I received. I am very disappointed and felt very disrespected and devalued with my kids being present with me, with customer service I received today at novent health on park road today at 10am on 07-18-2023…I came in for a walk in appointment, as I took time to fill out my patient form, I came back into the office to explain to ms.Ella that I filled it out. As I was explaining to ms. Ella I guess she didn’t understand what I was saying so she rudely replies with the remark of “what”… I felt disrespected by the tone in which she replied so I patiently waited for her co worker ms. Erica to get off the phone so I could get service from ms. Erica because I didn’t like the customer service I received from me. Ella..As I proceeded to follow up and finish with ms.Erica she needed her co worker ms. Ella to help her finish the process .. at the point ms. Ella refused to do her job and help her co worker which refused me service . Me.Erica nicely asked her multiple times to help her and she refused to help because as she stated “ I called her rude” so she didn’t want to help.At this point I said I was going to record the behavior for my safety and for my records. That’s when mr. Brent or mr. rich threaten to call the police if I didn’t leave or if I recorded the rude behavior of ms.EllaI was humiliated and embarrassed in front of my kids because mr. Brent or mr. rich chose to call the police instead of addressing the rude behavior of the co worker. I feel as if I was discriminated against in more than one way and I hope that no other patient has to go through the trauma me and my kids had to go through and witness.Without knowing the reason why I was there I could have passed out or gotten in a terrible accident with my kids because novent health system doesn’t hold their employees to standard customer service policies. It is my wishes that this matter gets handled in a timely matter so that no one ever has to experience this poor quality of service
I’m giving 2 stars because they were nice and we didn’t have to wait, but the medical care was unsatisfactory. I brought my 9 year old daughter in with severe epigastric pain and vomiting. She was not sick with a stomach bug. She’s had this going on on and off since Saturday. No fever or any other symptoms. I’m a nurse so I know and stomach bug when I see one and this is not that. She clearly has something else going on. The PA came in, asked a few questions and decided to test her for strep. She was just treated for strep and finished her antibiotics last week. That came back negative, no surprise. Then proceeded to come in with our discharge paperwork saying that she put in a referral for a pediatric GI doc and we should hear from someone within a week. No images, no bloodwork, not even an exam! Just some paperwork and now I’m having to do all the leg work to get her in to see a specialist sooner than later. They just expect her to feel bad until we can get her in who knows when?! What an absolute waste of time and $120! I could have done this all myself from home. So much for good, reliable healthcare! We love Novant so I am extremely disappointed!
They were very friendly, and got me in earlier then my appointment time. It was quick, semi painless (I did have a q-tip shoved up my nose) and easy. I got everything I needed to make it that way in advance and the staff was quick to verify everything. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and got my results quickly! This has also been the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and I’ve had the same results. This will continue to be a place I go to for medical help, outside of my doctors office.
Quick visit. Less than 30 minutes. Very comfortable experience. Professional and caring people. They took the health insurance I have through my work. I was there to get a covid test. I felt bad for a couple days and had a high temperature. They told me I had Covid. My 1st time being diagnosed with it since the pandemic began in early 2020. They told to stay home for 5 days after giving me Paxlovid right there during the visit. Didnt have to go to a pharmacy. Going back after those 5 days to get another test so I can return to work. I just want to give my co-workers piece of mind and to safeguard them from getting Covid.
I went to this urgent care because I was feeling very very ill. I had extreme fatigue, significant throat pain, swollen tonsils with white spots, significant body aches (to the point of tears) and a rash. I was not able to get a same-day appointment with our family doctor, but I was able to get a quick appointment at this facility, which I appreciated. When I arrived, the person at the front desk did not seem at all friendly, warm or compassionate. She was also the person who took my vitals, and asked ME what I wanted to be tested for. I was hoping the medical facility would advise me about that. After reviewing my symptoms, this person again asked if I should be tested for flu, Covid and rapid strep? I said, sure...As the tests were performed, the person was very cold to me. A second woman came in, and I mentioned to her that I had white stuff on my tonsils. She looked at it very briefly, then told me the flu and rapid strep tests were negative, but the Covid test would not be ready for 18 minutes, so I should leave and they would call as soon as it was finished. She said if the Covid test returned a negative result, theyd advise me on additional instructions and follow-up and treatment for my illness. After 40 minutes, I received no call back, so I called in. They reported that my Covid test was negative and said good-bye.Gratefully, I was able to get into my family doctor the next morning. They immediately noted that I had all the symptoms of mononucleosis, and tested for that. It was positive. They also noticed that I had a sinus infection secondary to the mono, and gave me a Z-Pak for my sinus infection. They provided me with a lot of instruction on my mono, including how to protect my liver and spleen, and were warm and compassionate. It was a very significant contrast to this Urgent Care.I have received good care at Urgent Care facilities in the past, I hope this was an anomaly.
