Both this location and the Baymeadows location may have given us the worst experience we have ever encountered working with any office in the medical field in general. The doctors are wonderful, but the issue starts once you have to begin dealing with the rest of the staff. They will schedule your appointment then have you waiting for literal hours past your appointment time, only to be completely unapologetic and give you completely conflicting medical advice from your last visit with no sufficient explanation as to why.Next, they will completely neglect to call in your time sensitive medication and be completely unwilling to help you when you explain this to the staff.Dealing with fertility issues can already be soul crushing and you would expect a fertility clinic to be helpful, kind, and professional because of this. Brown Fertility is none of these things. Instead, they help make what is already an incredibly stressful process become even worse.
Dr. Brown is the best and his nursing team is wonderful. Chelsea has been my nurse most recently, and she is always quick to respond and help with whatever questions and challenges arise. This rollercoaster ride is a challenge no matter what, but the nursing team makes it so much more bearable.
We had a service done here and after we were told the insurance covered and all we had to pay was $48 dollars we realized that we got billed and sent in the mail for $201. I called them and they pretty much just kept saying “miscommunication”. The billing department wasn’t really hearing me out and cut me out while I was venting and stating “are you ready to pay here because our document online to pay is off service and not working”. I proceeded to tell her thanks for cutting me off instead of hearing me vent and she was laughing and saying “no no no I’m just saying”. However, we didn’t even see a physician for any of the service we got done. The service took exactly 15 minutes from start to end. Save your money and do your research with Brown Fertility. Go to a place that will treat you better and make your money worth it!
Please beware that they will force you to be self pay for your first appointment regardless if you have insurance.was told over the phone that because they don’t have a physical copy of my insurance card and drivers license, they can’t bill my insurance. I asked to speak with the office manager since i was never told this. After 45 minutes on hold they hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold again for another 20 minutes. During this time, they told me i would be subject to their cancellation policy and a fee had to be paid. Needless to say i will not be paying the fee nor will i ever return to their office. The first appointment is 150 dollars after that they will “bill” insurance but that appointment will never be submitted as a claim. Awful service. Stay away
We have had an amazing experience at Brown Fertility. Everyone we have come in contact with has been incredibly invested in our process and become part of our family. Our nurse, Chelsea, has gone above and beyond. She checks in on us and answers all of our questions. She had even stayed up to date on our journey after we “graduated” to an OB. We cannot recommend this place, and more importantly, this amazing group of people more.
I have made biggest mistake by signing up with them. This people have no sync between billing and clinical department. Always finding excuses that we know billing is issue from our side.Horrible in follow ups. When we got dates from clinical side for procedures but after few days we got to know billing department haven’t bill so the date will push back by month.Plus billing side oh those folks are worst they continuously doing back dated bills, and make excuses of their process at end of day patient who came with immense stress she is get more mental stress because of this asyncBetween two side and I don’t understand why I have to call billing I signed with doctor not billing. I can keep going on there lack of communication and hassle we are going throughThey don’t value customer emotions and mental stress. I would not recommend to anyone unless there is not option
We’ve had the best experience at Brown Fertility - Baptist South location… especially with Nurse Chelsea! Chelsea is so caring and takes the time to make you feel heard and confident during a very unpredictable process. She is knowledgeable, thorough and has been through the IVF experience herself, so it’s helpful that she is able to share her personal journey. The whole Brown team has become like family to us and Chelsea has definitely gone above and beyond to help us have the best experience possible!
The staff is pleasant, but the clinic lacks transparency regarding pricing. My consultation lasted less than 15 minutes, in which I signed no HIPAA or financial responsibility forms. While the doctor was friendly, pricing was not discussed; instead, it was deferred to the financial coordinator, who has not contacted me since my appointment. Based on thorough research and intuition, I have decided not to proceed with this clinic. For those considering Brown, caution is advised regarding in-office blood collection. They send samples to Natera, a lab facing litigation for fraudulent billing practices in 2021. Natera also has several other lawsuits with similar allegations.Upon contacting Natera, I discovered the out-of-pocket cost for the initial Brown test is $349, contrary to their advertised price of $249, which is affirmed by other patients in online forums. In summary, Brown does not disclose the actual cost of services until after they are provided, excluding the $150 consultation fee.
