I had high hopes for them based on some word-of-mouth recommendations and decided to take the Google reviews with a grain of salt. Wrong choice. I made an appointment originally to see the doctor in June for an annual and to discuss other health items. It was cancelled by the office a couple of weeks before because the doctor was going to be out the week of my appointment. How they didnt know that in advance I am unsure but thats what they said. I was forced to schedule another appointment even further out from my original appointment (which was originally scheduled months out). Less than 2 hours before my second rescheduled appointment, they cancelled AGAIN! I refused to reschedule for yet another time several more weeks out and went to a new doctor. They were able to squeeze me in fairly quickly and I was actually able to go this time without a cancellation. Would NOT recommend this place! Find someone who cares about their patients and values their time
I have been coming to Cornerstone for 35 years and have witness the quality of care go downhill. I am now expecting my first grandchild and my daughter’s oversight and care with her first pregnancy is not impressive. So disappointed , the clinic needs to concentrate on quality care of patients and not worry about expanding and growing their business. Greed is the root of all evil!Update , new doctor overseeing my daughter’s pregnancy ordered another ultrasound, this one is more accurate and they are cancelling induction!
Cornerstone Clinic for Women is absolutely amazing! I’ve been in healthcare for 22 years and have never seen a group of people work so hard for the comfort and care of their patients. From the front desk to the physicians, everyone is smiling, happy to help, and keeps everything flowing smoothly. I have never waited for my appointment time or felt rushed. I’ve seen my physician, her PA, lab, mammography, front desk and checkout ladies. Every single person has been wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic, I know I’ll never choose another clinic over them. They know how to take care of people!
Showed up at 1:08 for mammogram and annual. Thought my annual was 1st so I had to use the restroom. Went to the restroom came out and was ready for my mammogram just for them to tell me they canceled it because I had to use the restroom and I was 8 minutes late. No one ever mentioned to me I couldn’t be seen until I took my IPad back to the receptionist. The ladies in the back just said it take 5 minutes and we will have to see people ahead of you and will call you back. Get to the window for Lenelle to say you have to reschedule. No empathy or nothing no understanding nothing. She can’t love her job if she doesn’t understand I have 2 appointments today with this office and had to use the restroom. I like my doctors that’s why I’m still here.
I WOULD NOT recommend care from this facility, especially from Dr. Kristen Bracy. After expressing my concerns about taking birth control and the trouble I had with consistently taking it, I came to her requesting her support on paperwork that would help me to gain disability accommodations at my job, which would put me in a different department that is less physically demanding and near a restroom due to the pain of endometriosis and urinary incontinence I experience. She rudely stated, Im not signing anything for you because youre refusing treatment! You just want disability so you dont have to work! These nasty, ableist comments were incredibly inappropriate, unnecessary and traumatizing coming from a medical professional. No patient EVER deserves this treatment.
Disgusting excuse for a medical professional. I went into the clinic to have my IUD removed because I was having issues with it. Lisa Grummer tried to make it look like I was having post partum psychosis and threatened to call DHS and have my babies taken away if I didnt comply with her 3 day treatment plan. I had a 6 week old baby and a 2 year old that I was breastfeeding. And again I went it to have my IUD removed. She is a rude bully!!! After an hour of arguing with her, I finally got to speak to an actual doctor. He told her she was exaggerating the reasons why I wanted the IUD out and he told me I could leave. I went straight to a different clinic and had the IUD removed.I had been using this clinic since 2009, this happened in 2016. I never went back. Sad because I loved Dr brehnamin and Dr sellers.Im shocked to find out this Lisa still has a job there. Terrible, terrible person.
I would not recommend my worst enemy to APN Rachel Ashcraft. While her staff was kind and helpful she was cold and uncaring. Not only did she not seem to take my personal feelings into account in treatment or bedside manner. She also pushed for a procedure I did not want and even after tests showed I was not eligible for that procedure never informed me of abnormal results and continued to insist the procedure was the most rational choice no matter my feelings or concerns. I am just thankful I was scheduled with a true professional at the same clinic. Hope others have better interactions with her but sure would not recommend her for even trivial matters.
I’ve been using Cornerstone for almost 20 years now. Dr. Simmons was my doctor originally until he retired. I never thought I’d have another as good as he was, but I’ve been seeing Dr. Amaya for a few months and she is just as amazing as Dr. Simmons. Believe me that’s quite the compliment bc he was truly great at what he did. She listens, she was very thorough with figuring out my issues, she makes you feel like an actual person and not just another appointment to collect on. I was surprised the rating was so low for this clinic, but I can understand some of the complaints. And I’ve never used the urgent care side for anything so I can’t speak for that experience. But what I do know is if you are looking for an OBGYN you won’t be disappointed with Dr. Amaya. She’s great!