I was taken back almost immediately, and Brent, the NP who cared for me scored high grades in all areas. He was thorough in his assessment of my condition, knowledgeable about possible treatments to help me, and he demonstrated a caring and pleasant demeanor. Most importantly, I felt much better after he worked with me, as the nebulizer treatment was what I needed. I touched base with my sister-in-law, who is a recently retired pulmonologist, and she agreed completely with his plan of care. Bravo!!
I am giving them one star because zero stars is not an option. My sister came here recently on a visit from Europe. Unfortunately, she developed a chest infection and was in respiratory distress when I contacted this, so called, Urgent Care Facility. The front desk person was, at best, unhelpful from the start. I explained my sister would be using an international insurance and provided her with the pertinent details. To make a very long story short, we arrived at the appointed time and, after a lengthy wait, asked the front desk person if she had received the insurance information. She said she had not received it but had spoken with an insurance representative on the phone. As we were speaking to her, I received a text from the insurance company stating Novant would not accept a fax with the insurance information so they were providing it by text. When I showed the text to the still unhelpful front desk person, she said she could not accept a text, she needed the information by fax!!!!!I asked her to call the insurance company for whatever information she needed she responded that she had spoken with them earlier and if I wanted to speak with them, I could call them myself. Looking back, we should have left at that point.I called the insurance company, gave them the fax number to Novant. The representative said the fax would not go through and asked if she could email the info instead. The front desk person said she needed a fax so she could scan it into the system. We helpfully suggested that she print off the email and then scan it into her system. That wasnt acceptable either as policy did not accept emails and she didnt make the policy, she just enforced it I asked if we drove home, printed off the email, drove back and handed it to her, if she could then accept it. Praise the Lord, she could accept it then!!!!!!!!!! We left and went to the Minute Clinic on Carmel Road where we encountered nothing but competence and professionalism. What is wrong with these people? I would suggest you go anywhere but here if you dont feel well. The most infuriating experience I have ever had.
Very good experience. Staff was very competent and professional.
Novant GoHealth did a wonderful job for me. I was taken to a room as soon as I arrived. The doctor came in right away & did an excellent job stitching me up. The entire staff was professional & understanding! Good work!
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Appreciated the ability to schedule ahead of time and wait times were nil so I got right in and out. Very efficient! Most people only leave bad reviews for hospitals and urgent care so thought I’d try to balance out the reviews :)
The staff was incredibly kind and patient to my 6 year old who is rather chatty, both nurse and NP listened to her and interacted back which made her whole day, she felt like a real person and not just a child, they were fast and efficient, and the NP David being able to not make a huge deal about my 6 year old having Covid, cause had he my daughter mightve panicked a bit! Fantastic service, amazing staff, thumbs up all around!
First, let me be the first to say that I often praise employees who go above and beyond for customers or potential customers. Second, today, I had a very poor customer service experience with an employee who phone number ends in 3708. Below are the two reasons why:1.I booked my appointment at around 11:00, using my valid health insurance to only be told at 3:00 that it is invalid when I arrived. I used my insurance 3 days ago at CVS with no problem. The employees statement was It is the patients responsibility to know what their specific insurance plan will cover. I am aware of what is covered under my insurance. After further inquiring about my insurance, her response was Are you getting a test or not.2. When I spoke with her to share that my concern and that my insurance was valid, she interrupted me. After I asked for her managers number, she hung up on me and texted me a voicemail number instead of a managers number. I asked her for her name, but that was not provided either.Novant Health, please understand that the attitudes of your employees are a direct reflection of your organization. I hope you look into this, so this will not happen to anyone else. I will not be visiting a Novant Healthcare facility again.
The provider was kind. Otherwise it was pretty iffy. Prescribed a steroid while waiting for a lab test. They said the test would be on MyChart within 48hrs, treatment may then change. We are at 80hrs and nothing is online. I called the front desk, they confirmed the results were received. However, said they cannot tell me what they are and that it may be a day or two for the doctor to release them to me.The data is useless if it takes a week. If a patient is on the phone and you can see the results of a test, disclose them or release them.
Awesome provider and excellent care recieved at this clinic! Hayley and Anna were on top of things and this was one of the best experiences I have had at an urgent care! Kudos for a job well done! Thank you ladies!! 😊
Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I felt listened to and heard by the PA assisting me. She displayed excellent bedside manners as well.
