We couldn’t ask for a more supportive team to get us through the devastation of infertility. Our children are our most treasured blessing, and a reminder of the fantastic, highly-skilled doctors and nurses who brought them to us.From the first consultation with Dr. Quaas through “graduating” for each of my two pregnancies, we were treated with exceptional care. My husband and I felt confident with this team’s ability and treatment plan, and their thorough explanations, calm manner, and excitement for us in our progressing journeys left us feeling confident. I have recommended Reproductive Partners to several friends. When we first did IVF, we didn’t know anyone around us who needed this support, but over the last 5 years, we have been able to help several friends in a similar situation. It can be scary, but this is the right team to get you through an exceptionally hard time. We can’t thank them enough. We literally owe our family to these incredible people!
I just “graduated” from the fertility center at ten weeks pregnant with IVF baby number two! While Dr. Su is my official (and absolutely fantastic) doctor, I have seen and been examined or had procedures completed by close to every physician in the office. I have been extremely satisfied, supported, and happy with EVERY SINGLE ONE… truly. This team is incredible. From Katlyn to Sheri navigating me through the day to day needs, and even the office staff assisting with insurance and payment fun- we are forever blessed to have found this fantastic group of humans. Thank you to the wonderful people at Reproductive Partners that make such a challenging process feel so incredibly supportive. - The Dentons
My partner and I decided to pursue reciprocal IVF and initially tried a clinic in Del Mar. Unfortunately, the outcome was disappointing, with only one embryo that turned out to be abnormal. We then switched to Reproductive Partners, and I couldn’t be happier with our decision. From my first consultation with Dr. Garzo, the experience was completely different. He reviewed all my results in detail and made thoughtful adjustments to my cycle, which made a world of difference. He also introduced me to my coordinator Vivian, who was always available and supportive. What I love most about Reproductive Partners is the personal touch. All my ultrasounds were done by Dr. Garzo himself, and I had direct access to my coordinator. This was a stark contrast to my previous experience, where I was seen by different people each time and didn’t even know my coordinator’s name. Dr. Garzo’s recommendations were spot on, and my cycle resulted in 11 embryos – a dramatic improvement compared to the one embryo I had in my previous cycle. Their lab is exceptional, achieving a 100% success rate in growing all 11 embryos, compared to just 1 out of 5 at the other clinic.I’m sharing this because it really shows how much the clinic, the medical decisions, and the quality of the lab can influence the success of IVF treatment. My body was the same, and the time between cycles was minimal, yet the difference in results was astonishing. I highly recommend Reproductive Partners to anyone going through IVF.
Dr. Su is super. She did the egg retrieval surgery with almost no bleeding at all. Dr. Su and the nurser Vivian Suh are both very sweet and nice person. Dr Su always did the surgery herself for her patients.Dr. Garzo did the ultra sound one time when Dr. is not available. He is super nice too.All the team member in this clinic is super nice and always willing to help. This clinic team is good at ovulation induction but normal on LAB insemination to my extent. The medical team design a personalized schedule and treatment plan for each individual to help egg grow for each individual. The process start from 2 menstrual periods. Make sure your eggs are ovulated. And give medication to boost follicle growth from next cycle. There was a wrong medication given at ovulation stage, that mean to use after but instructed used before it. Its a miscommunication between Dr and a new clinic asisstant. It took over a Fri+weekend to correct the instruction after notice it is wrong. It impact the ovulation, not seeing clearly surgy from ovulation test stripe. But Dr. said its Okay. I still complete the egg retrieval in that cycle and got 20 eggs. 8 mature, 8 medium, and 4 fail. The 8 medium grows 1 day in lab, and 4 of them grow to mature. From the 12 mature, 11 blastocyst and 6 embryo. Its from a 41.5 yr old, good blood test result of ~35yr level. AHM 2.89, FSH baseline 7.9 (10 month ago). FSH baseline 8.43 at cycle starts. Ultrasound find follicles of 16~18 consistently before the process starts. This clinic does not support surrogacy unless you have medical reason and need proved by specialist Dr. They are also very strict to the embryo. No twins. For the medication during egg retrieval, you need to be your own master. You need to tracking when to ship the order and if nurse has place the order in system. You also need to plan ahead the shipping time to avoid Friday shipping cut off time. Thats really complicated and tedious work for a people with no medical knowledge. It took a lot of time to call the insurance and pharmacy. But you need to do that to make sure you process can move forward. This clinic does not offer donated medication dose for your urgent use. They dont borrow dose for temporary bridge if you medication is not shipped and arrive on time. But you can buy from clinic for urgent use which is not eligible for insurance reimbursement. So, please careful to your injection schedule and make sure you order them before head. Otherwise, the procedure wont be able to proceed.Overall, the clinic team is awesome in this clinic. Especially Dr. Su who help me. She is outstanding. Its a very busy clinic too. Every time be there, there are many patients. The clinic operated efficiently. Not much waiting time. Each visit complete in 30min (include parking) for only blood draw, and 1hr for other exams. It take time to request and receive medical record though. Also need a few follow ups.
I’m a cancer patient who went through IVF with Reproductive Partners prior to starting chemotherapy. Staff were great during that process, but since then, I’ve gotten very little support in my efforts to find a surrogate. All I got was a list of agencies and was told that a former patient had reported that costs ranged from $80k to $120k. That’s it. If you’re going to offer services to women with cancer, be supportive through the journey. Don’t leave us hanging and heartbroken.
