There new staff as of this year is terrible. The wait times are longer and they’re childish. I nurse accused me of writing in a room desk that has writing already in it. Here’s the hint… she brought back a pin to have me to write in the desk! Never wrote in the desk lol I wrote on a random napkin. Saying “may peace and blessings be upon you and your family”. That’s very disrespectful of accusing an adult of writing in a damn desk be fr!!!
This is the best Urgent care in town. The staff (in the back) are very kind, understanding, attentive, and thorough…The front staff were all right and efficient, but very stiff, robotic, and barely made eye contact…. I understand the may be tired by the end of day but a more inviting demeanor and direct eye contact might help at putting patients at ease. All in all, our family likes the fact that most patients get scene and not turned away @ 6pm when they close @8pm. Hope Mills in Treamore is the worst. We’re glad this location operates as it does. Good and compassionate help is hard to find these days….. So hats off to this location… oh, Special mention, our nurse Nicole is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Her bedside manner should be duplicated and the standard…. Thanks Nicole for being you… you shined bright even after working all day. You made us feel like the first patients seen because of the type of energy you had…. Don’t ever change. I’m sure we’re not the only patients that feel this way about you. You deserve the 5 Stars!
I would recommend this Next Care. Everyone was so helpful and professional. I truly appreciate all of the stuff that helped us a lot. Another thing is that I love how the girls color a picture and it was put on the wall. Thank you so much for everything that you’ve done for me and my family.
Despite having to wait longer than usual due to a shortage of providers the day I came in, everything was prompt once I was taken back. I appreciate the kindness and concern of the staff. The nurse (I believe her name was Shannon) who worked with me was great and very kind to me. The PA was awesome as well. She was thorough and encouraging in her explanation/education on the approach to the concern I was being seen for. I will definitely come back if the need arises. Thanks to everyone for their time in taking care of me!
Made an appointment to shorten the time. It will always be a wait due to walk ins and emergencies as well as scheduled appointments. The doctors are nice. Front desk is amazing. Young lady is polite and very friendly as well as attentive to the people waiting or wanting questions answered. Will come back. Thank you
Came in as a walk in for my child’s school physical today. Let me just say, holy moly is the staff insanely nice! Waited and seen in 2.5 hours. Which I get, we were walk ins with no sickness or injury. The staff, just awesome. The ridiculously pretty receptionist with the long red hair offered my son crayons and paper to color with, he declined. Another staff member came over and talked with him, asked him questions and he being autistic engaged with her, he rarely does that with strangers. His nurse was so understanding when he freaked out. She talked him through it, even though he loudly refused at the top of his lungs. She got him a lollipop and a sticker to help. She was so chill with him. He also locked the doctor out of the exam room. His doc was just as calm and understanding of him and his loud refusals. After the exam, waiting for his paperwork work, the same one that had asked him questions she came back to talk with him again, and he got another lollipop. That makes me happy that he will associate that office with happy and nice staff which would make future visits easier for him. Any parent of an autistic child knows how important good places are for them. Overall, I would 💯 drive the 20 minutes again to go take him for a visit. Better experience here than at Womack.
I scheduled an appointment with the facility the night before for the 4:45 slot . The check in process was easy being able to pay my co-pay was a simple task as well. I do understand that it is an urgent care so they do have to take care of other patients that walk in. I just wish they came up with a different solution for those that make appointments. Essentially sat in the waiting room for two hours before being seen. However, the friendly staff, the bedside manner and the physician all made up for the long wait. overall, I was able to handle my my business.
Dr Gross and the staff were very thorough and took their time. It was about 3 hours start to finish but 9 others were ahead of me, I was a walkin. I definitely will go back Herr if I ever need urgent care again. Thank you all of the staff. Keep up the great work.
I had a great experience at NextCare Urgent Care, I went in with a fish bone stuck in my throat. I didnt wait 10 minutes and was rushed to the exam room, X Ray done and seen . I mean the the whole staff took great care of me. Dr Lyon , Asst. Joe , the X-ray Tech and the reception staff were just awesome!! I feel much better. There arent many places to go and people really care about their patients but I found it here.Thank you all again for taking such great care of me ❤️I do love and appreciate you all.
Went in for my last Hep B shot. What should have taken mere minutes, took an hour. They checked me in under the wrong name, so my chart with my information wasnt there. Finally got checked in under the correct name, got the shot ordered and finally received it after 52 minutes! Tammy was super sweet and is wonderful with administering shots!!
I came in Sunday and I only waited 30 mins, which is good for a weekend and walk-ins. The only disappointment was when I went to pick up my prescription two days later, my prescription was never sent to pharmacy. I called and the lady answered the phone said my prescription paper is at the front desk along with my discharged paper and I supposed to get it during checkout. Which when I checked out Sunday they said I am good to go and my prescription will be send to pharmacy. I thought that it was odd when they didn’t give me discharged letter. So the lady said she will go ahead and send my prescription, but she never did (again). (Which by the way, whoever answered the phone has no phone etiquette nor proper communication skills. No empathy, no manners.) So, I called the office and I cannot get a hold of anyone, so I decided to go down the next morning to pick up my prescription myself. Waited for about an hour just for them to print out my prescription. Went to pharmacy to drop it off, they won’t accept it because I was given a copy.
I was able to schedule an appointment very easily online and had hardly any wait time upon my arrival. All staff were very courteous and professional from the front desk ladies, nurses, and especially the provider Mr. Chan, PAC. His bedside manner was remarkable. He was very knowledgeable and polite during my visit.
I needed a physical, I really didnt know where to go. I was wanted to go to Josiah Clinic; however, it was closed or no longer opened. NextCare was a last minute decision. I am so glad I came to NextCare the process was so easy; I didnt have to wait long considering I was a walk-in. The receptionists were so friendly, courteous, and patience. The doctor I saw, asked about my summer, he took time to listen, and genuinely seemed interested in my experience in Europe, asked questions and so forth. This was my first experience with any kind of urgent care. Thank you for making my experience a pleasurable one.
I had a work injury and have been coming here for 2 months now for the follow ups. I appreciate every Dr I have come in contact with. They listen to my concerns & genuinely seem to care. The front desk has always been respectful and so sweet. I need to give a special shout out to Deborah. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my paperwork got to workmans comp and my employer. Thank you, Deb. ❤️It is always pretty busy but if you use the app to check in, it seems to go by faster.
Good medical care nowadays is hard to come by, my experience here was the best Ive had in Fayetteville. Much better than my own primary care doctor. Good job team…….and even they don’t add my insurance won’t answer calls after sitting on hold for 30 minutes 3 different times. I’ll probably have to drive there and go in person to make sure they add my insurance. Cmon man
The wait wasn’t long. The nurse was very nice and efficient. She was very easy taking my blood. The doctor answered all of my questions and concerns and was very prompt in my treatment plan. I appreciated her willingness to take her time with me instead of rushing my care.
Mackenzie, who worked at the front desk, and Dr. Linney, were in tough competition for the best customer service. They were so friendly and informative that my son and I were very at ease. This didn’t feel like urgent care; this felt like family practice where we’ve been seen for years. If every provider is like them, then I highly recommend this NextCare. Additionally, the procedure was quick, painless, and we knew what was going to happen before each step. Excellent care from arrival to departure!
I had been going to this location whenever I get really sick and want to avoid crazy long ER wait times. Ive never been disappointed and after this visit, Im still a happy customer.I want to give my greatest thanks to Ms. Phyllis and Millie for their wonderful customer service and kindness. They are wonderfully kind and warm - especially when youre feeling like youve been hit by a truck.Thank you both and hope that you guys stay at that location a while because good customer service is hard to find these days!