The first time I came here was for UTI but I was worried about possible STD because of cheating partner. Literally could hear all the nursing staff talking about it. Saying oh her bf cheated so she wants to get checked out, etc. Very unprofessional gave them another chance and same thing. Very unprofessional place!! Will never return unless I just have to for urgent reasons.
I saw an APRN back on May 15, 2024 and was taking off the Premarin (small dosage) that I had been taking since 2006, with no complications and was placed on estradiol and progesterone. I suffered a stroke on May 29th and was immediately taken off of the estradiol and progesterone. I tried getting back in to see a doctor but I was no longer comfortable. The tone of the nurse and appointment representatives was if this was normal.Since being wrongly treated at this clinic, I learned the progesterone was not needed for me since I have no uterus to protect against cancer of tge uterus lining.
Having been to the urgent care side of the clinic twice with no resolution, Im grateful that I was able to get a follow up with Heather Jones. She was willing to take time, as much as needed, to obtain my medical history and work out a plan (with notes for me to keep as review) for my issues which are multiple. She was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and eased my concerns.I feel blessed to have found her! I wouldnt hesitate to offer my recommendation.
I just started coming here this year and every appointment Ive been to they were amazing. They were sensitive to my needs and actually listened when I talked. I absolutely love this place.
I’ve had one full pregnancy experience here and Dr. Anderson and her nurses are wonderful. However, during my second pregnancy, I experienced complications and it ended in miscarriage. Throughout the process of my miscarriage, I had to come in for several ultrasounds and lab work over the span of a few weeks (first to confirm miscarriage, then follow ups to make sure everything was healing properly, etc.). Every appointment during this emotional time was awkward because clearly no note that this pregnancy was now a miscarriage was anywhere in my file… every check in I was told to see the financial advisor after my appointment so I could go over how much my delivery would be (which wasn’t going to happen anymore), the ultrasound techs seemed to have no clue about the situation going on, and we even had some staff tell us “congratulations” while walking us back to our room to wait for the doctor. I know they meant well, but I feel like with as common as miscarriage is, there’s got to be something that can be done to be more appropriate during this emotional time for people. It’s awkward to keep having to explain that you’ve had a miscarriage to healthcare providers that should probably know that before seeing you..? Leslie Chambers, who is a nurse for Dr. Anderson, was probably the brightest spot of this experience at Cornerstone. She always answered my questions, was sympathetic and caring, and always called back in a timely manner whenever I called her.Overall, I feel like it couldn’t be that hard to note on my file that I miscarried to avoid the awkward encounters at the front desk and with other staff.
I can’t believe some of the bad reviews on here. Every single person I interacted with from check in to seeing my provider were so sweet and caring! I was a little nervous about my appointment as I was being seen for perimenopause issues and Dr Amaya really listened and took time to make sure I understood everything. I think that was the only medical appointment that I have ever been to where I looked forward to going back!
I was having a lot of discomfort. Baptist, and all the other clinics take forever to see you. This clinic allows walk ins. The check in was flawless. The staff was compassionate and friendly. The forms are on a little computer they give to you when you sit down. They come out and get you within 15 minutes to go back and do blood pressure, and give you a cup for a sample. I waited a very little amount of time to see a NP. She was amazing. Her name was Katherine, and she is there for urgent visits. She found one of the reasons I was feeling really awful. I highly recommend this clinic, and will be returning. Women really need a same day service, and LR is lucky to have this clinic. Also, there are NO scents/fragrances like glade etc, that drive me insane. All very pleasant.
When I first came to Cornerstone Women’s clinic I had a good experience. This changed after I had lab and test done and no one called me about my results I had to call them. Found out later I had some serious issues going on that my nurse nor doctor cared to disclose with me . This clinic have nurses and doctors who don’t value all patients in the same manner. They failed to proper diagnosis me and make me aware of my options . This behavior is unacceptable . They clinic needs to do better when it comes down to properly diagnosing patients because every patient deserves the right to know their health status & receive the best care possible. Failing to properly diagnose or inform a patient about their health is a liability and crime . I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone .
