Dr Patel was truly a blessing. I now have a perfect 6 month old thanks to her. Dr Patel and all the other doctor were incredibly sweet and compassionate. The nurse teams was always quick to respond to any crazy questions I may have had and the entire team was quick to act whenever I had an issue. I will 100% be going back and highly recommend
WIN FERTILITY USERS BEWARE!Patient since 04-01-2024Pros: Doctor is nice. (Dr. Patel)Cons: Everything elseLets start with the first meeting- Dr. Patel is wonderful, very nice and made me feel comfortable. But that is where it ends.To let everyone know I have 2 different experiences at this office. Myself who is doing ovulation induction (Letrozole and Trigger shot) and my sister who is doing IVF and is Fully covered by her insurance. My costs: Total Billed $55053 blood work tests3 Ultrasounds1 Coordination Fee of 500 a month (unless your cycle is cancelled)1 Hysteroscopy and polypectomy (which was not needed)1 HSG2 Virtual Meetings with my doctor. The billing department is not equipped well and will not even confirm insurance I was quoted 1600 dollars for my unnecessary surgery and they wanted me to pay it ASAP. After calling my insurance I found out it was only going to be around 700 dollars. When I confronted the billing department they said, You have a high deductible (I have a 0 deductible insurance for in network) Then tried to GASLIGHT me because they did not check my insurance. After 4 months of tests and unnecessary surgeries. I was then placed on letrozole (FINALLY! Yay!). 4 follicles were growing and then the second time I went in they were growing slowly but still growing I was cancelled because I was told my estradiol was too low. I was sad but figured it was no big deal. Flash forward to the next month and started my cycle and went in to get my baseline and low and behold there is a 21.2 mm Cyst on my right ovary that wasnt there before. So I asked if that was a follicle that was missed. No one could give me answers directly. I was told to talk to a doctor. Soonest they could get me in was 8.27.24 (at this point it was 8.13.2024. I decided to get a second opinion.I reached out to two different doctors one in Orlando and one in a different country and asked what they would have done and if I was crazy to feel like my cycle was missed because they did not monitor or if there was a different protocol that was suppose to be used. BOTH agreed that I should have been monitored longer AND they would have used a different protocol and not cancelled the cycles. So essentially I wasted 6 months of my life with this clinic because they treat you like a number and not an actual patient. On a second note my sister is doing IVF through them-She has really good insurance, met her deductible AND out of pocket expenses for the year. (WIN FERTILITY at WDW)She has been charged 1000 for a cycle coordination fee which is NOT billable to insurance and they will refuse to provide a CPT code to bill to the insurance. AND if you have win Fertility you cannot submit it to them so it will be out of pocket for you and not go towards your out of pocket and deductible. On top of that she continuously gets bills for things because they do not check her insurance and use it appropriately.Other then her Billing issues she also has run into many issues where she was given conflicting information from the doctor and caused her to miss a whole month of her treatment because she was given conflicting information. Now it doesnt seem like a big deal for the average person but she is disabled and has to be off live enhancing medications to go through this process. 6 months she has been in pain and trying to go through this process and little miscommunications like that delay her from not only getting pregnant but living a normal life again. So in short I would not recommend this clinic due to all the issues we have faced just in the initial 6 months. ESPECIALLY if you have WIN FERTILITY or Progny from amazon.
With my heart filled with love, l am happy to announce the birth of my baby Rose. Thank you to Dr. Patel, Dr. Asante and their team my IVF was a success. The process was very clear from the beginning to the end, even though I had some complications during my process everything worked out as planned.
Excellent attention, I loved his treatment and his patience, do not hesitate to visit him, thank you very much and the attendees also treated us super well with their team.
Super efficient nurses are really experienced all your testing and blood work is done right there. Results come out quick. They are really organized and make sure you have all the information and are with you every step of the way through out your treatment plan. And so are the physicians. Worth it.
Dr. Patel and her team were fantastic! They made my dream come true of becoming a mom and they took every precaution necessary, guided me step by step, and gave full support leading to a healthy baby girl. I can’t thank them enough and I recommend her and the team at celebration. Hopefully, I will be back sooner than later to expand my family and I only trust her team to do that. Thank you!
