My husband and I were very pleased with this urgent care facility. He had a cold and sore throat that he felt he needed to be seen by a medical professional. I called, got a front desk person right away and an appointment was scheduled that morning. Everything from check in to check out went very well. Dr Jason was attentive and asked great questions and listened. His medical assistant was kind and compassionate. They both were. My husband received the care he needed. I recommend NextCare Urgent Care highly. I also suggest calling and booking an appointment rather than walk in, if you can. Your wait time will be less. Either way, great facility! Thank you.
NextCare has always been trustworthy in my eyes but I won’t use the one on Northern again. (I have picture) the blood pressure cuff was so tight I had popped blood veins and bright red marks surrounding it. Then the Dr came in- did not let me speak, lectured me on non medical ways to not cough and told he my chest just sounded tight and advised he was going me a shot. Ordered medication without advising he was. Waste of money and time. If your sick- please go somewhere they care
PA Kareem Anderson has the worst bedside manner. I’m assuming he’s only employed because of medical practices being short staffed.I was the only patient in the building at the time of my appointment. I waited 20 minutes in the exam room to be seen while the provider sat on his phone at the desk outside the patient doors. He barely spoke to me for 2 minutes. Rushed me out the door. Didn’t seem to care I was sick nor wanted to provide adequate treatment.I was seen by him a couple years ago when I was recovering from Covid and my cough wouldn’t go away, he insisted I had pneumonia and needed a chest x ray, I refused. He’s very dismissive and does not appear to care for patients who are ill.
Girls up front were friendly, so check in was good. Wait time was long but they were busy, so they couldnt help that. Nurse or nursing assistant was very nice and had a nice welcoming sense of humor. PA that diagnosed me was excellent, got right to the point but wasnt rude. She never hesitated, very confident yet didnt make me feel incompetent. Smiled a lot, very friendly which I appreciated.
I am so impressed by the way I am treated there. Everyone is so polite and helpful. The doctors are so kind. They know their business. I am in and out before I know it and with all the answers and treatment that I needed. My pharmacy has my medicine ready for me right after I leave the office. The staff is so understanding and make me feel so comfortable. Thank God for places like this in the neighborhood. I would rather go there than to my primary doctor. I tell all of my friends and family about the service that I receive and that they should try them whenever possible.
I originally went to Urgent Care on 2 September suspecting that I had an infected tooth, but stressed that I also believed that I had an ear infection as my ear hurt more. I was given drops for my ear and antibiotics. When I returned on 18th September to state that I was significantly worse, that I was screaming in pain, and that there was blood, fluid, and pus coming out of my ear, the provider only looked in my mouth and provided me oral relief. The provider did not at any time look in my ear. I was sent home with a second cycle of antibiotics and told to let the antibiotics do their job. I was given some oral pain relief in the form of some kind of viscous fluid. 3 days later I was in the ER with and severe infection that nearly traveled to my brain and I was hospitalized and on an aggressive IV antibiotics for several days. I firmly believe it was the doctors negligence in failing to even look at my ear that caused this, despite me many times trying to get her to turn her attention to my ear. I expect to speak to somebody in an authority position on this immediately.I did not at any point have an infected tooth
Was feeling sick for a couple of days and decided one night to go to Urgent Care. I was able to book my appointments with in the hour. I was able to register from home and once I arrived to the Urgent Care my visit was completed with in an hour. The front desk staff were friendly and medical staff were very attentive and helpful. I am very please with my experience. Would highly recommend this office.
I sliced 3 of my fingers badly with a knife while cutting up some meat for cooking. Since the bleeding was profuse and would not stop, I headed to Nexcare. The ladies at the desk helped with check-in and I was seen relatively quickly. The nurse and the Nurse Practitioner were kind, efficient, and effective. I received excellent care and service at this facility. I would definitely recommend this facility!
I have had to visit this Urgent Care facility on three different weekends in the last year and each time my experience has been great. I highly recommend this facility and what makes it really nice is you can book an appointment a head of time. During each visit my care was provided by a Nurse Practitioner and each time the the diagnosis and treatment were spot on.
Both the Dr and assistant were very patient and very friendly. My Doctor’s office & needle anxiety were acknowledged and I was offered great care to ease my worries, and reason for visiting. I am extremely satisfied with today’s experience! Great job to all staff on duty, you rarely see that type of positive work environment and patient care in urgent cares anymore.
I called this morning to make an appointment for a UTI. It didnt take 5 minutes to make the appointment and my appointment was an hour and 20 minutes later. Perfect amount of time.I would definitely recommend this provider,Sogol Elam. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She is friendly and caring. She is very through and cared about me and my well being.
Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve had at an urgent care. We are in town for a wedding. They had us in and out within a half hour and we were a walk in. Everyone was so nice. My son is feeling much better. Maryland could learn some things from you. Thank you!
First it took hours to treat me, finally get to the back and they sutured me up then one of the nurses demanded I sign a consent agreement to be treated after I was touched already. Then quoted me 3 different prices after I was already treated. Then I’m after they gave me the price was demanding I pay it right away. So I reluctantly signed it made my payment. But definitely this establishment is crooked and needs more practice to be a more professional establishment especially when they quote 310- and it changes to 789 for 3 stitches and you don’t even sign the consent, crazy how I sat for hours there and they didn’t have any urgency then to have me fill out the consent form. I know it says 310 and can go up but still this is completely ridiculous and a robbery.
Terrific staff, I was in & out! Very much would recommend! The fact that it’s 24 hours is very convenient. I came at midnight & it all worked out.. Thank you guys! May God bless you alll….💙
I know I visited outside of a peak season but it was a lifesaver being able to not only go in the early hours of the morning but make an appointment so I didn’t have to wait. I barely had to wait and all of the staff was friendly. Each time I’ve been to this location, they’ve always had a cleaning crew making you feel like you aren’t going to leave with a new illness you didn’t come in with. I always appreciate the quality of care here - especially in those early hours when you have to be feeling awful to be there.
I was in really bad pain and no insurance at all so i chose to go to urgent care because its cheaper than going to ER. As soon as were in front of the urgent care one of the employee going inside the clinic saw me walking in pain but didnt even bother asking if I need wheelchair instead she just walk past by me. But other employees from front office to nurses and the doctor that took care of me are all nice and helpful.
I scheduled an appointment for late night. I usually have gone in to be seen during Morning/ Evening never at night. Well my experience was not good! I waited almost an hour in the lobby although I was the only appointment everyone else was a walk in! Then waited over an hour in the treatment room. The night staff are very unfriendly and had no bedside manner! I was diagnosed in 2 minutes then sent out. Spent over 2 hours of just waiting. A few walk in people were in and out before me.I have always had a positive experience here during the day! Something is off at night!
Had shorter wait than I expected due to being a walk-in. They were excellent and fast, always in a good mood and were very thorough when trying to diagnose me. One of the better experiences of urgent care :)
I was seen quickly. The provider only listened to my lungs. She never looked at my throat or nose (I was there for complete loss of voice, sinus issues and eye issues). While I did receive some care, it’s not the level I would hope for from a provider. If I need to, I will use them (they are open 24 hours) but I will be sure to make sure to ask to be fully examined and receive the appropriate medication.
