Provider Kristina Davis is awesome. She listens attentively and has such a warm caring bedside manner. She has helped me with two separate foot issues that come on suddenly and impairs walking severely. I use this Urgent Care for all myimmediate medical needs when I cant get appointment with primary care provider. For least amount of waiting time, use the save my spot option when you go to the website.
Third time is a charm…after three poor experiences I think it’s time to leave a review with the hopes that it will save a future urgent need time and protect the peace of that person in the process. Since all three experiences are nearly identical, here’s my straight-forward synopsis:- Each time we’ve gone in, for different reasons, we have been told by the women at the front desk “you’re going to have to go to the ER for that” or “you’re going to need xyz and we can’t do that here.” To appear of service, one time the rejection was met with “I’m just trying to save you from being billed twice.” How is this the ONLY urgent care we’ve ever been turned away from? How are they an urgent care but can’t treat “urgent” things? At the VERY least you think they would see you, better understand what’s going on with you to make an adequate decision on care, and at that point if they can’t service you the visit should be free and they should offer assistance with getting you to a hospital if you need. I witnessed this at an urgent care before and thought that was amazing service on their part to ensure that if someone REALLY needs to go to an ER they make sure they get there safely vs merely sending them out without even knowing what’s going on.- The tone of the women up front servicing patients leaves much to be desired…. If they have to help you, they have an attitude. As soon as you ask to take your name off the list (or if you were the person who called to cancel while I was there) the tone shifts to that of a high-pitched jovial one followed by “aww are you sure? Okay!” If you are only there to collect a paycheck vs. show care and concern for those coming in with health concerns- it’s time to consider a career change.I can’t comment on the nurse or doctor staff because, well, I never made it past the grim gatekeepers at the front desk.Anyway, if you’re looking for care and looking to address symptoms or urgent needs I recommend you find another place to go to. Unfortunately, this is not somewhere you should consider if you’re looking for a positive, caring wellness experience.I hope this helps!Novant HQ- if you want to chat with me about this live I’m available when you are. I’m happy to provide you with more of the fun nitty gritty details behind who exactly we’ve encountered.
This is my second time going to this location. The first time, I called to make sure they were open and the automated system indicated yes and accepting walk ins. I walked in and the receptionist stated I need an appt. I told her about the automated system indicating they were open, she offered no apologies for the misinformation. No problem. I left and was seen elsewhere. The second time I walked in, barely greeted by the receptionist, 2 other people walked in after me however they were seen before me. I had to walk up to the receptionist just to inquire on how that happened when I was here to begin with. Good customer service would have been for her to call me up to the desk to let me know I was missing additional information and that it would be just a moment before I am called back. But that did not happen. I am not hard to please but good customer service with a smile goes a long way these days.
The nurses and doctor were all awesome. Very professional & friendly. The process was timely and efficient. Would definitely recommend this urgent care. You can go online and schedule a time!!
Horrible experience on July 28, 2024 at the Harrisburg clinic. I live 2.2 miles away but will travel farther if it means I will get better service. Neither tech nor physician introduced themselves, gave minimal eye contact. The visit lacked warmth, lacked professionalism, very unwelcoming. I reached out to headquarters and management with my concerns.
NP Adrienne Grier was wonderful! She truly seems to care about her patients, and she’s so friendly and personable. The support staff was great too. Never fun to have to go to urgent care, but the good attitudes make it a bit easier.
Very unhappy. My wife went for urgent care which came out as a UTI. The reception and appointment went quite well. However, after taking the prescribed medication she still has the symptoms and when I called to ask what could be done the answer was You should go to your primary care, we did what couldve been done here I mean really? Im still baffled while writing this review, honestly will never go back to Novant.
My visit today was extremely pleasant, from the receptionist to the nurse to the PA that completed the visit. Everyone was so professional and because I was so anxious at my appointment, their manner was pleasantly soothing. I spent most of my time with the nurse and she made me feel comfortable while relating to the reason for my visit, she made me feel like I wasnt alone in that room🥺! Hopefully Ill never have to visit an urgent care again but if I had to, this location would be my choice!
I scheduled an evening appt to be seen for a sprain ankle. The check-in process was ok. I was told by the front desk check-in that a x-ray technician was not at this location. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. The doctor was thorough with her exam. Then advised that their x-ray technician was coming from the other location to do my scans. I was thankful for the detailed and thorough exam. Thankfully it is just a sprain. I was given a very good foot brace and instructions for at home care. Also they referred me to orthopedic in case I wanted further follow-up & was connected the next day in case I wanted to scheduled it.
The nurse and the doctor were very professional and caring of my situation and health. I really appreciate them for that. Also it was very easy to self check my self in and upload my information too. Thank you for caring about my health
My son is in Charlotte currently, we live out west in another state. He was bitten by a dog, didn’t tear his pants orBreak skin but he was advised toGet checked and sent to this urgent care. They refused to see him orEven look at the bite because he didn’t know the dogs vaccine status and told him he would have to go to the ER for a bite that required no cleaning or sutures, they would’ve known had they at least looked. Poor medical care by this location.I’m a provider in my state, I work at urgent cares in our valley and we treat animal bites all the time. We clean them, suture if needed, dress them and prescribe antibiotics when needed.IF there is a need or concern for rabies localHealth departments are a resource not an ER with exponential costs.Very poor medical care.
This week I scheduled an appointment at Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care. I had been under the treatment of my work Teledoc for over 3 weeks and after a couple of follow up calls was not getting better. I was able to easily reserve my place online at Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care. I waited comfortably at home until my appointed time. I showed up, was quickly registered and saw the PA on duty last Tuesday evening. The PA was great! She was very kind and attentive. She really listened to what had been going on over the last several weeks. I am happy to say I feel 100% better. Thank you so much Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care (Rocky River Road, Harrisburg, NC)
Something to be aware of before selecting this facility: This place is not wheelchair friendly. The doors are too narrow. The equipment selection is designed for people who do not have lower mobility issues (such as people who are lower to the ground or people who aren’t able to sit on the patient table - due to injuries or otherwise). The staff doesn’t appear to be accustomed to interacting with people who are immobile (or mobility challenged).
Couldnt have been treated any quicker, and everyone from the front desk, to the PA treated me very well! I was visiting here from out of state, so thats always tricky, but everything went well! I would 100% recommend novant health!
Thank you the staff at Novant. From the receptionist to the PA, everyone was kind and caring during our visit. Didnt plan on inviting a kidney stone to our vacation but it showed up anyway! Highly recommend!
0 STARS !THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.FIRST OF ALL…..I’ve never written a bad review in my entire life. Had to log on just for this one. Front staff lack professionalism in every aspect. The two ladies, one old, and one younger talked about how they don’t get paid enough for certain things while I and another patient sat there awkwardly listening on top of other nonsense. Not only that but they were rude for absolutely no reason. The service by the doctor or nurse, I can’t remember which, was rushed and seemed annoyed I was even there in the first place. Not only that but they didn’t run my insurance after I GAVE them my card and I received a 500 DOLLAR BILL!!! For a covid and flu test and horrendously rushed 1/10 service. I will never return here and hopefully you don’t step foot in this place either!
