Absolutely incompetent company. We bought 2 products from them via 2 orders: one order from their web-site, the second from eBay. They sent the EBay order but didn’t sent the order made via web-site. When we questioned them, they kept providing a tracking link to EBay order despite the fact that we had 2 separate transactions for different amounts of moneyThanks for your reply. We sent an email to the below address for your further investigation because the tracking number you provided below refers exactly to our purchase via eBay rather than a purchase via your web-site.