Chelsea Trotter at this facility was amazing to work with. She quickly answered emails and provided guidance throughout the process. Additional Dr Brown was very supportive and came up with customized plans that addressed my needs. I would recommend this facility.
I went to Brown for many years. First going through IUI and then through IVF. There have been ups and downs throughout.I’m giving them 5 starts though, because of my experience through IVF recently. More specifically, the FET coordinators. I have never been so supported in a doctor’s office. Dr. Brown was fantastic but we only saw him a few times. The nursing staff was great and supportive but the MVPs were the FET coordinators who answered all my insane questions, anxiety outbursts and honestly unending emails. I’m no longer a patient because I’ve “graduated” and I’m STILL getting amazing support and assistance through this group.Thank you Brown Fertility!
First time going today for a consultation. We really enjoyed talking with Dr. Suny Caminero and we are really excited to have her help us with starting our journey.
Just had my twins on Sept 14th 2024 both are happy and healthy. Couldn’t of done it without brown fertility
This is a hard review for me. I am currently pregnant on my first and only ivf cycle because of Brown’s fertility. For that I am grateful….however, Brown’s facility and staff were a nightmare to work with. At Brown’s you are a number, they do not care about you…..they care for only the money they can get out of you. I do not have the time to sit here and tell all the horrible experiences my husband and I had but it was a ton. I was so stressed through the entire process that I almost threw the towel in at the start of injections. Sending good vibes and baby dust to everyone looking forward to future babies!!
Chelsea Trotter has been an amazing resource for me in the journey and I have appreciated her compassion and patience! So thankful for her and the brown fertility staff.
My experience with Brown Fertility couldn’t have been better! Dr. Fouad was so sweet the whole time. Both her and dr. Brown have a wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Allie from scheduling did an amazing job lining everything up for my surgery. Overcoming a few obstacles but getting the job done. Dr. Brown and Fouad were able to reconnect both of my tubes now were just waiting to conceive. Will update when we do!
Having a very positive experience so far! The doctors and nurses make you feel respected and heard.
My husband and I have wanted to start a family since the day we met, but we wanted to wait to start trying until after we were married. Unfortunately, the “natural” way wasn’t working for us, clomid wasn’t either, and then the deployment put a huge damper on everything. When my husband returned from overseas, my OBGYN referred us to a fertility specialist to see if there was any other option for us. That’s how our journey with Brown Fertility started on February 9th. I met with Emily, such a super sweet lady, and she explained to me a little bit about what they do and how they do it..IUI, IVF, donor, etc.. I was scared, nervous, excited, but ready for the thought of actually getting the answers we were seeking. Emily put my mind and heart at ease that I was in the right place, that they could help us achieve our goal of becoming parents. Our next step was to meet with Dr. Brown himself, which was scheduled for a month later. My husband and I both had to take time off of work, but both figured this was an important reason to do that. We waited in Dr. Brown’s office for about 30 minutes before he finally came in to discuss with us our options and such. This visit took about 15 minutes, most of which was Dr. Brown telling me that I would be a “good fit” in the spa that they had for their patients. I was extremely flattered, but that should have been a red flag for me. Now looking back, it seems like he was more interested in the fact that I, an LMT, could make him money verses actually helping us conceive a child which was (and still is) the ultimate goal. During that meeting, we were told that Dr. Brown wanted to do a Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy, to see if there was any issues going on. So, the surgery was scheduled for April 7th, 2017. After surgery, Dr. Brown informed us that there was a little cyst that he removed and checked to see if my fallopian tubes were open. They were not. So on April 20th, 2017, we met with Kristina, an IVF nurse, to help us understand what our next step was. On May 16th, 2017, I started the birth control pills. We were doing this…we were starting our first IVF cycle. At my trial transfer on May 24th, 2017, Dr. Brown informed me that everything was clear, no obstructions, and that I would “be pregnant by the summer”. On June 10th, 2017...my 36th birthday…we started the shots part of IVF. 9 days later, June 18th, was our TRIGGER SHOT!!! We were told we had to do this 36 hours before our egg retrieval, and that we only have a five minute window to do the trigger shot. So all this means we are scheduled to do our egg retrieval at 10:45 am on June 20th, 2017. We were told to be there at 10:15 am that way they could get me back and start my IV and such. At roughly 11am, I went up to the receptionist with tears in my eyes and asked what was going on? She told me that we “actually have about a 2 hour window for the retrieval”. About 10 more minutes went by, and they finally called me back. I didn’t sign the paperwork with the anesthesiologist until 12:02pm. About 10 minutes after that they told me that it was my turn to head in. To say I was pissed would be an understatement. Our transfer day wasn’t smooth either. While on the table, the embryologist came in and questioned something to Dr. Brown, my age. Dr. Brown asked me how old I was, I told him 36, he informed me that he normally only transfers 1 egg for anyone over 35. I let him know that we were told previously BY HIM, that we would be transferring 2 eggs. He literally shrugged his shoulders and snarky replied well it only improves your percentage a little bit. *continued in picture.