I made an appointment to be seen on same day. Every one was very nice. There was a little wait but everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend this office. Thank you Dr. Jones
The online scheduling was quick and easy. I also appreciated the reminders. Our visit was for a sports physical. It was quick and the least expensive in our area. We were very satisfied with our experience
At first I was irritated with my wait but there are signs warning you of the wait. Once I read it I understood the situation I was in, but great people overall. The young lady on the right of the front desk walking in was very nice and friendly went above and beyond when I left due to time inconvenience due my lack of prep.. the doctor was very patient with me an my blood pressure issue so was the nurse great people
Jasmine was Great! She was the PA that took very good care of me. She was Professional, Extremely Kind and helpful. She was compassionate and Understanding She really Listened to me when I explained the symptoms I was experiencing. She had Very Good suggestions and I will follow up with them. Thanks Jasmine.
The wait was short, the service was good and the staff, especially at the desk was friendly and helpful. The doctor was very caring, she took her time and made sure I understood what was going on with me and what I needed to do. This will be my go to when I need a go to. Thank you NextCare Urgent Care for a very nice visit.
Well, this facility seemed to be on the up & up during my visit. Everything seemed straight forward. Submitted proof of insurance and for some reason, they stated I was paying out of pocket. What was the point of having me upload a photo copy of my insurance (front & back) if you were just going to ignore it? Because of their negligence, I was billed a month later for my visit and had to spend hours on the line with Cigna for them to contact Urgent Care to resubmit claim. 2 Stars because the associate at front desk was kind.
I was a walk-in patient. Everyone was nice and friendly. I was checked-in with no problem and did not had to wait long at all. PA Jazmin was very through in asking questions and examining me. The MA was very through also and did a great job giving me my shot!
As expected with todays current healthcare you would expect nothing less but to at least wait awhile to be seen almost anywhere you go. The only thing to consider when choosing an urgent care as a walk-in is a well coordinated care, hospitable staff, and a clean facility, but when when the front desk receptionist gives the first and usually the first impression I would say they chose poorly in there decision to choose some of there staff. I was treated poorly and actually heard verbatim from this staff member that she was intentionally ‘choosing specific people to wait longer times’ based on her opinions. I was told by the Dr to come back if my condition, a suspected poison ivy rash, had worsened in 2 days and I would much rather go anywhere else to be seen.
My appointment was very easy to schedule. The staff were very nice and professional.Today my visit was with P.A. Kerry Clancy and he was awesome! He got me in and out and listened to all my concerns. He was very professional and competent. I highly recommend him as a provider! This facility is awesome and with the online app you download, SOLVE, it makes the process quick and smooth!
This location was all friendly and efficient! Saw a provider within a reasonable amount of time and she was thorough. Tested positive for COVID (first time ever!!) and have bronchitis and a sinus infection on top it…fun!🤣 I told her I am traveling with my 74 yo dad who also has cardiac issues. She personally went to the front desk to request they add him as an urgent visit so he could be tested as well. He was positive as well and she was able to prescribe the antiviral for high risk individuals.Well done NextCare!! We appreciate your help!!
I had interaction with one staff member during the check in and checkout process and to be honest one of the staff member’s demeanor and attitude was horrible towards me. There were two staff members sitting at the front desk, one happened to be black and that was the one I had the interaction with. I sat there and listened to how she interacted with other people and she was not the same, towards them in general, she was definitely friendly and very sweet towards them. When I came out the doctor’s office I happened to go towards the front to check out because that’s what I remember doing in the past when have visited here. With a terrible demeaning disgusting disrespectful tone she told me you can’t be here you have to sit down, “paraphrasing” her. And so I didn’t confront her with why her tone was like that towards me, I said okay sorry about and i sat down to wait. She finally “shouted” my first name and she gave me my paper work with a non genuine smile, and I said thank you, have a good day and I left. In this case this staff member’s attitude was so horrible, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star, sorry to say this. Minus her, everything and everyone was generally kind and the doctor I saw was fantastic!
Checking in online was smooth, and the staff was very friendly and professional, this includes the front desk, nurse, doctor and x-ray technician. The wait time was not that great since I scheduled an appointment online, but there was a sign posted stating about walk-in’s that are emergency having priority. Other than, that my experience was very good.
Front Desk receptionist, triage nurse, & Dr. Chan were really nice and caring. Wait time for a walk in was long, was there for 3 hours from walk-in to leave time. Will make appointment for now on to be seen faster.
It was a great experience. Every time I come my appointment is set up and I am seen within a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and the doctor is always concerned about my health needs. I would recommend this office to people I know. Thank you for your service.
I sit in NextCare for 2 1/2 hours to be told I need to go to First Health Campus to get a CT. Then I sit there for another 2 hours. We live in Clinton NC. We got home around 11:30. Mr whoever I saw told me not to go to cape fear valley because he didn’t trust them. He said I’m sending you to this new hospital. How about he/they referred almost everyone they saw that day to the same hospital . Waiting room was over crowded, people everywhere and on the outside. What y’all did was very inconsiderate . Refer people to different hospitals. Majority there said they were referred from NextCare. That was thoughtless!!!!Alice Teresa Parker
First time ever needing urgent care and it’s Saturday. NextCare, by Old Navy, was open and I walked in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. I was seen in a timely manner, especially considering I was a walk-in. Thankfully they have on site abilities to run lab work and take x-rays. The nurse/techs know their stuff and the PA I saw listened, took my health issue seriously and ordered the tests that gave a clear diagnosis.I highly recommend this urgent care office! A great experience in a time of need.
My doctor Dr Humbargar was amazing she was very kind and patient with me. I love how she helped to ease my mind about my injury healing process and let me cry out my frustrations. Her experience and care for my situation was a huge help on my healing journey. I would definitely recommend her and this facility to family and friends in the Fayetteville area.
Marcisha is amazing. When I was feeling my worst she went above and beyond to insure my medicine prescriptions were sent to the correct pharmacy. She is kind, patient and cates for her patients! Promote her now! They entire staff has treated me so well. Thank you all for your gentle and complete care!
Received some pretty scary health results. The Dr was so kind. Offered me a hug & warm words of encouragement. All the staff were very respectful.Im very grateful for their service.
From the two ladies out front, and Millie in the back, they were all helpful. I’ve spoke to Millie three different times, and she’s always upbeat and positive. The staff was moving at a good clip with patients. Chairs out front looked kinda dirty though. And for the dads - I was able to check in, and run to Lowe’s to grab some stuff I needed before running back well in time to be called back 🤙
Although, the wait was longer than I would have liked, the customer service was great! The two women at the front desk were so sweet, and the nurse and PA who treated me were caring.
Only things is when they bring you back you sit for a long time before the doctors come to see you! But everyone was amazing. Felt like I got great care! Overall very happy with my experience.
With any urgent care, there is going to be a wait so I made an appointment the day prior knowing I needed to be seen. Due to having an appointment, I was in and out within an hour. They have signs posted letting you know that they do still accept walk ins so wait times vary. I overheard a walk in say they had been waiting about 40 minutes before getting called back which is still a good wait time, in my opinion, for any urgent care. The medic was nice and personable. The physician was sweet and quick to treat. Overall, great experience for my first time at this urgent care.
We came in tonight because my husband needed stitches and everyone was so great. They also got him back and stitched up so quickly. The ladies at the front desk (I think their names are Tonya and Millie) were so fun. No one ever wants to end up at an urgent care, but everyone we came into contact with here made it as pleasant as possible!
The space was clean and I was seen quickly. The provider did not listen well. I told her the medications I was on. She prescribed a medication I told her I could not take. I told her why I could not take it with my other medication. Get to the pharmacy and she had prescribed it anyway. I will probably try someplace else next time my health is to important to me to allow someone to undermine what I know.
