Making the appointment was easy. I went to the wrong building, initially, and an employee immediately helped me. Everyone I met with was kind, professional, and to the point. The receptionist reviewed future financing options with me and made sure I knew of available help, while being discreet and very kind. They checked that I had my preferred name and pronouns; so did the nurse, behavioral services person, and appointment maker. I was able to get my needs addressed with specific staff. We have a follow-up already on the books, This is an excellent location that is here to help, and they deserve way more props and funds, both.
This is the SECOND time now they have messed up my appointment time/details and i am so beyond pissed. the first time somebody called ME to schedule an appointment apparently it never got actually booked so I go there and make an appointment in person again trying to confirm for a FEMALE doctor. what do i find when i look at my check in details today? they scheduled me with a male doctor 😐 now their only availability is in three weeks??? you’re joking. and how is that my fault at all, PAY ATTENTION BETTER
Waited 2 and a half hours for me to leave because I have to go to work. They don’t truly care about their patients. You’re better off buying std kits to be shipped to your home. Not helpful, they don’t care, I do not recommend!!
Can I PLEASE get a hold of someone?! Ive been waiting a week for a prior authorization!!! There was ONE DIGIT entered wrong on the insurance card!! Guys, the needles are fine but they cant get a hold of you for the testosterone! Ive called calling your lines, but your impatient staff put me on a Spanish line, then didnt even listen to me when I said I just called, and put me on the Spanish line AGAIN without letting me explain that it was in SPANISH!Ive messaged Dr. Coffman via email and havent heard anything back there either. PLEASE. I want to start my transition and I cannot believe I have to try and reach out with a Google review to get something of an answer...
Poor communication, nobody seems like they want to work. Very loud about why we are here. Can’t communicate what so ever. Told us to get here at 12pm. A hour later asked about the wait and she said my appointment is at 2:30
If I could give negative stars I would. If you can afford to not go here, avoid it at all costs. Doctors are fine during appointments, however I was prescribed a medication and the doctor didnt send it over to my pharmacy for 4 months, I had to hound them about it! Desk staff seem to not care at all.Phone system does not work, numerous times that I called about that med and trying to schedule appointments resulted in me being left on hold for +2 hours only to be hung up on by the system.They have canceled my appointments, scheduled them when the doctors had no availability to see any more patients, then left me out to dry with zero answers.The most recent time that this happened, while I was on hold I called my insurance company and found a different doctor and scheduled an appointment.I understand that running a health clinic is hard and their mission is to serve the underserved community and make healthcare accessible to more people. However, that mission is a complete pipe dream if they continue to operate the way that they are currently. I WANT them to succeed and help out people, however at this point they are doing way more damage than good.

Doctors are great, generally. The front desk is constantly rude, wether in person or on the phone. When Ive spoken on the phone, Ive been scoffed at and not listened to about what Im calling for. Ive spoken to the front desk directly and had eyes rolled at me and been complained to because I was like the 3rd person to ask for my appointment to be rescheduled after waiting for well over an hour past my appointment time. The people answering the phones and working at the desk seem annoyed and unhappy, and have repeatedly taken it out in me. I cant imagine how many others have had the same experience. its free/cheap medical services but not without the cost of emotional labor.