I’ve been waiting 10 months for a refund that never came. I sent documentation multiple times for their office to be say they never received it, tell clients it takes 90-120 business days to issue refunds, have the patients WAIT that time only to be told they won’t honor refund because paperwork was not received. I have paper confirmation of all the paperwork they request that I sent. They DID receive it. Billing staff and billing MANAGER deny receiving it and honor refund. Crooks!! Go somewhere else.
I came in with my husband today and the lady at the front desk was really kind, and the rest of the staff was great as well! Everyone explained all the information to us very well. The doctors I spoke with really made me feel at ease, and they really broke it down step by step to figure out our fertility issues. I would definitely recommend this clinic if you are struggling to get pregnant. Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for a long time, so we are hoping for the best through our fertility journey!
I wish I could give separate reviews for staff and some doctors, but I’m giving three stars as an average. The staff at both the point meadows and Baptist South locations and Dr. Evans are fantastic :) They are incredibly kind and professional! 5 stars for them!HOWEVER, I am giving 0 stars for Dr. Brown. I signed in for my 9:45am appointment at 9:30am. After waiting for over 1 1/2 hours (a little over 1 hour in the lobby and 1/2 hour in the patient room), I finally got dressed and walked out of the patient room without Dr. Brown even making an appearance! When I left the patient room, Dr. Brown was standing in the hallway. I told Dr. Brown that I was leaving and wanted a refund, and he just said “okay” and walked away! He did not apologize or act at all courteously. His attitude is extremely unprofessional. I was given a refund, but will not be back to Brown Fertility solely because of Dr. Brown’s uncaring attitude toward his patients.***UPDATE***I am a little late in posting but need to provide an update for potential patient’s knowledge:After the experience I named above with Dr. Brown, I went to another fertility doctor about 3 weeks later. The new doctor did an ultrasound at the FIRST appointment and found an ovarian tumor that had grown inside of my left ovary which needed surgical removal. It was causing complications and preventing me from having periods/getting pregnant. Even the doctor was surprised and directly asked me if Brown Fertility had told me about the tumor! I had the surgery and the doctor ended up having to remove the entire left ovary because the tumor was so large. Brown Fertility NEVER mentioned the tumor and repeatedly told me in MULTIPLE appointments that everything was fine and I could easily get pregnant with a little help.
Choosing Brown Fertility to help us grow our family was one of the best choices we could have made. The intimate care of the nurses along the way, Dr. Browns amazing personal style of letting you know he is truly invested, and even the after care interactions with team members such as Rachel Gibbons, all together make you feel like you are being cared for by family.
Dr. Brown and his staff are amazing! My husband and I started our IVF journey in 2013. I was in my 20s, new to all this, and terrified I wouldnt get to be a mom and have a family. Once I met with Dr. Brown, he helped ease my mind and was very encouraging. We did our first round of IVF and were blessed with a beautiful son! Throughout the entire process, the staff was so sweet and friendly. We tried a frozen cycle and another fresh cycle where I got pregnant, but then miscarried. Everyone was kind and helpful through this difficult time. We then tried another frozen cycle and were blessed with our baby girl! We are now going to try again and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Brown and staff for making everything worth it and for your help in giving us the family we always wanted!