I had to revise my review after todays visit. First let me say that the staff were nice. But the lobby was could use a good clean. The kids section had potato chips all over the floor and I was there when they opened, so those chips had been there since the day before. They also could not find my chart today. They said I had two different charts, each with my name spelled incorrectly. And they still couldnt find where I had been seen a week ago. So I was diagnosed and had medication ordered all from what I was telling her and not based on the proper visit history.I didnt find the doctor to be very knowledgeable. She didnt even recognize the name of a medication I had been ordered (that worked) in the past for the same illness.Overall, I wouldnt go here for anything more serious than a cold.
I had to get a drug screening for employment and when I checked in there were 20 people ahead of me! I honestly wanted to leave because I felt like I’d be there for an eternity! It seemed to move pretty quickly and then my name was called. Shannon was the person who conducted my drug screening. Shannon was very friendly and ensured that I wasn’t lost in the shuffle and she had me in and out. I appreciate her kindness and thoroughness when preparing me before and after the screening.
The Urgent Care on Glensford Dr. is always great. When I can’t get to my son’s primary doctor, urgent care is always usually my go to. Every experience I’ve had at this location has always been a great one. Very nice staff that show that they care!
The people at the front desk and my nurse was amazingggg! So kind and treated me nice. The nurse listened to me and everything went well. Expect the doctor I had. She wasn’t listening to me and kept assuming it was just a sinus infection. I was loosing vision (blurry) in my right eye 4 days b4 my sinuses broke out. It all started with a migraine. Just no worries she prescribed me allergy medicine 🤣. I told the nurse what the doctor said and she said please go see an eye doctor. I thanked her for actually listening to my concerns. She was literally the sweetest person ever.
Overall 2 stars. Pros: easy scheduling. Cons: wait time even with appointment, provider did not hear my concerns.Scheduling an appointment was easy however the wait time was an hour even with an appointment. Another long wait time in the exam room. Total time in the clinic was over 2 hours. Front desk staff were cordial - not overly nice but also not rude. Care was sub-par. Provider did not know my allergies although they are listed on the chart. I told them my current issue and I’ve had this issue before and told them what medications/interventions worked for the same issue last time. They did not outright dismiss my knowledge of my situation/knowing my body but kept suggesting a medication that I have never taken before. With my history I told them I am uneasy about taking that class of medication since I have an allergy to some medications in that class. I told them repeatedly what medication works. The prescribed the medication they thought would be best. After taking 3 doses of what they prescribed my condition did not improve. I went a different provider the next day and got the care I needed because they listened to their patient.
Very helpful with registration, prompt call to the back even though I was a walk-in patient. The nurse completed my vital signs as well took athe correct details of my visit and reported to the practitioner prior to meeting with me and explained she would need to complete an X-ray. The X-ray tech came right away to complete the ordered test and assisted me back to my room to await the test and practitioner feedback. The practitioner came in after testing and stated the radiologist would review the test and she would contact me if there were any issues. I received a call about an hour later that there was a suspected issue detected and that a followup CT scan had been sent to Carolina Imaging as well an Orthopedic consult. Very thorough visit as always.
After I checked in , using app, I didnt have to wait too long, about 5 minutes, I was in a room and about 5mins after that, the doctor came in to talk to me. 10 minutes after that, I had the x-rays done. Really quick today.
The wait was less than expected on a Saturday. The staff were all courteous and respectful. Shannon administered a shot as painlessly as Ive ever had. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and to-the-point.
By far the sweetest staff! We had nurse Shannon and Dr Lisa and they were AMAZING with my son and the ladies at the front desk were so sweet! They made my son a lollipop bouquet and it made his whole day!
The front desk lady Deb was rude and not willing to help or answer questions when I was confused about some things as well as argumentative other than that the staff was great. I came because of a swollen elbow and although there was no pain the Dr. didnt say how to care for it until my referal appointment. No ice, no anti-inflammatory, no care needed until referral appointment, or any advice. I was told what was wrong and then to pick up my discharge papers from the lobby. I was a walk-in with no scheduled appointment as well.
May 5 2024I among one of the best visits here Ive had. They were running slow so I received a call asking if Id like to come in early since they had very low wait times. When we got there, there were only 2 people ahead of us when normally it would be 15-20 people. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The vitals nurse was very kind and gentle with my son and made it a fun experience for him. The doctor was very understanding and listened to what I had to say and worked with my son and I to make sure we got what we needed accomplished. Thank you for the wonderful experience today!P.S. My son wanted to make sure everyone knows to expect the vending machines to be high priced.June 20 2024I had a nurse named hope who was absolutely amazing! I came in cause my legs got so swollen the skin was tearing and I was getting fluid blisters. So I had a lot of open wounds on my legs that needed to be cleaned and dressed. She let me work with her to create the least painful process to get them properly cleaned and dressed. She was very sympathetic and comforting threw this very painful experience.I was a walk in and check in was easy and they did not have many people in line so I was able to get in very quickly. The ladies at the front desk for check in and out were both nice and helpful. When I got to the back the doctor was an older lady with short hair(cant remember her name) but she was very nice and listened to what I had to say and also asked a lot of questions to make sure she was able to properly diagnose the problem. Then she made sure I left in a better position then when I came in even though they werent able to do too much. But she asked the nurse (amazing hope) to make sure my wounds were properly cleaned and dressed and then had her wrap them tight in a long 6in ace wrap to help reduce the swelling like compression socks do. They even sent me home with an extra pair so I had a set to use while I am cleaning the first pair. The only other thing I would have liked them to have done it to have done aomething about the pain especially that if my wounds. Some lidocaine cream would have been a God send to numb while I clean. But over alm it was one of the best experiences Ive had there so far.
Went to bed with a 102° fever. Woke and it broke. They didn’t take my temperature but logged 98° in my paperwork. They tried to draw blood and failed twice so now I have two huge purple bruises from them wiggling the needle around in my veins. Got home and had another 101° fever and still have an insane bronchitis cough but they said “nothing” was wrong with me and gave me a perfect bill of healthThey also tried to discourage me from getting a tetanus shot even though I literally needed one due to broken skin
Everyone was very NICE an FAST!!!. I was visiting home an my ear was bothering me BAD!!. :( But your team came to my RESCUE. Thank you , an your team. You all are AWESOME!!!. I can HEAR NOW!!!. ;) Sending many, many, BLESSINGS. Mr. Price.
We are from out of state and were driving through. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The staff was professional and very caring. Based on our needs, we were given a printed prescription so it’s more convenient for us to get the medication in time. Overall a great experience.
The ladies at the front desk was amazing they was so smitten by my little man which he was as well lol…they was sweet to my two girls as well. The provider was wonderful all around great stuff. checking in was just long but that could have been do to my first time.
Dr Gross was amazing and the front administration staff was on it ! I walked in at 9:26 with severe abdominal pain … had an X-ray and shot for pain before leaving the office at 10:45. I also received a scheduled referral for an ultrasound within the hour .Thank you Nextcare for going above and beyond while continuing to be efficient and quick
I checked in at 10:55am for a WC referral. There were 23 people in front of me and I was not called back until 12:37pm. Once I was put in a room and asked a few questions, I sat in the exam room for another 30+ minutes waiting on the physician. I was seen at 1:23p. After an xray, I sat for another 15 minutes until I was given discharge information just to go back to the lobby to wait to be called to collect all of my paperwork. All of the staff members were very friendly but the reasoning for the 1 star is specifically just the urgency of the facility itself. For it to be called Urgent Care, there was no rush and there were people waiting for hours.
I was impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and efficiency of the staff. I checked in at 5:57pm on a Friday evening and with 21 people ahead of me I just knew I was in for a long night. I was called back within about two hours. They quickly did what I needed done and I was heading out. That hour of night, I am sure they were all ready to go home after a long day, some of them having to turn right back around and do it the next day, and they all still had a smile and a friendly attitude :-)
My visit to Nextcare was Excellent!! Janice, Mr. Clancy, Latonya, and Corbin all did a great job!!! My wait was very short. I like how Janice took my blood pressure with a regular blood pressure cuff. It gives a better reading.
