The ladies that run the front desk are friendly and efficient. The doctor or nurse practitioner was less than helpful. I came in with ringing in my right ear, hearing loss and vertigo and was told that my eardrum was healthy and that all I needed was a decongestant and nasal spray. When I finally saw my regular doctor he confirmed inflammation on my eardrum and prescribed antibiotics. I wouldnt recommend this UC for anything more complicated than COVID testing.

Love this place! Was in Nepal for 42 days and needed to see if I’d trekked 55 miles in the Himalayas with a fracture in my foot. Explained the situation that I just needed an x-ray to see if I needed to go to an orthopedic surgeon or not and they got me in and out. I love that they said I didn’t need the x-ray based on my assessment (I still got it just to give my climbing mentors peace of mind). Great urgent care and I’ll use them in the future and tell my neighbors about my great experience here.The photo is just a piece of art I liked in the waiting room.

The facility is really dirty. You don’t get a private room. Smells like urine when they take you to the back. The only thing that’s separating the patients is a curtain. Was only seen by NP not a Dr.Yes, the staff was nice, but that was it. Went in for knee pain didn’t even do X-rays and said that my insurance was bad, when I’ve been to urgent cares where they do X-rays on the same day.

It’s a small urgent care I feel like they’re understaffed. But besides that the service is pretty decent.. it’s better than waiting over 5 hours in the ER…the wait isn’t long depending on how many ppl. are ahead of you. Good service

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING!!!I would give zero stars for this facility if possible. Front desk receptionist is so disrespectful and rude. Came in for a covid 19 test & ask what is the protocall with waiting inside or outside and she advised i had to wait inside. Cut to coughing kids in lobby & a 45min to an 1hour wait I decided to try finding another facilities for rapid test. After research i opted to go back to this facility. Before going back I called for update with wait time and told 1.5hrs. Still opted to try this facility. Go in request testing, feel out paper work, provide my i.d. insurance card and told to wait outside in 92+ degree weather behind the building in an alley. Now because I do not reside in California & am visiting I am only here for testing to get event clearance. My family dropped me off with the understanding I would be waiting inside until being called so they left to come get me later. Now im stranded in the heat in an alley for potentially 1.5hrs. No maam so I kindly walked back in and sat down to be kicked out to wait in the alley.I would have been okay with their process if it had been explained correctly and I had waited for a call with my family in a air conditioned car until it was my turn. I had to complain with the receptionist and then ask for a manager. Receptionist tried to refuse service which was not an option. After explaining it to the manager someone came out in less than 30min to test me and a few minutes later my negative results were delivered.

The service I experienced today was notably unprofessional and demonstrated ethical lapses. Despite arriving one hour before the scheduled closing time, I was denied assistance. A posted sign indicated that patients must arrive by 6:30 pm to receive service, yet this policy was not adhered to, highlighting a lack of consistency and respect for their own regulations.Furthermore, when seeking treatment for an outer ear infection, I was denied ear drops and instead provided with pills. Regrettably, the prescribed antibiotics did not alleviate my condition, and my ear infection persists.

I really dont understand the bad reviews on this business. A lot goes a long way with politeness and kindness. You usually get treated how you treat people. If youre kind, patient and articulate, it goes a long way toward getting good care from medical professionals and treatment by people in general. They have a difficult job, and they are working with the public. Be kind.

Stay away from this trashy awful place. One, they turned away a child for a clerical error. Two, when I tried to reach a supervisor, the woman on the phone pushed me off with an email address for the supervisor. When asked, when can I call to actually speak with someone, she said shes not here. Apparently, the supervisor is not on the schedule. What lies! Lesson to me. Avoid this place when even the supervisor doesnt want to respond to customers. No point in sending an email to someone whos thought of multiple ways to evade the public.

Place is clean, friendly, and fast. They have clean pens separate from dirty ones. The doctor on hand is quick, considerate, and thorough.Much better than the ER for mid range emergencies, they have a lab, and a pharmacy next door.