I am currently a patient of this facility. Over the past several months I have received such amazing care. Having been to several different doctors for various medical reasons in the past several years, I was pleasantly surprised by Brown fertility. On my first visit, Emily spent a considerable amount of time just talking with me and getting to know and understand my current health needs. All of the employees at Brown Fertility, without exception, have made this difficult road a pleasant and hopeful experience. The kindness and compassion of the employees is amazing. Theyre so patient and never have I felt embarrassed, or as though I was bothering or annoying them with my many questions. Some doctors try to get a patient in and out as fast as possible, but I have never felt rushed at this facility. Each time, I have had my questions answered and all procedures thoroughly explained. Dr. Brown amazed me because his first concern was our health emotionally as a couple. He took time to get to know us and prepare us for the road ahead. He then took time to get to know our physical health and showed us what options he best recommended for our situation. It saddens me to see any negative review about these medical professionals simply because a procedure was not successful. Its a trying and difficult path to take, but no man, no woman, can control the human body. The most talented, knowledgeable doctor, can perform any procedure with utmost accuracy however he can not determine the outcome. My journey is not over, but if I never become pregnant, I can say with 100% assurance that I would still reccommend Brown fertility. Their professionalism, care and compassion is beyond any I have ever seen. I wish there was a Brown Fertility type of facility for every realm of the medical profession.
I absolutely love Brown Fertility! We got our sweet boy after 8 years of trying. Now we are involved in the calendar highlighting our miracle and have been working with Rachel G who has been nothing short of fantastic!
Infertility is obviously a very emotional journey and extremely nerve wrecking…Dr. Brown was extremely courteous, informative and did a fantastic job at making us feel comfortable about the process moving forward. We are just getting started and I already feel like we are in good hands.
From the moment we entered the center all the staff was very friendly. Dr. Hollins was very honest, kind and receptive to us. They explained to us very well and in detail how the IVF process will be that we will soon begin with them. Without a doubt they gave us the confidence and security we need to start the cycle. Nurse Christi is so committed to her work and is a person full of good energy and makes the whole process easier. What we liked most is that Dr Brown committed to each of his patients so that the entire cycle is of the highest quality and the process is successfully achieved. We highly recommend this fertility center.
Rachel has been so much help during this egg donation journey! She has pointed me in all the right directions and reassured me of the process. Can’t recommend her and Brown Fertility enough.
Was given only 2 weeks off from work including the date of the surgery for a mymomectomy having no knowledge of the pain ahead and this being my 1st surgery I accepted. I was also only given 18 pain pills needing to take 3 a day for pain that last fairly up to two weeks. Contacted the nurse line over 4 times begging for additional time off and a refill of meds only to be treated like a junkie. Unfortunately due to my level of pain was rushed to the emergency room whom examined me and prescribed more pain pills and treated me with dignity and respect. The hospital was so shocked I was giving only 2 weeks off ridiculous after such an invasive surgery. Was due to test 3 months after for HSG had to reschedule due to being ill called the day before the appointment was advised by the front desk I needed to pay 50 for a no show fee as I was required to call 3 business days ahead of time to cancel any appointments I informed her I wasnt aware could this be waived she refused . This offices lacks compassion under educates you and rushes responses when u have serious questions and concerns 😟 I will not be returning I felt helpless belittle and treated poorly 😢 my recover extended over 3 months due to the 2 weeks off . The only good thing here was my fibroids were removed please stay away I still feel bad and cry when I think about my experience here.