Dont go here.. For many reasons.1. The place was dirty, not great for medical services.2. Everyone I talked to was rude except for the doctor and pharmacists.3. Even after I filled out my online new patient form and showed them my drivers license when I checked in, they still have my name spelled wrong.4. I was called into the patient room and waited an hour before someone saw me.5. The medication I was given didnt work for me.6. They charged me for 2 tests that didnt even happen in my visit.Overall terrible experience. I came here because a friend of mine had a good experience and recommended it, but ummm... Never going back here again!! Maybe good if you dont have insurance? Either way you can probably find somewhere better.
Always such a long wait! The manager was really nice tho and I spoke with her! If she hadn’t spoke with me I would have been more annoyed but she was reassuring.
This is for their pharmacy. They never answer their phones and take forever to fill something. My doctor sent my meds over on Wednesday and when I called today to see if they were ready so I dont run out over the weekend, the person on the phone was rude and and oh it would probably be Monday. Even though I needed them urgently. I had my meds immediately transferred to another pharmacy and wont be going back to this one!
Unfortunately this is one of the only places that takes my insurance, BUT 2 out of 2 experiences has been utterly disappointing. First time was dermatologist, he was an elderly doctor and was nice enough but didnt hear my concerns at all amd was pushy/rushing me. and after waiting months to get an appointment it was such a let down that I left with the same unanswered concerns I came in with. 2nd time was for establishing a primary doctor. 20 minutes at the desk because the lady kept telling me my insurance was inactive and I had to get almost rude for her to double check because I was right, its not inactive their system was wrong. Then after another 45 minute wait past my appointment time - I just left. I already dont like doctors and doctors offices, and this place doesnt help that opinion at all. I hope its just my luck and there are people actually benefiting from their services.
This clinic wont answer their phones, wont call back in 24 -48 hrs....just completely incompetent when it comes to running a healy clinic! They dont gaf about any but taking breaks, and using robots to answer calls. I hate this clinic!!!!! They should close them down. Arent they getting free grants to run this joke??? Where is the money going because they arent running a clinic????? Try Samuel Rodgers, or elsewhere if you want health care that cares. This place isnt it!!!!
Went in for testing. The process was unusual. The doctor didnt examine me, instead I was asked to swab myself and turn in the sample. The restroom used for urine samples had urine everywhere. I was prescribed multiple antibiotics that I was told to take just in case. Was also given a shot just in case. Antibiotics shouldnt be prescribed in this manner. Never did receive test results. Sad visit all around.
They’re all very kind, and the Dr really obviously cares about all the patients. I believe in their mission and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
My son and I both have left several messages over a three week period and not been able to get a response. He wants to access services and no one has called back although the answering device says there will be a response soon. If they are no longer taking clients, it would be respectful just to share that information.
RUN. They were good 1+ year ago; but the last two appts have been disasters. The most recent time I had extra bloodwork done on top of my reg. labs because I had been dealing with some concerning symptoms. It took 3 weeks and numerous calls to the clinic to hear back on my labs (that had been available since the biz day after the appt), at which point I was told everything as fine. Then, one day shy of six weeks after the appt I get a letter notifying me of an abnormality. I call and find out that not only was my white blood cell count high (literally the first line of the labs - and pretty useless info to get six weeks later except to ratchet up my stress), but the medication Ive continued taking since the appt has been at the wrong dose - despite the levels being discussed on several calls over the whole ordeal. They also cant ever seem to get my name/etc right now after over a year of never having an issue ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Atrocious, would not recommend. I went in for a walk-in appointment last week, and it was absolutely dreadful. The wait times were unreasonable and the front desks organization in regards to the order patients get served was almost nonexistent. Once in, you wait a few hours more just to listen to staff gossip instead of doing their jobs? The doctor herself was attentive and had decent bedside manner but ended up sending the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I went back in today to pick up the prescription and the woman at the pharmacy counter was rude. Overall, a miserable experience and Ill likely never go back.Edit: Its been about three weeks now and I still dont have some lab results back. I suspect the test was straight up lost, and the message Ive left on the online patient portal has been completely ignored. Incredibly unprofessional.
I am truly pleased with my overall experience at KC Care, as well as Homeroom Health. I started my transition (Gender Affirming care) at the clinic and it has been a very comfortable and smooth process. My doctors are awesome and all staff members practice inclusive language and self identification (Which other clinics fail to do)I feel heard and really cared for. Shout out to Emma Windham, Kipp Koch, and Megan Buri !
After read all the reviews , I hope the manager on charge do something. My husband has calling and leaving messages for almost three weeks with not response . Is ridiculous the service this place most when hes not receiving free , he has being paying the exactly amount of the bills . Also I emailed the person supposed to help on this problem, and yes he returned my email but the problem ever solved their customer service is awful.
I had a good experience here. I was seen, heard, and after a brief consultation I was able to get back to my day with what I needed to stay healthy. Staff was kind and caring, and helped me with my needs in a respectable and friendly manner. Keep up the good work KC CARE!
Do not use this pharmacy. The hours are inconvenient if you work 8-5 M-F. Closed for lunch from 12-1. It took nearly over a week for my much needed prescriptions to filled. The placement of this pharmacy is odd. It’s within in the middle of than main narrow hallway. So if you stand in line, you’ll be in someone’s way. The cashier was slow and slightly rude. This was my first and last visit with this pharmacy. I advise you to go elsewhere if you can afford to.
Not worth visiting, for general medical health. Had an appointment today MD or assistant never did a nice checkup,like regularMDs do checkups with a stethoscope on lungs heart and belly...and never poked around checking for pain and abnormalities..I get 4 kinds of lab anually with my regular MD...here i had only one lab done despite my request, and i was the paying client......I could have accomplished the something with a $20 tele-appointment...felt rather cheated I was a paying customer and I didnt get my moneys worth of medical care. The atmosphere is easy going lots of laughing and back slapping among staff,kinda scary cause a lot of things like proper care is neglected.Not a serious medical facility...it a place a place of last resort. I would consider visiting Swope Health instead.