I absolutely will vouch for this place! This urgent care is very professional, quick and knowledgeable. They listen to all concerns and treat each individual like they would a member of their families it seems to me. Ive done visits for myself and my children as well as my husband. I refer ppl here all the time. Since I came here I never go anywhere else they also have Drs that went and started their own practice if anyone needs pcp help like we did
Super fast service (we were walk-ins). Very nice staff from front desk to nurse to provider. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommend 💪🏽💪🏽.
I would like to first start off by saying Thank you for the epic experience you all provided from the front desk to the Vitals and ending with the Doctor. Me being a person who by Gods grace had to be active with seeking care in awhile was not at all surprised by the same 5 star treatment that has always keep me returning to this place in which I rely on for guidance to health concerns and injuries. At times you find people just provide a service for financial gratuity and I Im standing on this statement that this facility is not in that scope or box there of. With that I say hats off and continue to provide the classic service that brings your company to heights that everyone needs to follow as a blueprint for success. Sincerely Kareem Taylor
The ease of being able to schedule an appointment the same day was wonderful. I was seen 6 minutes before my appointment and out within 30 minutes. Tonya, Millie, Candice and Trisha was AMAZING!!! My provider Lora was Top Notch!!!
People that work there extremely slow and do not care if you are there with a sick child. I work in the medical field and there was no need to wait 2 hours to be seen. On top off that the provider was rude and it only took her 5 minutes to see him.
Needed some stitches in my hand. Even though short staffed all employees were very pleasant. Was in and out in about 2 hrs. Way better than going to the ER and cheaper. Would definitely go again.
I came into NextCare with my son who was seeming to be having an allergic reaction. Out of town so I was lacking the proper paperwork. Tonya, Millie & Candice with beyond satisfactory service reassuring me that with limited information they will get my son situated. And they did we smiles & great energy. Our Provider Lisa was also very involved during our deliberations and keep our visit simple & sweet. We appreciate the team at NextCare. Making an Unfortunate visit an easily endeared visit.
Triage nurse and NP were wonderful. Front desk staff can work on their customer service skills. I should not hear about your plans for tomorrow because you are off, while I am sitting in the lobby with a sick child. Totally inappropriate. I waited over 30 minutes for discharge paperwork that was sitting in a folder. When I approached the front desk to inquire, I was met with an attitude then was told “oh I thought you were gone”.
I had blood in my urine with abdominal pain and burning. Urgent care at WAMC was closed, so I went to Next Care. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. The process was easy. The doctor was caring and efficient. I would recommend this provider.
All staff was nice and very helpful. After I was informed about payment options my time there went really quick. I highly recommend and will be coming back for my urgent care needs
My daughter has a severe earache. I took her in the day before yesterday and they said it was a simple case of swimmers ear. No oral antibiotics, just drops… we are on day 3 of the drops… no relief yet. She is getting on a plane in less than a week for a school trip and cannot fly with an ear infection. Not satisfied at all… I asked the doc for oral antibiotics but she declined
It took quite a long time to get seen and my prescription was suppose to be sent to the pharmacy and it was not. I had to return to the office to get a hard copy before the pharmacy closed. I understand the long wait ⏲️ time but didnt like it 😕. The prescription part a mess. I shouldnt have had to get my script. Communication... should be much better.
They are very thorough and precise with your symptoms. The physicians are very punctual and very attentive to your needs. They demonstrate great communication, accuracy, and a caring demeanor. I would refer anyone to this urgent care.
I went in last weekend in extreme pain. This staff was incredibly supportive as well as professional in prioritizing me and quick in deciding to send me to the hospital. During my time they inquired about my injury , did not once act as if I was faking , and when they suspected that my injury was spinal damage, they quickly acted. I honestly could not of asked for a better experience. My injury did require the hospitals attention, but at the time there was no way for me to suspect that. Great staff! Kind, professional and so polite!
I had to wait for over 4hours.I was told that they were not taking any more walk ins. But 10 people came in after me and some were seen before me. Was not please at all with the front end service. The Np was very good and knew what she was doing.
Ms. Shannon is the best!! She my baby comfortable , she stayed with us through the entire process… my boy was scared cause he had to get stitches but she made him laugh
I had an appointment. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. I checked in at the desk. Filled out the required paperwork. Then I sat down to wait. Those who came in after me with appointments were seen ahead of me. I understand that those who are sick take priority. However, I waited for an hour to be called back for a simple test for employment. Unfortunately I have to go back to get the results from my test. I wonder how long I have to wait this time.
Wait time was a bit longer than expected as I set up the appointment the day b4 via the web.My overall experience was excellent due to the friendly and somewhat efficient staff. I will definitely return...
Tammy was great doing the intake and engaging. The doctor was horrible. She couldn’t draw my blood without it she was unable to provide any assistance or relief for my pain. It was a waste of 3 hours for her to tell me I should go to the emergency room. Would not recommend this place. The location was dirty and they had paper on the floor to deal with rain water.
The process was quick. I didnt have to wait hours to be seen. Very pleasant staff and Dr was nice. We definitely go back if I need too.
Thankful for the team for taking good care of me and my daughter. Millie, Tonya, Corbin, and Diane yall were great! Millie was very kind and helped me fix my appointment because me and my daughter were seperate by an hour. I ended up testing positive for strep but was in good hands!
I arrived around 6:40pm as a walk-in and was seen a little after 8pm which was pretty good to me. The nurse and PA were phenomenal and I can’t thank the PA enough for addressing my concerns and sending in my prescriptions. She also gave me a printed copy incase the pharmacy was closed on the weekend. Thank you again!
Every single person there was pleasant and helpful. I was seen fast, within 20 minutes of walking in. Very happy with my visit and would choose this location again in a heartbeat.
We got there at 8:25am and they opened at 8:00am. I took my 2 year old and he didn’t get seen until 11am. We waited 3 hours. And then when we got back to the exam room, the drawers were open and they had disgusting hair and dust and dirt all in them. It looked so nasty and unorganized. I doubt they sanitized the room. They didn’t even have sanitize wipes in the room like all doctors offices do. The doctor was fine that’s why I gave it 2 stars. Just an average Nurse Practitioner that did her job. But ZERO stars for the cleanliness and care of the actual medical equipment and presentation. Also can’t believe I waited for 3 hours when I got there 20 minutes after they opened.
Walked in with my childs sore elbow. Did the QR code check in. Got moved into a room very quickly made 10 min at the most. A bit longer to get to the xray machine on two separate times. Staff took very good care of us and found the problem sent us on our way. Very happy with the service.
It seems that my previous review was removed, so I’m reposting to ensure others are aware of the issues with NextCare Urgent Care. All they seem to be doing in response to every low-rating review is copying and pasting the same automated reply, which is not only unprofessional but also unethical in a healthcare setting. Medical ethics emphasize the importance of responsiveness, transparency, and accountability in patient care. By dismissing patient concerns with canned responses, NextCare is failing to uphold these standards. It’s been a week since I sent an email to management, and still no response. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this facility—communication is terrible, they never return test results, and they rarely pick up the phone. Whoever is managing this place needs to be trained again. :I had an incredibly disappointing experience with NextCare Urgent Care. I recently had a video visit where the provider completely dismissed my concerns and refused to prescribe a treatment that I know works for me based on my past experiences. I explained my history with styes and the need for oral antibiotics to prevent infections, but the provider was condescending and kept shutting down my attempts to advocate for myself. She repeatedly shook her head and said “no,” treating me as if I didn’t know anything about my own condition. After this frustrating experience, I followed their advice and sent an email to [email protected], hoping to have my concerns addressed. However, it’s been days with no response. It’s clear that “we care” is just a hollow statement for them. We’re not asking for favors—we pay for a service that they don’t care to deliver properly.Judging by the numerous poor reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue with NextCare. They appear to have a habit of not properly training their staff, and management doesn’t seem interested in addressing these serious concerns. They take your money and that’s about it.Save yourself the frustration and look for a healthcare provider that actually listens, cares, and responds to their patients.
