I called and made an automated appt for 2:00 at this location. I arrived 15 min early and signed in through their electronic device. 3 people in the waiting room already. All 3 people were seen before me. I specifically asked one of them if they had a 2:00 appt and she said no. 2 people came in after me. When the technician came out and said she would get to 2 of us walk-ins as soon as she took the other gal who had a 2:30 appt since it was now that time, I spoke up and said I had a 2:00 appt and was given by phone a 6 letter confirmation code. She looked up my name and said No maam! I show you a a walk in. I have no appt for you. Rather than take me since I had been sitting there for 45 min and the other gal had just walked in the door, she told me I would have to wait. I made the appt with quest because they used to be better than Labcorp. Apparently, that is no longer the case. Terrible customer service and obviously lacking technology. I will find somewhere else to go. Probably have to drive to Wilmington or New Bern to find someplace better organized. I can not recommend this facility.
I visit this QD for a monthly test. I usually have at least 1 of my 3 small children in tow with me. The phlebotomist is always so incredibly sweet to them and gets me out of there quickly. I suggest making an appointment online or via phone for quick service and faxing your order before hand.
RUDE. Waited at the window forever without anyone at the front desk to ask a question before I checked in, then the phlebotomists was rude. I’ve never been to this office so I had questions. There is no need to get irritated because I have questions.
Location out of business. It would be nice if internet reflected that change