I’m visiting my son and his family from Florida and I had a severe respiratory problem, which caused me breathing problems which didn’t let me sleep all night. I went online and found this urgent care center near my son’s house in Quail Hollow , I found it convenient and went ahead and made an appointment for 9;45 am this morning; I filled-out all the insurance and personal formation online thinking it was going to be an easy process. So, I get there on time, and the attending Physician, PA or nurse greets me at the door and , without even asking why I was there, she blurts out to me “no X-rays today”! I told her that I was not there for X-rays and she then tells me that there’s a two to three hour wait so I should leave. I was dumbfounded by the uncaring attitude. So I told her that at least I should check in since I had provided all my information online, she says “go ahead, but you still have to wait a very long time- three hours! “ - this, when there were only 5 people sitting in the waiting area. The receptionist wasn’t much more helpful, when I told her that I had a 9:45 am appointment, she shrugged her shoulders and confirmed that the wait time would be 3 hours - why did they bother to make appointments at all when there are three hour wait times?Incredibly, I did not even get to tell anyone why I was there, I could’ve been having a stroke for all they knew, but nobody bothered to ask . The entire experience was very disappointing , I will never go there again. I’ve had better and more caring medical service in third-world counties, than at this Urgent Care center - perhaps they should take out the word “Care” from the name of this business.Sad state of affairs indeed.
I will never try to go to this Urgent care again. The ladies at the desk were very unprofessional. The one I worked with after my 2 hour wait couldn’t verify my insurance and made me pay out of pocket. She had her cell phone on and was speaking to her children while working with me. When I got into a room she was very unpleasant. My primary care doctor is Novant, but I will never go to this Urgent Care again. I will be sending a detailed letter.
Thank You for Care and Treatment of Physician and Nurses. I was in n out.Quality care and Very satisfied results.I will recommend this office to others Thank you Again.
If I could give this place no stars I would. I have been an RN for over 15 years so after lifting something heavy the day before, I knew it was just my sciatic nerve flaring up and could use a shot of tordal and a steriod for the swelling. I didnt want to have another sleepless night in pain so when I got off work at 7:15 pm on 03/22/2022, I headed to Novant urgent care. I got there at 7:34pm and I was told by the front desk person that they were book with appointments. I looked at her in disbelief because there was noone in the lobby and hardly any cars in the parking lot, not to mention nowhere on the website does it say, if you come at a certain time or if there are too many spots saved, you wont be seen. It actually says walkins are welcome. So I proceeded to say to the lady, you take walk-ins dont you and its not 8pm, the time they close, so why cant I be seen? She again told me they were booked with appointments. I noted, she could never look me straight in my face the entire time, so I knew she was not being honest. Being a healthcare professional, I knew they just didnt want to work past 8pm. I then proceeded to ask her how I could file a complaint. She gave me a business card and told me to call the number on the card. When I asked her name so I could report her, she became very irate and yelled Sheree, and continued to be loud and tell me its not her fault, she has to do what the provider tells her to do. I asked her, does she always do what the provider tells her to do, even when they are wrong because as a nurse, I dont. She said she has to do what they tell her. I told her, well then make sure you tell them that when I file a complaint. That next day at 8am I called to speak to the manager of the clinic. I was told by someone named Sev I had to email my complaint. I thought, what if I was elderly and did not have email. I then called Novant Hospital Presbyterians patient advocacy and was bounced around and then I called Novant Matthews, left a message with their patient advocates and I received no call back. I THOUGHT Novant would be better than Atrium, but I see both systems lack professionalism when it comes to patients being a priority. Thats what happens when you only have two choices for care in a city. No incentive to be the best, so patients are stuck with picking their poison. They both are horrible in my opinion.
That might have been one of the worst experiences of my life with a healthcare practice. I had an appointment at 11 AM and was not seen until 12:15. I originally input all my information online. Then when they called me about 11:50 AM on the day of my appointment, they had all of my information wrong and proceeded to input my information with my feedback. Then when I was finally seen, they still had all of my information wrong and stated that it did not matter. When I saw whom claimed to be the doctor, she was extremely rude and dismissive after I explained what was going on. Disingenuous, rude, snark, and dismissive is how I would describe the interaction. When she administered the test, she took no regards to underlying issues as explained to her. I would never return to this facility or this physician.
This place has a terrible billing system with absolutely zero customer service. They make it impossible for you to talk to a human. And then after hours and hours of being on hold or texting with a robot, you will get a call from someone overseas who is nice, but who absolutely cannot help you. Shame on you Novant. This is awful.