Must have been an off day, but I’m beyond frustrated. Went in around 10:30 only one other woman in the waiting room and they tell me I have to wait outside to get Covid tested outside. Guy tells me I can wait in my car and they’ll call me. I wait outside over 30 mins while I watch a dozen people go in. Finally I call and ask for an update they say “oh we called your name already” so I say “well I was told to wait outside in my car and I’ll be called on the phone”. Anyways, I go in confused they do my vitals and I ask “so I was told I needed to be outside because they were going to do the test outside” the person helping me looks confused and says, “oh well I’ll ask them if they want to test you let me see if a room is open”…. Huh? Why would rooms be occupied if I was ahead of the 12 people in the lobby? Sure enough as I wait in a room I hear them treating another patient on the other side of my room. I wait for another 25 mins and finally go out to ask what I’m waiting for and he just smirks at my frustration and tells me there’s a person ahead of me. I just left because at that point they could have admitted to me they messed up and forgot about me. All I need was a Covid test and some antibiotics for this respiratory infection. Never again. I’d rather wait in an ER.

The Dr and staff are courteous and skilled. As with most urgent care facilities, they can have long wait times. Try to go early in the morning when they open.

Coming in to offset the poor reviews. Everyone was kind, from front desk to doctor on staff. I was in and out fairly quickly after having some tests done. Certainly never fun going to urgent care but I had a good experience here.

Ive never had a practitioner be so aggressive with his tone and behavior telling me multiple times he didnt have to see me. Im appaulled by this type of unprofessionalism. Ive been coming to this facility since 2016 never have had a problem nor approached by any other practitioner in that way his name is Sean Lee. It was a Friday that I felt horrible with my sinuses as I went there I was told I had to wait for a COVID test which of course I questioned as to why? There was a patient in front of me who had all symptoms of COVID and was seen in the waiting room and I had to wait outside. I waited around 2 hrs or so to be seen yet I was told the wait time was 15 to 30mins. Nurse practitioner Sean overheard my conversation with my husband over the phone me saying to my husband I was finally going to get seen and started questioning me what was I saying? (To my husband) very much unprofessional. He than told me he didnt have to see me but since I waited I could still get seen? He went on five times letting me know in an aggressive tone he had 51 patients before me which was around 12:35 in the afternoon very frustrated that for him I was the one being aggressive with my tone. It was a very uncomfortable situation which he at the end of the visit said to me sarcastically ( but thanks for waiting) and left the patient room. Never have I ever been treated with such a unprofessional provider who than flagged me as aggressive not to be able to be seen in the facility again. ( Never was I told of his actions) so I went today Sunday to get seen since after seeing him having a fever of 101 at high risk pregnancy worried about my babys health, waited patiently just to be told I wasnt able to get seen because of this practitioner. Thank God Chris the front desk and the wonderful practitioner on Sunday still made it work to see me.I would love for Reddy to fix this situation and not let any practitioner make me nor anyone else feel intimidated by their position. Thank you

I came here as a first timer. I was told that the dr. will be going to lunch & will be back at 1:45pm. I was fine with waiting & went to lunch as well. I come back around 1:46pm. I was told to wait again. At 2:20pm, I get called in. But it was only to get my vitals checked & will be placed back into the waiting room. I asked how much longer, I was told that the dr is really running behind & that I won’t be seen til about 3pm. Unbelievable! Horrible service & horrible time management.

I waited in line for a total of 5 hours. I asked the lady beforehand if she could check my insurance and she declined to. When it got to my turn, they turned me away. They said there was not enough nasal swabs because of the type of insurance I had. I inquired about the out of pocket and they still denied me. This facility only has two people working to see patients and straight out take a lunch when you have been there in the morning. It is not fair to those who were feeling under the weather and who use public transportation. This place is clearly understaffed and unprofessional. Go somewhere else where you are treated with dignity and respect. This place could care less if you are in need of a test. I don’t like writing terrible reviews, but I just wanted to share it out there with those who are looking to get tested. This is my worst experience ever as a patient.

