As an employee of COMC for nearly 3 years, I can honestly say that this organization is truly out to aid the community! We offer a variety of services at very low rates, in addition to an on-site pharmacy!! Come see us!

Upon arrival, I saw that I had to park in the BofA lot because the lot was filled with food trucks and a dj. The waiting room was empty (shouldve been the first red flag). I went in for a blood test, Rx refills and most importantly a referral for a cardiologist. The doctor came in (a BMA named Dr. Clark) and was VERY soft spoken and began asking me questions about my previous job and what position I was in and what department?? After a few seconds of asking non-relative questions, he said he would send someone in for an EKG. After waiting about 25 minutes, he came back in and never had the EKG done. He then said he already sent my Rx and that he, and get this, he wanted a chest x-ray and stress test done and that I would have to wait a week for a referral??? First off, its the cardiologists job to order whatever THEY want, not the PCP, and second a referral is supposed to just be printed out at the front. It turned out the person in charge of the referrals left and no one knew how to print a referral???? So in the hour or so that I was there for, Ive accomplished nothing. VERY inexperienced staff and doctors, unprofessional demeanor and environment, unknowledgeable and just plain old ghetto neighborhood. Never again.

There is ALWAYS an issue and its frustrating that the case managers are barely available and when they are, sometimes they are useless. Its unnerving how every month there is something and you always find out at the last minute and have to run all over town to get this and that when IF someone from the facility wouldve told you sooner instead of the last minute, it couldve been done. Had I known it was THIS difficult, I wouldve NEVER came here in the first place. My suggestion - go somewhere else.

Dont go here unless you want to die a slow agonizing death. There is never a real Dr to see only a physician assistant. She had me on so many unnecessary meds. What a mistake this place was.

Rude, condescending, narcissistic employees who talk down to and then threaten to withhold medical help. I definitely feel that Medicare and Medicaid need to know how patients are being treated