Ist experience with NextCare. It was easy to make an appointment and check in process. Everything done online. From front door to exit all was great 👍. I even had a chance to monitor my status via my phone. Thank you all for great service today. My grandson was happy with the nurse who completed his vitals. His comment..she was very good 👍
I’ve been dealing with the healthcare system for months now trying to get testing done for a mysterious lump. Nowhere would test me without a doctors order, even though it was necessary.I’m a twenty year old just starting out with little money, no primary care physician or real idea of how the healthcare system works, and definitely don’t have insurance yet.I called every place in town to no avail, I never thought urgent care could help with that. I was so happy walking out with my referral I felt like I could do a cartwheel!Just putting this out there for anyone else who might not know this is an option! Plus everyone there was super helpful and friendly!
I had a wonderful experience! The staff was super nice and very thorough. They even let my son see his bones (hes 6 so he thought it was super cool)
From check in to check out every individual was truly professional. The PA was genuine and showed he cared about the issue at hand. I will not go to another Urgent Care ever.
If it were possible I would rate this urgent care a negative five stars due to RUDENESS!!! Before I could even begin to sign my husband in a mean nurse interrupt the conversation I was having with the receptionist to tell me how understaffed they are. When I asked her if she thought the wait would be closer to a couple of hours or all day, she coped an attitude and said I would have better chance of being seen at the ER. At the time it was 8:30 in the morning and there were only 3 people in the waiting room.
It was very quick. The Dr. made me feel very comfortable and help me get the medicine that I need it. I highly recommend this place and the people here are just so nice and child friendly.!
Checked in 15 minutes early for my scheduled 6:15pm appointment. Spent over two hours just waiting for my appointment to happen. Once I got sent back, I was evaluated and sent my way in less than 15 minutes. Was just give the “usual” antibiotics and steroid cream for my ear that was severely swollen shut with blisters all over my ear and had no hearing. The doctor didn’t even know what to do or prescribe and even had a Dermatology Book in her hands and was just guessing what could’ve been the cause. The only thing she had to say afterwards that if it gets worse then just go to the hospital. Once we were escorted back into the lobby we sat an additional 40 minutes waiting on my discharge papers. I had to walk up to the front counter just to ask for a copy of the discharge paperwork just so I can make it on time to the pharmacy before they close. This place has gone down hill so badly and I wouldn’t recommend going here at all.
Very pleasant and kind staff. Not one negative person. Everyone greeted us with smiles. Millie, Tonya, Corbin, my provider Jane, Tessa, Deja, Shannon and Janice have set a new standard when it comes to customer service.
Misdiagnosed my baby. The NextCare urgent care tested my daughter yesterday 11/28/23 by mouth swab and said she was negative for strep throat. We went home but she still couldn’t talk, eat and barely slept so I took her to Highsmith express care. They tested her again by mouth swab and it was positive 😡. So glad I listened to my gut and got a second opinion.
My family of 4 has been to the Fayetteville office 6 times in the last month or so. 2 cases of RSV, 3 Flu As, and an ear infection. We are military and acute appointments are hard to come by with our PCMs. Being able to schedule online for same/next day for 5 of the 6 appointments and walk in for the other was a godsend for us. Everyone; the sweet ladies at the front desk, the caring nursing staff, and friendly, efficient providers have been amazing! They listened to me as a mom when I asked for RSV and Flu testing based on what was going around our school. They were as patient and concerned with my 3 and 6 year olds as they were with my husband and I when the kid germs finally got us.***sometimes you do have to wait a bit to be seen even if you have an appointment but it is an urgent care. They are accommodating walk-ins, emergent patients, and scheduled patients the best they can. You have to adjust your expectations and show grace with the folks working there because, when it is your turn, you will want them to take the time needed to evaluate you without rushing, even if it takes a bit longer than they have slotted for each appointment, just like they did with the patient before you. I usually have a short wait, 10-30 minutes, after my scheduled appointment time. There have been a few times in the last couple years that it was a longer wait but the great part is that you check in on line and can hang in the car or drive around so the kids don’t go nuts waiting and don’t touch pick up all new germs in the waiting room. The app helps you track your place in line and they text you when you are getting close to being seen. I wish I could do that with our pcm because their wait is almost always longer even though we schedule those appointments way in advance.I can’t say enough great things about the men and women at our location and feel very blessed that we have them as an option for acute care when we can’t get in quickly enough to our PCM. No one wants to wait even a few days to be seen when their kids have the flu or an ear infection and thanks to Nextcare, we don’t have to!
They did a good job. I feel like it could’ve been better. My son is still in pain. I don’t think the x-ray wasn’t taking properly other than that. I think they did all right.
Unsatisfied service by the Front desk staff. The language is unprofessional and rude. Waiting time for an appointment was more than 3 hours.Nursing staff and practitioner were friendly and warm.
Still great experience here. Been coming here for last 5 yrs for D.O.T. Physical & as always no problem, sometimes can get busy but be patient they’re working as fast and hard as possible.👍🏿👍🏿🫡
The ease of scheduling online was great. Check-in was also a great. The ladies working up front were very welcoming. The wait was really long even though there was an appointment made in advance and we were checked in before the recommended time of arrival. I’m a very patient person but what is the point of the ability to book an appointment and then afterwards recommend you get 15 mins beforehand if the facility is going to place you in the walk-in queue anyway. I really do appreciate the care after the long wait though. I do recommend this provider if you don’t mind a wait.
I just want to give a huge shout out to the Nextcare Urgent care for all their help today. As soon as I walked in the ladies at the front counter greeted me and were so sweet. I bet I didn’t wait 20 minutes to be seen. The nurse that did my vitals was a rock star…Linne Humbargar the PA that came in in minutes was so kind understanding. I’m just impressed with the whole staff there. Keep do what you’re doing you guys are amazing.
Totally satisfied ! If we ever need quick medical care, we will definitely come back to NextCare !The staff was friendly and the doctor was just perfect !We came because my daughter had a UTI, we were in a different Urgent Care a day before and left after almost 4 hours kinda untreated. At NextCare, from getting in and out not even 1,5 hours with a prescription for antibiotics ! I felt that the doctor took my concerns about different treatments / procedures serious and gave me some good recommendations.
Seems like staff have nothing but attitude when trying to inquire about literally anything and treat the patient/inquirer as if they are either incompetent or dumb. Sat in lobby for 5 hours as room filled, emptied, filled, and emptied despite appt being made. I understand how urgent care facilities work in sense of moving more urgent conditions in faster however the issue indeed was urgent. We went somewhere else today, got called back into a room the moment we walked in the door and was informed the symptoms being experience were from severe allergic reaction that was leading towards anaphylactic shock. Yet nextcare decided a 5 plus hour wait time was okay. If you have any options other than this I would recommend choosing those. Doctors may or may not potentially be of quality but the rest of the workers make the experience miserable and depending on your condition may cause more harm than good. Unless 5 hour wait times are okay for the situation youre going through. This has occurred now 2 times. First time thought was a fluke. Second time around we realized it is not and more so a way of operation apparently.
I was seen here for a workers comp injury, the nursing and front desk staff were great each time. I had one bad experience with a PA but we all have off days. Id suggest doing an appt due to it being an urgent care, it would help with the wait time.