It was very refreshing to go to an Urgent Care Clinic and be treated as if weve been patients there forever. The staff is very friendly and helpful...the doctor has an awesome bedside manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who isnt able to get to their regular doctor during earlier hours. They are great.

I came to this urgent care for my daughter for an ear infection. I was told to come back after 2:10pm because they were on lunch. I waited around and came back @2:20 to stand in line. After 3:00 hit I was told they no longer are taking patients after 3pm. My daughter was turned away even though we waited in line for over 40min. I will definitely call her insurance to file a grievance.

On November 20,2020, I went to Reddy Urgent Care to get tested just to be sure since I had small symptoms.3 days later,I received a call from a nurse practitioner named Sean. He told me that Ive tested positive that I needed to stay self-quarantine for 10 days.If I still feel sick, to add more days & then after to end my self-quarantine,live my life normally & no need to come back to get tested again. He also told me that the virus isnt that deadly that Im going to be fine since Im young.After being self-quarantine for 17 days, I went back to Reddy Urgent Care to get tested again.My only 2 symptoms from returning were both small cough & sore throat.After getting tested,Sean the same nurse practitioner who Ive spoken on the phone from November,he recognized me that he seemed unhappy to see me.He says I told you you do NOT need to be tested again.You are no longer contagious.You can speak to your family in person.End your self-quarantine. He also says Let me ask you ask a question? If a person was positive for 3 months, do you think he or she will stay home? My response I would stay home for 3 months if I have to to protect my family & people. His response No! You have to get out of your house & some other things he said that I quite dont remember that I started to feel uncomfortable.He told me again that I no longer needed to be tested for the 3rd time.After that, I left the clinic.The next day Ive spend time with my mom who has diabetes & my little sister for about 3 hours.I sat in the back seat of my mom car with my mask on.When we got home,I went inside my house to pick up my mail letters that I lasted being there for 2 minutes.It felt great being inside of my house.Few minutes later,I received a call from another nurse practitioner I think his name was Edwin to tell me that Ive tested positive.I was so MAD because I told him that Sean told me that I was no longer contagious! I told Edwin about Sean & Ive even spend time with my little sister & my mom who has diabetes!Can you imagine if a nurse or doctor told you that you no longer have cancer that it made you feel happy,joy & you tell God thank you but the next day, you get a call from them that you still have cancer?I felt so bad that I wanted to cry.Im currently on my 3rd day of self-quarantine.After I complete my 10-14 days, Im going to go somewhere else to get tested.I do not recommend Reddy Urgent Care.Please take care of yourself & God help us all.

Just went to take my 2 boys both have a cough and one has a rash /first gave me papers I stated they where there for a cough when asked still told me they have to have a Covid test because it’s required so he has a rash and he needs a Covid test hmm insurance fraud that what it is to add told we will have to wait in the car.when both yes they have a cough but asthmatic/ to add no sanitizing and people are coming in with no mask never asked to but one on, not me nor the children.If there so concern no temp check no sanitizer no clean pens no sanitizing chairs ect/ no sign saying wear mask ect. Truth fully this place is getting worst and bad care.

I just left there after being there 4 hours. Im 68 with arthritis and stood in line for 2 hours without a chair. Then my wife brought me a chair. That made it a lot better but still waited two more hours to find out that they did not have the swabs for my insurance. This place is very unorganized and is very unkind and does not care about your time in any way shape or form I would not go there I would not send anybody there thank you for your time its

This is the best Dr I’ve been back and forth to different drs over the past 3 weeks not really getting the help I was looking for. Walked into the clinic yesterday feeling horrible I left feeling 70% better and was given and prescribed the right medication for all of my needs. Couldn’t have had a better experience. I was really ready to give up on looking for a Dr to properly treat my symptoms. My asthma bronchitis and allergies were attacking me haven’t been to sleep in 2 days because of it including my annoying unproductive cough. Thanks a bunch Reddy urgent care.

