I had called in attempting to schedule a new patient appointment. They did not answer my phone call. I tried calling five separate times. When I finally received a call back, I spoke with Jennifer and she was anything but friendly. When I asked for a Saturday or a Sunday appointment because the hours state they are open, I was told “no”. There was no explanation provided. The only reason my husband and I selected this company for fertility treatments is because they are open on Saturdays and Sundays, according to their hours. I feel as though my entire experience dealing with them was handled super unprofessional. The website does not seem to be well organized and their hours are not correct. Not to mention, they don’t answer the phones. Infertility is an extremely sensitive issue So you would think they would have somebody friendly to answer the phones, especially for new patients. I am very disappointed in my initial experience and I didn’t even decide to go with this company.
My husband and I have been with Ohio Reproductive for about a year. The doctors and staff have been timely and efficient with all of our appointments. They follow through on all tasks quickly making it a seamless process. Above all the staff have been direct and honest throughout this process making us feel informed and cared for. The facility is clean and well ran from the waiting room, procedure rooms, and office spaces. Lastly, they have answered all our questions in a timely manner with compassion through the portal or phone. Would recommend them to anyone struggling with fertility challenges!
Hi! I was conceived at this clinic and i’m trying to find my egg donor mom! here is some information if i donated around august 2005!Hi! I’ve always been super curious about my egg donor mom as i have a ton of medical questions! My egg donor mom has blue eyes, straight blond hair, medium complexion, italian and irish genes, her birthday is 7/22/81 and she is 155 pounds and 5’4 (as of august 2005) My egg donor mom had 3 daughters (a set of twins) (crazy i know!!) and her sister also had a set of twins. She has another sister and one brother. She described herself as outgoing and talkative. She is very athletic and did cheer in high school and a competitive gymnast!! I really want to know about all my siblings and more about my genetics!
My team at ORM is one of the best healthcare teams I have had, hands down. The receptionists, nurses, ultrasound techs, etc were all so kind, and I worked directly with Dr. Schmidt and his nursing team. Dr. Schmidt was down to earth and explained things thoroughly, answering any questions we had. While he tended to come across as funny and lighthearted, we could always tell he was serious about making sure our treatment was what WE wanted (while being guided by his recommendations and the science behind it) and ultimately his goal was for us to get pregnant. It was easy for us to advocate for ourselves and next steps in treatment. I always felt supported, but never pressured, to explore every option available to us.Also, while cost and insurance struggles are always a factor in any healthcare setting, We never felt that there were hidden costs or anything that we had to dig or ask more questions about, which is not always the case. The nurses and office management staff at ORM were extremely well versed and did a great job explaining out of pocket costs vs the insurance process and gave us a very realistic expectation upfront of what the costs would be at each step.Overall, would recommend ORM to anyone in the Central Ohio area (and beyond!) who needs a fertility specialist.
Dr. Londra is so far, amazing. She was very interested in what my day to day is and family history. She explained everything in detail about how everything should go. She was kind, and very attentive. I have been told by other dr.s not to try to conceive due to my weight, She didnt even hint at that. Treatment was 10/10. Thank you. Cant wait for the other appts.
Over the course of my treatment, I met with all 4 doctors on several occasions. All of them were wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. They offer weekend and holiday appointments to meet your needs. I welcomed my sweet daughter last year thanks to the staff at ORM.
Love every person in this practice from front desk staff to nurses and of course the incredible doctors. So easy to communicate with the office which is a rarity in the REI world. Dr. Rossi and her team made a really stressful process as smooth as possible and never gave up on me or my uterus even when things looked bleak. Can’t recommend this practice enough.
My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for more than 4 years, and I have experienced a couple of miscarriages. After these incidents, I consulted with two different OBGYNs, one in Westerville and another at Tayler Station, but I spent a lot of money without any success. I decided to stop seeing OBGYNs. Finally, I heard about Ohio Reproductive Medicine and after reading positive reviews, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Brooke Rossi. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. I have never encountered a doctor like her before. I had a hormone imbalance, and she helped me correct it. With her assistance, I was able to conceive, and I am now 8 weeks pregnant. I am grateful to Dr. Rossi😍 you are Amazing!!And the wonderful staff, including the caring RN Miranda, who has been diligent in following up on my progress and ensuring I have all the support I need. Grateful for their exceptional care and support☺️
We have only had our initial consultation with Dr. Laura Londra, but she is so genuine and kind. Her smile is friendly. She actually listens when you speak and responds to what you share. She is open to being flexible with treatment options, and she was truly understanding of our personal circumstances. Were thankful to be working with her so far.
My husband and I have been going to ORM for the past year and a half. Went through 3 IUI sadly they did not stick and currently going through IVF. I can only say positive things about this place. Every doctor and nurse I have meet have answered all my anxiety/confusion questions, with no issue. I call and leave the nurses a voicemail and they call me back that day. They want to help and support you during this process. This is one of the best clinic I have gone to.
Do not recommend this office to anyone. Receptionist was very pleasant, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this office. I was referred to Dr. Rossi. We drove two hours to meet with her just for her to dismiss our concerns and for her to only provide us with information we already knew. She ordered lab results that I completed and had faxed to their office. The lab provided me documentation showing the fax was received on their end months ago. To this day, the office has never reached out to discuss my results with me and when I call they don’t answer. I will never return to this office. Don’t waste your time here like I unfortunately did.
I dont know why there are negative reviews. All of the staff I have delt with have been incredibly kind and friendly. Dr.Londra is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with as well as her nurses. You have to leave a voicemail if you want to talk to the doctor, and they will call you back but they usually do it in a timely manner. I also had a billing issue that was corrected right away and the woman was also very kind. Thats exactly what you want when going through all of this. I have nothing bad to say about this place, Im glad I was referred here.
Thank you to Dr. Rossi and her nurses for helping us through secondary infertility. Dr. Rossi is so knowledgeable, personable and I felt that she really cares. We had success here and I would recommend her to anyone.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Londra and the entire team at Ohio Reproductive Medicine. After five years of trying, we decided to pursue IVF, and choosing Dr. Londra was the best decision we made. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain every step of the process. The nurses were equally amazing – kind, supportive, and always there to answer our questions and concerns. Their professionalism and dedication made a stressful journey much easier. We are forever grateful for their help in making our dream of starting a family come true. Highly recommend Dr. Londra and her wonderful team!
Dr Schmidt is the best. I went two for two on my ivf transfers and have my two beautiful boys now. Forever thankful for him and the whole team!
Dr. Rossi is a thoughtful, encouraging professional to have along your journey. We were very fortunate to land in her care following Dr. Williams retirement. We have had our struggles like many, but have always felt in good hands with Dr. Rossi. She is truly an ally as every patient deserves. Thank you!
Every visit I’ve had the staff is so kind and welcoming. Dr Schmidt was so easy to talk with and made everything simple for us to understand. He actually wants to help, opposed to wanting to pump money out of us like other providers out there. Would recommend to anyone!
The front desk, nurses, and other staff were very pleasant, but the doctor was less desirable. She was very blunt and straight forward, but lacks the subtly conveying her feelings and thoughts.
We couldn’t be happier with Dr. Londra, her team and the entire staff at ORM. We struggled for 4.5 years with infertility. I was always impressed with the communication and caring way everything was handled. Dr. Londra is extremely knowledgeable and walked us through each step of our journey. We welcomed a happy and healthy baby boy in November of 2023 and are over the moon. If you’re looking for help, contact them! Forever grateful that we did.
Dr Schmidt was absolutely incredible. I’m a type-A, note-taking, ask-100-questions-and-still-be-anxious person. He knew that within about 30 seconds of meeting me and quickly made me feel SO at ease. He is upbeat and positive, but knows his business is serious. I never felt uncomfortable talking about a clearly uncomfortable topic. He listened, laughed with me, answered my questions, comforted me, and gave me the attention I was internally begging for. This is a great facility with the kindest people. I’ll refer them to anyone looking for direction, help, or advice.
Dr. Rossi was very thorough and kind. She explained everything very well and made sure all our questions were answered. My husband and I never expected to be in the position to need a specialist but the nurses and doctor have done an excellent job helping us and getting us on the right track.
Dr. Rossi and her nurses are wonderful! They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They get results back to you, same day. I would recommend them to anyone!
Dr. Rossi has been the best doctor. I trust her so deeply to help me make the best decisions for myself and my growing family. We have never had any negative experiences with this office. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
I dont recommend this place if youre doing outpatient monitoring. I went here for my lab work and ultrasounds; Scheduling is absolutely awful to deal with, plus they charged me an additional $450 that should not have been charged, then refused to return it. They only pleasant part of my experience was the receptionist.
I am in the process of being a gestational surrogate. I have done this before but meeting with ORM was a game changer. Super friendly knowledgeable and amazing.
Had our consult with Dr. Schmidt on Friday. He was very knowledgable about our specific concerns and very optimistic about our success. I am a highly anxious person and definitely felt more at ease after talking with him and felt more optimistic myself. Our consult was Friday and, fortunately, I tested positive the day after. When his nurse called me to discuss and prepare for next steps, I let her know about my result, and she asked if I was seeing my OB or if I wanted them to manage my initial care and perform any testing. My experience with the clinic is very limited due to the circumstances but I have nothing but great things to say with my experience!
Dr Rossi made this journey so much less stressful. I cannot thank everyone enough for their kindness and support!
The worst clinic! If they want advice they dont care about the patients they just want money I started IVF in January 2023 I had 3 tec (frozen embryo transfer) all 3 were negative and they said everything was fine with me they said they did all kinds of tests They are liars, they didnt investigate whether I had something in my endometrium that could hinder the implantation, they didnt do tube tests to find out if there was something that could hinder the implantation, they didnt care. Based on peoples feelings, I had 3 medical appointments each with a different doctor there and my doctor is Dr. Schimits. with him thats what made me think it was her the other doctors I only came on the day of the transfer and not to mention that they dont care they dont explain they dont provide the necessary support but money they like they are in the wrong place they should work in a bank, otherwise Theres no way there because fragile people with dreams dont show up to push money into them, I hope that all the harm you do to women who arrive there fragile with dreams, I hope that God covers you twice as much
The staff was wonderful and didn’t make me feel nervous. Right when you walk in the office staff is so welcoming. Dr. Lauder was very good. She listened to me and gave me the best possible care. I am currently 21 weeks pregnant after being successful with our first iui with her and her team. Highly recommend.