I waited a long time they said “ they forgot about me “ which I was very confused by! But after I was seen they were super sweet the nurses and doctor are very nice gentle, just kinda wish the waiting wasn’t so long!
My last review was a little harsh. I was desperately sick with covid and Pneumonia together. I had covid 3yrs before and almost died in hospital. Needless to say the return of covid Devastated me! I was on edge andThese folks have been great every time except for the weird day. They see Miserable people sick, all day everyday 7 days a week. So I imagine they are stressed as well. They helped me and my family several times and have been great in gettin us well! A thank you
I went into nextcare in full copd exasperation (unable to breath) telling the front desk just that. Two of the receptionists were asking for my ID and insurance card and not even considering that I was under duress and I was trying to give her my ID and my husband could and was willing to provide both. Fortunately for me, the medical personnel came out and saw the urgency of my situation and immediately brought me back to get me treatment without the card. The medical personnel there were on point. They had me back to breathing in minutes and X-ray done in record time. An ambulance was called and arrived in no time flat. Other than the receptionists not seeing the situation for what it was, my experience was 5 star.
Lobby needs a little attending to. All the paper post on the wall but not enforcing them, take them down. Front desk seemed attentive and nice. Triage nurse was just that she say hi after you came up to her when she called your name. She just lead me back to get weighted and motioned me to follow her to exam room, then that is when she said, Doctor will be with you shortly. Doctor was very nice and always has been when i see her but this time nothing was done or nothing couldnt of been done, I dont know but She looked at my leg, felt it, says it was swollen and warm to the touch and gave me meds for the pain and told me if it gets worse to go to ER. Its a hit or miss with Nextcare
This NextCare was so good. I had an eye injury and i was treated so kindly. The wait time wasnt bad and they all were so professional, kind and knew what they were doing. 5 stars for NextCare!
What’s the point of making an appointment if you are still going to have to wait 2 hrs? Booked appointments should come before walk-ins. This will be my last visit here. Ridiculous.
Ive been here because of my job several times and just today cause my children needed physicals for school. Today an appointment had been made specifically for that at this location and it wasnt till they arrived the told us they dont do them there so they wasted our time and money. This place sucks Ive never had a good experience here. Drs beside manner sucks as well. Take my advice and take your chances elsewhere.
The staff was kind and helpful. The wait time was much shorter than I expected as a walk-in. I would definitely recommend this particular establishment if you need an urgent care facility.
I visited NextCare on 5/19. The front desk staff, Millie and T (I forgot the name, so sorry) were very pleasant on entry, they answered any questions I had, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The visit was streamlined and quick, but very efficient. Thank you to all the ladies who helped me.
Even though the office was busy and I had to wait a while, I never felt ignored, They did a good job moving things along Doctor care was great! I would recommend this place
The wait was as expected as a walk -in; they let me move my appt a day earlier. The Dr, nurses, and front desk staff were AMAZING!
My visit 5-22-2024The provider - Ms Jane Punzalan did amazing work stitching me back up. Took her time and made me feel at ease. The nurse that day was an absolute God send, I believe her name was Tammy. But, I could be wrong, I was in complete shock. Her bedside manner and compassion for complete strangers in need, goes beyond any expectations. I came in at the end of the day. The whole team that night was united in great energy and I felt seen and heard. Yall were made for helping people, shout out to, Corbin,Millie, Tonya, Mas April, Shannon,Deja, Ty,
Workers were nice and pleasant. It was not a long wait although 13 people were ahead of me and oh yeah, I love how you can track the number of people ahead of you.
Had a 12:00 appointment and didn’t get seen until an hour later. Then spent another hour in the examine room just to have the “Provider” tell us to rest and take ibuprofen. So 2 hours and 18 minutes and $70 less we still got zero answers. Waste of a place!!
They checked me in, the receptionists were so sweet. Took my money and left me sitting in the waiting room and forgot about me. My daughter and I were supposed to go in together they took my daughter back and she told them she thought we were going together and she was told a lot of the providers dont like that. So they left me sitting there. After 2 hours I went to the desk and told them I was leaving I want a refund. The receptionist was shocked I hadnt been seen she thought I went with my daughter. She apologized and tried to get me to stay. I was hurt and to upset. This kind of treatment is why I havent been to a Dr. In almost 20 years. They just dont care and they dont listen.
Tammy was an absolute joy to have as our welcoming nurse she was patient with my child and played with her to ease her anxiousness. The nurse practitioner that acted as our provider was horrible. She was extremely insensitive and unknowledgeable about children with disabilities. She was inpatient and kept telling my nonverbal child to do things that she could not do. She didnt ask questions that could help provide better care and provided us with useless information of how to care for my Childs mouth. She was forceful and rude. Short lady with gray hair and glasses.
I have autoimmune disease and I have been having issues with my nail lifting, and cracking. My nails are literally cracked to exposing half of my nail beds and skin around nails cracked. Doctor tells me they dont do lab works when I asked to see if Im maybe having vitamin efficiency or it could be something else? Whats the point of being at er if all youre going to do is to tell me its because of autoimmune disease but wont do any lab work? This will be my first and last visit here.
The whole staff was very caring and sweet. I felt horrible and they made the process from checkin to checkout quick and convenient. The PA was very kind and I am already feeling better. Thanks to all!!
My mother came in as a walk in and received the most amazing service from the welcoming friendly staff. I want to commend Millie, Trisha, Deb, Phylis, Michelle, Keda, Hope, April, Chauna, Gerald,Yasmean, and Jane for making us feel like V.I.P. clients. I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care.
My son had an infection clear as day what else do you call redness an pus coming out ?!? No antibiotics no recommendations on pain relief. 40 min drive 1hr wait even though appointment was scheduled all just to speak to dr for a total of 2 min. Very unprofessional an the inside could use a little TLC just saying. RANT OVER ! Have a blessed one !
This is honestly my favorite urgent care in all of Fayetteville. I came in at 10:30. I got out at 12 around 1 oclock. Sometimes you know if you come in at 10:30 you wont leave till 3 PM but they were actually pretty quick on this Saturday, the ladies were very nice, and they were able to prescribe me medication which sometimes my provider wont even prescribe me medication when I asked so I appreciate the fact that they were able to prescribe me medication and get me in and out pretty quickly. The only thing I dont like is that the pharmacy I picked is not open today. I wish somebody wouldve told me that but its not their fault. Thats my fault of course but I do enjoy this particular urgent care. When I came name & told them that the pharmacy was closed they fixed the issue! The people who helped me are Trisha, Millie, Deb, Phylis, Michelle, Keda, Chauna, April, and Hope. My provider was Yasmeen!
The staff and physicians were excellent. They cared about my health and sent me to the er for further evaluation. I would recommend them if you want a caring team working for you.
Overall the staff were friendly, attentive, and, I was seen in a timely manner. This facility is highly recommended from the virtual visit scheduling me to be seen the same day. Will definitely go back if needed.
Was very happy about receiving a shot! Legs are relieved of pain. I really appreciate Dr! Nurse did excellent with with getting blood from my bad veins. Staff was awesome
Love this place and the staff is amazing. My daughter has autism and has a fear of doctors so sometimes its hard to get her in. One of the staff members was so sweet and helped me get her in. The staff in the back was amazing a very patient
My experience at Urgent Care was wonderfulThey taken care of my issue in a very professional manner. The PA was very nice and the lady that assist her . Thank You from the bottom of my heart.
They have delayed my ability to get proper care from a specialist, because they did not send my referral. Now I have to try and get in contact with someone about my referral, however I cannot reach anyone in their office because no one picks up the phone.