Though my physician, Dr. Livers, has been a great doctor, I have decided to switch offices after having a poor experience at Baptist LR and with Dr. Sellers during my labor and delivery. Obviously I had no control over who was on call that day but I am very disappointed from the care I received by Dr. Sellers. I was very surprised because I had met him twice prior to my delivery and those experiences in the office were very pleasant. To summarize my L&D experience, my hospital nurse tried to break my water during a cervical exam without my consent and I was threatened by the nurses that Dr. Sellers would give me a c section if I didn’t take pitocin (among other issues like a nursing student being brought into the room against my wishes). While all this was going on and I was being told I was close to having a c section, not ONCE did Dr. Sellers come to check on me or explain what was going on while I was in labor (or talk about options, or the supposed c section I was going to have, etc.) I didn’t even see him until 20 minutes before my baby was born, in the middle of pushing. Later while in postpartum recovery I had a very tearful conversation with him which included me explaining what had happened with the nurses and expressing how traumatizing my experience was. He informed me that I wasn’t actually a candidate for a c section at that time (directly contradicting what the nurses were telling me) which indicates there was at minimum a communication problem between him and the nurses. Dr. Sellers also seemed very concerned about the nurse who tried to break my water and said that he would get the L&D nurse manager for me to have that addressed. He never did and I was discharged without ever seeing her. When I called her to discuss what happened, she informed me that Dr. Sellers had never contacted her. This is super grieving considering how obviously distraught I was during our conversation. I understand he could have been busy that day but he didn’t follow through with what he said he would do. You would think after doing the bare minimum (literally just showing up to catch the baby, stitching me up, and then leaving) that he would have no problem taking 5 minutes out of his day to do that.I’d also like to mention that while he was repairing a tear, I could feel him suturing me and when I mentioned it he said it was normal. Looking back I definitely think he should have offered me local anesthetic while stitching me up.If you are considering Cornerstone for OB care, unfortunately I can’t help but to suggest you seek another office and hospital.
April in the billing department was so nice, helpful, and easy to work with. She helped give me suggestions and was so pleasant on the phone. ❤️❤️❤️
Terrible customer service to the point of verbal abuse. Don’t go to this clinic if you are overweight. I declined to be weighed and the doctor forced me to tell her my weight anyway, and then without knowing anything about me, immediately recommended weight loss surgery. I tried to shut down the conversation for twenty minutes and she kept badgering me to talk to her about weight loss, not stopping even when I said I had other professionals helping me with it and I only wanted to talk about my gyno health today. Then she put me on a BC prescription that is out of network and costs $$$ without a coupon. It’s a hassle every time I get it and is still expensive with the coupon. I sent a message to their contact form about the experience and they essentially said they will continue to badger me about weight loss in the future. If you want fatphobic doctors that don’t listen to you, sign up here.
I took my daughter to this clinic and Her Gyno is Dr. Amyris and Lizzy is her nurse. Very pleased with the front desk all around to the side. Peaceful my daughter is gratful we found your clinic and its well worth the drive from pine bluff. Keep up your greatness in femal ❤ ❤ care!
Taryn King in the urgent care clinic was extremely dismissive of my symptoms, did not examine me, talked over me, and tried to convince me that I didn’t need an ultrasound before finally admitting she couldn’t provide an ultrasound due to the clinic being understaffed. When I heard back from my OB (who practices in another clinic) and described my symptoms, she sent me to the ER. It’s no wonder our maternal mortality rate is so high when providers like Taryn King would prefer to gaslight patients, rather than treat them or refer them to a higher level of care when needed.
Dr.Matthew Sellers and his staff did an awesome job. He explained step by step what my options were. He never made me feel rushed like a lot of doctors do. He made sure if I had any questions or concerns he took the time to answer them. Thank you for helping me get on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend him.
Today I saw Dr Breniman at Cornerstone Clinic. I was very nervous and almost canceled my appointment. I have a phobia of medical procedures that I have been working on but its a process. My regular OBGYN knows me well & recommended Dr Breniman. Thinking about and talking about a possible surgery gives me anxiety. With that being said; I had a wonderful experience with Cornerstone. Everyone was nice & professional. Dr Brenimans nurse Sheila was easy to talk to and very kind. Dr Breniman was very thorough and calm. He took time to explain everything to me, took notes, showed me pictures, and answered questions. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him! I left today feeling more at ease about my future.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. They done no diagnostics on my wife just asked a few questions and told her a prescription medicine she could try for her back pain but never called any in. I don’t recommend this place. You could probably get better help and advice at Walgreens or Walmart pharmacies. They didn’t do any blood work or scans. And don’t know why she is in pain. Didn’t even care to figure out.
Fantastic clinic and staff. Ive been a patient there, with the same Dr, for over 20 years. HOWEVER, just called to schedule an apt and was informed since I havent been in the past 3 years, I was now considered a new patient any my Dr. is not accepting new patients. VERY disappointing. Even my daughter is a patient there.
I suppose this is a women’s clinic, and they would be able to take care of women after hours as well. I have no issue with the doctors. However , I’ve came here previously with no issues! They refused to be see me ! Not only that but the front staff is rude not understanding and really don’t care to work with you. I called to see when they would take their LAST patient they said 5:30 and I arrived at 4:30 and was still refused to be seen !
Due to negligence of a receptionist, I was unable to have the 3D ultrasound that I booked 2 months in advance. She booked it on a day that the 3D technician wasnt there. I missed my 28-32 week window, and Im upset about it. The next available appt was 18 days later, putting me over at 34 weeks. I have no issues with the multiple doctors and nurses I encounter. I had issues with multiple appointments needing to be rescheduled, my primary nurse being unavailable, and the receptionists who made my initial and subsequent appointments difficult to schedule. This place is a disappointment and just pumping out as many customers as possible to get paid. I feel zero Godly love or energy from this institution.