They are super nice and they understand! I’m so excited to start my family here at Ohio Reproductive Medicine
Dr. Rossi is the best! She made us feel very comfortable going through a process that we didn’t know much about, and talked through all the information. She was also very encouraging when we had unsuccessful tries. Sometimes communication with the nurses/ office wasn’t great, but overall we were very pleased! And now we have a cute baby!!
I can’t recommend Ohio Reproductive Medicine enough! Specifically, Dr. Brooke Rossi is the absolute best! My husband and I tried getting pregnant naturally for several years, but nothing worked. I started seeing Dr. Rossi when she was still practicing in Cleveland and ended up embarking on a 4-year journey with her. I was diagnosed with PCOS, a dysfunctional left tube, and scar tissue from a previous abdominal surgery. Even though we faced challenging odds, we believed Dr. Rossi could help us become parents, so I continued seeing her and making the drive when she moved to ORM. I’m so thankful we did because we now have our miracle baby- Mackenzie- who will be a year old this August. Thank you Dr. Rossi, our amazing IVF nurses, and the wonderful staff for making our dreams come true! -Jordan H.
My husband and I met with Dr. Rossi and had a great experience. She is very personable and explained the process in great detail for us to better understand. She answered all of our questions before even asking. Her nurses communicated with us and provided information in a timely manner.
My partner and I were unfortunately assigned to Dr. Kennard. When starting our infertility journey, we were told after disclosing all medical family history that DNA testing was OPTIONAL. I had previously done DNA testing because of my mothers side, but my partner had had not. My partner disclosed his fathers medical issue which Dr. Kennard insisted he must have DNA testing done, Or we could not start with IUI. This was awful because my partner did not speak with his father and honestly did not want to go through testing and extra cost. After many back and forth emails with Dr. Kennards nurse, me having to get my medical DNA results forwarded explaining they wont help us until they see my chart we finally did IUI. Unfortunately IUI did not work for us so we found ourselves sitting back in front of Dr. Kennard. she comes off as very arrogant and you leave her office feeling awful and sour which does not help the experience. We decided to do our first IVF procedure and was left heartbroken again. For whatever reason, the doctors rotate so my egg retrieval was done by a doctor Ive never met before, not Kennard. 3 days later we received a phone call from yet another doctor we dont know stating every one of our embryos died on day 3 after an emergency ICSI Procedure. No other explanation except a nurse will call you tomorrow to set up an appointment with Dr. Kennard. The nurse called the next day and stated Dr. Kennard was busy and could not talk to us for two weeks so no explanation, just sorry about your luck. I call back a few days later and asked for our appointment to be moved up, were distraught and want to know why all of our embryos just died... alas a big no from the nurse, Dr. Kennard was busy. Fast forward we meet her feeling awful about having to deal with her in person again. We wanted to know why ICSI was not done in first place given my age and history. She blew us off, printed off a piece of paper and said I have a present for you. It was a Google print out stating ICSI has a 1% chance to cause complications. Soo very smug and seemed to be more concerned about my weight than the fact she couldnt explain why all our Embryos died. We decided to not go back and went to a different clinic. There is more to say but Ive written enough..Also, be sure to keep up on their billing department. We recieved a bill in the mail for almost 2grand that was an accident..
Dr. Rossi is truly one of the most amazing doctors. She has always been informative, honest, a problem solver, an easy person to talk to, and an overall wonderful human being. My husband and I first met her in 2019, and has brought me my son (15 months old currently) and hopefully another child 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼. She truly cares about you! Her intelligence and personality are the reasons why we have a child. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with what she has done for us. 🥰
I found Ohio Reproductive Medicine after an extremely negative experience at a DIFFERENT infertility practiced recommended by my OB practice.I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about Ohio Reproductive. It begins with the front desk staff who were extremely friendly and welcoming from the time of the first call. The entire staff from the lab techs, radiology techs, and nursing staff that run like a well oiled machine.Lastly Dr. Londra who was very empathetic to my previous experience, but guided me on a different path of success that was specific to my health history.EACH and EVERY step of the process at this practice was seamless. I was always kept up to date with communication, next steps, and results. I am a little sad I was able to graduate and go back to my OB, but owe the positive outcome to each individual here. THANK YOU!
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Grant Schmidt. He made us feel comfortable, was pragmatic and supportive. All the staff were kind and patient and the office was very well organized! We were blessed with two healthy children thanks to Dr Schmidt and the ORM staff. Thank you!
Dr. Kennard was kind and patience. She helped me review my options and come up with a plan to resolve my issues. Her staff was courteous and prompt. Unfortunately, the type of surgery I elected to have, she did not offer, but she was honest and help direct me to another physician. Thank you for everything!
I cant say enough kind and amazing things about this practice. Dr. Brooke Rossi is the most amazing reproductive doctors in all of Central Ohio. Her kindness, empathy and persistence to see you through even your biggest challenges when growing your family is exactly what we needed when we decided to choose her as our doctor. Her nurses, many of the other nurses and the front desk staff are the kindest people youd ever speak to. Dr Rossi cares for women, the LBGTQ community and the ultimate goal of getting your questions answered! She advocates for you and never ever pushes too hard! Thank God for her, this team and this practice because they helped us achieve our family dreams! Thank you Dr Rossi and team!
All the doctors, nurses, lab techs, & administrative were super helpful for us. Dr. Schmidt & the IVF nurses were our favorite. We are very thankful that they helped us get to where our dreams came true and we now have a healthy baby boy after 6 long years of trying!
Hands down the rudest, nastiest receptionist I have ever experienced. No one answers the phone. The female doctors I experienced was uninterested, uninformative, and my assigned doctor was not even present for my implantation. No care, not personable. In and out. By far the biggest was of time and money. I wouldnt recommend these greedy money focused rude, so called specialist to my worst enemy. The fact that my amazing OBGYN believes in their services is appalling. I’m a long time nurse and was struggling to navigate the process due to their lack of investment. You are a cash cow to that office and nothing more. The worst of them all, secondary to that nasty receptionist, Dr Kennard. Wow.
We started working with ORM and Dr. Kennard after having three miscarriages. We had done so many tests with our normal ob and they just didnt have the knowledge or expertise of an RE like Dr. Kennard. We had the most wonderful nurse, Amy, as well. While our goal of finally getting pregnant and the pregnancy lasting to now 10 weeks currently (and everything is going great!), Ill admit I was sad to be saying goodbye to Dr K, Amy and the ORM staff. It was such a welcoming place that genuinely cared about trying to find answers. Not only was i not ovulating, had three unexplained losses, but we had many cycles where we were trying different meds and levels of those meds to help get my follicles to grow. We finally succeeded after years of not being able to get and maintain a pregnancy. Thank you so much Dr K, Amy and ORM staff!
FIRST AND FOREMOST: to anyone reading this review, just know that this one star review has NOTHING do with Dr. Kennard and her nurses. They are great. Without them we wouldn’t be sitting at 24 weeks pregnant right now. They are all very thorough. If there is a reason why you are struggling, they will find it. If I could give them a six star review, I would. However, if I could give billing/accounts payable a ZERO star then I would. My advice to anyone who thinks they may have to do IVF, DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT until you are 110% certain that is what is needed. We thought we were heading down that road so we decided to make the deposit of just over $8,000. When we found out we were pregnant, we requested to have that money refunded to our account in MARCH. We are now basically into JUNE and they still have not given us our money back. Every time we call in we are told that we are a “priority” or that “we should see it by this date” and still have no money. So please, do not give them any form of a deposit. You may never get that money back.
During such a fearful and emotional time, the ORM team did everything humanly possible to make me feel relaxed, positive, and gave me all the options available to help grow my family. From day 1, I was thankful I chose ORM. The receptionists were always welcoming and informative. The blood-drawing nurses were great at small talk and smooth at doing what they do. The doctors who gave me frequent ultrasounds and performed my surgery were so kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave me the facts. The follow-up team that helped lay out medications and gave instructions on how to administer were so clear and well spoken. They made themselves available for additional questions and walked me through the process start to finish so I felt well informed. Even the billing department was so kind knowing we had to refinance our home to be able to get IVF. They were very patient and caring about my wellbeing and not just when my money was coming. All over, start to finish, this facility was the best option we could have chosen. We were successful in our endeavor, but even if we werent, I would 100% return here for further help. Thank you ORM team!
I had an amazing experience here! We now have my son who is 4 months old. Everyone we worked with was nice and explained things well when we had questions.
Do not bother trying to call thier office, no one will pick up no matter what time of day. I have called multiple times per day for over a week and have yet to speak to anyone. My physician also has tried calling them to no avail. Try leaving your email on the website and hope for the best. Semen analysis takes over a week to get results and costs are completely self-paid. Please go somewhere else for semen analysis, they will get results in one-two days and will charge much less.
I don’t normally do a review but after the phone call I got today I felt I needed to do a review. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because of Dr Kennard. Dr Kennard was so great and supportive but unfortunately that’s it. The communication between staff and patient was greatly lacking. Most recently was told we would receive a refund as our treatment didn’t work and later was told they sent the money back to the loan company so we cannot look elsewhere. Some may say that I am just upset that we didn’t get pregnant, however I knew the odds were not in our favor. I spoke with the manager after never hearing back from anyone to see if we had any other options and even though she was understanding and pleasant it was led to believe the lack of communication was my fault. If I could recommend anything to the staff is remember that people are coming to you in their most vulnerable time and empathy can go a long way. Also communicate better as an interdisciplinary team. Everyone should be saying the same thing. If I could change anything I would have looked around for a different clinic even knowing the outcome would have been the same.
Its the first clinic where I started my fertility treatments and after 3 failed IUI and one failed FET, I got pregnant on the second try of FET .Thank you to doctor Loura Londra and her nurses for supporting me. Doctor Loura is close to the patients and gives them full care. She explained everything even the small things. With her big smile, I always feel that I have hope. I would thank Doctor kennard too . Both of them are professional.I will come again to get your help in few years.Thank you from the deep of my heart❤️
The doctors are great. Staff not so much. If you are late 15 minutes late, you have to call to reschedule. You cant schedule at the counter like any other office. Or be seen after your appointment when they take the appointment behind you while waiting.
