I was facing a challenging health issue that was significantly affecting my life. I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Redfern. She was incredibly empathetic and scheduled my surgery promptly. The surgery went smoothly, and I’m experiencing a quick recovery. I feel truly blessed to have had Dr. Redfern as my surgeon.
Dr. Redfern almost killed my mother. I called her office every day after her hysterectomy, saying something was wrong (turns out she perforated her bowel) and they shrugged me off, said maybe she is constipated, or needs to take more pain meds. After 10 days, we had to go to the ER, where she had two emergency surgeries. She went into a hysterectomy walking and talking, and now she is half of the person she was before surgery. Then Redfern prescribed hospice without taking any responsibility for what happened. My mother is not dying from cancer, she is dying from bad surgery and after care. No thank you to Dr. Redfern’s office. Nice is one thing, but talented is another. Dr. Redfern never apologized for the botched surgery.
Dr. Redfern is amazing! She truly cares for her patients and makes sure you understand everything that was talked about during your visit.
Dr. Redfern and her staff are amazing! I was an estrogen positive breast cancer patient under Dr Ganesas care (Dr. Ganesa and her staff are amazing also!). Part of my treatment plan was to have my ovaries removed. Instead of having to find an OBGYN to do the procedure, Dr. Redfern (who is a GYN oncologist) said she would do my surgery, even though I didn’t have a cancer under her specialty. She is very warm and welcoming and really eases any concerns you may have.
Dr. Redfern is amazing! She really cares for her patients.