I have been a patient of Dr. Patel’s since 2019 and since then have gone through many medications to induce ovulation as well as 6 IUIs, an egg retrieval, 3 hysteroscopies, an HSG, 3 Frozen Embryo Transfers, and countless blood tests, ultrasounds, and exams. All 3 resulted in pregnancy, 1 resulted in my 2.5 year old son, and I am not 8.5 weeks pregnant with another healthy little boy. Dr. Patel is a compassionate physician who treats each patient with individualized care. She is an amazing Reproductive Endocrinologist and I am so grateful to have found her all those years ago. She is a double alum from the University of Miami which also happens to be my alma mater and my husband’s. Dr. Patel has been wonderful throughout all 3 of my pregnancies ensuring I was informed and well taken care of. She is brilliant and a wonderful physician in all aspects. Ta’nah and Gaby have always ensured all my questions are answered and that I could be scheduled with Dr. Patel for my transfers whenever possible. The ultrasound technician in Celebration, I believe her name is Francis, has been stellar! Joy has always made me feel comfortable and welcome and the phlebotomists in both Celebration and Winter Park are phenomenal. I have worked with Dr. Sadek and Dr. Asante who are both also wonderful in their own rights. Dr. Patel has excellent bedside manner, care, and expertise in her field. She is caring and just amazing at what she does. She made me feel comfortable throughout all the processes and reassured me every step of the way. I did not feel like just another patient as she always knew what was going on with me and asked about family members health as well. I am so grateful to Dr. Patel for allowing us to have our 2 boys and complete our family.
If I could give a 0 I would. After driving 2 hours to get there, they told me I was in the wrong building and sent me to a different building. After waiting almost 20 mins I was finally able to speak to someone. They couldn’t find me in their system, couldn’t find the doctor in their system. Called the reproductive office with no answer. They then called someone else, got the okay to send me back to the building I originally went to, went to check in and was told I had to reschedule. I tried to explain the situation to the lady and she just said I spoke to my manager you have to reschedule. Told her not to bother rescheduling me and drove another 2 hours to get home.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Patel and her team. CRM helped our dream come true after two painful years of trying without any luck. I had honestly given up hope and accepted the fact that I may never have my own baby. Dr. Patel never gave up and today she just showed me my healthy 10 week ultrasound with my little miracle dancing around on camera. I would’ve given anything for this. From the bottom of my heart; Thank you so very much for helping my husband and I create a family.
The decision to seek fertility treatments is not an easy one and comes with a lot of emotions. The entire staff at CRM from the very beginning have been amazing. I cannot say enough about Dr. Patel, NP Lauren and Patient Care Coordinator Rebecca. Every visit, conversation and interaction has been pleasant, they have shown empathy and sincere joy for myself and my husband on this journey to expand our family. Rebecca is always available to answer questions, goes out of her way to accommodate my working schedule when making my appointments and is always respectful and attentive. Dr. Patel and NP Lauren are always thorough in explaining the treatment process and go over and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. With this team I have faith that our family goals will soon become reality. I cannot say thank you enough!!
I really appreciated the care I received today for my appt. Being a new patient with a long history of medical problems, I loved the dedication the nurse practitioner took into how it may affect me later. She was very kind!!
I am a VA referral, but I believe my positive review will help any patient looking for the right place for fertility assistance.Dr. Sadek is a an angel on earth. He is soft spoken and it just makes you feel so comfortable. His bedside manner is wonderful. You can tell he truly loves helping others in their fertility journey.Other great things to note about this office:LOCATION: I drive all the way from down town Orlando to come here (I-4 traffic). That being said, it is a centrally located in Celebration within the Advent Health offices.PARKING: Plenty and covered.COMMUNICATION: On par. You also have the ability to communicate via a user friendly app they provide to you. You can see your calendar and messages. I always receive calls to schedule my appointments, too. Communication about test results are fantastic.APPOINTMENTS: Always have been on time. Wow!All the staff here are pleasant.I hope this helps!