Do not go to this location if you want professional, friendly, timely, personalized, good care. I would just drive further and go to the ballayntine location. My experience is nowhere near as bad as some of the others listed below. I have a copay which was not charged at the visit as it usually is so I’m sure on top of everything else I will have a bill to fight about and waste more of my time. Feeling horrible with respiratory issues, made an appointment. Wait was a little lengthy but I also arrived a few min late. I didn’t think I had covid after reading about my symptoms online but of course was given the covid test. Brent, NP asked if I wanted to be on my way before receiving the results of the test. I went there because I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to know what was wrong, why would I want to just leave before knowing what was wrong? I believe I have an infection and should have been given antibiotics, (was given an inhaler and suggested to take allergy medicine) but aside from that he was already walking towards the door reaching for the door handle as he asked if I had any questions and answered me while opening the door and walking out. Pharmacy was updated to Walgreens and I went there to pick it up and they didn’t have anything for me. The prescription was sent to Harris Teeter I learned after I went home. The front desk associate was very personable and did a great job. Last time I went there, I had this awesome practitioner and was very disappointed with the care I received today. Novant you can do better. To follow up with my review, I went to the Harris Teeter the following day to pick up the prescription to find out it was sent over to Mint Hill. My address was on file, there was a Harris Teeter 100 feet away from where this location is. Aside from the fact that my pharmacy was set to Walgreens. Needless to say, I will not be going over to Mint Hill to get the prescription. Really disappointed in this whole experience. Also left out from my previous details was that I could hear the nurse Practitioner and other nurses or doctors whoever was on staff in the lobby outside the patient rooms talking about how cheap another patients flip flops looked and talked about Chanel clothes and other inappropriate stuff to be having personal conversations while other patients are sitting there waiting to be seen. I think I waited 30 minutes in one of the patient rooms before I was seen, and I had an appointment that I made early in the day. It was not a walk in.
Doctor was thorough , knowledgable, funny, kind, honest, excellent bedside matter! He handled my situation gently and resolved it assuring me I would get better soon.
Went to urgent care on Saturday as my primary doctors office was closed. Needed meds for a sinus infection and very easy to book an appointment online. Wait time was a bit delayed yet the caregiver was outstanding. She was thorough and had a terrific attitude. Will Definitely go back!
Poor Service, Disrespectful they don’t want to help you out if you have a problem. I don’t recommend this place. Very disrespectful. They don’t even want answer questions especially the people that are there to especially help you but unfortunately don’t. I don’t recommend
After a trip to MA, which included air travel, I started feeling poorly. I took all the necessary precautions while traveling and have been vaccinated for Covid. I decided to treat the symptoms myself, stay inside, and take a Covid test to be cautious, and the results came back negative. I began feeling worse and tried Cigna Insurances MDLIVE, which offered little help; I needed to see someone. After a thorough Google search, I found Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care at Quail Corners Shopping Center to be my best bet. When I walked in around 1:30 pm on a Friday, I was greeted with the friendliest welcome and the most beautiful smile. The lady asked if I had an appointment (no, I did not) and my reason to be seen. She further explained that they started taking walk-ins after 3:00, and I was #4 in line. If I was not seen that day, I could come back Saturday, which led her to take all of my information. I waited in my car (Covid protocol) and checked in periodically for my status in line. Each time I went in, Ebonee (we were now on a first-name basis) was a ray of sunshine. She never looked annoyed; instead, she asked me how I was feeling and apologized I had to wait.Eventually, there was a cancellation at 6:00 that she asked if I would like, and I grabbed it! Hayley H Lesuer saw me, and she was my hope. She came to my car and essentially performed the exam there. It was thorough, and I appreciated how thoughtful and caring she was. Hayley spent a lot of time reviewing my recently prescribed medications and evaluating how they were working. She prescribed a more potent antibiotic, which seemed to be the answer. She made sure I knew that I could call her if I wasnt feeling better in a couple of days and suggested I come back the following day if needed. For the first time in almost two weeks, I had reason to believe I was in good care and on the path to being healthy. Before I left, I went inside and thanked Ebonee for her kindness and for working so hard during this time of Covid. Cindy, another healthcare professional, came out and asked how I was doing. In one visit, I felt so cared for by each person I came across. I highly recommend Novant Health Urgent Care at Quail Corners Shopping Center. You will not be disappointed!
This was my second visit here and everyone has always been exceptionally courteous and welcoming, not to mention quick and efficient. That, to me, is a lot to say about an urgent care, since we know most are always overcrowded with long wait times.
I had a great experience at Novant for Covid testing. The lady on the phone was so nice and helped me book the appointment, the tester - Manuel - was kind and patient, and my results came back very quickly, faster than expected. The man I spoke to on MyChart customer service was also extremely helpful in setting up MyChart account so I could check my test result status. It was my first time here and I was very happy with the service at Novant.
The (male) Nurse Practitioner was terrific. He was informative and listened. He was reassuring and commented that I was already taking good care of my symptoms.
Your staff is exceptional. Although I came at the right time, it was the wrong day! That did not fluster them, and they quickly told me to go to the back of the line and they would send me a registration form to re-register for the current day. I didnt even have to wait 20 minutes, and they got my Covid test done. The results came back the next day and thank God it was negative. I will highly recommend you to all my friends and family
I needed a covid test completed with the paperwork printed in less than 2 hours in order to fly to Canada. The staff at Novant immediately got me in to see the doctor. The Doctor was wonderful! I was in my way very quickly with my results and had time to catch my flight! Thank you Novant!