Convenient location, ease of scheduling. The reception and triage nurse very professional as well is the treating PA. Short wait and fast results and clear instructions
Today we visited Go Health location at Harrisburg, NC. Lisa Burke treated us very badly, She was very arrogant throughout our discussion, it was really disappointing that Lisa does not know how to talk to patients. She was very sarcastic and continually insulting me for my concern. Probably I’ll never visit any go health location after seeing Lisa Burke
Provider very nice, shes hear and answer clearly the questions. But the Nurse IS VERY RUDE AND SEEM RACIST ??
I came in to be seen after a car accident for a pre existing back injury I needed to check up on, because I mentioned I had been in a car accident BRIDGET at the front dest told me I had to pay 135$ up front because I had been in a car accident. When I had explained I was seen two weeks previous and I didn’t pay a copay at all she said they didn’t do their job right. She needs to go
Scheduled an appointment & came in for a broken toe. I mistakenly scheduled it for the wrong day and wasnt aware. The young black lady at the front desk was VERY rude for NO REASON.When I walked in and went to front desk I told the woman I had an appointment. She just looked at me and said I dont have an appointment for you. I told her I would show her the email confirmation and started looking for it. I told her I couldnt find it & she looked at me with a blank face and said it wouldve been a text message. Why would she sit and let me look for a confirmation email knowing that it wouldve been a text message?? While I was looking for the confirmation, I asked if she could check for my appointment under my name because I couldnt find the confirmation. Again, she looked at me like she was annoyed & said she didnt have access. Afterwards I left. I dont want to be treated by staff who have an attitude and are blunt for no reason. I couldnt find my confirmation and the woman at the front desk wasnt willing to help me figure out when my appointment was. So I limped back to my car with a broken toe and had my daughter drive me to a different urgent care in Harrisburg. Thankfully their staff was very friendly and very accommodating even though they were busy.If you need urgent medical attention and like front desk staff members who are rude and have an attitude for no reason. Then this is the location for you.
Very Clean and friendly. The front desk person was attentive and kind. The physician on duty was very kind. She listened to what I had to say. Was very informative with what she found during exam and what care was needed after. Thank you for such great care.
We had an excellent visit at this urgent care. Everyone was nice and they made a good care team.
Walked-in at 3:45pm with only 1 car in the parking lot to treat an allergic reaction with hives I’m having that I cannot control with Benadryl and was told they’re not taking anymore walk-ins and they don’t close until 5:00pm. Only that I could schedule something tomorrow. Great…
Poor service. The lady in the front desk gave a walk in appointment for someone in front of us in 10 minutes after they arrived, but for us she asked to wait for 3 hours or go back home and come again at that time. What is the point of accepting walk-ins in an urgency care.Even without consent an appointment after 3 hours was scheduled. Had to mention that we cant wait for 3 hours as my kid was coughing intensively and he was RSV positive. I had to call and make sure it is cancelled and not a no show else they would charge for this.
I am very pleased with my care from Novant GoHealth, I scheduled my appointment online, arrived on time and was seen right away. I received a Covid test, Strep test, and Flu test and within 10 mins I had my results. Dr. Lisa Burke was attentive, compassionate, and knowledgable. I was very pleased that she offered holistic treatment (honey, salt water gargling, etc) options along with prescriptions to help me overcome the flu. I know that feeling ill can be a contributing factor to being impatient, these workers are really doing their best and I appreciate that! I would definitely recommend this location!
I made an appointment online and spoke with the receptionist when I arrived about what I was being seen for. Since she had to fill out the workers comp paperwork I gave her details of what happened. They checked me in at my appointment time and had me wait a hour just to tell me they couldn’t see me because they didn’t have the eye irrigation solution. I ask why did they have me waiting if they didn’t have the proper equipment. She stated “I didn’t know what you were being seen for love”. Lies……. Thank you to Atrium Urgent Care.
Easy to make appt, was in and out quickly. Great staff and they took good care of me. Thank yoo
Arrived at urgent care. Front desk agent more concerned with her phone conversation that every patient can hear. Very unprofessional seemed to have an attitude when a patient had a question because we interrupted the phone conversation she was having about her birthday and trip to Jamaica. People are sick no one’s wants to hear your personal conversation. Stated the patients are aggy. If she doesn’t like her job she should leave. Didn’t greet any guest as they arrived. She needs to be fired. Wouldn’t know her name because she didn’t introduce her self. Red hair and long nails if that helps. Patients are calling in and she stating she doesn’t care about helping people.
All three ladies working there were fantastic! They were super helpful, super personable, and made the whole experience very pleasant.
Provider dismissed symptoms and didn’t address concerns. Also there’s no changing table in the bathroom for babies.
I was disappointed on my visit of 3/7/2024 I thought a doctor should take care of all your illness you have but was told one sickness per visit. So I was able to get my first symptom or illness with medication but my second illness or symptoms wasn’t able to take care of it. First time hearing they can only take one illness per visit.
Was taken back and stitched up fast and Dr.Burke was very pleasant to talk to!
I took my daughter there today for an ear infection and the MA had no bedside manner. She didn’t introduce herself, she was short with her words, she was inpatient and made it clear she was in a rush. At one point she told my daughter, “come on, I have other patients”, when she was afraid of getting the strep test done. I work as an MA and know this is not how to treat patients, especially 8 year olds. The PA was wonderful however. I really liked her. Shawna, you need to work on your social skills and bedside manner with children.
Absolutely ridiculous service. Made an appointment online hours ahead. When I got there refused to bring me back because they only do work related incidents
Worse service I never received. They have someone sitting at the front desk just for you to do her job. I couldnt get the registration link to work b/c the office is a dead zone. Also, the wifi sucked. I asked the front desk rep to sign me out and she asked why, I simply stated Im going to get real customer service. She nonchalantly replied w/ ok! I left and went next door to Atrium where I got real customer service and a human being checked me in w a very positive attitude. To literally 5 seconds to check me in next door.
Customer service was top tier and they paid attention to my concerns regarding my daughter.
I could not be more unhappy with this place. I brought my 2 year old daughter in who had an accident on the playground. She couldn’t put any weight on her leg, cried, and winced with every movement. So we assumed it was broken or severely sprained. We checked this location’s description of services which listed x-rays, so we chose to bring her there. We arrived at 3:30pm on a Friday and we were the only ones there. I asked the lady at the front desk if they were taking walk-ins and she confirmed they were and had a couple no-shows for appointments. Perfect! We got checked in and waited an hour before a nurse came from the back to tell us that they couldn’t see us and didn’t give a reason. She explained that the girl at the front desk should have told us but we were there an hour for nothing. The nurse suggested that we take her to the ER instead. Unacceptable.