Came here needing relief for my asthma on a Sunday evening. I expected it to be packed and a long wait. To my surprise I only waited 30 mins to be seen and the dr came in the room about 5mins after I was taken back. She not only gave me prescription for the pharmacy but also gave me a breathing treatment and oral steroids right on the spot. She was so kind and efficient. I’m very thankful for her
They rude staff front desk guy was unpatient making face gestures .Acted like he didn’t even want to be there. The lady that took the vitals asking questions with attitude face gestures that seems like she didn’t like me. Had a very bad cold fever. The doctor didn’t even bother to give me anything not even Tylenol or ibuprofen. He told me to go get it off the counter to buy. when I have job insurance that I paid for for this type of situation.. very unprofessional will never go there again waste of money waste of my time. Northern and 94th never go there Urgent care. This is in Phoenix, Glendale, Arizona. Horrible Experience!! 😞
Arrived at 11:45pm, no one in waiting room, was told they are not taking walk-ins even though they are a 24 hour clinic. We explained that my boyfriend had cut his leg and blood was spurting out. Receptionist just chuckled and said still not taking walk-ins. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL LET YOU BLEED OUT IN THE PARKING LOT!!!!
It was ok... I found interesting that I was the only person there... Arrived at 6 am and left at about 6:50 am, and the nurse saw me for two minutes. So, a lot of time waiting time. My appointment was at 6:20 am. The personnel was friendly. One thing that was super interested is that the front desk girl required me to use a,mask, but didnt require it from the other people who were in the waiting room. Why? Good question and who knows!
It was very easy to schedule . Everyone there was very nice and I saw the nurse practitioner in a timely manner! I would recommend this location. I will use again if needed.
Receptionist rude and no compassion what so ever for patients. Asked if can confrim if takes BCBS Ins. receptionist stated she couldn’t answer that question and I would need to come in . So she can see the physical card .
The worst ever care they took for my baby b she was having 104 when i went they just told we don’t have the right equipment to test for.. then why the hell did you charge me 50$ to just tell that? And top of that they gave 3ml of tylenol to my baby which i already can get it from cvs hello I’m coming to urgent care so that you can test us better and give proper treatment not just time passing ..Please don’t go hear especially with your babies nothing useful
After being stuck at an airport all day with poison oak spreading, trying not to scratch the intense itching all over my body, I am grateful for the staff at Nextcare on Northern for being open. I was treated within 45min of walking in the door late at night. Thanks to all of you for such convenient medical care at an inconvenient time of night. Guy in triage, I didn’t catch your name 🙌🏼 thank you that was the least painful injection I’ve ever had!
Although it’s far from home, it was the only urgent care with an X-ray tech on duty and I am so glad I went! I had never went to an urgent care where I had better service than a primary care provider, or any kind of medical provider. They truly care about your well being and do not make you feel like you’re being rushed. Every employee at this location truly loves their job and is there to help. Will definitely come to this urgent care if I ever need to again.
I rarely write reviews but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were there on Saturday night for my daughter. Everyone from front to back staff was unfriendly. The PA barely spoke to my daughter or I and was short and cold. What really upset me was the person taking the X-rays. I asked if I could come along and she said no way. Well, I told her I would like to come and she said again no. I went to the door anyway. There she slammed the door in my face. I have never heard of not being able to accompany a minor. Usually, you can stand behind the glass etc .. ironically there are signs indicating to be mindful about how to act and treat personnel. Maybe they need to change the sign .. how to treat a patient. Especially children. Attached is a pic of the witch working the x-ray machine.
The nurse that took my sons temperature and weight & walked us to the room is such a sweet heart she really seemed concerned and it really felt like she cared my son was having temperare of 103 yesterday early morning so ty SM!the whole staff was really helpful and sweet. Thanks again the best part is that it’s 24 hours 🙏🏼
If I could give more stars, I would. The staff is friendly, NP Erin was amazing and so helpful! She went above and beyond with patient education and has the best bedside manner! I cant thank her enough!
If this place wasn’t so close to my house? I probably wouldn’t have used them again. The girls in the front desk really need some classes on Customer Service. They have that face on them as if they hate their job and they don’t want to be there. I don’t understand the point of having to make an appointment and still waiting pass your appointment time especially when in the app. It keeps saying you’re the next one that’s up. People in the back ,the nurse and the doctors were good so it is what it is. I just feel like the front desk needs new help… unless you have an emergency I don’t think I would recommend this place.
Fell yesterday and injured my right knee and left foot. Called today and was told to come in when I was ready..upon arriving was greet and told how to check in. Was a sort time before I was called back..everyone treated me with great concern on what I was there fir..great service. I am here visiting from Nevada and deeply appreciate the fast friendly service I received from everyone. Will always come here if I need to when visiting..would recommend this place to everyone I know.
Horrible experience I’ve gone here before and it wasn’t bad. My bf got metal in is eye and we waited 3 hours for them to say they can’t do anything about it but in those 3 hours of waiting all employees were giggling and joking around and just hanging out instead of trying to get clients in and out. Night staff is horrible.
People were very nice. But I wish I hadnt gone. I understand the long wait. However, only getting Tylenol after all the wait was not worth it. For a 4yr Olds earache. Also realizing it I could have been able to get her to take it in the first place. I wouldnt have needed to go.
The front reception and the doctor that took my vitals were super friendly. Checking in and waiting time was super quick just wish when the doctor came in he would’ve taken more time to actually see me I feel like he was so rushed and didn’t check properly but other than super friendly staff!
I have been to this location several times for myself and family members. They are so friendly and welcoming. The wait in nothing compared to other place or emergency rooms. I was a walk in and only waited 49 minutes with 6 other people in front of me. The providers are so helpful and answer my questions. I love this place
Took my 13 yr old son. The nurse and the doctor ( don’t know their names) were great. Tests for strep & flu took forever. Spent over 2 hours there from the moment we came in until we left. I wish it would take less time.
I get it working the grave yard shift at 12am sucks but its your guys job. Then not having any menstrual products when you guys are an Urgent care is pretty weird, and then offering a grown adult a baby diper, like come on. Then when I tell you my exact symptoms and you ask me if Im totally sure if thats what the issue is, and I say whats that supposed to mean and you dont explain yourself its also weird. Then you dont really listen to my breathing and tell me Im dehydrated, when on the outtake paperwork it says my pee is yellow clear, Im pretty sure that doesnt mean Im dehydrated. I do want to thank the person that initially took my concerns down but he didnt tell me is name. Also thank you for the medicine, even though I can tell you guys didnt really want to give it to me.
The Receptionist is helpful. The Dr. is great and she finds out what my sons problem is. She is nice and sweet. I want to give 5 stars but the medical assistant is unfriendly. I dont know why she is having a bad day. Its beautiful day why so grumpy? Its early morning. We should be thankful everyday that we are alive and fine. She needs to put aside her personal problem and be professional about what job that she accepts. Hopefully next time. We can see her happy and smiling because the people who are sick want to see a smile that will make their day good. 😊 Thank you Nextcare!
