I am so grateful for Vivent Health. They saved my sons life. Every single staff member, including in the pharmacy, has been extremely helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and most of all empathetic. We look forward to every appointment. These people are phenomenal and will always be my heroes. ❤

I came to the food pantry today and every other time i have been here has been amazing this time i was shocked. everyone scrambling to unload a truck i was left to scraps of pretty much nothing while the other two hispanic attendants where helping someone get bags of groceries of all kinds. i got milk cereal and tomato soup and a jar of pasta sauce, i get that your busy but i would have rather waited and gotten some help after alll the chaos of them unloading their truck…rather than just left to be in the way and try and get some thing from what seems to be only cornbread mix and the ramen.. i was so overwhelmed and they where so attentive to this other individual… they asked me specifically what i wanted like imsupposed to know what they have available… needless to say im savierly disappointed and still have no food..

ViventDuring my most recent prep follow up appointment with DOCTOR ROTERT the Vivent Health Kansas City location I was subjected to harassment, malpractice, libel, slander, as well as emotional trauma.I stated to the nurse that there had been no medication changes, and that I wasn’t due for a refill on anything except for prep. After that, she apparently stated to the doctor that I was requesting acne medication as well as itraconazole, which is for a skin condition. I never said I wanted those medications filled by that office, just that I was taking them or had in the past.Falsifying medical records is a felony, so I’ll be combing through mine for any errors that idiot made.When I finally did see the doctor, he stated in the most condescending tone “I told you last time we don’t fill these” and I stated “I never asked you to. And this entire conversation is over”.Panic attack setting in, heart rate spiking, anxiety asking “Why am I being denied care because of what I can only assume is a bunch of people whose parents are actually siblings? How else do you explain such gross cognitive impairment?”So your nurse is saying patients are asking for meds that they’re not? CAN YOU SAY MEDICAL MALPRACTICE?!?!After being spoken to like that, I immediately ended the conversation and went for my blood draw. Where I was subjected to another nurse, who thought it was appropriate TO LAY HANDS ON ME, and she is lucky I didn’t have her arrested for assault. Because I had to physically tell her to move away from me, and not touch me.Following THAT PROSECUTABLE FELONY OFFENSE I had the blood draw, just after that DOCTOR ROTERT AGAIN FELT LIKE SUBJECTING ME TO VERBAL HARASSMENT. I ignored him and kept walking out of that section of the office.Then I went to file a complaint and was met with only another incompetent individual who works in the hallway by the front doors. She couldn’t even see who my previous physician was at my appt in September. Some idiotic Indian lady.They went on to get their boss who was equally incompetent and who offered no help, which by that point I HAD COMPLETELY COME TO EXPECT. Not to mention that person never said their name, title, or position. And based of their overall appearance I’m not surprised they didn’t know what they were doing because you could tell from that outfit (pick a gender) they couldn’t figure it out on the daily. Let alone manage an office.SHORT OF A WRITTEN APOLOGY FROM EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF STAFF INVOLVED WITH MT VISIT FROM START TO FINISH THE COMPLAINTS WILL KEEP COMING.BBB, DHSS, AG Office all receiving written complaints for this location.

Helpful staff who goes out of their way to be helpful. Nice, clean operation; very organized, treats patrons with respect. Its awesome to have an individual choice in what items you bring home, and it helps eliminate waste.

An amazing facility that offers a wide range of services not found at most places. Case management, practitioners, dental, testing,educating service, just to name a few are all 5-star. This is my number 1 place for all my health care needs.thank you soo much vivent.

1-5-2023: I usually go here for the food bank and the gentleman whom works it is so awesome and nice that hes the only reason why I will continue to go and I like how theyve got their location set up. Its kinda like a store lol however I wont utilize their health portion of it, bcuz I was dating someone who had their pcp here and the lady, needless to say was SO not very kind to my partner nor to myself. But idk cuz everyone else seems like theyre very kind, so I might try em out and see what I can do

Great friendly helpful medical car team and staff

I have had 4 case managers over the past 12 months. And Im soon going to be shuffled to my 5th. Im starting to feel that Ive been lost in the shuffle.

The front desk team is amazing and welcoming, the staff in the pharmacy always has a smile on and makes your day a little better, the medical staff is a top notch the case managers are hit and miss