I need to urgent attention for my soon so walkin this urgent care , very obvious. When I requested front office lady for appointment , she told me scheduled booked until 8pm but unfortunately no one was in office and i was in really need. I wish in NC we have urgent care facilities like Texas where you can walkin anytime and get help
The staff is fantastic! Their remarkable professionalism and friendliness made both of my visits a pleasure.
The greeting wasnt what I thought it would be at an Urgent Care but the doctor was very good.
The doctor was nice, but honestly everyone else in there was not it. Seemed like they all had somewhere better to be. Especially the woman in the front desk, who was not there and wasn’t there for TEN minutes after I arrived. I was really needing to see someone to let me know if they could help or if I needed to go to an emergency room with my infant, but they didn’t care, didn’t care she was upset or I was upset, I should have ultimately went to the emergency room and I know that now, but, regardless the tone (condescending) and the lack of urgency and compassion would have me using Google to figure out my health issue before ever returning here.
Sadly, this location is as bad as our try at the Mint Hill location. The staff at the front announced to patients upon entering, We are NOT a Novant facility. Then why does your sign say Novant?! Every employee weve encountered with the Novant Go Health facilities are inept and rude. Atrium Urgent Cares have much better care. Avoid Novant Go Health at all costs.
I wish I could give zero star!!! Had low key chest pain, lightheaded, and nausea so I went to this urgent care on May 21, 2023 @ 9:20AM. Waited over an hour, used my insurance and paid $100 cash only for the nurse and doctor to tell me to go to the emergency room because they do not have the equipment to do tests. The lady at the front desk could’ve said that to me when she asked me about the purpose of my visit. You are not looking out for our best interest, you are acting like scammers!!! Hope you’re proud of your actions - my symptoms could’ve been serious!!!
The staff members at this location was super friendly. Although, I could see the demand was high everyone stayed patient and calm. They communicated effectively and made the entire process smooth. Thank you!
All staff members were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The next day a young lady called and asked if I had paid the $40 copay in cash. When I stated that I had she told me that the bills I paid with were stuck together and I had overpaid by $20. That kind of honesty is refreshing.
Very clean facility and very friendly staff. Easy to make appt online. Great follow-up by the PA after my test results came back.
I was a walk in appointment and expected to wait 2 or more hours like most urgent cares but I think I waited a maximum of 1.5hrs. Staff was all really nice and I felt like my concerns were heard and listened too as well as it felt like everyone on the staff was on the same page and knew what they were doing. The waiting room was clean and quiet but I wish there had been more enforcing for social distancing as some people who were getting covid tested waited inside even though they were meant to wait in their cars. Also wish I had seen more sanitizing being done like on door handles/chairs/the touch screen at the front. But overall very good experience I’m just nitpicking.
I scheduled an appointment and didn’t do online insurance paperwork because I didn’t have my card & it’s already on file @ Novant, so I thought it wasn’t a big deal. After arriving I signed in on iPad . No one was at reception desk. Finally 50 minutes later a lady comes to check me in and asks for my insurance card & I told her I was waiting on a replacement but everything should be in the computer. She didn’t even check the computer, & was insisting that I had to have the card. I did ask if she could call BCBS or Novant Urgent Care in Salisbury ( who I usually use in these instances & are phenomenal but were booked for day by 11:30 ) she said she couldn’t do that. I think honestly I was too much of an imposition on her day & she still insisted that If I didn’t have the card then I would be charged $135 regardless as self pay & needed to pay upfront. I neglected to say previously the same lady could be heard talking on phone about how “hard” her day was training a new person. At this point I just left. I wouldn’t have been nearly upset if she had taken the time to check her computer or if this had even happened when I first arrived to check in. I will never use another Novant Go Health Urgent Care again! My appointment was scheduled for 3:16 on 9-16-22 if anyone @ Novant cares enough to contact me.
Drove 25 minutes down here. Arrived at 7:20-7:25. Lady asked what was wrong. Then proceeded to tell me they stopped taking new patients for the night. When i asked why the web page said they close at 8, but they stop taking people at 7:20, she just shrugged her shoulders and said “sorry” in the most I don’t care, who are you, manner. Why in the name of all things holy do you put on you web page that you close at 8, if you really close at 7:20? I could have very easily arrived at an Atrium in 10 minutes. By the way, the waiting room was empty.
The doctor that saw me and the receptionist were great. I was not satisfied with the work of the nurse who saw me that day. She was impatient and irresponsible. She was updating information on my medical records and asked about my family history. I started telling her that my father had some long problems over the new year(2022). While I was trying to figure out the medical term for his conditions, the nurse just interrupted me and said its not here, so.... Then she just moved on without allowing me to finish. My fathers lungs condition was serious and I felt its important to have it on the family record. Secondly when she was verifying about the medicine I had been taking, I clearly answered no to three of the four medications that I had stopped using and she said she would remove them. However on the office paper I brought home, it still shows I am taking FOUR medicines. It was very disap…
This morning at 9:42am, my insurance provider instructed me to call about my recent visit on July 8, 2023. At my visit my insurance provider experienced issues regarding insurance cards company wide. Once the problem was addressed, we were all instructed to reach out to the providers. When I called into the offices, Renee Crum answered the phones. I explained my situation (as stated above), but was instructed to call an additional number. Renee Crum explained that my information was already sent, so I would have to call an additional number. I explained that the payment was taken at the location and not at the number she was attempting to provide. Renee Crum then began to speak in an unprofessional, condescending & dismissive tone as if I were a child and or stupid. Renee Crum also stated that I was attempting to over talk her. So I stepped back, let her continue, then asked for her manager and or boss. Renee Crum stated that her boss will be back next week and that I can call back then. Once she finished I stated to her, to never speak to me in that tone and that I was not one her children and or one of her friends. However before I could complete the sentence. Renee Crum slammed the phone down in my ear. Renee Crum also stated that My boss knows me. The information I requested was never provided, however I was able to contact the corporate offices. Only to find out that the information claimed to be sent by Renee Crum. Was never sent and or in any Novant Health system. The list of people I spoke with are as follows.1) Deseree (Corporate)2) Trellis (Corporate)3) Tetley (Customer Service)4) Mack (Customer Service)5) Gayle (Corporate)It is truly unfortunate that you have a staff member whom feels comfortable and entitled to be as unprofessional, rude, condescending and combative as possible, yet still maintains employment. If you have recorded calls, pull the call and take a listen. To what was so cavalier and callously done to me, wouldnt surprise me in the least. Knowing this is protocol and occurs daily!.
