It was a freaking nightmare. Im 42 years old and I went to see Dr. Nancy and I went in there trying to get help because my fiance and I want to have a baby. The way she treated me like I shouldnt even try to have a baby. Yes I know that I an older and its going to be harder, but should we be shut down for our dreams of wanting to start a family. Asking for help shouldnt feel like its not ok to ask. We shouldnt feel like less of a person because of our age. Karens that work in that field shouldnt be allowed. We should be able to feel respectful and feel like our dreams are just as important as any body else. Harder doesnt mean impossible. Leave your personal feelings out when someone asks for help. Understand that people dont always have it easy on getting pregnant and need some extra help. Not be shamed for their age.
I’ve had a great experience at this office. They are always running on time and I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. All providers I’ve seen have been friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to spend the time answering any questions.
Don’t waste your time. Long wait times. Quick and fast appointments after waiting over 45 minutes. No time to do any prenatal education, but will document that is was done in your medical notes. On multiple times my provider and her associates were rude, unethical, and unprofessional. Good luck refusing anything. You’ll be bombarded every appointment, made to feel like you have no choice and lied too. The doctors do not care about you nor want to spend any time with you. Reception staff is rude and ill informed, told me I couldn’t schedule with my provider, I had to see whoever was available. Also good luck making any complaints. St.Lukes doesn’t care if your treated poorly and does nothing about the nasty behavior of their staff!
Long wait times. I can understand that people get busy but they dont even apologize. I had to wait over an hour for the doctor and this was not even acknowledged. Sometimes I simple apology can go a long way. Also my medical record reported the doctor discussed things with me that she did not, in fact, discuss.I got a second opinion at Essentia and that doctor was fantastic.. Some of the staff are friendly but some are not.
Its a good location. Wait time acceptable, room size acceptable. Service excellent. Doctors and nurse who will care.. above excellent. We had all of our first borns check up and pay out of pcoket. There might be better wait time, and bigger rooms but those are not as important as the people behind the scene.I am overall satisfied with what we received here. Will return again if and when we have a second.Leon
Friendly people but waiting time is too long.. My appointment is set at 1:15 I make it there at 1:00 wait 20-25 minuets to be seen. Than still wait another 30 minuets in the room to be checked and all they did was check my baby heart beat and how long the baby stretch plus asked if I had any questions.. which took 10 minuets had me wait there for another 30 minuets just to tell me I can go they do this everything, than wana see you every two weeks. I made it out of there by 3:00 what the point of setting an appointment if the doctor is not prepared for you when u get there. You mightest well set walk-ins ... I suggest you only been seen if you have concerns dont go there just for a regular check up youll waste your time every time especially if you know you feel normal or you have to pay outta pocket for your medical visits.
I went in today 6/22/21 for a follow up ultra sound for my child this is my first pregnancy and the ultrasound technician was super nice but took the pictures and then brought them to the doctor and doctor boule came back and had no sympathy for us or anything and said so the baby died and had no heartbeat so I decided to go to st Mary’s er and get a second opinion they confirmed there was no heartbeat but if st Luke’s woulda took my blood like they were supposed to right away they woulda saw that my blood type is rare which means I would have to get a shot which would help the baby grow so basically lost my baby because these idiots didn’t do there job on checking my blood ASAP. St Luke’s is trash
I’ve been treated good since I first started going there in 2020. My primary doctor is there and every St. Luke’s I go is always the same good treatment to me. 5⭐️
Dr Melissa Miller is fantastic. Listens, explains in understandable terms, respectful, and kind. Great doctor!