This is my third time coming because I had to get a tb test and I had to wait 2 and a half hours just to get check in, to be in side for 1min and done. Then had to come again to get it checked and another wait then need a chest X-Rey and another 3 hours, horrible experience and horrible customer!!! Front desk lady’s were so rude!!!
I got there on time so I don’t know if this is what made the difference, I was in and out super fast. I was there less than 30 minutes. The dr working at the time was very personable and professional. Everyone there was great! Gotta love Nextcare! (I am a little bias beings that I worked for them once upon a time.)
Everyone was great! It was an easy process to check in and wait. You had the option to wait in your car. It was quicker than I expected. The PA had excellent bed side manner, you can tell she cared. The nurse & X-ray tech were awesome too. The whole experience was great!
100% recommend this urgent care.my 3 year old is autisic and non verbal so we couldnt figure out what was bothering him.the staff was very gentle, patient and understanding with my son. Dr. Samantha was amazing and made sure he was comfortable.
I went to Next Care yesterday fir an eye infection which had my right eye completely closed. I was seen immediately after completion of new patent paperwork. After evaluation, I was given a shot to Jumpstart my recovery as well as four prescriptions. By bedtime my eye was beginning to open and by morning was nearly fully opened. I would not hesitate to return to Nextcare in the future if needed. Staff was very caring and efficient.
Was seen within 10 minutes of appointment time. Excellent staff. Asked all the right questions. Doctor explained everything in detail. Called in my prescription and I am good to go!
Super quick and the doctor was really nice and worked with me on the certain situation I needed help in, I always come to this urgent care bc its 24 hrs first, second Ive always had nice nurses and techs and its overall really fast and always clean. Better than most urgent cares thats for sure
The people were very friendly . They got me in very quickly and got me referred to a hospital were I had my appendix removed later that same evening . Everything went great and I was at home recovering the next morning by 10:30 am .
What an absolute disgrace. I had to take my son here at midnight for an ear infection. Although the facility is clean the experience was not. I told them I’m cash pay and they said it’s $300 and up for cash pay. What??The girl that checked me in was kind. I liked her. But the nurse practitioner is a different story. He walked into the room, didn’t even say hi. All he said was sit on the table. He never even spoke to my son who’s 5. Checked his ears, yep it’s an ear infection. We saw him for less then 2 minutes and they charged us over $400.00For what? A “code” you used.? Such poor bed size manners and overcharged for terrible service.. No wonder people don’t like the medical profession.
I had booked an appointment for 10:45 for abnormal pain, i waited an hour just to be seen, while many other patients who were walk-ins went ahead, and came back out to leave within 20 minutes. Eventually I was brought to the back, and waited another 40 minutes before being seen by the provider, and they didn’t touch, move me, or hear me out when I was trying to explain. I received a diagnosis that I felt was unsatisfactory, along with a medication I cannot take (didn’t have the chance to ask for a different one) and went home in more pain. The bathrooms lacked toilet paper and paper towels, and the staff at the front were cold and rude.
Elam Sogol is amazing!! I apologize I don’t remember her title. I think she is an NP. I’m so glad I got her for my visit. She was so caring and attentive. It felt like she cared about my issue more than I did! Which is rare in the healthcare field because usually I always feel the need to overly advocate for myself. But it felt like she was advocating for me! Thank you and I appreciate you so much Sogol.
The actual doctor (Amore) was great, as well as the xray tech. While they didn’t find anything they didn’t act like they didn’t believe me which was fanatic and they were both very friendly. The font desk people not as much, they were all very rude and announced my business to the whole lobby of waiting people.
Most ridicules experience I have ever had at a urgent care. The 3 girls working up front when you first come in, well dont expect much from them. Except a bunch of.untrue stories. And then after Im told I have COVID, they dont even bother sending my Rx over to Walgreens . Theyndidntn do that b, and when Walgreens called them they still didnt cal the Rx in. The worst part of all of this is. I called out a lazy employee for lying to me and she did whatever she could to make my day harder. Yea real professional.uou know if you didnt lie to people you wouldnt have problems like this Im sure.l I guarantee I never hear word back from this place f plus plus plus plus horrible service overall horrible experience
The front desk was extremely condescending and rude. We had booked an appointment ahead of time for 2:15 and showed up at 2. At least 5 different people walked in after us with no appointment and got called back to be seen before us. By 3:15 when I asked if I was going to be seen next since people who came in after me had already gone back, I was told I clearly didn’t understand what was going on and that there had been an emergency. Unsure of how that answered my question I sat back down. I wasn’t brought to the back until almost 3:45 and didn’t leave almost 4:30. All I needed was a tetanus shot.
Great experience at this location. Waiting time was minimal at the beginning, service was quick. PA was very knowledgable and knew the cause of my son’s symptoms. Wi come here again!
I was a bit disappointed this time around using nextcare urgent care. Felt a bit written off by the provider, I understand that its a small clinic but at least address all my concerns not just one and a once over checking my ears nose and mouth would of maybe saved me another trip to another doc to have to start an antibiotic for a sinus infection. I appreciate your time but not your effort. So thanks, Ive established a primary now!
The ladies at the front desk were kind and efficient and the doctor took time to understand the pain in my knee and was knowledgeable and compassionate. After a shot of Toradol for pain and inflammation, I was on my way to feeling better. Thanks
Wasted $190 for these people not to do anything. I had a fever four days in a row and my lower back hurting. I went in for them just to tell me it’s prob a virus. Tested for Covid, turned out negative. They didn’t prescribe me anything, and just told me to rest and be hydrated. They didn’t ask me much questions, and didn’t have any answers to my questions.
This place is a complete dump is dirty. The walls are all scratched up needs to be clean. Doesn’t like the place is very old, but it is old. The doctor wrote me a prescription for something I needed that wasn’t even available at the place and tell me there was over-the-counter, he looked at me for a brief second telling me I need to go somewhere else when I don’t really need to figure I need to go somewhere else. I just need him to give me what I need and move on from your charge for your insurance and then after you get done, you still owe more money.
This is now the 2nd time time this office has exceeded my expectations in the outcome, gone above and beyond to hear me out and to actually help. I am truly grateful for their understanding care I received today. I highly recommend this Urgent Care
The front desk lady Serenity seemed irritable. Wasnt the best friendly experience at NextCare Urgent care. Shouldnt feel like Im bothering someone for doing their, that they applied for.
The wait was a little longer than Im used to, but I have to take into consideration that is was 9pm. Most Urgent Cares close at 8pm so lots of people had to come to this one. We were one of them! Thats the way I see it. Anyway, our medical provider was amazing! He was kind, caring and professional. Thank you so much!