Zero star. Such a DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL front desk and provider.1-Front desk said the max time of waiting for walk in patients is up to 2 hours. Why I was waiting 3 hours?2-Why the second walk in lady who came half an hour after me got in an hour before me?3-Why they makes me wait for 31 minutes in doctor room before she came in?4-Why either of them front desk or provider was not able to respectfully and professionally handling this issues and communicating with me through a kind and respectful language?5-Why you made patient feels very insulted?I feel extremely disrespected and discounted. Very disappointing to receive such a insulting medical service at this location.6-If you guys don’t care about patients why are you doing this job?(We had lots of wonderful great experiences in many different locations at Novant and received many professional, lovely and respectful services from countless of nurses, doctors and sweet from desk ladies. Which are very appreciated from them)I arrived there at 1pm on Thursday 06/02. I was first walk in patient. Front desk Kathy said the Max time of waiting is almost 2 hours. I replied that’s not a problem.Half an hour later the second walk in came in. I asked front desk is that okey if I just stayed outside in fresh air. She said yes you can they will text and let you know when it’s your time.Every half an hour I showed myself inside to make sure they didn’t forget about me. At 3:45pm almost 3 hours later when I went inside for last I noticed that the second walk in lady who came half an hour after me was about to leave she already was done.I asked front desk excused me why the second walk in is already done and I still am waiting some one call me??? She said I don’t know I will find out.At 3:50pm right 3 hours later after I was waiting they take me in to the room. The provider assistant asked couple of questions and said we are going to do COVID and FLU Test. I said I don’t need any of those. She said if you are not going to do those tests we can’t find out the issues. I said I don’t want those test. She asked me such a stupid question, she said if you are not going to do those tests why are you here for? I said I am here to see a doctor. Do you expect me to leave because I am not agree to do those tests? She left the room at 3:55. I was waiting for long time at 4:18 23 minutes later I opened the door I asked from provider Charmeen excuse me how long more I have to wait I am feeling so sick? She said I am the only provider and we were very busy today there is nothing I can do you need to wait 10 more minutes, if you don’t let me do my job it’s May take you longer to wait.I said it’s just less than 2 minutes that we are talking so if I understood you right in 12 minutes you will see me right? She said I can not tolerate your rudeness and don’t allow you to disrespecting me. Go to your room close the door or leave the building.I said I am not disrespecting you I just am asking respectfully a simple question. She said this conversation is over.I closed the door and I was waiting for 8 more minutes at 4:26 provider and her assistant the girl who was pushing me for those tests came in together. The total time of my waiting in room was 31 minutes.I am sorry to say that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Such a DISRESPECTFUL front desk and provider in communication and RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL IN conversation. NO CARES FOR PATIENT FELLING AND SITUATION!
The nurse that took care of my daughter was very nice and supportive when my daughter was afraid of the covid swab. The doctor caring for her was amazing. My only complaint would be the wait time because I had an appointment.
The neon sign should be changed to Urgent Care BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. My son was experiencing severe intestinal pain yesterday(12/8/2021). We pulled just before 6pm up and were heartened by that fact the parking lot only had one car, and even more so when greeted by an empty waiting room. However, just as were were starting to check-in the woman behind the desk quips up that there were 4 other appointments ahead of us although none were present. She was extremely dismissive, bent on frustrating us and it was clear that for some inexplicable reason they did not want to render service. My son was clearly in discomfort, with crutches from recent knee surgery but there was absolutely no effort to at the very least inquire our reason for the visit. We left and drove 7 miles to the nearest emergency room in Mint Hill. From our experience this an absolute mockery of healthcare facility
The provider Christine was so thorough and caring with my daughter. Bridgette initiated the process with a welcome, and assessment that set a good foundation for the provider. Bother were very organized and professional. I even received a follow up call from go health. I appreciate the team at Go health!
Doctor ,nurse and she was who check in me at the front desk all people were very nice and caring me so I dont feel Im coming alone because my English is not very good. So sometimes I little bit worried how I explain my problem but this time my Doctor was very kind and polite. She gave me good enough time, she listened me and she calling for the translator 👍
Had an appointment time. Prepaid my copayment through the MyChart app. Arrived at my appointment time stated online and in the app. Called inside to check-in like the sign states. I was put on hold for a while. Once the nurse got back to the phone, I was informed that it says on their computer that my appointment was over a hour later than what the app says my appointment is. She said they have other people that got here before me and as soon as they see them they can get me in and that’s all she could tell me and that’s all she knew she could do. When you come to an urgent care it’s because you are sick. The way the nurse spoke was very unprofessional. I understand the process may be a little different due to Covid but that’s the purpose of having a system in place to make things transition smoother. This is my second time coming to this location and the first time was no better with poor bedside manner form the doctor. I’d rather suffer through the weekend than deal with this place to see my regular doctor on a weekday. Hope the staff at this location can get better training and function better to provide the services they need to in order to serve the community better.
My experience at Novant was great! I was seen right when I got checked in, clean environment, knowledgeable and professional staff, I was able to preregister online, they diagnosed my problem and gave me medication and called another one in to my pharmacy located right across the street from the facility. Everything was done in the same area less than 5 minutes away from each other.
The nurses are truly amazing and very caring. I was very nervous getting my son tested and everyone I spoke with and especially the nurse that took test, were very understanding and super nice. They kept me calm, even when I called back. I want to thank all the angels here for their caring attitudes♡
I had an outstanding professional experience upon my recent visit to Novant Health Urgent Care in Harrisburg. From the moment I entered the facility, the team exceeded expectation although they were very busy. Each rep. listened to my concern(s) and responded appropriately from Zhan Rivers, front desk, to Bridgette Brooks, medical assistant, and especially Dr.Taylor-Parris. I had been treated earlier in the week at Atrium without successful results. The difference in Novant was that the team listened to and heard my concerns. Dr. Taylor-Parris even took the time to review the notes from 2019 related to my illness. She was very proficient in all areas both medically and tech savvy. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you for your joint effort resulting in a job well done and a much healthier and very satisfied patient.
The staff and physician was very nice. Making an appointment made the process much easier. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needed to go to make an appointment
I have been turned away from this urgent care twice in the last year, well before closing. This latest time, it was 3:45pm, when I arrived and they didn’t even close until 5. I got there and the waiting room was empty. The attendant wouldn’t take me because I was a walk in, claiming they had 3 people in the back waiting to be seen. She said the soonest I could be seen was 5pm and they closed at 5pm, so the answer was no. Even if this was true, which it wasn’t due to the ONE car besides mine that I counted in the parking lot, that should have still been enough time to see me. I begged her, since I was in so much pain. I asked her please to not send me to the ER, as this was the only other place open. She smiled and apologized and continued to lie through her teeth. Someone clearly didn’t care about the Hippocratic Oath as much as they cared about making sure they got out of work on time. I went back into my car and cried. I just couldn’t believe someone would be so selfish in the healthcare field. And this is the same thing I’ve gotten from them more than once. They were so much better before they changed to Novant. Now they’re just EXTREMELY lazy and should be fired. Don’t bother going here unless you make an appointment well in advance, which defeats the purpose of an urgent care.