Excellent service and attention from all employees starting from the reception room to all their nurses and doctors, very cordial and humanitarian 🤲 The world needs many people like them who are sensitive to their patients and try to solve their problems, thank you with all my heart ♥️
Was overly impressed with the staff. it was my birthday&they all wished me a happy birthday, genuinely. even made me a card&gave me 2 cupcakes(my husband was with me). they were nice, patient& thorough. BUT... the doctor... wasnt thrilled with. dont want to see him again. he rushed, talked over me , didnt listen to me,...i could keep going. said he was going to do (2) things that he never ended up doing. luckily i asked the nurse about one.. but forgot the other. didnt realize till today that i never got an answer (the 2nd thing) about my tetanus shot so i hav no clue if i still need one or not&would hav to make another apt. ? overall...i would STRONGLY recommend to others to only go there, & rave about my experience....if not for the doctor situation. which sadly...is kind of the most impt part. he wasnt rude, per say, just inattentive, &everything listed above. &because of how he was, unsure if i can trust anything he told me. you cant make a proper diagnosis without knowing&understanding exactly what your diagnosing. &already know he wasnt 100%right, bcuz i now hav fluid built up happening with numbness. so planning to go to hospital tom.(holiday today) my recommendation... find another doctor or ask him to.... listen to his patients. &most importantly DONT TALK OVER THEM. it makes them flustered&forget what they were trying to say. &again... everyone else... STAFF...AAAAAAMAZING!!!
Had to reschedule first visit when the app said I was 3rd in line only to find out 45 minutes after my appt time I am now 7th in line. Once I got seen on my next appt time the Nurse Practitioner was professional and efficient. I understand they take walk ins and emergencies. Be aware that if you need something routine you will wait until the rush is over.
Thank you for expeditiously taking care of my loved one. Because he is mostly nonverbal, thank you for “taking care of” vs. “handling” him. The sweetest office tech checked us in. Again, THANK YOU!! Cathenia Johnson
The wait was pretty fast for a walk in and the doctor (forgot his name) was so friendly, knowledgeable and most of all he listened! Triage nurse and Front desk was also very kind
Went to urgent care with my son. Millie & Tonya were amazing. They heard all my needs & even the back staff took very good care of me, listened to my concerns, & got me everything I needed.
The staff was very helpful in my needs and very respectful. You should be proud to have such great young women and men that take true pride and grit in their job. Enjoyed it. Thanks a million.
Came in with conjuction from COPD flair up. Was treated in a timely manner. The care provided was as good as my physician in Alabama would have provided and some new helpful COPD meds.
People were amazing, kind and made the whole environment comfortable. Wait time was a bit long but I was a walk in so I can’t complain.
Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Over priced care! Doctors take an oath to help regardless of ability to pay, yet you have to pay at least X dollars or you will not be cared for. $365.00 just to look at my ear and write an antibiotic RX.
I made my appointment the night before. I got there early, so I expected to wait. Luckily, the office wasnt to packed. I was in and out with 45 minutes. I didnt have a serious issue, so the doctor wasnt in there more than 5 minutes, sent a rx in & I was out.I always use this Nexcare when needed bc its close to my house.
Was a walk-in, even though there were 11 in front of me. I was seen quicker than expected. The nurse and PA were professional and kind. I would definitely go back when in need of urgent care.
Yesterday 4/16/24 my son was turned away from NextCare urgent care with them telling me they could not treat my son because he could be combative. For years now we’ve been going here and using the side door to go directly in the patient room. My son is 15, has Down Syndrome and Autism traits. He’s gets very overstimulated in waiting areas and has flipped chairs before though we avoid this sensory overload by going directly in the room. In the past he has had a meltdown in the patient room though I was able to handle the situation. He has NEVER hit any staff here. We waited two hours they swore they called me 3+ times though they were calling my ex-husband not the number listed for my son. I had my son in his wheel chair which I use for safety and elopement concerns at this door where this person told us that the medical provider said he could not be seen and her words were that’s her final decision. My son had a hematuria UTI (urine completely red blood) he was in pain and had already waited 2 hours in the car. We then went to get treatment at the hospital where he had no issues at all. I can’t believe they did this to us, it’s terrible. My son needed medical treatment and he was flat out turned away. I will never recommend this facility to anyone and will make sure his pediatrician knows as well so they will not either. I’m attaching a picture of my son so you can see how precious he is.
The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and courteous and explained all there was to be explained and my questions were dealt with in the most professional manner and I appreciate their help considerably and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs Urgent Care...
I normally do a video visit but today I went in person. The staff was Amazing, also LaTonya who checked me in was so kind. Normally I dread going to UC facilities but this one I will continue to be a patient.
Very friendly and compassionate. Recommend for your urgent care needs. My stitches turned out great.
Great staff. Was there on 6/20/2024 in the am and the staff was absolutely the best. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the customer service was the best. Thanks everyone!!
The gals at the front desk were fantastic and very charismatic, the doctor and nurse were great. Overall a very fast experience for being an urgent care. 10/10
Got there at 2:30 and was done by 5 pm. got xray and everyone was nice. easy check in process and can do paperwork online. saved a lot of money. thank you!!
The front staff were extremely friendly, unlike a lot of other urgent care staff. Wait wasn’t too long for a walk-in either and I was able to get my problem solved/medication prescribed for my issue. :)
Quality of care was great! Staff was kind and helpful. I was in and out within an hour of my appointment time.
My wait time was very reasonable. The staff were professional and personable. I will used this group again, if the need arises.
The entire staff that Idealt with was very, very, courteous and friendly. My wait was not long due to my condition. And I would definitely go back there if I needed too.
We are in town from out of state. My daughter started feeling bad so we chose NextCare based on proximity, and they took our insurance. We walked in at 5:22pm, 3 tests, and were out the door by 6:51pm. Front desk personnel was outstanding with great customer service as was the nurse. Doc was straightforward and got us on our way with a script quickly.
I was very happy with the service I received. The nurse and doctor that I had were very nice and caring. I would definitely come back.
The lobby was warm A/C didn’t work well, made an appointment got in 30 minutes pass appointment time. Staff was great though.
I was just turned away at the door as a walk in. The receptionist told me they reached capacity and wouldn’t accept anyone else.It was not easy getting here. You should post to call first if this is your practice.
Went in for hip and arm pain from where I had tripped and fell. The wait was not long at all and I was a walk in. Everyone was nice and helpful. It was overall a pleasant experience. This is usually my go to for urgent cares.
PA Lisa was quick and to the point. The Assistant was lovely. The receptionist was kind and easy to talk to. Everyone was friendly. I never knew this place existed but glad I went. The wait was long but I didnt mind. I waited about 4 hours. Not bad because wait times are longer in the ED. Ill definitely go back.
I made an appointment online, showed up an hour early and checked in. I was finally seen an hour after my appointment time. I dont understand why you make appointments if you dont plan on keeping them. Why not divide your workforce for both walk in and appointments.I understand that your establishment is an urgent care facility. However, if you plan on taking appointments, figure out how to keep them.
IF YOU NEED A DOT PHYSICAL THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! First off, I went to use the restroom and it was full of urine samples from other patients. If you’re using these urine samples for drug testing how are you allowing patients to have access to a bathroom that has urine samples sitting in the bathroom from multiple patients. On top of this being unsanitary someone could potentially lose their job if there is a mix up or if the sample is tampered with by anyone using the restroom. Secondly, the staff is unprofessional and rude. Customer service at this location is BEYOND POOR! Never in my life have I been so inconvenienced. The NP doesn’t even listen to the patient and she will hold your DOT card simply because she feels like it. On top of treating you like a criminal! MY CAREER IS NOT A JOKE TO ME SO FIND SOMEBODY ELSE TO PLAY WITH!