I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Su and the entire team in Reproductive Partner, who played an instrumental role in my IVF journey. From the very first consultation, Dr. Su impressed me with her compassionate demeanor and profound expertise.Dr. Su took the time to explain every step of the IVF process in details. This is my first IVF cycle. I was a little scared initially. I started the cycle in Aug 2024. Dr. Su closely monitored my E2 level and ultrasound result and she adjusted the dosage of stimulation medication on daily basis. I came in for the blood work and ultrasound every day for one week before egg retrieval. Her attention to details and personalized care made a world of difference, turning a potentially overwhelming experience into a hopeful and manageable one.I feel very grateful for the entire team of RPFC. Dr. Stanhiser did several ultrasound tests for me including weekend and Dr. Garzo did egg retrieval procedure. The egg retrieval procedure is under twilight anesthesia. It was really amazing that I felt minimal discomfort after the procedure. I did not experience OHSS symptoms because of Dr. Sus precautionary approach. My embryologist Wei Zhang is also exceptional. She demonstrated remarkable skill and precision. Her deep understanding of embryology and meticulous attention to detail were evident in the high quality of the embryos produced. What set Zhang Wei apart was her genuine passion for her work and her dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for their patients. The cutting edge lab expertise is really impressive. Embryologists gave me update on D3/D5/D6 embryo updates. With her help, we get 7 good quality, 2 fair quality embryos. My coordinator Vivian also works with me closely, she did demo to show me how to do injections and sent all the prescriptions to pharmacy in advance, she informed me of the adjustment of dosage everyday on time. Jacey who did blood work has consistently demonstrated remarkable expertise, ensuring that blood collection is carried out with the utmost precision and minimal discomfort. The clinic staff are always friendly, professional, and supportive, creating a warm and reassuring environment. Thanks to Dr. Su and the entire team of RPFC , I have four euploids after one cycle and plan for future transfer. Again their expertise and care are truly exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful for their role in my IVF journey.
If there were more granulated ratings, I would give 5 stars to the staff.Dr. Agarwal, Natalie (our nurse), and the embryology team are all wonderful. Also the assistants and other doctors (Dr. Flores, Dr. Su, Dr. Duleba) are great as well. I enjoyed being under care with each of them. The portal feels like an old system to work with and unfortunately there arent after visit summaries. I think after visit summaries would help the patient remember what happened during the visit and next steps. But there are helpful instructional docs they provide and the nurse will go over instructions with you throughout the process either in person or over the phone. Our nurse, Natalie was quick to respond and super helpful so she helped fill that gap. Hopefully there is more of a systematic way to gather this info in the future. My first egg retrieval - there was an embryo that was missed when sending off to genetic testing. The team handled it very quickly and provided good service to expedite which helped me feel more comfortable. Our journey had a lot of ups and downs, but appreciate the care under Reproductive Partners. After 3 egg retrievals dealing with endometriosis, we are so grateful that I got pregnant with our first transfer. I have a healthy baby girl now!
There were no significant experiences initially. The doctor advised me that I didnt need multiple treatments, just one. I did my best to secure loans, only to lose both my money and my child. They found one healthy egg (a boy), but when she implanted it, it was lost the same day. I got my period a week later. She casually said, Sorry, bad luck. Youre very healthy; I dont know why that happened. She suggested trying again, which meant more loans and more money. She ignored her initial advice that I was healthy and didnt need multiple attempts. When I had her reports and medications reviewed by six doctors in different countries in Europe, they were shocked. They said the dosage she gave me was too low for my body to recognize the pregnancy. As a result, my baby boy didnt survive. Im in a very bad situation, deeply depressed, having lost hope and my baby. I have all my medical reports proving that I am healthy and have no underlying issues.
The billing process is not good. I was charged $158 for a virtual 10 min apt where no testing was done, no treatment provided and when I spoke to billing department about how I was not given the services I was told would be included in the initial visit, they changed their story and said that was the price of the virtual aptI heard from the team and were very kind and understanding of my experience and wanted to rectify the situation. They kindly asked if I would like a refund. I am happy that they listened to my experience and were very active in a response to make future pt experiences better.
I came to Dr Garzo at reproductive partners fertility center for an egg freezing consultation. Before coming to Dr Garzo, I had an extremely terrible experience with the San Diego fertility center. Dr Garzo and staff reviewed my personal data and medical record in depth, and gave me a very thorough plan with detailed recommendation on diet and life style leading to better result. I definitely felt that the staff cared about me and really had my best interest in mind, and did not treat me like a number. I could not proceed with Reproductive partners due to a work relocation, but I highly recommend reproductive partners for anyone who would like to have an accountable professional medical team for egg freezing.
I was referred to Reproductive Partners by a friend and I am so glad I decided to proceed with egg freezing at this center. Dr. Stanhiser was so supportive during the whole process and all the nurses made me feel so comfortable. As a cash paying patient, I had a lot of financial questions before proceeding. I received a detailed cost breakdown and scheduled a call with a financial counselor with ease. The whole team at Reproductive Partners worked great together and made this process very smooth. Highly recommend this team!
We have been patients at RPMG for many years with 2 successful pregnancies. The entire team is amazing. They are caring and professional and it’s no wonder we see clients coming from all over the world for their IVF needs. Obviously the doctors, nurses and staff are amazing (thank you Dr. Hsish and Dr. Garzo), but the lab definitely deserves credit! Lucy is a miracle worker and we’re so thankful for the chance to be parents.
Great clinic to work with. Nice Staff, friendly environment, and top-level lab. To be honest, I went to RPSD after a failed cycle at another clinic. At RPSD, I got normal embryos and waiting for the future transfer. Highly recommend this IVF clinic!!!
Reproductive Partners of San Diego truly deserves five stars for their exceptional care, expertise, and support throughout my fertility journey. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, taking the time to address all of my concerns and tailor a treatment plan specific to my needs. The entire team at Reproductive Partners of San Diego goes above and beyond to provide personalized care, and I am grateful for their dedication in helping me achieve my dream of starting a family. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility assistance.
Extremely professional and well run fertility client. Dr. Garzo is attentive to our needs and very experienced. We have encountered a few unexpected circumstances in our journey. Dr Garzo made the correct judgment every single time. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend this client.