I would leave NO stars if possible.Made an appointment online. Multiple appointments were available. I selected one later than I arrived because I thought I wouldn’t be able to make till about the time I selected. I checked when I arrived and sooner appointments were still showing available. I called before entering since I was early. I was told I may or may not have to wait.So I entered and checked in. I was not given a wait time estimate. I was told to return to my vehicle and wait there. 1 hour went by. I called inside. No wait time estimate, “You will be seen soon. “ 1.5 hours, no being seen. 2 hours after arriving I left. Will never use this location again.
Excellent experience! Knowledgeable, professional and caring people.
The place is very clean and the staff is amazing. The lady at the reception, the nurse, and Dr. Kristina Davis were very professional. Thank you very much to all
Given the current climate, I give a LOT of grace (and appreciation) to health care staff but within the last two years, I’ve visited various practitioners at various practices and have yet to experience the unprofessionalism at this office. Firstly, the receptionist Katharine really needs a refresher training in customer service! Her abruptness, curtness, and abrasiveness was bewildering. I made an appointment for my Covid test and waited 45 minutes JUST to get checked in. All of my information is in MyChart and yet she’s pestering me about an insurance card?? Additionally, I witnessed her being rude to walk-ins and other patients waiting. THEN a staff member asked to be buzzed in and I overheard her asking, “So are you the MA?” To which she responded, “No, I’m the PA.” There was no apology for what should have been an embarrassingly unnecessary assumption. I wasn’t slightly caught off guard and she wasn’t even talking to me lol. The process at CVS was a much better experience!
Im surprised there are any negative reviews of this place. Made an appointment for 4:20, showed up about 15 minutes early. Got checked in right away and called into a patient room after only a few minutes. By 4:30 I had already been examined by the nurse and the doctor, had a covid text and x-rays of my lungs. I have never been to an urgent care that worked as efficiently as they did! Amazing.
The service was extremely slow!!! OMG! There was hardly anyone here and they still took over 5 hours, absolutely ridiculous! It’s like patients care or getting in and out wasn’t a priority at all. Emergency rooms have to do better because the wait time and service time is unacceptable!
Did everything not to see my kids. My kids were in a car accident and I wanted them checked out to make sure they were okay. First was told because it was a car accident they had to charge me out of pocket. Called my insurance and discussed, okay fine I had to pay out of pocket. Still wanted them seen. Then said they could not evaluate them for a concussion or anything and told us it was for the emergency room. Very rudely
This URGENT CARE is a joke. I arrived when they opened (9am) and was told to wait in the car with my one year old with no indication of when we would be seen. The receptionist was rude. I received a text saying that my approximate appointment was 2pm - a five hour wait. Did they expect me to sit in my car with a baby for five hours? And how is this urgent care? I went next door to the ER and was in and out by 10:30am. This is poor service and Ill be going to the ER from now on for urgent care where their receptionists are polite and they dont send you to sit in your car for 5 hours.
Provider was very personable made me feel comfortable. Referred to a higher level of care as appropriate and even gave me some plants to aid in my new hobby and stress management efforts.
Everything about this facility is definitely lacking! I had been there before and was not pleased but, decided to give it another chance. There were no patients in the waiting/lobby area so I figured it wouldn’t take long. After waiting an hour I noticed behind me there was a tv with patient check in/wait times. My son had a 3 hour wait time ahead, after the 1 hour we had already waited, and NO ONE bothered to mention that to me upon check in. The receptionist then explained that there were other patients being seen and that “Urgent Care” patients would be pushed to the back of the line…..once put in a room the staff was very short and seemed to be a little uptight. After all of this we weren’t even able to see a doctor, only a PA. We waited an additional hour back in the exam room and left there without any real answers or an appropriate treatment plan. I’m very unpleased. DON’t GO HERE FOR URGENT CARE!
Dr Kindra was very efficient in finding what my illness was. She is a listener and doesn’t ask guess questions when you are explaining what’s going on. I highly appreciate her thoroughness.
Jonathan at the front desk is amazing!!! He made us feel welcome the second we walked in. So professional and nice! Donna the nurse was also so nice and friendly. The PA was the bomb!!! We will definitely come back here if needed! A++
Do not go to this Urgent Care if you want to be treated like a human being. It truly saddens me that the people at this facility work in healthcare. I came back state side and immediately fell ill with various symptoms. I decided to wait to be seen at this Urgent Care. One of the symptoms was related to strep throat, so I asked to be tested. I mentioned the other symptoms I was having such as rash, an aching body, and a sore abdomen. I also showed several mosquito bites that I acquired while being in a jungle. I was told by the PA that they could only look at one thing for my visit and that would be strep throat because I had mentioned that being a possibility. The instant test showed negative. I was brought to tears when their solution was to rinse my throat and nose. No one even checked my temperature. The next day, I went to a different facility, not Novant operated. I was actually listened to by the healthcare providers and diagnosed with strep throat amongst other things and prescribed medication that I needed to heal. Don’t waste your money and ruin your faith in humanity by going to this Urgent Care. Go somewhere else and be seen by professionals that are actually passionate about what they do.
The doctor was very sweet, very kind and very patient. She made an impression on us I really appreciate it. My daughter had an ear infection and she was really cool. We would come here again if we need urgent care :) Thank you!
My appointment was at 8 oclock for testing. I couldnt get ahold of anyone when I pulled up so I went inside. The lady tried to tell me that I didnt need it, mind you my docotor is the one who set up the appointment for me, because I had symptoms. I went back out to my car and waited an hour!!! This is ridiculous, the staff is not only rude, but lazy. Management needs to get on their team to do better or hire people who actually care about others.
The personal and professional manner in which I was treated was far beyond the norm.
Traveling out of town & needed to see a dr. My daughter-in-law recommended NovantHealthGoHealth Urgent Care. I found them to be extremely friendly & efficient front desk folk. Provider was knowledgeable & addressed my issue. Followup call the next day was handled by a different provider who was also very helpful.
I went to this Urgent care and these 2 black young women took care of me giving them a 10 they worked with me. Very thoughtful and understanding of my problem. I will go back to that Urgent care if I feel sick.Excellent serviceThank U ladies
The care has been good and the wait time was amazing, but Ive been here twice and have taken my son here twice and every time they submit the claim incorrectly and my insurance doesnt pay any. Ive had to have claims resubmitted for all 4 visits. I work for Novant Health so my insurance is in-Network there. Location is convenient to my house, having to have claims resubmitted every time I go is not.
This is a wonderful Urgent Care. Yesterday after being sick for 5 days I came in only to find out they couldnt see me because of the Covid situation now. They were having to take appointments and nothing was available until the following day.April at the front desk checked other locations for me and took my number to call if they had a cancelation. She called me back and they were able to get me in! I was so beyond thankful she did not have to go the extra mile but she did and that made my day.I did not have Covid just a respiratory virus but with asthma I needed help and they came through.I hope things get better for these health care workers. It is true what they are saying on the news they cant see the people they need to see because of all the Covid cases. Please get vaccinated and wear masks.Thank you again April and staff. Hang in there.