Yesterday, I received excellent care. I need to get an x-ray. I went back, today, to see if the x-ray referral could be sent electronically to Womack Army Medical Center on Fort Liberty. The young lady behind the desk needs an attitude adjustment. She made a face at the patient before me as the patient was leaving. She was nice enough when she asked if she could help me. Then when I went up while see was speaking to Ms. Chisholm, PAC to see if it could be sent electronically, she decided to mock my mannerisms and talked down to me while down so. She has on a New York sweatshirt. This is the first and only time I was treated rudely at the clinic.
Impressed with how short my wait was despite the amount of people in the waiting room. My care was quick. Everyone was respectful and kind.
My husband went in for issues breathing and shoulder pain. The nurse triaged and listened intently to my husbands concerns. The doctor then came in and listened too and checked his lungs and heart. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
Trisha made the check in process incredibly easy, smooth and was super quick! She was super kind and knowledgeable and didnt have me doing a long drawn out check in while i was feeling so sick. Hope got me back to a room quickly, was very caring when she triaged me, did my swab test AND took my x-ray! Ive never seen an x-ray tech do so much within one facility!! And Dr. Clancy was very kind and caring and actually listened to all my complaints before deciding what the next best steps were. And was great in providing the right medications for all my ailments. Everybody there was thorough, professional, and made me feel very comfortable considering I usually avoid the Drs until Im so sick I just cant anymore! Going to them made me feel like I dont have to wait until Im so bad off to actually go see the Dr. Next time I get sick I know exactly where Im going and Ill actually look forward to the visit knowing theyre taking care of me every step of the way!!
Edit........ Initially this was a 5 star review but from my visit I never received my test results I have called and left multiple messages but to no avail I can not get my results from them. They will not call me back and they have not updated my medical records in my charts. I am extremely disappointed in the care that I received. Especially whenever I was checked in and throughout the whole visit everything was as close to perfect as it could be. I dont know where the disconnect is but you should try hard to find it.
The people that work at Next Care are very friendly and caring. They do their best to see you as quickly as possible while making you feel as comfortable as they can. I highly recommend them!
Even though they were super busy today they were very helpful. When I asked for some ibuprofen they got it approved very quickly and were very considerate. They understood how much pain I was in and gave me a shot of antibiotics and steroids because the pharmacies were closed. They made sure I got the medication I needed to be comfortable for tonight until I can get my medication tomorrow. 10/10 recommend this place. I’ve been there a few times over the past few years and they have always been very nice and very helpful. Thank you to the people who helped me tonight.
Did not get a chance to schedule. Was here the previous day and was told to just come back to get shot for pain because yesterday I could not get it due to some of my medicine I have to take.Staff was very friendly and will to talk.
Calling them is terrible. Been calling them for the last 30 minutes and all I need is imagine for my orthopedic to put me on the appointment. The call is to long I just wanted to fax the imagine to them.
Great service. I was in and out in 2 hours , friendly staff, and they were corporative with my needs, thank you, I will be back
Well, 2 1/2 hr wait with an appt. Gave me meds which were already on my meds list. Did a urine test which was never knowledge by the doctor. I just wasted time and copay. Then rushed out of the room. No, not very satisfied with the visit!
Went as a walk-in. The computers were “acting up’, delaying check-in. My total visit time was about 4 hours, Aside from the wait and computers, the staff was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Thank you for the attention. I definitely will recommend this urgent care.
The lady was rude because I missed my appointment. Then tried to be slick cause she didnt like my reason and was like oh well youll just have to pay again then!Very unprofessional.Never going back
It was ok , took extremely LONG time to be seen, I was there about four hours just to get a work physical ,but I was a walk in so I guess thats why‼️ I will ude them again if needed.
Very good service. Just took way too long. Probably need another care center for that area.LOVED the ladies at the front desk!!!!
Quick and efficient! The staff was professional and welcoming. Would go again in case of an urgent care need.
This is the worst experience at a medical facility. I only came here cuz my daughter got injured at work and this is where they sent her. The first day I came I was there for 4 hours. I had a follow up appointment for 3:30 pm, got here at 3pm and it’s now 4:10 and I have not been seen. Don’t bother asking the receptionist a question, they are as rude as they come.
Everything went great I did have a bit of a wait only because it was late in the day and it was very busy. Would go there anytime for treatment.
Great service at the front desk, very friendly and helpful, and was good and pleasant, but the doctor at wait on me need bed side manners, he was not pleasant at all, but my visit was good.
It was a very positive experience. The staff and Physician was so caring. The wait as a walk in was not bad .
Care was good, waiting is as expected if you secure a spot online it’s better than an ER , at least they’re still seeing everyone since primary care providers are overbooked already and not accepting wall-ins this place was a life saver!
Great service rendered today as usual. I love coming here. Fast service and bright and airy staff. I work for a hospital and still I come here for a quick and speedy visit.
Excellent staff and very friendly. Brought my daughter in for last minute sports physical. We were in and out pretty fast 😀
Staff was very accommodating, and quite efficient. I would refer anyone to see the PA. Lisa Gross. She seems to really care about her patients.
Exceptional reception, with simple admin and payment requirements. Seen by a health care provider within 30 minutes.
Had a virtual appt on 2/7/24, was told I needed to come in to be seen instead. Get there and Im told that because their virtual appts and in office appts arent linked in any way Ill be a walk-in and have to wait 2+ hours. I chose to leave so I could go back to work instead. No problem. Asked if I would be refunded my copay and the front desk said I shouldnt have been charged since I wasnt treated. It comes out of my bank account. Emailed billing dept with no response, follow up email a week later, no response. Called over a week ago requesting the refund. Finally get a call on 3/13/24, office manager wont approve a refund w/o proof that I was seen elsewhere the same day... how is this your business?? It was two days before I could get away from work to go elsewhere so Im out of luck. Why are we billing a patient and their insurance for a visit when there was zero treatment given?
My wife went there last year, they told us our insurance is accepted at this location, but after the visit, she has been billed as out of network service, she was ever been told the appointment not cover by the insurance, I would not recommend anyone to have medical service in this facility.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.they was fast but I really don’t know what my Diagnosed was .but over all it was awesome place
It was crowded & busy. I got there 6:05 pm. I Desperately Needed to see a Dr for my cold & maybe more. It took a while , I got out close to 8pm. BUT , Overall Im very satisfied with the end result. The Woman who examined me first when I got into the Exam Rm was Great. I didnt get her Name. The Dr was Great. Patient/Professional , Intelligent , Caring , Listened & TOOK the Time to listen to my Concerns & Gave Good Advice. I would go there again.
Great clinic staff is very welcoming. I had an appointment I was literally in and out! Shannon was amazing very charismatic she listened to all my concerns and was so kind. I can see she genuinely has a heart for others. 10/10 I highly recommend this clinic.
It went well, made an appointment at 10:30 got in at 11 and was out 40 mins after that. The ladies were nice though
Love this location! Front desk employee Corbin was very polite and professional. She showed genuine concern and kindness for my wellness.
Long wait after I had selected an appointment time, felt dismissed on my symptoms. Told I was gonna get a prescription at the hospital only to find out I was just prescribed Zyrtec that I could get at my near by Walgreens. However what I have is not allergies just because Covid and flu came back negative. There should have been an antibiotic for a viral infection, I’m pretty sure I was prescribed something like that when I got sick like this when I was living back in Texas. I shouldn’t have to suffer, this sickness is bad!
Great medical care, so much professionalism. Dr took time and showed compassion and empathy. Thank you
This is my second time at this location and the service just gets better. My daughter has been sick for a few days and wasnt able to get into her primary care office so I brought her here. The black lady at the front desk was so kind and had excellent customer service. I only waited 30 mins to get to the back because of scheduling online. The nurse Ms. Sharon was a true professional. She seem to truly care for my daughters well-being. The PAC Mr. Clancy was knowledgeable and also kind. I give the whole visit a 10/10. Great job guys. Well definitely be back.