Never had any issues. I see Dr. Singleton and he is a great Dr. The clinic is nice and clean. The appointments are far out but had no issues personally, before birth or follow ups. Nurses are very nice as well. I will say though that Dr Livers is terrible. I was mentally doing bad after birth and he just seemed mentally preoccupied and didnt say much. I felt very alone with him as my aftercare Dr. I wouldve at least liked reassurance that it was hormonal and not me losing my mind. I didnt know about the hormonal drops following birth and thought I was dying or something, probably the sleep deprivation.
Honestly. I have no problems with the doctors at all. I’ve been going here for 4 years and never had a problem with them specifically. But my main issues are the front staff and how rude they are. They constantly have attitudes with you like it’s our fault that they have to work that day. Wont even acknowledge the fact that you’re standing there to either check in or check out and if they don’t feel like checking you in, they’ll tell you to go to the next person beside them
Not going to lie, I was hesitant on coming here after reading the reviews. But made the leap anyway & Im glad I did. I see Dr. Anderson and PA Lexi. Extremely please with the care Ive receive from them both. The staff has been nothing but helpful and kind to me.
Their clinic is A+. Ive gone several times and the ARPNs, RNs and staff are all so sweet & very thorough. They really are patient and all of them listen to you. Youre not rushed. They truely care!
I’ve come here for about 7 years and up until a year ago it was just for annuals. I promised myself I’d leave a review after I had my baby. I’ve referred several friends/fam here as well and they love the clinic. While the reception is hectic and it’s hard to get through for appointments or to leave a message, I still ultimately always was able to get what I needed. My only other complaint is that the billing department was slow so the deductible I paid up front was due to be refunded and that was a slight inconvenience, as was getting STDisability paperwork. The staff though is wonderful and DR. ANDERSON was a godsend. She took exceptional care of me and I had major issues. Most importantly though, I truly believe she cared which is a rare thing these days in any profession. I also love that it is a Christian oriented place. Baptist Hospital in LR treated me like a queen also. I would go here a million times over again to have a baby.
At this point i give this clinic a 1star. I like the look and feel of the clinic. The upfront staff are friendly. However my Doctor is the problem. I was told that he was one of the best, however after seeing him a few times i am left terrified about my upcoming delivery. Each time i leave there i am in tears on the ride home because, i dont know what is going on with me health wise. I asked him a few questions that werent answered. I voiced my concerns and it was clear that my concerns didnt matter. He seems to be in a rush to leave the room. At this point I am feeling like what am i paying for because I am not getting the care that I should be getting. I am thinking of just going with no more prenatal care until i go into labor why pay a doctor for work he is not doing. I would rather keep my over 300 a month. And save my insurance from being charged for care i am not getting. I even found out my neighbor uses him and she loves him saying he talks to her etc, but he doesnt to me maybe its my face i dont know. But feel i should at least be treated with the same level of care.
I cant say enough to do this clinic justice. Everyone from the scheduling personnel to the doctors themselves are super nice, very helpful, and all around wonderful. The Christian atmosphere is a welcomed and very much needed change in todays society. This clinic and the people within are a priceless jewel and I am so thankful for the friend that referred me to this clinic. They are very thorough and proactive. They really listen to you and seem to have a better safe than sorry way of doing things. It is a wonderful experience and thats saying something because as a woman this isnt usually an appointment that we look forward to. I feel like I am in good hands here and dont have a problem referring any woman to this clinic. I have been seeing Lindsey Galloway and she is just wonderful!! I am proud of the Christian presence that this place has bravely made public, its not always a welcomed stance in the business world today, but I am so proud to have found a Christian environment that is comforting that I can come to and feel welcomed from the moment I walk through the door.
Customer service was terrible. I was quoted a self pay price before scheduling and charged $50.00 more at check-in. Mind you, nothing was noted in my appointment confirmation email of any changes to my fees-noting only to bring my payment. The response I received when asking about this was that prices went up a couple of weeks ago, how are you paying it today.Following my appointment I called the billing department to discuss this. Unfortunately, she responded just as unsympathetically as the check-in staff stating that you paid it and could have just rescheduled it. I asked to speak with a supervisor who I was transferred to a voicemail, with no return call.
I came here a few years ago(after being given rave reviews) & my experience has always bugged me. The ultrasound tech was awful! She forgot to turn on the tv so my husband could see the baby (I didnt want to see-i wanted to be surprised later)…she got upset that the front desk staff let me come in for a gender scan at 17 weeks & said “Im going to have to have a talk with them” (awkward 😬). … & then was flustered because her radio kept going in and out. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable! I immediately switched over to Baptist & got amazing care!
Terrible can never get in to see your provider. Can’t speak to anyone the same day either. Don’t bother they do not care.