Don’t come here unless you have an appointment. Showed up over 2 hours before posted closing time with severe ear pain and blockage (5:20 when they close at 8). I was immediately denied and made to feel as if I was irrational for showing up so “late.” Made a bad day worse.
Take my daughter here, wait 10 minutes for anyone to come to the desk. Mind you no one else in the waiting area and its going to be 2+ hours before being seen. Also your employees need to work with the patient in front of them not answer a phone call then make you feel like their doing you a favor helping you.
Always a long wait even if you make an appointment. I can’t stand this place! Will go to an ER before I go back there.
I hardly post reviews, but my experience here was especially terrible. The nurses and receptionist were actually nice and helpful, but the doctor doesnt care to help you at all, absolutely 0 f**ks given in regards to you or treating you. I needed an x-ray and was told no that wasnt necessary, but I should go to the ER just next door!? She literally spent all of 3 minutes with me before sending me to wait in the ER for 4 hours, where they did guess what? An X-RAY! I dont normally type in all caps but, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL NOT GET TREATED BUT YOU WILL GET BILLED MY 3 MINUTE VISIT ENDED UP BEING $231 AND THE DR DID NOTHING!
Staff members were courteous and professional. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and bright. My appointment did not take a long time.
I rarely give a 1 star... I visited this location once before and had a good experience. Not this time.I called this morning with a question and the receptionist was awful. She was rude, condescending and she hung up on me. I was surprised to see a 2.2 star average on Google but now I know why. Go to Mallard Creek. The staff are friendly and helpful there. Avoid this location like the plague until the upgrade their staff.
If you want help, don’t expect to get it at this urgent care.i arrived last night around 6-7pm, one car in the parking lot so i figured everything would go smoothly. receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. i told her my symptoms of getting constantly sick, not being able to sleep, eat, keep anything down and that i could barely even stand in the condition i was in and she just scoffed and laughed at me and told me they couldn’t do anything for me. i asked her if she could help me, can i make an appt?, where else can i go? what can i do? she just told me there was nothing they could do and to go to the ER.i’ve never felt been treated this way with any health care worker, it was obvious she didn’t care and wasn’t going out of her way to help me out in my visible dwindling condition.THANK U, NEXTi will be getting her name and reporting her, she should be grateful she even has a job in healthcare. i don’t know why she would even want to work in health care because she definitely is not compassionate or wanting to help in anyway.DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE IF YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED OR SEEN, they simply DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUi will however recommended atrium in harrisburg near town center. they didn’t have any appts until friday but we’re able to squeeze me in today and have been giving me all sort of tips on how i can gain my energy back or what i should be doing until my visit.they have genuine care for their patients and want to help do anything to have you living your best and healthy life.
Great staff and I did not have to wait long.
Do not recommend anyone to go to this urgent care. Went in for a pulled muscle in my lower back. The doctor (Lisa K Burke) insisted on taking an x-ray. After taking the x-ray the doctor Lisa K Burke came in and told me that I had a fracture on my vertebrae. Unexpectedly three weeks later they sent me a letter in the mail stating that the doctor was completely wrong and I did not have a fracture in my vertebrae. After giving me wrong and scary information they have the nerve to send me a bill for $164. In which they didnt do a thing to help me. Run away people. Worst doctor I’ve ever dealt with and I have seen a lot of them. Zero stars!
They took very good care of me!! I am on my way to healing God willing 🙏, bc they took time to talk with me and figured out exactly what the problem is! Thank you so much and may God bless 🙌 you all!
Front desk lady was very rude, she was also the one who took me back to the room, containing to be rude! I was sent here from my primary care dr because she didn’t have an appointment available. This lady basically told me they couldn’t help me!! Not happy and will never go back!!
RockyRiver Location - Nothing But SCAM, Rude people. Un-Experience. Dr Jenna r Burkett PA-C (too DUMB) Novant Health Dont care about Patient, is all ABOUT MONEY MONEY MONEY, BIilling. How much they can suck out of Patient (the are legal thief Mafia - who see Patient like a GOLD MINE. >>>>> Goto private Urgent care they are much cheaper than NOVANT MAFIA: Their visit can cost upto $1000 while other urgent care are much lower ($200 - $250) > office visit $425 (-$135 upfront) > other Office = $125 >>>Flu Test $275 (Other $50 ) > Strep throat test $345 (Others $25)> Covid Test $375 (most pharmacy has FREE = WOW (A patient of a GOLD MINE for them) All test came negative (Didnt need a single Test). NO upfront pricing even though LAW tell them to POST treatment price - But Novant health mafia DO NOT KNOW a Single price for any test. Like we are testing for cancer - I WILL never ever Visit these scammers. GOTO CVS minute clinic or walgreen or Other private urgent care. You will save TONS for Minor issues.
The front desk clerk told me we could sit in the car. It wasn’t until I called while in the car to ask, that she told me we had a 3 hour wait!!! Who is going to sit in a car for 3 hrs. Then she tried to play the verbal run around of telling me it may not be 3 hrs and that she would call us before our visit but wouldn’t advise if it would be less than 3 hrs.
Fast and efficient, nurse and PA were great!
Is this not an urgent care? How does it not take walk ins? I got for an eye issue for my daughter and I am told sorry, no more walk in are taken today. 6pm when they close at 8pm. Close your doors and stop wasting time and space. Ridiculous.....
We were able to have appointment for test in less than 36 hours. Our results were given to us in about 30 minutes. Cannot tell you how important this is to us as we are expecting a new grandchild soon and we are both elders with preexsisting conditions. We are in quarentine as suggested by guidelines and practicing social distancing , wearing masks along with washing hands often and sanitizing our environment often.
Worst Management, they let sick people suffer more and they dont feel sorry for terrible services.Beware of Jenna Sackenheim, She is totally careless with Covid patients. She fail to guide on possible test option & remedies available. She misguided me on PCR Test & Rapid Test, she told me Rapid test is the only option for Covid Test. Later I search google I learn about PCR, Antibody test etc.She forced me to go for rapid test, which turn out to be positive but when I did PCR test at Walgreens, it was negetive.Despite of all registration ahead of time, she made me wait in the car for 5 hours, she wasnt sorry for it.Big Big Shame on Novant Health at Harrisburg. I wish I could give nagetive ratings.
Went there after an accident on a Saturday- doctor was nice but dismissive of my pain. After 2 minutes ( 1 to talk to me & 1 to assess me) told me I was okay & to continue to take ibuprofen for pain. By Monday I could barely walk due to pain in my back and hips. Went to a different Novant Health Urgent Care & they listened. Actually performed several tests and accurately diagnosed me with a hip fracture. Only go there if you have a mild cold, otherwise you could be setting yourself up for an ER visit.