Slow, slow, slow! I needed to get tested after being exposed to someone Covid Positive last week and begun showing symptoms yesterday. I arrived at 9:30. There was 1 car there actively being swabbed. They were gone by the time I finished my registration at 9:41. I was told to wait in the car and it would be a few minutes. At 11:00 I went back in to ask how much longer and was told there are 4 people in front of me. I assume they are referring to the 4 cars that showed up between 10:30 and 11:00. It is currently 11:20 and I am still waiting.Update: Noon, still waiting.
Went there with a terrible abscess the day after Christmas with a swollen face and in a lot of pain. I did not wait long at all and found everyone to be very kind. The PA was very nice and gave me great advice. My only complaint is that she gave me a script for a weaker antibiotic than was called for with such severe swelling. Maybe she wasn’t aware since she’s not a dentist?
William is a most remarkable care giver. I felt listened to, he has great rapport skills and just a genuinely nice person. Christina is also an excellent caregiver; she listened, explained things in a way I could understand and bandaged my broken toe very professionally! The front desk lady was also very nice. Considering I was there on a day when Dimensions went down , they were all surprisingly pleasant. Thanks gohealth qc, you will be my go-to urgent care if I need it again.
Five star patient service. No wait time...if you schedule an appointment, that is. In & out (+ saw the PA for a script) and noted the same patients were still in the waiting room as I departed. Technology made the process so efficient & simple !Thanks Ladies- you all were wonderful. 👌
Staff was excellent. The questions that were asked were spot on to see what I was having trouble with. I work as a,customer service rep and know exactly what to look for and they had it and did it in excellence
Very quick and effective treatment. Polite and direct with my care
Went for COVID testing this morning and arrived ten minutes before opening time. Selected site on basis that it was close and Google indicated no appointments required. Ten minutes after opening time, nobody had come outside, nobody answered the phone. I walked inside and received glares at if I were the walking dead and was told to make an appointment online, if there are none available wait ten minutes and some more should open up after some guy logs into his computer. Rude, but fine, whatever, Im just trying to do the right thing these days, 99% sure I just have unusually bad allergies. Next appointment available online was two days later. Waited another twenty minutes, called three more times and got voicemail each time, still no appointments available, still nobody came outside to talk to me or the other cars now in line behind me.I dont get it, the ONLY service this place is providing right now, per their website, is COVID testing. Despite a line in the parking lot, thirty minutes after theyd opened for the day, zero tests had been performed even though there was a line of cars in the lot. Waste of my time. Went to a Starmed drive thru and found a far more competent operation, no appointments required.Dont waste your time.
I cant believe how easy it was to book an appointment, and the fact that you texted me right away to come in for my rapid test sooner made it even better. The drive up test was easy and there was no wait. The provider was polite and put my mind at ease. I will use Novant Health-GoHealth in the future for any urgent care needs.
The staff at Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care Quail Corners is excellent. Even when I have called them rather than doing something online, anyone who answers the phone is helpful, patient and informative. They help with the answers to my questions and are sure to ask if I any more, not trying to hurry and get me off of the call. Highly recommend them!!
I went there to be treated for a GI bug and was hoping to receive an IV because I was severely dehydrated. I also wanted to make sure I didnt have appendicitis or something more serious. When the nurse came out, he automatically wanted to test me for covid. I told him I did not want to be tested for it as my symptoms were not indicative of covid. He argued and said they were, and said he was going to test me anyways and then we would go from there. I should have driven away and went somewhere else at this point. He took my swab, then went inside and was only gone for 2 minutes when he came back out and told me I was positive. Last I checked the rapid test should take more than 2 minutes. Regardless, I was sent on my way with no help and no guidance on what to do. Im very upset as covid is NOT the only illness going around, there are such things as GI bugs and the regular flu. I will not be coming back to this location because this is the second time Ive had a bad experience.
Everyone was so nice and helpful! PA was great!!
1.This office leaks medical info of a minor patient. I have enough info on this minor I could open a credit card in their name.2.When you try to help them and show them their mistake. They get rude and said I signed for medical treatment of the child. The minor in question is not mine. I live 1 hr and 15 minutes away and could pass 7 go healths before I get to the Park Rd location. I am not related nor have any legal obligations to pay for a complete strangers medical bills.3. For some reason go health filed the patient in question on my insurance that I previously had and havent paid for in years which automatically made it my responsibility in their eyes.4. Novant attempted to fix it but all they did was combine the fathers name and mine on my chart account which now exposes my medical info to this complete stranger.5. This has been a battle since April of 2022.6. OUR LAST NAMES ARE SIMILAR BUT DIFFERENT.7.Novant go health has now turned me into collections.Your move Novant Go Health
I had been there a few times in the past- very good Doctors and Staff. But last week I walked in on a Saturday afternoon vomiting because of food poisoning. I was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. They need remove Urgent Care from the name.I appreciate that I can call that day and make an appointment, but sometimes you just need to walk in because you can prepare for sickness.I left and went to a Atrium Urgent Care. It’s a little further from my house, but it is now my go to place. Because you can’t plan we are going to be sick.