Update 8/21/2024: wish I was able to share in the positive reviews of those below. I am also a reasonable person and can overlook 1-2 mishaps, we are human after all. It was just one missed detail/issue after another. Thankfully, I have been lucky and only spent money on one IUI cycle here and course corrected quickly. Here are my top points of feedback:- In addition to all the issues below, the lab alerted me just today on 8/21 that they used all my vials of donor sample for one IUI in May! They only recognized their mistake because I was asking to transfer the remaining vial to my new clinic. They also charged me for storage for the 3 months when there was nothing to store. I ordered platinum samples which means one vial had double the amount that was necessary for IUI. Why they used two is beyond comprehension.- I was given a trigger shot to ovulate and not told that this could result in a false positive for a pregnancy test. I thought I was pregnant (3 positive tests) and then got my period and was surprised. Informed after the fact this was the case. This could be pretty emotionally impacting for some women and I would expect these types of details to be communicated up front.- Even though I got my period I was still made to come in and pay for a pregnancy test. No one was informed, and when I got the call the nurse was like I am sorry you arent pregnant even though I told my nurse and the person drawing my blood that I knew I wasnt. Communication is key in fertility. Cleary a breakdown between medical staff here.- I was scheduled for an IUI and not informed that it wasnt my Dr. who would be performing the procedure. It was a surprise to walk through the door and work with someone I had not even met before for the IUI.- The records department is not timely and with poor communication. I have been waiting for over a week for a transfer, and can not even get a simple confirmation that my transfer form was received. It has now been faxed over three times. If I do not follow-up, the request goes into the Abyss. I am delayed in my initial appointment with my new Dr. due to this, as they need my records first.- When communicating that I would like to wait on a second IUI cycle to complete and receive the results of a HSG that was scheduled in 30 days, I was told this was the wrong approach and filled with fear. I waited any way - the results? I have a blocked left tube which would have absolutely impacted how we approached the IUI. To anyone needing to hear this - follow your intuition. You know your body. :)If you dont mind lack of details, and understand that fertility clinics can be more of a rotating door because they take on more patients than the Drs may have time for - this clinic may be right for you. I have found a smaller clinic with a personalized approach and a Dr who collects data points along the way. This is more of a fit for me. Sending love to all the hopeful Mamas out there. Dont give up, and if the Dr doesnt feel like a fit - move on. There are a lot of options out there, and there is one that will meet your needs.
Dr. Antoni Duleba, MD was my reproductive endocrinologist when I was a patient at RPFC. I only saw him twice for scheduled appointments after my initial consultations and saw 4 different physicians as a patient. The physicians were all kind and knowledgeable but it was clear they each have varying protocols- some were more conservative, while others were more flexible to change. The relationship felt paternal because we always needed permission from Dr. Duleba to make changes even though I was usually seen by a different physician. It was overall, a positive experience clinically. My negative feedback is specific to my opinion that they employ deceptive billing practices- especially if you dont use them for IVF. I received a $700+ bill almost immediately after I requested my medical records for a different REI clinic. I requested my itemized billing for the entire timing was a patient. After month 2 the price for the same procedures arbitrarily changed: blood draws (changed 3 times), semen wash, & the price of my final IUI DOUBLED IN PRICE. When I spoke to their billing team (Laura) she said we can change the price & charge you whatever we want. Im not the only one who has posted concerns about their billing process so be careful if you select this practice. They ended up writing off ~$300 after I asked questions & somehow thought I owed them a thank you because they actually charged me the price we agreed upon.Key takeaways: Great physicians, nursing staff is OK but difficult to get in contact with, & scrutinize every bill and ask questions. I switched to Mini Pearl IVF & couldnt be happier. Try calling them if youre still searching for a REI. This is a tough process, be kind with yourself and best of luck on this journey!
After struggling with infertility for many years, it was discovered I had advanced stage endometriosis and poor egg reserves because of it. A specialty doctor at UCSD told me I HAD to go to Reproductive Partners if I wanted any chance at having a baby on my own. Thank God I did! Dr. Agarwal quickly came up with a plan to treat my endometriosis and get my body to a healthy state so I could try IVF. All of the procedures and medications he had me try were cutting edge and based on the newest research and data. I am so happy to say I am now 9 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl! The entire team of doctors, nurses, and support staff really made me feel like I was a part of their family. Everyone has excellent bedside manner and makes you feel important. Nurse Natalie was on the ball with all my appointments and medications and always answered right away whenever any questions or concerns came up. Reproductive Partners truly is a state of the art facility and their lab success rates are amazing. I am so grateful I found them and highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling to conceive. Thank you Reproductive Partners for making my dream of having a child come true!
We were directed to RPSD by Jamie Kim, and I have been extremely satisfied with the service, staff, and everything they have provided. They welcomed us in a warm and friendly manner, made my wife feel very at ease, and were very thorough in addressing everything from start to finish. Rachelle Quiambao and Dr. Su were particularly outstanding in their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing experience with RPSD, specifically Dr. Irene Su. We had visited three other fertility in clinics in San Diego and each one painted a bleak picture of our ability to get pregnant without IVF (which can cost upwards of $30k in this region). Dr. Su looked at all our data and encouraged us to try IUI for 6 months before investing in IVF. We did one cycle of IUI and got pregnant in our first attempt. Previously, we had tried to get pregnant naturally for over a year. Our little baby is now nearly two months old and we are incredibly grateful for RPSD and Dr. Su!
The team here got us PREGNANT! What more can I say? The facility is nice, and they have an ARMY of nurses and doctors, all of whom can step in and help you wherever you are in your journey. They even gave us a little graduation certificate when we got pregnant
I wish weve never started the process with Reproductive Partners. $25K later we moved on to a different clinic, where we had way more success with a way lighter protocol. We turned over to IVF after losing my previous pregnancy at 24-weeks. I was 36, husband was 45 at that time, normal AMH for my age etc. but unexplained secondary infertility. Dr. Flores was our doc at RP. She insisted on either Esrace priming or birth control and since I was traveling between my CD21-CD30, they decided to put me on birth control and keep me on it for about 5 weeks until stim start. When I came back from my trip, I had very few follicles (10 or so but previously Ive always had 18-22) and all hormones indicating that I was over suppressed by birth control. At the same time I went to Gen 5 for my initial consult and they said they wouldnt stim me in this cycle saying that the results can be worse than they couldve normally been if I wasnt on BC. But dr. Flores said that she would still proceed as Id been waiting for too long and the # of follicles would possibly increase etc. So we started off with 225/225 of Men* and Gon* but after day 1 they raised it to 375/375 (and I stayed on this dosage pretty much until the last 2 days of injections). I wasnt an expert back then so I thought that my follicle growth progressed just fine. After about a week of stim, I had 30+ follicles (they couldnt clearly count them and kept laughing that yay, so many!) and they seemed to grow but for whatever reason theyd been keeping me on 375/375 dosage. On the day of the trigger my estrogen climbed to 4,400 and they finally admitted that they mightve slightly overstimulated it. I also had some liquid in cul-de-sac, which was an early sign of OHSS so they put me on additional Gan* and Car* to help avoid severe symptoms. The ER itself was a little nightmare on its own: I was under anesthesia for over an hour, and during the procedure they had to puncture my bladder (how is this had to?? sounds like a doc mistake) and also something around the cervix was bleeding that they had to stitch it! Plus I could hear them chatting for the last 10-15 mins of the procedure, I remember them putting me onto a different bed etc. Apparently, they decreased the amount of anesthesia as all they had to do at the end was just stop the bleeding (!). I had general anesthesia twice in my life before then and yet this one was the worst ever. Fast forward to the results: they retrieved 19 eggs but only 8 of them were mature. They tried fertilized all of them with ICSI and at first they had only 7 fertilized but then another one started dividing two, so 8 total on day 3! I was still upset with the numbers after growing 30+ follicles and developing OHSS but 8 was still a good number after I googled it. And then on Day 5 I received even worse news that all of them arrested but they would give them another day for a miracle. On Day 6 a miracle did happen - one of them became a 4BB embryo, and I decided to send it for PGT-A. One thing that embryologist said was that my eggs didnt look good: had very dark zone pellucida and too granular cytoplasm. I was crushed, how could this happen?? She said it was very unusual for a 36 yo and they dont see it often. She also said that it couldve been the incorrect protocol. Other clinics and emrbryologists have later confirmed it basically saying that the super high stim dosages basically fried my eggs completely ruining egg quality. After that I moved to a different clinic for a mini stim, and had way better yield. During my consult with dr. Flores after that failure, she said that she thinks shed done everything right. And if I were to do it again, shed use exact same protocol (basically, not admitting her mistakes whatsover). Oh well, Im glad we have plenty of other IVF clinics in San Diego and out of state/country now.