We started our journey with Brown after TTC for 2 years with 3 failed clomid cycles. My OB referred us. We started with a 15 minute virtual consultation with Dr. Brown. This is the only time we saw Dr. Brown during Our time there. He looked at the testing we had already and done and said we should start right away with treatment and scheduled us to start an IUI. We were leaving on a trip soon after, but he insisted the timing would be fine. We were excited and didn’t know any better, so we went for it. My body didn’t react the way it was expected to and my follicles weren’t ready to trigger. We were leaving the next day, so we weren’t able to go through with the IUI. So money wasted. We began the next IUI. Scheduling was tough. They were open until 5, but I could never get afternoon appointments. I’m a teacher and can’t just take off time in the morning multiple times a month. I made that IUI cycle work, but it ended up being unsuccessful. I couldn’t get in for any afternoon appointments for the next month. So we couldn’t do another. I had a few problems other than scheduling. We never saw Dr. Brown after our initial consultation. I had a nurse practitioner or different doctor every time. No one knew me or my scenario. Test results were never explained to me and words like PCOS and endometriosis were thrown around without any background, explanation or follow up. I felt they kept pushing us into treatment without looking into the cause for our struggle. I felt like a dollar sign to them. We switched to a different clinic and are so much happier. If you want a doctor that gets to know you, makes you feel heard, and has your interest in mind instead of making money, don’t go to Brown Fertility.
Rachel is the kindest employee. From the moment we started talking she made me feel comfortable and heard. She loves her job and it is evident in everything she does. She is a wonderful asset to the team!
Dr. Brown and his staff were amazing. They were compassionate, caring and detailed oriented. I appreciate everything they did for me and my husband during our fertility journey which ended up with God blessing us with the most precious baby girl.
The Brown fertility staff is amazing, especially Rachel! She is always so great to work with and she is always going above and beyond for both patients and staff at Brown Fertility
If I could give this company zero stars I would gladly do it. Two months in a row I have called to schedule a procedure on day one of my cycle and magically they have zero availability. Yet they claim to have ten convenient locations throughout the area. When I told the lady that the excuse of I am sorry but we dont have any availability this month. Call next month, on day one of your cycle, and we can schedule you then was same excuse last month her reply was well they fill up fast. Well clearly you dont actually care about your patients it seems, just the money they provide you. Im so over it. I will find another doctor that truly cares versus a large corporation. Thanks but no thanks.
I have to say, I really liked the nurse practitioner, she was very friendly. I had no issues scheduling, no long waiting during my visit today. Im very please with the service, much better since my last visit a year ago.
Unfortunately I have to give a star to be able to write a review, not even the policy they use that discounts are applied to your bill in exchange for you leaving good reviews, but I felt the obligation to make this comment because the process of getting pregnant is very stressful and tedious and they take it upon themselves to turn you into a number on an invoice or at least make you feel that way and they leave you completely alone after the first steps there is no way to communicate with them the communication system is really lousy so much in this institution like the one located in baymeadows they dont answer you they charge you fees and share your information and you get results and analyzes that have nothing to do with you and then they dont give you an answer and they exonerate themselves from any responsibility Ive been trying to communicate with them for 3 days someone who speaks Spanish And unfortunately they dont answer me so they dont answer me because she has to register my phone number its disrespectful I really never plan to set foot there again I dont know to enter a great demand for all the bad times that They have made me live, think about it if you are looking for this option to start the path of being a mother since this is not the best team to bring such a difficult process to a happy end, blessings
Ive tried IVF at another fertility clinic and after 3 unsuccessful implantations, was very tired and discouraged. I knew there was a way for me to get pregnant and give birth and have a family, i never gave up. Thats when I met Dr. Brown.Dr. Brown and his wonderful staff are so kind and helped me tremendously through the tough ordeal of a successful IVF conception. Dr. Brown spent a lot of time with me, and his front desk was so much easier to work with than my experience at another office.Thank you to such an an amazing doctor and hospitable staff! You are incredible and i am so thankful to now have beautiful healthy twin girls!
Never got pregnant. Only time I did get pregnant was not helped or facilitated by this office. My appointments would get lost. One time I waited three hours just to talk to Dr. Brown for a scheduled appointment. They would forget to order medications for IVF in a timely manner or not send calendar with IVF schedule. Everything is critically timed with calendar and medications so kind of important. All nurse staff is completely over supporting anyone for anything. Emily and Dr. Brown are the only two people who have any energy to give any real answers.Chair they perform IVF in is unsanitary.Do yourself a favor and choose another office. Even if the procedure has a good outcome the stress they put you through is liable to cause you to miscarry.I was told through the receptionist window that I was going to miscarry. This was my first miscarriage, and they were like bye...This is the most greedy uncaring doctors office in all of Jacksonville. Dr. Brown does huge cattle calls for patients. You mean absolutely nothing to them. You would be better off seeing a witch doctor to get pregnant.Tried switching to another office and asked for notes to be sent along with prior test. Good luck! Dr. Brown hand writes everything and was unable to communicate any viable info to next doctor to start over at there clinic.