I absolutely loved my care team today. I saw Erin Woodward. They were efficient. Friendly. Funny. When someone goes in sick and down its nice they can joke with you
Well, 1st off, the Physician i saw was AWESOME!! 5 STARS!! Very friendly, helpful, encouraging!!The support staff 3 stars They need more training and coordination to work as a team!I went a day early to pick up paperwork to fill out, for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, because the website they sent me, to fill out online didnt access, it wasent working properly. The day before my Appt. I used the restroom and informed them the paper towels needed replenishing in the restroom. On the day of my Appt. I arrived before my Appt. Time and when I used the restroom, the towel dispenser was empty, no towels to dry your hands after washing:(I got checked in and paid for my visit then waited, I was finally seen 1 hour after my Scheduled Appt. Time!! :( when I was called back they were training another member of their staff, no big deals, but as we conducted the tests, they were inaccurate in the distance where you stand for the vision test!! So of course I failed! After retesting, at the correct distance I passed with 20/20 vision!I understand its difficult in the current environment to to hire quality/trained staff, However, this is an urgent care! Peoples lives and their livelihood are at stake here! Some form of procedure and Training should be mandated for the safety of the customers!!!!!Again, 5 stars to the Physician who attended to me!! The support Staff require training.Overall I spent almost 3 hours in this clinic because they didnt know how to conduct the tests correctly! This was NOT my 1st time patronage This urgent care, my family and I have frequented numerous occasions over the years for illnesses and I hope they are able to rectify the problems so it does not continue!
Very good wait time very good knowledge from the practioner. Very good with the shot girlMy over all experience was excellent, and iam someone who sees a lot of specialists for organ failures. This place impressed me!
Title: First-Come, First-Served PolicyI recently visited next care and wanted to share my thoughts on their first-come, first-served policy. While fairness is important, I believe that prioritizing patients based on the severity of their illness would be more beneficial in urgent care settings.During my visit, I noticed that Next Care operates under a first-come, first-served policy. While this may work for non-urgent cases, it can lead to delays for patients with more serious conditions. Urgent care facilities should prioritize patients with priority illnesses to ensure timely treatment.I would recommend that Next Care considers implementing a triage system to better allocate resources and prioritize patients based on the severity of their conditions. This would improve the overall quality of care provided.
The Staff was wonderful. My daughter has disabilities, and they interacted and treated her wonderfully. With an appointment, our wait was minimal. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We would recommend this facility for medical care.
Through check in process is all contact less, you do it over an app on your phone. They were very efficient and took care of my condition. My prescriptions were ready asap! They electronically send them.
I got to the urgent care at about 7:20. I was takin care of the second I walked in the door. Filled out paper work. Waited for about 10 minutes before I was called to go into a room to see the doctor/practitioner. The only thing that was a little irritating was that I had to wait in the rookfor about 20 minutes. Other wise got my prescription and got out of there. It would have been even more ex citing if wally world was open. 10-6 were their hours.
We made an appointment online. and it was a quick process. My care providers assessed my situation, and I will be feeling better soon. Excellent service. Thank you.
These people do not care for your health at all. I walked in at 11:45 DESPERATE for a UTI antibiotic prescription for tomorrow and they said “they weren’t accepting anymore patients due to maximum patient capacity” there was one person in the waiting room. Now I will have to wait over 24 hours for antibiotics and let my UTI worsen. My kidneys are starting to feel sore and I NEEDED to start antibiotics tomorrow.
They took care of me real quick. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would go again. It was clean and not very busy which was nice, the wait wasn’t very long.
I had a great experience after it had gone to to NextCare Urgent Care @the Glendale office!! We went in for a plugged ear & they took care of my problems & all the staff & provider was excellent in the getting through my experience!! I recommend this office highly!!
This place was one of the worst urgent cares I have ever been to, they have no empathy for their patience nor do they care to listen about their problems.. all they do is make you wait hours for a spot and paper work, and the physician is the most nonchalant person I came across. 1 stars because I have give them something. But to me it would be 0!
The staff in the front really need to work on their customer service. I get it you work in the healthcare field but some people come in with different kinds of health issues and them talking to the patients so rudely, especially over the phone when some patients have to wait outside... common courtesy. Work on how you communicate with others.
First, I wanna thanks Next care care for my needs thank you for all you’ve done. I will be back again and I will refer others They gave me what I needed what I asked And a truly are there for you. They’re not just there for a paycheck, but their neighbors God bless them and may They prosper and Jesus name
Treated like a drug abuser. Having extremely painful muscle spasms in my shoulder and the muscle relaxers aren’t working. When I tell them I need something for pain they ignore me. Sometimes you just need relief from the pain so the muscles can relax and heal but they aren’t concerned about me. The physician assistant was rude and didn’t even tell me his name.
Out of no where I’m getting charged 274 dollars a for urgent care now even though my copay is $25 and the deductible doesn’t apply. Urgent care has always been at most $50.
Very good experience. I was in and out in about an hour. Very nice desk staff and doctor. Only problem I had was turning left into the driveway coming from the west. Heavy traffic due to it being close to the freeway.
Kaheem was not friendly, didn’t ask if I had questions, didn’t explain anything to me, had me in the exam room less then two minutes and was rushing us out, didn’t check my other eye, disregarded my other two symptom. told us twice from his chair outside of the room to go check out. and was talking to us as he was walking out the door to his chair. Didn’t seem he likes or cares about his job
The intake process was easy. The nurse was very kind. The doctor was awesome knowing what I needed for my migraine. Love this place. It is near my home and easy to get to. Best place ever!! Thank you
Amazing! I came in worried my ear pain. I’ve never had an earache before and I was concerned NP Samantha Chess, explained everything to me. All the staff is great I would come back for any other medical issues I have.
Ot was terrible it was 112 out side and we had to wait outside because they had sprayed for bug. Our airconditioning wasnt working in our car so for 2hr we had to suffer. It took forever for the xray tech to take my exray. I walked by two times and she was setting talking with the 4 girls and the PA. I know I woint be going to this ergent car agian. When I explained that I had fallen and my side on the bathtub and I wanted an exray to make sure I hadnt broke a rib. She said ox. As she was walking out the door she asked if I had a brush, I lifted my shirt and showed her. She never eaven touch my side to see wher my pain was comming from or what part should have been exrayed.
[January 15, 2024]It was late at night on a Monday, approx 11:30PM! I went to several Dignity Health urgent cares, & they were full! I was in a lot of pain, & didnt want to sit around for hours in a waiting room with people who were sick! I Googled NextCare urgent care, & to my surprise, they were open 24 hours! I was able to get right in! The front staff welcomed me & helped me sign in! It was an easy process that I did on my phone! The triage nurse was so understanding & kind! I was taken to a room, & the doctor came right in! The doctor was amazing! He listened to what was going on, then he went over everything with me, & put me at ease! He reassured me that I was on the right path to recovery! The nurse came in after & gave me a shot! She was great! I didnt feel it! It was a pleasant experience, & Im not one for doctors because I have severe health anxiety!