My partner and I struggled with having a child for years and we just thought it wasnt the right time and that it would happen eventually. After mindlessly scrolling on Instagram, I came across Reproductive Partners and thought it was time to see a specialist. They figured out that my partner had a low sperm count. This was devastating but we could not have asked for a better support team. I recommend the clinic to everyone who is struggling with infertility and has no idea what to do
Being in the service, sometimes means I am unable to be there for my wife when she goes into the clinic for treatment. Every time my wife, Emily is at Reproductive Partners Fertility Center-San Diego, she is greeted with a warm smile by the front staffs and nurses. Jacey is a wonderful nurse, she helps my wife in a time manner and help calms her down when she is anxious about a procedure that needs to be done that day. Also, Carly calls after hours to check on my wife to see how she is doing after procedures and gives us the update on the next steps. Overall, the nurses and Doctors here makes you feel important and have empathy for their patients. In addition, Dr. Duleba is honest, skilled, and have great bed side manners. We feel comfortable and have confident in this reproductive clinic. Thank you for helping us make our family whole and our journey a little easier.
I was a patient at Reproductive Partners 9 years ago. I was 41yo at the time and this was a very scary time in my life. I was a patient at another fertility group and did not like the feeling. I felt they were more interested in our pocketbook than our well-being. My ob doctor referred my husband and and I to Reproductive Partners. We felt so comfortable from the beginning. All the staff was wonderful. They were comforting and interested in us as a whole. I had one round of IVF with one embryo. I had a beautiful pregnancy and a beautiful healthy baby girl. Our baby is 8 years old and the center of our universe. I will never forget Reproductive Parters! We are forever grateful to them!
I’ve had the most incredible experience here with Dr. Flores and team. Bar none the BEST fertility clinic in San Diego. Knowledgeable, talented and empathetic. Everyone that works here ALWAYS has a smile on their face!! From my nurse clinic coordinator, Carly - to the anesthesiologist - to the embryologists… thank you!! While I know my results are rare for a 31 y/o female, >90% of my mature eggs made it to blastocyst (14 total) - this speaks to the incredible talent of Dr. Flores as well as the embryologists. Would not hesitate to recommend.
My husband and I just had our first consultation at Reproductive Partners Fertility Center, and I couldnt be more impressed with how fantastic and friendly the staff has been throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, the new patient coordinator, Carolina, played a crucial role in making me feel welcomed and supported. She went above and beyond in getting me set up, patiently answering all my questions about insurance and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. What truly stood out to me was the responsiveness of the entire staff. Whether through phone calls or emails, they were prompt in getting back to me. This level of attentiveness made me feel valued and cared for, easing any concerns I may have had.During our first consultation, my husband and I were immediately struck by the positive and friendly energy of the entire staff. We had our appointment with Dr. Duleba who not only made us feel comfortable but also took the time to ensure we didnt feel rushed. His depth of knowledge was evident, and he patiently answered all our questions, leaving us with a sense of confidence that we were in great hands.Overall, Reproductive Partners Fertility Center has exceeded my expectations. The staffs commitment to providing exceptional care, from the moment we walked in to the consultation with Dr. Duleba, has made a significant impact on our journey. I am grateful for their support and expertise, and I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking compassionate and top-notch fertility care.
Amazing experience!!! The staff was so polite and welcoming!!! I am forever grateful to them, they made my dream come true! Thank you for helping me become a mommy to my sweet little girl!
In June 2023, my partner and I embarked on the journey to grow our family with Reproductive Partners Fertility Center San Diego, and we cannot express how grateful we are for the exceptional care and support we received throughout the process. After researching and interviewing several fertility clinics in OC, LA, and San Diego, we ultimately chose Reproductive Partners, and it was undeniably the best decision we made on our path to building our family. The doctors expertise and professionalism impressed us from the first consultation. We have been working with Dr. Flores, and I highly recommend her.The team at Reproductive Partners went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, informed, and supported at every stage of our fertility journey. The communication from the clinic was outstanding, and we always felt well-informed about our options, procedures, and next steps. This level of transparency helped alleviate the inherent stress that often comes with fertility treatments. Our clinical care coordinator, Carly, is a superstar, and I will forever hold her in a special place in my heart. What sets Reproductive Partners apart is their genuine commitment to patient care. The entire staff, from the front desk to the medical professionals, consistently demonstrated empathy and understanding. The emotional rollercoaster of fertility treatments can be overwhelming, but the compassionate approach of the team at Reproductive Partners made the experience manageable. If you are considering fertility treatments and want a clinic that combines top-tier medical expertise with unparalleled patient care, we wholeheartedly recommend Reproductive Partners Fertility Center.