I love love love this clinic. Ive been using them for about 7 years or so now. Dr. Anderson and her team are wonderful. Ive had to see a few of the APNs as well and they have all been fantastic. Of course with a busy clinic you will have issues but even with wait times and sometimes trying to stay on hold to speak to someone I will never go anywhere else.
My wife was 10 weeks pregnant when she started to experience miscarriage symptoms. We didn’t know it at the time. She was going through extreme pain and started bleeding on a Friday evening. I contacted Corner Stone Women Clinic for my wife to see a doctor at 0900 on Saturday. The receptionist told me that all the doctors were booked and that a nurse would exam my wife and do lab work on her. They did a lab work on her on Saturday. No doctor examine her. No explanation on what to expect. Simply fill out paper work, blood work and leave. The nurse did told my wife that I would can a call on Monday for the result. My wife experienced more pain on Sunday and more bleeding on Monday morning. I called the clinic to check on the result at 0800 (Opening hour) on Monday morning. I had to wait exactly 43 minutes before I could speak to a nurse, Nurse Autumn (spell phonetically). Autumn told me that she doesn’t have the result yet. She would call me when she gets the result and she would talk about seeing a doctor then. I waited until 1530 on Monday. No calls. I called in at 1530 and had to wait until 1615 before I could speak to a nurse. The nurse told me that Autumn had left early for the day. I asked the nurse on my wife’s results. She told me there was nothing on the lab result and that she needed to draw blood for another lab test. I told her that my wife was going through a lot of pain, could a doctor exam her? The nurse told me no doctors were available and that she could fit my wife in for an ultra sound. I asked her what the closing hour for the clinic is, she assured me the clinic opens until 1800 and that my wife just need to enter through the Urgent Care entrance. My wife arrived at 1655, all the staff members were unpleasant. The nurse that did the lab work was rough on my wife. After the lab work, they told my wife to check out. I called in again to ask about the ultra sound and asked for a doctor. The receptionist told me there was a miscommunication, all the ultra sound staff already left. I told her that my wife was experiencing a lot of pain, everybody in my family was nervous. Everybody was emotional (anger). I told the receptionist to please ask for somebody to check up on my wife. I literally beg for two minutes before she walked to the back of the office. When she came back, my wife was accepted for an ultra sound. It seemed that everybody was unpleasant this day. The nurse was rough too. She did not advise my wife on a position to be in, forcefully inserted the ultra sound device in my wife. She experienced more discomfort afterward. No result from the ultra sound. At this point, my entire family was nervous. Parents from both sides, uncles, aunts, grandparents…everybody was angry. WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. NO COMFORT FROM NURSES, NO DOCTOR SEEN. That same Monday evening (around midnight), we had to transport my wife to an emergency room. The doctor at the emergency room told my wife and family that she had a miscarriage. I understand that this is an unfair rating for the doctors who work here as we did not get a chance to see them. I am in the military and I was having an assignment at another state. I had to listen to the pain my wife was going through over the phone. Thank you Corner Stone Women Clinic for taking care of my wife and the absolute agony my family had to go through. I am not writing this to undermine the clinic’s practice. I am writing this so that future patients can avoid our mistakes. I am sure that there are people who have good experience here. If you are reading this, congratulations on your new child but please beware. Feel free to contact me if any of the above is confusing.
I love going here going simply because of APRN Rachel Ashcraft and her nurse Nicole Otisi. When I say I LOVE them. They since I’ve been going to the clinic has always kept an upbeat attitude. Never have I came in and they were anything but kind, friendly, and understanding. You can never tell if they are having a bad day. These are two women who genuinely care.I would also like to give flowers my ladies in the the lab. Takeesha and Krystal are like Kobe and LeBron, it ain’t the same when one ain’t in the game lol, but seriously. These two ladies also have the best of attitudes and genuinely care about the patient well being as well. You can’t help but to be happy when your with them. I’ll come from crying with Rachel to laughing with Krystal and Takeesha. So thank you Rachel, Nicole, Krystal, Takeesha for all that you do.
This is the absolute best doctors group I have ever visited. They respond to all my requests in a very timely manner. They take me seriously and listen to my concerns. I love Dr. Manley! I’m so thankful I found this place!
I was followed here for care. During the majority of my pregnancy visits I did not see my doctor or any doctor for that matter. Most of my appointments were with a nurse practitioner. Also, despite my constant expressed anxiety about complications, I was sent home over and over after being told there was nothing wrong. All my symptoms were valid and I ended up having complications during pregnancy that were related to my earlier symptoms. All in all, office is clean, friendly and religious with high standard of care. Very flexible with payment options. Would have felt better had I seen my doctor throughout pregnancy rather than nurse practitioner.
So I am updating my reviews about this clinic. My previous concerns have been addressed and recently when I need med refills or related issues the phone person and nurse were speedy and right on! And the doctor is definitely the first class. They all earned my highest regard and reviews!!!