I’ve had a number of issues with this clinic.1. Meagan, the operations manager is incredibly rude, combative and insensitive.2. Every appointment I’ve had has taken nearly 3 hours because they don’t take appointments on time.3. I was told to get bloodwork & when I arrived to the clinic and the office never sent them the order.4. I made an appointment 3 weeks from now and two weeks after making the appointment, the office called to cancel it because the doctor was never planning to be in the office that day. Now I have to wait another month before getting treatment. If I could do all of this over again I’d go elsewhere.
Very disappointed with what’s become of this office. We had great results with them (except the billing department)Fast forward and we need our medical records I faxed them and requested by mail and they try faxing to my cell phone. No matter what day or time you call you can’t get a person. Received calls back way later in the day. Girl laughed and thought it was hilarious that their office faxed to my cell. Fast forward 3 days and I get a call and they charge me 23 dollars for my medical records. I paid for the test that resulted in the records. 20 thousand dollars to have a child with them and this is what you get when you don’t need them.We even donated left over meds back to them at our expense. I guess this is how they opened so many more offices. Taking from the vulnerable. These reviews are appalling .Refered a few friends here and they said how terrible it was and would never go back. Which shocked me. Fast forward to reading all the reviews and what I just dealt with I couldn’t agree more.So sad. Hope you enjoy my 23 dollars.
DO NOT GET CHARMED BY THE SWEET TALK ABOUT HOW THEY ARE THE BEST. READ EACH LINE ITEM ON THEIR COST SHEET AND GET ANOTHER OPINION. IF YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE THEIR PRACTICE, THEY WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR EMBRYOS WITHOUT A HEFTY PENALTY. WE FELT LIKE THEY WERE HOLDING OUR EMBRYOS HOSTAGE FOR RANSOM. WEVE ASKED AROUND AND FOUND THAT THIS IS NOT INDUSTRY PRACTICE AND THINK THAT THIS IS A TACTIC TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS. The whole journey of having a child has been a difficult one for us, only made so much worse by Brown Fertility. As many have already mentioned, this has been one of the worst experience my wife and I have had to deal with. I do not write this review because weve been unsuccessful after around 3 years dealing with this practice, 2 retrievals, 1 fresh IVF cycle, 3 Frozen Embryo Transfers and thousands spent, including paying out of pocket to have our embryos tested to make sure we transfer normal embryos. I am writing this because despite all of that, what makes a bad result worst is the way this clinic treated us. About 3 years ago, my wife and I decided that we needed help from an infertility doctor to better our odds in conceiving. First mistake was we based our decision to go with Brown Fertility only on someones recommendation. Our first consultation with Dr. Brown started out really well. It was short but promising and he comes off as someone who wants to help. Well, that was the longest meeting weve had with Dr. Brown. Weve probably met him a total of 5 minutes the following 3 years (basically, only at transfer day). The real issues started after the first failure. The way they tell you that youre unsuccessful is so impersonal. In one of our failed attempts, we asked to speak with Dr. Brown to ask what else we could’ve done to increase our chances. He spent a whole 20 seconds with us, told us, theres nothing else that couldve been done as the embryos were likely abnormal, then charged us for the visit. Anyway, this was what prompted us to pay almost $2k out of pocket to get our embryos genetically tested and only transfer the normal ones. Then came the billing and insurance issues. At some point, we informed Dr. Browns office that we changed insurance carriers. Some of the claims were mistakenly getting denied by our insurance and we were left to deal with the insurance with little to no help from the clinic even though we do not understand most of what they are claiming for. At some point I discovered major billing issues when we received a bill from Brown Fertility for around $1,200 (I think). After going through all the claims and itemized billing, it turned out that they actually owed us over $3,750. In fact, theyve been holding this money and just deducting from it every time they get denied a claim without informing us. We finally decided to take our business elsewhere after yet another unsuccessful try. We consulted with our new doctor and already spent more time with him in one meeting than with Dr Brown over the 3 years. We also learned more about what options are out there to increase our chances of success (non of which were mentioned by Dr. Brown). When we called to schedule to tranfer our embryos was when found out about the hefty penalty. They do not point that out when you sign the paperwork. Ive asked a few fertility facilities and was told that this is not industry practice. I asked to speak to Dr Brown directly so I can make a case to have the fee waived and was told that they will not let me speak to him about this. After all the wasted time, all the emotional stress, the bad advise, and thousands of dollars spent, you would at least think that they would reconsider. Do yourself a favor. Go look elsewhere for your infertility needs. To this clinic, you are just a number and dollar signs.