We had such a positive experience with Dr. Garzo and the team at Reproductive Partners. Experiencing years of infertility is such an incredibly painful process so to be in the care of a doctor with his level of expertise and empathy, made us feel comfortable and safe. Im pleased to report, we were able to get pregnant via IVF twice (first transfer attempt with both kids) and have two healthy children. Major thanks to Dr. Garzo for everything! We are forever grateful.
Dr. Stanhiser and her team were fantastic. We had a long journey there but they all made us feel so welcome and hopeful throughout.
I had an excellent experience at the fertility center. Wei and her embryology team was incredibly compassionate, and provided thorough and personalized care. The facility was well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. Grateful for their expertise and support on this journey.
The nurses are wonderful and the doctors are guided by science and empathy. We had a very positive experience despite IVF being a very difficult process and it not being a short or simple journey for us.The clinic was very accommodating and supportive. We would recommend them to any friend considering IVF.Shout out to nurse Rachel and Dr. Duleba who made our journey a better experience.
Highly recommend this practice. The doctors and nurses are highly skilled, responsive and caring. I particularly appreciated how attentive and reassuring the embryologist was to my every question and concern. After my conversations with Wei, I had no concerns I was in good hands :) thank you RPSD
I usually don’t leave any reviews but I want to give my credit to reproductive partners. I’ve been through one unpleasant IVF cycle with another local popular clinic but it didn’t work well with me. After I did a few months research , I picked Dr Su to start with my 2nd attempt. The clinic maintained exceptional quality control ensuring each step of the process met high standards. Appointments were always on time, proactive approach of the front desk team and supportive response from doctors , nurses and embryologists. They sent doctors to do ultrasound instead of nurse every time. I also want to mention my egg retrieving took 1.5 hours which was much longer than expected but the doctor was so patient and great. They retrieved as much as they can and I didn’t feel any uncomfortable after it. I highly recommend for their professionalism , quality of care and remarkable support throughout IVF journey.
After such a terrible experience at our first fertility clinic, this clinic was a dream. We were treated like human beings instead of being a number. Dr. Duleba and Dr. Agarwal were our primary doctors we saw. We also had some wonderful doctors that we saw (Im kicking myself for forgetting their names!). I cannot say enough good things about this center and their doctors. If you are in San Diego or willing to do the drive (like we did), this place is worth it! Thank you all for helping us on our path to parenthood!
Doctor and staff work like assembly line too fast don’t spend time with people especially one doctor and seem like they are only interested in your money! My wife had bad experience with the doctor, the staff seem to work hard however you get different one every time and they are not well informed. It was very chaotic when my wife was in final stage of fertility process, doctor was confused and did not listen to lab tech before making the decision and end result was failure! Doctor knew something about my wife condition and still prematurely completed the process…………after negative results we did not here from the doctor or any staff again. It is very sad and we were extremely disappointed. It took my wife long time to recuperate from bad experience……
I can’t thank Reproductive Partners enough for taking a chance on me. Without Dr Garza and his team I would not have had success with IVF as a woman in my 40’s.
We had a wonderful experience with the Doctors, Nurses, Embryologists, and administrative staff at Reproductive Partners. Their team exhibited exceptional professionalism, empathy, and expertise. Their attention to detail assured we were provided personalized treatment that was not only backed by science but aligned with our family plan. We are forever grateful.
We are grateful to have met Reproductive Partner fertility center-San Diego, which made our dream come true and gave us our own lovely children. Throughout the process, the doctors and embryologist team gave us great support and help, making everything go smoothly. Thank you to every member of the clinic!
Thank you Dr. Duleba, Rachelle, Jennifer G.(front desk), Lisa and all the staffs. Im 40 years old and had failed with my first round of IVF. Dr. Duleba helped me this time around and I was able to have 5 healthy good embryos. My husband and I are so happy and feel confident with the team we have.Thank you so much Dr. Duleba for giving us hope!
Everyone at Reproductive Partners of San Diego was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout our entire process. And because of the amazing team there we were able to happily welcome our little girl in August. Everyone I talk to i rave about them and even referred a friend to them. Thank you to the ENTIRE Reproductive Partners Team!
I am a 41-year-old woman residing in Northern California, currently planning for my second pregnancy. Due to my age and some complications, IVF became a viable option. My introduction to IVF came through Weis blog, where she intricately explains the entire IVF process, how to assess clinic success rates via SART and CDC, the significance of a CAP certified lab, and the pivotal role the lab plays in the IVF journey. After immersing myself in her blog posts, I reached out to Wei to inquire about the clinic she works for. During our conversation, she guided me through the process and highlighted potential challenges if I chose to undergo IVF in San Diego instead of other fertility centers in northern California. Knowing commute could be one of the big challenges, I still comprehend the crucial role a lab plays in this process. After thorough research and discussions with my husband, we decided to move forward and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Su, a decision that proved to be excellent. Our new patient coordinator, Karolina, is meticulous and adept at sending reminders. Dr. Su, not only highly professional but also analytical, didnt rush me into IVF due to my age; instead, she presented all the odds, whether choosing IVF or attempting to conceive naturally.Everyone Ive interacted with at this clinic has been down-to-earth, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking fertility assistance. Notably, the lab boasts incredible statistics, especially for the advanced age group, evident in their success rates on SART.
A few years ago, with the invaluable assistance of your company, we were blessed with the arrival of two incredibly adorable babies. Throughout the entire process, the support and care extended to us by the embryologist team were truly exceptional. Dr. Sus professionalism in this field was outstanding, and the laboratory colleagues expertise in cultivation techniques ensured a seamless journey. We are immensely grateful to you for playing such a pivotal role in helping our family.
One of my closest friends, an over 40-year-old single woman dealing with reduced ovarian reserve, lives mostly in China. Last year, she took a major step by heading to San Diego for IVF treatment. Before her trip, she asked me to find a good IVF clinic on her behalf. After carefully checking out different clinics in San Diego and Orange County, I settled on RPFC, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice.I was there for her through it all, joining her for the egg retrieval and coming along to multiple appointments. Dr. Su, the doctor in charge of her treatment, was consistently thorough and realistic with her advice. The lab team’s technique was seriously impressive. Despite only having four eggs, they all successfully fertilized, and two even made it to the blastocyst stage. This is outstanding considering her age.I recommend this place to those looking for fertility treatment, especially women dealing with age-related challenges in conceiving.