Pleasant visit tonight front desk was awesome, medical assistant was awesome sauce the two nurse practitioners were very pleasant and made me overall comfortable and made my appointment smooth thank you ladies your the best team I came across tonight
NEXTCARE urgent care always takes care of me as well my family. They are so friendly, kind and caring. Todays PA was Morgan Anderson and I couldnt have asked for a better service! She took great care of me. Listen to me, explained how she was going to drain my infected finger and did it so smoothly! I wish she was my primary care physician. She also answered all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Dr. Anderson!
The facility is clean, and masks snd hand sanitizer were available. The PA was pleasant and kind, triage person was very nice as well as the front desk folk. It was a quick assessment and I was out of there-much better at the efficiency. Very pleasant.
Been sick for couple days , and yesterday morning I blew my noose and felt liquid coming out when I cleaned it look like blood didn’t think anything of it . Then pain got real and hurting a lot I hate doctors cause they treat you like if they don’t wanna help that exactly how I felt from vitals taken with nurse in the back to the doctor who rushed me out . This why I don’t go to this location unless I need too 🤦🏽♀️
It was smooth except that I am a previous patient the check in software made me fill in previously entered information. None of it had changed since my previous visit
My son had been seen by the same doctor about 10 days ago for the same symptoms that he came in for today. The doctor had prescribed antibiotics per obvious symptoms of strep as well as a positive swab (fever, head ache, pain in the throat when eating/to swallow and obviously red inflamed tonsils). We came in bc the medicine was supposed to last 10 days and instead only lasted 6. According to the doctor, she verbally confirmed that it looked like it was still strep but was still needing a new swab of the throat to confirm. My 5 yr son had a VERY difficult time the first time with the swab. It hasn’t even been two weeks. She required another swab for a re confirmation of the EXACT SAME SYMPTOMS. Now bc we couldn’t get another test bc the assistant didn’t want to force the swab with my son (understandably), the doctor was not willing to provide antibiotics. Her words were, well bc he finished the medicine (even though it was mal instructed in the pharmacy) his symptoms could also be covid or flu and would not provide a prescription unless there was a positive test for strep. Doctors these days are unwilling to use common sense, consideration, and ACTUAL CARE to the patient. This was a terrible experience bc in efforts to just avoid a traumatic experience for my son when nothing has changed she wouldn’t provide a prescription.Mind you.. they offer TELEVISITS where swabs cannot be done but medication CAN be prescribed. I do not recommend you coming.
I was a little hesitant about my visit after the dr that came in recommended something my PCP advised to avoid. He told me to go to the ER if I feel my throat closing up. He then prescribed steroids.
Office staff couldnt be bothered, acted annoyed that I was there. Threatened me with an expensive deductible before they would check me in(Chump change). Both were on their personal phones and had bad attitudes. This happened 07/06/24 around 17:30-18:00.- The PA-C (Miller) was professional and friendly, offered resolutions.
The FNP who worked with me was great. He cleaned the wax out of my ears as I requested and now I can actually hear! He also prescribed a better antibiotic for my ear infection. I love it when medical personnel actually give you what you need. Thank you, Mr. Stedman!
This was my best place to go until last night. I do all the usual, booked my appointment, fill the paperwork everything. My daughter hurt her finger and just need make sure it was not broken. After 1 hour waiting, the Dr came in and check her. My expectation in a urgent care is they are able to take care in small things that you do not want to wait until next business day. They charge me, they did not treat my daughter, they did not gave me a diagnosis and finally, they gave me an order for a X ray. That was why we where there for and they did not do anything. Just put on her hand a huge cast and an order for an x ray.
As far as an unexpected trip to urgent care, this was a pleasant experience. The wait time was short, the staff was professional and personable.
My wife did not have urine done or blood work to find out anything and they just guessed it might be due to something else and sent her home, meanwhile she hasnt been able to eat and is suffering. Our healthcare system is going downhill
The front staff was a little short tempered with us. Spend $283 (towards deductible) for them to say, no we dont want to treat that wound, go to ER so they can do a culture.
(Dr.?) Morgan Anderson was very knowledgeable, kind, thorough, informative, and compassionate. The Triage Nurse was very kind. The front desk was very efficient, quick, and courteous.Due to it being so busy, the wait was horrible even with an appointment.
Ive never had an issue at this location before. I was actually there just 3 weeks ago for myself, wait wasnt long and provider was helpful and prompt. Yesterday I had to take my son in for an injured thumb, I scheduled an appt. ahead and was called in for a room 30mins later. After waiting in a room for 30 more mins, an NP walks in, has my son do a few finger exercises and said she doesnt think its broken and wouldnt do xrays, I asked for an xray anyway. Another 30mins goes by and the tech comes in to take xrays. Comes back and ANOTHER 30mins later the NP comes back in to say she doesnt see anything wrong but shes not a radiologist and if I wanted to wait for the radiologists reply. Of course I wanted to leave. With no communication in between each 30min block I was extremely frustrated. All the while I can hear providers joking and laughing outside the door and no doors to others rooms opening and closing. I was offered a thumb brace, which never came, I wasnt told discharge paperword would be up front. No one, cared. She did call me back to tell me the radiologist seen a tiny fracture but in her opinion (not a radiologist) HER WORDS, she would recommend I go to my primary and get new imaging. I asked what treatment would be for the fracture and she told me to talk to my primary! Waste of time! I know the office manager will reply to this post, and give a generic apology and nothing will be addressed but this office should really look for providers who actually care!
Amy Amore, FNP has great bedside manners. She was so pleasant and smiled as she talked with me. Also, the nurse Pam was just as pleasant. I was in and out within an hour and a half.
I was very pleased with everything! Everyone was helpful and pleasant. My total time there was about 40 minutes. Cant get much better then that! Update: my last visit on a Saturday afternoon, and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes or less... thats awesome!!! So this is for sure the place to go!
Staff was very friendly and the n.ps are great . This was second visit and I got the answers I needed for my medical care
Walked into Nextcare and had about 5 people ahead of me already there. I figured Id be there for at least a couple hours but to my surprise was called back in about 15 minutes. The medical assistant took vitals, etc. and the provider saw me about 5 minutes after that and gave me a fairly quick diagnosis. All in I was there for less than 45 minutes. Was a great experience and I highly recommend Nextcare if anyone needs to get into an urgent care.
Efficient dr. And med tech assist once in exam room. But ....upon walking into office w severe ear infection i painfully had to do online app info and registration. So unfair and almost impossible to do while in physical pain!!Not all employees were very nice. When I was nice to others I recd grumpy unfriendly faces.
Wait times differ but usually 30 extra minutes for appointments and walk ins are usually 2 hrs. Staff was mocking a patient when I was brought back. Staff dont seem too concerned with their work.
Instead of being told about the app, was told to wait in an almost three hour wait. After getting into the actual doctor office, the nurse checking my vitals would rather argue about which pharmacy was 24/7 when I already told them my preferred one. All the staff looked like they were dead inside, they did not want to be there and gossiped about life events loudly while I waited into the room for 40 minutes after being called in. Did not mention that they were out of the medication shot I needed until I wasted 40 additional minutes sitting there. I told the nurse practitioner that I needed a note for my visit, she agreed and understood. However, when I went out to receive the letter, there was none in the works and had to re-explain that I needed a letter. Best thing about my visit? Getting out of that stink hole of a place. How do you work in a healthcare business when you don’t even “care” about the work you do? Honestly, it’s sad to even fathom this. Good luck with your business because you really need it.