Novant GoHealth has incorrecltly billed us for two PCR tests, resulting in the tests not being valid for insurance payment. Before going to Novant GoHealth at Quail Corner on Park Road, we called 2 times to ask if the PCR test they conducted was eligible for insurance. They replied it was. However, the test was not coded for a a PCR test, but instead, and office visit, with no mention of a PCR test. We never had an office visit--we were not permitted into the offices; a tech came outside to our car, did the tests in 3 minutes and left. After 3 months of attempting to resolve this issue, we have not had a single reply from Novant. The Quail Corner employees refuse responsibility for the coding error and refuse to attempt to rectify it. Ms. Sarah Burnett and Mr. Jerry Diaz who are account managers, to whom we have written have never responded to our emails, nor called us. The phone number for Ms. Burnett which Quail Corners GoHealth workers gave to us is functionally inoperable -- the voice mail is completely full, and Ms. Burnett never answers the number.Amazon and other companies with millions of products is normally capable of resolving billing issues in 3 days; Novant has many fewer products/billing codes -- Why cant they resolve this? Why dont they have the professional courtesy to respond? They are untrustworthy. If their customer service so appallingly bad, what is attention to medical care really like? Note: This is the first review of any type I have written in 2 years. I prefer to resolve issues quietly. Maybe Novant means Not Vaunted
Wonderful service here today...friendly staff, took me right back at my appointment time, nurse practioner was thorough and clear. Next time my g.p. has no openings, I wont hesitate to go here!
The girls up front to the PA were so kind. I already sold my Husband on your office. We used to go to Atrium at Urgent Care Morocroft. They closed and very pleased I found your office.
FAST, went on my lunch-break, was in and out in under 20 minutes. Doctor was knowledgeable and confident in his diagnosis, which is always comforting. Will definitely use them again. Booked online too, which was awesome.
If you are in urgent need of care this is the wrong place to go!! They wont help you or should I say Dr Smith wont help you. It will just be a waste of your time and definitely money. This doctors bedside manner is absolutely horrible!! (Dr. Smith). Instead of treating me shes quizzing me on medical terminology, patient care and my nursing job duties. Completely and utterly unacceptable when you visually see that a patient is in distress. Good healthcare is just not what it use to be and its really sad!!
The staff was exceptional! We were in the wrong place and they worked us in for the appt and were so nice! Quick and easy! Even my 12 year old commented on how nice they were! Great experience in the middle of a pandemic!
Do not waste your time here. All you will do is wait in an empty waiting room just to find out that a fully staffed doctor’s office takes one patient back at a time. The one other patient here said it changed since they switched to GoHealth. She was finally called after 1 hour. Sad thing is I’m number 2 in line and no one was in front of us. I’ve never been a fan of CVS Minute Clinic but it’s hands down better than here.
Dr. Popoola was wonderful. Thorough, empathetic, knowledgeable. I felt at ease just seeing her. The nurse, Gia, a was also thoughtful and kind. The office was efficient and clean and I was seen very quickly. I would highly recommend GoHealth to others.
Visited here on Christmas Eve since everywhere else was closed. Ladies at front weren’t the nicest. When the doctor saw me, he tested me for flu and strep. When nothing showed he just told me to take over the counter drugs and a virus was going around. $100 for that?! Skip to two weeks... I now have acute bronchitis and saw another doctor. Now I’m on 4 different medications. Will never go back to this location.
Exceptional urgent care facility! My appointment was easy to book and the staff is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable.I highly recommend them!
The Urgent Care at Quail corners was very clean, the staff was helpful and respectful. Haley was thorough in the care I received.
Super disappointed! Came with two kids which have over 103°F fever since two days. We have a global valid full coverage health insurance which we use regularly with Novant. For what ever reason the urgent care requested a card verification, so far so good. They called the 24/7 service hotline, after the announcement of the federal holidays the front desk lady hung up and informed us, she couldnt verify the card, so we have to pay upfront. First I do not understand why we are not verified in the Novant Health System, since we do all our visits there w/o any verification issues. Second I tried later the same Hotline and was able to get the verification just by staying a little bit longer in the line after the holiday announcement. The insurance offered a extension to another (non American) office which were able to do the card verification. So we found help in another urgent care. So unprofessional with rolling eyes and giving us the feeling of we cant help you.
Fast service and all the staff were so kind. My son and I went in to this urgent care for a sickness and they got right to the root of the problem and we started feeling better a day after!
If I have any kind of emergency and my primary Doctor is not available, I definitely feel comfortable going to NOVANT URGENT CARE.
Took mother after referral from Novant ortho doc. For suspected UTI. Diagnosis and prescription given. Lab results given. All proven wrong after GO called to suggest we go to ER for follow up. second visit a week later all we were told at GO wrong. Much time money gone. Never again. Mint Hill Novant ER exceptional.