I am a single female residing in WA State. Given that the company I work for provides insurance coverage for fertility preservation, I made the decision to freeze some of my eggs, considering that I have no plans to get pregnant in the next 5-10 years. One of my closest friends who lives in San Diego recommended Reproductive Partners to me, emphasizing their labs impressive statistics.Upon contacting their mainline, I posed numerous inquiries regarding the egg freezing process, storage conditions in the lab, and the recovery rate during the thawing of eggs, among other concerns. Subsequently, my call was directed to the embryology lab team, where I had the chance of speaking with an knowledgeable and professional embryologist. Throughout our 30-minute conversation, she comprehensively guided me through the entire process of egg freezing, elucidating how the eggs would be securely stored in the lab. Moreover, she provided detailed information on the egg thaw recovery rates across different age groups and the fertilization rate post-thaw.Empowered by this enlightening conversation, I chose to proceed with Reproductive Partners for my egg freezing journey and selected Dr. Su as my primary physician, given her outstanding reviews. Regrettably, I was informed that I would have to wait almost two months before securing an initial consultation with Dr. Su. Faced with the urgency due to a work schedule conflict, I opted to choose a facility within my city. While I hold confidence in the labs commendable statistics, I am inclined to suggest that the facility consider expanding new patient availability with Dr. Su, as it would likely enhance the overall experience for individuals seeking fertility services.
I am so grateful to the team at Reproductive Partners San Diego and their exceptional patient care. The staff, nurses and physicians are incredibly compassionate and supportive. They truly treat you like you are family. I recommend this clinic to everyone!
I have 2 of my 3 children from Reproductive Partners and will be forever grateful! Office communication was good and protocols are a grade above other clinics I attended.
I was referred to this clinic by multiple people and happy I found them. The entire team from the drs to the embryology team were very detailed and attentive during my time here. We have a healthy son as a result. This is the group I refer to from now on.
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude toward this medical practice, in particular, Dr. Garzo and his nurse Sheri. I came into the office after having tried to conceive naturally for over a year, undergoing three unsuccessful IUIs and one failed round of IVF with another practice. I was told that my eggs were acting like someone in their late 40s early 50s and I should consider an egg donor despite being 34 and with many follicles. After the first visit Dr. Garzo noticed cysts on my ovaries, (this was never seen before) and had me undergo an MRI which revealed I had many cysts and likely an un-diagnosed case of PCOS. From there he put me on a special Mediterranean diet, a dosage of Metformin and other supplements such as COQ10, fish oil, vitamin c, and a baby aspirin for three months. The IVF cycle was curtailed towards stimulation drugs to grow the eggs slowly and using grown hormone for strength. The turnout was nothing short of unbelievable. Every embryo made it to blast. We did chromosomal testing and ended up with 7 health embryos. A couple of months later I transferred one of them and had a healthy son. The following year I transferred another and had a healthy daughter. I am now currently pregnant after my third transfer with another girl on the way. We also have 4 other health embryos stored for future transfers should we continue to grow our family further.Without a doubt, this medical practice is the best in their field. The attention by the doctors, care of the staff and level of perfection is the utmost. They take on hard cases and create miracles. I would recommend anyone to this team and have already recommended many of my friends.
My experience was ok. Didn’t have the outcome I’d hoped for 😢 I think communication could have improved with the nurses. I had to wait long periods of time to get called back.
I was 44 years old and had consulted Dr. Agarwal for fertility options. He mentioned that we could try IUI (Intrauterine insemination) before going to IVF when it would just be a waste of my money and would not work for my age. I would never recommend this center to anyone. I spent $250 consultation fees and did not get the correct information.
Everything is wonderful except the storage fees! They get more expensive! Very expensive! Docs are amazing.
I dont understand how this place is still in business. If you ever dealt with AT&T customer service in 2010, youll know what you are in for. I had egg retrieval due to Cancer at 31. It was stressful, but luckily I had a wonderful patient experience at UCSD. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for Reproductive Partners. The office staff, specifically billing/ insurance/ management were by far the most frustrating part of my entire cancer experience. I am not exaggerating. It was non- stop frustration.Fast forward a year later- they send me 2 bills- which should have been paid by insurance months ago- but they are refused to respond as to if these bills were paid for over a month (I emailed about 5 times to the entire staff group- plus called- they just ignore per usual). This was a consistent pattern throughout my time working with them, not just with me, but with my insurance as well. They would order insurance to pay bills within a time frame but not respond to them as to what needed to be paid. I had to sit in the office for over an hour until someone showed up that I could discuss this with because they dont bother returning phone calls or emails, even on time critical matters with their medications. I have no clue how they are still in business with the way they treat patients. This review in no way reflects the doctors who are associated with this business, as they have all been wonderful. But, I feel guilt on my conscience knowing other women, especially those with Cancer who already have enough on their plates, are coming to this facility not knowing what is about to happen. If you do choose to go here, prepare yourself and set aside a LOT of time for payment nightmares.
I cant begin to explain my gratitude and how happy, thankful and thrilled we are that we choose this facility. After years of knowing that I wouldnt be able to father a baby naturally I began to do some research on IVF facilities that had a good reputation, success rates and overall someone who would make us feel comfortable with this whole delicate process. After so many visits to different doctors and Facilities Reproductive Partners La Jolla nailed it. We felt right at home and they made us feel like family, welcomed and over all at ease. We met with Dr. Duleba and his team and they were all very professional and pleasant to talk to. Jenna was an amazing person with great carisma, attitude and performed her job to perfection and made my wife feel like they had known each other for years. After many weeks and months of frustration, preparation and even a cancelled cycle, we learned that everything this facility and doctors do is to maximize the chance of success and because they know exactly what they are doing. I am happy to announce that god and Dr. Duleba have given me a chance to fulfill my dream on finally becoming a dad through this process. Our son was born on Feb 11, 2019 and he was a healthy and strong boy. I cant thank Dr. Duleba enough for his patience, his help and for this precious gift. Every penny spent was well worth the experience and results we got from this facility. They gave us great success and a baby on the first try and we will definitely use them again for our stored frozen embryos when the time comes to expand our family. I would highly recommend this facility and over all Dr. Duleba! J&K DUARTE
I had the best experience at Reproductive Partners! Dr Quaas was knowledgeable, thorough and took his time with me. I never felt rushed. He did a great job of presenting the options, laying out the risks and making sure I had realistic expectations for my age. However despite his experience and data which would lead him to proceed differently, he treated me like an individual person, complete with dreams, and not a statistic made up of my age and lab results. He took a chance on me with the IVF and I was able to produce a healthy embryo at 44! He even called me on his day off to congratulate me!Tiffany Hansen, my nurse coordinator was absolutely amazing! She was with me through every step of the process which can be quite daunting. She is quite possibly the kindest, warmest and most approachable health care worker I’ve ever met! She invested in my hopes and dreams with me, was optimistic with me and cried tears of joy with me and celebrated when my dreams came true! She even orchestrated a cute surprise to tell me my genetic results were normal. The staff there were all fantastic! You can trust these people with your fertility issues for sure and know that they will care for you not just physically but personally along the way! I had total confidence that everything was being handled professionally and with state of the art care. Lauren J.