My experience at ORM was incredible from the very start. Going through unexplained infertility is extremely tough, and all the staff at ORM made the entire process as easy as possible while providing the best support. Dr. Grant Schmidt has been the best doctor and never gave up. Within one year of beginning treatments, I was pregnant! I am sitting here writing this review holding my two miracle babies, Henry and Isadora. They are now 1 month old!
My husband and I went through two rounds of IVF at Ohio Reproductive Medicine with Dr. Schmidt. We came here from out of state in hopes of growing our family. Our first round gave us our daughter, and our second gave us our son. During our first round, I responded a little too well to the HCG trigger before my egg retrieval and ovulated early. The amazing doctors and embryologists were able to find one egg that fertilized and became our now 6 year old! Dr. Schmidt tweaked my medication protocol for our second cycle which helped us get 3 embryos from that round, and our little guy from that round will be 4 years old soon. We can’t say enough positive things about Ohio Reproductive Medicine, and are forever thankful for the care that we received. Dr. Schmidt and the other doctors were not only super knowledgeable but also personable, and the rest of the staff were so supportive. We highly recommend them!
Dr. Rossi went above and beyond the call of duty. She was unable to do transvaginal egg retrieval due to the size of my mass. The other option is transabdominal egg retrieval that the office not equipped to handle. So she contacted an old colleague and put me in touch with someone who is able to do the procedure. She gave my husband and I hope in a time when we needed it the most. With being diagnosed with cancer I will most likely never be able to carry my own child, retrieving the eggs is something that gives us hope that one day we can have children. Dr. Rossi will forever have a place in our hearts.Thank you,Aija and Jesse Shockey
Dr. Kennard is wonderful! She’s knowledgeable, honest, caring, and down-to-Earth. Everyone in the office is helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
I’m so grateful that my surgeon referred me to Dr. Rossi! My experience with her was amazing, and plan to visit her again once we are ready for another baby through IVF. They are a busy office, but Dr. Rossi never made me feel rushed, and listened to all of my concerns and I felt that she was really invested in creating a success story for my husband and I. Due to Covid my husband wasn’t permitted to the ultrasounds, but Dr.Rossi had me FaceTime him in and she helped him feel included as well. Be aware though that depending on who is on call, you will occasionally be with other physicians, not going to lie I didn’t feel comfortable with Dr. Kennard which seems to be a common occurrence based off other reviews, my time with her felt a little doomsday and I left anxious even though everything was looking fine. I loved that the nurses always got back to me immediately, and Erica was such a supporter every step of the way! They also never made me feel embarrassed when asking questions, or when I had concerns. They always have a physician on call after hours if there is an emergency, which was once extremely useful and calming for me! Some reviews mentioned having difficulty with the front staff, however my experiences were all positive and they even knew me by name.
I’m sure many reviews (positive or negative) of Ohio Reproductive are influenced by outcomes beyond the control of the doctors and staff, but sharing my experience for those who are starting their journey. My husband and I underwent testing at ORM, all to come back A-OK (or so we assume, we never were given details or clarification on our tests despite asking questions, just that they were fine/healthy). We had four failed rounds of IUI in fall 2022, and then a failed round of IVF in January 2023.We were advised to have Rescue ICSI performed to salvage the IVF round, after conventional protocol didn’t work, which also failed. We are working with a new doctor in a different city for our next round, and when we shared this story, he informed us that that procedure does not work (as rescue, ICSI done from the start does have strong outcomes) so they don’t even perform it at their clinic. So we were taken for an additional $2,500, when it’s likely our doctors are aware of the same lack of results that our new doctor shared. When I spoke with one of our IVF nurses on the day we received the awful news that our round failed, she asked “how are you?” And I responded saying, “well, not amazing - we’re trying to hang in there” and she responded, “ok, anyway…” and went on to curtly respond to my questions. No consolation on one of the worst days of our lives.I have yet to receive payment on the amount of money we are owed (procedures we paid for that weren’t performed because we had a failed round), and it’s been two months. I don’t receive calls back from their billing department when I call to ask on the status.Again, I’m aware that our disappointment colors my view, but if you want to feel like you have a team that is dedicated to you, compassionate, and cares about helping you through one of the hardest things in life, there are others. Unfortunately not in Columbus —however, our new clinic has been responsive, kind, and understanding to our every question and concern.
Overall we are very happy with our experience at ORM. We worked with Dr. Schmidt in 2019 to conceive our daughter. When we returned in 2021, we again worked with Dr. Schmidt but had two miscarriages. Through this Nurse Casey was great. I miss her. Unfortunately, I can’t say that for all of his nurses. We understand it’s a grueling profession, especially during and post Covid. However, I was met with anything but empathy following my miscarriages, specifically from Nurse Gina. I tried to be understanding, as you don’t always know what others are going through, but in my lowest of low moments I did not feel kindness or caring for my nurse. For that reason, we decided to switch to Dr. Rossi.Though we have since decided to end our fertility journey, Dr. Rossi was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to . I am grateful for her help and wisdom.
I was seen on time. Dr Londra is very professional, easy to approach, very thoughtful and understands the needs of her patients. Im very pleased
We received care in December 2021 and January 2022 with Ohio Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Kennard was our primary physician. We met with her via telehealth and explained our concerns regarding fertility. Instead of making us feel as though she cared, she spent the first 13 minutes of our appointment telling us that we were grandma killers because we were not yet vaccinated for COVID. She eventually stopped when my husband asked her if she was billing us for this lecture. Our initial appointment ended with recommendations for medication and standard fertility treatment procedures. We began following protocol from a distance, due to COVID. Eventually, I became pregnant. My husband and I were overjoyed! This is what we came here for. We thought that ORM would share our sentiment. We immediately scheduled an ultrasound with them.We got in contact with my regular OB, who was worried about the pregnancy due to low progesterone. We feared the worst, but were looking forward to at least seeing a picture of our baby if anything. We had our appointment for the ultrasound with Dr. Kennard in January 2022. When we entered the office, my husband was immediately kicked out. No family members allowed! they said. I tried to explain that this might be the only time my husband and I could see our baby, and I wanted to experience my first ultrasound and pregnancy with my husband by my side. The front desk staff refused. We decided it was fine, COVID was a difficult time for everyone. When I got to the ultrasound room, I was crying a bit. Dr Kennard entered the room. She took one look at me and told me to “suck it up” and that it was not a big deal. She looked at the fetus and said that it doesn’t look like it’s developing correctly. I wasn’t surprised, but still somewhat heartbroken by the news. I asked her for a printout picture. She responded with “Why? Nothing is there anyway, I just said that.” I was stunned. How could anyone say such a thing? I didn’t know what to say, and was still crying, so I just said I wanted one anyway. I got out of the clinic as soon as possible. We received our bill after a month or so, and found it to be higher than expected. We promptly called and asked them if they billed my primary and secondary insurance correctly. They said they did not enter primary insurance info initially, and that they would re-run the claim. They sent us another bill a little while later, and we paid the amount thinking that they had completed it correctly. How were we to know that they still hadn’t entered the insurance information correctly? Then, we received a bill for the second date of service. Only the secondary insurance information was indicated. Immediately, we began to doubt that they ran our insurance correctly the first time, and we contacted insurance to verify. Our primary insurance verified that they never received the claim, our services were, in fact, covered, and the clinic owed us a refund. A representative from my primary insurance called Ohio Reproductive, and told them they should process a refund for the payment we made, and they will cover the costs. Ohio Reproductive refused to cooperate, denied the request, and went silent. We did not hear from them for months afterwards, and we assumed this bill was taken care of. But NOPE. They sent it to collections after four months. They refused to answer any of our calls or messages since. My entire experience with this clinic has been a nightmare. Please, look for another provider if you are even remotely considering this place. At the very least, please know what Dr. Kennard is really like. I don’t want any couple to go through the same thing we did. The fertility journey is difficult enough, and it doesn’t need to be complicated by blatant unprofessionalism, poor bedside manner, and incompetent staff.
Currently 19 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. Had my anatomy scan yesterday, and everything is looking amazing. None of this would be possible if it was not for Dr. Steven Williams and his nurses. Dr Williams was very positive and gave me so much hope. I remember when we saw the heartbeat at 7 weeks he said You can walk away and say that at least today is a good day. There have been many good days since!!!His nurses are on the ball. I had read horror stories of RE offices not returning calls, but when I called they always returned my messages within an hour. I am forever grateful to Dr Williams and the nurses.Edit: Yesterday my journey finally came to an end with the happiest of endings. Once again, none of this would have been possible without Dr. Williams and his knowledge and support. Good luck to all.
We had a great experience with Dr. Londra and her team and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking help on their fertility journey. Everyone was always quick to respond to any questions/concerns, and the patient portal was very easy and helpful to use during our time at ORM.
Avoid if you want to know the cause of your infertility, cost of services prior to having them done, insurance ran correctly, or any kind of transparency. There was many breakdowns in the practice to make us transfer somewhere else. To preface, I am a family nurse practitioner working in women’s health so I am very knowledgeable in women’s medicine (not an expert in fertility of course) and how a practice runs.We were a patient of Dr. Londra and quickly diagnosed with “unexplained infertility” after some basic blood testing and a couple ultrasounds. Everything between my husband and I have been normal. From the beginning Dr Londra pushed IVF due to “higher success rates”. After one failed IUI, I asked for additional blood work and testing due to symptoms I had been having and I wanted to make sure we were covering all of our bases. Dr Londra told us it didn’t matter what any additional testing says because IVF is the next step anyways. I was taken back- knowing there’s so much more we can do before IVF. I found a clinic in Columbus who is listening to me and has ordered MANY more additional tests and offered advice of things I can do at home to reduce environmental toxins and supplements I can take. None of which Dr. Londra offered or educated on. During our time at the practice we had two IUIs. One done by Dr. Rossi and Dr.Kennard. Dr. Kennard was cold, in the room for hardly a minute and didn’t explain anything she was doing or instructions for me afterward. This upset my husband who is usually clueless. The lab woman is also a grump. She blamed every failed lab draw on me not drinking water, which is just an excuse. Billing is also a whole other issue. You will never get ahold of them via phone. If you leave a voicemail they will never call back. They also did not provided adequate information to my insurance for a claim that resulted in a $1,000 bill and billing KNEW they did not provide this information and still billed me. On the bill is says “provider did not provide enough information”. All of this overall made us UNCOMFORTABLE with going through the IVF process. Their track record made me scared to store embryos with them or trust the process would go smooth. Our new clinic is transparent with cost, easy to get ahold of, has called back when they say and is actually looking for the source of my infertility. Go elsewhere!!