If youre looking for a great IVF experience with caring and attentive doctors and nurses who listen to you, I would highly recommend Dr. Patel at CRM. After being diagnosed with PCOS at 32 years old and learning that my tubes were severely damaged in a surgery that I had years ago, my husband and I decided to do IVF. We were referred to Dr. Patel by my gynecologist, and Im so grateful. I met Dr. Patel and her nurses, and they set up an IVF plan for me. I had a super successful egg retrieval and several great embryos after genetic testing. During my first transfer cycle, we got almost to the transfer date. But I ovulated early. Dr. Patel gave me option of going forward with an embryo transfer or starting the cycle over. I didnt want to go forward with less than optimal chances, so we started over. All of my labs and ultrasounds looked great during my second round, but I was under a ton of stress after my first transfer. We got a negative pregnancy test. I dont know if I was more disappointed or if Dr. Patel was. She was super compassionate and determined to develop a cycle to get me pregnant. We took a short break after the second round to allow my body to rest. During that time, I realized how much my body had gone through. We requested a more natural cycle after the break, and Dr. Patel was totally on board to try a method that I felt more comfortable with. We went forward, but a few weeks into the cycle, my estrogen was too low, and we cancelled the third cycle. Dr. Patel sat down with me and went over all the cycles to determine what the best way forward would be. I was confident that I could get pregnancy without hormones, and Dr. Patel encouraged me to listen to my body (and she did too!). We went forward with a fully natural cycle, and it was wonderful! My labs and ultrasounds looked even better than the second cycle, and we went forward with the transfer. Ten days later, I did my HCG test, and got my wonderful news! Dr. Patel and the whole nursing staff were super positive throughout the whole process and so excited for my pregnancy. Dr. Patel did my follow up ultrasounds herself and even recorded videos for my family each time to track the babys growth and development. I graduated today, and the whole office was genuinely happy for me and encouraged me to send them updates. As someone who did not go to the doctor for seven years due to mistrust of doctors who did not listen to or believe me about what was going on with my body, I make it a point to only go to doctors who trust me and who I can trust. I found that in Dr. Patel, and Ill be back in a few years for baby number two! If there were more than five stars to give, I would!
Dr. Patel was just absolutely amazing. 1 miscarriage, 1 failed cycle, and finally I write this holding my sweet baby boy who is not even 12 hours old yet. Dr. Patel spends her time getting to know you and to understand your needs and is not afraid to give you the extra few minutes you need to answer questions or just to get your frustrations out. IVF is not easy and she, along with her whole team understands that. I have been to countless reproductive clinics and have never ever had this amount of care. I could rave for days about how great she is, but when it comes down to one of the most stressful things in your life she is there for you and understands how you feel. Never in my 2 years of working with her, did she ever negate my feelings or try to brush me off. She is caring and nurturing and makes herself available for her patients. 10/10 for Dr Patel and her team.
Dr. Patel and her team are second to none, we had a long journey but they helped us keep our sanity and we are finally expecting our little miracle! I have never had better nurses in my life! Donna, Jennifer and Joy are honestly amazing, always friendly and super patient!! And everyone that helped us on a weekly basis... the ladies in the front, Daniela and Wanda! All of them are just amazing!! Dr. Patel has absolutely the best personality and really listens to you and understands what you are going through, and she truly excels with bedside manners, always compassionate and super approachable! I recommend them 100%!!!!
Dr. Patel is very patient with me and allows me to ask as many questions as I need. She has been so great with explaining to me the reason as to why things are the way they are and she has been open to my opinion. Her staff are very nice as well and any time I’ve needed to get ahold of someone it has been a quick response. I am pleased so far.
Please read the full review. I love Dr. Asante he is great. But crm as a group has become money hungry. On top of normal fees for everything they have decided to drop an extra $500 administration fee every cycle for iui and timed intercourse cycles. This has forced me to start looking for a new doctor and made my last cycle very stressful seeing as they did not let me know until the day before my appointment and told me if I did not pay then that they would cancel my appointment. They have turned into a very money hungry company and have lost several patients because of it. I really wish they did not do it do I could stay with Dr. Asante during this tough journey but they forced my hand.