My husband and I have been trying for a little one for a couple years now and havent had any good results. We spoke with Dr. Brown about what all we had tried and explained to him our situation. He was very nice and gave us encouragement that it will happen with just a matter of time. We ended up going through IVF then FET after because I had multiple eggs and they didnt want me to hyperstumulate. All in all it was a long process but we are happy to say it was a success and with TWINS!😊 We couldnt be happier! If you are thinking about IVF but arent sure, my husband and I can say from experience it works. Thank you Dr. Brown and all the wonderful staff that helped us along the way!
Rachel is one of the most caring and devoted employees of Brown Fertility. It’s apparent she loves what she does, creating an inviting work environment for others!
Brown fertility helped my fiance so much with fertility help and answered all her questions! Rachel especially helped us out and made us feel comfortable!

If you want to have a baby, look for another place, I have a daughter without any problems and I wanted a second baby ... I tried 3 cycles of insemination and nothing happened ...They always did the same thing, they did not increase the dose of the pills, they did not change anything to maximize the possibilities. Then I tried the IVF process, they made me some sonograms to see how many eggs I had in size and according to the doctor they were 4 or 6, they asked me to continue with the same amount of medications for 3 more days and when they did the process of removing them they took 19 , they caused me ovarian hyperstimulation and had to cancel the cycle.I then had to do another process so that they could transfer the egg to me. That day they put the egg on you and ask you to get up quickly and go out.All the time I had to be calling and calling to get directions, questioned the calendar, they gave the same calendar to everyone, they did not make a personalized one to your needs. The only thing they call you for is to bill money, it is the only thing that interests them ... that the woman continue and continue to undergo processes to get the most out of each patient as possible
I am so blessed to have met the wonderful staff at the Orlando Office. I went there on 11/7/14 and there was the front desk administrator(i forgot her name but she was a hispanic woman) she went above and beyond to assist me and my fiancé. She was kind , courteous and most importantly understanding. We werent aware that we had to pay for the counseling services because we thought it was covered when we paid the $250 consultation fee with Dr Brown.(we went all the way to Jacksonville to see Dr Brown but never received info about having to pay for additional consults!!!) We were upset because we had all these unknown charges and had to pay them in order to be seen. Just as my fiancé and I sadly looked at each other and decided that were going to leave, an Angel by the name of Duane Sury (i think he was a lab tech) offered to cover the costs. He mentioned that he saw the disappointment in our eyes and couldnt bare to see us walk out like that. We shared with him our story of how long weve been trying and how we won the free IVF cycle. We told him how disappointed we were to find out about the additional charges and he told us not to worry because hed pay it. My fiance busted out in tears and truthfully, I felt like crying too. I asked him to come from the back so that we could thank him. I shook his hand and my fiancé hugged him with tears in her eyes. With all that we were going through with trying to conceieve, this gentleman gave us more hope. His actions were nothing short of devine intervention! These two individuals were meant to be there on this day. They truly made our day and gave us hope in this process. Most importantly, they had the perfect attitude and demeanor for individuals struggling to get pregnant. We are journaling our process and have proudly added this situation to our journal. I humbly thank the both of you for your efforts. We truly know now that with these two working there, we are in good hands. God bless you both, as you two have blessed us!SincerelyA very grateful couple
My OB/GYN told me to see a fertility doctor after trying for over one year to conceive and after finding out I have PCOS. I saw Dr. Brown twice and did a few treatments through his ARNP. The last time I was at his office before I was supposed to get another round of treatment, I was gowned out ready to see ARNP, office staff came in telling me that I had to have a genetic testing done. Paying out-of-pocket I only saved up enough only for the treatment and not for any extra genetic testing, that was a very upsetting situation for me. I called around to other clinics and that genetic testing was not mandatory... I felt it was just a way to get more money. I have a healthy family hx so it shouldnt be mandatory. I called around and there are other lower cost clinics than this one. Also, its frustrating I was never able to get the results of my blood work and I called a few times and I had to go through a different company to get my blood work which they didnt send me the results, I only received what was ordered. So, I had to told my primary care PA about my infertility issues of having PCOS, and he just told me to go on Metformin (cost about five dollars a bottle) and it worked I got pregnant after so many treatments with the specialist. I wont be recommending Dr. Browns office.