I cannot say enough about our time with ORM. As I write this, I am holding our 12 day old baby girl. I was a patient of Dr. Elizabeth Kennard. I sought out care with ORM after an early loss at the age of 37. I was very aware that my OB was missing something, and wanted further investigation. I presented my history and tracked data, and Dr. Kennard quickly and correctly diagnosed me. During our time at ORM, we had 2 more losses and 2 operative hysteroscopies, and we always felt confident in her skill as a surgeon, care as a clinician, and member of our team that would bring home our baby. We are eternally grateful to ORM, and especially Dr. Kennard, for helping us get to our daughter.
Wonderful experience at Ohio Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Rossi and her team are amazing! Not only does Dr. Rossi have a great bedside manner, but she truly treats every patient as an individual and tailors treatment accordingly.
Did not fax my results for remote monitoring to my clinic then closed early- no way to get ahold of them. **It is not the patients responsibility to babysit medical professionals. ** Complete disregard for time sensitive testing. I wouldn’t trust my IVF care here EVER.
I had a rough journey trying to conceive my 2nd child. It was a decade long struggle filled with heartache & loss. Dr. Schmidt & team always treated me with care during this difficult time. We tried many different treatments before deciding IVF was the only option. I successfully had 2 babies & we were able to complete our family. I can’t thank Dr. Schmidt enough for this.
My wife and I used Ohio Reproductive to aid us in expanding our family. This was our first experience, so we were not very informed other than research we had done. We had the pleasure of seeing Dr Kennard, and loved her right away. She was as excited as we were when we saw the heartbeat of our little one, and was SO supportive. If you want a doctor who is incredibly intelligent, informed, helpful, supportive, and straight forward, give her a call. Side note for those of you that care; Dr. Kennard is very supportive and LGBTQ+ friendly. I can’t imagine having worked with anyone else. A+ for her, but as a whole, everyone we came into contact with was friendly and helpful from the start. I don’t understand all the negative reviews and would have imagined this practice would have a 5.0 Google rating. Do yourself a favor and go experience Ohio Reproductive Medicine for yourself rather than relying solely on reviews.
I am so thankful for Ohio Reproductive Medicine! My husband and I had been trying to conceive the old fashioned way for years with no luck and I’m now due in November with our first baby!!There’s a lot of negative reviews out there about ORM and I think that’s mostly because the whole process is a very emotionally charged process. Let me start off by saying I never once felt like “cattle” nor did I ever have issues with the billing department. However, though overall my experience was great, it didn’t start off great.I initially started this whole process with Dr. Schmidt and he was great - I liked him from the get go. His one nurse was awful - she was rude, impatient and pretty terrible at explaining things. I’m not one to cry easily, but more times than not, I came off the phone with her crying and feeling extremely frustrated.I had routine bloodwork done as well as additional thyroid testing because I’m hypothyroid. One of my levels (TPO) came back super elevated, which concerned me. Dr. Schmidt never talked to me directly about this; rather, his nurse called to tell me that if I was that concerned I should see an endocrinologist (which confused me because he is a reproductive endocrinologist but whatever) and that really the worst thing that would happen would be that the embryo just wouldn’t attach. To me that was a big deal because what even is the point of doing all of this if my thyroid is going to prevent the embryo from attaching? I was ovulating around this time so we decided to move forward and surprise, I didn’t get pregnant. I made an appointment with an endocrinologist, but they couldn’t get me in for 3 months, so I decided to put everything on hold until I could get that figured out.Fast forward to 3 months later when I see the endocrinologist and she told me TPO isn’t really important when it comes to getting pregnant and as long as my TSH was in a good range (which it was) I should be good. I was furious that I wasn’t just told that from the beginning, but it wasn’t all bad because now I have a great endocrinologist to monitor my thyroid.I decided to go back to ORM, but try a new doc. Dr. Rossi came very highly recommended to me and I can see why! She was so wonderful - she took her time to speak with us, explain everything in detail and answer any and all questions we had. She had a good plan in place and broke everything down for us that made the whole process easy to understand and exciting. I worked mainly with her nurse, Corinne, who was patient, calm, sweet and just an overall pleasure to work with.We did one round of IUI that didn’t work. I then had an HSG done (terrible procedure, but worth it!) and then unfortunately I ovulated a week early and we missed our window for the second IUI. Not a big deal, but Dr. Rossi and Corinne were great about making sure we did the ultrasound earlier next time to keep the ball rolling. I had my second IUI on February 14th and that’s the one that stuck!!!I had my 7 week ultrasound with Dr. Rossi last week and everything looks good. It was bittersweet because I love Dr. Rossi so much and I’m sad to part ways with her, but I’m so grateful for her expertise during this whole ordeal. I can’t recommend Dr. Rossi enough!!!
I have been TTC for 10 years. I decided that after 5 years it was time to see someone. I contacted Ohio Reproductive Medicine and became one of Dr. Kennards patients. Right away she was straight forward with me and told me what the process was going to look like.Every time we hit a bump in the road she worked to fix my reproductive issues; she always dealt with it and worked with my OBGYN. She never cut corners. She always did what was best for my body and my potential baby. I am so glad to have had such a wonderful doctor. I did get to work with all the doctors in the office and they all were amazing also. Even when I felt I didn’t have hope anymore they all kept me going. I now am 7 weeks pregnant. My advice is you can not rush the process. They do know what they are doing and even though it may take time… you can’t rush… just know they want you to have a baby as much as you want to. They have dedicated their lives to helping woman. I can not wait to be seeing Dr. Kennard and the team next year with my second embryo.THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!I truly appreciate the whole office staff and team and Ohio Reproductive Medicine.
The scheduling/logistics at ORM needs work to say the least. Little visibility into the timelines or steps of the process (Im an out of state donor so this made this specifically difficult to plan my life over the last year). Lack of communication between departments (came in multiple times for bloodwork, etc. and then would be called back an hour later saying whoops you were also supposed to get xyz done too). Just not very organized which didnt put us at ease.Overall the actual day of egg transfer process went smoothly so Im really happy about that. Im also glad to say that my sister is currently pregnant so they do know what theyre doing!I would recommend ORM but please improve the operations of the company. Many people go into this with little to know knowledge, invest a lot of time and money and want to have a clear understanding of what to expect.
Dr. Rossi and her team are overly attentive and informative. I appreciate her honesty and her optimism. She went above our expectations to help us.
I loved Dr Londra, however the nurse was friendly but was never on the same page as my doctor. One of the girls at the front desk was always rude and wanting to argue about insurance and would never listen to me. The billing office takes days to return calls, you can never get a live person when you call. They tried to charge me hundreds and hundreds more than i actually owed and i had to argue it for months before receiving a true bill of 45.00. If you go here pay attention to billing!!
Dr. Rossi is one of the most thorough, kindhearted people I’ve ever met. She has gone above and beyond to make sure myself and my husband were comfortable inside the office and outside of the office. I would highly recommend her and the entire ORM staff to anyone who is on their fertility journey!
This place is a complete JOKE of an operation. No communication between billing/nurses/doctor.The amount of money you have to pay to have procedures done, you would think there would be some sense of professionalism. They dont communicate internally then blame the patient for their own mistakes.Take your money elsewhere...its worth driving to Cincinnati or Cleveland.I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A DOCTOR.
I had a wonderful experience at Ohio reproductive medicine. I was a patient of Dr Kennards and she treated me with nothing but respect. She answered all of my questions and shared in the joy of seeing a heartbeat. I appreciate all of the hard work and dedication she put into my IVF journey and can’t wait to see the new facility one day :)
My experience with Dr. Londra and all the staff and physicians were wonderful. Dr. Londra was my main doctor and she gave me the great gift our daughter, who was born at the end of 2021. Even after our first failed IVF cycle she gave us hope and we changed certain processes to make the next cycle successful. Thank you!
We’re just starting our journey but the staff is so kind and Dr. Schmidt is amazing. Excited for what comes next!
I had a phenomenal experience working with Dr. Rossi and her nursing staff during my fertility journey. As a woman with PCOS, its far from uncommon — but she treated me an individual and worked to find the perfect recipe (between diet and medication) for me and my body. After the third bout of IUI, we conceived and Im expecting a boy in October! I would have rated ORM at 5 stars if it wasnt for the 7 months I spent with Dr. Kenard prior to switching to Dr. Rossi. Im sure it was a conflict of patience/practitioner communication styles, but it was not a great experience — until, again, I switched to Dr. Rossi!
Its been over a year since I have been here and just recently a insurance charge was sent to my company for an visit I NEVER went to or scheduled. I now have a bill sent to me for something my insurance didnt cover!! And to top it off I was just got an email for a review for that appointment!! Lol someone failed at their job!! WATCH WHAT YOU GET CHARGED!!If I could it would be NEGATIVE STARS!! So upset and disappointed with this company!! Take your business somewhere else!!
I saw Dr. Laura Londra because I haven’t had a menstrual cycle in years and was having trouble conceiving. I had an HSG to check to see if I had any abnormalities in my uterus. Once I was in the clear I was given Letrozole to help me ovulate, we did two cycles and finally conceived with at home IUI. Dr. Londra and her team were very patient with me, listened to me and gave us the best advice and with the help of her and her team I’m finally going to be a mom ❤️
Dr. Rossi and her team were wonderful! We had a short journey with them but it was nothing less than wonderful! They are supportive, knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions/concerns and best of all compassionate! Highly recommend Dr. Brooke Rossi and her team.
We went to ORM after my previous OBGYN was unresponsive to our concerns after a year of trying to get pregnant. Dr Kennard listened with empathy and validated our concerns. Thanks to Dr Kennard and the stellar staff at ORM, we have two healthy (and amazing) boys- 3 years old and 3 months through IVF. The team was clear about cost, explaining the process, and expectations. Dr Kennard is to-the-point and extremely knowledgeable while being kind and surprisingly funny. We highly suggest ORM to all those looking to expand their family!