I was breaking out in a burning itching rash from an unknown allergy. I was in so much pain. I’m incredibly thankful this group of professionals was available to help me, which they did in full. Very grateful.
Good experience for my first time at an urgent care. 2 hour wait was only an hour and a half. Everyone was friendly
Booking an appointment was super easy and there was no wait time. The doctor listed to me and actually cared. I was out in 30mins.
Best Doctor everThe cocktail 🍹Albuterol 2.5Benzonatate 200mgPrednisone 20mgAlbuterol HFABromphen-pse-dmm 10mgAzithromycin 250mgmy respiratory issues are 😞😔 Ill be in tonight with my meds and my machine... 😂
I went in today because I started with pain in the arch of my foot and it has progressed to hurting when I walk. I let the practitioner know I had been using a tennis ball under my arch and it hurt when I wore shoes. Even with using the tennis ball under my arch and staying off my feet it has gotten worse. She didn’t examine me nor did I get an x-ray which is what I had booked the appointment for. She told me to keep using the tennis ball or frozen water bottle, use shoes with arch support, and take pain meds. All of which I have been doing for the past 3 weeks and my pain has only gotten worse. I waited an hour for her to be in the room no less than 2 minutes to tell to do what I am already doing. It was a waste of time. I would not recommend this place.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I am forced to leave one star. I drove all the way across the valley to get to the only open NextCare only to be very surprised that nobody updated the hours for the business online and it let me check myself in for a 1:30 am appointment.
Caton PAC was throughly amazing . He was very kind and knowledgeable . He was personable and professional at the same time .
Everyone was friendly! The Dr. Peou was amazing. He didn’t brush me off like most doctors do, he actually listened to me. Did not wait long to be seen.
Check in was smooth and the doctor was amazing. Clean facilities, scheduled online . Was seen at appt time
I was able to make an appointment right away! I’m happy with my visit experience. The staff was friendly.
I was greeted nicely, registered quickly and sat for maybe 10 minutes when I was called back. I expressed my want for an x-ray on my lower back as I was having horrible spasms. However, I was told the x-ray tech didn’t do x-rays on the spine. I was really disappointed, but the NP or PA that saw me was kind. She gave me a list of Imaging Centers and a couple prescriptions to help make me more comfortable. The people were very nice and professional.
The office staff was not friendly. They seemed annoyed about everything. No air conditioning and all chairs were removed. I would choose a different location.
Such an amazing nurse practitioner ! Bless her heart made me leave that urgent care feeling 100xs better ! She listened to me how I felt and pin point all my symptoms and the painThank you so much! There should be more nurse practitioners like her !Bless her heart !
They take their time and cant alleviate peoples pain they dont send prescriptions to the pharmacy stand around talking laughing all night very rude uncaring unsupportive rude to children whom may be in severe pain and zero tolerance for a kid w autism all the qualities a nurse/doctors should have you will not find it there!
Toko did a great job treating my left hand and as for the treatment it worked. I can us my hand today. Great work Toko
The pa diagnosed an infection as a callous. I now have an abcess due to the misdiagnosis and though it is completely their fault, Im supposed to pay $75 to see someone or the same person and get misdiagnosed again! And Im out $139 from the first visit! This place is run by quacks! This is not a callous!
The doctor saw me quickly and gave me the scripts I needed right away. The staff was professional and helpful when checking in. Will certainly go there again if I need to.
225 dollars charged for them to just tell me they cant help with anything and of pain gets worse go to er instead.. after I asked if I should just go to an er when I got there and they said well they can help me now if I would like to stay...
The PA was nice and efficient and showed care with his diagnoses. But the initial fee of 310.00 was excessive and then they charged more for me to get out. Think that was a bit excessive.
Fast and quick if you have an appointment. But no matter what always professional and straightforward. I love this facility.
First time going in for a visit and was in and out including X-Ray in a fraction of a time anywhere else! Extremely happy with the care I received and how they appreciated my time!!!! Fantastic Staff! Thank You ♥️♥️
The doctor was very nice, however, was fast to diagnose With constipation. After a second opinion, it ended up being something more.
Idk if it was a late Friday night or what but the level of service here is ridiculously slow. The front desk girl seems to know very little as she said all I do is check ppl in. I waited in the lobby for an hour with only one person ahead of me then had to wait in a hot stuffy room in the back. The PA was over-talking me barely allowing me to describe my symptoms. Short and cold. I was just a no name patient to get out his office it seemed. The meds prescribed didn’t work as I tried telling him they didn’t in the past for me. They charged me for a breathing treatment I didn’t need and used for five seconds. the overall care, urgency, attentiveness and communication were wildly missed and I will not go back here. Physician was Anderson Creed.
Very friendly staff! Pretty quick if you make an appt first, thats very easy to do as well. I would recommend this urgent care for everyone! Thank you Miss Morgan A! I appreciate your knowledge and your very kind way of explaining everything to me. I truly felt I was heard and treated very well.
Thank you nextcare for getting my daughter in today. She had pain in her ear. From the front desk to the back office and the provider. You all did a wonderful job. Thank you.
They gave me the right dose of antibiotics and steroids to get rid of my tonsillitis, or at least they think thats what it was because everything else come back negative , I was better within a couple of days
I explained my sticky situation that was actually quite embarrassing and was met with empathy and a sincere willingness to help me and fingers crossed 🤞 the treatment Ill need to get through it.
I went for sti testing and felt so sad and just ashamed sadly can’t remember her name but they were so very understanding and made me feel better and comfortable.
Very efficient and understanding. I’ll be coming back when I don’t feel well again
The wait time was short. The staff was very helpful. Doctor was very nice, answered all questions I had. Have never had a bad experience here.
It was simple to make an appointment online. The staff was very nice and everything was very easy to do from my phone to check in. I also really liked the PA that I saw and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great experience will use again.
On my previous visit I had recieved very good care. I went there on 3/10/24. The PA spent a maximum of 3 minutes in the room and prescribed steroids for my sore throat, congestion & etc. Did a strep test, but not a COVID, flu or RSV. Apparently, the PA never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. If you get a small asian female physician’s assistant, she’s not any good, very poor care and service. She should find employment at something else.
They were respectful and courteous. Treated me like a human which is far better than many other places do. Thank you next care
Doctor didn’t bother to look up my eyes .. she just figured it was a stayes and prescribed meds the next day got worsened and went to the ER , the hospital told me whatever she prescribed wasn’t enough for such a bad infection.. paid 164.00 for nothing .. smh …
I am in an immense amount of pain in my ears and can hardly hear. I know there is white stuff stuck in both my ears. Which was completely ignored by the doctor. She said that there is no treatment they can provide as she will not release the fluid in my ears because she might pop my ear drums. When in reality the pressure from the fluid can rupture my eardrum. She provided me with absolutely no care. She rushed me out of the room. I asked her several times if there was anything she could do to relieve my pain. Once again she said to take amoxicillin and ibuprofen I already was taking and that was it. Completely ignoring the fact I’ve been sick since Friday and my ears have only gotten worse. The lack of logical explanation and treatment is absolutely horrible. The way she rushed me out and ignored my pain was very unprofessional. I have never had such a terrible experience as I have in the urgent care tonight. I paid my expensive deductible to be told to do exactly what I was already doing despite that obviously not working as my ear pain has only been worsening. I would never recommend them unless someone wanted to waste their money. I would like to know exactly what did I pay for. As I receive no knowledge about my health and received absolutely no care and was treating unpleasantly.