The whole Brown Fertility team is awesome, but a special shout out to Rachel! I would recommend their services to anyone looking for fertility treatments.
If I could give it 0 stars I would! The lack of care, the misguided info, the several times they tried to give meds I was allergic to, the lack of info and the rush to just move you along. Many mix ups and mixed info given. Including me ovulating and loosing some eggs before ER because of them not allowing me to take the med to prevent ovulation sooner. So after everything I was left with 1 he says is good embryo. Just Run the other way!!! He will not make sure you are cared for nor will he be kind to you. I was threatened to have the cops called Bc I was crying and asking questions. He puts on a good caring front though. He tells you what you want to hear to get you out the door. The rest of the staff is amazing though. He is arrogant and a poor misguided man with only $$$ on his mind. But provides cheap care.
Dr. Brown and his staff were amazing. This is not an easy process and they were always there for my questions and to listen when I just needed to talk. We were blessed with an amazing baby girl and we owe it all to Dr. Brown
Not sure what to think about this place. I have not even been to my appointment. Already having an issue here. I hope they resolve this. Update on this review coming soon. Whether the outcome was good or bad I will update. There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.
Horrible customer service. We waited three weeks just for a zoom call and the doctor didnt even show up or call to cancel. They told us they would call if he was running late at the start of the day. The office never answers the phone and long wait times on hold. I would not trust this staff with your family planning.
Made an appointment with the physician for a first appointment. When we showed up it was scheduled with the physicians assistant. She was behind and asked if we would reschedule. Very unprofessional. And very sad. I hope they do better with the next customers.
I give them a 1 starr bc i have ask them to write my bill down that i own. N she did but then i go in for my last visit n they tell me i got to pay $100. For blood work.. like really i just ask u to write it all down. N when u call me friday i ask again. N u say no am good. Then i ask if i can have my medical records they say yes i fill it out n it say i can pick them up. Ask her when can i she nowe have to mail them to u. They never have the right things to say . No one say the same things. So make sure u ask n keep records of it.

Rachael’s attention to detail and helpfulness made my wife feel so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for you help every step of the way!!!
You literally wait at least 20-30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone. I work nights so I have called the office multiple times at 7:30AM and have still waited 20+ minutes before my call was answered. How many people could possibly be on the line at that hour? Absolutely ridiculous.
We saw Dr. Waldman he was very knowledgeable and detailed he answered all of our questions. We left the consultation with a full understanding of our options.
Dr Brown and his PA are so personalable. They made my wife and I feel so comfortable every time we have come in

So far so good this was my 1st visit and the staff there are awesome! Thank you Brown Fertility for all that y’all do!
Knowledgeable and genuinely kind staff, especially Rachel who was very welcoming and helpful in answering all my questions!
Please find somewhere else. Negative place, finds anyway to charge you, even a $400 charge to just be on their monthly calander. Not supportive, rude and completely dismissive of concerns.
Dr. Waldman was wonderful! The staff was very kind as well.
Rachel is so sweet and helpful!