I was employed there for 20 years and lost my job for whatever reason. I prob fired myself, I actually let HR know I was having issues with a person in management and reported it. I really loved working there and miss it. But to say the least I’m at Peace

I havent actually seen a real doctor in over 5 years. Theyve shuffled me off to a pharmacist. I only go for check ups for my diabetes, but I would love to talk to a real doctor.Guess what! So I don’t have many options with my current insurance, I was basically forced to go here. I at one time long ago sought out mental health care here and it took them over a month to respond to my voicemail.In order for me to pick up a new primary at this place I had to go to open clinic, little did I know I’d wait 3 hours in the waiting room and then another hour in the exam room.My follow up appointment a month later, I got right in, but then once again waited 1.5 hours in the exam room.The doctor I’ve been seeing is not very friendly or personable, he seems cold and callus, but I suspect that this place is like this because it’s understaffed and just pumps people through without caring for its patients.I have had to reschedule my appointment today and have been waiting on the phone for over an hour. The mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message!!The staff gossips in the hall ways and the waiting room is not the cleanest. Other wise staff is decently friendly unless it’s the scheduling girls you’re talking with.I don’t recommend this place if you don’t have to go here.
The people I have dealt with here have been exceptional, specifically a gentleman known as Cherry. He helped me get set up with their dental clinic, worked through every problem, managed to slice through every piece of red tape. He was an amazing example of the type of person you want working with the public.
Had a couple negative experiences as a trans woman, but things have been getting better and easier. Staff is fun and professional and always help me with what I need even if we have trouble communicating at first we always figure it out and I leave feeling good. Very busy most of the time so waiting definitely sucks but as long as you have free time for a while after your scheduled visit everything will be fine.
My elderly mother is a patient here. Theyve always been welcoming from the front counter, the nurses and Dr. Potter. Faster than my Meritas doctors office that I spend almost 2 hours overall in one visit, sitting and waiting. My mom always feels cared and relieved after her Drs appointment at KC Care. We greatly appreciate it!
After calling 3 times and leaving a message to schedule an appointment they still have not returned a phone call. I saw a physician for a year and then that physician no longer practices there so now I have to go in as a new patient. It would have been nice if they would have called and let me know that the physician was leaving. If I ever have my phone call returned..
The doctors and nurses are always very helpful. The front desk staff... not so much. Very rude, dismissive, condescending. Not pleasant to check in here.Also, watch your billing amounts. Every time I go, they send me a bill for what my insurance has already paid and claim they never received it. Once I call my insurance company and have them send over a copy of the explanation of benefits, magically they find the money. Very sketchy. The billing office has even told me my insurance paid them, then took the money back so it was my responsibility. Got my insurance on the phone, had them talk to them, amazingly they found an error in their system. Double check everything they charge you, otherwise you will get screwed.
Going to KC Care has been a nightmare. The only thing I can say in their defense is the problems may be because of a lack of funding. And if this is the reason why, I really hope they get the funding they need, because we need good public health services.However avoid if you can. My appointments have been missed/scheduled wrong regularly. My medications are rarely refilled on time and often sent to the wrong pharmacy. It is almost impossible to get a hold of my doctor and as a result I go without needed medications. At the time of this writing we are in the middle of a pandemic. But the problems existed long before this.
I went here today and had a great experience. The staff was top notch from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. From the moment I walked in I could tell this staff actually cares about their patients. Everyone genuinely seemed happy! I feel lucky to have health insurance and I’m glad this facility is here for the folks in our community who do not.
Dont even try scheduling a mental health appointment. All they do is send you to a voice mail to leave a message. Then just hope and pray someone will call you back. Still waiting after 5 calls and 2 weeks.
Great staff. Been an established patient for 2 years. Most PA and dr’s there are not looking down on you and alter the care they give due to addiction or mental health , disability ext... I also use the pharmacy there sometimes I get name brand medicine cheaper then at say CVS. Some of the tech or nurses assistant could be better trained in some basic medical operation of their equipment. Overall I love this place over others that discriminate. The walk-in process to get established in lengthy but after being established and regularly visits it goes quickly and they work with no insurance also Medicaid don’t know about other insurance.