Novant has an online tool for making an ‘appointment’. I’m actually mad at myself for thinking it was an actual appointment. It’s the same ‘no wait’ you use at the pancake house. So either Novant has 0 regard for anyone’s time and just wants to pack people into the waiting room OR there is not enough technical ability to predict supply and demand from heaps of data on visitation and take actual appointments. It’s now 1.5 hours after our appointment and my wife is still in the waiting room. During this time I’ve seen two different parties just up and leave out of frustration. When can we have a system where healthcare competes for something and has to try to have some level of customer service? This is the location at Quail Corners...Park and Gleneagles.
The receptionist wasnt the friendliest. She was my first point of contact at this place and she shouldve been at least cordial.
The staff and doctor were super helpful and kind. Much appreciated!
It was easy to make the appointment and hardly any wait. Staff was friendly and doctor was caring and really listened to me and my concerns.
Short wait time and very nice & professional nurses and physicians assistants! Will always choose one of your locations if I need urgent care again.
First time visitor! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Thankfully wasnt busy and was able to be seen right away. Answered all my questions and directed me to the nearest pharmacy to pick up my meds. Great experience and will recommend to others!
The staff was kind, polite and extremely professional. Everything you want in a medical team! Highly recommended!!!
Very little wait time, excellent care by all staff members, answered my questions.
Everyone was pleasant and very helpful even over the New Years weekend. There was an overall feeling of professionalism plus everyone was extremely knowledgeable.
Andrew and his staff was super pleasant and took the time to make sure that my health was important first if you need A great urgent care to go to not to feel rushed off or that your health is important then please visit this place they are awesome!!
My only interaction was with the person who answered the phone, Tasha. She did not seem to want to help me or help the situation and had a nasty tone. I would encourage the facility to look into the other facilities who are inappropriately referring to them for COVID-19 testing. This would help mitigate future time consuming phone calls and help the staff be more friendly to those who do call.
The provider and staff were both amazing. Very down to earth and showed they genuinely care about their patients. I was seen in a timely manner. GREAT EXPERIENCE
Attitude is everything. Really not a welcoming atmosphere. Receptionist that signed me is was rude. The PA could take a lesson on how to talk to patients.
The medical care delivered is excellent. I have been there several times and each visit I received immediate help with my issues presented.
It was relatively easy and quick. The staff is professional but a bit overwhelmed with the numbers of patients. Overall a good experience.
The good: very fast, staff very nice and I got in and out quickly for an ear problem. The bad: $360.00 to look in my ear and tell me to go get some over the counter medicine. OUCH
Hailey was awesome. This is the best urgent care experience I’ve had. Fast, several follow up calls to ensure o had everything I need.
It was a very good experience. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The whole experience was very satisfying.
I would give this location NEGATIVE stars if possible. Customer service is incredibly rude. AND they charge $150 upfront prior to COVID testing, which should be free under CARES Act. They are profiting on a pandemic.
AVOID! SCAM! Refuses to write prescriptions for necessary medical equipment. Claims your insurance is invalid when its not so they can charge you more and pocket your money. Staff are rude and unhelpful.
I walked in this morning to this urgent care feeling the most sick I’ve ever felt and I left there feeling so much better. Johnny Moody NP and his staff took such great care of me and I’m so thankful for them.
Easy scheduling...Location near me.Fast and efficient service.Very good PA
Got in and out on time and quality time with PA who listened and provided good feedback.
Very pleasant and professional staff. Extremely thorough exam and diagnosed problem quickly
The staff was amazing! The wait time was great. I had an amazing experience.
The doctors were very nice and helpful and I didn’t have to wait long at all!
I did not have to wait long and the employees were pleasant and it was overall quick and efficient.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean facility and great location.
Efficient, clean, on time, kind, listen well. They’ve called me to follow-up on how I was doing. Happy to have this nearby.
Scheduled appointment online, was easy and there was no waiting once I arrived at my appointment time, I was in and out in about 20 minutes...Staff was very courteous and friendly
Everyone was caring and thorough. I was grateful to get immediate help when I was sick.
Was staying in charlotte from out of town and they were wonderful! Friendly staff, very streamlined sign in and registration, prompt service, very clean, highly recommend!!!
Dr. Rich was wonderful, warm and personable. My sick 5-year-old had no tears.
The staff & provider (Brent) were excellent! Such a great improvement and the efficiency/proficiency/professionalism was excellent! Keep it up, GoHealth UC!!
Amazing Doctor. Very caring and informative. I walked in 5 min before they were closing and received excellent care.
I am grateful to the people who received my son in this place, they were definitely very kind and empathetic.
I highly recommend going here for any healthcare issues. All of the staff were eager to listen and took the time to make sure you were comfortable with the knowledge given before leaving.
Always so accessible, friendly, attentive, and helpful! They make it so easy when we need it most.