ORM helped us build our family. We had tried to conceive with our first over 2 years and a couple different doctors. We were referred to Dr Londra and within 6 months were pregnant with our little guy. Our next one was an IUI baby on our 3rd cycle. I cant say enough about how kind, professional, and informative the office was. I remember my 1st consultation. I couldnt believe the amount of Christmas cards I saw with new babies and thought it was so bizzare to send one there. However, 2 babies later I understand its because of how wonderful they are. ❤️
Everything was good but I feel little unprofessional with Dr. Kennedy and one another Dr l. That she looks ooke Russian. I love Dr Grant Sch because he was so gentle and kind. Dr. Kennard I’m sorry to say this but I really feel uncomfortable with you. You should have to thinks that we as a patient does have feelings, when you do some scanning I feel that you think me as object and insert scan prob treating I don’t feel any pain. Off course I was there for treatment and I do spent lot but it’s doesn’t mean that patients have to bear any pain for treatment. Please be gentle when examining because rude examination might cause other issue inside body and do think we are human too. I recommend that clinic to anyone but will alert them to choose specific Dr. DR, Grant thank you and thank you for Kennard too.
We are so thankful for Ohio Reproductive Medicine! The staff is absolutely amazing and were so helpful when it came to questions about our process. It was always a positive experience every time we walked into their office. Thank you for all that you do!
I called as a new patient, to see Dr. Schmidt. I spoke to Jennifer and her demeanor was so off putting and judgemental. I am alreadyunder stress dealing with this process, the last thing I need is someone making me feel uncomfortable. Working in the health field there is no room for this type of attitude.
Ohio Reproductive Medicine does not consider the patient as a whole and consider their specific needs. They used our funds paid for our FET for previous treatment costs that we were never billed for until months later, leaving us with a bill that was over $2,000. And yes, we did tell them from the beginning that insurance was covering nothing. We also did not feel that our doctor took the care to consider all the knowledge we had before letting us transfer twice, losing our babies. She changed her perspective after the second one wasnt successful, stating because you have _________, we will do ___________ next time. We already knew I had ________. An easy, additional step that could have made all the difference. We were left feeling used because we spent so much money and yet, not everything was done that was needed.
At first I wasnt a huge fan of how the place is managed in that it feels a little impersonal, but I also recognize that seeking help with fertility issues can be a rather emotional thing. Once you sort of get used to the way they operate and begin to develop a relationship with your doctor, you find that its actually pretty great. I ended up needing surgery and thought Dr. Kennard was awesome. Shes effective at calming your nerves in how she explains these operations as being routine for her. Its nice going to someone with so much expertise and experience. I trust that she knows what shes doing.
Im giving it 3 stars because my initial experience was horrible, I went to see Dr. Kennard since I always felt more comfortable having a female doctor. During our consultation she immediately said she believes I have an eating disorder simply because Im small and always have been. I was in complete shock a doctor would have the nerve to be so unprofessional and outright accuse someone of that .. I eat over 3,000 calories a day, Im sorry we cant all be bigger in stature?I went ahead with treatment for a few months, but with her nasty looks she would give me and down right rude behavior I was done.I switched to Dr. Williams and hes a friendly very positive person who genuinely cares.Im only in the beginning stages with him but I already have a more uplifting feeling having him as my doctor.
We are blessed with children thanks to Dr. Rossi and the ORM team. Dr. Rossi always went above and beyond to talk us through every step and help us make decisions along the way. Just like any health care situation, it’s important to be your own advocate and ask questions and Dr. Rossi was always eager to respond. Highly recommend!
My experience was great. Dr. Schmidt is a pleasure to work with. Staff were kind and informative. My partner and I were able to start our family. We will be using this company again for our next child.
Dr. Steve Williams is an excellent physician. I cannot say enough what his care has meant to me. He is one of those physicians who after many years of practice approaches what he does with such enthusiasm and optimism. I was a patient from Feb 2018 through October 2019. He is thoughtful, empathetic, patient, very funny, a wealth of information. I love how he is always providing me with up to date research information on infertility. I work in health care so I was always very comforted when he could explain things with research statistics. If I had a concern he would bring me in which was always reassuring.Marci at the front desk, the IVF nurses were all wonderful. Sometimes I did see other physicians at this clinic and Drs. Londra and Rossi were very approachable and knowledgeable and kind. His former nurse Mackenzie was equally impressive with her knowledge depth. She could easily answer most of my questions and also was very well-read with recent studies. Towards the end there was new nursing staff who were not as well-read who gave me fluffy nurse answers & breeze over my tougher questions and I felt very blown off as they would not bother to get the answer from the doctor unless I pressed harder or seemed upset.Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Williams and Ohio Reproductive Medicine. I trust them with my care and would return in the future . I have recommended several friends who are also very impressed and happy with their care.
I love ORM! I experienced nightmares in another clinic called Reproductive Gynecology Inc in Westerville, who is so money hungry and treats everyone like a number (and a lot of people need to file fraud claims against RGI).I decided to switch from RGI to ORM. I have way much better experience in ORM.
I had a great experience with Dr. Rossi and her nurses. Currently pregnant when wasn’t sure was possible. They really do the research and their recommendations for fertility issues are above and beyond the regular OB office. If you are older or suspect due to PCOS or other condition you may struggle I recommend seeing them sooner rather than later. I spent 6 months doing infertility with OB office with not much optimism or results. Switched to them, had some testing done and learned more about my fertility issues (female factor for us) and 3rd IUI was successful. Less than 6 months her patient and I had success and I am late 30’s with PCOS. I genuinely recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Williams was my primary physician, and I received excellent care from all the physicians involved in my care. I cant say enough about the fabulous nursing staff, every call was returned promptly and my concerns addressed thoroughly. Desired outcomes achieved!
Ive heard good things about this clinic and thats why I want to be a patient. However when speaking with Jennifer she seemed slightly irritated and that is making me a little more nervous with how the rest of the process will go.
Dr.Rossi is very nice and cares about her patients!
I saw Dr Kennard here and she will never have time for you, very rude and she hardly spends 5 min with you every check up. I got operated saying i have polyps and then after surgery she said the polyp was not that big to cause infertility. More than a medical facility i felt this was money making business. They will give you a call 100 times when there is a balance you have to pay , but when you need an appointment you leave multiple vm still there will not be a proper response. Going to this place was one of my worst decision and i will never recommend this place to anyone.
I feel the service could be improved. You sort of feel like you are part of a cattle call. The nurses speak so fast and expect you to already know how to mix and administer shots. They made date errors in my patient portal and had us there a day early for my IUI. (we had to come back next day) At first everyone seems concerned and happy to help, but then you feel like just a number. The billing department made a few errors too, so always double check your statement. They said my insurance did not approve payment, and refused to schedule an appointment until I paid when really they did not enter my insurance number correctly.
Dr Grant is amazing! We went through some very difficult days, I wasnt sure if I was ever going to be able to get pregnant. We had 2 failed rounds of IVF and on our third round we finally got pregnant with our baby girl who was born last month! Dr Grant always took the time to listen, give advice, and was very positive throughout the whole process!
Had an amazing experience with ORM. Dr Rossi was very polite, respectful and explained EVERY step of the way in great detail. I am very happy with my entire experience.
Have called them a couple times and left a voicemail, but I’ve never received a call back.
My husband and I cant thank Dr Williams and his team enough for all that they did for us. 8 years of infertility, 2 miscarriages, 2 rounds of IVF and we got our amazing baby girl. Absolutely love Dr Williams and hopefully well get to work with him again
After trying to get pregnant for 2 1/2 years, we decided to go see Dr. Londra at ORM. Ive had my first consultation with her and she was great!I walked into the office for my first appointment, and didnt even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room before they called me back!!! Dr. Laundra was patient and listened to what I had to say, asking questions along the way. When she discussed her plan with us, she spent the time to explain it and make sure I understood. The nursing staff also took the time to explain the blood tests to me, and when to go in for each test. The nursing phone line has not answered yet when Ive called, but they call back the same day. They have a really nice Patient Portal on their website where your test results are logged, and where the nurses can send you messages. I receive a text on my phone letting me know when test results or a message are added to my portal. I like that much better than playing phone tag with the nurses until one of us is able to answer. Plus I can go back and look at the results at any time.I am pleased with Dr. Laundra, the nursing staff, and the scheduling staff. They are friendly, patient, and warm. I will update with another comment once my diagnosis is complete, if/when treatment is started.** Update! It turns out, I ended up getting pregnant before treatment even started! (I have a theory that its due to clean eating on whole30, and losing 18 pounds, but I cant know for sure). Ive been to see Dr. Londra now 3 times, and will leave a pro/con list:Pro:1) Every time I was in the office, Dr. Londra was ready to see me before I could even sit down in the waiting room. My visits were late in the day (when most offices are woefully behind) and I was very pleased with their timeliness.2) Dr Londra and the nurses are professional, thorough, and friendly. I felt like I was a priority to them.Con:1) The nurses line always goes straight to voicemail. I understand that theyre seeing patients all day (which is why their office is so efficient, and we dont wait!) but still, it was a little frustrating that I always had to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back (always by the next day at noon).I would absolutely recommend family and friends to go see Dr. Londra!
Im giving this five stars because of my doctor! dr. rossi is the sweetest and kindest person ever. its so hard to find a doctor who does not treat us like money objects or look down on us about myself being African american and husband Caucasian. dr rossi shows compassion, examples, gives options that are great and affordable and shows how wonderful she is. I even had a good experience at the surgery center by all the staff! . only person we had a issue with was front desk but that does not change dr rossi review! she knows what she is doing and crushing it!
I chose Dr. Londra due to rave reviews to begin my fertility journey. I was misled and lied to about what was causing fertility issues. I was led to believe only I was to blame and was shocked to be billed for an issue impacting my partners reproductive health which should have been addressed. They let us go over a year without reviewing labs to ensure nothing had changed. This practice doesn’t hold any accountability and failed to follow up to discuss anything other than billing. I felt as though calling to discuss my concerns would be pointless and eventually when I did I was told Dr. Londra would not be calling to explain why we were misinformed about my partner’s reproductive health.