If you are visiting the clinic first time, ask the staff at the front desk about every bill that you will owe before or after visiting. I asked about the additional bill but they didn’t tell me anything, so over $500 was charged unexpectedly. If they told me like “ the lab test would be separately charged later. I am new here. I have never been to Women clinic because I have been healthy. When I called the clinic to hear about it, the staff was so rude because she didn’t want to listen to the patient, and she explained her own things. I felt that the lady was extremely unprofessional !
For the most part everyone is really nice, but every time I’ve come to see my actually Doctor I’ve always had to wait several hours to be seen. Surprisingly when I’ve used the urgent care or seen a nurse practitioner instead, it’s been fairly quick. My doctor is thorough and listens to all of my concerns, but it would be nice to be able to be seen on time and leave within a reasonable time.
So my fiancee is 10 weeks pregnant and during the ultrasound they couldnt find the heartbeat. The doctor said she was 100% sure that we are going to have a miscarriage. But after doing more research at home my fiancee and I found out that with the type of ultrasound they were using it is common for the ultrasound tech to not find the heartbeat at 10 weeks. Sometimes it takes up to week 14.after that appointment my fiancee was so depressed she wouldnt eat or drink anything. All she did was cry. So I did some research because I had remembered reading somewhere that they may not find the heartbeat at the 10-12 week appointment. I even asked the doctor is it possible for them to find the heartbeat at a later than 10 weeks into the pregnancy and she said no, probably not. I honestly would not wish this place on my worst enemy. By telling us that they were 100% about us having a miscarriage could have caused more stress that my fiances body could have handled, and if I hadnt done the research for my fiancee she could have had a miscarriage. But it is 5 days after the appointment and she has had no signs of a miscarriage, and seems perfectly healthy. They cause a ton of unnecessary stress that could have been avoided.
Being that this is my first pregnancy , Dr.Anderson made me feel so calm during every appointment and takes all of my concerns seriously ! I don’t really like that , I’m never able to talk to my doctor until an appointment though .. the nurses are great , hearing from your actual doctor is more soothing though . However , Thus far , I’ve had a great experience with the clinic !
I absolutely do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was having pains during my pregnancy and each visit they overlooked it and said I was fine. I had an appointment and the next day I was in the emergency room suffering from a miscarriage. I was later informed that if they would have caught it in time I could have taken preventative measures to save my baby. They didnt even call after I lost the baby. I never heard from them again. Long story short I will never go back to this place. I must say that the ultrasound techs were awesome though.
Amazing! Dr. Anderson is so sweet and understanding. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and address every one of them. Her nurses are great too! They are very welcoming and hilarious!
The doctors, nurses, and techs are some of the most caring people my wife and i have met. We went through one miscarriage there and they were caring throughout the entire process. My wife is currently 6 months pregnant and the doctors have been great to see thus far. I am withholding one star because the office staff was about as rude as possible.
Ive had nothing but great experiences with this clinic for the past 10 years. Dr. Singleton is the best. He takes his time to listen to any concerns I have. All of the staff has been very friendly and perfessional as well.
Everything about them is amazing. I’ve had issues for a couple years and kept telling my previous gyno my concerns and of course she’d always say my test were fine. I finally came here two months ago and Dr.Chandler found every known issue all after the 1st appt!! She talked about my concerns and has kept up to date every couple weeks with my appointments. I couldn’t be happier anywhere else!
If I could give this clinic zero stars, I absolutely would. Like other reviewers said, it’s an updated &clean facility but that’s about it. I can complain about the lack of good patient service but that was not the most concerning thing to me. I was most concerned about those who were in charge of my health recommendations. First off, I never actually saw the doctor for hormonal imbalance concerns and instead only saw a nurse practitioner. I should’ve taken that as the biggest red signal. Instead, I was rushed and pressured into doing a $200 out of pocket salivary hormonal test that I had to perform at home. I found that odd considering there are so many factors that could go wrong with the testing versus doing it in a controlled environment. Then, I received my result and went back to discuss it once again, with a nurse practitioner and NOT a doctor. The NP prescribed a progesterone because she noted that my progesterone was too low. So I stupidly listened and started taking it. Next thing you know, I fainted because guess what? Turns out, this NP prescribed me too much progesterone which made me faint and hit my head on a table. Went to a different gynecologist doctor (emphasis on the fact that I actually saw a doctor and not NP) and she was baffled at how I was given progesterone while I was already on such a high progesterone birth control. She said that these salivary tests are not very accurate and that prescribing progesterone was the reason I fainted and that it was not the best recommendation. Overall, my point is, please don’t go here if you’re really concerned about getting good women’s healthcare because you will not get it here. Save your money and find an actual gynecologist who will see you and not just a nurse practitioner.