As far as pain control, this is the best clinic Ive ever visited. My pain was controlled very fast when I went in here and it meant so much to me. The medical assistants brought my pain medication right to my consultation room and they were so nice. I had never been treated like that in my whole life. I was so grateful when I was able to walk out of the building with my pain at a tolerable level. Thanks!

Came here for covid testing. Got there at 3pm, they took my ID and insurance. They had me fill out paperwork, and gave me a blue ticket with a number and I was told to wait. I waited an HOUR AND A HALF and they called my cellphone to tell me that Im out of network with my insurance so they cannot see me. I work in a hospital and know that it takes about 5 minutes to determine that, not an HOUR and Half. Not sure how they are running the show inside. I highly suggest to go someplace else as this place will waste your time if any issues arise.

Great care on a tough problem! I was bitten on the lip by a puppy pretty badly; my upper lip was split open and I needed stitches. Dr Reddy was there and did a great job of stitching me up to try and avoid scarring and keeping the wound clean so it didnt get infected. She was very nice and calm.I did have to wait around an hour and a half but it was fairly crowded so they did have to take care of a lot of people. And the staff could have been a bit more friendly, but they were pretty swamped.The nurse guy who removed my stitches was also really good.All in all it was MUCH better and cheaper than the emergency room.

I came to this location because I was in a ton of pain from a toothache the doctor I saw was awesome! She was kind and understanding of my situation I was in and out within 20 minutes! I will definitely be taking my family here if the need arises 😁 I feel much better! I will highly recommend this place to anyone whos in need of medical attention!

This is a place for Hispanics. If youre African American DO NOT GO HERE!! They have other ppl coming in and out of your room. No privacy AT ALL!! Then you wait for 2 hours to get vitals! Might as well go to emergency.

I am just leaving. They close at 5 pm. No one was waiting in the lobby. The receptionist says another patient is getting a procedure done. So I couldnt be seen today. I thought if I made it before closing they have to See Me?? So upset because I have such a full schedule and barely made it in today. Cant come back for another couple months let alone see my own Dr. Thanks alot for nothing. Possible bronchitis or respiratory infection.... Now I have to either deal with it or sit in an ER which this isnt an emergency. I will look into some sort of law for turning away patients before the facility closes. And I stayed in the parking lot until closing and seen the receptionist and nurse practitioner walk out at lock the doors. I know they just wanted to leave right at 5.

Their website says they are open to 9 PM. I called at 8:30 to verify, the phone rang and rang and no one answered. I drove over because I was told they were the only urgent care that could help me because I had something in my eye. I arrived at 8:45 and I was informed by Bianca that they stop taking patience at 8:30.If this is true you should change your hours to 8:30 instead of wasting peoples time. If this is not true you should honor your hours.They were not busy and they could have helped me, they chose not too!

I went to reddy urgent care for a severe migraine last night. It was my first time going to this office, and it wont be my last. I usually dont leave reviews for doctors however i noticed there were no other reviews so i figured i should be the first. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I also didnt have to wait to be seen since it wasnt very busy. I was in and out in 40 minutes (other urgent cares ive been too, even without a wait would have had me there at least an hour an a half). The doctor gave me a shot to immediately treat my migraine and even sent me home with a prescription for future migraines, which he made sure my insurance would cover. I know I will have to go back again some day due to the fact im a klutz and im prone to those horrible migraines but its the best experience i ever had at an urgent care. I totally recommend anyone to give this office a try. And the best part is it that its so close to my house plus its next to other businesses so if my fiance wouldve got too bored waiting ( even though it wasnt a long wait and i know hed be too worried about me to leave) he could have walked around a little bit to get some air. Seriously though best urgent care EVER

After having xrays done they had me sitting around for 2 hours before someone noticed that I was still in a room waiting to hear from the PA or NP that assessed me. I suppose my case wasn’t urgent enough for them to remember they had a patient with lower back pains and in a lot of discomfort. The guy was a jerk, I think his name was Matt or Mark, as easily as he forgot about me it seems it was easy for me to forget his name too. A waste of time.