My husband and I were discouraged and frustrated after trying to conceive for a couple years. Everything turned around when we went to ORM. From our first appointment, Dr. Londra was kind, supportive, intelligent, and made our plan for IVF/ICSI individualized for us. Dr. Londras nurse, Sally was so kind and patient during our many questions and appointments. Sally made us feel like family. Dawn, the nurse who orders medications was also so kind and helpful- she immediately returned portal questions and did everything in her ability to make taking several scary medications a better experience. Penny, LaQueena, and Holly- who are all IVF nurses, were always so supportive and informative during a confusing and anxious few weeks. Dr. Friedman also filled in for Dr. Londra one day I needed to call for a question on the weekend and he was knowledgeable and professional. I also saw him for an appointment and he made me feel comfortable and informed.Regardless of our IVF outcome, I am so grateful to all of these wonderful people who made up our IVF team. We are so happy to say we are expecting a baby due this December 25th. A true Christmas miracle! I would have written the same review even if our results were an IVF failure because these people did everything in their power to make us have a positive and successful experience. Thank you so much for providing us with a beautiful family!!
Called to Schedule an appointment while I was at work. The lady on the phone was very rude, condescending and impatient which is wavering my decision to even be treated there. I guess I was on her nerves so bad that she actually forwarded me to another scheduler. The new lady was VERY nice. I actually called back to get her name and she answered the phone laughing. I deal with the public everyday and it can be challenging but if you are that impatient or incompetent I think you should change your job description. I think I will cancel my appointment. I cancelled my appointment I feel like if the phone staff is rude how are the physicians this is a very emotional and sensitive situation and not to mention if patients didnt call to schedule appointments they would not be successful and even have a job,so one should keep that in mind when dealing with patients. So to the RUDY POO that answered my call today please get a new job or change your attitude.
Dr.Williams and his nurse Nancy were fantastic! Both were so knowledgeable, caring, and even funny! They were great to answer every question I had (and questions when I called back not even 24 hours later!) They were thorough with their explanations, and very supportive of our desired plan. They offered great advice on our next steps, and I feel confident we will have a great end result with them! Thank you Dr.Williams and Nancy!
Dr Williams is the best. (Side note if we had to deal with Dr Kennard I would go somewhere else. She is rude and very unprofessional) (One more side note Dr Rossi was very good to us as well) But he listens & makes you feel like he truly cares. We had 1 failed IVF here but decided to do 1 more. The 2nd attempt was a success and we now have a beautiful baby girl. She was born 11/30/19
I have been seeing Ohio Repro Med. for about a year now. We are finally pregnant after running diagnostics. Overall such a good experience. The doctors were amazing, especially Dr. Londra. There was a few times where communication was lost or wrong but thats ok. In the end, I am pregnant and they are very kind.
We had a great experience with ORM and worked with Dr. Rossi and her team! They worked hard to figure out what was going on, and showed so much care toward us. They quickly discovered what the issue was (really low AMH levels) and explained what was going on and answered any questions we had. They started with a lower dose of medicine, adjusted it as needed to get my body to respond, and within several rounds we were able to get pregnant! They also helped us in the early stages of pregnancy. When I had a bit of bleeding, they checked on things and discovered we had identical twins! They also walked with us through losing one of them and the other one not seeming to grow much. They showed much concern to keep the healthy one alive and created a very smooth transition transferring us to a Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic! I highly recommend ORM and Dr. Rossi!
The lack of quality care here is heartbreaking. Go to RGI. Don’t waste your time or money here
I was told that there were doctors that do late night appointment and then once it came time to schedule my first ultrasound was told that I cant come in any later than 2:30 when I live an hour away and then the nurse told me multiple times she was going to hang up on me instead of actually trying to help me at all and through my miscarriage that I had 2 days prior in my face and told me that it was making me emotional and she was going to hang up and I could call back on Monday when I have a clear mind. Not being able to get pregnant is already so hard to deal with and then not being able to get help when you were told on two different occasions that each doctor has a late night and then being talked to the way that one of the nurse spoke to me I am just beyond stressed out with Ohio Reproductive.
Our experience with Ohio Reproductive was good. I did 2 rounds of IVF. The first round was somewhat over whelming . When it came time to do the egg retrieval I had Dr. Londra. She was a very nice lady but my egg retrieval was horrible. They tried to prepare me during the counseling session but nothing can prepare you for this! I only had 4 eggs retrieved and 1 fertilized. My second round of IVF went much differently but started out rocky. After 6 days it looked as though my cycle was going to be like the 2nd. But Doctor Schmidt assured me that everything would go fine. So we proceeded. Dr. Kennard performed my egg retrieval. It was a totally different experience. I requested that I got a double dose of the meds. I’m certain I told them just about every time I saw the nurse. During the retrieval Dr. Kennard was phenomenal. Nothing against the other doctors but I believe Dr. Kennard is the best at retrieval. She gives you tools to bare the pain during the procedures. She even modestly stated during the procedure that she’s the best at retrieval. That was not an understatement. As for nurses I had a not so pleasant nurse named Peggy my first round. Her customer service skills weren’t the best. I left the office once in tears because she yelled at me for not checking my portal often enough. Just an awful experience. After that day I never saw her again. I don’t even know if she still works there. My 2nd cycle I had Laquinna and Holly. They both were great. Answered all of my questions and were patient with me. Just fantastic nurses. Overall I would rate my experience a 4. I would give them a 5 but due to the mean nurse and a few other hang ups with the clinic I think 4 is fair. This clinic is very affordable in comparison to other clinics. The staff is friendly and Dr. Schmidt is great as well as the other doctors I encountered. Best advice I would give is check your portal often and read the med directions very carefully (had taken a few doses wrong because whomever entered in directions in the portal wasn’t specific enough) so make sure you ask questions if something is unclear. Facility is well maintained and clean.
If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. DO NOT COME HERE. I repeat, if you are trying to have a baby and are looking into IVF, DO NOT COME HERE. These doctors do NOT care about the patients at all. They only care about collecting the MASSIVE amount of money that it takes to try your LUCK at POSSIBLY having a child. PLEASE look into other doctors before ever coming here. Do LOTS of research. I would be glad to let anyone know of my personal experience here with my wife.
They were kind and patient. I was always able to get a timely appointment and they called me back within hours. After two years I’d trying, I was able to get pregnant after only 3 months with this amazing team.
Dr. Brooke Rossi was amazing during our IUI journey! Her and all the staff at ORM was truly great through every step of the treatment process.
Most of the staff was inconsiderate and often boarding on rude. I have worked with 4 different clinics across the country and this was definitely the worst from a staff attitude perspective. Technically they are fine and seem to know what they are doing. They also do not use any anesthesia for the egg retrieval and for me it was a torturous experience rather than an exciting one like I experienced in Houston.
I love ORM and Dr. Kennard! They have helped me grow my little family and that I will be forever thankful for ❤️. The new facility is absolutely stunning! I would recommend ORM and Dr. Kennard to anyone looking for a caring and successful team!
Super rude and condescending front desk gal. Horrible first impression during our in-person initial visit. Every meeting we had with the doctor over video, she was always 20-30 minutes late. She also didn’t act like she cared and we felt like a burden. I’m sure if we were 30 minutes late to our appointment, she would’ve canceled. Save your money and time.
Dr. Jain listened to everything I had to say. He was very polite and very informative. Ive been to a different clinic before and they didnt listen to anything I had to say. RGI is different and ready to listen to any questions and concerns you have!
I saw Dr. Williams, he was very kind, thoughtful, and caring. I didnt ovulate regularly, and he recommended contrast test and one more clomephen before we jump to the next steps. Then I got pregnant right after that. I loved how he is so caring and listens our worries not rushing but taking time. Thank you Dr. Williams and Nancy!
The doctors, nurses, and staff have been incredible so far. I was so used to just feeling like another person with my gynecologist and not getting my concerns addressed. With Dr.Londra, I feel like she is truly focused on JUST ME. They have worked so hard to get my IVF started in a short timeframe and have treated me so kind. Love my experience so far!!
If it were possible to rate less than one star I would! Dr. Kennard immediately treated me like I was “less than”...she had a preconceived notion of me and belittled me repeatedly. She mentioned treatments that were possible for me to try but was unwilling to help me with any of them. (Nor would I want her help after the way she treated me at our initial appointment!)She point blank told me to “go home, stop exercising and gain some weight.”I have been a distance runner and small my entire life. I eat a very healthy diet. I have a healthy and happy 4 year old son conceived naturally. Now approaching 40 I need a little help with hormone levels that are low (discovered by my Functional Medicine doctor).So...WOW!!! I just can’t believe she took one look at my small frame, basically labeled me “anorexic” and pushed me out the door. How very unprofessional to say the very least.
My husband and I had an extremely wonderful experience with Ohio Reproductive! Everybody was kind and explained everything so well. Iam currently expecting and would not have been without Dr. Schmidt and his caring staff!
I worked with Dr Londra for iui’s began 2018. She was amazing. I felt that she listened to my and my husband’s concerns and desires. Though she recommended to begin with medicated iui or possible ivf due to my age, she did not push us and was willing to try non-medicated. We did get pregnant but miscarried. She personally called, not her nurse, to let us know this could happen, so while devastated we were prepared. Later when we did medicated, she was very open to beginning with letrozole instead of clomid due to my concerns.During monitoring or iui, Dr. Londra was always gentle and answered our questions. Which both my husband and I can have a lot. Overall I found Dr. Londra to be intelligent, honest, and caring. She also was always respectful of our faith which was Important to us. Would definitely recommend her.I also like how ORM would be open to do iuis on sat and sun with doc on call, as you never know if you will ovulate on the weekend especially with unmediated cycles.
Dr. Steve Williams was condescending at my appointment. I wasnt sure if I was being too sensitive but my partner felt the same way. The nurses were also rude. I would like to switch doctors but have been told by the patient scheduler that this is not allowed. I would not go here at all if my insurance had other groups that were covered. I am actually considering paying all out of pocket to avoid this place.