Reproductive partners fertility center is very professional and nice to work with.Dr sue, Vivian, Wei zhang are all very enthusiastic and very skillful.
We had a wonderful experience with IVF with Dr. Garzo and nurse Tiffany, from beginning to end. I still remember speaking with the lovely Elizabeth on the phone to sort out all of the medical and financial details that were so new to us, while we were exploring different options for where to go for treatment, and she was so comprehensive and helpful. Im really glad that we chose RPFC. Tiffany held my hand throughout the entire process of IVF and made what could have been a very overwhelming process seem very manageable. She is seriously the best nurse EVER. And all of the nurses were really friendly and great to work with, when I would come in for blood draws etc.; the staff here is really awesome. Dr. Garzo took such good care of me and was always very clear in his communication and knowledgeable about the latest research. Both Tiffany and Dr. Garzo are both so smart, so we felt good about having the best possible odds of success with IVF. Everyones body responds differently throughout the process, so you rely on your doctor to give you the best possible medical advice on a day by day basis. We trusted Dr. Garzo and he always impressed us with his advice as well as calm, kind manner. Im happy to share that we were successful with our first round of IVF and are now the proud parents of an eight month old little boy!!! I would definitely recommend RPFC for any infertility treatment.
I will forever be grateful to Dr Garzo. I thank god everyday for putting this doctor in my life . I was tired and hopeless after trying for 13 long year. I decided to give one last try and that’s when I found Dr Garzo. I got pregnant that same year 🤗 I have a perfect son who is now 12. Thank you a million times

Thank you! This place is incredible. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Best doctors office Ive ever visited. Our coordinator Vivian has been incredible. Super warm, engaging, and caring. Thank you!
Just wish I knew what to do after storage or if I can actually use my sample. Been paying for this for 9 years just for a chance. Now I’m in the other side of the country and worried about trying to ship it anywhere.
Such a great professional place!Everyone there works for the patients interest.Dr. Duleba was super professional, taking care of his patients, good listener and passionate.I was lucky to have Tiffany Hansen as my Nurse as well. She is so caring, very patient and supportive. Her focus in details and timely follow up is great!I really recommend this clinic to every woman in need.
To say my husband and I love Reproductive Partners is a complete understatement. We are so grateful and forever appreciative of the care and concern we have received from Dr. Garzo and his team over the last few years. It was a long road to get where we are today, but because of these incredible professionals, we are weeks away from meeting our miracle baby. Dr. Garzo exudes compassion for his patients. Each and every visit, I felt very cared for...time was taken, thorough explanations provided, questions answered. We felt he was completed invested in our journey, and he truly wanted our success. The nursing team was not only kind, prompt and responsive, but shared genuine emotion and enthusiasm with us. Each time I walked into the office and past the nurses station, it felt like friends and family. The lab and embryology team is second to none. I refer to them as our miracle workers. The infertility and IVF journey to becoming parents definitely isnt easy, but was made possible because of Reproductive Partners. I am happy to speak to anyone considering Rep. Partners and answer any questions you may have. THANK YOU Dr. Garzo and team!!!
Katlyn and Leann were so wonderful and kind with the care they provided, on top of keeping me laughing while nervous about the procedure.
We are so grateful of the care we received from Dr Lin, nurse Tiffany and the rest of the nurses and staff at Reproductive Partners. They were so kind, caring, and they even shared their enthusiasm with us.Dr. Lin is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, gentle and caring. She answered all my questions and I was always able to reach her when I had any concerns, questions or when I just needed advice. Nurse Tiffany is so kind, warm, caring, and very personable. She explained the process thoroughly. She was on top of things and always followed up with me regarding any issues and concerns. She always made sure I had enough meds before leaving the clinic. Tiffany took the time to call me to check on how I was doing. Dr. Lin and Tiffany were with me through every step of the process. I was definitely in good hands. They are amazing! The IVF process was not easy, but with the help and support from Dr Lin, nurse Tiffany, the other nurses and embryologist Lisa at RPMG, our long journey was a success. We now have a healthy and beautiful baby boy. We could not thank Dr. Lin, nurse Tiffany and everyone at RPMG enough for helping us make our dream come true. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!Proud parents,Ruby and Sonnia
The fertility journey is already stressful but this center did not make it easier. The doctors are great, especially Dr. Stanhiser and Dr. Harris but the nurses and front staff seem not with it. I felt like I was always chasing my nurse, Charlene, and the front desk did not answer the phone half the time and gave attitude. I felt the nurses were not for the patient. I had to go to the clinical supervisor to get some help. For example, my fourth cycle, I was starting IUI with injections which I did not know till I got to the clinic. My new insurance started on 10.1, I go to the office on 10.4 for my baseline and they hand me the injections. They only asked for my new insurance then. They filled up the injections with that expensive la Jolla discount pharmacy in the same building. I did not know what I paid till I went back on Monday to get the receipt and it was 1783. Charlene did not get my new insurance when I told her and she had time to get it authorized. If she was for the patient, she would have tried and not go for a more convenient pharmacy as she called it. With CVS health, I paid half of that. I told this to Dr. Stanhiser and she said if she knew about this, she would have skipped this cycle. So, no communication done to the doctor at all.Everyone said you will get reimbursed dont worry, well CVS health rejected the claim twice due to it being an out of network pharmacy and I knew that they would. So, I went back to the finance team to get some help and no help. On top of that, I have not gotten a call from the finance department about my ivf benefits even though I keep asking. So, after that, the clinical supervisor went to the doc to talk to me =. So, the doc was kind of enough to hear my side and listen but of course nothing could be done. So, I had to pay 1783. The center only offered me coupons for follistim which i never had as of yet.Very disappointing for me and a stressful journey indeed.
