Dr. Robertshaw and her staff are incredible. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with fertility. Dr. Robertshaw was kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Tiffany, our nurse, provided us with clear information and instructions. Twice I called the nurse on call after hours and both times I was connected right away. My husband and I felt extremely confident in the care we were being provided throughout the entire process of IVF. We will be returning to Bethesda Fertility Clinic in the future so we can continue to grow our family. We are looking forward to working with this clinic again.

Dr. Robertshaw and team have been amazing throughout this very challenging journey. Dr. Robertshaw is incredibly kind and takes the time to really listen and talk to her patients. My husband and I had been trying for years with no luck. Thanks to this team our family is now blessed with a sweet baby boy. We are forever grateful for the care we received at Bethesda Fertility Center.

We took treatment during 2020 and it was unsuccessful!! The treatment is unsuccessful because of the carelessness of Dr. Reynolds and the dr. Robertshaw.We took treatment with Dr. Robertshaw. We did IUI and an IVF.Just 2 days before the egg retrieval was scheduled , we were informed that Dr.Robertshaw is not available as she goes on vacation, that was ridiculous just informing 2 days before retrieval. Dr. Reynolds was the backup doctor, she did ultrasound a day before retrieval and mentioned double the number of oocytes that Robershaw informed us. We were not happy to do the retrieval and we asked if Robertshaw can move her vacation but the clinic declined the same.Robershaw was good throughout the treatment except for the retrieval.First issue was Dr.Reynolds didn’t identify the number of oocytes correctly.Second issue: We received call from clinic just an hour before injecting the ovulation inducing injection HCG to inform that our retrieval timing has been changed to 7 am instead of 11 am. They really played with us in every moment.Third issue: Retrieval was done almost 45 mins later than the scheduled time.Fourth issue: After retrieval, nurse informed us that 4 eggs with 1 matured egg were retrieved out of 14 that literally made us worried and when we asked for the reason for retrieving less number of eggs, their response literally shocked us. Their response was that the ovulation might occurred prior to retrieval.I don’t recommend Bethesda. Dr. Robertshaw was good but she failed to complete her job. If someone is taking treatment, please ensure you don’t totally rely on them, do all your due diligence before your IVF and get written confirmation from doctors before you go through the procedure.

Dr. Robertshaw is amazing! The care she has for each patient is something that is rare to come across. She listens to my concerns about my body and the medicines and explains the why behind the protocol. How she takes her time with each couple/patient and never makes you feel rushed or silly for asking a question that I am sure she has been asked and answered four times that day. The nurses, front office support, medical assistants and billing department (Colleen) are so helpful and get back to you within a reasonable amount of time. Bethesda Fertility Clinic is the place to go regardless of your situation, you will not feel alone and the care you will receive is nothing that you can compare.Keep up the awesome work!

I would not recommend this fertility clinic to anyone. First and foremost the communication is nonexistent. They do not answer the phone for anything, send you straight to voicemail, and then return calls 24-48 hours after you called. I was having to leave multiple messages and trying to track down my own test results etc. It was exhausting. Secondly they don’t listen to anything you have to say. I was treated like an incompetent person who knows next to nothing. When you ask questions you are either blown off or given a vague answer usually swirving around what was even originally asked in the first place. This clinic is money hungry and has no real desire to get a patient pregnant which is almost everyone’s goal coming to a fertility clinic. I was misdiagnosed and my spouse’s issue was completely ignored. His issue alone was enough for 2 other doctors to say we should have never done medicated cycles or IUI’s to begin with because they weren’t going to work. All we did was throw all of our money down the drain and start back at the very beginning. Don’t walk, run far from this clinic. They aren’t looking out for your best interest and you will lose so much time and money. You will be rushed at every appointment you go to and never feel heard. There is a reason other fertility doctors and OBGYN’s don’t recommend Bethesda Fertility Clinic. I wish I would have listened and saved myself all the stress.

After 3+ years of trying independently and through our OB, we were beyond nervous to be referred to a specialist. We thought this only meant that we were getting closer to our biggest fear of not being able to conceive. Dr. Robertshaw and her staff were not only professional, courteous, but also a calm during our storm of fertility issues. After years of tears every month it didn’t take long to get that positive pregnancy test. We now have an absolutely beautiful baby boy! I refer anyone I can to Dr. Robertshaw and would be glad to visit her office again should we need to.

It’s never easy hearing that you have an infertility diagnosis, but the doctors and staff at Bethesda Fertility Center delivered the heartbreaking news and immediately followed up with tools and technology to help us become pregnant. We personally worked with Dr. Reynolds, who was kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable in her field. We opted to try IUIs prior to IVF which were done using excellent monitoring and technique. They may have worked if our diagnosis was different, so I would definitely recommend those who will be doing IUIs to be treated at Bethesda. We ended up becoming pregnant with our first IVF cycle. IVF with Bethesda Fertility Clinic was seamless and all of our questions were answered immediately, or with a follow up call. All procedures were as painless as possible with excellent medical care. I love that when you call, you get a real person and not an answering machine! The financial aspect was explained clearly, and we were given advice based our on insurance and also information on loans. The nurses and medical assistants were knowledgeable and compassionate, and since my husband and I are both RNs, we hold very high standards. I will definitely be returning to Bethesda Fertility Clinic when we are ready to have baby #2! As far as one star reviews that mention vulgarity, I have absolutely no idea what they might be referring to and I would caution those interested in perusing fertility treatment here to absolutely ignore this. Never at any point did we hear anything inappropriate said by any staff member during the 7 months we were undergoing treatment. Thank you so much to everyone at Bethesda!

We tried on our own for 6 years, and decided we needed help! Dr Robertshaw and her staff were very friendly. They helped resolve problems or questions we had. We decided iui was the route for us so on our second round we got pregnant! I will definitely be going back when it’s time for baby #2

I left IRH to come here and so glad i did. there was not many reviews or really too many positive things online. Dr.Robershaw is great and the process has been smooth and quick.

Dr. Robertshaw is AMAZING. She was always thorough and took her time. All the staff was amazing and celebrated our wins with us.

I love this facility and reccomend it to anyone I know with any reproductive concerns. They took immediate and serious action with my plan and were very thorough and well knowledgable about all steps and processes that I would have to go through. All the staff are kind and caring, and in the end they helped me to successfully conceive my beautiful baby. Im forever grateful to them.

They never answered there phone, its always leave a voice-mail and they will call back. I call almost two weeks ago.