The clinical staff was fantastic and responsive. Wish I could rate the billing department separately. They attempted to overcharge me on 3 separate occasions over the course of 6 months. Had I not reviewed the bills carefully, I would have paid them over $1000 unnecessarily. Moreover, the amount of leg work to get the errors addressed was unacceptable. At one point, the insurance company had to conference call because the billing department did not understand their error.
This fertility clinic is very knowledgeable and practices utilizing the most recent research. The physicians are caring and kind particularly when procedures are not effective. I would highly recommend this physician group. My experience with Dr. Steve Williams and his nursing staff was wonderful.
Dr. Elizabeth Kennard is the doctor I ended up with. In August I went for a consultation which is mandatory to establish yourself as a new patient. She questioned why I havent come to her sooner since weve been trying for so long. I explained that my gynecologist used to do the IUI in his office but his machine broke and he decided to not repair it. Thus I was referred out. I then proceeded to walk her through our journey step by step. Which had she reviewed the copies of our records I had sent over from multiple offices shed know everything. She was smug and rude because I went to the appointment alone. She said it didnt look good or make her feel like my husband was on board with everything. I explained it was just a consultation and we wanted to save my husbands personal days for procedure day(s). I was told when I made my consultation appointment that theyd work with my insurance company to get things covered. Yet they didnt. I was billed for the consultation appointment. I called my insurance company and they stated that they would pay for it if the secondary code of unexplained infertility was removed. My insurance company knew what type of office it was. Knew what it was a consultant for. I explained to the billing department what my insurance said and I was accused of trying to commit insurance fraud. It is not fraud if the insurance company told me how to bill it for payment. I offered to resubmit the claim form myself if needed so I didnt create more work for them. They flat out REFUSED to work with myself and insurance on this. I was told multiple times they would try to work with insurance to get it covered. LIES! The day of our first IUI she was rude to my husband. Our IUI failed. We decided to try again. According to my charting wed need to schedule on Christmas. However we all know nature has its own plans and that I might not ovulate as planned. My cycle had started a few days later than charting said it would. This pushed ovulation day out a little bit. Well I ended up ovulating on Christmas Eve like originally planned. So I called to schedule the IUI appointment. It took forever to actually speak with someone. I finally got it scheduled. My husband called off work. I get a call back shortly saying they were going to be closed and couldnt do my IUI. Yet every conversation I had with them and the paperwork I was given never communicated that the dont accommodate patients on Christmas day. More LIES! I asked if it could be done today or if theres anything else they could do as weve been trying for over 7 years and this is an emotional rollercoaster ride wed rather not drag out. Plus theres no guarantee Ill ovulate again. I was told nothing could be done. Had they told me this in advance it wouldnt be an issue but the staff and Dr. Kennard shrugged it off as if its no big deal. One staff member even implied she knew what I was going through yet when I asked do you?! Have you been in my shoes?! I was told its none of my business. Well dont tell someone you understand and know what they are going through if you havent lived it. Dr. Kennard suggested it was my fault since I: 1.) Did my consultation in August but didnt return to their office again until our IUI on November 1st. Sorry we were saving up for the procedure and working around our work schedules and the big thing WHEN I OVULATE!! 2.) I hadnt reported monthly my cycle start. Which would have allowed them to know ovulation would be Christmas and they could have told me they would be closed. Well this was never communicated to me as a requirement. Also my cycle was off this month. I started later than I should have. My ovulation according to cycle start time would have been 12/26/19. However I ovulated today. So this wouldnt have made things any different.
Everyone at ORM has been absolutely amazing! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They have been super supportive and always answer my questions. ORM has made this experience easier. Thank you!
All the doctors and nurses were incredible thru our journey! Would highly recommend. Never had a doctor like Dr. Schmidt. So kind and caring and was part of the ups and downs with us.
I saw Dr. Friedman and I loved him! I am a no nonsense type of person and I loved how he was honest and upfront about everything. Sometimes even giving us the worst case scenario (which I appreciate. I would like to be pleasantly surprised then horribly upset). He found that I had cysts on my ovaries and treated them immediately which nobody else had ever told me. Then he took us through IVF and even went above and beyond with follow-up appointments and referring us to another obgyn and getting us in earlier then I was originally scheduled. I will acknowledge he may not be for everyone but if you want answers and not just candy coated ones hes your guy. We had been trying for 4.5 years and he was a pleasant and welcome surprise compared to our past doctor interactions!
I actually really love this clinic for ivf were gonna do another cycle next year we got some debt we gotta pay off before doing another around. My son (from ivf) will be 3 this year.... the doctors are amazing and dont make you feel like your less of a person for going the ivf or iui route when trying to start or expand your family
I cannot even give ORM a star for their review. My husband and I met with Dr. Schmidt in August of 2015, he gave us high hopes that with injections we would conceive in no time. All our numbers were in the right place it was a matter of getting my body to do the right thing. After every cycle it was driving the 1.5 hours to Columbus every other morning for an ultrasound and blood work. Each cycle they would tell me to trigger with follicles that were only measuring 12mm. After we had spent $10,000.00 on medications and IUIs, not including gas or wear and tear on my vehicle, we decided to get a second opinion at a different clinic. My first cycle with the new clinic and we are half was thru our pregnancy. Not to mention ORM was never able to get any of my billing correctly. Billed the wrong insurance more than half the time and am still battling with them over a year later about bills I do not owe for because they billed the wrong insurance. I have nothing good to say about ORM. You never know what doctor you will see when you go there and most the staff has an attitude when you question your care. They are quick to try to push you to IVF so they can get more of your money. Please do your research and consider seeing a different clinic!!
Dr. Schmidt and his Nursing team are fabulous! They provide good customer service and are prompt in returning phone calls, messages. They made a difficult adventure more tolerable and provided sincere care.
I did not even get to have a first appointment.I had to reschedule an appointment last minute so i take the blame for missing that appointment, but i rescheduled for the following week. I waited by my phone 15 minutes before my appointment (i had a video consultation) and by 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment, i called the office and no one answered. I left a message. I continued calling periodically throughout the rest of the business hours to see if i could get through and i never did. Today, after a holiday weekend, i called again. Still no answer. A few hours later i FINALLY got a call back. The lady told me because i had missed 2 appointments, id have to pay up front. I was informed that the doctor couldnt get ahold of me. I was glued to my phone that entire day. I didnt receive a call, an email, or a text. Very unprofessional and i will not be attempting to get into this facility.
My husband & I have been trying to get pregnant for 7 yrs. We have been with ORM since @ 2010. I was diagnosed with infertility yet nobody can tell me why. For the longest time they had me taking ovulation drugs, trigger shots & timed intercourse which didnt work. I took a mental break & came back & they finally said it was time to try IVF. It worked for a couple of weeks then I started spotting which ended up getting heavier. I told them at ORM & they chalked it up to new mom worries. When I went in for my 1st ultrasound, Dr. Kennard was surprised & said she couldnt find anything. Long story short my new mom worries was me having a miscarriage. So before I went any further I looked into going somewhere different. Unfortunately our insurance covers more at OMR compare to other infertility specialist. We saw Dr.Kennard for a consultation in July & were told that our chances w/ FET were good. Didnt see Dr.Kennard for 3 months until the actual procedure. As soon as she walked in the rm she acted all surprised that I had 2 embryos to be transferred & accused me of not reading the paper. She also asked me if she only put in 1 embryo & I didnt get pregnant would I be mad at her? #1 The paper states that someone of my age should do 2!!! #2 It also states that my Dr. will recommend how many to transfer! #3 It has nothing to do w/her & her feelings!!! After all that I go w/her suggestion of 1 & have the other one re-frozen. Then I find out the cryo lab doesnt recommend refreezing & that it costs me $410 to do. Had I known this before the procedure I would have had both put in. It has been 2 weeks & so far so good. Rest assured either way this pregnancy goes I am Done with Dr. Kennard!
Never again. Dr. Kennard is dismissive and doesnt hold up to her end of the bargain. She said Id get a hysterosalpingogram after a couple tries on clomid, but 6 months later, I was still only on clomid and I couldnt ever even talk to her - only her nurses. The last straw for me was when I went in for my monthly ultrasound, and she introduced herself as if wed never met before - and said she was filling in for my doctor! Um, you ARE my doctor, and Ive been spending hundreds every month here out of pocket for over half a year....are you kidding me? I had enough of being treated like cattle and never went back again.
Dr Rossi is the best, Im recommending everyone with infertility to see this Dr. She is soo patience, ready to listen and to help. Thank you Dr Rossi and your team, Im soo grateful
Their patient portal is not user friendly AT ALL. And you have to log in from a desktop computer to access it which in todays world is a nuisance. Also. Google says they are open Saturdays but no one answers the phone EVER no matter what day of the week.
I saw Dr. Friedman for my first pregnancy. He was funny and very intelligent. Dr. Friedman explained everything to both my husband and I. When we wanted to push things a little faster, he agreed and we were successful having a pregnancy that resulted in our son. I am currently undergoing treatment again with the hopes of becoming pregnant and I know that we are in very good hands. I am eternally grateful and thankful for the work Dr. Friedman does and the best gift he helped us have!
Ive seen three different doctors over a span of 6 years and have been as pleased as possible. The last two visits we noticed we were being billed by time (i.e.: one 30 minute, one 45 minute appt at different rates with two different doctors- one was out of network and we didnt know until that $350 bill- minus one star for not explaining not all doctors were in our network BEFORE going into the appt).
Wish I could leave ZERO stars! They don’t even deserve 1! DO NOT go HERE! Save yourself the tears and heartache! Please do your research on ALL the horrific reviews they have from others who unfortunately had the same nightmare experiences with this clinic & lab! I found hundreds of horror stories from others on Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, etc. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until after the fact, once it was too late! You will waste your time, tears, and way too much money! The most unprofessional, dysfunctional medical office & lab! A living nightmareis still an understatement! GO elsewhere!
I ended up at ORM after not agreeing with my treatment plan at RGI where I was being pushed immediately into invasive surgery and IVF since I had not gotten pregnant after a year of trying. I saw Dr. Williams, and told him how RGI had arrived at my diagnosis. Not only did he put my mind at ease, but he had references to scientific articles to back up what he was saying. Thankfully I ended up at ORM, because Im 10 weeks pregnant after our second attempt with IUI. It was much less expensive and not as hard on my body as IVF would have been. Im so glad there are fertility doctors out there who are not just about their bottom line and padding their success rates.