I would highly recommend Dr. Garzo and his team to help you start or grow your family. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I personally had a terrible experience at another local clinic where they made you feel like you were just a number vs. a patient/person. After two failed cycles, I was referred to Dr. Garzo by a client of mine who now has 3 beautiful kids and I am so happy I made the call. He spent 2.5 hours with me and my husband during our first consultation (the other doctor at the other clinic had a nurse come get him after 45 minutes even though we paid for an hour) and during that consult, he performed an ultrasound that found something the other doctor should have found at the very beginning and did not. At that time, rather than jumping into the cycle, Dr. Garzo put me on a strict diet and certain medication to treat polycystic ovaries hoping that would improve my egg quality. He took the time to figure out what we needed to do (everyone is different) and spent 10 months with us before doing the actual transfer, which was a success! 2 years later, I just had another transfer done with an embryo created in the first round with them and again, it was a success. The cost of trying to start a family is high and can be very stressful on the individuals and a marriage, but when you have the right doctor and embryologists who really care and take the time to figure out the issue, its worth every penny! I now have a beautiful 2 year old daughter and a son on the way - could not be happier!
We started our journey with Dr. Duleba last June. We had discussed our options and decided to go through with single embryo frozen transfer due to the best success rates. Throughout the entire process Dr. Duleba and his nurses, as well as the entire staff were very helpful, very knowledgeable and very easy to reach. There were no spaces for questions with this team, everything was always answered in a timely manner. In January this year we went through with our transfer and now we are 13 weeks pregnant! We could not be more happy! Thanks to this place we will finally realize our dream to be parents! We will be forever thankful for all that Dr. Duleba and his staff has done for us! We had our first IVF with 1 tranfer only and now we have a baby on the way and all is thanks to them!! We definitely recommend this clinic!
Believe or not, this fertility center is second to none. We are grateful to have two beautiful daughters thanks to the best care provided by Dr. Su and Nurse Sheri.
What an amazing team here! I had Dr Su and Vivian and had a great experience. We welcomed our beautiful baby girl to this world 3 months ago and I always look back to this team with gratitude!
Very grateful to be in the care of Reproductive Partners. The staff, nurses and physicians are incredibly compassionate and supportive. Thank you team ♥️
Dr Duleba made us feel like he is personally invested and goes the extra mile to help make our dreams come true. Nurse Tiffany is extremely caring, knows every little detail and ensures everything is taken care of. We are so grateful to these lovely people.
I never was a patient there and after my initial consult with them I didn’t want to be. After reading online reviews about hidden fees, outrageous billing, never seeing the same doctor, being more concerned about their success rates, and getting as much money out of you as possible, I knew this was not the place for me. I work in healthcare and I know the two factors that will guarantee success of any medical procedure are experience of the physician and personal involvement of the physician. If you are always seeing a different doctor that’s not going to happen. My initial consult was with Dr. Quaas who started quoting me statistics and basically explained after age 40 it was near impossible to get pregnant on your own. I tried to tell him I wasn’t buying that because I have a strong family history of fertility in the 40’s, but he seemed to totally disregard it. Either way, I ended up asking a coworker of mine where him and his wife went to and found an absolutely AMAZING physician and her team in Encinitas. And during the process going through IVF treatment I got pregnant on my own. So take that Dr. Quaas!
I underwent fertility preservation with RPFC-SD and my experience could not have gone any better. I chose to have my procedure with Dr. Antoni Duleba and was very happy with my decision. Dr. Duleba was kind and caring and made me feel very comfortable about my decision to freeze my eggs. He addressed all of my concerns before, during, and after the process -- I always felt supported, which was something I very much needed. My care team, from the cycle coordination to the actual procedure, was impeccable. They were gentle, compassionate, and so generous with their time. I no longer live in the area but even from the East Coast, I recommend RPFC-SD to my friends considering fertility preservation!
Amazing experience with Dr. Quaass and Robin. Whole staff is very supportive.z
Dr. Su is one of the best dr. I have seen. Very knowledgeable and passionate .
I’m not even a patient and called the office on a Sunday morning and asked if they would do me a huge favor and draw my blood. Lora was so courteous and compassionate and so were the nurses so nice and understanding of my situation when I came in for my blood draw. Dr. Agarwal agreed to do this for me which he definitely didn’t have to. I’m so so appreciative for this favor.
This is an excellent practice. Dr. Stanhiser was the best doctor I could ask for. Id highly recommend a visit.
Disrespectful rude non competent staff/nurses. Only Help to make stressful journey more stressful. What a waste of time/resources and money. Husband wanted me to switch the clinic on first few meetings only - wish had listen to him.
I tried for years to become pregnant but was never able to make it through weeks 10-12.
Honestly, I’m not sure why this place has bad reviews. I felt like the staff were so nice and courteous, quick to respond to any questions and I felt like my physician (Dr Agerwal) is truly best in class! Highly recommend this place and Dr Agerwal for any fertility treatment.
I havent finished my exams etc but so far I like it im trying to have a baby Im looking forward to this journey thank you to the team of reproductive partners fertility
Horrible place to work with. Lied to me that they were UC affiliates, which they are not. They then billed me multiple times. The front desk employees are also rude, and terrible at their jobs. This process is already stressful, do not go here. It will only compound this process.
Great place. Good success! We got a beautiful little girl who’s now 7.
The Patient care from Embryologist-Wei was great and I highly recommend this center for the fertility services
I recommend this clinic to everyone! Dr. Flores was incredible and I am so grateful to the team.
Amazing staff & clinic! Would recommend to anyone facing infertility.
Thank you Dr Garzo and team! We are forever grateful for your expertise and big hearts. Our little is 6 already!!
I was happy with my experience with Reproductive Partners.
Literally making dreams come true.
I did not have a good experience here and do cannot recommend RPMG.
The staff is really nice.