Very thorough and quick. The PA was very personable and caring.
The receptionist were very nice. Asked me if I needed anything while I waited to be checked out.
Arrived 10 min early. Opened doors at 9 to we cannot accept anyone. No staff. Now we are 2 hrs behind everyone for testing. Thanks to the staff that didnt show or whoever didnt schedule!
Super rude . Everyone . I’m super sick with strep throat can barley talk, i am hard of hearing I have to constantly say please speak up I’m hard of hearing ! When they know I’m in a amazing amount of pain . I think it’s because I’m young they are treating me as i don’t matter .
The health assessment pre-surgery nurse was very kind and patient. My doctor staff has been very good too.
Short wait time, walk-ins accepted, friendly staff … even on a holiday!
Courteous, felt like they listened to me, caring, timely but thorough service.
My overall experience was really awesome . Friendly staff and doctors. Onsite lab facility is available , testing takes less time to get the results .
Great facility with a very caring staff. They immediately help make an awful experience better. Thank you
Everyone was very helpful and kind.Things moved smoothly and the Dr was thorough and cared about my health and well-being. I greatly appreciate that.
Not pleased with my experience here. No one picks up the phone. The doctor just suggests over the counter medications. Like another reviewer posted, why did I pay $100 when I am left in the same place I started? I would go to another location.
Friendly and very concerned. They were the best.
Everyone was so nice and concerned got me in and out wait wasn’t long at all definitely recommend
Went to this Urgent Care for a Covid 19 test; test administered at the appointed time by a very professional NP, results in 3 days.
Brent becnel NP great doctor he knew exactly what to do to make my daughter feel better I knew we were in good hands ♥️
The waiting room was not crowded, and when I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment I was escorted to an exam room immediately.
Very knowledgeable staff and handled what concerns I was in the office for.
Staff other than doctor making determination on what my issue is. They would not see me or treat me.
Loved the staff and clean and efficient facilities!
The staff at this Novant Health is the nicest group of professionals Ive ever met... extremely helpful, efficient (barely had to wait) and so very kind! Thank you all!!!
Thanks for seeing me. Its so much better than going in person. Ill use the service whenever I can! Plus, my PCP can see the notes in EPIC. Thank you
Very pleased with my visit.
My experience was overall good, but when I called the receptionist was lacking customer service skills and was rude.
This was me 1st experience with this type of facility. I hope I don’t need it but I’m pleased to know this incredible resource is available in my neighborhood. BRAVO!
The office was very clean. Everyone was kind and very efficient.
And I quote “we don’t take appointments, we are walk in only and we are accepting no walk ins at this time. Try again around noon.”I asked for confirmation of what I just heard, and she said the same thing with more attitude.
Friendly staff, they took me in without an appt. My wait was not long. The facility was very clean.
The staff was very kind and attentive. The medical staff was caring, attentive and concerned.
This was a great urgent care. Clean, fast, and great care team! Thanks so much.
Completely satisfied with all employees
At this facility, I was prescribed the wrong medication, doctor did not listened to me about my issues, dismissed my concerns and it cost me another visit and medications at another urgent care, not to mention dealing with my issues longer than what I needed to, I am very disappointed, stay away from this location.
Terrible experience. I had poison Ivy and they wouldn’t see me because it was 30 minutes before they closed. They had not one patient in the building at the time. Don’t go!
Came to urgent care WHILE I WAS SICK to get medicine, then turns out I wasted my money because I had to go to my primary care doctor 2 days later! Waste of money!
Easy to schedule an appointment. Fast, friendly service. Results online in under 48 hours.
This location is great my son and I received prompt and professional service!!! I definitely recommend!
Bad, misdiagnosed with something completely different from what I actually had. Thankfully I went to another clinic to get the right treatment.
Quick response after check-in , we were in and out of our walk-in emergency stitches within 30 minutes. Miraculous!
The provider is amazing. He was so great with my 12 month old.
Overall great experience! Very efficient and clean. Everyone was patient and kind.
Super quick and professional. Haven’t used this location before but was very pleased.
Ive always gotten great service at this location. Its our go to urgent care.
Great doctors. Amazing staff.
Easy to book an appt. Front office staff was friendly & provider was great.
The team at the Novant urgent care at Park Road Shopping Center is the BEST!!!
Very kind and caring staff and md. Very thorough too
Says no appointment required and not only does the sign say they require an appointment but also wont test if you possibly already have symptoms
Prompt and professional service
They were all very helpful, patient and pleasant. A good experience under the circumstances.
Amy and Taylor (In Pineville) made the stressful process quite calming and easy to handle. Thanks to both.
An Awesome place to visit!!! Wonderful stuff and Ms. McDonald is Awesome🤗 You cant go wrong with her☺️
Their website says they take walk ins for Covid tests and we arrived and they wouldnt let us in. The people at the front were also rude.
It was quick and successful!