I contacted CRM after finding their website online because the fertility clinic my OB-GYN referred me to was giving me the run around. I was fortunate to get an appointment within a couple weeks of my initial call, but I started the whole process with a partner who backed out, so I lost that appointment and was able to schedule an appointment for Sept 10th (it was late July when I reached out). During the time leading up to my appointment the staff at the clinic were in constant contact making sure all my paperwork was completed. My telehealth appointment with Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing, as she was the first doctor on this journey who didn’t make me feel broken! My cycle started a couple days after my telehealth appointment, so I went in the very next week for an ultrasound and bloodwork. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant and Dr. Patel even seemed excited that we were meeting so soon after our initial telehealth visit because she said it’s usually a month or more between those appointments. I’ve been in touch with my PCR and the finance team getting all my questions answered and my concerns attended to. I’m so glad God lead me to this place! It’s been a blessing and I trust that I will be very happy with the end of this journey when I am able to welcome my little baby/babies into my life! 🙏🏾🥰
The worst clinic I have ever been to, terrible service, over charge, money hungry, not LGBT friendly, charge a RIDICULOUS amount of money for know donor usage, highly offended my wife, avoid this place at all costs. The phlebotomists are beyond rude, the scheduling has no consideration to people with jobs. This place is a scam.
I used to love it here but unfortunately their quality has gone down drastically. Communication is absolutely terrible! Its impossible to reach anyone or get a call/email back. They are extremely overbooked with everything! A lot of mistakes are happening with mixing up patient information and I just cant take this kind of risk. I wish this wasnt the case because I did love having Dr. Patel as my doctor but she has been overbooked for an entire year now and it is close to impossible to get an appointment even as an established patient. Since having a rough year with CRM I decided to leave entirely.
I struggled with irregular menstrual cycles for years and went through several doctors and no one could give me an explanation as to why my cycles were so irregular. Dr. Patel jumped right in and in less than a month of working with her I had a clear diagnosis and a treatment plan that works for me. She made my husband & I feel very comfortable and optimistic for the future & our journey to starting a family.
HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. It is run by money hungry crook doctors that have no idea what they are doing. My wife has been their patient for more than 6 months. During this time, they made her go through so many unnecessary testings and to make things worse, a SURGERY that she did NOT need. Guess why? So they can make MONEY. My wife got her levels well below the ranges, yet Dr Jaffe would not even acknowledge the right numbers from the latest reports. Not just that, she insisted to put her on dangerous medicines ONLY to prolong the treatment. I am sparing the personal details but sharing this for general public advisory.REALLY DR JAFFE? SHAME ON YOU! You will be facing a malpractice lawsuit at this rate.Doctors by name, thieves by business. Highly suggest staying away from this place.
Today was my first visit with nurse practitioner Lauren. She was incredibly nice and a wonderful listener. Definitely a valued member of Dr. Patels team. Thanks Lauren!!
The Center for Reproductive Medicine team are experts in their field, kind and straightforward and honest. They do their very best every day and never give up on you. During this process we always felt like we had a team rooting for us that had the best interest at the root of everything they did. I always felt like I had the right to make the decision but knew they had the science and the care to help guide me towards the best decision. Dr Patel, Heather, Donna, Jennifer, Geldi and Wanda were amazing and locked arms with us from the very beginning. We will definitely utilize their expert service next time we need to and will tell everyone how amazing they are. Trust them! Believe in them! They know what they are doing!! Jeff and Ashley Call.