I had a lapse in health care coverage and seeing the Dr/Nurses here made me really disappointed in the quality of care I had paid thousands of dollars for. Each practitioner genuinely cares for the holistic well-being of their patients. Each appointment I felt listened to that my concerns were taken seriously and that the treatment plans made sense for my lifestyle. The scheduling staff can be a little disorganized however hands down the best group of medical professionals volunteer their time here. Its an amazing community resource and deserves so much more attention for all the people that it helps.
Havent even got processed yet the lady in front so extremely rude and nasty after I tell her I spoke to someone about why am here as a walk in she continued to try and get me to leave and not even get seen, never been treated this way so unprofessional they need to reevaluate there staff, debating If I wanna report them to the BBB. I will wait to see a doctor before I make that decision.
Im very sympathetic to the fact that covid makes things difficult and everyone is just trying their best, except that this does NOT strike me as an organization that even comes close to trying its best. Their covid testing had a 7 day turnaround, which I would understand (lots of folks trying to get tested right now) except that basically everywhere else in town is doing it in 2-3 days, AND they never mentioned anywhere on their site that it would take this long. I only found out after driving to their pop-up testing center and getting the test done. A full week later when my results finally did come back, they didnt relate those results to me in a voicemail even though I filled out a form that quite directly said they should. Rather, they wanted me to call them back. When when I did take time out of my day to call them back, I was on hold for very extended periods and my calls consistently went to voicemail. Making someone wait an entire week to know their results and then making it as difficult as possible to get those results once they are known is exactly the kind of thing that makes people not bother getting tested.

