All the receptionists are very rude you never get answers to questions. I realized that I asked them to investigate something for me about some papers and instead they started talking to the other receptionist. After a while I asked her again and she told me that she knew her work. The point is that I left there without receiving any response.The room where they treated me was dirty.
I’ve been coming here for the past 20 years, they’ve always been able to get everything I need taken care of in a timely manner. Marta at the front desk is very helpful with scheduling appointments. Doctor Rodriguez has always been able to treat me, and give me referrals for whatever I need that they cannot tend to. Violeta with the benefits assistance was able to get everything taken care of for me super quick and made things very easy to understand. Coming here has always been very convenient for me and they never fail to come through for me and my family.
Just called today, some guy answered and he sounded like he did not want to be there. He was rude and condescending, not helpful at all, sounded like I was bothering him. The hosts/receptionist are the first hint of how your experience will be and if the rest of the crew will be like him I rather visit another place. I simply just hung up on him.

Dr. Rodriguez is a phenomenal doctor. He is very kind, caring, and willing to put the needs of others before his own. Furthermore, he is extremely efficient at what he does. Moreover, he is extremely knowledgeable with plenty of years of experience. This place is blessed to have such an amazing individual. In addition, his MAs, Heidi and Araceli, are very friendly and pleasant.
I had to change my review because this place has downgraded so much and I’ve been coming here for over 10 years! My sister and I have both been coming here for over a decade but, she also had a bad experience and she decided to go to a different clinic. So, I had a Doctor appointment April 1st and and they gave me a referral to the hematologist at Mount Sinai because I’ve been suffering with anemia for years and my hemoglobin was bad. The nurses said I had to call Mount Sinai and they will schedule the appointment for me. So I called and they said that Access had to fax the referral over to them. So, I called Access back and the nurse said that they were going to fax the referral to them that day. A week passed by and I haven’t got a call from Access so I decide to call them and they haven’t even faxed the referral!! So, they said they were going to do it that day. Another week passes by and no call so, I call Access and ask them about my appointment at Mount Sinai and the lady that answered the phone said they were going to call me to schedule the appointment. Today is June 21st and I still haven’t received a call or letter in the mail!! Also, every time I go to the Doctor he sees me for like 5min and I feel rushed every time I’m there. All he does is blood tests and doesn’t even take me serious anymore. When I schedule an appointment i have to wait a month and a half just to see the Doctor and also when I have to go back for my blood results I have to wait 1 month and a half! This place is ridiculous. Nobody knows what’s going on and the workers aren’t properly trained. Thankfully my husband has joined the military and I’m on his insurance. The only one good thing about this place is the gynecologist, she is very helpful and she always answers any questions or concerns I have. But the Doctor here is no good! I recommend everyone to go find another Doctor that won’t rush you, a place where you don’t have to wait Over a month to schedule an appointment and a Doctor that actually cares about your health!
The services I received from Violeta the benefit specialist is excellent. She took her time to gather all the information from me and also took the time to explain everything to me. I would 100% recommend her to my friends and family. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing.
Front desk staff is always rude. they wants advance appointment to be always rescheduled and pushed back saying doctor not available and next available appointment is after 3 week. whattt?? am i not priority because i already had appointment scheduled 6 month ago?? and even if you confirmed your appointment from my chart but they always calls you day before or day of the appointment to let you know you will be rescheduled most of the time.and when they to call they are rude about covid questions and first thing they aak about is insurance. always sounds like they are not happy to working there and just want to hang up. i never heard them apologized. hope management can look up on this. this review is for access 6240 W 55th St, Chicago, IL 60638
Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Van Dyke are really great doctors! The staff is friendly, fast and efficient! The first time I called on the phone they were able to get me an appointment the same day!Dr. Van Dyke isnt always at this location, however she is attentive to her patients even when she is not in. I had a question for her and she responded quickly even when she wasnt working at this location.I was highly impressed, especially after going to several other QUACKS in the area that medicaid gives you. After the first time I met Dr. Rodriguez, I went and changed my primary care doctor to him.
My first visit here was pleasant. From the beginning till the end receptionists were super nice. Everything they needed from me was pretty clear. They also gave me a courtesy call few days prior to my appointment to ensure I bring everything with me that I will need. I prefer to see doctors, but the nurse practitioner I saw was genuinely nice and showed care in my health.
Very positive experience. My PCP Jessica, is the best doctor or nurse ( I dont know what her title is) Ive had in a long time. she listens, and addresses every concern respectfully. shes not dismissive, truly concerned. this level of professionalism from a PCP is a rarity in my experience.
Doctor Reyes was rude and inattentive. I described to her my symptoms and explained that I have a history of pneumonia and require antibiotics. Her ham-handed inspection failed to detect the presence of the symptoms from which Im currently suffering, so I can only assume she suspects that Im a liar, although I dont know what would possess her to think that someone would lie to score antibiotics. I do have a sore throat, an ear infection, post-nasal drip and congested lungs. She simply failed to identify them and continually triggered my gag reflex with her tongue depressor while inspecting my throat. When I described my personal medical history to her, she asked for evidence. When I asked for a referral for a chest X-Ray, she encouraged me to refrain from pursuing one because Who knows with insurance these days. After she misdiagnosed me with allergies, I asked, Since when is coughing up green phlegm a symptom of allergies? She said I didnt have a fever, but every time Ive developed pneumonia, it has been walking-pneumonia, which shows no signs of fever. Even when I asked for a doctors note, so I may have some time to recover before I go back to work (one day, mind you), she refused, saying, Oh, youll feel better tomorrow. If I was dying and she was the last doctor left on Earth, Id refuse service because she wouldnt be able or willing to help me anyway.Dont waste your time seeking help at this office.
I’ve been a patient at this facility for years. I love the staff , Cindy and Daisy and Martha to name a few are so kind, compassionate and caring. My pcp Jessica Rebstock is such amazing person she cares about her patients and is there for you a 100 percent.
So I recently switch Dr’s. I was at Advocate for years! I loved my Dr’s when I was on the northside. I moved southside. My first Dr. was amazing but she left to another state. I tried another Dr but she wasn’t for me. I found Jessica Rebstock at ACCESS and she is it! Talked to me and asked me questions. She’s so attention giving. The facility is so much closer to me. I’m so happy I switched. Everyone there is great!
The ladies at the front have been nice and polite so far, I dont have a long time going there but I saw nurse practitioner Camille love & although she was okay I would like to know where she got her degree from. She lacked professionalism. Cant give this place 5 stars because of her, she was in a rush the whole time and I felt so uncomfortable the entire time not to mention my needs were NOT met so it was a waste of my time.
The job was done very well. There is no problem with parking the car. Staff and nurses very nice. Decent price. Additionally, you can communicate in Spanish and Polish.
The staff lies and blames each other constantly cause they’re to lazy to actually do any work 9 times iv had to call about refills iv been getting for years sent over, Jocelyn that works under Jessica rebstock needs to have her job and duties reviewed, she lies in Jessica’s name to avoid her work duties
I made an appointment was there 15 minutes early was seen two hours later. it was for my 15 month old son. Not great trying to keep him entertained for the wait. A little girl kept throwing up no body but the mom wiped it up, no disinfectant was used. Gross.
Always helps me with my problems promptly and very professional. Love my doctors and the nurses there are super nice and on top of things. I always have a good and easy time when i go there.
I love Dr Rodriguez hes so funny and caring always makes sure u have correct medicine and your proper refills fast best Dr I have had Jessica was not so good as my care provider switched to Dr Rodriguez