Because this location is open later than most we understand there may be a longer wait…I love the fact that every time we come here we’re always treated fairly and receives great care!! I feel like the doctor on staff understood my concern about both of my daughter’s asthma and treated them immediately before just sending us off with a prescription. I feel so much better knowing they’ll sleep well tonight! Thanks!
I was very pleased with my service that I received yesterday I was in excruciating pain due to my pulled muscle in my groin areaI was given a steroid injection and today I feel so much betterThanks next Care , I also got my ex ray done todayThanks for being close to home 👍💯
First time going to an Urgent Care, although it was busy and I wasnt feeling good, they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
It was very quick and they had x-rays done and out the door within and hour. Very friendly staff.
They have an excellent system where you can set up an appointment and check him before you even get out of your car. The front receptionist was incredibly kind and the medical assistant and practitioner were excellent as well.Stark contrast from some of these little mom and pop shops that she see popping up all over the place. NextCare a really good job of adapting.
I suffered a bad fall and a week later my leg was swollen from hip to foot. I had never been to Urgent Care but was in so much pain I decided to try it out. I called them first and explained my symptoms and asked if that is something I can be seen for at their facility. They said I could and made an appointment for me. When I arrived I was told I would have to pay $190.00 dollars before I could be seen. I paid them and was taken to an examination room and told to have a seat on a chair. Later a nurse arrived, asked me to stand up and lower my clothes so she could see my leg. She then told me they were not equipped to assist me and recommended I go to an emergency room. When I left the exam room, I was charged another $110.00 for a total of $300.00 dollars. I am very unhappy with my experience. They need to do better.
Very convenient but long wait time. I would come back to this location if I had the time to wait. The front staff never smiled but efficient. The facility had a strong clean Clorox smell which made up for old run down walls. The nurse practitioner was kind and great at her job. She gets a 5 star, the facility as a whole 4 stars.
Excellent care always! Love the docs and staff they are always busy but efficient worth the wait here!
Telemed visit which in turn ended in an in office visit. Everything was good..the issue was the Nurse/MA sent me to a location in Sun City that does not have an X-ray technician. I was set up with an appointment at this location specifically to get an X-ray. When I arrived the front desk receptionist informed me there isnt an X-ray technician there and people are sent there all the time. She verified there was a tech at the Northern location and so off I go to that location. My file was not transferred over and I ended up waiting awhile. Deeply disappointed at having to run around town.
Check in was easy using my phone. The wait was not long and I received very professional care
I made an 11:30 am appointment for sciatica pain for which I usually get a shot and Rx. The pain is unbearable. Front desk staff said walk-ins are going ahead of me because theyve waited for an hour. Told her I made an appointment so I can be see ASAP because Im in pain. So are others, she said. Said not fair to those waiting. Whats the point of making an appointment?! No one here seems in agony, no one is bleeding...I can barely stand or sit due to the painExtremely poor service.
Im from out of town, had to go in around 1 in the morning, staff was kind and attentive, the check in process is on your phone but very easy to navigate. No issues with my insurance and costs were reasonable. Got a prescription sent to a 24 hour pharmacy and it was ready by time I got there.
Went to this place for an infected tooth that had went into my sinus which was excruciating where I was told by their doctor that it was my fault that my tooth was infected because I couldn’t afford to see a dentist he didn’t read my chart and tried to give me meds that could have cost my life as I can’t take insaids or toridol due to a blood disorder and when I informed him of my medical issues he said if I didn’t want to take those I would have to deal with the pain until I could see a dentist I’ve never been treated so horribly in my life perhaps I should have taken those meds and sued for negligence shame on you next care I have been going to ur establishment since 2000 when my children were small I’ve trusted ur company to provide care to my whole family and after over 20 years coming to ur facility for care I’m really thinking of going elsewhere
The nurse practitioner I saw was very nice and funny. All the staff was great and it was very quick.
Checked the site, stated open. Due to the good reviews drove the extra 10 miles to find out upon arrival they are closed due to being short staffed. The front desk could only glance up to notate they were closed and we could go elsewhere. The front desk was not short staffed and giddy at the thought of leaving early tonight more so then someone with an injury. Although there were four in the front desk area, none had taken the time to update the website nor lock the door. I asked if they may have an ice pack to spare for a dislocated thumb, this was met with a sorry we’re closed. An ice pack may have been nice to have on the half hour drive to the next open urgent care. The office could do with two competent people instead of the four lazy individuals up front. If you want to go somewhere where they care, do not go here.
I arrived before 9:00pm. This place was crowded and the wait time was 2 hrs. I don’t blame this Urgent Care because all the Urgent Cares in my area of Glendale close at 8pm. This is not acceptable. The care and Staff were good and I am very appreciative. The wait time was not. Urgent Care Centers need to think about later hours in their Care centers - at least a few and not all of them closing at 8pm. Thank you.
The worst medical practice I have ever visited. Not only was the stuff hostile but I asked them to speak up where I could hear them and they threw an attitude towards me. Do not come here. Dont waste your time if you have medical issues. Seek medical attention elsewhere. Dont be treated like Garbage.
Took my son there and he has an upper respiratory infection. I took him there in case he could get prescribed something different than what I was giving him. The Dr looked at my husband and asked why we brought our son there, after reading the chart and after we told her.
All the staff were friendly & competent, which is exactly whats important at an urgent care facility.
Staff very pleasant, Jason Stedman FNP who I saw was extremely kind and caring. Left feeling like I was heard and cared for. Thank you everyone.
I’ve been coming here for a couple months and won’t be again. Waited for quite a bit of time and paid a decent amount of copay (which I understand is not their fault at all) for them to walk in the door and only glance at my injury before telling me to go see a pcp to “get referrals”. I explained that may take weeks to get referrals and appointments before telling her the details and extent of my injury, to which she decided to actually take a look at my injury and told me that she “may or may not refer me to the ER”. I asked for her professional opinion on what is better for my health and she told me that I can do either still. Essentially, she gave me absolutely no answers. If she was going to push the responsibility on someone else, the least she could do is be kind. But along with the other staff, she was very impolite. I understand urgent care can’t see/fix everything, but in all my other experiences where this is the case - they still check my injury (without me having to ask them to), and give me an opinion on what is medically the best decision. I went to MinuteClinic after and they gave me a list of different places to go to and made sure I had all the information I needed to keep myself healthy and safe until I can get an appointment elsewhere. Also, NextCare employees were extremely rude to me about wearing a mask (I simply didn’t know we had to wear them again) but yet the nurses in the back weren’t wearing theirs (even though they were supposed to as well).I get its holiday season, but it’s inexcusable to treat people so poorly and with such disregard in the medical profession. Don’t go to this urgent care if you want to get answers and/or even the slightest bit of medical advice.