I had a wonderful experience with ORM, and highly recommend them to anyone struggling with infertility. We are expecting the newest addition to our family in October thanks to ORM!
Dr. Londra is the absolute worst! After tying to get pregnant for more than 5 years we decided to give her a shot. Right away she suggested IVF, then she rudely suggested to me that I needed to lose a little more weight, (I weighed 180 lbs, had already lost 20, was working to lose more and was dealing with depression from all of the ups and downs with infertility) she failed to tell me that the surgery I needed to remove the fibroids from my uterus was a dangerous procedure and that I could LOSE my uterus and since you lose a lot of blood during the procedure a blood transfusion could also be necessary. She THEN suggested I see my gynecologist (he was the doctor that told me just how dangerous the surgery to remove the fibroids could be) and have him perform the surgery since he was more familiar with my case. She was inconsiderate, extremely unprofessional and lacked compassion, maybe shes jaded, who knows but nonetheless, very disappointing!
Dr. Schmidt and team are the best: knowledgeable, caring, and so kind. My experience with them has been outstanding - Ive only been coming here for a little over a month and they feel like a genuine family cheering yout on. So thankful for them.
Everyone was amazing to work with there and so empathetic to our situation. They made sure to give us the best chance at having a baby and can say successfully we now have a 1 year old boy who completes our family :)
Based on reading the other reviews, Im going to guess that its based on which doctor you see here!I met with Dr. Schmidt at ORM and my experience from the very first session was amazing. We had our initial consult with him in October and immediately, just from what I described was going on with myself, he knew what was wrong and was convinced I would get pregnant and he would be able to treat it. After all of my bloodwork came back and was normal, we started the ovulation/trigger shots in November. Sadly, it did not work that month. I took a month off in December because of the holidays and other personal reasons and then in January started back up again. This time on Femara and ovulation shots and Im happy to say it worked on the second try! Currently Im almost 5 months along and things couldnt be going better. I have the ORM office and staff to thank for this success and will ABSOLUTELY be going back in the future, if my needs require it!
I was referred in 2010 to ORM by my OB/GYN for what was thought to be for PCOS. After more testing ORM was able to rule out PCOS and not put me on medication I didnt need. After trying oral medication to try to stimulate my overies to ovulate they moved onto injectable medications. After my first cycle of injectables we got the wonderful news that we were expecting. Nine months later I delivered a healthy baby girl. Last year we decided to try for another child but after nearly a year of no luck with it happening on our own we went back to Dr. Schmidt in September 2013. Dr. Schmidt didnt make me mess around with medications that didnt work last time and allowed me to go back on the one that worked for the first pregnancy. I am greatful that I wasnt forced to try the medications that didnt work the first time. After the first round once again I am pregnant with our second child. I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Schmidt as I know several people that have had positive outcomes with ORM. Good luck to all trying to conceive.
I am not going to elaborate on my experience. However, I will tell ALL of you this. Please, if you get scheduled with Dr. KENNARD, reschedule or switch doctors. Dont leave the practice because of her. There are other amazing and fantastic doctors and staff to go through this journey with you.
Dr. Laura Londra and her nurse Sally RN both are very helpful. I was trying to concieve since 1 year. I never thought i would get pregnant. At initial stage she started with LETROZOLE which didn’t work to me because she didn’t found any follicles. Then next she started with FOLLISTIM. This medicine worked for me and my follicles where ready so lastly she gave me PREGNYL short, With this finally i got pregnant and now i am blessed with twin boys who are 5 months old now. I would really recommed people who are trying to concieve.
My experience thus far has been quite a roller coaster. I have not had a successful pregnancy but Ive had 5 failed IUI procedures, two failed IVF cycles and host of tests, processes and procedures that while costing a RIDICULOUS money, failed to uncover any plausible reason that I shouldnt be able to conceive.
I was sent here by my OB/GYN to have blood results looked over and possible future treatment discussed. Dr. Friedman was extremely rude and insulting to us. He insulted my OB/GYNs competence and claimed that the hospital I had my blood work taken at was incompetent and I would need to have the blood work re-done at a location affiliated with him. He then claimed he needed to take a look downstairs and perform a pelvic and breast exam without allowing me to have a female nurse present. The pelvic exam was unlike any I have had in the past with my OB/GYN and made me feel very uncomfortable. He then gave me an ultrasound of my uterus. This was all unnecessary and unasked for by myself and my OB/GYN. I will never return here and strongly suggest any young women from seeing this doctor. He is very rude and does not answer your questions with respect.
My family had a wonderful baby girl with the help of Dr. Laura Londra from the ORM. We are so greatful and will always recommend them to every one.
Dr Grant Schmidt is a great Doctor. I was trying to concieve from last 2 years but couldn’t and then my reguarl physician recomended me to Dr Schmidt and in 2 months I got Pregnant. I’m so greatful to Dr Schmidt he is such an amazing Doctor with amazing team.
Great first experience. Everyone is extremely kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Rossi is wonderful and I’m excited to work with her more.
I saw Dr.Schmidt almost 2 years ago 12-28-16, I was 28 when I got pregnant and 28 when I delivered. I didnt produce anything hormone wise. I did 4 cycles conceived chemical pregnancies the first 3 inseminations. But after taking a break as he advised I concieved twins. I lost one but had a healthy baby boy! So I became pregnant in 5 months, it was a emotional roller coaster fyi its the hormones your taking! Be patient and just trust the process! It can happen and it will. Dr. Schmidt IS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING! SO IS HIS NURSING STAFF! THANK YOU ORM! SEE YOU REALLY SOON! Going to try again for baby #2!!! Excited! Went back and tried for baby #2 and concieved the second cycle! They know their stuff! Thanks again for another pregnancy Dr.Schmidt! 09-16-2019
Dr Williams is AMAZING!!! I have referred several people to him- he was great in surgery and an all around super doc! His nurses Nancy and Macenzie and the best and very professional.
Dr. Brooke Rossi and the entire ORM team is amazing! We have always had nothing but good experiences with them!
I had a wonderful experience at Ohio Reproductive Clinic! Thank you, Dr. Londra, and the staff team for helping to achieve my dream of becoming a parent to my beautiful baby girl 👶🏼🎀👣💝
I definitely wish there was another place in Columbus. Never really felt comfortable with the treatment we received. The sperm bank next door is definitely racist I’m black my wife is white everytime she went to sign for the sperm they always had lil smart comments about doner being black. Very unfriendly at sperm bank next door!
First visit with the office was in October and I have great insurance. Did not receive my first billing statement from them until April that was over $1000 and was told that I could not schedule any further appointments until the entire balace was paid off!!! HORRIBLE BILLING DEPARTMENT
The doctor I saw was very dismissive (at times rudely so) of my health history and how it could be contributing to my fertility struggles. Seems this provider has a very old school approach to infertility.
I definitely recommend Ohio Reproductive Medicine to all who need it! An amazing staff through such a confusing time. They are super helpful and answer all questions no matter how big or small without judgment.
0 star for this people just a rude and nasty employee I got to my appointment 10 mins was lost and couldnt find the place and arrived and explained to the doctor and was told you have to reschedule. Waste 1 hour drive from work to this place . I explained so many times and the fact that Im coming from far place . I ask the girl to make the new appointment the answer I get is ooh sorry you have to call and make your own appointment. Never coming back and wouldnt recommend anyone
Very racist if you are black there customer services changes I was ignored several times while this three pair of couples came in and got checked in, the person who was before me they just explained how sorry they were for being late. I was late 5 minutes trying to locate the place. Checked me in just for money after paying my copay and later told to reschedule. Schedule people 10-15 minutes to there real appointment for checking in. Don’t repeat same mistake idiots
Dr. Rossi and her staff are absolutely amazing! So kind and thorough!
Dr. Kennard and her staff are fabulous! They are very thoughtful, always return calls in a timely manor, and generally supportive! I highly recommend this office!
Doesn’t explain anything, literally the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor….I waited 2 months for my blood results calling daily after I got them back to hear my results and explanation of my results and nothing….
Grant Schmidt is amazing. Helped my wife out many years ago back in 2010. She was misdiagnosed for years and he was the only person in the area educated and knew how to help.
Great experience and very helpful/supportive staff. Dr. Schmidt helped us have our two beautiful, healthy children!
Highly recommend!! Very professional and everyone make u feel comfortableDoctor laundra is the best 😁
Everyone at the practice is so nice and considerate. Happy to have them as my fertility journey team :)
Staff in the office was great. The nurse I often spoke with was rude. Eventually transferred clinics
Everyone here is patient and kind and makes the process as easy as possible ! Love them all !
Wasnt a good experience. They never followed up on providing my referral. Called several times with no follow up but when they wanted their bill paid they called nonstop!
Would highly recommend. Never had a doctor like Dr. Rossi. So kind and caring and was part of the ups and downs with us.
Great doctors and nurses. Always available and respond so quickly. Their personalized attention is great!!
The staff was great, but the doctors do NOT care, or really see you for that matter.
Very informative and consistent. Dr. Brooke is awesome and very concerning. We appreciate your assistance.
You must have the best insurance and unlimited money resources to go here. I went for one year. I have huge medical bills and I didnt even get pregnant.
Dr Rossi and her whole team was wonderful and so helpful!
Awesome staff, very convient with the lab and pharmacy next door and Dr Williams is the absolute best!
Awesome experience! Very informative and pleasant consultation.
Worst experience, rude service, doesnt care the patient at all. Didnt help us and send surprise bills.
Dr.Williams and his nurse Nancy were Awesome! A very honest doctor
I dont understand how every option is sorry nobody is available to take your call right now seems like a bad way to run a business
Informative with kind staff
My husband tried to schedule an appointment and the front desk lady who answered his call was very rude. She did not let him finished talking and forward to another department.
Just thanks a lot
The communication between the staff (except the doctors) and patients is unprofessional and uncaring.
The doctor is great! The support staff is lacking.
That place only cares about money and not the patient is the worst
Very kind and informative of options.
Me and my fiance went and it really worked thanks to Ohio reproductive medicine ...
Very kind knowledgeable people!
High risk doctors, very honest, dont mince words but respect your knowledge.