I have came to this urgent care facility several times for me and my family. We have always had superior service and love coming here. They are quick and efficient every single time. Highly recommend!
The front desk receptionists are lazy and rude. After checking in online and waiting hours, I finally went up to ask them if they were going to take my info. (Meanwhile they had just been sitting back and talking to each other). Then they told me they dont take my insurance, even though my daughter (same insurance) was seen there no issues two days prior. Have never had such a bad experience. Go somewhere else!!!
I would highly recommend this location if you need to have Covid19 testing done. Service was amazing. Drove up, texted & the nicest medical professional came to my car. A few questions, the awful Qtip in both nostrils & results in 15 minutes! If you actually wish to get back to work this is the place to come for testing!
Never ever ever take children here!!! They were not patient, even when I told them I had a sensory autistic child. She needed her throat swabbed. She’ll do it they just needed to be patient and somewhat understanding!! No, the nurse was leaving after two mins. She said the doctor can do it!! She came in I told her the issue, she immediately said well, we will fight her if we had to!!! No not over my dead body Lady!! She did her thing, said they had nothing!! Two days later they had same issues only worse!! My 3 yr. Old had two ear infections that I told the lady she had!! She also had hand, foot & mouth but she did not even look In Her mouth!! The 7 year old that did, get her throat swabbed, did have strep was told she didn’t, then developed scarlote fever!!! Yeah!! Never again!!! They still got paid and they should not even be practicing. Had to pay another doctor to redo the same job!!!! Aweful
Faith Malloy,PA-C provided exceptional care. She treated and explained the injuries me and my daughter sustained from recent auto accident.
I took my 4 month old daughter there for a fever of 102 and they dismissed it as signs of teething. The following day the fever persisted therefore I took her to the emergency room where they stated that the urgent care should have run more test than checking temp and oxygen levels....long store short if you want doctors who just want to rake in a quick buck instead of helping, this is your place.
Went to this Urgent Care to get some stitches. All I needed was 5 stitches. They wouldnt stitch me up for the fear that I was concussed. Even though I showed no signs of a concussion. So, they refused to treat me, and sent me to the Emergency Room down the street. They could tell I wasnt concussed, didnt give me a scan. But, stitches now end up costing double what they would have at the urgent care.Love doctors that refuse to do their job, basically holding my bleeding wound hostage until they milk more money out of me.Dont go here if you want some sensible medical attention.
Went there for what turned out to be a pinched sciatic nerve. Was not seen due to my pain being too severe. Found out after paying $2k in the ER that Novant Urgent Cares could of done a little more than pointed me to an overpriced ER visit.
Very rude staff and ran tests on me that didnt correlate with the reason for my visit. I also needed my meds very urgently and they sent it to a pharmacy that was closed. When I asked them if they can change it. They were being combative with me and didnt change it. Theres not another pharmacy that can fill it for me now so I had to wait 3 days before getting my meds in pain and agony. They need to hire staff that is not incompetent.
I was able to get a quick appointment and my results were less than the 24 hours they said it would take. I wish they would have explained the arrival process and testing process better but overall a good experience. Would recommend.
Horrible service! My wife missed work to get tested, we specifically made the appointment to get her tested for COVID due to exposure...they simply told her they can see her for the headache but not the nasal swab....we went to a different urgent care....they gave her the test there. They need to understand we are coming here for a need not a good or product... a needed service.
The MA and PA very professional, listened to me and adressed my health problems properly and very attentive and knowledgeable people. This Location is the best urgent care. Unlike Matthews location.
Wonderful team! I felt that they were very professional and yet very personable. Not rushed. Very caring.
Welcoming staff. Kindra was very helpful with my mother. She provided education and options to help assist my mother with her breathing. Great job Kindra!
Made an appointment for 3:21 , waited almost 40 more minutes after said appointment time and had to listen to the staff have these random conversations. Left and went somewhere else. Will not recommend.
Terrible customer service, made an appointment online, was telling me 45 mins, sure no problem. Set appointment, for 2(45 mins later), arrive at 2, and am Told its gonna be a 2 hour wait. When I mentioned I had an appointment, the 2 women working on Sunday 2-24 were very rude and told me it didnt matter that I made an apppintment it was still gonna be a 2 hour wait
Awful. Be prepared to know the exact name of every single medication you take. You better know the generic spelling as well as how to say it, Or they will accuse you of faking a sickness and trying to get medication you dont need. The doctor on call was rude and bossy. Proceeded to prescribe me Flonase for a head cold and sinus issues. said I should feel fine. Told me to take a better look at my medications for depression, said it obviously wasnt working. All I wanted was medication for severe sinus pressure and allergy issues which Ive had forever. Lady was an absolute jerk and i will never go again.
The PA was excellent and very thorough. I told her I got a better check up than I get at my drs. Office. Very timely service.
I visited Go Health in Harrisburg with a finger injury and found the entire experience to be a positive one. I have had issues with many medical offices and practices of which I felt gave in adequate care and this seems to be a step up which gives me hope the staff was knowledgeable as well.
My wife visited here on 3/10 - was misdiagnosed by Taylor Robinson. She came in with a fever, a bad sore throat and had thrown up. She was only tested for the Flu and prescribed for nausea (not nauseous at the time). Taylor said sore throat was due to throwing up and ended the visit there as the Flu test came back negative. Taylor blamed sore throat on her recently throwing up.Update - 3/12 - wife still had fever, went to a different doctor and was immediately tested for strep and tested positive! Very disappointed she was misdiagnosed from the start as she almost had to go to the hospital due to days of untreated strep throat.
I made my reservation online Tand was seeing on time .The receptionist was welcoming and the nurse aid was very pleasant and the Dr was knowledgeable overall superb
Erin was awesome! She communicated clearly, was efficient and personable. I would absolutely choose this facility again based on my experience with Erin.
The practitioner was wonderful , professional and knowledgeable. She put me completely at ease. The entire staff was great.
The whole staff were very professional and pleasant. The wait was not long at all.
Very diligent workers and very pleasant. In these unprecedented Covid times we are going through they made the process Very smooth and pleasant. The staff that treated me was very nice and informative. Doing a remarkable job!!!
Appt for testing was handled very well. Health care professional good with answering questions. Only down side was the delay in actually having an opening to set up the appt. Guess that is the way things are now.
Very fast, got exactly what I needed to feel better, this was my second trip to an urgent care about the same issue and I spent another week sick due to not getting the correct medication at another facility. Thank you so much
It takes a minute to get an appointment here but that’s because we are in the middle of a pandemic. I have always received good care and the staff is respectful of my needs when I am sick and go there.
Erin Wagner, the PA, was amazing!! She made my toddler feel so comfortable and apart of the whole process! Easiest Covid testing experience ever!
