I’ve been positive impact since 2018. I go to them for my mental health. Also I had two psychiatrist who did not do their job like they were supposed to the first psychiatrist in 23 diagnosed me with bipolar and didn’t tell me I found out a few months later by my peer counselor, who is also the manager of the property Told me this I immediately no longer wanted to see that psychiatrist again they gave me somebody else. This person decided to send me out to to have a neurological test done April this year they get their findings and either time that I’ve seen him since April to June wasn’t even told about the findings of the test.. But wants to keep drugging me and not find out what my issue is. Happy Pharmaceutical companies huh?

Its truly sad that a patient of 12 years has to write a review with a one star rating. Organization was smaller, seemed as if it was more compassion in the level of customer service was top notch. As of today its beyond piss poor.

I do agree some of the attitudes here are off. But not for everyone. There are some really kind people here. The facility is very nice/clean/new. If you are coming for testing, ask for Tameron. Shes amazing.Free STI testing 1x per year.

‼️🤌🏽🌹💛✨ || 🗣️ I love this facility! I first became a patient at this facility due to be assaulted/“stealthed” by a partner who removed the condom without my knowledge or consent. (Unfortunately in Atlanta, assaulting people by “stealthing” appears to be a common practice based on my experiences and the experiences of many I know — and I am not afraid to openly speak on the fact that there is a concerning population of people in this city who purposely do this with complete and blatant disregard for the health of all involved. There are sadly people in this world who intentionally WANT to hurt you. ❤️‍🩹) I began PEP services and then transitioned to PREP after PEP success. Taking PEP in my moment of assault and continuing PREP has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I am so glad I was able to discuss my concerns honestly and openly with a full team of people who knew exactly what to do and PROMPTLY without delay. The team here is very accommodating, and I highly recommend anyone to incorporate this facility into their healthcare routine! Whether for testing, knowledge, PEP, PREP, continuous treatment/management, condoms, etc., I love what all Positive Impact does for the community, and I *CONFIDENTLY* and *JOYOUSLY* state this place and the team here does a great job at saving lives DAILY. Thank you, Positive Impact, for all that you do for us all! I am infinitely grateful!!!!! 💛‼️

Stay away from this place. They will tell you they keep your treatment confidential but they don’t. I ask them not to share anything about my treatment or medicine and they assured me they would not. A month later all the information showed up on my patient portal . My portal was with MY CHART which has nothing to do with this place or its doctors. Very deceitful. They also gave my phone number to a pharmaceutical company and they started calling asking if I wanted to join their program. Once again proof they shared my information. They violated my HIPPA rights and I have acquired an attorney to review my case. I would encourage anyone who’s had the same problem with positive impact sharing your medical history, treatment and medication without your permission to consult an attorney. But first and foremost stay away. It’s places like this that keep people from being treated that need privacy. So they stop treatment and put themselves and others at risk. Shame on the place and its employees.

My friend and I had one of the best clinic experiences in the USA. The guy who opens the door for us is extremely polite, the girl at the main table is very friendly. But, the one who helped us with the most time was Mss Kerressa Moore who is a very polite and friendly person, I loved having time with her and smiling a lot, her heart is bright and we can feel that she works with love. With Mr Jonathan Garcia, and a sweet boy, who has a lot of patience to explain everything in the smallest details and also speaks Spanish, which is very important. Thank you very much to everyone at the clinic.

I go here for my prep, the staff here is friendly and welcoming. I have been with them for over 2 years. Ms. Joy help me when I thought my life was over. They showed me my options for my situation I was in and help me be more aware of the risks out here in the world. I try to tell others to check them out because you cant be out here playing with your life. I am happy I got introduced to prep especially living in Atlanta.

Darius at the front counter can be very rude. He needs retraining. Staff needs to not write disrespectful remarks about clients on sticky notes to then give to the patient to read.

Not happy with customer service. The new facility is nice but the new staff, always seems as if they are bothered when theyre there to work. The ball was dropped and no one has answers or a resolution. This is why I would rather utilize a private doctor or another health facility both locations are extremely unprofessional and dont want to work. But, they want to send refills and schedule appointments when you dont even need them $$$.

Nope...if you have insurance stuck with the organization your PCP is with ...an appointment was missed because of someones negligence. Almost a whole month went by and I had to go the facility to rectify an issue that I didnt cause. Never happened with Kaiser. I will be moving care to Northside hospital.

I have been going to this clinic for 12years. Since the expansion it has been going downhill. The staff is rude and combative at the front desk and there are several assistants in the back that arent any better. The pharmacy staff is always friendly. Samantha is my Nurse Practitioner and she is awesome. The rest of the people there should be following her lead because she cares and it shows.

The absolute WORST facility for mental health services.Called about services, left a voicemail, and received a call back 2 weeks later. Set up an appointment and no one showed up for the virtual meeting. I called about 5 times during my appointment time and they were finally able to find someone to do my intake. I was assigned a therapist and scheduled an appointment for the next week. On the day of my appointment (2 hours before) she called and said she needed to reschedule. I told her I had no other available time during this week, so she said we could just keep the appointment. She never showed. I called her 3 times, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. If you want MORE stress to deal with, this place is for you.

Very poor customer service starting from the ladies at front bilingual but don’t really help our lgbt community, they have cero empathy for people like us, one of them had the nerve one day to discuss my friends medical condition in the lobby in front of other people which is against HIPAA, they are very bad at answering the phone and getting back at you and you are lucky if your call get through a live person too many peop working there and they can’t answer the phone or return your messages, same thing with prevention no one return calls, I understand this place may be busy but there are people who are supposed to answer the phones. Everything was much better when Queen was there, we need more people like her, not people that just want to go to work a make a paycheck, you guys are interacting with people with AIDS that need care and empathy from your employees. Many of my friends stopped going there because of all this issues goin on there, get it together and do a better job you are supposed to be care givers.

I have a concern with privacy and the facility doesn’t take in consideration the privacy of its clients. Blood work is done with other clients in the same room. I don’t get call backs when I leave a voicemail. There have to be a better way! We as clients are important too!