Today I have officially graduated from Center of Reproductive Medicine and I am 8 weeks and 6 days pregnant. Today I celebrate my 30th birthday by going to my 2nd ultrasound appointment with my husband so we can see the progress and growth of our new baby. We have spent 2 years and 6-8 months trying to conceive. I was diagnosed with PCOS which made things a bit more difficult. I’ve been referred to CRM by my GYN once we have exhausted all attempts of medicated cycles. After 1 year with CRMs help I finally fell pregnant. I cannot express how awesome Dr. Sharon Jaffe and her entire team has been through this entire process. Everyone was so very nice and comforting and supportive. They never made me feel like I was just another patient and they never expressed annoyance to the many times I have called them. Once I learned I was pregnant and was feeling so scared of miscarrying because at first I was spotting a bit and cramping they stood on the phone with me for a good 30-45 minutes comforting me and making sure the call didn’t end until I felt more at ease. This speaks volumes on the quality of care you will get with this team. I will never forget my experience here and will definitely recommend anyone who is struggling in their journey to put their trust with CRM.
Dr. Patel at CRM was very knowledgeable and patience with my particular case. Im 44 and she explain all and the options and step I need it to take with the time I have left. Love her.
Dr Patel and her team have been absolutely wonderful for us. We can’t thank CRM enough.
I want to give special recognition to Ivelisse Candelaria and the Medical Records department for Center for Reproductive Medicine. They are so prompt and efficient. I have never seen faster service.
During my virtual appointment - Lauren was very pleasant and clear to understand. My appointment with her was pleasant.
Dr Sadek is one of the best Obgyn drs I have ever met. He is quiet, listen to all your concerns and act professionally. Highly recommended !!
Learning to navigate getting there is a MUST (2nd floor in the back of the building). Parking has gotten so much better from last year so I cannot complain. The staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. Overall, Ive had a great experience. Hope its the same for you as well.
Receptionist seemed a little short with people (Im guessing because they booked all of the HSG appointments at the same time) paperwork and waiting took way longer than the actual procedure. Staff assisting with the procedure were very friendly and informative.
Dr. Sadek, Josie and the team were great with my care. I appreciated all of their efforts. - Fernande
Dr. Asante is very knowledgeable, however, his nurse in Winter Garden is a disaster. She doesn’t return the calls and because of her lack of communication, we lost 3 days of treatment which leads to a failed IUI.
Doctor Patel was very informative showed great concern for our issues. I felt like she genuinely cares and that speaks volumes.
No concern at all about patient, only concern is how many $$$ they can get out of you. Very, very disappointing and I now doubt who wrote the good reviews for this place.
Constant runaround, and constant issues with these people. Theyre always wasting my time. Started in March, and had two IUIs in that time, and was supposed to start another cycle this month, but they werent monitoring me like they should have (I have PCOS and an imbalance of hormones), and because of this, I cant do IUI this cycle. Im done with them, and done with being treated like a number. Would NOT recommend seeing Dr. Asante.
Celebration office is one of the worst places to deal with. Very DISCRIMINATING. I called to make an appointment and they kept asking me about my race and ethnicity and they refused to provide me with service or book me an appointment cuz I dont have a Social Security. I requested to speak to the office manager and I asked her clearly if they dont provide service for those who dont have a Social Security. She did not answer my question and hung up on me.
Dr. Patel was very patient as I had to work and take the zoom call. Very kind and informative, excited to begin working with her and her staff.
The best doctor Patel ❤️
We had Worst patient service ever rude and careless nurses front desk as well as.West of money and time bad experience just leave away from this center.
This is a very unprofessional hospital! Please dont waste your time and money! Doctors and nurses are very irresponsible!
Waist of time, they do not need new patients and are always very busy.
They were so bad, I hung up before I finished speaking
Worst clinic Ive ever been in my entire life
Excellent and personalized appointment.
The staff are friendly and very accomodating!
Its good
After so many bad experiences, I was finally able to meet a Dr. Who took the time to explain each process in detail, with a lot of patience and empathy. Super friendly! My husband and I left very happy and calm, 100% recommended!
The doctor is very sweet, he explains very well and is open to questions, I felt his empathy in the very delicate cause he treats. I recommend that you give yourself the opportunity to consult it and you will confirm for yourself.
Dr. Patel is excellent!!!!!
A very kind, humane, understanding, passive, attentive and very respectful Doctor. We are Hispanic and we understood each other wonderfully. There was a lot of peace in his tone of voice. Your consultation was very professional.