This place is filthy I wouldnt recommend to anybody I took my son because he needed stitches and the nurse was picking up everything with one pair of gloves picked up a cord to connect something and then still continued to set up for the tray with the same dirty gloves. I left and went to a different place I couldnt let them touch my sons head seeing how filthy this place is.

Terrible service, I haven’t get a chance to see the doctor for my baby, waiting time more than an hours and have to wait outside with the cool weather, I asked them to check my baby insurance first before I decide to wait, they said not now , no point I have to wait more than one hours and they not accept insurance or not give service to the new born baby. The employees very poor service.

First time being here. Was told that the wait time is about an hour and 30 minutes because the doctor just went on lunch. Almost 3 hours later….. still here in the lobby waiting. I should have listen to the reviews. Will never come back here.

Came to have have stitches removed the lady said $80 then said since i didnt have the stitches done there its $100 after just saying $80. I said ok and i paid. After they removed the stitches the lady then told me its an extra $50 because they didnt do the stitches the hospital did and then i told her yes thats why you charged me $100 not the $80.. I do not recommend for the fact they do the bait and switch. Luckily i had the receipt i paid before they switched. Not trustworthy there.

Went for a COVID test on Saturday, 21NOV2020. They told me I will get a result by Wednesday, 25NOV2020. I got a voicemail from Sean (nurse practitioner) on Monday, 23NOV2020, tried calling them back and left a voicemail. I called on Tuesday, 24NOV2020 regarding the voicemail and find out my result. They put me on a brief hold and then told me they will call me back because they are trying to find my result. They called back after 10-15 mins. and told me I was POSITIVE for COVID and told me to be on quarantine. I asked them to send me an email of the result to show my employer on Tuesday, 24NOV2020. It is Monday, 30NOV2020 today and I still have no email from them. I tried calling them and voice mailbox is full! They could be giving false positive results! I took another test with Long Beach COVID mobile testing with my wife on Tuesday, 24NOV2020 to make sure and got our results as NEGATIVE on Thursday, 26NOV2020. I DO NOT recommend Reddy Urgent Care Clinic for COVID-19 testing!

The man that took my weight and BP had no medical experience. The front desk attendant, Helen is rude and cuts you off while speaking.Too bad because Dr. Reddy is very nice and thorough.

2-1/2 hours to check my soar throat! Had me wait in my car because its a covid symptom then they forgot about me.Made sure I paid first though.I watch everybody behind me in line go in and out.

Try to phone in for a question and they never pick up the phone. Tried for a whole day. Only place that dose free COVID testing for children under 4 years old. Need more places that does infants for free.

Horrible service at this location and the other location they have by down town Long Beach. Very rude receptionist. They always have an attitude. All of them. They seemed to not like their job. And take a very long time before calling you in. With not many patients to be seen, is rediculous!!!! But i come here cause i have no choice..its close by and convenient for the time being.

Sunday’s move pretty slow, but I couldn’t ask for a better care at any other urgent care. The whole team is caring :) all the staff are wonderful

Employees do not follow hours posted by company. We arrived 6:25pm employee closed the doors. We knocked and hours posted on door did not implicate any kind of early day closure.

This is the second time visiting this location today I saw Matt a nurse practitioner who took care of me and I will have a follow-up appointment the lady at the front desk was nice they worked quickly and promptly thank you guys

Brought my nephew in Sunday with all the paperwork to present for him to be seen by the nurse practitioner the girl there on the front desk with color hair gave me attitude because I said my nephew was there before and she cannot find them on the computer and when I had asked her again to look on maybe on her other office if they can do it she told tell me if you don’t like the service here you may get out I never disrespected her in any type anyway form but it’s a complete disappointment we went to another urgent care to be seenI have brought all my kids here and to receive this kind of treatment it’s completely disappointment

From the Front Desk to the Radiologist to the Dr/Nurse Practitioner, everyone is kind and caring! Not long wait times either!

Its no use, they dont give you medicine, they gave 9 pills to my daughter who has multiple symptoms.We lost two salaries, my wifes and mine, to take our daughter here and give her 9 vomiting pills.