I got referred from Baptist emergency room to mr. Michael seller but on my first call his nurse was very rude and rushing. I let her know Im high risk patient She said that dont mean he gone take me as a patient rudely. And he gone need my information from uams before mr.seller could review my case. I asked how to get a release of information or how to turn it in she got very rushative and seemed irritated by my questioning. I never turned it in or released my info because I was already on the fence of not going. Because of poor representation of this clinic a week ago. Well, today dec 23rd I got a call from the clinic informing me that they reviewed my case she never told me why but Im guessing based upon my emergency visit he would not take me as a patient. I didnt even bother calling back to ask why. Im glad though cuz if that treat their patient like that over the phone. I definitely can do without their service. I thought by other reviews this clinic was great. But it took my own personal experience to see its not all the hype AT ALL. THEY NEED TO TEACH THEIR NURSES HOW TO BE MORE KIND WHEN ANSWERING THE PHONE FIRST IMPRESSION IS EVERYTHING.!!!
Very disappointed in the Doctor I had at cornerstone clinic, Dr. Chandler. She could never remember what I was there for from one appointment to the next, did not even open or check my test results before she performed 2 surgeries on me, and was inconsiderate, arrogant, rude, and ignorant. After seeing multiple doctors after her, Ive discovered she did many things wrong and was basically a waste of my time. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Also, if you call needing to speak to someone about surgical complications, be prepared not receive a call back until the next or maybe not even at all. They also do not call you when you get test results in, even if they results show that you have something seriously wrong because THEY DO NOT EVEN CHECK THEM until you call them 4+ times. It was a horrible experience all around, and I gave them every single chance to make it right.
Their execution of business is completely rude, inflexible, and not patient friendly. The financial & business offices are extremely hard to work with and condescending. They are a busy clinic and they make that obvious by treating you as just another number. The doctors are great, but its not worth the hassle of having to deal with this clinic.
Too hard to get in contact with. I have been calling for weeks & can’t get through on the phone. This clinic was good but the focus went from quality to quantity. Extremely frustrating & they won’t actually treat issues they just give you more birth control.. horrible clinic. Horrible experience.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They were very attentive to me and my needs during my pregnancy. A nurse by the name of Lydia even presented to the hospital to visit my son and I after my delivery. She was an outstanding person and I can gladly say, I now call her friend!
My wife has been under the care of Cornerstone clinic for all three of our children, as well as a miscarriage. The doctors have been excellent. From being patient in answering not only my wifes question (she has a Masters in Molecular Biology, so she has high end questions) to answering my questions (I do not have a Masters in anything, so low end questions with cheesy humor) . Through all three we had Dr. Matthew Sellers and could not have asked for a better OB-GYN. I would recommend Cornerstone and Dr. Seller to anyone.---We have now had 4 with Dr. Sellers and again could not have asked for better.
I had a bad experience three years ago and after seeing a different gynecologist I was treated alot better elsewhere. Im sure they have great physicians but the one who did my exam was not pleasant.
Find another place! At first ultrasound I was able to be in the room with our two young kids. Now were back at 20 weeks for gender reveal and only one person can go in. Since we cannot leave our kids in the waiting room by themselves, me and my son had to wait outside the room. So theyve ripped me of the experience of seeing my unborn child move around and the experience of the gender reveal.
Went here for the URGENT Care as a walk-in. The check-in process took me 45 minutes, 30 alone using the digital pad. Ridiculous. The clinic is large and clean, (one star) staff were friendly. (Two stars)I had been around someone with bronchitis and most my symptoms matched but they weren’t able to check because they don’t have an X-ray machine. (What....) So don’t go here for URGENT Care that may require you to get an X-ray. As a women’s health clinic they may do better but I was disappointed overall with my visit here.
Dr. MATTHEW SELLERS is the TRUTH!!!! Hes a God fearing man and so down to earth. He listens and is very determined to be his absolute best! Lets just say I was told I could NOT have a child by so many doctors. Well Dr. Sellers kept the faith and on 12/12/2016 I had the most beautiful blessing God could have ever gifted me with a baby boy😊. God is so awesome yaw and he worked through Dr.Sellers to show me that he is still God and as long as you keep the faith he will come through! Thanks Dr. Sellers for believing in little old me😘. His profession is truly his blessing...
Excellent! This clinic is guy friendlyDr. Anderson was insightful and very compassionate about not just my wifes care but my concerns as well. The entire staff was nothing short of perfection in service. Cornerstone Clinic is an example of what all medical clinics should be.
When I met Dr. Bracy about the pain I was experiencing I was told Birth control was the only treatment for most/all reproductive health issues. Wether I had endo or ovarian cysts or something else entirely did not matter in her very own words because treatment was all the same, Birth control. There was no concern for getting to the root of my problem in order to make me feel safe or healthy. She told me Birth control would dissolve a tumor in my body if I had one and was overall just generally unconcerned. Don’t know what to say about how that made me feel. Definitely will consult another OBGYN about this. A very fancy and high tech looking office but wow I did not feel cared for.