Id give 5 stars if the receptionists up front werent so rude, the doctors and nurses in the back are beyond what I expected. Theyre very kind and the doctors tàke their job very seriously. They go above and beyond to do everything to make sure you are comfortable and are understanding of treatment plans.
KC CARE clinic does an amazing job balancing the volume of clients they receive and the need to be efficient and effective to alleviate health problems in our community. They focus on their community health goals, but never fail to help their patients individually. I came in for a nurse follow up and raised concerns about another issue. Who knew that Jenay, one of the supervisors, would leap into action to create a plan that would leave me assessed and treated within the day knowing my work was making it difficult for me to be seen for my various health issues. This is just the type of personalized care that a staff composed of rockstars practicing excellence provides. Not to mention, this clinic made sure I was able to have the care I needed both when I was under extreme financial hardship (at little or no cost to me) and when my situation improved and I was fully covered with medical insurance. I trust them with my health and intend to contribute to their financial health in the coming years to ensure they hold a steady place in our community.
I called various times before to schedule an appointment for the first time, but not luck getting any assistance. I try today again, and the staff member provide me with a very low non helpful professional service. Her tone was rude and zero welcoming! If this is to get an appointment, I can’t imagine getting treatment in here. I decide it to go somewhere else.
The staff and wait time for me were PERFECT! Except for the actual dentist! It was the most painful experience Ive ever had. I even asked for antibiotics and he said I didnt need them only to end up in the ER to get them. I dont have insurance so now my Bills are even higher.
They never ever answer the phone or return your messages if the voicemail box isnt full that is (it usually is). I went to the clinic a couple of times for minor medical procedures which were good experiences and because I have very little I was seen for a $10 donation. I have long struggled with mental health problems so I decided to seek mental health services. I saw a psychiatric nurse practitioner multiple times for a $10 donation each time or so I thought. Months later I learned that they were sending bills to my parents house (I dont even know why they asked for that address or why they sent the bills there). So now I keep getting bills for services that I never agreed to pay for. Their billing company is worse than useless and offers no help at all. I call KC care clinic every time I get a bill (once a month for about a year) and no one EVER answers the phone at any extension. Every mail box I have found is usually full and if its not they still never return your call anyway. This place has caused me far more stress and anxiety than any help they provided me.
I make a regular appointment for a STD test and share with the nurse some red flags about a problem Ive noticed on my behind. I initiate a conversation about how I am so nervous to show her and am an extremely nervous person yet I decide to go ahead and accept the test swab and help I needed. While pants were down - the door swings open, and the nurse doesnt move, and I could hear people outside in the hall, the door opens again and I could make eye contact with a group of doctors or students in the hall. The door is held open so a nurse is searching for something she cant find while Im being exposed and humiliated and scarred. So much so I have not even complained or spoken out about it for 2 years.
We loved both of the providers we have seen here, but the practice has recently seen some changes that have made mental health impossible to schedule, behavioral health for adolescents is now unavailable, and medical appointments are so hard to schedule that even an urgent need such as a follow up for a broken bone can’t be seen in a reasonable amount of time. We will be finding a new practice and I wouldn’t recommend establishing care here to anyone.
Dr.Thedinger is my family Dr and he is amazing. He truly cares for his patience. My experience with the entire staff has been nothing short of amazing.
By far the worst experience I ever had. Literally. I had 2 appointments and they were inaccurate both times. Even after going to a different physician, I ended up just switching hospitals. I don’t want to go into detail because it’s personal, but the fact that they prolonged my test results ruined my life!! If I was treated sooner I wouldn’t be in the position I am now.
I’ve not once had a worse experience in my life. I waited 4 hours. Do not go here! They will tell you it will be only a 30 minute wait but you will wait half the day. Go to the Sprint Center Urgent Care instead.
So unresponsive and not there when you need them. I spent months contacting them for prescription refills, but they never responded to my requests. I even went personally to the clinic and they were of no help —“we will get back to you,” they said. So, I gave up, and had to rely on an old doctor from out of state. That’s a very irresponsible thing for them to do... Not going back there ever again.
This place is ghetto AF. The so called Doctors dont dress like doctors. I went in to get my hands looked at because I think I have arthritis. The doctor talked to me for a little bit and did one freaking test which was ridiculous. She told me put your hands together and tell me if you feel pain?. Like what? Im no doctor but that doesnt tell you if I have arthritis or not. She also said your hands dont look deformed ..from 6 feet away! What a joke.They did give me a blood test. I dont know why...its been a week and still havent heard anything about my results.The automated phone line is pointless. You just go in a endless loop. It just rings and repeats it self over and over.This happen to me at 9:30am on a Thursday.This place is pretty much a HIV clinic and if you want to get your moneys worth go somewhere else.
Horrible. My appointment which I let several nurses know was urgent.. several things really seriously wrong with me. I NEEDED A PAP SMEAR. My appointment was at 2pm and well ...after waiting naked in the doctors office for over an hour its now almost 4pm never even saw the doctor and I had to leave. The nurses laughing and giggling in the hallway did it in for me. Not a soul in this place is in a hurry to do their job
I was in 3 weeks and a day ago and still had not received my results. Today I finally got a call telling me my specimen was never even sent out. This is after weeks of calling and being told my specimen was sent to Truman for lab testing. Now Im being told that Truman never got my specimen and neither did Lab Core. Im coming on 2.5 months of dealing with this issue and I thought KC Care was actually going to help me. I specifically asked at my appointment if I needed to do anything else and they said No. They had the specimen they needed and would have the tests ran with that. They actually admitted that it sounds like someone on their end dropped the ball which is more than anything else theyve done for me over the past few weeks. Thanks KC Care.
If your white you will wait 2 hours in the waiting room. If your black you get called back within 5 minutes of checkin in for your appointment. Waited two hours with a appointment time. Wasnt worth waiting any longer. Front desk people are very very rude. Unwelcoming and very cold.
Ive been coming here for YEARS, atleast 10 years by now. This is my favorite clinic. They have been able to diagnose everything from my stomach tumor to a rash break out on my skin. I will forever support this clinic. I love them.