The team was very compassionate and willing to help! We appreciate the good service.
Took my 3 year old daughter with high fever was treated horribly nasty people specially the front desk. Why work in a hospital setting if you dont care. Closed the door on my face. Disgraceful humans.
The nurse and the doctor that took care of my daughter were excellent. Wonderful experience!!!
Have been a Novant patient for a long time and this place made me second guess myself. Went to this place in January and the front desk person kept me there for more than 5minutes only to be told me that I should go to the next hospital as she thought I was having heart attack.. No observation or anything. Never argued as I had no energy to do it but Atrium took good care of me.
Nice staff and facility, great timing as far as not having a long wait time, and very responsive with the phones when you call into the office.
The staff here was AMAZING…. Everyone involved from Sean, Bryan, Megan, Brittany, Dr. Marcel and even the College kid in training Darwin was Amazing with a Capital “A”….
Brian Devlin was excellent plus we shared the same birthday although mine was 30 years earlier than his. Was there for a covid test and he came back with good news!
The check in process was nice an easy receptionist was very helpful an kind
I always take my youngest son here they treat him good they only problem most of the time they dont accept walk- in you have to make appointment online before you go
The facility was easy to find. Brian was wonderful to deal with. He treated us like family. Made us feel special and welcome. ❤️
Best hospital experience ever! Great customer service! Great bedside manner! Great staff! Great healthcare providers (MDs)! I will NEVER go to another hospital for any surgery, procedure or inpatient stay!
They were fast and friendly and willing to listen to patient and not jump to the conclusions of covid for something that totally not that. They listened to me and actually helped a lot
10 with out a doubt. The staff was both friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my condition, which was a relief for me.
Very kind and proffesional folks. Made sure they checked all to determine my issues. Thanks so much.
I made my appt online. The clinic was busy, but friendly, informative & knowledgable!
Every time I come here they dont have enough providers the waite is hour 2 hours 3 hours. Last time I had an appointment and still waited two and a half hours. If you think about going to here find another one.
Quickly able to get an appointment the same day and tested for COVID within a few minutes of arrival. Test results were received earlier than anticipated!
The staff was so friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome and safe. Thank you so much to you and your staff - wonderful care!
I was able to schedule an appointment and was treated within an hour. Dr. Burke and staff was great.
Staff were friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this facility.
I had a very pleasant experience. Even being one of the late evening appointments, I didn’t feel too rushed.I like this location ☺️
WONDERFUL!! This is the best doctors office I have ever been to!! Nice front desk staff, the nurse and doctor were GREAT!! Will definitely go back if we ever have another emergency!!
Great facility; very nice people- was in and out in no time at all
Apparently they lock the doors BEFORE 8PM. Showed up at 7:58, yes i know but its before 8 oclock. Im an RN for Novant Health and was very disappointed; NOT remarkable care. I will follow up with office manager during office hours.
From the Front desk to the initial nurse, then the PCP and this Mornings follow up they were Amazing!!
Doctor didn’t send Rx over, personnel extremely rude. Had to revisit and get paper copy of Rx, always remember that before you leave.
Useless! Cant see walk-in, while open in the middle of the day. What is the point of having an Urgent Care facility if you are not open to see patients?!
Went to this location for a Covid 19 test! The Doctors and Staff were friendly, caring and knowledgeable! Will definitely use this location again when the need arises!
My provider listened to me and made sure I had everything I needed
Yes please let them know they did a Great job and I really appreciate the Love I felt being there at Novant Urgent Care😊
Very bias against Hispanics here the girl in front desk literally had me outside waiting since 11am its 3pm Im still here she lie and said I need register again had me and my 5 year old who hadnt eat since 9am , very inconsiderate person may she reap what she sown today date is 9/9/21
The staff was nice and professional,, they listened to my issues and fixed the problem. I was in and out…
The wait wasnt long. The staff was friendly and well informed.
The provider was really nice and good with my son and his apprehension. It was a quick, easy and convenient process.
You make your parents feel that they are in good hands and will be cared for
Being turned away well before closing is unacceptable. To make matters worse, we called ahead. There’s nothing else to be said.
I was served in an hour and a half, even without having had an appointment. Keep the good job.
Dr Penhall and his staff are the best. Even under the circumstances they treated us so wonderfully and got us out of there as quick as possible!
I cant give enough praise to the team and the provider . Stellar service and everyone was fast and efficient . I have recommended my family and friends to this location
Told them I had a swore throat. Didnt feel like they care. Felt like they cared more about the money. Tried running test from my car and constantly had me talking.
Everyone was excellent! This will be my go to clinic whenever Im in need. Thank you so much!
Dr. Burke was super efficient, kind and knowledgeable. They did a lovely job. Love the online check in!!
The provider was very pleasurable, good bedside manners and very knowledgeable. I loved Dr. Lisa Burke!
Made an appt online. Was Seen promptly Staff provided me excellent care
This place is horrible . Treated as a number instead of a patient. The physician lauri bumgarner is horrible very unprofessional . I would give it zero stars if I could , never visiting again.
Thanks for the fast, kind, and thorough service. Scheduling an appointment on a Saturday really saved alot of time!
I now been there twice and both time the receptionists is extremely rude and is bothered to have to help anyone.
This place was amazing!! The Drs are wonderful and not a long wait at all. I highly recommend
Fabulous group of doctors and nurses. Even had a follow up call from the dr. Highly recommended. 🙂
The doctor was knowledgeable and informative about my illness and concerns.
Zackry Briggs was friendly and informative of my issues.
Great customer service, I received great care, it was quick as I checked in online.
The staff is professional, personable, caring and efficient. So pleased to have this location close to my home.
Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns Thanks they made me feel very comfortable.
No Covid Testing After 3pm!!! Unfortunately, this information is not listed on the website and they accept walk-in patients for testing.
Very nice staff and hardly no wait. Thank you.
The staff was courteous and professional. I will visit this location again if I need urgent care.
Wonderful staff. Amazing nurse and the Doctor was so cool. Great experience
Worst urgent care ever, rude receptionist staff and ridiculous wait times.
The PA was very concerned and caring. Did as thorough a job as possible from a car window on a weekend.
Very quick response and a minimum of red tape. I also appreciate the caring attitude of the physician and staff.
Dr Lisa Burke was very rude and had to wait almost two hours with holding my spot online.
Thank you so much for all your help. You were so nice and empathetic to us, specially with the kids in the middle of a not so fun nose swab.
Was waiting for 2 hours no one did not assist me and my children. The lady called a number of people before me that came way after we came in
I did it online but they changed me to walk in
Service was efficient, facility was clean, and the provider was very personable. Excellent experience.
It is showing that they open Saturdays, in google but they close, they have a sign on the door saying Mon to Fri.
I pulled my calf muscle and visited this facility front desk staff, nurse, and physician was amazing!!!!
Great place, short wait time & amazing nurses. Very friendly!