Good service, courteous and clean except for a used bandage in the exam room. Didnt get the answer I wanted but its nothing serious which is good.
On vacation from out of state. Excellent care. Nurse and NP were engaged, caring, thoughtful, and thorough. A+
The staff were friendly, the check in paperwork was very efficient but a little redundant. The office and restroom were clean. My NP knew just what the problem was, he was knowledgeable and even did a little research. He explained everything to me so I could understand. I felt a bit better after I left, thank you all!
Wait time was a bit long but that was because I was a walk. The nurse that attended me was very helpful and so nice.
Great care, great service, very short wait. Great staff who are not fussy about working weekends.
Got there 5 minutes before my appointment, I filled everything on line before I went. That was very helpful. I got seen and they fixed my cut on my ear. They sent a prescription and I got it within an hour. Im very impressed how fast and professional the staff was.
Really liked that I could have an appointment time. Comfortable lobby. Clean. Liked that masks were required. Staff was pleasant and professional. The medical provider was remarkable. I really liked how he treated me. And discussed the treatment plan with me.
They really did do anything but take my money and tell me to go to the ER. I feel like I was scammed
Very friendly. Was seen quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment. Dr. was thorough and listened.
Everyone was great glad I decided to go there would recommend it for anyone needing some help. It was awesome was in and out in n9 time
I was seen pretty prompt for cough. Both the nurses and doctor were very caring. Thanks
Staff was polite and facility was clean. I went in for a chest x-ray in order to be cleared for kidney dialysis.
The provider was very thorough and very helpful with what she found during my visit. I would definitely go back to this facility if needed.
Waiting room was clean and chairs were spaced out. Check in was easy and we got called back really fast. Only downside was the waiting once inside the room, it was about 30 minutes. However the NP on duty at the time was amazing!
The girls were so friendly and fast. 10/10 recommend this location. ♥️
Very good today, staff was friendly, caring and professional, made visit quick but thorough. Really appreciated they paid attention to my needs right away.Booked online and was seen fast.
Professional and personable front desk and provider. Short and sweet and to the point, yet all my needs were met.
The staff and medical care are outstanding. They were very nice, attentive, professional, and respectful. From my shoulder sprain to my rsv, they provided exceptional care. Their availability is great since my pcp is closed on weekends. I appreciate all the care they provided when I felt vulnerable. Thank you.
Nurse practitioner was kind, courteous and understanding. His diagnosis and prescription took away my pain!
While the wait times can be slow, the quality of care I received was excellent. The staff listened to my concerns, ordered labs, and then followed up with the meds I needed.Definitely recommend if youre not feeling well and need to get care urgently.
Like all medical places, there will be a wait. I was hesitant to take my kid in because I feel like there’s nothing like having providers that specialize with kids for treating kids. Front desk was efficient, medical assistant was awesome and the provider we saw was amazing. Morgan I believe she said her name is. Top tier provider. There’s nothing I hate more than going in to a clinic and having someone take 2 seconds on my kid and saying “oh it’s a virus” without having ruled out other things. Here, the provider ordered a few tests done, they ruled out the usual suspects and explained their findings. I’d instantly make this provider my kids PCP if I could. She was just such an amazing provider and put this momma at ease after having a scary morning.
The care given was great but the price increased by $123 without any notification.
Everything went very well got right to the point of what the problem was and gave the solution and medication and now were doing very well thank you for your serviceSam
The FNP Carolyn Collier is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manner. She actually made being sick during the holiday not so bad!! The rest of the team was great as well, the Christmas music was really nice in the waiting room!!
The dr. I seen made me feel very comfortable she answered all my questions. One of the best I’ve seen there in a while
The NP Jason was great! He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions and treated me with care and compassion. I wish all providers were like him! The staff were great too! I highly recommend this Urgent care!
All was and were great, from the moment we arrived and checked in to the moment my daughter was discharged. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Comfortable waiting area. Wait time was adequate. The desk help was not extremely friendly but not rude either. The assistant who took my vitals was good. The standout was the personable nurse practitioner. She explained things well and put me at ease.
My husband cut his head open and the staff stapled his head without any numbing or pain relief medicine! Absolutely barbaric treatment for an injury that was so painful he was vomiting which the staff also expressed to him they weren’t happy about. If you are in the medical field have some damn empathy at least for the people are coming in. They recommended he go to the ER after the tried to patch him up. Please go anywhere else for medical attention.
I dont know what happened to this location. It used to be amazing, but our last visit was a horrible experience. The woman who took people back to the rooms and took vitals was extremely unpleasant. The other people in the waiting room were also commenting about how bad she was. When she took blood pressure, she did it so strong it caused bruising all the way around my arm.
The only complaint that I will have is that when I called in to find out which facility had the capabilities of an x-ray machine it was a very long wait, about 25 minutes. But when I walked into the facility, everything was exceptional, super glad that I went and got treated by your staff. Thank you.
I have never left an urgent care so upset and uncared for. I will never return. The staff is clearly overworked and needs relief. I have been miserable for days and both nurses could care less. Absolutely disheartening. If I could leave zero stars I would..
Went in to take my toddler in for a croupy cough the whole staff here was very caring and attentive even when it came out to filling paperwork. I forgot her name but the lady was very caring to my child going out of her way to talk to and make my child laugh so she can take her vitals. Brian was also super helpful when diagnosing my babygirl and he seemed to actually care when it came to our visit. Usually a lot of places Ive been to before are always rushing trying to get people in and out giving them bad service and always have a bad attitude but not here. I was in and out within an hour they even have an online check in to reduce wait times. Definitely recommend going here and will be back in the future if we ever need to.
Got me right in, diagnosed and on my way. Friendly staff, great doctor!
We reached 40 mins before closing with sick kid and they are not ready to walk in. I have to walk with sick kid. Online it says walk in acceptable. Very poor no humanity
This urgent care is not open 24 hours so Don’t waste your time taking a trip down here because they’re not gonna be open it’s not really 24 hours there false advertising If they’re not gonna be open 24 hours they need to put a business operation time and take the 24 hour off their door and off the website until they can withStan staying open for 24 hours Oh, and another thing they can care less about leaving you out in the cold. I’m here at this urgent care and they’re here opening their urgent care it’s cold out and they won’t let you in what consideration that is. I wouldn’t come to this urgent care Thumbs down very disappointed
Oh my gosh! I had such a good experience with this urgent care!! I made an appointment online beforehand, and they saw me right on time. My physician was Paige Thomas FPN. She was very kind, professional, informative, and very helpful. I was in and out of the urgent care in under 30 minutes with all my questions answered and on the road to recovery. The front office staff was also very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this clinic.Thank you NextCare Urgent Care!