They had me waiting a very long time for my SCHEDULED exam. The receptionists even had others go back that came long after I did, then they realized they forgot me altogether. Then when I got a simple presrcription for birth control, even after I gave them the exact one I take, they messed it up. I had to bring it back and they sent it to WalMart and still sent the wrong order! It really couldnt have gotten any worse!
I will be the first to admit that their office staff leave much to be desired. However the doctors and nurses on staff are super helpful and caring. this place saved my life with the medical conditions I have. if I could not go to them I would be in a world of hurt.
I just called to get pricing on a tooth extraction, $75-$150 for a simple tooth extraction with no insurance, I thought this place was a sliding scale clinic based on income. When you make less than $1,000 a month with $780 rent+ everything else that costs in life, $75 seems a little ridiculous! Why cant I find someone to pull this darn tooth out for like $20 or less? Man, I dont even need any novocaine, just pull it out!Plus, the ladies I talked to on the phone were very rude and acted like they didnt wanna even answer my questions. Why do I even have to make an appointment just to know the actual cost of getting this tooth extracted? You should be able to provide me with that information over the phone; Im not gonna wait in a waiting room for 1-3 hours or more just to find out I cant afford to get the tooth extracted anyway, plus I dont need any evaluation or xrays, Ive already have had them done today somewhere else, I know what the problem is! I JUST NEED IT PULLED OUT! FOR A FAIR PRICE!
Do not work here!! Not a great place to work!! The place in the pharmacy is pretty much racist and shows favoritism. I was only there for a short time and said that I had something that I didn’t. It was horrible!! Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life!!

Went in as a walk in on a walk in day. They scheduled people over my walk in appointment in jumped over me. Have been here for 3 hours now in still 9th on the list. I have watched this room full up and empty 4x since I been here with people just walking through the door. Mind you didnt take any of the 1st people who made it here before they opened at 1:30. People just walking in and walking getting called in going back. We are all walk ins at this point why you schedule someone over someone who was here before The girl that just left had been here since 10am in hadnt been seen. Asked for money back but the money she paid for her co-pays.
Love this place! 💘 Helped me get my super expensive meds for free! The front desk staff is awful but... Other than that the place is amazing! I have hep c and they got me my treatment which is $30,000 for free! My mental health meds which are $3,000 a month for free! I am so grateful for them! Love Dr. Thedinger!!! And.... Nurse Pam!!!!

I don’t know what I would do w/o this Clinic. They have been there for me when I had no where else for assistance in my health. The doctors and staff are amazing. In past years most all my life when I was employed with insurance I never had better care. Thank you for being here KC Clinic.
Amazing nurses and doctors! They really took their time and treated my mother and I well. The times in my life when I have needed their services, they have always been top notch....better than going to a regular doctors office!! Thank You KC Care!!!!
Called to confirm my appointment and the lady was so rude. Always sighing and talk down to me. I called to CONFIRM, not wanting to show up to a location change just for me to be in the wrong place. She basically said I was stupid.
I’d advise anyone to not go here.This clinic let my friend with some serious health problems wait in a paper gown for 1,5 hours. She had to pick up her kid from daycare after waiting so long and didn’t get the help she needed from this clinic.
My friend who has no insurance went to the clinic hoping to get checked for his diabetes. The receptionist rude. He waited 2.5 hrs to be told to come back in a month. Did not see a doctor or even a nurse. I thought this clinic was to help indigenous people, but no. Go to another facility that cares for poor people.
Do not trust your life to these people. I wasted YEARS trying to have these substandard failures help me with my blood pressure. It only went up and up and up. Then I went somewhere else and within a 2 visits my new place identified a genetic disorder that KC Poorcare Clinic missed repeatedly.KCCare clinic is a cabal of the worst minds and rejects.Do NOT trust that any of the rejects that work here. They are un-qualified to help.

Very helpful staff. They speak to you like a person and not over you. They care about my diabetes and hopefully curing me. I love this place. Great for our community that cant afford health insurance.
Avoid this place at all costs. I had an appointment here for 9:00 am and it is 10:00 am and have yet to be called. Lowest quality healthcare is provided here. Don’t go here just because this place accepts your insurance plan.Update: The registration team put me in as walk in appointment despite me having an appointment, causing the +1 hour wait.
The doctors and nurses are awesome 5 ⭐️ the only problem I have is getting phone calls returned when you call and leave a message. I’ve called the pharmacy tech I have called the nurse to try to get some answers so I can get a prescription filled and haven’t received a phone call back and it’s been three days. And I’m out of my metformin.
Had major breathing issues. Was supposed to have prescriptions ready and spent the next several days going back and forth with the clinic and pharmacy. Poorly handled and will not be going back.
After recently becoming unemployed and losing health insurance, I needed to visit for a check up. Professional and friendly staff. Front desk and medical team are all on point. This is a great service to the community. Thank you.
They lost my blood and urine specimens after I waited the waiting period for the results. Not to mention 3 out of the 3 appointments I’ve made with the doctor there has had to be canceled because the doctor was not going to be in that day only after I took off of work and was there waiting and wondering what was going on. By the way I caught on by the 3rd time.
I went to this place over a month and a half ago. Service took hours to get to the back and additional hours to get my services and results. Not organized or clean, equipment used wasn’t disposed of properly. Also, been waiting for a referral and have yet to hear anything back or get my calls accepted. I wouldn’t recommend going here.
Great people but the wait time is ridiculous i made an appointment for one and i still havent been called back its basically 2 now. This is by far the worst wait ive ever experienced