The worst place ever !!! It took me two weeks to get an authorization numbers for services that my mom needed or at least tell me if they will be approved or not !! Put on hold thousand times, promised to be called back , never called back. Discriminating against white !!! Would not recommend to anybody even thought the doctor itself was very nice.
Went here a few times last year no problems what so ever. Go there today all of a sudden they cant see me due to my insurance. It wasnt a problem last year now its a problem. They just didnt want to do their job.
The scheduling department have no sense of urgency and I scheduled an appointment called to confirm was told my appointment was cancelled didn’t give me a reason to why, told me the next available date from my original appointment was 3weeks after. Meanwhile I have no blood pressure medication.
Absolutely horrible service. I arrived for an appointment and the doors were locked. I called to ask why they were closed when I had an appointment for that day, and I couldnt get a hold of them at all.
I was seen promptly and my concerns were all listened to and addressed. I consider that quite the rare gem in the health care industry these days.
Every visit has been so fast and all of our issues were resolved. Staff is so nice as well.

Hello, I just want to recommend this clinic. I have been attending this place for 15 years and all of the staff and doctors are very kind. I especially want to thank Violeta who helped us with the application for Medicare. She was very kind and the process was very fast, thank you.
The staff at the reception is terrible, lacks professionalism, disastrous, despotic and takes too long to make appointments, the doctors are very friendly, they should change the people at the reception.