My wife and I have had trouble with the billing office the entire time weve used their services. Our insurance changed mid-pregnancy. We notified them immediately and they dropped the ball on notifying us or what we owed of getting us to sign a payment agreement. They wont let us make payments. Not sure what well do.
I heard nothing but bad things but I called anyway...the ghetto receptionist made me realize that the community is correct and I would be a dummy to participate in being a patient at this clinic
We went here today on a Saturday to Urgeng Care. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I really liked the place and felt treated well!
Doctor is good.. but the front office is AWFUL! TERRIBLE at customer service.
I waited a long time in their financial office to see if I could afford their services. After double checking to see what the cost would be i proceeded knowing I could afford it. Several months later I received a bill in the mail that was much larger than I had expected. After calling and getting the runaround they left me a message saying they were sorry if they had been unclear but there was nothing they could do. The checkups and services I received were also of subpar standards.
I have received the best care here under Dr. Brienman. He listens to all my concerns and puts my health first. I love the front desk staff, their always happy and very helpful.
Once you get back there, this place has some very nice doctors and nurses. I waited several hours to be seen today which is rare. Sometimes they tend to over book but they delivered my youngest child and I wouldnt have it any other way if I had to do it over again.
Medical team is great but front office is awful. Phone lines are busy and people won’t call you back.
I absolutely love this place. I see Dr. Sellers and he’s the best. He’s always concerned about any issues you may have and makes sure he gives you the best care. I’m so thankful for him couldn’t have picked a better doctor
I’m scoring this place a 0 just off of their phone systems. They have a number listed on google only for you to call it and a lady is reading off a script telling you about all the things you shouldn’t do and by the time she gets around to explaining what to do about appts she’s given over 3 different numbers! Like find a way to make it short and sweet but the number that you get from the automatic system you call it and it’s another lady saying the same thing!!! ALL I WANT TO DO IS SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON TO MAKE AN APPT. IF YOUR CREW SO BADLY HATES ANSWERING THE PHONE YOU SHOULD RESULT IN ONLINE APPT SCHEDULING. TRUST ME WE DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH NASTY ATTITUDES EITHER.
There are no doctors on site on nurse practitioners . They dont understand our problems and run a bunch of unnecessary test. Just to tell you they dont know what the problem could be.... The receptionist up front are very polite for the most part.
I love Dr. Sellers but the phone system in this place to terrible. The wait time on the phone is hours. They have the worst phone system in Arkansas. It makes me want to change doctors.
The front office people are completely unprofessional! They were unwilling to work with me on anything that I needed done. I would be on hold for so long because these people didnt want to do their job and assist me! Do no waste your time here. These people dont want to even attempt to help you.
A+++++++ RATING💜LOVE💜 the care I receive here!*3-D Mammograms* Hormone SPECIALIST: 🌟Wilson, APRN 🌟*QUICK-Care (after hours)*GYN 🌟Rachel A., APRN🌟
Welp if you have united healthcare they don’t accept it. Over a $100 upfront to be seen.
LOVE Cornerstone Clinic. The front office is amazing. They are always friendly & answer questions I have. Office is beautiful as well. Highly recommend.
My wife was scheduled a c-section on 6/18/19 at 12pm, but when she arrived she was told that appointment was never scheduled. No one excepted the blame.
They are always nice and kind.
Lovely people but front desk ladies were extremely unprofessional and it pisses me off that the doctor doesn’t give out an email to contact her at if u have questions when the office is closed.
The service and the people are always great but they have never call in my meds in a timely manner either I have to wait a extra day for them or...they did not call it in and I have to continue to call to get the meds called in.
Need to wait in a queue of 9 callers just to cancel my appointment... I dont have time for that. Let me leave a message and get on with my life.
I went in with my wife to check ultrasound. The lady that took care of us. Was rude and Un friendly. She seam get the job don’t and get out.
I’m so confused how every single time I call I’m caller number 12 or higher. Literally wait for 30 minutes and still on hold. Make it make sense.
Dr. Mat Sellers Nurse is fit for nothin ,i have called her numerous times but she never returned my call, these guys just suck the blood of the patient and all they need is money without proper service
First time here, since I just moved from out of state. The place is immaculate and the staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.
If you have any emergency don’t expect a call back. Has happened to me twice now. Will not be going here for second baby.
Dr. Chandler is wonderful. Thankful for the referral and feelIike myself again.
I have heard nothing but good things about this place. Dr.Livers and his nurse Alex sound like the best people to have!!
This is an updated, clean, loving environment! These women care, and make you feel welcome and well taken care of.
I loved the personal approach my dr. had. Very friendly atmosphere.
Everyone was very nice and professional and the wait time was not long at all.
This place is the best !!! I absolutely love my doctor Jennifer Anderson! I would recommend to everyone!
I called two locations to get information on scheduling an appointment and both times Ive been treated like a medicaid victim... so sad