I thought Id give this place a try and got in quickly too see a doctor. Staff was very nice and so was the doctor. I think they do a lot of good for the community.
If you have any other option for medical care go somewhere else! This place is understaffed and overworkedYou will be incredibly frustrated and treated terribly while youre trying to get healthcare

They keep putting me off.Have called many times for appointment and they say they will call me right back but never do.They say there here to help people with HIV.What a big JOKE.
I have nothing against this clinic about the clinics pediatric and regular walk in clinics are great it’s great thing that they’re doing for the committees around surrounding area but it’s a bad thing when they give my wife and my kids the runaround when clearly my kids are sick and I need to be seen right away and they’re told to go to one facility and I told her I’d go to another facility in the told they can’t walk in they have to make an appointmentThis is something that they have to work on
I had a horrible tooth that need to be removed they were quick and got me in without an appointment they were great and patient they even had a little issue with removing it but worked hard to make sure i was comfortable would recommend this place to everyone

Ive been trying to get a hold of them for quite some time now. I would call and it would ring and ring eventually I tried other options on the phone menu and they started to actually HANG UP on me. I could hear someone talking and laughing then slam the phone down. I probably should take my health some where else. Glad they didnt answer at this point!
Very professional and doctors that actually listen instead of rushing out the door. This place is more then just a clinic there family and also care for the community well being as a whole.
The website says the Pharmacy is open on Saturdays. I planned this Saturday visit to the pharmacy and myself along with 4 other people where very displeased to find out there not open on Saturdays according to the lady who answered the emergency line. Please update your website
Customer service is trash. You can’t even schedule a mental health appointment, I’ve left SEVERAL voicemails and have yet to get a response.
All the employees are nice, the doctors are great and its not expensive to be seen. The pharmacy is a life saver, money wise.
Judgmental and discriminatory. They make it virtually impossible to have a check-up appointment as needed to get long term medications refilled.
The woman that i talked to change my appointment time sounded really arrogant and annoyed by a couple of simple question that i had not really professional /never stated her name or anything like that and randomly hanged the call on me /terrible services wont wish that type of treatment to any one.
Staff are so friendly, the doctors very professional, we have a really good experience at this place totally recommended.

Bad service and they delete/hide comments that others have posted. -Hid my friends comment that called them out- Not to mention they gossip about your medical problems and probably violate Hipaa on the daily. DO NOT GO HERE.
This place is terrible .. they have you wait along time and then I had a appointment then they say I’m not in the system and they go by a sliding fee which their dentist prices is ridiculous!
Its a great healthcare place for anyone who does not have insurance, also a great place for homeless people to be able to obtain Quality Health Care service.

I went here because my vision went blurry and my blood sugar was 525 they said the soonest I could get in was 2weeks from today
They cancelled my appointment the day of. Because they were closing the afternoon clinic today.

I wish there was less than one star. There is a high attrition rate of staff and the doctors are overbooked and dont seem to listen or talk about all concerns, even if you bring in a list.Programs. If you get involved in any of their committees, understand that it is only there to obtain grant money, so suggestions tend to fall on deaf ears. Additionally, the programs are not informative.Volunteering. There is no training program, nor are you given a contact when you show up to volunteer from the website. Usually you are greeted with a blank stare and it appears that communication has broken down.Patient Portal. There is no explanation of any tests, even the results are difficult to determine. If there is information that is incorrect, nobody seems to handle it, even when brought to their attention.If you have no other options, go for an initial visit. Do NOT plan on decent long-term care.Patient portal.
